A few days went by and to cater for their new relationship, Naruto and Kakashi had ended up demolishing the wall that stood between their apartments with the landlord's very reluctant permission. It had been quite easy and Naruto was tempted to wonder what Kakashi even did to make him agree, because the landlord had been very resentful about it. It didn't matter though, Naruto still received his groceries and allowance from the Hokage and he still cooked his food sometimes.

So not much had changed and he was fine with that. It would all take time. Right not Naruto was practising his chakra control and he was doing quite well. The door opened and he heard Anko's loud proclamation of…

"WHAT THE FU-"

"Language" Kakashi chastised and Naruto refused to tell the man that he heard worse, as he levitated in the room, whilst Anko stared at him, her eyes large in shock. Kakashi rubbed his temples and sighed as he opened his book wondering why his kid was in the middle of the air.

"Naruto?"

The blonde hummed.

"What are you doing?"

Tenzo ended up asking as he got in the apartment clearly tired from a mission. "I'm practicing chakra control?" Kakashi giggled lightly and Anko yelled, "that's impossible!" And Naruto looked at her then levitated up and down, whilst Kakashi turned a page on his book and Tenzo dropped to Naruto's bed in exhaustion.

"Well I am doing it" Naruto said and Anko sighed, "that is not possible, you can't practice chakra control in your body to the point you fly" she said quite adamant as if she had tried before. Naruto got down and titled his head, "then what is it?" Naruto asked curiously and Kakashi closed his book.

"Chances are you are natural for wind manipulation or senjutsu" He stated as he took Naruto in his arms who blushed lightly, "missed me Kid?" Kakashi asked and Naruto smiled and nodded as he gave Kakashi a huge hug whilst Anko whined and then took him from Kakashi and hugged him tight. Naruto laughed but hugged back with as much force as she placed him above her shoulders and took out some ready made food.

"With Naruto's luck I'm sure it's both" Tenzo murmured from the bed, whilst Anko placed a dish for him and Kakashi. She took Naruto out of her hold and placed him on her lap whilst they all started eating. Kakashi mused in his mind how natural that action had been as Naruto started eating whilst leaning on Anko, unknowingly giving points for the woman in Kakashi's already melted heart.

Naruto hummed and thought that it would best to just continue either way. Although if this wasn't chakra control that meant his chakra was still a mess.

"Then is there another method for chakra control besides Tree and water walking?" He asked and Anko nodded with a smile, "of course, you can use a Kunai, let me show you" she took out her Kunai quite automatically and channeled chakra into it as it balanced straight up without her touching it.

It was quite pretty looking, and by the looks on Tenzo's and Kakashi's face extremely dangerous considering if he put too much. He might just kill someone or himself. "However, considering that this one is a little more dangerous, it's better to use a substitute like a knife"

"-Anko!"

"-what?! I'm just saying!?"

Naruto laughed lightly and he couldn't help but give Anko a grin as she winked. "Wait if Itachi the new ANBU is guarding me is it safe for you to be here Tenzo?" Naruto asked and Kakashi smiled, "yeah the kid's alright" And Naruto nodded and his eyes brightened, "can I meet Itachi, he sounds really really cool" Kakashi was immediately sour. Tenzo snorted and Anko exploded.

"No he's not cool" Kakashi muttered and Naruto looked down, then looked up and gave Kakashi the puppy dog eyes, "please tou-san, I want to meet my new ANBU" Kakashi's chopsticks broke and he looked away and then he sighed helplessly.

He was going to regret this.

Kakashi disappeared and then reappeared next to Weasel who was watching carefully, "taicho is something wrong?" Weasel asked and Kakashi sighed, "my kid wants to meet you" Kakashi muttered his face bitter and Weasel couldn't help but wonder if he had done something wrong. Kakashi was always nice to him.

However, Weasel nodded and followed Kakashi as Kakashi opened the door. Weasel's eyes directly went to the three small papers with three pairs of hands and feet and he couldn't help but let his wonder towards the pictures of Naruto's little family.

It felt like home. And Weasel wasn't sure how to feel about the ache that formed on his chest. He then turned his eyes to the blonde who had been leaning on Anko. He looked happy too. It made Weasel glad.

"Weasel take off your mask" Weasel wasn't sure why but he nodded and Naruto gasped. "You're the duck butt boy's brother" He said then closed his mouth whilst Anko wheezed and laughed loudly whilst she held her hands on her chest.

"I can't. Kid I love you!" Naruto blushed lightly and he gave Itachi an apologetic look. "I'm sorry Itachi-san, I really didn't mean any offence to your brother" he said honestly, it had just slipped out because of Shikamaru's influence on who had a weirdly strange dislike for the other boy.

Itachi on the other hand shook his head, his eyes shining in amusement. He guessed Naruto must have been influenced by Shikamaru who had been giving Sasuke hidden eyes of distaste. It was even weirder that Sasuke seemed to share the same sentiment. Itachi was quite confused where this dislike originated since the two had barely crossed paths. They just seemed to dislike each other the moment they met.

"It's fine. Naruto-kun" Naruto beamed and walked to the kitchen and took a container out. Woodpecker, who to this day he didn't know the real name off gave him an envious look with Anko whilst Kakashi gave him a glare. Naruto stood and looked at Itachi with a big smile, "so, my role model used to be the fourth Hokage but I got...well over him. Then it was my favourite ANBU dog but I didn't know him that well. Now it's you, you're my role model so please accept my gifts" Kakashi's glare could have killed him and Itachi couldn't help but find it amusing.

"Thank you"

He took a bite and was surprised to find it quite good. Naruto smiled lightly and he felt something nudge his chakra.

"Hug him kid, he looks like he needs it"

Naruto was confused but he walked to Itachi, "can I have a hug" Kakashi's face could have already buried him. Itachi nodded gently and Naruto hugged him softly and Itachi marveled at how careful it had been and gentle. Itachi returned the hug and felt something shock his system and Naruto felt something pull out of him like a shockwave.

Memories piled up Infront of Itachi and went through like a hurricane and his eyes switched to the mangyeko sharingan and tears came out from him and he collapsed.

"Naruto!"

"I didn't do anything I swear!!"
