Note: The original plan was to write a three-part story. In the first, we will see the birth of Reynaldo Moon and what might happen during it. In the second, we'll show exactly how Renny became the outlaw of the cat kingdom that he was painted on the tower wall. In the third we will focus on the introduction to Muta and the bureau, this chapter is part three.(I also want to post moments here that didn't make it into something great)

"Catch him, don't let him get away," commanded the head cat in military acres of fur, whose position was indicated by a cloth sash over his shoulder.

At this moment they were in pursuit of one outlaw who had just eaten all the fish in the lake. It was to be served at the coronation of Prince Phebe. But one cat didn't want to put up with it.

"Look for him, he couldn't have gotten far after eating so much fish" the voice of the man in charge kept chiming

"Yes sir" his subordinates replied from all sides.

The very cat they were so eagerly looking for had gone into an alley that one never willingly enters. It was a veritable dump, and a filthy one at that. But the situation left him no choice. There was a container here, perfectly intact, and it could shelter the criminal until the soldiers came through.

The fish he had eaten was making itself felt, and he almost hurt himself climbing on the pile.

He looked at his paws - they were already quite dirty, but he couldn't help it: if you want to live free, you have to be dirty sometimes.

As he finally got up and walked over to the container itself, he noticed that the lid could fall off at any moment, and prayed that it wouldn't happen now. He took the lid in his teeth and stepped back, closing himself off from his pursuers. Letting go of the lid and making sure he had left enough room and could be detected if he wished, he pulled at it with his paws, making the gap smaller. Once he was sure the slit both concealed him and allowed him to breathe, he made a circle and settled down, listening to everything that was going on outside.

"Have you looked around?" - One soldier asked the other.

"Almost everywhere," replied the other.

"And at that dump?"

"Whoever he is, I don't think he'd go there," replied the other, looking skeptically at the dump

"I'm not as gentle as you," Renaldo Moon replied, thinking he was in no position to pick on soldiers .

" I hope you're right, otherwise we won't be wearing our heads," said the first one, and they walked away .

Renaldo was in no hurry to come out of his hiding place, even though he wanted to. Realizing that these soldiers, if they could be called soldiers, would probably not come here, he decided to take a nap, for the first time since they had been after him.

It was dark when he woke up, and he crawled out of his hiding place with his ears perked up, trying to pick up any sound, but there was none, so he climbed off the pile. He went outside, but was caught off guard by a soldier who was making his rounds of the grounds. The men didn't notice him, of course. But they did notice each other, and the criminal was on the run again.

"Renaldo Moon, criminal of the cat kingdom, I order you to stop!?" - said the soldier chasing Moon.

Renaldo was very lucky when he pulled ahead, as he was running pretty well. At one of the houses the door was open, and while the men were bringing in boxes, he slipped inside unnoticed by either the owners or the soldier.

After a while he was no longer so hunted, but there were a couple of boys who wanted to play catch-up. They naturally lost to him at it, he didn't even understand what they were being taught if they couldn't handle it.

That was exactly what he was doing now, running away from another soldier. His physical abilities were no worse than before, but he had obvious problems with spatial orientation.

So he ran across the street, then along the fence between the houses, across the rooftops, over the fence again, and across the roof. From the heights, he looked around to see where to go next. And, having already decided for himself, he headed for the stairs. He ducked down the steps, passed them and followed the stone path between two houses with small windows and pots of flowers on the windowsills, which were obviously well cared for.

His attention was caught by an archway, passing through which something inside him, something that had not belonged to him since birth, felt unusual waves. Even his spiritual state improved.

"What kind of magic is this?" - Muta asked, realizing that no one would answer him.

Looking around, he saw houses all around him, and each one was unlike the previous one. He noticed that right in front of the window to the green house there was a chair and an ajar mailbox with a newspaper in it, bigger than the box itself. He thought there was nothing wrong with taking the newspaper and reading it.

But he grumbled the whole time he was reading, because almost every page was about the coronation and how they were short of food and were asking all the noble cats from all over the world to help them. With another snicker, I folded the paper before I finished and put it back in the drawer.

Leaning back in his chair, he looked around the shelter once more, noticing the pole in the center, but there was nothing on it and he couldn't figure out what it was for.

"It would be good to eat now, too bad there are no chickens here," Renaldo pouted, not that he was hungry, but it would be nice to fill his stomach before having to hide again.

Out of nowhere, rustles and sounds came from the sky, causing the fat cat to perk up his ears and look up into the sky. There flew a large black raven, carrying something in its beak. It landed on a pole and looked at the cat inquisitively.

"How did you get here?"

"It doesn't matter anymore, you're going to be my dinner you big chicken" the cat replied and headed over to the post to catch the bird

"Just in case you can't tell us apart, I'm a crow" the crow left the berries on the perch and just flew around the cat

"It doesn't matter, Especially when I catch you and eat you for dinner" the cat tried to jump up to catch the crow as it flew a little lower

"You can try, of course, but I'm not sure a marmellon would even be able to scratch me" the crow teased as it continued to fly in circles, gaining and losing altitude.

"Better save your chicken wings," replied the cat; he took advantage of the fact that the crow had lost his guard for a moment and grabbed its wing. The crow pecked it and freed itself, losing one feather, which turned to stone sand.

"What kind of quack tricks are these?" - Muta inquired, spitting out sand

"I am a creation," replied the raven, adjusting the feathers on the pole; he had to pull one feather that had gotten knocked out of line, but it was already quite rock solid and only broke when it hit the ground.

"Mages?" - The cat didn't understand what the raven was trying to tell him.

He flapped his wings furiously, but did not leave his perch: "Never in my life. But I'll explain, if it's hard for people like you to understand. When a man does something with all his soul, then in time his creation is rewarded with a soul, and they become like me," explained the raven

"So, all creations, crumble into sand, if you hit them?" - the cat asked wryly, and the raven flew over him, striking him with its talons so that he even jumped.

At that very moment, the figure of a cat in a gray suit, with bags of food and a couple of retro things in them, came out from the house. He walked out of the yard of one of the houses and headed towards the duo.

"Toto, have you found yourself a friend?" - Baron asked with interest, looking at the cat

"I would never be friends with someone who has fat instead of brains," Toto's feathers fluttered at the word "friends."

"I'm not stupid enough to be friends with food," Renaldo replied

"Did you miss everything I said before?" - Toto asked, looking at him. They continued to wrestle.

The Baron watched for a while longer, but then headed to his quarters as he had a few things to do .

"When you're done with the pleasantries, come inside, I'd be interested to know how you got here, mister," the Baron told them, but they didn't hear him, absorbed in their fight.
