Angel: I know this is the last OVA currently, but this is in the same vein as the survival training one, that this was made during a season I haven't uploaded yet. Which hasn't happened a lot, but it is weird that it happened twice. But the main reason why I'm putting this one here? Because they mention New Years multiple times, and it's not like it's a different year either for me to place it much later. It's still the second semester, therefore it goes right after the Christmas episode and the 2nd movie. So we're just gonna ignore that this was from season 6, and move on. Even if I had placed it during season 6, it would've been too jarring because that would be a tone issue.

Got another comment about other OC romances, go check out what I've said in chapters 34, 114, 132, 133, and 134, not getting into that again. I will say that this comment also mentioned Izuka and Ochaco as a couple, and if I wanted to do that, I would've done it a long time ago. But I don't want to, so it's not going to be a thing. They'd be a cute ship in another universe where Izuku and Katsuki don't exist, but that's uh...not really something I don't think any story from this anime would do since they're two main characters. Unless I just haven't read any that does this. Besides, imagine if I made Izuka and Ochaco a couple out of nowhere, that would come off as a terrible romance if they just decided to be together on a whim. And it's not like I don't get why someone would see them as romantic, but that's definitely not the intention.

Snow covered UA High School grounds and the dorm buildings.

When our second term ended, it was time for winter break. None of us went home, so our classmates and the two of us spent most of our time hanging around the dorms.

Izuka, Ochaco, and Toru were outside wearing their winter jackets, all of them making a snowman. Izuka looked happy at the girls as she got to decorate it when it was finished. The girl jumped around in excitement, as winter was her second favorite season.

Fortunately for me, Katsu and I avoided each other—I don't think I could handle talking to him about...what happened after the Christmas party. Even if he is really kind sometimes...

Izuka was also wearing the scarf Katsuki gave her for Christmas.

Of course, we weren't there by choice...

We still had New Years to visit our families, but...

Minoru let out a groan as Tenya was reading nearby. He looked up to see Denki and the shortest boy bored out of their minds. "We finally get a break from our class assignments...and they decide we're not allowed to go anywhere?" He looked up in disappointment.

"I'm so freakin' bored, I think I'm gonna die..." Denki complained as he looked up as well.

"We could play more card games," Hanta suggested while shuffling some cards in his hands.

"BITE ME!" The two shouted at him in retaliation, because they had been playing games together for the past few days now after Christmas. Well, aside from Katsuki, because he'd always hole himself up in his room.

"Isn't there anything fun to do in this prison?!" Minoru lamented; not even trying to peek at the girls was better than being bored right now.

"If I don't go out into the real world soon, I'll go insane!" Denki screamed while waving his arms and legs like he was having a tantrum...

"Calm down," Tenya spoke up from the couch. "I'm sure you two haven't forgotten why it's in our best interest to stay at the dorms over winter break."

Momo was standing next to him as she held up a finger. "The League of Villains is targeting us. We can't afford to act recklessly. Our teachers are using every possible line of defense in UA's arsenal to ensure our safety." And she was hoping that they would do so anyway, given she knew about Izuka's DNA used to being with the League. Thankfully, it wasn't something that she had to worry about.

"Still, super lame, right?" Minoru looked away with a pout.

"Tell me about it," Denki sighed, a hand on his cheek. "I can't believe the only day they're letting us go back home is New Years' Eve."

"Don't you realize what that means?!" Tenya stood up, clenching a fist.

"It's not as though they'll wave goodbye and turn us loose," Momo clenched a fist to her heart.

"Our teachers will be charged with escorting each and every one of us to our doorsteps!" Tenya reminded with a deep frown.

"And if there aren't enough teachers available, they'll have to enlist pro heroes to accompany us!" Momo looked up at the two boys. Both of them looked terrified as they felt like they were getting scolded by their parents...

"They're busy enough at this hectic time of year! You really wanna disregard their work?!" Tenya scolded as he and Momo loomed over them intensely.

"Both of you should be counting your blessings!" Momo reprimanded the two.

"Be grateful they let us leave at all!"

Minoru and Denki both held hands, crying. "Our teachers are the best, thank you...!"

"Heroes! We love you guys!" Denki cried out as well.

"We're not worthy of your sacrifice!" They shouted as the snowman was done. Izuka grinned as she took a photo of it to sketch later. Because of the failed work project in Nabu Island they had returned from, as well as work studies coming up, the Heroes Safety Commission didn't want to take any chances this time around before they started. So they insisted that UA faculty escort their students back home just in case the League tried to attack them again. Plus, Izuka herself was a secondary target...

"Ah, it's bad enough that we're stuck on campus and barely get any time to spend at home," Eijiro complained to Mina and Izuku. "But the big night getting cancelled makes it suck worse..."

"Yeah," Mina sighed in agreement. "I'm bummed."

"And I was so looking to the soiree," Yuga spoke up behind the couch. "Ah..."

"Me too!" Rikido raised a weirded out look at Yuga.

"Hold on," Shoto spoke up from behind. "What event?"

"Jeez, did it get even colder?" Ochaco wondered as she, Toru, and Izuka came in from outside. The short girl took off her scarf to fold, wearing a purple knit sweater, black leggings, and slippers. Her hair this time around was tied into a bun over her head, her forelocks hanging out to frame around her face.

"I'm basically a walking popsicle!" Toru shivered a little as they joined the others.

"Aren't you like that all the time though, Hagakure?" Izuka scratched her cheek sheepishly.

"Oh, hey!" Ochaco greeted the rest of their class gathered in the common room. "Whatcha talking about?"

"I bet you can guess," Eijiro sighed a little at the three.

"UA's famously awesome New Years party!" Mina complained; thanks to the League's increased activity, that was cancelled too.

"Oh yeah," Shoto looked up in realization. "You mean the elaborate production they put on at the shrine each year."

"The feast of legendary..." Fumikage blushed a little as even he looked a bit excited thinking about it.

"I've been before, and it's better than you could ever imagine!" Eijiro grinned from behind Mina.

"Aww, I've only ever seen it on TV!" She pointed to herself, as she would watch it at home during the New Year.

"Awwww!" Hanta gave a big grin. "I wanna go!"

"Same here," Mashirao spoke up with a small smile. "I know! How about you tell us more about it since you've been a guest?"

"Come on, Midoriya and Mido!" Eijiro looked to the twins. "Tell 'em!" He gave a thumbs up along with Mina.

"I'll let him take over, actually. He's always eager to share stories," Izuka smiled while gesturing to her brother.

"Uh! Um, sure!" Izuku spoke up eagerly as Izuka ran over to take a seat between him and Mina. "The UA New Year's party is awesome! The school's sponsored it for years, I think, and it takes place at the Kagura Shrine! A non-stop festival that runs for three whole days!" He then blushed in excitement. "And since the teachers are supervising the whole thing, you get to use your Quirk as much as you want during the game! People who've got super strength play Oversize Hanetsuki to ensure a productive year!"

"Those paddles are gigantic!" Ochaco screeched, remembering having seen it on TV.

"Others wish for happiness and good fortune by playing Daruma Drop, which is always a crowd favorite!" Izuku continued as Izuka smiled at him.

"I rule at that!" Eijiro gushed a little.

"Then there are huge spinning top battles! If you win, you're sure to grow stronger in the coming months!" Izuku explained next to his class.

"They're humongous!" Tsuyu placed a finger on her chin.

"On top of that, the cook hero Lunch Rush makes traditional New Years' food and mochi!"

"Mochi?!" Ochaco looked at him in excitement, as that was one of her favorites.

"Oh yeah, and the School Festival Beauty Pageant winner comes dressed as the shrine maiden!"

"Swoon!" Denki and Minoru blushed at the thought of Nejire dressed as one. Izuka just rolled her eyes at them in silence.

"So basically, it's jam-packed with food, fun, and cool activities!" Izuku blushed while the others behind him smiled happily.

"You're telling me...if the New Years' party wasn't cancelled, we would've gotten to see Hado dressed up as a shrine maiden?" Denki thought of her, now even more disappointed it was cancelled.

"Mochi..." Ochaco drooled at the thought.

"Not to brag or anything, but I think I would've done pretty well playing Daruma Drop!" Rikido flexed an arm.

"You know it, Sugarman!" Hanta called out to him, grinning.

"Hey, what if we throw a New Years' party for ourselves?" Toru suggested, jumping up and down in excitement.

"Aww, but it's so cold outside...look at that snow," Minoru looked outside, as everything was covered in snow still.

"And we don't have the games," Denki pointed out, flinching in realization. "But that means Mido would get dressed as our Class 1-A maiden!"

"Hah! No," Izuka smiled, earning groans from the two boys as they fell onto the ground. She already knew they were trying to trick her into wearing the robes, which she wasn't going to do for their benefit.

"At the very least, we can get Lunch Rush to make some mochi..." Ochaco looked disappointed of not having any.

"Wow, you really have a problem..." Tsuyu pointed out as Izuka blinked up at the brunette. She walked up to Ochaco to pat her on the back.

"If you want, we can try and ask Mr. Aizawa if we can get mochi right before our work studies with the girls," She offered and Ochaco blinked, hugging the girl gratefully.

"Mido, you're an angel...! Waaaaah!" The girl cried out in happiness. Izuka blinked and then smiled, rubbing her best friend on the back to comfort her.

"Listen," Tenya got onto his feet seriously. "I know we're missing out, but foregoing the party isn't the end of the world!"

"And hosting something here?" Momo frowned a little, crossing her arms. "We aren't allowed to leave, and we don't have the necessary supplies either."

"Say it ain't snow!" Something jumped towards them and they all turned around in alarm...the snowman that was made outside was moving on its own somehow. "Merry Christmas, everybody!" Mirio had planted his body into the snowman to make it move.

"Togata, why are you here?! And Christmas is over," Izuku pointed out to him.

"Plus, were you wearing that the whole time? Cause if so, how'd you get through the door?" Izuka blinked at him in confusion.

"Not important! And I was told to give you a frosty hello from Amajiki, Mido!" Mirio winked and she smiled, hands behind her back. "So hey!"

"Aww, that's sweet, if a little corny," Izuka laughed bashfully, scratching her cheek.

"What?! Since when was that a turn-on?" Denki complained at this, earning annoyed looks from her and Izuku.

"No fair, he's not even trying," Minoru grumbled while trying to reach out and cop a feel.

"I should wake up Katsu, I'm sure he'd love to have a nice chat with you," Izuka took out her phone, causing the two to hug each other in fear.

"No, no, don't bother him!" Denki shouted as he did not wanna get beat up today.

"Amajiki's a prime example of friendship!" Minoru yelped while some of their classmates stared at the two sheepishly, knowing that Katsuki would obviously get pissed if he heard what they said...and because he was asleep. Izuka was the only person who could get him to stay awake if she felt like talking to him...although thinking about him made her blush a little because of...the kiss. Just even remembering it made her a blushing mess, and she would rather not focus on it. And Katsuki wasn't either, he kept his distance from her currently for the most part. Which she preferred because she didn't want to talk about it...

"Should we worry about frostbite?" Tsuyu tilted her head a little.

"Also, he's melting all over the living room," Ochaco gave a sheepish smile, knowing that they'd have to dry it off...

"You didn't have to go through such lengths for a joke, bro," Eijiro scratched the side of his head with an anxious grin.

"Ha ha! You're probably right!" Mirio then broke the snowman into pieces, sending it flying everywhere as he also had no clothes on. The snow hit every single person in the face, earning a small sheepish groan from Izuku. Now all their noses were red... "Surprise!" Mirio started putting on his pants. "The hero and support courses worked together on something cool for you! A totally awesome, brand-new event for the next New Years' Party! Are we excited?" Tenya wiped off his glasses while Momo wiped the snow off her face. "I know this year's shindig was cancelled, but since you're stuck together, I figured I'd drop by and see if you wanted to check this out! Think of it as a secret sneak peek!"

"So we get our hands on it before anyone else does?" Denki wondered in excitement, Minoru giving a big smile.

"Sounds like fun!" Mina grinned, clenching her fists.

"Is it crazy huge?" Eijiro gave a toothy smile.

"Ha ha ha! No, not that big," Mirio smiled towards the class.

"Will I be able to play it too?" Ochaco waved her fists rapidly.

"As long as you learn the rules, I don't see why not," Mirio explained, to their excitement.

"Tell us, what's the name of this celebratory activity?" Tenya implored with a small smile, knowing that it would cure the boredom of his classmates.

"It's called...UA Heroes Battle!" Mirio held up a deck of cards, laying them out. "Let me break it down for you. In this game, you'll battle each other using cards that represent UA course students!" He then separated them, revealing that the cards were in the likeness of Class 1-A in their hero costumes. "You guys!"

They all gasped in excitement while looking at the cards. "What's up with my eyes?!" Denki yelped as the cards depicted them with big cute eyes.

"Aw, don't sweat the small stuff," Eijiro dismissed it, as all the cards were like this.

"Well, I'm confused," Minoru held up a card of himself. "Don't character cards in games like this usually have descriptions or some kind of power stats on them?" All the card had was a picture and the logo on the back. "How are we supposed to play with these things?"

"Don't worry! That's where the support course came in," Mirio smiled down at him. "Check this out!" He them put down an arena of sorts on the table for the cards to go onto. "A high-tech futuristic battle board! When you toss a card down on this bad boy," He placed the Minoru card down. "It takes in the necessary information, and turns your fighter into a 3D figure ready to fight your opponent!" And sure enough, a holographic Minoru appeared on the board, throwing his sticky balls.

"Oh, wow!" Izuku smiled down at the hologram. "They really went all out!"

"So cool!" Izuka gushed towards it.

"The board will go into much more detailed instructions as you play!" Mirio smiled as he watched as well. "Jump into a round, and you'll catch on!"

"Thank you so much!" They told him as he left the dorm building.

"Togata really went above and beyond to bring this game to us!" Tenya smiled towards the game board.

"We'll have such good fun together!" Momo smiled, clenching her fists.

"YEAH!" All of them cheered and Izuka ran off.

"I'll go make some snacks and tea!" She offered to the class.

"I'll help," Rikido walked after the girl.

"Yes, we'll assist as well," Tenya nodded as he and Momo followed after her.

And soon, they got the game ready. They had a separate table for snacks and drinks for between rounds. "Well? How do we do this?" Tenya rubbed his chin in thought.

"Uhh...it looks like we touch this button to start," Izuku reached out to tap it. Once he did, it glowed blue, and then a holographic Mei Hatsume appeared.

"Welcome to UA Heroes Battle, everybody!" She announced, much to their shock.

"Wait, Hatsume's in this game?!" Izuku blinked in surprise at the figure.

"Somehow, this doesn't surprise me," Izuka remarked with a small playful grin. She made the weights for their practical exam, and she was the one making the gear for the twins. It would've been more of a surprise to her if Mei wasn't involved at all.

Holographic Mei jumped onto the game board. "If you don't know the rules yet, they're incredibly easy to learn!" A holographic stadium appeared, looking like the one they used for the Sports Festival. "You'll play with Class A cards, or you may choose some extras along the way!" A card of Tenya formed into the 3D figure. "The battle board will automatically judge the abilities of the characters of each card you play!" Holographic Tenya bent down, readying his engines. "Then your holographic player will use attacks, defensive measures, or special moves in a way that benefits you most!" Holographic Tenya ran past her. "Helper heroes are also available to play via extra cards!" She then held up what looked like a mystery card. "However, you can only use those babies once, before they disappear!" The card then vanished from her hands. "You'll wanna be careful and come up with a smart strategy!"

"Makes sense," Tenya tilted up his glasses.

"To prep for a new game, each player needs to choose three cards to add to the roster in their hand. Players then place one card at a time, and much like the final round at the Sports Festival, you either need to defeat your opponent, or throw them out of bounds!" Holographic Mei explained while she stepped out of bounds...just like she did against Tenya in their match. "Whoever defeats their opponent's three cards first is crowned the game's winner!"

Holographic Tenya was declared the winner, much to the real Tenya's dismay. He looked away, holding his head while crying. "Why is she reminding us of our humiliating Sports Festival fight?!"

Izuka gave him an anxious laugh, rubbing his back comfortingly. She didn't remember him when we were coming up with Ultimate Moves, and yet they just happened to add this in...? Maybe she really did recall it in order to record the instructions...poor Ida, way to throw salt on old wounds by picking him specifically.

Holographic Mei then looked up, holding three cards in her hand. "The key to winning this thing is understanding your classmate's abilities of being strategic about using extra cards! Now, time to get this battle started!"

"Rock, paper, scissors!" Hanta, Rikido, Mina, and Tsuyu all shouted, as everyone else was doing the same.

After a few tense rounds of rock, paper, scissors, we finally settled on who would be the first among us to try out the game.

After that, we decided to just let the others get at least one turn so that we all had a chance to play. Katsu wasn't joining since he was still asleep, so we had an even number of players.

The first round was Izuku against Mashirao. "UA Heroes Battle!" There was even a holographic Present Mic as the referee. "Ready? Let's rock!" A little bell sounded off, and the game board changed into the forest. Both boys held up a card, throwing them down. Izuka got Kyoka while Mashirao got Rikido. Holographic Kyoka appeared first on the opposite side. Once Holograph Rikido appeared, he ran off to find her.

Holographic Kyoka bent down, planting an earphone jack into the ground. "Oooh! Earphone Jack used her Quirk and noticed Sugarman's approach!" Holographic Rikido let out a yelp.

"This is not good!" Mashirao was a little worried, knowing that Rikido didn't have any recon skills.

"Heartbeat Distortion!" Holographic Kyoka sent out a bunch of rocks at Rikido, knocking him into the sky. This meant he was out of bounds, and Izuku won the first round.

"Sugarman was trashed before he even saw his opponent! What a disappointment!" Holographic Present Mic announced from the game board.

"Yes!" Izuku gave a small smile. Kyoka grinned happily, Denki pointing at her.

"Good job, little brother!" Izuka jumped up happily, hugging him as he laughed, blushing in a little embarrassment.

"Oh no...!" Rikido looked so upset at Mashirao, who waved an apologetic hand. He held up another card, revealing Denki on the game board.

"Fine. How about this?"

Izuku grinned a little, knowing that Denki packed a powerful punch. "Kaminari, huh?"

"He'll use an area attack before you can track him down," Mashirao smiled confidently at his opponent.

"Indiscriminate Shock!" Holographic Denki held up his arms. "1.3 Million Volts!" He then shocked Holographic Kyoka, who held her head in pain.

"The tables have turned! Earphone Jack loses to an electrifying display!" Holographic Kyoka disappeared...but Holographic Denki had already reached his limit. "But wait! Chargebolt's turned into an idiot!" Even the dopey face was the same to Denki's.

"In that case..." Izuku smirked, and then played Holographic Yuga. "Aoyama!"

Holographic Yuga charged up his laser, moving his arms back. "Navel Laser!" He fired and pushed back Holographic Denki so far back he crashed into the forest. Both boys were shocked at this power...

"He shot Navel Laser at full blast! All he had to do was push the braindead Kaminari off the board, but he did not hold back!"

All that was left of the Holographic Denki was his gear! Izuka gasped sharply while covering her mouth, looking between Yuga and Denki. Hopefully Yuga was not capable of doing that in real life...but Denki was pretty disappointed.

"So cruel...you're a monster, Midoriya."

"No! I swear, it's not like that!" Izuku protested at this, looking horrified. He had no idea his card would do that. "I planned to just toss you out of bounds, b-but the AI decided at full strength and now his stomach hurts!" He heard a small snicker and then whined at his sister. She was covering her mouth while shaking in laughter. "Izuka, that's not funny..."

"I feel so dead inside..." Denki sagged his shoulders at Izuka laughing at his expense. "So Midoriya gets it from you, huh?"

"It's just a game, you guys, there shouldn't be any hard feelings!" She replied with a closed-eye smile. "Although yes, he probably does get it from me."

"Uh! Big sister, you're not helping!" Izuku yelped towards the girl in disbelief.

Mashirao placed down his own card, and the Holograph Mashirao stepped up. He simply moved his tail...and Yuga stepped out of bounds on his own. "What a gentleman! Tailman wins while showing grace and chivalry! With that, each side's got one card left! Is Midoriya holding an ace or a dud?!"

"You've got this," Izuku smiled at his card.

A familiar hand reached out, covered in frost before an area was frozen over. "A total ace! The Half-Cold Half-Hot Shoto!"

Holographic Shoto turned around, some frost escaping his mouth. "It's not your fault. We're just playing on different levels." He had left the Holographic Mashirao completely frozen in ice.

"Tailman's frozen in place! The game's winner is Izuku Midoriya!" Holographic Present Mic shouted, and Izuku nodded his head apologetically at Mashirao. Because similar to Tenya vs Mei, this scenario had happened before...

This is exactly what happened in our first combat training...instant defeat Mashirao looked away in embarrassment.

They really like reminding us of the past with this game, huh? Izuka scratched at her cheek awkwardly.

"Gimme some cards!" Minoru held up his hand eagerly. "I wanna play next!"

"Ooh, I'd like to try it out too, ribbit," Tsuyu spoke up in excitement.

"Then how about we play in teams?" Mina smiled towards Ochaco, who nodded in agreement. The twins watched as people eagerly surrounded the board, wanting a turn. Izuka glanced up at the card her brother was holding, which was of his own.

"This card is supposed to represent who I am. So, what does this game think of me? I've gotten way stronger...but does it see that?" He wondered and she flinched, rubbing the back of her neck.

"You know, it's not real. You don't need to take it that seriously," She reminded her little brother.

"Well, yeah, but you've changed too," He pointed out and she blinked, remembering that she had gotten a lot of abilities and strategies in the 2 terms that they had been in.

"True. But I don't think the game knows about you-know-what. So I wouldn't worry about that," She placed a finger on her cheek.

"Uh! I wasn't worried about my Quirk!" He waved his hands rapidly at her. "I-I was just hoping that it's fair for the both of us!" Hearing this earned a small giggle from the girl.

Next up, it would be girls vs boys. Tsuyu, Mina, and Ochaco were up against Hanta, Minoru, and Fumikage. "How about we make it interesting?" Minoru wondered as the battlefield changed to the mountain arena he and Hanta fought against Midnight. "Since we're doing guys vs girls, we should divide the cards up the same way."

"That'd be fun," Ochaco looked over to her teammates in concern. "But there aren't as many girl cards for us to pick from."

"Okay," Minoru gestured to himself. "Then we'll do you a solid and tell you what cards we're picking to even things up. In fact, the three of us will fight with our own holograms." Hanta and Fumikage blinked at him being the one offering this, wondering what his strategy was. "How's that?"

"I can't believe they'd warn us who they're using..." Tsuyu tapped her chin in thought.

"Their loss," Mina hummed a little, clenching her fists. "Let's kick some butt!"

"Ribbit!" Tsuyu nodded along with Ochaco in agreement.

"You've got this, guys!" Izuka grinned at them in encouragement.

"Ready?" Present Mic's voice called out from the board. "Go!"

"Dominate, Sero!" Minoru pointed at their opposing team.

"Yeah!" Hanta threw his card down, which appeared on the arena.

"Cellophane takes the field for the boys team!"

Minoru gave a pervy grin, blushing and chuckling because of course he had ill intentions. The girls will get wrapped up in Sero's tape. I can't wait to see those sexy bodies writhing around...

Ochaco held up a card. "Right! I have the perfect card to play!" She threw it down, Holographic Hanta looking up in shock...because it was a Holographic Mt. Lady.

"What's Mt. Lady doing in the game?!" Hanta and Minoru shouted in unison. Holographic Mt. Lady simply squashed Holographic Hanta like a bug, much to the shock of the boys.

"Cellophane is flattened! Mt. Lady squished the young hero like he was a bug! Since she's an extra card, she now disappears, even though she won! Both teams are left with two cards to battle with!" Hanta was kneeling in embarrassment...

"Let me step in next," Minoru stepped up, to the shock of Fumikage. "You can take the final round, okay?"

"Sounds good to me," Fumikage nodded down at him.

Holographic Minoru appeared, reaching out to his head. And once again, he was having pervy thoughts... I'll imprison my opponent using Pop-Offs, no sweat. Ha ha ha ha...

Mina was up next, noticing his look. "What's with that smile? Go!" She threw down her own card. "Get him, me!"

"Acid Shot time!" Holographic Mina fired off acid straight at her opponent, to the horror of Minoru.

"She melted me into a gross puddle?!" His figure sunk to the ground. "Everyone else disappeared whenever they were beaten! Why is my ending so disgusting?!" He protested towards the girls.

"Because you deserve it," Mina smiled, as she remembered when they had joint training, he...landed at her breasts. Plus, it was for the best if they didn't indulge his fantasies, even if they were just holograms.

Thank god I'm not playing against him or Kaminari. Otherwise Katsu would murder them for real Izuka rubbed the back of her neck.

Holographic Fumikage was up, looking up at his opponent. "Leave the rest to me. Attack, Dark Shadow!" Holographic Dark Shadow lunged forward, grabbing Mina and throwing her out of bounds.

"Terrifying!" Present Mic's voice called out while Mina gritted her teeth in disappointment. This was just like their match at the Sports Festival too... "Tsukuyomi threw Pinky out of bounds! With that, the girls have one last chance to turn this battle around!"

"We've got you, boys," Mina suddenly stopped lamenting her loss. "We knew you'd play his card last, since he's your strongest teammate!"

"Lay down your card, Tsu!" Ochaco smiled at her friend.

"Ready!" She placed down a Toru card, causing Fumikage to gasp.

"Hagakure..."

"Ha!" Holographic Toru gave off a light. "Warp Refraction! Say cheese!"

"She zoomed in on Dark Shadow's weakness!"

"I'm sorry, Fumikage..." Holographic Dark Shadow recoiled back in fear, leaving the girls with the win.

"Wow! The AI decided Dark Shadow lost the will to fight! That means victory goes to Invisible Girl!"

"We won!" The girls' team shouted happily, giggling.

"I knew you could do it, ha ha!" Izuka jumped over to them, hugging Tsuyu and Ochaco. The four girls jumped up happily while hugging each other.

"Pathetic..." Fumikage looked humiliated at this. "What happened...?"

"So Dark Shadow got scared and ran?" Hanta couldn't help but wonder. "They're not even gonna fight it out?"

"Who designed this busted AI to begin with?" Minoru was shaking since none of his fantasies came true.

"Hey, guys, this is supposed to be fun," Izuku reminded them while sweating, not wanting them to take it too hard...

"New game!" Eijiro pointed at himself. "I want a turn next!"

And so, the arena changed to Field Gamma. "I've adjusted the settings to allow us to put down 2 cards at a time for this match," Momo spoke up as she was his opponent.

"Hmm, then the cards we pick should be people who work well together! Let's get this started!" He threw down his first card. "Shoji will pinpoint the enemy, and my card will bring 'em down!"

"Ha, challenge accepted!" She threw down her cards next, and one of them was also her own. "Your reconnaissance won't make a difference...when I attack from a distance!" Holographic Momo revealed a bunch of cannons.

"Heh heh, nice pun," Izuka smiled at her best friend.

The cannons went off and Holographic Eijiro stood in front of his teammate. "I'm Unbreakable!" He turned into his Unbreakable form as the cannons exploded into smoke. Eijiro let out a grunt.

"What's the deal with all the smoke? Crap! Who'd Yao-Momo send as her second card?" He couldn't even see Holographic Momo's teammate...until it was revealed to be Holographic Ochaco. "Shoot!"

"Up, up, and away!" Holographic Ochaco touched them, and they simply floated away.

"Tentacole and Red Riot have floated out of bounds! Yaoyorozu's cunning secures the win!"

"Yeah, those are my besties!" Izuka grinned while jumping up and hugging Momo. The taller girl smiled with a small blush on her face, patting her on the head.

Now it was Toru up against Rikido. "The next battle will be a single round!"

"Go!" Rikido threw down his card, revealed to be Present Mic.

"Sato puts down an extra card! And it's the best hero of the bunch, the great DJ Hero, Present Mic! His victory all but guaranteed as he rocks and rolls through these streets! Has there ever been a cooler hero? I think not!"

Wow, that AI is really full of itself... Izuku looked at the board wide-eyed.

Hyping himself up a little too much...it's better than biased commentary any day though Izuka had a small sweat drop on her cheek.

Toru prepared to put down her card. "If I'm going up against Mr. Mic, I've gotta use this!" Her card was Koji. "I'm counting on you, Koda!"

"Come to me, my little friends!" Holographic Koji called out, confusing his opponent. A bunch of flies surrounded him, freaking him out.

"Oh, no, no, no! Not bugs! Nooo!"

Toru laughed while pumping up a fist...and then the game turned off, to their confusion.

The AI was so freaked out that it turned the board off?!

"Does that count as a win?" Izuka tilted her head curiously.

Kyoka was up next. "For the next battle...Jiro's card is an extra character named...Grand," The AI did not sound enthusiastic this time around because of the last match...

Yo placed down his hands. "Take this! Tremoring Earth!" It then caused the holographic ground to split apart, defeating Hanta. Denki was once again very disappointed.

"Wow! Cellophane was swallowed by a catastrophic earthquake!"

"But that guy's not even a student in our school!" Izuku looked on in disbelief, wondering if the designers just were limited with their selections and decided to switch things up.

"How did they make my card so weak...?" Hanta lamented as his card had lost twice now.

People were talking in excitement as Katsuki walked over with tired eyes. "Why is everybody so damn loud? I can't nap when it's this noisy! MORONS! Shut up!"

"Uh?" Eijiro turned around to see him. "Hey, Bakugo, you want a turn?"

"What?" Katsuki retorted in annoyance from being woken up.

"Togata brought over this ridiculously awesome card game!" Eijiro started off, pointing to the board.

"It's got our entire class in it, and surprise cameos too!" Denki smiled at the hot-headed boy.

"Huh?" Katsuki faltered upon hearing this and then looked fired up. "Which one of those cards is the strongest in the deck?!"

"I'm guessing it'd be a teacher, right?" Hanta looked at the board as even Mr. Aizawa was in the game. "I mean, they are pros." And once again...his own card lost against Holographic Mr. Aizawa. "Dang it, why can't I catch a break?"

"Yikes. Other than the teachers, I think the strongest fighters are Todoroki, Bakugo, and the Midoriyas," Eijiro looked over to Izuku, who had just won against Minoru.

"Yeah, yeah! Todoroki has a pretty high-win rate, but Midoriya's proven to be a wild card!" Denki agreed with the red-headed boy.

"Having super power is a solid all-purpose Quirk. And his card pairs well when it's played with the other ones! And having Mido is a good pick too because she's great with her aim and really fast!"

Katsuki stared at Izuku intensely...

"Can't say the same for you. Your card doesn't play well with others," Eijiro stared at his friend.

"NO ONE CARES!" The blond shouted at him. "I am not gonna lose. In reality, or in some stupid game," He pushed past Denki to approach the board.

"I knew that'd fire him up," Eijiro grinned at Denki as they had playful looks on their faces.

"It's sad how he's so predictable. But this might give him the win if he's up against Mido since they kissed," He puckered up his lips playfully.

"Move it," Katsuki shoved Minoru out of the way, the twins blinking in shock at him. Izuka blushed while covering her face, turning away. She didn't think that he'd play... "Just you and me, Deku. Bring it! I'll turn you into ash!"

"Um...it is just a card battle," Izuku held up his hands sheepishly. "We're not actually fighting, Kacchan."

"Shut up and play! Some people rely on sure luck for games! Forget that nonsense!" The rest of them were either nervous, or interested for how this would turn out because it was a match against the two indisputable rivals in the entire class...

"Let's make this more interesting..." Mina giggled mischievously while standing behind Izuka, holding her shoulders. "Let's make this a double battle! You and Todoroki against Midoriya and Bakugo!"

"Uh!" All three boys blinked in shock for this suggestion, their classmates gasping a little.

"Huh?!" She looked up at her classmate in alarm, waving her hands. "I think I'm good, Ashido." There's no way I'm gonna be able to handle going up against Katsu after everything! She didn't notice Katsuki glaring towards them. I know what she's doing, and I don't think it's a good idea...

"Hell no..." Katsuki started off angrily as he stepped up to them, stopping right behind her. This caused her to flinch as she looked up, seeing him pissed. "You think she can't handle me? Izuka! You and me against them! Otherwise I'm out!"

"What?" She blinked up at him in bewilderment that he wouldn't play unless he was on a team with her, even though he was going up against her brother regardless. Although most of it had to do with Katsuki not wanting her to be on a team with Shoto. The girl then snapped out of it, taking a deep breath. She should be able to handle this, it was just Katsuki, she grew up with him. And yet it was hard to ignore that her feelings were getting in the way a little... "O-Okay!" She blushed a little while nodding sharply. "We can beat them!"

He blinked at her in surprise that she accepted and smirked. "That's right! So don't hold back!"

"I won't!" She declared while pumping her fists, Mina's eyes shining. She was just trying to make Katsuki jealous, but this was even better. Ochaco grinned while giving her friend a thumbs up, Momo nodding with a small smile.

"Well, if it's okay with you guys and Todoroki, then I'm in!" Izuku nodded in agreement with them. Plus it would be interesting to see how a hypothetical fight between Izuka and Shoto would turn out, since both shared fire/ice abilities.

"I accept," Shoto nodded towards them; this would be interesting for the others as well, because they didn't see what would've happened if the swim tournament wasn't interrupted.

"I want you both to put your own cards on the board, Deku and icy hot!" Katsuki declared as he and Izuka stood side by side. Shoto walked up to Izuku, staring at their opponents. "And the two of us will play ours against yours. We'll see who would actually come out on top! Me against Deku, and Izuka against Icy hot!"

"Alright then," Shoto nodded at the two of them.

"Fine with me," Izuka glanced up at Katsuki, wondering how this would turn out.

"Fine," Izuku agreed as all of them held their own cards. "We're ready for you guys." He then looked at his card, which had been played a few times. I wonder...how will a new match with Kacchan turn out?

All of them prepared themselves as the new battlefield appeared. "Ready? Begin!"

"Murder them, us!" Katsuki shouted as Holographic Katsuki and Izuka both appeared side by side.

"No," Izuka sighed slowly at him. And Holographic Katsuki himself wagged his tongue like a crazy person...

"Come on, Deku!" Izuku encouraged his own hologram.

"We'll win, Shoto," Shoto stated while his hologram appeared next to Holographic Izuku.

"Let's do this, Callista!" Izuka pumped a fist with a grin.

"Take this! AP Shot!" Holographic Katsuki fired while Holographic Izuka jumped up above his head.

"Comet Burst!" She threw her comet at Holographic Shoto, who threw his hand to stop the comet with an ice wall.

Holographic Izuku powered up One for All. "Air Force!" He shot his air bullets to negate the AP Shots, running towards his opponent. "I can dodge that!"

"You're mine!" Holographic Katsuki flew forward as Holographic Izuka and Shoto were heading for each other. Holographic Izuku fired another Air Force while Holographic Katsuki caused an explosion, landing behind his opponent. Holographic Izuka threw a Mercury Blast, and Holographic Shoto combated it with his own fire, causing an explosion.

"I've got you!" Holographic Izuku swung his leg for a kick.

Holographic Katsuki jumped backwards into the sky. "BURN!" He fired more AP Shots, seemingly getting his opponent...until Holographic Izuku jumped up into the sky. All four fought while in the sky, and it seemed to be an even match.

It's no good... Katsuki thought a bit nervously as they watched the double match play out.

We're all cancelling each other out! Izuku stared anxiously while Shoto stared wide-eyed.

Izuka bit her lip at the match, not knowing what to do. The four watched as multiple explosions played out.

"This is so intense, it's hard to believe it's just a simulation," Tenya commented at the four.

"Yes," Momo nodded in agreement. "This AI captures all their fighting styles so well. None of them are able to give the final blow!"

Holographic Katsuki and Izuka both advanced, the two boys gritting their teeth. Is he keeping his distance, before rushing in? Or is that a feint so that one of them will suddenly switch opponents? He then noticed that something was off about his card. Hold on...the me in this battle...is an old version of me!

Holographic Katsuki fired some more AP shots as Holographic Izuka jumped up, firing her Jupiter Wind. Holographic Shoto threw his fire to cancel out the wind and water. Holographic Izuku combated his opponent with Air Force.

I'm better than this stupid avatar! Katsuki was a bit frustrated himself, because his card was only using AP Shot. Plus this Izuka avatar is weak as hell! She's gotten much faster than that, she'd destroy icy-hot in seconds!

Holographic Katsuki spun around in the air, flying towards the two. Holographic Izuku jumped up in the air with Holographic Shoto. Neither Izuka or Shoto seemed to mind their avatars because it was just a game to the two of them. So they didn't realize how seriously their teammates were taking it.

This isn't...

Who I am anymore! Both Izuku and Katsuki had the same thought about their avatars, all four watching in anticipation as their avatars got closer to each other...and then time ran out.

"And that's time!" Present Mic's voice announced as the four landed. "The clock is up, so the match has ended in a tie!"

Katsuki immediately stuck his head into the hologram. "Unacceptable! The real me would've dodged his attacks, and Izuka's Uranus Orbit would've frozen icy-hot in no time! Then I'd swoop in and blast Deku to hell and back!"

"Did you forget this is just a game?" Izuka popped up next to him. "It's not supposed to be accurate to real life..."

"Wait, not so fast," Izuku stuck his head in as well in protest. "In real life, I would've countered you too! And Todoroki would've frozen Izuka solid first!"

"Wait, what the hell?!" Izuka yelped at her brother in disbelief that he was getting caught up in this too.

"Aren't you both taking this a bit too far? It's just a game," Shoto tried to calm down his teammate.

"Shut up! I'd set off an explosion in your face before you ever had the chance. And she'd obviously throw in a Comet Burst to knock him down first," Katsuki declared angrily, clenching his fists. Both boys glared at each other while Izuka placed a hand on her forehead, sighing. Shoto just stared as he felt like nothing they could say would settle it...

"Since it's a draw, we'll head into overtime! A sudden-death round! In this most extreme ending, you'll each draw one card!" All four of them grabbed a card from the deck. "Whoever defeats their opponent is the winner, fair and square!"

"Even if it's just a card game, I refuse to let anyone beat me in a fight!" Katsuki glared, holding up his card.

"AH!" Izuka's hair went up in shock at his statement. So he does know this is a game! What was all that stuff earlier then?

"I know that," Izuku declared, holding up his own card as well. "Let's finish this. Come on, Todoroki!"

"If it'll get this settled," Shoto nodded at him slowly.

"I don't feel too confident anymore..." Izuka scratched her cheek while preparing herself.

"DIE!" Katsuki threw down his card, as did his teammate. Mina, Denki, and Eijiro gasped in shock.

"Whoa, look what Bakugo played! He managed to pull a super-rare card! It's All Might!" The latter shouted in disbelief.

Sure enough, All Might was in the game, something they didn't even know until now. "The strongest possible card in existence!" Denki exclaimed in excitement as they thought a teacher would be stronger, but definitely not compared to All Might...

"Huh, well there's no way Midoriya can beat that play," Minoru commented, knowing that the match would end quickly.

"I don't know, let's see what he drew," Ochaco glanced at the board. "He got an extra card too!"

Then Holographic Katsuki appeared and Izuka blinked. "I got Katsu?"

"Hah! We'll win for sure," Katsuki grinned widely at him being her card.

And then Shoto's card was revealed to be Holographic Izuka. "Mido, huh? We still have a chance, Midoriya," Shoto stared at the hologram.

"Their own cards are on the field again?" Tenya rubbed his chin at the coincidence. "But this time, it'll be against each other. This might play out like it did between them in the Sports Festival..."

"Really? Then who's Midoriya's card?" Hanta wondered...as it was a dog.

"Huh?!" Izuku looked at it wide-eyed, getting into the hologram again. "A dog?!"

"He's adorable!" Momo popped in, squealing as she stared at it.

"Why would a card like this even be included?" Tenya tilted up his glasses as he didn't see the point. Shoto then popped in next to Izuku.

"Is this canine a new UA student...?"

"I mean, that's a valid question," Mashirao commented, since...a dog was not in UA at all.

"I can't believe you got a dog...I'm pretty sure Momo said she saw the same one back on Nabu Island while fixing a bike, though," Izuka tapped her chin in thought.

"Huh," Katsuki grinned at his and Izuka's odds. "I knew I'd come out on top! Go, All Might! Destroy him!"

"Come on, Katsu! Even though it's me as an opponent, you can beat Shoto!" Izuka pumped her fists and then blinked. "I never thought I'd end up saying that."

The holographic dog barked while Holographic Izuka prepared herself. Holographic Katsuki's hands sparked as the holographic hero approached the dog. Izuku looked a bit devastated because he knew that he would lose...

"Aw, you look frightened. You must be far from home," Holographic All Might bent down to the dog.

Holographic Katsuki slowly put down his hands, confusing Izuka. He reached out to grab Holographic Izuka by the collar, causing her to flinch.

"Don't worry, you're safe now," The holographic hero assured the dog.

"You're cute, and I've always yelled and screamed at you because I'm not good at sharing my feelings!"

"Uh..." Izuka was baffled to hear this, as well as Katsuki and Shoto.

"Why? Because I am here!"

Izuku's eyes shined at hearing this phrase after so long. All Might...!

Holographic Katsuki then pulled in Holographic Izuka for a kiss, leaving all four wide-eyed. "Now..." Holographic All Might held the dog in his hands. "Let's figure out where your owner is, and leave these lovebirds alone!" He then jumped up, still holding onto the dog.

"All Might takes the adorable doggo and flies away! In doing so, they both go out of bounds! And so have Callista and Bakugo to be alone, ooh~" Holographic Katsuki was carrying Holographic Izuka out of bounds as they were both still kissing. "Bye bye! It's a draw! Another match without a clear winner!"

Both Izuka and Katsuki froze in shock, shaking from what they just witnessed. Izuku was happy for the draw at least...

All Might is amazing! He'll save anyone that's in trouble, even if it's a lost little dog! Although this AI probably took Izuka's relationship with Kacchan a bit too far... Izuku had tears in his eyes from what he witnessed, Shoto blinking wildly at their opposing team, who still hadn't said a word.

That is so NOT what happened at all... Izuka's eyes were shaking as she was blushing in embarrassment, covering her eyes with her hand. This is so embarrassing...

"Why is he the only one that gets any action in this game?!" Both Denki and Minoru yelled towards Katsuki, since nothing like that happened with any of the other cards.

Katsuki's hand twitched as it sparked. "Ridiculous!" Tenya yelped, seeing the boy pissed off, though he was also blushing. "What the hell is wrong with this game?! I'm obviously the winner!" He held up his arms angrily.

"Not good! Quickly, everyone! Evacuate!" Tenya warned as they all ran away screaming.

"DIE, GAME!" Katsuki shouted while sending a huge blast in front of him. Izuku laughed nervously across from him.

After that, our homeroom teacher, Mr. Aizawa, made a new rule.

The whole dorm building then exploded...

Class 1-A was permanently banned from playing card games.

And after that, I couldn't even look Katsu in the eye...

The burned cards fell from the sky, and even the poor snowman got affected.

Anyway...Happy New Year!
