Waluigi squinted his eyes as he was alone at his taco stand in the vast canyons surrounding the western Sunset Wilds race course, having a sombrero instead of his usal purple cap. It was a slow evening, with Dry Bowser riding on by atop a black horse as he had cowboy clothes on.
"Wah... hey bonehead, what's with the cowboy getup?" Waluigi asked as he ate a fish taco while holding his fingers together.
"Oh, I just felt like doing some discovery on horseback." Dry Bowser explained as he adjusted his red colored cowboy hat. "After all, it's not every day that you get a much needed break from racing around."
"Or playing a lot of sports... and attending parties." Waluigi sighed as he was making a new taco. "Trust me, people have no idea what it's like to live in my weird ass shoes."
"Oh no doubt. Being ignored by most of society despite being allowed to hang out with the elites," Dry Bowser said as he rubbed his bony chin with his left hand. "It's fascinating. It's quite bizarre."
"Well that's how I am. I just live with the fact that I'm a fucking weirdo." Waluigi replied as he finished his taco, clenching his right fist. "Do you want to take one for the road?"
"Ehh... sure, it's not like it's going to do me any harm." Dry Bowser considered as he took the tacos off Waluigi's hands, with the skeletal reptile riding off into the setting sun in the distance as Waluigi rubbed his chin.
"A cowboy... maybe I should try it out." Waluigi said to himself as he chuckled, snapping his fingers as he then decided to finish off the leftover tacos since no one else was going to eat it.
Waluigi opened up his taco stand in the bright Seaside Hill, getting a lot of customers as usual with the sun shining brighter than usual. He noticed that a certain gassy princess wasn't coming around the area as often as she used to, making Waluigi quite curious on top of happy. Toadette skipped by, her hands cutely behind her back.
"Hey Wally! Great to see all the advertising do you good!" Toadette squealed as she winked.
Waluigi laughed as he patted Toadette on the head. "You bet! At this rate, I'll be able to pay off all my bills! I'm rolling in the money!"
Toadette folded her arms as she slightly frown. "Though I do wonder what happened to Daisy... I haven't seen her recently." She shook her head, somewhat worried.
Waluigi shrugged as he kept smiling. "Don't worry about that gasbag. She'll be fine, trust me."
Daisy was elsewhere in Seaside Hill, farting to her name's credit as she went down the grassy slopes, enjoying the time of her life.
"I like being around with Waluigi regardless of how awkward it can be, but it's nice to take a break from his sweet mustache face!" Daisy exclaimed as she proved to be quite handy at skiing.
Waluigi was riding in a cart with his tacos attached to the back of him as he was going through the bustling Mushroom City, avoiding all the traffic as he was occasionally stuffing his face with the tacos he made, with a clone of himself in the back making some new tacos.
"Wah, how does it go back there, me?" Waluigi asked as he glanced at his twin.
"Waluigi is doing plenty fine, Waluigi!" Responded the similar looking being to Waluigi as he was wearing an authentic sombrero.
Suddenly a giant green Wiggler bus approached them, with Waluigi screaming as he tried to get out of the way, only to be smacked back as he, his clone, and all the tacos went flying about. Clearly this angered Petey Piranha as he was nearby, bellowing as he fired off brown goop at the Wiggler bus, causing it to sink within it as he then gathered all the dropped tacos, handing it to a injured Waluigi, who was trying to get himself back up as his clone was in pain all over.
