"If I hadn't written that book, none of this would've happened." Gale says. "I caused this."

"No, you didn't, Auntie Gale." I say.

"Evie's right. Billy started it and we're ending it." Mom says. "No books, no movies, no Ghostface after tonight."

"They stopped." Mom says.

"At a gas station?" Gale asks.

"No."

Mom shows me and Gale. "That's Amber's house." I say.

Mom calls Sam.

"Hello?" Sam says.

"Get out of there now."

"And you know where I am...how?"

"That's Stu Macher's house. He and your dad killed everyone there. Someone planned that. Get the fuck out, Sam!"

We arrive at Amber's house. When we get out, my phone rings on cue and I immediately answer. "If I find out you're in there and any of my friends are dead, I swear to God...!" I start.

"A little too late for empty threats, Evelyn." Ghostface says. "This house is where it all started and it's where this is going to end!"

"Stop your bullshit!" I say but Mom takes my phone.

"Look, it's me you want." She says.

"That's where you're wrong, Mommy Dearest. I want you and my sweet little sisters."

I take my phone back. "Well, you got what you wanted. Now come and get me!"

"As you wish." He says. He sounds close, so I turn around and get punched then so does Gale. Mom gets knocked out and Ghostface carries Mom over his shoulder towards the house before I pass out too.

-3rd person-

"Tara!" Sam called. Amber helped Tara to Sam.

"What is it?" Tara asked.

"Sidney called me. We need to go now!"

"No one's going anywhere, Samantha." Ghostface said and Sam, Mindy, Tara, and Amber saw Ghostface with Sidney. Ghostface looked at Mindy. "You! Get a chair for Sidney." He said then looked at Amber. "And you! Bring something to tie her to it."

Mindy and Amber did as they were told. Once a chair was set up, Sidney was placed in it and Ghostface looked at Sam. "Tie her up, sister dear."

Sam followed his instructions but he didn't see that Sam didn't tie them tight enough to really hold Sidney, who started to come to.

-Evie-

I slowly come to and make my way to the door. "Stop!" I say and all eyes turn to me as I aim my gun at him as I circle around and get in front of Mom. "Enough of all of this shit. Enough games...Enough masks."

Ghostface unmasks...but it's Nikki under it.

"Hey, sis. Surprise." She grins.

"Nikki? No...you can't be."

"Oh, but I am."

I sigh. "So when we were bonding over the summer about your father's murder...you were talking about Billy Loomis."

"Yes. It was too easy to gain your trust."

"You pretended you were my friend!"

"And it sucks when someone you care about betrays you. Right, Mom?" Nikki looks at Mom. "My dad cared about you and look how that went! Dad gets killed, I get tossed, and Evie gets the perfect life!"

"Nikki, I swear...I didn't want it to come to this. I was trying to protect you..." Mom starts.

"No, you were trying to protect yourself! For 25 years, you had all of Woodsboro believing that my dad was the monster...but it was you all along."

"You're right, but that was my mistake, not Evie's. Hurt me if you want to."

"I intend to. But I put a lot of planning into this, so I'm gonna savor this before I gut you. Okay?"

"Look, I get it. You hate Evie and Sidney. But why attack me and my sister? We had nothing to do with this." Sam says.

Nikki looks at her. "To get to you, Sam. When I found out about you and that we shared a father, I knew you were a kindred spirit. So I attacked Tara to bring you rushing back home. I wanted to do this face to face when I say I want you to stand by my side. We can honor our dad and avenge him by killing my sister and my mom."

I look at Sam. "Sam..." I start.

"Don't. You barely knew me, but you still tried to defend me."

I flinch.

"...Which is why you're a good friend."

I look at her as she turns back to Nikki. "If you wanted me to join you, you shouldn't have attacked me."

"You were attacked?" Nikki asks. She sounds genuinely surprised.

"That wasn't you?"

"No. Why would I attack you? We share the same father, for God's sake."

I feel Amber slide one of my hands behind her back then I feel the handle of a knife.

I look at Nikki. "Whether you attacked her or not, you very far up Shit Creek, Nikki. They'll find out who did this."

She turns to me. "No, they won't. Because the bad guy did it. And she's standing right in front of our mom, Evie. So I will stumble out of the bloodbath and broadcast that thanks to me, the new Ghostface is dead." Nikki says.

"Yeah...She will be!" I say then go to stab her but she slices at my stomach.

"No!" Mom cries out.

"Evie!" Amber screams.

"So predictable." Nikki says then looks at Mom. "So, Mom, she dies first and you'll watch. Then, sis..." She says then I look at her. "...when it's her turn, she's gonna be left alone to suffer...just like I was."

"No!" Mom says then gets free of the ropes and pins Nikki down.

"You hurt me, Mom..."

"Please stop..."

"But it's always the ones you love." Nikki stabs Mom then backhands Richie, who tries to attack her, knocking him out.

I aim my gun at her when Gale jumps her from behind. Nikki glares at her.

"For what it's worth, it truly was an honor to meet you." She says then headbutts Gale.

"You psycho bitch!" I say then try to hit her with my gun but she knocks it out of my hand then pins me to the floor.

"I have one more surprise before I slice you open, and you'll never see it..." Nikki starts then a gunshot hits her and she falls backwards. I look up and see Tara holding my gun.

"Tara..." I whisper then slowly sit up.

Nikki soon sits up but I take my gun and shoot her in the head.

"Nice shot." Sam says.

"They always come back." I say then crawl to my mom.
