Waluigi watched as Daisy took in taco after taco, pretty hungry after not having been around in Seaside Hill since her week long vacation. Toadette had her hands around the back of her pink mushroom cap, innocently blinking as she stood in front of the taco stand, with Waluigi behind the counter as usual making a fresh batch in the meantime.
"She sure did miss this place," Toadette commented as she turned to Waluigi. "I take it that she's grateful you're still here."
Waluigi folded his arms as he sighed. "Well, it makes the business boom, so it can't be all bad-"
Daisy farted loudly as she giggled, resuming her taco eating. Waluigi groaned, slapping his forehead with his left hand.
"And of course, she ruins the mood with her gas," Waluigi growled angrily, with Toadette giggling as usual.
"Get use to it, farting is everywhere!" Daisy said as she continued releasing sloppy poots that made the grass around her wilt.
"Come on, we all have some farts in us!" Toadette chimed amidst her giggling as she let out several squeaky toots herself.
"Perhaps but the difference is that people like me have dignity about it, while you make a messy moron out of it!" Waluigi snapped as he smacked Toadette in her pink mushroom cap.
Not appreciating this, Toadette decided to fart in Waluigi's face, with Daisy joining in this as the two gassy girls were enjoying their bonding over stink bombing Waluigi. Dry Bowser and Petey Piranha were riding in a submarine as they surfaced within the sea, seeing what was happening as they turned to each other.
"Well I'm glad we're not like them." Dry Bowser said as he placed a captain hat over his red hair on his skull.
Petey nodded his bulbous head in agreement as he pulled out a Super Scope from his red pouch covering his green plant body. "Oh how I agree with you so." He then fully charged the gun and fired it at the taco stand, blasting it as it sent the trio sky high over the hills by the seaside.
"Hey Wally, do you ever think about selling anything else but tacos?" Lilligant asked as she and Whimsicott were taking a break from their lemonade stand at the shore of Lilicove City in Pokemon's Hoenn region.
"We were just curious to know and all!" Whimsicott added while moving her stubby arms as Lilligant nodded in agreement.
Waluigi murmured as he rubbed his chin, thinking. "Well not in this universe girls, but I have visited one where my alternate counterpart did..."
And then a flashback occurred, with Waluigi finding himself in a different realm where his counterpart was selling tacos at the sandy shore of the N64 Koopa Beach, but he also noted the sandwiches and burgers being sold alongside the tacos, as well as pies and burritos. And that wasn't even the most confusing part.
"Wah? You're selling all of this... for a penny!?" Waluigi exclaimed as he placed his hands on his head, spotting the various Koopa Troopas enjoying the various food items they ordered alongside the tacos.
"Yeah, turns out it's great business to practically sell this stuff for free!" The alternate Waluigi commented with his head resting on his right hand as he glanced up at Perry the umbrella resting on the top of his stand. "Isn't that right?"
"Zzz... yes..." Perry snoozed as he was enjoying his position on the stand.
Waluigi Prime scratched his head as he was quite confused. "But isn't that underselling yourself a bit?"
"Eh, maybe, but the customers don't care so long as they get a delicious meal and have a good time!" AU Waluigi responded as he pointed at a certain mushroom girl snoozing right underneath his stand.
"Tacos... so good..." Toadette said in her sleep as she let out a bubbly fart, smiling as she continued to snooze her troubles away.
"Hey Wallace, you got the new batch of drinks ready?" Petey chimed in excitement as he was flapping his leaves frantically while approaching the stand.
"Calm down, Peter, he's just finished fixing up the stand!" Dry Bowser said as he was a bit surprised, being on top of the mutant plant's bulbous head.
"And you serve drinks here!?" Waluigi the original gawked as he rubbed his chin. "Perhaps there's plenty that I can learn from this place after all!"
"You got that right, buddy!" The alternate version of Waluigi said with a laugh as he also had sugar cookies baking in the back of his stand of taco goodness. "You should take these all to heart!"
"Like I'm gonna take this yummy delicacy to my kart!" Daisy hummed as she moved past a log, feeling her stomach rumble as she licked her lips in anticipation.
The real Waluigi did various hand motions as he was taking all of this into consideration. "Well that settles it, I'm gonna have some changes back in my home dimension!"
And with that, the Waluigi we all knew stayed in this dimension to learn as much as he can, so he can process all of this back in his proper realm.
"...and I've taken a lot of helpful hints from that world, but I'm sticking with tacos!" Waluigi responded as he had made a variety of different looking but still delicious tacos in the time he told his story. "After all, where would the appeal be if I sold anything else?"
"I like that, sticking to what works!" Lilligant cheered as she began clapping her leafy hands together.
"Thank you so much for this revelation, Mr. Wally!" Whimsicott chimed as the two grass type plant Pokemon girls proceeded to leave, heading back to their own stand to sell lemonade.
Waluigi smirked as he nodded his head, serving his tacos to the wealth of customers who were all waiting to have their mouths filled with the goodness of Waluigi's deliciously cheap tacos.
