Chapter One Hundred and Seven
Midoriya stood in the hospital waiting room, waiting, which is what you did there, tired, but One-for-All helped with that too, the boy keeping it going at a low level, so he didn't obviously glow, not having dropped it fully since, since, well, since he'd woken up in the forest.
It was early afternoon now, and he'd been up for forty-three hours, give or take, but he could keep awake, wanting to make sure everyone was okay. He'd visited Ochaco earlier, and she was going to do fine, though there'd be some scarring on her back, but several of their classmates were still in surgery. Others weren't so lucky, Shiozaki having lost her left leg below the knee, caught by a blast by one villain that Midoriya had taken down, hard, and while she'd been able to make a tourniquet from her own vines, all they could do was treat the stump.
Thankfully, none of the injured had died.
Yet.
Eraserhead had dropped by, and talked to them, to tell them what had really happened. Principal Nezu had hired several dozen Pros, totaling in the nineties, more than had gathered in all of Japan since the Hero Association had managed the takedown of that human trafficking ring four years ago, the one that used Mind Control Quirks to turn their victims into disposable soldiers.
Unfortunately, the intel Izuku had gotten from the Villains had been correct, and the forces that attacked them had been in the hundreds.
It was like something out of the history books, from decades ago, long before All Might's time, during the end of the Chaotic Century, and while the Villains had attacked while everyone in their classes were still out of it, they'd hit the Pros first, and that had given them time to get up and start moving, leaving their starting positions, and missing the Villains that were supposed to 'take care of them'.
Midoriya didn't want to think what would've happened if everyone had still been asleep.
As for the… for the battlefield, it was one thing to read about it, with names, numbers, and a few carefully taken pictures, it was another to see it all, to smell it, to fight people who wanted to murder you, and may have already murdered your friends.
Midoriya… Midoriya hadn't killed any of them, had been careful not to, but… but he didn't blame Kacchan, or Kaminari, or the others for doing so. He wasn't stupid, he knew that Heroes sometimes had to kill, even All Might, but his idol did his best not to, so… so Izuku had as well.
"I've got something!" Jiro announced, the… the survivors of classes 1-A and 1-B, those that had been 'released' but told to wait because they needed to be debriefed, sitting up at her words. As they weren't family, they weren't told how everyone was, those that were still not stable, so the girl had subtly used her Quirk to listen in on what was going on in the hospital. "It's Asui!"
Midoriya felt his throat tighten, asking, "Is, is she gonna be okay?"
The short-haired girl, sitting next to Bakguo, nodded. She was a bit better rested, having fallen asleep on the flight over, leaning on the boy she was now beside, who'd glared at anyone that looked like they were going to wake her up.
"She is," Jiro told them, distractedly, still listening, and those gathered let out a deep sigh of relief, trying not to make any noise themselves. "She had lethal amounts of poison, but she went into hibernation, which slowed the damage enough they could get it out before too much damage had been done. But, but they had to remove her tongue."
"They what!?" Midoriya yelped, muttering, "Sorry!" as Bakugo gave him a cross look.
"It had started necrotizing, whatever that means," the girl continued.
Yaoyorozu, who'd lost three fingers on her right hand, and had numerous bandages for her smaller injuries, chimed in, "it means the flesh was dead, and could not be recovered. It would only be a matter of time until it started to rot."
"So she lost her…?" Hagakure questioned, gloved hands lifting up and gesturing to where her head likely was.
"No," Jiro disagreed. "Maybe not. There's some stuff that can be used to regrow limbs on frogs. They're going to use it on her, but they need her to stay still, and they're saying it tastes terrible, so they're keeping her out until it either works, or until they're sure it won't."
"And Kuriro?" Kendo questioned.
Jiro shook her head, "They're still not sure."
The orange-haired girl nodded. "I… okay."
Glancing at the clock, Midoriya added that to the growing list of mental notes that he'd share with Ochaco and the others, when they were allowed to visit. She'd been stabbed with something that also shocked her, badly, and while her lungs weren't punctured, her shoulder blades had been cracked, and they weren't sure what damage the electricity might have done.
"Someone's coming," the purple-haired girl warned, pulling her jacks out of the wall behind her, and everyone tried to act natural, the door opening a moment later, Mr. Aizawa, looking even more tired than normal, stepping inside.
The man glanced around for a moment, then closed the door behind him, telling them, "Ida is in recovery, and Asui is going to pull through." He paused, everyone nodding at the information they'd already heard. "Also, Jiro?"
"Y-yes sir?" the girl questioned.
"I'm glad to see you've improved, but using your Quirk here is illegal," the Pro noted.
Jiro winced, "I, yes sir."
The man nodded. "Good. So don't get caught."
Kacchan snorted, but in an aggressively happy way, giving their teacher a nod, as the girl beside him blinked, then smiled.
Mr. Aizawa started to leave, but Mina asked, "Have you heard anything about Sparky?"
The Pro hesitated. "He's not at the camp. One way or another. Past that… we don't know. I'm sorry, Ashido, that's all we know."
The pink-haired girl nodded, sniffing a little. "I… thanks, Mr. Aizawa."
"We'll do everything we can to find him," Eraserhead promised. "With what happened, there will be consequences."
And with that, the man left, leaving them to wait once more.
"I'm sure they'll find him," Yaoyorozu told the other girl, having sat next to her, putting her uninjured hand on her friend's shoulder.
"I… I know, YaoMomo," Ashido sniffed again, the girl having broken down into tears when Jiro heard they thought they'd found Kaminari's body, only for it to turn out to be a dead Villain's, Eraserhead arguing with someone else that the survivors weren't to be told until they were sure. "I just wish I could see him. Make sure he's alright. Even just call him."
And then, between one moment and the next, she was holding a phone.
Except… none of them had their phones, the devices having been banned from camp.
For all the good it had done.
"Uh… what?" Mineta questioned, half his face covered in bandages.
"I wish I had a sandwich!" Kirishima announced, waiting, as all eyes turned his way. "What? I'm hungry!"
"That's… that's Denki's phone," Yaoyorozu stated slowly. "How did you…"
But the girl was staring, hesitantly turning the device on, unlocking it, which made Tokage whistle, "He gave you access to his phone? He must like you."
That got a shuddering laugh from the girl. "You could say I'm on his phone plan," she offered, clicking through an app, before, closing her eyes, she clutched the device, tears streaming down her face. "He's alive."
"Um, am I missing something?" Kaibara asked. "Because I feel like I'm missing something."
Kendo sat up, "Wait, he has a phone Quirk? How many does he have?"
"What?" Bakugo questioned, looking around, seeing Ashido freeze. "Oi, racoon eyes, what the fuck is she talking about?"
"Mina?" Yaoyorozu questioned.
The horned girl drooped. "Oh maaaan. Um, it's supposed to be a secret?"
Multiple Quirks? Midoriya thought, the only other person he knew who had that was, was All-for-One.
"So, Sparky's… kinda a power copier. Like Monoma," Ashido stated. "Only instead of getting them at full strength, they start off really weak, and, uh, he only started getting them recently."
"If I recall, his father has an electrical Quirk as well. Exactly the same, correct?" Yaoyorozu questioned.
The other girl nodded. "Yeah. Sparky thought his Quirk was just makin' electricity, but, when he pushed it he found he could do more. And, then, as he was around others, others that were using their Quirks, he could start to do what they could too. He doesn't get heteromorph stuff," she revealed, touching her horns, "But other stuff? Yeah."
Midoriya stared, and then everything he knew about his classmate seemed to… shift, and… "All Might," he breathed.
"What?" Todoroki asked, then his eyes widened too. "Kaminari's strength! He didn't have it until after the USJ attack."
"And that Nomu fucker," Bakugo nodded. "It could heal too, right? You said you froze it's leg off, Half-N-Half, and it regrew it, right?"
Endeavor's son nodded, looking to Mina. "Then, ours?"
"A little," Ashido offered. "But barely. Like, one-percent."
Honenuki, who'd been in the same team as Todoroki and Ochaco, commented, "But one percent of All Might is still a lot."
"But how does that mean you have his phone?" Tokage questioned.
"I… I don't know, It's…" Mina started to reply, only, the device was gone. "What? Where did it go?" Frowning, the phone suddenly reappeared in her hands. Unlocking it, she blinked. Typed something. Held it out, and waited until…
It vanished again.
The pink-skinned girl counted to twenty, then, frowning, it reappeared, and she checked it, her eyes widening. "He, he's okay, but the Villains have him," she stated, reading something off the device. "He's in a… what's a 'Faraday Cage'?"
"It prevents transmissions from escaping, as well as electricity," Yaoyorozu explained. "They… they must've prepared for him."
"Does he know where he is?" Midoriya questioned, leaning forward in his seat, but the girl shook her head, typing something, the phone disappearing a few seconds later.
"No, there's no windows, and he's met Shigaraki and Kurogiri," Mina stated.
Kendo frowned, "Who?"
"The two behind the USJ attack," Midoriya supplied. "A touch-based disintegrator and a Gate creator who uses dark mist."
Waiting another minute, she called the phone back, and frowned. "Dammit! Because it's teleporting, he can't use it to find out where he is. But… But he's alive. That's good."
Another back and forth, and she read the newest message, nodding to herself, using the phone as a phone, to call someone. "Mr. Aizawa? Yeah it's Ashido. Um, I have news about Sparky. Yeah, it has to do with how I got his phone. We know who has him. Sir, he says it's All-for-One."

Day three of my confinement and I was feeling… antsy.
Being able to talk to Mina was… needed.
I hadn't even thought of it, but she, as my 'Waifu', could summon my 'Company Smart Device' to use it, as per the contract I'd signed, and it was something I hadn't even thought of until I'd felt my connection to it… shift. I obviously had priority, and could yank it back, even when she was holding on to it, needing to dismiss it myself before she could 'grab' it.
From there, opening up a notepad app on my device, I was able to send messages, pass along the info on Kurogiri's bar, what little I had, as well as Inugami's involvement and the fact that it was All-for-One that was ultimately responsible for the attack. Hearing there was a death-toll, that was… bad, but Mina was safe, Momo safe, Midoriya was alive, and past that… past that I'd deal with later.
So… I waited, and trained, feeling, bit by bit, as my control of the light around me grew. It was actually quite surprising, even in this borderline dingy cell, how much light was around me, as I was very much in a 'fish doesn't know it's wet' scenario, only now this fish had Hydrokinesis. Not the best metaphor, really, but it's what I was going with. My range had doubled, to two feet, and my fine control had jumped as well, though I was still a good ways from turning anything invisible, let alone my entire body.
But one day had turned to two, now three, the clock ticking down more and more, only a few hours left, with no sign of anything other than Kurogiri dropping by, like clockwork, providing meals and a change of clothing. I hadn't given up my old clothing, something that annoyed the gaseous goon, which, good, but time had passed, without any kind of development, complication, or save.
Which was acceptable, at least for the first two, because my current plan for escape… didn't exist.
There were too many unknown variables, too many cards that I couldn't test for fear of needing them when they really mattered, and too little equipment to work with. I could literally make equipment, if I really needed it, but while Momo could create complex three-dimensional shapes, I could make materials, in a single geometric configuration, and that was it.
So Plan Y it was!
Why Y?
Because I didn't have anything better, but I had one that was worse!
… yaaaay.
And I managed to sleep, if fitfully, my clothing completely unmoved from when I fell drifted off, the little bits of adhesive I'd Created under my clothing, and stuck to myself, unbroken, exactly where I'd left them.
Waiting, with filled stocks for every Quirk I had that built them up over time, I watched as the door opened, and Kurogiri walked in, Shigaraki not gracing me with his unhinged presence since that first meeting. "So, what's for dinner this time? Ramen? Fish-n-chips? Shwarma?" I questioned him.
Every time I saw the man, I got the faintest trickle of power, his appearance not natural, like Cementoss', but a passive, cosmetic use of his Quirk that I was, ever so slowly, starting to get. Given enough time, I could copy his power and gate myself out, but I had a feeling that would take a long, long time just getting these tiny sips of info as I was.
"No. It is time," the purple-mist-headed man declared, and I felt my stomach drop, as I was so close.
"Time to let me out, preferably within walking distance of UA?" I proposed.
"You will be released," the other man noted. "Master's Master wishes to speak with you."
…Fuck.
"Well, who am I to keep Mr. One waiting," I shrugged sarcastically. "It's not like he's kept me waiting for literal days, if I'm right."
"You are correct in your assessment," Kurogiri noted, reaching a hand out, a swirling vortex of dark smoke forming in the opposite end of my cage.
Shit, I thought, kipping up to my feet from the cushion of old clothes I'd made. "Lovely. I'd say it's been fun, but your hospitality sucks. One point five stars outta five."
"Point five?" the gate creator echoed, confused.
"Food was pretty good, and the cost wasn't bad, but still very much a do not recommend," I snarked, trying to mentally prepare myself for what came next.
That, oddly, seemed to surprise the Villain. "I am glad you enjoyed my cooking."
"You should totally volunteer for kitchen crew in whatever prison you end up in," I informed him. "I'll even personally recommend you. Whelp, time to go see the Supervillain himself. Peace!"
And with that I walked through the swirling blackness, for a single moment hanging in a place between, a truly lightless void, gravity-less but thick-
~Subspace Tunnel~
The thought hit me, as I knew what this was, but, like so much, I didn't know why I knew it.
Regardless, I hit the other side, coming out and stepping smoothly into a mostly dark room, but there was enough ambient light that I could bring it to my eyes, showing it to be a large concrete space, so disposable, a door at the end, but, even before the man spoke, I could sense the light from behind me.
I could tell he was there as EVERY Defense I had lit up, under a constant assault, starting the moment I entered the room, but thankfully they gave me immunity to effects, not merely resistance, either, of the percentage or buffer variety.
"Fascinating."
Slowly turning, I saw him, the man the same larger than life size as All Might, standing there, relaxed, face completely hidden, yet I could literally feel his gaze upon me, Mind Defense letting me no-sell everything he was throwing against but, as I looked at him, something was wrong.
His helmet, I realized, only vaguely remembering, but I recalled exposed pipes, whereas this looked a lot more, for lack of a better term, advanced.
And I did not like it.
"Well, I'm glad you're impressed, at least," I shot back, the lighting here dim, but artfully arranged so that he seemed to loom out of the gloom, or would've if I hadn't cheated and turned up the gamma. Summoning my phone to my pocket, I turned it on, using a bit of photonic redirection to throw up the image of the screen in my vision, hitting the emergency SAVE ME! App Mina had installed, which would send out my exact location to Aizawa, All Might, Nezu, her, and others, though I'd made it clear that she was only putting herself on it to be notified, not to be put in the line of fire.
Midoriya and company had been lucky to survive the first time, and luck was not on our side.
"How could I not be?" The Symbol of Evil practically cooed, regarding me. "It is so rare that one catches my eye, especially someone of your talents. Why, in some ways, you remind me of myself."
"Well, you are a snappy dresser, at least," I offered. "Not sure about the entire 'mass murderer' thing, though."
"Really?" the large man questioned. "Given your earlier performance, I would disagree. While rough, and untrained, your slaughtering of my associate's men held a certain beauty and grace that I believe shows a great deal of… potential. One that would be squandered if you were to follow in the oaf's stumbling footprints."
Checking my phone's display, the messages had been sent, though not yet received, but once they got the message it was merely a matter of time, which meant I had to stall.
Because I was under no illusions here.
If I tried to fight All-for-One?
I'd lose.
Bringing One for All up to as high as I could, less than a tenth of its full power, I glowed slightly, the golden lines on my skin obvious in the darkness. "You think I have potential? How flattering. But it's not exactly 'murder' when my targets are all part of an invading force that attacked unprovoked, and are trying to kill me and my comrades."
That got a deep laugh from the larger man. "One man's Murder is another's Self Defense, is a third's Preemptive Removal, is a fourth's Justified Killing. There are as many perspectives on things as there are people to perceive them, and you would likely be surprised how simple it is to shift that of the masses to suit one's needs. Are you a brave student, doing what needed to be done, or are you a mad dog, that must be watched, lest you turn 'Villain', for how little that term truly means."
Aaaand there's the threat, I thought. Because both sides could play PR games, and Evil, by its manipulative nature, was often better at it.
"Or, perhaps, you would not be," the towering masked man noted. "What a rarity, given your background, your history, or, at least what everyone believes your history to be."
I tried not to freeze, as how the fuck did he know that? Could he read my mind? But Mind Defense should've stopped it!
"Ah, yes, you are not the only one to dabble in do-overs, and second chances, 'Denki Kaminari'," All-for-One mused, pushing me even more off center, as he casually dropped revelation after revelation. "With the wealth of Shape-Changing Quirks, Body Doubling Quirks, and more, available to one with the means to peruse them, I, too, have experienced much of what life has to offer. Though, if I am not mistaken, you are still fairly young, well within your first century, correct?"
"What can I say, I'm young at heart," I shrugged, mind spinning. If he thought I'd, I don't know, Cuckoo'd my, Denki's parents, which, well, I kind of did, hopefully they would not then be targets. "Though I must ask, what led you to that conclusion?"
"Your admittance of such, for one," the Symbol of Evil commented blandly, then laughed, as I gave him a flat look, as I hadn't admitted shit, well aware that he might be recording this tête-à-tête for blackmail purposes. "The fact that you can face me as you are for another, your handling of tasks before you for a third. But, I must admit, it was not you that gave the game away, it was the actions of your… associates. It is one of the reasons I am impressed."
Associates? I thought, confused, but stone-faced, as he surely didn't mean Mina, did he?
"Ah, I see you were not aware," the large man mused. "While your protections against Mind Reading Quirks are quite impressive, you are still young, and your face tells all that I need to know."
~Tattletale Power~ I thought, or, I remembered, the bane of all Blindspots, where they didn't need to supernaturally read you, they could just make informed guesses based on the information they gained through more mundane senses.
Visibly considering that, I shrugged in a 'what can you do' way. "So, who was it?"
Lifting one hand, above his upraised palm a rectangular image appeared, a still taken from a security camera, showing a face I could never forget.
"STACY!" I growled, blood pounding in my ears, rage rising up in my throat so thick I almost choked on it, hands turning to claws as electricity built up around me, but… no. No, it was… wrong. She was dead. I killed her, or as good as, stomping her withered husk to dust myself, after Beryl had drained her dry for her failures.
And… and Stacy had never looked like that.
Not the third eye weeping blood on her forehead, that wasn't important, it was her smile.
It was practically beatific.
And Stacy, Stacy would never have smiled, except in vicious vindictive victory.
"Fascinating," All-for-One repeated. "Clones? Displacement? Perhaps even Time Travel? I must admit I. Do. Not. Know." The image above his hand changed, instead showing video, of Stacy biting down on one man's neck, draining him in seconds in ways that only Vampires could, no-selling several bullets, before punching through a sniper's chest and pulling out his still-beating heart.
While, in the background, so small it was hard to see, but, with my ability to manipulate the light, and the high resolution of the camera that had been set up, I not only recognized I-Island's main tower, but myself running up the outside of it, All Might quickly rising up, grabbing me, and taking me to the top.
There had been more snipers, I realized. They'd been set to take me out, and I never even knew.
And Stacy had saved me.
Stacy Fucking Woo.
Who… I still didn't remember, even as it wore away at my mind, like a rotting tooth, Mind Defense blunting the feeling greatly.
Well, her and a fairly average looking man, brown hair, medium height, who'd obviously pissed himself, holding a shotgun and ready to use it, but just as obviously not familiar with the weapon he was holding at all.
They said something, though I wasn't sure what, before Stacy formed a portal of swirling blood, and strode off through it, holding the man's hand as he followed her.
"Do you know there is no other record of them? None at all? And for all my numerous Quirks, I cannot find a single trace of their existence outside of those three rooms?" the Symbol of Evil questioned, sounding almost… Eager. Excited. Child-like.
"And that's… a good thing?" I questioned slowly.
The towering figure chuckled, dismissing the image above his hand, shaking his head as much as he could with his helmet, "Oh, to be so young so as to underestimate the value of novelty. Of the unknown. Why, it makes me feel like a man of only a hundred and fifty again! I will admit, I was becoming… set in my ways. Looking for an end, in a manner of speaking. A passing of the torch. But the world has turned out to be far larger, far more interesting, than I first thought. And that requires further action. But, whatever organization you used to belong to, you clearly no longer are a member, nor do you remember. And thus, 'Denki Kaminari', if that is your real name, I offer you a choice."
"A choice?" I echoed.
"Yes. I hold a man's choice to be paramount, after all," Quirk Satan stated, which… same, but I was almost certain that he did not mean it the same way that I did. "To tell you the truth, I thought you might be his successor, but someone like you would never be chosen by that deluded buffoon. Young Midoriya, however, seems more aligning with his temperament, and that of his predecessors. Yet, despite the similarity of our Quirks, you have done what I could not."
Despite the fact that his head was completely covered, I could hear the Symbol of Evil's smile. "Tell me, how is One for All?"
From within, I could feel my copied power slam against my Defenses, trying to get out as much as All-for-One was pressing to get in, but I ignored it, focusing on the man in front of me. "Pretty decent. Even at the little bit I have, it's rather nice."
"That which I have been seeking for over a century is 'rather nice'," the towering villain remarked, amused. "I suppose that, too, is your inexperience showing. Do not worry, with your natural ability to handle multiple Quirks in their totality, even that one, I shall soon show you how truly exceptional my errant brother's ability is."
Brother? I thought, but there wasn't time to focus on that. "Multiple Quirks?" I echoed, feigning confusion.
"Electrobody, One-for-All, High Speed Regeneration, Creation, not to mention your ability to channel your raw Quirk, which manifests as 'electricity'. While not as directly useful as my own Quirk, I, too, started weak, as you are. But I grew, as will you, underneath my tutelage," All-for-One informed me.
Waving a dismissive hand, the monster in human skin stated, "While I do not believe you would be suitable as my Successor, and there can only be one Demon King, the world is large, larger than even I believed, and every King needs a Seneschal. So what say you? Will you join me, and reshape the world to better suit our image? Or would you slave yourself to the system that will look upon you with nothing but suspicion, clap you in chains wherever possible, for there is nothing that the weak despise more, than the strong."
Part of me wanted to take a stand, to tell the Symbol of Evil he could take his offer and shove it.
But… I didn't want to die.
"I mean, when you put it like that," I shrugged. "Did you really need to keep me locked up for days?"
"Certain arrangements had to be made, and it had to be today. After all, you would be unreachable, tomorrow," Quirk Satan stated, as I hesitated, wondering how he knew that.
And then realized that while my Defenses prevented Mind or Soul attacks, they did nothing for Precognition.
Which also meant he'd know I was lying out my ass.
"Good, good," All-for-One nodded, and then, with a flick of his wrist, tried to pull me with telekinesis, but One for All's all-round resistance let me fight it, long black and red tendrils shooting out of the fingers of one hand a moment later and stabbing into my chest, their ability to remotely activate Quirks blocked by Soul Defense, but they were still techno-tentacles, and physically dragged me forward, into his grasp, his other enormous hand closing over the top of my head. "But, to make sure, I will need to remove whatever Quirks are letting you resist me. Do not worry, after certain… assurances are made, you may have them back."
And then, with a feeling like metaphysical train crash, Quirk Satan tried to rip my abilities from me, only to run headfirst into Soul Defense, which told him to go fuck himself.
The man physically stumbled back, carrying me with him, questioning, "What?" seemingly to himself, confused, and a little annoyed.
Grabbing my phone from my pocket, I saw my SOS messages, which had all read as 'sent', one after another changing to 'received', whatever AfO was doing to block it temporarily disrupted.
Impaled as I was, I tasted blood, the larger man knowing my regen would keep me alive, but the time for talk was over.
Now I needed to survive.
"Hey, Afo, wanna see a magic trick?" I spat, lifting the device over my head, and, with every ounce of my newly-gained Photokinesis, took hold of the space around my hand, sending my phone away, and not only ripping apart the protections on the transfer process, but actively taking that not-light and shoving it forward, the hole in reality widening, as a maddening, unnatural, ear-piercing howl that, itself, pressed against my Mind Defense, tore through the air.
S̵̘͗̇͑Č̷̭̂R̸̰̦̎̈͝E̴̬̘̘͋̍̋E̶̥̾̌͠E̶̢̡̝̿Ȩ̸͇̥̀̋E̶̤͍͍̓̕E̷̡͚̹̿͒͒E̸̯̪̊̍̚Ẻ̵͇̥̼Ĕ̴̗͕̒̑Ȅ̷̟͈́̌ͅĒ̷̩Ë̸̙̺͙͊Ȇ̷̫̲̖̓̌É̴͕Ê̸̺̩̔Ẻ̸̞͌Ḛ̴͙̾͗!̷̬͌!̶̖̫̰̅!̸̤̼̈́͠!̵̯̞̱͋͂
Shoving myself off my impalements, the Symbol of Evil staggered, howling in pain himself, his dark metallic helmet grey and powdery, the front of his suit crumbling, as I shifted my arms into one large railgun, Creating rounds and firing them as fast as I could, one after another, covering my chest with Acid armor, feeling the earth around me and calling it forth as spiders to kill All-for-One, only given a half second to react as something moved where the man was, and I threw myself to the side, limbs electric, which was the only thing that saved them as a concentrated shockwave blew apart the space I was just in, but I kept running, blowing through my reserves to rain down hypersonic death on the man.
Feeling my Defenses flare, I reversed course, throwing out my right hand, creating a shield of ice that was blasted apart, peppering me with shards, but blunted the blow, slowing it just enough for me to avoid a tree-sized drill that tore through the space I was just in.
"What? What WAS that? It! It ATE one of my Quirks!?" the Symbol of Evil exclaimed, pained, incensed, and, oh, look I just made Quirk Satan mad!
Why Did I Think This Was A Good Plan!?
"Enough!" the man commanded, filling the space with razor-sharp metal webbing, a half-completed Creation armoring me with Support-grade steel, even as the gaps glowed with Yaoyorozu's power. Shifting my fingers together, my opponent hanging like a demented spider in the midst of his creation, my shots struck him, only to bounce right back at me, the fact that I hadn't stopped causing them to barely miss, my shoes cut to ribbons but my armored feet were able to stand on the webs just fine as I jumped from line to line.
"I said ENOUGH!" Quirk Satan shouted, as the air thickened, to the point it was hard to breath, slowing me tremendously, as glowing ropes came from nowhere and bound me, though they struggled to get a grip, their secondary effects useless against my Defenses, and my copy OfA… doing something.
But I was still stopped, dead, absolutely fucked.
All-for-One's hands shook a little, his skin, now chalk white, flaking off in pieces, revealing washed-out muscles, though his lost flesh was visibly regrowing, as he stated with forced calm, "We have wasted enough time. I wanted to do things the easy way, but some lessons must be taught forcefully. One way or another, I will have your Quirks, and the powers they carry."
The Symbol of Evil stalked towards me, as I struggled, unable to move, the man reaching a hand out-
And then the wall Exploded.
The wires snapped, my bonds broke, and I dropped to my feet, All-for-One no longer present, that monster in human skin having been blasted through the opposite end of the room.
No, standing before me, looking furious, was All Might.
"Have no fear, Young Kaminari. FOR I. AM. HERE!"
