Robert and Holly laid in the sleeping bag, knowing their time was almost up. Robert hated the thought of leaving her but also knew he had obligations, he did genuinely want to help save Anna, if she hadn't willingly gone with Faison that is.

Holly knew this was going to have to end and looked up at him. "I think it's time." She really hated this, she could stay being held by him all day but that wasn't in the cards right now.

Robert nodded, he knew she was right. "Just remember I love you." Robert gave her one last passionate kiss.

Holly fell deeply into it, it would be so easy to get lost in it but she couldn't. They couldn't. "I love you too." She whispered before the two parted.

Holly laid there for a while, just thinking about the time she had just had with Robert, how perfect it was. She got out of bed and got dressed for the day, knowing it would probably be a rough one.

Nanny's dead and Robert is leaving. Robert actually put himself in front of her so she wouldn't get shot and Nanny stepped in front of him. It was horrible. Nanny had always been like a mother to her. Now Holly was going to take care of Robin until Robert saved Anna and brought her back. She wanted to believe it would happen. She believed in Robert but she was scared.

Their goodbye was interrupted by Robin, understandably since her father was leaving. They tearfully watched him leave the room then Holly gave Robin one more hug. "I'm going to go over to the other penthouse unless you need me?"

Robin shook her head and gave her stepmother another hug. "Thank you for staying with me Holly."

Holly hugged her tightly before going across the hall. She locked the door behind her then just started to sob.

"Hey." Robert came out of the shadows and wrapped his arms around her.

"What are you doing here?" Holly asked between sobs.

"I had to say goodbye to you better than that, I had to make sure you were okay." Robert knew she wasn't, he wanted nothing more to stay and hold her.

Holly shook her head as she buried her face. "I'm not but you need to go."

Robert put his hand on her face to look into those beautiful brown eyes. "I wish I could stay and hold you, I don't know if...when I'll be back but I do know I love you. I love you."

Holly leaned in and kissed him deeply, just needing to feel him close, she could feel his heart beating against hers as the two held each other, both of them knowing it might be the last time but not admitting it to each other.

Robert kissed her face, kissed some of her tears away before leaving.
