Waluigi watched as it started to rain heavily in Seaside Hill again. The tall lanky man was under the protection of his taco stand, which was steadily expanding, being much bigger than when it originally started out as a mere wooden stand. Toadette walked up to the counter, jumping up and grabbing a hold of it as she faced Waluigi.

"Hiya, Wally!" Toadette greeted while giggling, blinking several times with her stomach growling. "You know, raining sure sets the mood! It puts me in the mood for something salty!"

Waluigi folded his arms. "Let me guess, kiddo. You want some fishy tacos."

Toadette squeeled as she held her hands together, her elbows resting on the counter. "Oh Wally, I didn't know you could read minds!"

Waluigi rolled his eyes. "I don't read minds. But I do read scripts." He coughed as he covered his mouth with his right hand. "Like this one."

Snapping his fingers, Waluigi got two copies of himself to handle the taco making, much to Toadette's joy as she clapped her hands together. Later on, Waluigi found himself at Relicanth's Soggy Pretzel stand, with it still raining. Waluigi managed to get several more clones of himself to handle the taco stand in his absence, allowing the real deal to quite literally stretch his legs in the dousing downpour that was needed after a long stretch of heat on the beach.

"So, how is your taco business going?" Relicanth asked as he was hovering in the air, defying the laws of physics as usual.

"Pretty good, actually. Business is swimming quite smoothly for me." Waluigi said with confidence as he spun around a beefy taco in his hand, realizing how bad it would be if he had a fish taco on him at the moment, his clothing being completely damp for obvious reasons.

"Well that's nice to hear." Relicanth responded as he blasted a shot of water at a batch of finished pretzels, making them soggy. "As you can see, things here are going a bit slow but nice overall."

Waluigi nodded his head as he opened his eyes, eating up the beef flavored taco he had on him as he began moving his arms about. "Yeah I can see. Don't you want more, though?"

Relicanth pondered about this as he glanced up. "Hmm... I was thinking on it, but perhaps it's best that I don't worry about it."

"So you're cool with it?" Waluigi commented as he scratched his chin. "No doubts about what it may do to you?"

Relicanth nodded his rocky fish head as he smiled. "You could say that."

Waluigi sighed in defeat as he lowered his head, his lanky arms flopping by his side. "I wish I was in your boat, you lucky stoned fish..."
