(A/N): Welcome to the New Loud Story with a New Origin! I've been looking for this kind of intro ever since there were some starting options other than Lincoln would be running away. I tried my best not to use No Such Luck, Brawl in the Family or even the Washed Up AU. Instead, I found a logical way to summon Lincoln into a new region. And so, here it is, courtesy of your favorite Artificial Intelligence Presidents!

[Royal Woods/Morning - 4 Years Later: The Loud Residence]

It was a long time after Lincoln's Endorsement by the U.S. Government and the Presidents. The Louds couldn't comprehend why, or was it simply because what Lincoln did that day was considered beyond heroic, yet foolish, so much like it was picking out the perfect Apple on the Tree. Even though it was heartbreaking for Lincoln to leave, Lisa was determined to find out the specifics of Lincoln's position as a "Reserve" when he was too young for military honor and that he was a Loud and Lisa's Lab Rat. This angered Lisa, because if there was one thing the government finally got from her, it was her brother-unit. But then again, all of the memories of Lincoln reminded her that he wasn't a unit as he was now, he was actually family and he taught her of the importance of treating her siblings, her mother and her father with love, care and respect, no matter how many times she'd experiment with them or with their samples of DNA, including fecal matter.

Lisa looked through the images of the Presidents and noticed that Trump had something during the Assassination Attempt, he had a Gun, but it wasn't any gun. It was designed with a weird bird on it, similar to an eagle. The metal was a Cold Iron Grip with a Leatherback Handle. Lisa began looking through the internet and found nothing. Looking at photos of the Presidents after events, Biden, Obama, Trump, Bush and Clinton and even Carter had symbols that replicate almost the same thing. Lisa used incognito mode and used her supercomputer as she found out… Lincoln was chosen… to be an American Hero! In the region of Arova!

[Waterboro/Morning Dawn: Lincoln Loud]

Lincoln was renting a home with a family under a loan. To Lincoln, it was introduced to his little brother who's known as Nappy, whose real name was actually Gregory Ilk. Nappy was close to Lincoln ever since he arrived, growing up, Nappy learned to talk with him, and now, he was at the age of 12, bonding with Lincoln.

During the lectures at home, Lincoln, as well as Nappy, was taught the art of Making Tacos and Burritos. Lincoln understood there are toppings as well as berries and herbs that can go inside as Lincoln tried to replicate his Dad's "World Famous" Breakfast Burritos, as Nappy was more into Ham, Egg and Cheese Burritos, to which Lincoln liked more than what either of them could do.

Mrs Ilk smiled at seeing Lincoln bonding with her son, happily! Lincoln couldn't be anymore happier to have a brother, but he sure missed his sisters. But Lincoln was there for Nappy ever since Nappy was 8! As of now, Lincoln was old enough to get a Pokemon from the Pokemon Professor, as she liked Lincoln a lot. As of then, she gave Lincoln his selection, while Nappy's Pokemon Egg was hatching, revealing a Litten, a small kitten-like Pokémon, with black fur. He had a short nose, red eyes with yellow sclera and short ears with gray insides. He had two stripes on his head with a vertical line intersecting them. The lower part of his face was red with two tufts of fur on each side. Litten also had a long tail with a tuft of fur at the end.

Nappy befriended Litten quickly as Nappy likes cats, hence his whole Catsuit Hoodie. Lincoln felt happy for Nappy as Nappy decided to keep him as a family pet and continue his studies. Lincoln then told Nappy his mission to challenge the Arovan League, much to Nappy's dismay, but Lincoln reassured him that he'll visit when he can.

Lincoln smiled as he summoned his Pokemon he ordered which was a Bunny Pokemon, Scorbunny. Scorbunny looked like a small white rabbit with reddish-orange patches at the tips of her ears and feet and light yellow rectangles both on her face right between the eyes and the soles of her feet. She had short stubby arms with small 3-fingered hands. Her legs were long with small fluffy feet with 3 toes each. Around her neck was a small red collar-like ruff. Her head was larger than her body and featured tufts of fur on her cheeks. In the back was a small poof-like tail.

As to Lincoln's surprise, Scorbunny was a Fire Pokemon, which reawakened his nightmare from a while, but thanks to the meditation of his training, he learned to swallow it and move on.

Lincoln carried Scorbunny with a smile and dubbed her Judy (Cameo: Judy Hopps from Zootopia). The Scorbunny jumped with joy as Lincoln smiled.

"I know you and I will get along just fine!" Lincoln smiled.

Lincoln decided to venture out a bit with his new Pokemon in Waterboro as he headed straight to Neil DeGrasse Tyson's Hidden Lab.

"Lincoln, is that you?" Asked Professor Tyson.

"Hey, Professor!" Lincoln replied.

"4 Years have passed and I've remembered your alright appearances since your emotional training." Professor Tyson looked at Lincoln who instead of wearing an Orange T-Shirt, Blue Jeans and Sneakers; he wore an Orange Hoodie, a Gray Beanie, Gray Jeans held by a Black Buckle Belt, and a set of Sports Shoes.

Lincoln looked at the times that he spent in the emotional classes which toughened him up a bit as Lincoln hated to think about the times that he was reminded that he had to stick to the mission. "Yeah…"

"But I believe it's not about the Pokemon you're more worried about." Professor Tyson looked at Lincoln. "I believe you wanted to say goodbye before you leave."

"Why yes…" Lincoln replied, defeated.

"Lincoln… I'll always be in touch with that Pokédex. So no matter where you go, I'm always one call away!" Professor Tyson grinned.

"Thanks, Professor…" Lincoln smiled as Judy looked into the trash and took out a Pokéball. "Judy, put that Pokéball back."

"Actually, Lincoln. It has a Pokemon inside. Some idiot decided to play nuzlocke in real life and left his Quaxly in the trash after winning." Professor Tyson sighed as he shook his head.

"That's awful!" Lincoln picked up the Pokéball and cleaned it with his hoodie garment, summoning a Pokémon that appeared to be a small white duck with teal feet, a round yellow beak, sapphire connected eyes, and a teal beret of feathers. She had a thin secondary layer of feathers at her chest. Her feathers contained a glossy gel that protected her from water and grime.

Professor Tyson revealed the Pokémon. "Behold, Lincoln. The abandoned Pokemon, Quaxly. She also might appear to have a Tropical Flower on her hair because of her behavior."

"Kinda reminds me about someone I forgot a long time ago…" Lincoln smiled as Lincoln healed Quaxly with a Potion. The Quaxly looked at Lincoln and Judy as Judy walked up to Quaxly. "Professor, if no one's taking her, mind if I do?"

"Well, since that trainer left with a battle, tossing his Pokemon away like trash, I guess why not?" Professor Tyson shrugged.

Lincoln crouched down and hugged his new Quaxly. "I think I'll name you, Marin."

The Quaxly looked at Lincoln and hugged him back with her wings.

"(Yay! A new friend!)" Judy cheered with backflips.

"(Wow. You're so energetic!)" Marin smiled at Judy. "(I'm so happy to know I'm not alone anymore!)"

"Well, now you have 2 Pokemon!" Professor Tyson smiled a bit.

"But where can I go, now?" Lincoln asked the Professor.

"Well, the first Gym Leader of Metropol is a hard challenge. I'm afraid your Pokemon may not be enough, nor that you have the strength to pass onto Route 1. Last time I served your Presidents, they were humbled by a Teddiursa and its Grizzly Mama, A.K.A. an Ursaluna. Keep in mind a lot of Pokemon can evolve here regardless of time period or region. We also don't have regional forms ourselves, but we'll update whenever there's new Pokemon coming out." Professor Tyson replied.

Lincoln remembered when Biden, Trump and Obama explained to him about their first Group KO from that Pokemon, alone.

"Is there anything I can do to get stronger…?" Asked Lincoln.

"Nothing much I remember, but I think I've heard of Bounty on Invasive Pokemon from the Presidents." Professor Tyson told Lincoln.

"A Bounty?" Lincoln asked the Professor.

"It's a job that pays for the extermination of invasive Pokemon as well as turning in the bodies to the contractors." Professor Tyson replied to Lincoln. "Are you willing to give it a try?"

Lincoln knelt down to his two Pokemon. "What do you think? Do you think you girls can do it?"

Judy and Marin looked at each other and smiled at Lincoln. "(Yes!!)"

Lincoln smiled as he pets his Pokemon, who loved being pet by him.

"Yeah, let's rock and roll!" Lincoln exclaimed with his fists clenched, with energy in his tone.

"Very well. I will also give you 5 Potions, 5 Bandages, and 5 Pokéballs as well as Six 8-Round Cartridges for your gun!" Professor Tyson gave Lincoln his items as Lincoln smiled.

"Thanks Professor, I won't let you down!" Lincoln smiled.

"Do what you must, Lincoln. Just remember, I'll always be one call away, except when I'm busy." Professor Tyson nodded as he was suddenly given a hug by Lincoln. Professor Tyson sighed as he hugged Lincoln back. "Take care… American Hero."

"Will do!" Lincoln replied as he recalled Marin and Judy.

[Loud House/Noon: The Louds]

"Roll Call of everyone; Lily, Lola, Lana, Lucy, Lynn, Luan, Luna and me…" Lisa took into operation. "Since Lori is married to Bobby and Leni is married to Gavin, they'll be excluded. Now, we have Sam Sharpe, Benny Stein, and Rocky Spokes… Welcome to the family."

"Remind me what are we here for?" asked Lynn.

"Yeah, is this what we usually call family meetings without Mr and Mrs Loud?" Asked Benny.

"Yeah, you'll get used to it." Luan replied.

"Listen up! I found out the REAL reason why they took Lincoln!" Lisa replied to everyone.

"Wasn't it because they wanted him in military school because of his heroic deeds? Even Rusty still reminds me of that day he saved Clyde and everyone!" Rocky replied, amused by this living Legend.

"Poppycock! Even a small cat rescue would've been given a small medal of honor and bravery! But then, why specifically him?!" Lisa asked her family.

"Wasn't it because he was so heroic and nearly died?" Luna asked Lisa.

"I'm sure Leni or even Lori would've loved to see it, but Lincoln was selected to become a Hero. One like no one's ever seen… Why? Because according to all of the files that I took from the government… President Trump, President Biden, President Obama, President Bush, President Clinton and even President Carter had all one thing in common! They're all Pokémon Trainers!" Lisa revealed.

"What's a Pokemon?" Asked Lana.

"Apparently the government has been hiding the very truth from our very eyes, and even did a great job at hiding them from me, but not good enough!" Lisa replied, determined. "I know I don't care for inane human emotions… Or at least I thought I did… And I don't know about you, but I don't want to lose my brother!"

"We all don't…" Lana replied, trying to calm her sister.

"I was sad to know he didn't stay longer to see me in First Grade…" Lily sighed. "I missed you big brother…"

Lisa led the way. "First thing's first! We're gonna ask the government for our brother back! If not… Well let's just say as the family says it Loud and Clear… Don't mess with an Angry Loud!"

(A/N): By the time I've uploaded this, I would've made another Chapter in the process while I was saving this in the reserve. I was also inspired by Esquilo221 to bring something new to the table! And Co-Writing with them taught me a valuable lesson! And for that, I'm very thankful!
