Back with the twins and Katsuki at their fight with Nine, his body was still reacting to using too much power. He gasped sharply while holding his head, stepping forward. Izuku took this moment to run towards Nine.

"Now, Kacchan, Izuka! We'll attack in waves!" He called out while powering up.

"Don't give me orders!" Katsuki retorted, flying up to him. Izuka flew in next to Katsuki.

"We don't have time to argue, let's go!" She shouted at the two of them.

Something popped out of Nine's back. "If only I could take the Cell Activation Quirk..." The liquids that were attached to his body the whole time disappeared. Katsuma gave an anxious expression from his spot, giving a small gasp as he saw that the twins and Katsuki were okay.

I gotta get a solid hit in! Izuku thought while still running.

Nine's mask suddenly fell off his face. "Then I'd be fine...I wouldn't have to hold back!" He growled, looking up as his eyes shined red. The trio came to a stop as the environment got darker. They looked up in shock as Nine was causing a massive tornado above their heads. He let out a yell as thunder struck from the sky. Izuku braced himself, yelling as he flew backwards. Izuka grabbed both him and Katsuki as they couldn't avoid the impact. Nine continued lashing out this power. Mahoro and Katsuma cried out in fear while Mashirao, Mezo, and Kyoka protected them. Once Nine stopped using his power, the cyclone above remained. The three classmates looked up in shock, Mezo holding onto the kids.

"Are they okay?" Katsuma whimpered a little as they couldn't see the others.

"What happened?" Mahoro wondered as the smoke was clearing.

"MR. DEKU! MS. CALLISTA!" Katsuma shouted with tears in his eyes, being held back by Mezo.

"BAKUGO! CALLISTA!" Mahoro screamed as well while crying. Kyoka took a look using her scope, flinching in disbelief to see that Nine was still approaching the castle. But there still wasn't any sign of her classmates...

"Cell Activation?" Hawks wondered while he was questioning Mr. Shimano, who had woken up at this point.

"That's right," Mr. Shimano nodded in confirmation. "I can only manipulate the cells in Type A blood, though, so I'm fairly limited," He glanced away with a frown. "It's not a power that's very helpful to most people, honestly."

"Mr. Shimano, do you have any family?" Hawks asked next while standing across the man.

"A daughter and a son. We live on Nabu Island," Mr. Shimano answered, and it got Hawks to think.

That's pretty far...but Nabu Island is still within the culprit's range He then turned around while pulling out his phone. "Excuse me," He stepped out of the room as he had gotten a message. "What is it?"

"A fishing boat sailing near Kyushu just received an SOS message. Villains have attacked Nabu Island. They're requesting help," Once he heard this, he ran down the hallway.

"That's the suspect who's been taking people's Quirks!" He opened up a window and flew out into the city.

"What?"

"Send a rescue team there as fast as you can!" Hawks ordered into the phone, whipping around. "And someone get in touch with UA High School!"

"UA? Why?"

"Because they have students there! As part of the project the Safety Commission sponsored! Class 1-A from the hero course was sent to Nabu Island! Which means they're facing those villains alone!" Hawks replied urgently, hoping that it wasn't too late for the students...

"Shoji. Take Katsuma and Mahoro and go!" Mashirao ordered and Mezo looked up hesitantly, not wanting to leave his friends behind. He knew that they wouldn't last long against Nine if there was no sign of the twins or Katsuki.

"Please, just do it," Kyoka added and Mezo looked down at the kids. He knew that no matter what, they had to protect them.

"You can count on me," He then turned around and ran off.

"We have to hold this villain back," Mashirao informed, he and Kyoka splitting up. Mezo moved his limbs to go over a wall, Nine walking up as he saw them.

"I found you..." He reached out to attack, only for his body to react. He grunted while holding his heart. Kyoka plugged her earphone jacks into her gear, running forward. Mashirao jumped up into the sky.

"Heartbeat Distortion!" Kyoka shouted while slamming her earphone jacks into the ground. She caused the ground to move towards Nine. Mashirao leaped while spinning around.

"Twirling Tail Dance!" Mashirao swung down his tail as well, both of them looking hopeful since they seemingly hit Nine...

Only for his dragon attack to appear and snatch Mashirao. "Ojiro!" Kyoka screamed before she was struck as well, both of them being slammed hard into a stone wall. Nine flew towards them with a growl.

Mezo was almost to the pathway that would lead them out. "There's the escape route!" He glanced back, swinging his hand to take the hit of a laser. The kids both yelped as blood flew from him. Nine continued attacking and he braced himself, using his back to take the hits. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to keep his hold on Katsuma and Mahoro for long as one strong hit knocked them down. They looked up as Mezo's bloody arms flailed around and he kneeled. He then spread out his limbs. "Don't stop! Keep moving!"

The two whimpered, both at having to leave him behind, and because Nine was still coming. He held out his hand to fire a shield as Kyoka was using a sonic wave against him.

"You two have to get out of here!" She gritted her teeth.

"Don't look back!" Mashirao warned as he jumped up, his fist ready.

"GO!" Mezo yelled while preparing to attack. Nine put up a big shield to stop both boys in their tracks, sending out an explosion. All of them were knocked backwards as Nine looked up. He grunted in pain from using the shield, stepping towards Mahoro and Katsuma. Both of them gasped, tears in their eyes as they felt like there was no hope anymore...

"Keep running, Katsuma!" Mahoro got onto her feet, though still terrified.

"No, don't, Mahoro!" He cried out while looking up at her.

"It's fine, just go!" She then ran up to Nine. The little boy looked up in shock while still crying. "Stay back! Don't you come any closer to my brother!" She screamed as the villain approached. The girl whimpered, tears still in her eyes as she continued to stand up against him. "I told you to stop!"

Katsuma gasped sharply as Nine held Mahoro by the throat, holding her up. "Mahoro!"

Nine continued to squeeze her neck while reacting in pain. She yelped in fear and he looked up at the little boy. "Unless you want your sister to die right now...you'll get over here." Katsuma couldn't stop the tears while looking at his sister, as he didn't want to see her die.

"Run away..." She squeezed her eyes shut, shedding a tear. As long as he ran, she didn't care what happened to her... "Escape!"

"Help me turn my desire...into...a reality..."

Katsuma continued to shed his tears while looking at his big sister. Losing her wasn't worth running away as he felt conflicted.

"Please...Katsuma..."

He squeezed his eyes shut and then ran towards Nine, giving himself up. "NOOOOOO! I can't just give her up! I promise I will protect you, Mahoro!"

Nine tossed her away, reaching out his hand to the boy. Katsuma braced himself, snot going down his face...until Izuku swooped in and kicked Nine in the face! "SMASH!"

"YOU STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM!" Izuka screamed while flying forward, hitting Nine with a Comet Burst. He gasped in pain from the fire, Katsuma looking up with his eyes shining. Nine then went flying, Mahoro yelping as the wind knocked her backwards. Katsuki jumped in out of nowhere, holding out his hand to catch her. He then put her into his arms while still leaping. The twins landed on both sides of Katsuma.

"Sorry we're late!"

"You're okay..." Katsuma murmured happily while looking between them. Izuku glanced back with a small smile.

"That was very brave. You did great," He complimented the little boy. "We're proud of you."

"I would've done the same thing if it was me," Izuka smiled at him as well, reaching out to pat him on the head gently. "Keep that up, and you'll have a bigger heart than my brother."

Katsuma shed happy tears this time while looking up at them.

Katsuki placed Mahoro down safely. "Bakugo!" She smiled up at him. "You're alive!"

"Weren't you listening?" He snarled a little, looking towards the villain. She blinked up at him in confusion. "I'm gonna be the number one hero. I'll end up better than every pro, even All Might! And Izuka better not hold back either. We didn't come this far only for either of us to stop now."

Mahoro gave him a genuine smile as she believed his words this time compared to when she heard it before.

Nine revealed himself from the smoke, the twins readying themselves. "Take your sister and run."

"Right!" Katsuma ran over to his sister and pulled her away. "Come on, sis!"

The three bent down while powering up and then jumped. Katsuki used his explosions to fly while Izuku relied on speed. Izuka flew in on her flying star above them and then jumped, all of them kicking at the shield together as a combo attack.

Nine glared at his opponents as he thought he defeated them. "How could you possibly have avoided my lightning?"

"You've stopped us with that before!" Izuku yelled as they managed to break through the shield, sending Nine flying backwards.

Katsuki lunged while preparing his hand. "So we prepared for it, and used that idiot Kaminari as a lightning rod!"

Izuka jumped up, preparing her moon bow to fire. "You won't get rid of us that easily! And we're definitely going to thank him later."

Denki was revealed to be nearby, having absorbed the shock. "Um...a little thanks and a kiss from Mido, maybe...? Heh heh," He fell to the ground with his usual dopey face.

Nine growled while firing his lasers at Katsuki, who used his explosions. As he flew towards Nine, he fired his AP Shots. Nine once again blocked it, and summoned his three blue dragons. Izuku yelled while skating along them.

"SMASH!"

Izuka spun around to avoid the dragons, firing repeatedly using her moon bow. "Uranus Orbit!" She swung an arm surrounded by ice to freeze one by the head, falling towards the ground. As she fired her stars at Nine, he kept his shield up to block them.

"DIE!" Katsuki sent out a huge explosion, spinning in a circle of fire towards the villain. He put up another shield as the attack collided with him, causing a huge explosion. Mahoro and Katsuma yelped while flying backwards, hiding behind a bush.

"Get down!" Mahoro shouted as Izuku slowly stood up. His sister and Katsuki landed next to him, both of them panting. Katsuki smirked while wiping his wrist against his mouth.

No... Nine thought while engulfed in the flames. This isn't...over He clenched a fist, causing the storm to grow. I can't stop now... Purple veins grew onto his body, which was reacting to his overuse of Quirks. I won't let it end like this! I will have my new society...no matter what it takes! He sent out an explosion himself, the three bracing themselves from the amount of smoke. Once it was cleared, Nine was powered up, his suit torn while his hair was flying. He then spun around to create a bunch of fire in front of the three. Izuka bent down to create a shield, but it broke on impact. She yelped while sliding backwards, holding onto the ground.

"A tornado!" Izuku looked up in shock, surrounded by fire.

"He can control all types of weather..." Katsuki murmured in disbelief as the fire tornado persisted.

"Damn it...even when we exhaust him, he won't stay down," Izuka gritted her teeth a little. "What is it gonna take to stop this madman?!"

Izuku glanced over his shoulder, seeing the two kids as they looked up in terror. What now? Katsuma and Mahoro are still here! On top of that, everyone who's evacuated will be in danger too!

Katsuki glared at the villain as his blasts were hitting the ruins. He's gonna end up destroying this whole island!

Izuka clenched a fist as she looked up at the sky. There's nothing I can try that will combat him strong enough to defeat him! The whole island will be destroyed if he keeps this up!

Izuku gritted his teeth while looking up. We have to stop him. We can't hold back! One for All...100 percent! Izuku powered up One for All.

Katsuki held up his hands, fire coming from his gloves. "Let's do this! I'll blast this villain with everything I've got!"

Solar Power! Izuka's hands glowed purple, her aura appearing as well. All of them jumped forward as Izuku prepared his fist.

Detroit...Smash! He punched at the fire tornado.

"Howitzer..." Katsuki spun around in a tornado himself. "Impact!" His explosion tornado hit the fire one.

"Solar Star..." Izuka jumped up, flinging back her arm as a big shooting star appeared. She threw it up and then kicked it hard. "GUST!" Once it flew, it burst into smaller stars to try and push the tornado back. Mahoro and Katsuma screamed while barely able to look.

"Mr. Deku! Ms. Callista!"

Izuku kept his fist at the tornado, but his sleeve started to rip. He grunted in pain as he couldn't take much more of it, sliding backwards. Katsuki kept up his attack, but like with Izuku, he couldn't keep it up for much longer either as his sleeve ripped. He was then sent backwards. Izuka yelled while her hands were pointed at the tornado, the stars pushing as hard as they could. She gritted her teeth in pain as her shoulder sleeve was torn to pieces, and suddenly, the stars came flying back to her at a fast speed. She flinched and then they exploded once they hit her, causing her to yelp and fall. Izuku shouted in pain as he broke his arm, being sent back as well. The three got caught up in the tornado, the two kids shouting for them. Mezo came in and shielded them as rocks flew down on them, and an explosion occurred. The citizens all yelped as the cave started to get covered with rocks.

"The entrance!" Koji yelped while Rikido held back the rocks as much as he could.

"Sato!" Toru screamed in concern for him.

"I think I can hold this. Just keep them all back!" He gritted his teeth, as he was going to push himself to protect everyone...
