Summary:
Duel Academy, the school built by Seto Kaiba to foster a new generation of talented duelists is one of the greatest institutions in the world... that said, with the knowledge of three dangerous cards sealed under the school it might be a good idea if someone there was able to keep an eye on things and let Kaiba know what's going on at Academy Island. Perhaps, the young boy with the new Kuriboh monster? He'll need a special deck to use for emergencies but maybe this Jaden Yuki can keep Duel Academy running smoothly while enjoying his special entrance?
bopdog111: Well Jaden finally showed the Deck he had gotten from Kaiba.
Ulrich362: True, the Gem-Knights. A powerful Fusion deck just like his Elemental HERO cards... though one that's arguably more powerful in some ways.
bopdog111: And if any of you are loyal fans of our work, you should know who the Deck is used by.
Ulrich362: Exactly, that said though the Gem-Knights are for emergency use only... excluding a bit of practice with the deck.
bopdog111: Oh, and by the way, I noticed a Guest Reviewer did ranting on this fic, and we would like to address it.
Ulrich362: Oh, I didn't notice but what's up?
bopdog111: Well he said that the starting premise would be better if we had Jaden lose against his first opponent in the original GX Manga as opposed to Dr. Crowler who's only strategy is summoning Ancient Gear Golem with no protection or support. Listen we get what your saying, but we have several good reasons why we went with Dr. Crowler instead of that Professor.
Ulrich362: Mr. Ryuga? Sorry but as arrogant as Dr. Crowler is early on he's not a cheater and we're not going to give a cheater a free win... especially since he takes cards from students.
bopdog111: And not only that this was made cause what if Winged Kuriboh's effect didn't work like in canon. Take a look at it's anime effect;
On the turn which this card is destroyed, you take no battle damage.
Which as you can see, in order for Winged Kuriboh to nullify the damage, it would need to get destroyed after damage calculation first like the real Winged Kuriboh which meant Jaden should've lost if that been the case. In fact it was Ulrich that found this out, and had this idea for a what-if idea if it worked like it really does. Well that, and Mr. Ryuga's ace card, Cyber Dinosaur, is not the same, and also we never worked with the character before. Hope we cleared out the confusion, and the reasons why we chose Dr. Crowler instead of Mr. Ryuga.

It was the first day of Duel Academy after that close call last night now in class in Dr. Crowler's classroom where he questions the first years with quizes. Jaden himself is not a wiz at studying but as he felt he needs to follow in how much trust Kaiba believes in him he is paying attention like a normal student would.
"Duel Monster cards can be grouped into Normal Monster cards, Fusion Monster cards, Ritual Monster Cards, Effect Monster Cards, Trap Cards, and Spell Cards. Trap Cards can be divided into Normal Traps, Counter Traps, and Continuous Traps. Spell cards can be separated into Normal Spells, Continuous Spells, Equip Spells, Quick-Play Spells, Ritual Spells, and Field Spells." was Alexis explaining all the cards in each separate category
At her explanation Dr. Crowler approved clapping with a grin. "Perfect! Well done Alexis. Of course I wouldn't expect any less from one of my blue Obelisks."
Jaden blushed slightly. 'Pretty and smart.'
"Hm? Now who should we question next?" Dr. Crowler asked looking around over to Ra Yellow before pointing over. "You, Bastion Misawa!"
"Yes?" Bastion inquired calmly standing up.
"Explain to the class what a Quick-Play Spell is."
"A Quick-Play Spell is a type of spell card that can be activated during your opponent's turn provided it was set similarly to a trap card."
"Excellent Misawa. As expected for having the top score out of all the first years." Dr. Crowler praised with a smile.
"Thank you Dr. Crowler." he smiled sitting back down.
The teacher looked over the class which was actually the Slifer Dorm for a chance to make an example out of them for his Obelisks. "You, Syrus Truesdale!"
"Huh?" Syrus asked hesitantly.
"Explain to the class what a Field Spell is, please." From the look on Dr. Crowler's face he knows he can't get this one right.
"Uh..." Like he expected Syrus can't remember what it was. "A Field Spell is a... is the thing that effects the thing that is the..."
"Even Pre-Duelers know the answer to this Slifer Slacker!" One of the Obelisks called which caused the entire dorm to laugh at poor Syrus while Chazz smirked a bit amused.
Jaden frowned at this not able to do anything but does feel a bit offended from this. If this was the kind of system Kaiba was unaware of, he will definitely make a note. He's not saying he doesn't respect Dr. Crowler, it's more like he wish he wasn't so bias towards Obelisks, and racists towards Slifers, and sometimes Ras.
"I think we have enough, sit down." Dr. Crowler told Syrus done with that fun as the glasses Slifer slowly sat down ashamed looking down before he looked towards the class. "Now can someone please give me the answer? Preferably someone not wearing red thank you."
The Obelisks all laughed again at this which Jaden decides to step in, "I'll take that offer teach."
"He said not wearing red Slifer scum." an Obelisk told him.
"Please now, let's let what he wants to say." Dr. Crowler said to him, "Afterall if he's sticking up for his friend, his opinion might be short."
"Oh please Teach, basically Field Spells are name explaining cause Field Spells enters a Zone called a Field Zone, and it remains on the field in that Field Zone, and depending on which effects it has it can affect or hinder a player to where Field Spells are considered the true power of a Deck." Jaden explained what he knows while he's interlocking his fingers with his head behind them to slightly cover his mouth.
"That... correct." Dr. Crowler nodded. "I suppose you know some things unlike your friend."
"Well that's to show you shouldn't look down on people like us Teach." That made Dr. Crowler look at him confused before he shrugged, "I may have lost but I can learn a few things, so think of it like if you are making fun of us cause you think we're not smart that would honestly mean your not smart yourself."
Stunned from what he just said Dr. Crowler took a hankerchief, and bit down on it to prevent himself from screaming curses at Jaden from his bold choice of words. He isn't the only one stunned as the students were looking at Jaden stunned from him having the guts to say something like that in Dr. Crowler's face, and without flinching.
"Class dismissed!" Dr. Crowler snapped at that.
Jaden only shrugged moving to exit the class which the students slowly followed. Syrus ran over calling, "Hey Jay!"
"Hm?" Jaden looked over before smiling, "Yeah Sy?"
"I just wanted to say thanks for what you did, I really messed up back there." Syrus admitted.
"Hey we all mess up some point in our lives... But think of it like we can get something better in return." Jaden smiled softly to him, "I know from experience."
"Yeah, that's a good point." Syrus nodded.
"Move it slacker." mentioned a familiar voice as Chazz walked past them in annoyance.
"Rude." Jaden frowned seeing this, "Ah he'll come around, he's probably sore from last night."
"Yeah, those cards were really amazing." Syrus agreed. "I've never seen a deck that strong."
"Well best not be late." Jaden said walking to his next class with Syrus not noticing someone was staring them off.
It was Alexis who after noticing this had decided on something with Jaden while a red haired girl, and a black haired girl with her noticed her out of character serious expression.
"Alexis, what's wrong?" asked the red-haired girl.
Alexis looked over to the two of them before she said to them, "Does something seem a little... off with that Jaden guy?"
"Not really." the black-haired girl admitted.
"Are you sure?" Alexis turned over back where Jaden is walking off, "From how he was against Dr. Crowler, he had a goofy, and carefree vibe... but when he came here, and the events from last night he is more serious, and bold... Something's not right with him."
"Should we tell Chancellor Sheppard or Dr. Crowler?" the red-haired girl asked.
Alexis thinks before shaking her head, "No... we should probably figure out ourselves. I'll talk with Nurse Fontaine about the arrangements tonight."
(A/N (bopdog111): Canon wise Dr. Crowler was suppose to frame Jaden but he had been given a strict warning by Chancellor Sheppard since he had been caught using his Personal Deck by Seto Kaiba himself, so Dr. Crowler isn't gonna try anything on Jaden, and will put up with it at least until he snaps on Jaden which will be at a later date. As for why Alexis is doing this here, she's a smart girl, and despite probably given the worst female role in the history of Yu-Gi-Oh! she's not stupid, and can tell the difference between something so she'll want to investigate about it even if it meant finding a clue about Atticus.)
"Well, if you're sure Alexis." the black-haired girl shrugged.
The rest of the day went by uneventful for there case, and after some talking on Miss Fontaine's part who allows it only if they don't do anything that violates school rules which they promise they set there plan in motion.
Later tonight...
Syrus, and Jaden were trading cards while Chumley sleeps peacefully before Jaden's PDA rang which confused him, "Who is calling me here?" He takes the PDA where the image shows Alexis.
"Jaden, we need to talk. Come to the Obelisk Blue Girl's Dorm right now, and don't worry you got permission by Miss Fontaine." Alexis said to him in her message before vanishing.
"Huh, well if I have permission." Jaden nodded before reaching for his Gem-Knight deck only to pause and shake his head before taking his Elemental HERO cards.
"Wait wait Jay." Jaden stopped turning to Syrus, "What's up Sy?"
"Doesn't this sound like worriesome? Why is Alexis asking you over?"
Jaden cups his chin to think about it before shrugging, "I don't know Sy... Only way I can know is by heading over. You stay here in case anything goes wrong okay?"
Syrus looked unsure but nodded. "Just promise you'll be careful ok?"
"Right." Jaden nodded with a smile before exiting walking over.
Soon arriving at a large gate Jaden pressed a button as a camera turned to him as he waited for the gate to open.
"Come in." mentioned a female voice.
Jaden at that pushed the gate opened before pushing it closed walking in, and encountered Alexis, and the two girls nearby as he smiled, "Hey Lex, what you doing out here?"
"Like I said before we needed to talk." Alexis said to him turning over, "Something's odd around you."
"Odd? What do you mean?" Jaden asked confused on what she means by odd.
"I saw your entrance exam, where Dr. Crowler beat you." she answered. "I don't know how you managed to enroll but ever since you did something about you changed, and I intend on finding out what that is."
"Changed?" Jaden asked before then realizing, 'Oh wait... I wasn't normally a good student... She was able to tell.'
Yeah from his words he did change a bit. He was carefree, and dueling for the fun of it while he was dueling Dr. Crowler but after encountering Seto Kaiba, he felt he should be into Kaiba's expectations, and decided to try working hard which is something he haven't done outside of dueling. From his actions in the Entrance Exam, and now his sudden behavioral shift here in Duel Academy from it, it makes sense some people would be suspicious why. He didn't think about people catching up about this.
"Oh yeah, now I get ya... if you had seen my Entrance Exam, you seen me different then right now." Jaden said to her now thinking that.
"Exactly, so what happened?" Alexis asked him.
Jaden stared at her before saying, "Well I'm sorry but it's kinda of a understanding between me, and the guy who gave me this second chance."
"You mentioned that, the same person who gave you those Gem-Knight cards." Alexis recalled remembering what Jaden said during his encounters with Chazz before frowning.
Flashback...
"Zane, do you have a few minutes to talk?" Alexis inquired walking to him as he stood near a lighthouse. "There's something that's been on my mind for a while."
Zane near the lighthouse turned over towards her, "What's up Alexis?"
"You remember the entrance exams this year, that kid Dr. Crowler beat?" Alexis asked. "Jaden Yuki."
"Yes, I do remember. He had some potential but shame he lost before he can come in." Zane answered with a nod to her.
"That's just it, he apparently got a second chance and a new deck. A strong one." Alexis mentioned. "I saw it not long ago but... there's something else. He seemed really carefree during the exam but lately in class he's been nothing like I would have imagined. It's like he's a completely different person from when he lost the duel."
Hearing that Zane raised an eyebrow looking interested, "So something or someone had other plans for his future here in Duel Academy if he would be like that?"
"I don't know." Alexis admitted.
Zane closed his eyes from this, "Either way if he is given a second chance, it would mean that he has a destiny ahead of him Alexis. Maybe it's something to help find Atticus."
Alexis frowned hearing that. "Maybe..."
End Flashback...
Alexis wasn't sure if Jaden would help her find this 'Atticus' but if what Zane guesses is right she should try to get his help by knowing how Jaden gotten his second chance which is why she calls him here.
"Yeah... And it's something to use for emergencies but I wanted to give them a test run so that I can be familiar if a emergency pops up." Jaden replied to what Alexis said earlier to her.
Her eyes widened slightly hearing that. "What kind of emergency are you talking about? Who gave you those cards?"
He only shakes his head, "I'm sorry but I can't tell you."
"Hey she asked you a question!" the red-haired girl snapped to him.
"Whoa there no need for this to start getting ugly... I'm just doing what he told me." Jaden semi-explained to them which didn't say much for them. That was before he then gave a short grin, "But actually..." They looked confused as he offered, "I got an idea that'll make us all happy."
"I have a feeling I know what that idea is." Alexis mentioned with her own smile.
"And in addition..." he pulls out his Deck before showing it over to them, "I'll be using the Deck, I have against Teach, my Elemental HEROs. True the Gem-Knights are sweet, but I don't want to leave these out, since I held a lot of feelings for this."
"Alright, if I win you'll explain everything deal?" Alexis asked him.
"Alright." Jaden nodded.
The black girl called, "Whoa hang on!" They looked at her confused which she points out, "If he'll spill the beans if you beat him Alexis, what would happen if he wins?"
"Hey yeah, girl what would be his prize if he wins?" the red haired girl agreed asking Alexis that.
"That's up to you Jaden, I chose the terms if I won after all." she answered.
They looked towards him which he blinked, and gives thought not thinking of his own terms. He tries to give thought what would happen if he does win but can't help but have trouble. That was before the red-haired girl teased, "Oh how about you sleep in her room with her?"
"What?" Jaden wasn't expecting that.
"Jasmine!" Alexis cried blushing. "What are you talking about?"
"Oh come on Alexis, remember he's using the Deck that Dr. Crowler schooled. If it's not the Gem-Knights then you got no worries about losing." the red-haired girl, Jasmine pointed out to her.
"You know actually... Yeah, that does sound fair. It doesn't look like he has a better idea, and you had seen him duel before but he doesn't know what you can do." the black haired girl agreed with that.
Alexis rolled her eyes. "What do you think, are those terms fair?"
Jaden was surprised Alexis agreed that easily about such a term... but when he thinks about it, it does make him excited. Probably either cause of him being with his crush, or cause of his hormones as he is a growing teenager but whatever as long as he gets to have a good match with his HEROs, "Alright, that will work!"
Alexis rolled her eyes before nodding. "Let's head outside, there's a lake where we'll have plenty of room for our match."
They walked outside where they get on boats together standing on different sides, "Hope your ready to get your game on Lex!"
"I'm always ready." she mentioned as they activated their Duel Disks.
"DUEL!" Jaden and Alexis called together.

"Sorry Jaden, I use the trap Doble Passe!" Alexis countered revealing the trap.

"Boy Alexis sure is something." Jaden muttered to himself once he settled his balance on the boat. "Sacrificing her Life Points so she can get to mine." Unaware Alexis heard him.
"Flattery won't make me go easy on you Jaden." Alexis mentioned to him. "Anything else?"
Jaden slowly stood up before saying, "Nah... that's it for now Lex."

Along with Etoile Cyber it merged with a woman skater with blades on her arms readying before fusing together into a woman with a visor.

"I remember." Alexis nodded. "You answered Dr. Crowler's question on field spell cards."
"Well this is an example." A slot opened on Jaden's Duel Disk as he placed it, "Fusion Gate!"
At that a large black vortex appeared above them.

Alexis, Jasmine, and Mindy looked at the vortex.

"You guessed right. During each of our turns we can make as many Fusion Summons as we want. The only downside is that if we use Fusion Gate's effect, the monsters we used will be banished instead of being sent to the graveyard." Jaden answered with a grin.
"Sounds interesting." Alexis smiled before blinking. 'Was it just the deck? He seems different with these cards, as if his Elemental HERO deck is a sense of childhood joy and wonder while the Gem-Knights are used by someone who has a lot on his mind. Is it just because he's not used to them yet?'
(A/N (Ulrich362): Jaden's seemingly abrupt personality change will become less apparent over time, he's still a bit anxious about not letting Kaiba down and wanting to make sure he understands the Gem-Knight deck but after a little time he should be mostly back to his casual fun-loving self... albeit still keeping an eye on things for Kaiba.)
"And with Fusion Gate I'll fuse Elemental HEROs Avian, and Burstinatrix that are in my hand!" Jaden called as the two heroes appeared fusing in Fusion Gate.
"HERO that is the feather vigilante! Take in shape with flames of the fire justice bringer in order to form as your true self! Fusion Summon! Level 6! Prepare to save the day, Elemental HERO Flame Wingman!"
What rose was a green, and red warrior that has a dragon head for a right hand, and a long tail with a angel wing on his left back.

Alexis looked surprised hearing that.
"Alright Flame Wingman attack Cyber Blader with Skydive Scorcher!" Wingman shot up coating in flames charging down, and tackled Cyber Blader triggering a smokecloud which Jaden cheered, "Ah yeah way to hit her!" He then looked surprised when the smoke cleared seeing Cyber Blader is still on the field, "Huh what?"
"Sorry Jaden, but my Cyber Blader has a few useful abilities based on how many monsters you have in play." Alexis explained. "Since you only have one she can't be destroyed in battle."
"Well that was late..." Jaden admitted for him before shrugging, "Ah well your turn Lex."

"No... I can't." Alexis whispered as her monster just vanished.
"Huh, wait what just happened?" Jasmine questioned glaring at Jaden. "What did you just do?"
"Yeah De-Fusion does split apart the Fusion Monster... only if there in MY graveyard!" Jaden grinned with a wink, "But since they ain't she gets nothing!"

Alexis frowned seeing the monster. '2400 points, but Cyber Tutu can block his attack and then I can win the duel on my next turn.'
"Now here's his ability! By sending a card from my hand to the graveyard," Jaden discards his last card, "Thunder Giant can destroy any monster on your field that has equal or less original attack points then his!"
Alexis's eyes widened as Thunder Giant shot electricity at Cyber Tutu destroying her.
"And now Thunder Giant attack Alexis directly!" Jaden called as Thunder Giant fired a ball of lightning at Alexis which she was struck forcing her to kneel on the boat.
"Alexis!" Jasmine cried shocked.
"Uh what just happened?" the black haired girl asked in disbelief.

"That's game!" Jaden grinned with his two finger salute. "Your good Lex! We should try again sometime."
Alexis got up before smiling. "That sounds good."
They rode back to shore where Jaden shrugged with a smile, "Well guess this means I won't tell ya who exactly it is yet."
Alexis nodded before her eyes widened and she blushed slightly.
"BUT..." Jaden turned to Jasmine confused who grinned, "This also means you have to spend the night with Alexis in her room."
"Wait, we're still doing that?"
"It's what you agreed on in your terms." the black haired girl reminded with a grin, "And try to get out of it, and me, and Jasmine will not make it pleasant."
"Oh... okay." Jaden slowly nodded before sending a message, "Well... Syrus, and Chum are now informed... so I'm ready to crash here for the night."
Alexis blushed before sighing. "I'll let Miss Fontaine know."
Jaden nodded as Alexis walked off where Jasmine told Jaden, "Lex's room is number 42."
Jaden slowly nodded walking off going up some stairs to her room number waiting for her to arrive for her to unlock the door. After a few minutes Alexis walked to the room and opened the door. "Sorry, I just needed to explain everything to Miss Fontaine."
"It's alright." Jaden said as he walked in with her. When he sees what is in her room he blinked, "Ooo lala..."
He looked around seeing what seemed like stuffed animals of various animals everywhere in her room. Alexis blushed slightly at his reaction.
"Well... you like stuffed plushies. I think that's cute." Jaden smiled to her.
"Thanks." Alexis blushed as she walked into a bathroom. "I guess... feel free to make yourself comfortable I'll be out in a few minutes."
"Uh hey Lex?"
"Yeah?" she asked.
"Uh... can... can I help you?" Jaden asked with a small blush.
Her eyes widened. "What do you mean... help me?"
"Well... help you prepare for the night." he admitted before blushing, "Uh sorry... ever since I got this personality shift... my hormones had been acting up, and I never felt them do that before."
"I... I guess. Wait, what personality shift? Does it have to do with who gave you the Gem-Knights?" Alexis asked.
"Uh, the same thing you seen me been with." Jaden reminded, "Where I'm a little more serious, and that?"
Alexis was quiet for a moment before answering. "I appreciate the offer Jaden, and I'm sure it would be nice but I should be ok. If you don't mind I would like to talk when I get out ok?"
Jaden watched which he nodded sitting down as Alexis entered the bathroom while he waits on the bed. He heard the sink turn on letting him know she would be brushing her teeth as he looked around Alexis's room. Soon noticing something he walked over picking up a picture frame that has a younger Alexis with a boy in the picture.
'Huh, who's this?' he thought seeing how happy they looked.
Hearing the door opened he placed the picture down turning to Alexis who is in her PJs.
"Sorry that took so long." she apologized. "Do you need to shower or anything?"
"I can wait. You wanted to ask me something." Jaden said to her.
"Well, it's about your second chance." Alexis admitted. "I saw your duel and... honestly I was a little disappointed when you lost."
"Alexis... I really can't say..." Jaden softly said to her before saying, "It's not that I don't trust you or anything, I do... it's just he told me to keep it a secret."
She just frowned. "I understand Jaden."
"Well I mean... if you can keep it between us... I can tell you." Jaden said to her softly, "I do trust you."
"I won't tell anyone." Alexis promised.
Jaden nodded before he takes a breath praying that Obelisk the Tormentor won't come looking for him, "The guy who gave me the cards, and give me my second chance... was actually Seto Kaiba." Her eyes widen at that as he explained to her, "He said he can give me a second shot here at Duel Academy if I listen to four conditions of his."
Alexis nodded to let him continue.
"The first is what your seeing, I'm in Slifer. The second is to not let anyone know about three cards here unless needed. The third is to tell him of anything unusual, or supernatural here... and the last is to use the Gem-Knights for emergencies." Jaden explained to her.
"Unusual or supernatural..." Alexis repeated before pausing as her eyes turned to the picture Jaden had seen before. "Wait... is it possible?"
Blinking seeing her like that he ask her curiously, "Alexis?"
"You saw it right, the picture?" Alexis asked him. "Of me... and my older brother?"
"Oh... that was your brother?" Jaden asked hearing that.
"Yes, Atticus." Alexis answered. "But, he disappeared. Along with several other students."
"Other students are missing?" Jaden asked hearing that.
"Yeah, I don't know what happened to them... but I do have an idea. There's a dorm in the forest that's completely abandoned and it's forbidden for students to go there." Alexis answered. "I know it has to be connected to what happened to my brother but I can't figure it out... but if Seto Kaiba said anything strange or unusual... there has to be some kind of connection."
Jaden nodded hearing that giving some thought before asking, "You never went in to Investigate about it though do you?"
Alexis looked down not saying anything. Soon she felt Jaden hugging her.
"Jaden?" she asked in shock feeling that.
He pulled back before saying, "I'm not sure if the Dorm is connected to it but we can find something. We will find your brother."
Tearing up she hugged him. "Thank you Jaden."
He hugged her back at this before then pulling back blushing, "Well. I should tell you something that should make this fair after you tell me that."
"You already did though." Alexis pointed out referring to the four things Kaiba told him.
"Those weren't personal." Jaden said to her.
"You don't have to Jaden." Alexis mentioned.
"I want too though." Jaden said looking at her with a blush.
Blushing she slowly nodded. "Ok."
He takes a breath before slowly saying, "I... love girls."
"That's not really a surprise." Alexis admitted.
"Well... what I will say will." Jaden admitted with a blush before saying, "When I was a kid, I read a lot about princess stories. When I'm not dueling, I usually want to treat girls really well... What I'm saying is that... I am actually wanting to be a woman caregiver if that is a real thing."
"Is that why they both fit you so well?" Alexis asked him curiously. "You want to be a hero, or a knight for someone special?"
Jaden blushed, "Well... I don't think the Gem-Knights are suppose to represent that..., and my heroes from those action movies I seen. It's just... the concept of a woman always fascinates me... But I think I would be a creep if I really try."
"Well, I appreciate you saying something before just doing something like that." Alexis smiled.
He only then said to her, "Well... what I meant by woman caregiver... is basically me taking care of girls... and helping them out with whatever they need, I also read some books how to care for then."
Alexis blinked hearing that. "Oh... is that why you offered to help me before?"
He slowly nodded with a blush before admitting, "I... also practiced in my spare time. I practiced on stuffed animals like the guys you have here." Jaden started with a blush diverting his eyes around the room seeing the multiple stuffed animals, "And... mom actually helped me practice."
"How old were you when you practiced?" she asked.
"..." Jaden mumbled an answer.
"Jaden?" she asked again.
"...5." Jaden said his answer with a blush which said his love for girls like this had started since he was real young, and gone strong even today.
"That... that's so sweet." Alexis smiled. "I can just picture you as a little five year old helping your mom and... actually there is something you can do if you don't mind."
He turned towards her hearing that with a blush.
"My hair." she clarified. "Could you help me get it ready for bed?"
"How do you like it?" he asked her.
"Whatever you think is good." she smiled.
He softly nodded before she turned over, and he grabbed some things out of his bag where she starts to feel him doing her hair softly.
"That feels nice." she sighed softly.
She feels his fingers kind of like softly rubbing her head while doing her hair.
"Oh... that feels really nice Jaden." Alexis whispered.
Soon after a minute she felt it's over. Opening her eyes she looked in a mirror.
She sees it was all gathered in a small ponytail.
"Oh wow... it's amazing." Alexis smiled. "Thanks."
Jaden softly nodded with a smile before saying, "Well we should get to bed."
Alexis nodded hugging him gently. "Good night Jaden."
"Night Lex." he got off before to her shock he tries to lay on the floor.
"What are you doing?" she questioned. "You're not sleeping on the floor."
He looked up to her, "It's not appropriate for us to sleep on the bed together, and it's your bed."
"It's fine Jaden." Alexis told him. "Don't worry. We're just making sure we both get a good night's sleep."
"Are you sure?" he asked her.
She nodded making room for him. He slowly gets in the bed with her blushing a little.
"Good night Jaden." she smiled lying down and gently closing her eyes.
"Night Lex." he said looking before slowly falling asleep.

Ulrich362: Exactly, that said though next up will still be the promotion exams... but there's just one question, will Jaden use his Gem-Knights or his Elemental HEROes?
bopdog111: We will find out next chapter. And like I said before: We won't be having canon duels, and canon plays for the entire fic it's just gonna make sure this fic doesn't burn to the ground early on we will throw in original moves otherside from TCG/OCG cards at some point.
