Chapter 10: Feelings Revealed
In the Amazon Rainforest, Mary is going to confess her feelings to Anthony, a Scarlet macaw boy her age that she really like. He was very nice and caring. She remembered all the times he stood up for her against the bullies. The two were friends and they sit next to each other at lunch.
" Okay Mary, today is the day you confess your feelings for Anthony. You can do this." Mary said to herself.
Mary cleans herself and make her more attractive, she flew out of the direction of her soon to be boyfriend. She kept practicing what she was going to say over and over, out loud, but also making sure that no one that she saw around her, could hear her. Mary spotted a yellow flower. She decides to put it on. She flys to see Anthony. She came to the hollow where Anthony lives. She heards the sound of kissing.
"What is that sound?" She asked herself and she then crept up and took a quick peek into the hollow, only to see her worst fears come true. It was Anthony with a girl. They were kissing. Mary saw Anthony completely enjoying sharing kisses with another Scarlet macaw girl. All smiles and happiness written on his face. He have his eyes was surprised not angry, she was devastated, she thought Anthony will feel the same way about her. Mary started to cry and fly away. She sit down in the tree crying. She couldn't believe that the boy she likes was already taken by another girl.
Junior is thinking about getting a girlfriend since his sisters have boyfriends and Max have a girlfriend. He was upset because all the girls he likes reject him and the girls he likes already have boyfriends. As Junior saw his sister Belle being all romantic with her boyfriend he couldn't take it anymore.
"Enough with this! I'm sick of being with you two." Junior said.
"Fine! We don't need your immature behavior with us!" Belle shouted at him.
"Yeah go find your own girl." Nate shouted at Junior.
"Fine bye." Junior said. He flew off angry. Junior hears someone crying. He sees a female Scarlet macaw crying. He have a crush on her. Junior sit next to her and hug her.
"Hey Mary, what's wrong?" Junior asked her.
" Hi Junior, there nothing wrong with me." Mary lied.
"I know you're lying. You can tell me." Junior said.
Mary cries while taking. "Okay, something is wrong. Today is the day that I confess my feelings for Anthony. I really liked him. When I went to the hollow, he already kiss another Scarlet macaw girl. He enjoyed it. He is taken." Mary is so upset.
"It's okay, it happens. I was rejected by girls because they already have boyfriends." Junior said.
"We are both on the same page Junior." Mary said.
"Mary, I love you." Junior said. Mary is shocked on what Junior just said to her.
"You do." Mary said.
" Yes, I want to be with you for a long time and you are very pretty and beautiful. Don't worry about Anthony, he already have a girlfriend. I love you the way you are. " Junior said.
"I love you too Junior. We can become boyfriend and girlfriend." Mary said.
"Really." Junior said.
"Yes."
Junior and Mary kiss each other.
Just like Junior finally have a girlfriend.
