Dimensional Disruptions

I was originally planning on writing in detail about the mission to prevent a universe where human beings enjoy getting infected with Covid-19 from ultimately seeing its entire human population on its Earth go the way of the dodo due to capitalism, fascism, and genocide. However, that's changed as I have realized that it would be best to just describe what we did there. We investigated the entire planet with a solid mission team with myself and others suited to the mission as members of it. The investigation was rather interesting but also horrifying. People didn't just choose not to wear masks or virtually commit to any other health precautions that became mandated for but a split second of humanity's history due to Covid there. Not everyone enjoyed getting sick with Covid but a substantial number did because the governments and media spread all kinds of crap to get people to enjoy getting sick to begin with. It was worse than even Darkness's enjoyment of pain to the disbelief of Kazuma. That crap was spread for decades, setting the stage for Covid to be even worse than the timeline I share with you readers. Instead of not really caring and calling Covid the new flu(it's more like the new AIDS for some people who get it), people instead in large numbers embraced the risk of infection. In a way that not even most people in western societies in our timeline have done. So because of this, people coughed and sneezed much more openly in public, in hopes to spread the pain to others. Not every Covid infection is symptomatic and due to that, that only made some people more determined to get sick or pass along the virus. They saw no point in testing as as far as they were concerned, if they didn't feel symptoms, there was no way they were infected with Covid.
With virtually no one masking and few taking any of the boosters, we teleported into a really grim society circa January 2025. I wasn't shocked to learn that Trump had returned to being the "president" of the US in the timeline. After all, in our timeline, Biden is doing nothing against the genocide of the people of Gaza, Covid, or climate change. With his approval rating plummeting, many of the people who will still vote for him will do so reluctantly because he is a coward and scumbag. But it was still horrifying to find out what Trump was doing in this timeline. So as people continued to get sick and so forth, an increasing number of people enjoyed getting sick with Covid which meant they opposed mask mandates and other such things while the rights of marginalized people were being eroded more and more. Some of those who developed Long Covid really bad especially enjoyed getting it. What we had to do to stop all of this before it eventually helped lead to the extinction of the human race and other species of creatures and plants was a lot. I ended up fighting a lot of corrupt people such as far right Nazi extremists associated with the likes of the Proud Boys and those involved in the January 6th, 2021 insurrection, assassins, the police, intelligence agents, and angry Karens. I was far from the only one. As soon as we began intervening, the governments and others amped up their efforts to quash efforts to change things for the better. Fighting wasn't all we did. Far from it. We found and released all kinds of information about Covid and relevant things to the public through social media campaigns and other means of quickly distributing information over large distances.
It helped that some of us proved our worths live on TV. I entered a MMA tournament and beat all of my opponents with ease, winning the championship effortlessly. We networked with experts still focused on Covid and did our best to change the minds of the ordinary population. After all, the most powerful influences have a huge amount of sway over the general population. It was a team effort and took a few days to achieve. Even with the level of denial of danger that's found in many timelines where Covid has been a problem, our respective power levels and reputations were too strong for such a thing. When we were done, things began drastically changing. We traveled 10 years into the future and saw the collapse of the Republican Party and more. Serves them right for misleading, hurting, and using people for many years. Now, we have just returned from that entire mission. However, there's a new one that is necessary to go on. While we could delay going on that mission we just did, this next one won't be so simple. A space-time disturbance has been discovered in a timeline not unlike the one we share, dear readers. Upon hearing about it, I sigh: "We better take care of this as soon as possible. With the last one, we could have delayed it for months or years or however long because of the whole time travel thing. But with this one, if we leave it be, the results will be disastrous. I'm going. Would like to extend the break from fighting tough opponents practically all day every day anyway." Bray replies: "This is going to be an intriguing mission for it is going to require many BRAINS members in order to complete. We just received new intel that there are many disruptions in that universe now. I shall go on the mission as well." Not that long later, those of us going on the mission have made it to the universe.
Pandor appears and speaks calmly as usual: "Good. Everyone is here. To complete this mission, we have to split up into small groups to investigate each disruption and put a stop to them if possible." Reiji nods and replies: "Yes. I have come to the same conclusion as well. We must split up into the best possible teams within a short amount of time. This dimension is unraveling quickly after all. At most, there's only a few days until this dimension collapses." Eva speaks: "If we're going to split, we need to know where the hell all of the disruptions are first." Orbital 7 moves to the front of our whole group. We are currently in an open plains so it wasn't hard for him too. The robot projects a map of the universe with dots on it and a zoomed in map of Earth: "This is where all of the disruptions are occurring. Most of them are here on Earth but some are far from here. I hope we can pull this off. I'll go with Master Kaito as usual." Ghost Gal replies: "I see. We have a lot of ground to cover. This information would be worth millions of col in Aincrad." So then, we start splitting up into smaller teams. It turns out one of the disruptions has been traced to the site of the Ohio Renaissance Festival of all places. I just had to go with the team heading there. We teleport to the trees on one side of the entrance to the festival grounds. I speak to my comrades: "I'm going to have to take the lead on this one. We don't know exactly where it is or what it looks like. We have to be careful. It could be microscopic. How knows? Hmm, there's a lot of cars heading into the grass parking lot. Quantum Leap, what is today's date in this universe?"
"It is October 28th, 2023 in this universe." "That confirms what I foresaw. Welp, it looks like we're going to be attending the Ohio Renaissance Festival to track down a disruption that's destabilizing this entire dimension. I hate taking the lead but I'm honestly only doing so to make sure no one gets lost so it's fine. Anyway. The main issue is finding it. We won't know what it looks like until we see it." Alice replies: "We shall put a stop to the disruption. I vow on my honor as an Integrity Knight that we shall succeed." Pirates Blaster smiles: "It really was a better idea than even me sinking some of my old enemies at sea to choose a team of individuals who would blend in here well to come here." Thrashbeak squawks in agreement. I put on my Akatsuki robe and Swiftdrawer mask: "It'd be one thing for an actual silver armored knight to come here. But.. For someone with mostly red knight's armor to come, the odds are that are basically zero. No one manufactures red knight's armor in this universe if mine is anything to go off of. Armor is made black or silver if it is metal. If leather, it comes in a rainbow of varieties. So with that in mind, I don't want to attract much attention. Still going to get a lot of attention but the shock or surprise value will plummet as long as I wear these over my armor. After all, the world of Naruto is pretty popular even in a place like this dumpster fire of a state. In my timeline, this state of Ohio just made it harder for trans people to receive gender affirming care as if it weren't hard enough. DeWine is a true scumbag and coward. But right now, we are dealing with a threat that even blows transphobia and anti-trans genocide completely out of the water which is no simple feat.." A couple minutes later, we step out of the woods and start walking to the festival's entrance. In the storyline of the festival, it is a made up English town called Willy Nilly in 1572 with Queen Elizabeth the 1st visiting the town.
Oddly fitting place for a dimensional disruption. When we reach the castle themed entrance of the festival, I say: "No need to buy tickets. I already took care of it." I hand physical tickets out to my comrades and we show them to the people checking for tickets and once let through, we walk inside through the entrance. Alice is impressed: "This reminds me of my home town Ruid Village." Pirates Blaster looks around: "We had best keep an eye out." I reply: "This place is pretty big. It's really easy to get lost here if you've never been here before. Even my 2nd time visiting had me struggling to find things. It's worth mentioning that the maps they have here has everything on them displayed as to face the same direction we're facing with the entrance behind us. It's going to be a pain to find what we're looking for." Dominic who is dressed in a steampunk outfit speaks: "It won't be as much of a nap causation as it could be. That's because we have plenty of devices to help search for the disruption. The problem is that each disruption is so powerful that they're all hard to track down. Normally, only I would be needed to search in a place of this size. However, my gadgets have not been able to pinpoint the exact location of the disruption. We'll have to scan all of the areas as well as look around for anything out of place. But since you Swiftdrawer are the only one of us who knows this place well, we won't be able to pick up on as many out of place things as you." "I hate these obstacles. But there's no other way. Asking around about anything weird would take too long. Since Reiji pointed out it would take several days at most before this universe collapses, that means the disruptions haven't yet caused anything too noticeable yet. What an annoyance. Would it even be a good idea to split up further in order to cover more ground here?"
Dominic hands out some gadgets while Bray replies: "It is of most importance we still split up. We must do so in order to find it faster. If none of us can find it, we need a good place to meet up." "Hmm.. Why don't we meet up by the Aleing Knight Pub?" "Arr! Why there, Swiftdrawer?" "The hustle and bustle of that restaurant would help us keep what we're talking about a secret. It's true that what we're doing almost fits in with the theming of this festival but still. I don't want to risk causing needless panic or ending up getting distracted by curious people from what we're actually here for. I'm going to head that way as there's also several stages over there including the arena for the Full Armoured Joust as well as Equestrian Chaos. With all of us going off on our own, we should be able to pinpoint where that disruption is occurring and put a stop to it. Of course, if any of us finds it, they have to let the rest of us know immediately." Dominic yawns: "Stopping the disruption alone is a nap causation of an idea." Bray nods: "Indeed. It is far too dangerous for any of us to attempt to dispel on their own." Liten speaks: "It's a good thing all of us have solid decent at least AGI. Otherwise, this would take a long time." I use Artist's Eye to create replicas of the free maps that can be found in a few places in the festival. I hand them out to everyone and we split up. I was tempted to use Shadow Clone Jutsu to speed things up but having several identical looking individuals running around even in a place as crowded as this sounds like a really bad idea. It didn't take me long to reach the Aleing Knight Pub due to the fact my acquired superhuman strength includes an unnatural speed walking speed if I put in enough effort to my movements. "So I'm back here but in a different universe. Nothing seems to be out of place. *gets out the device and starts moving around to scan the entire area* No sign of anything off yet." I keep looking around in a way that implies I'm just taking it all in. I even pull out my phone and pretend to take pictures with it as I go around the area.
After a few minutes, I have extensively checked the pub as well as the restrooms behind it. "Still nothing. Wait.. I sense an ever increasing number of life forms through my Ki. It's not the easiest to sense out ordinary people with obviously low power levels of typically 100 or less but.." I then hear something. An announcer. I check the time: "I see. So the Full Armoured Joust is starting. I have been so busy looking around that I didn't even notice the gathering crowd around that arena. This is the perfect opportunity to look around for anyone who may be the disruption after all. We have no information as to what the disruption is so it could be anything. Even a seemingly ordinary basket of french fries. No one has spoken to me yet but that's because people are largely focused on themselves and anyone they have come here with if they did come with anyone. I must still look somewhat suspicious. Oh well. With everyone's attention on the joust, this really is a great opportunity for the investigation." I pan through the crowd using my stealth skills but still, nothing. However, just the knights in the joust were introduced, things began to get truly strange for an ordinary dimension where the existence of aliens is a conspiracy theory but may have actual proof as well as being hotly debated for decades. A truly evil skeletal knight appears. The announcer speaks: "Oh! It seems we have a new challenger for the championship! Even I don't know who this is!" The skeletal knight has an ominous gaze even under their helmet.
"I wonder how many people here think this is a surprise Halloween twist for the joust. But I know better. This is really bad. It's a good thing I had Chocolate come here with me to this world on standby. I'll call her and get ready to jump in if this skeleton knight tries anything." The joust goes on without issue for several minutes. Chocolate and I are now hiding in plain sight. She is dressed in grim reaper style clothing. We're going to pull a huge surprise if that becomes necessary to do. But still, nothing bad happens until the skeleton knight loses a round and is almost knocked off their horse. I can feel the rising killing intent from my position. I make a gesture towards where Chocolate is hiding. The skeleton knight speaks loudly with ancient magic: "Foolish mortal. You are no dark knight. You do not embrace the power of darkness. You are a mere performer but me.. I'm truly someone to fear! Prepare to die!" People still think it's part of the show. That's when the 2 of us make our move. We jump out of our hiding spots, Chocolate nudges her costume off, and I begin to ride her as she jumps over the audience and the fence. As gravity pulls her to the ground, I drop my mask and take off my Akatsuki cloak. Not only is my knightly identity revealed but I activate both my Sharingan and Artist's Eye. The announcer proclaims: "Another new challenger?! What's going on?!" The enemy laughs: "Stop acting so professional! You know this has never happened before at your silly little renfest!"
The audience is stunned by this turn of events. I reply: "I'm going to be your opponent now, whoever you are. You don't belong in this dimension. I'm done trying not to attract attention to myself." "Hahahaha! I was hoping an actually strong knight would show up to face me after I made a show in this little tournament with scripted wordplay!" I turn to the knights who were just trying to put on a show: "You better step back. This is going to be the most exciting yet dangerous battle you will have ever seen at this event. You won't be able to handle it. You better evacuate from this arena along with the squires and the horses." That's when a bunch more knights just show up out of nowhere and charge at the skeleton knight only to fall one by one. "Damn it. Other dimensions are bleeding into this one through the disruptions. So that's how this dimension is set to collapse, huh? This won't be easy to fix." The popcorn monster that has caused trouble in the past appears as well and starts eating everything. A piece of Ovenzilla appears: "Swiftdrawer, you handle the skeleton knight. The Popcorn Monster is all mine. I'll bake it straight to defeat." "Okay. I trust you. Come on Chocolate, let's reduce our foe to a pile of bonemeal." With the defeated knights all over the ground and Ovenzilla now fighting the Popcorn Monster, all eyes are on me as I ready my spear: "Skeleton knight. Let's joust and see who can win in a best of 3." Queen Elizabeth speaks: "If you're going to joust, you're going to need my permission." "Sorry but I'm doing things my way. My class is dark knight so.. Anyway, there's no time for keeping on the act." "You do not understand. I am Queen Elizabeth of England and Ireland." "Damn. So you're the real one, huh? I'm not sure how you've adjusted to modern technology so quickly but I have no reason to respect your authority nor do I recognize it. I'm Swiftdrawer, a dark knight and knight of the people. I protect the marginalized and the workers as well as space-time. Workers of the world, unite. And everything like that."
The SK laughs: "You're a dark knight and yet you protect those kind of people?! Fool!" "How dare you go against my word! Knights, arrest them both!" The fallen knights attempt to arrest us but I effortlessly knock all of them unconscious in under a second before hopping back on Chocolate. "This is a interdimensional problem. England does not nearly have the power required to be an active participant in resolving this. As a representative of Infinity, I will take care of this. Now then, skeleton knight. Let's duel!" We come at each other from opposite sides of the arena and our clashes with our spears end up being really intense. Surprising given how tame in force jousts at renfests tend to be. With my Sharingan, I read all of the SK's movements and manage to block all of them. I decimate every attempt they make at winning and win 2 rounds in a row. The SK growls: "Damn you! Why can't you just let me win one time?! I'm going to kill you and then, I'll kill everyone else here too!" "Nice try but I'm already dead." I jump off of Chocolate, stroke her fur gently, and make a mocking gesture at the SK. They take the bait and jump off their horse too before drawing a big greatsword. I draw Graceful Protector as well as my BRAIN Blaster. The SK staggers: "Just who are you? Magic, advanced technology, knowledge of the multiverse, member of Infinity! My lord thought that a lowly skeleton knight like me would be enough to conquer this dimension but no!" "You got here too late and now, I'm going to reduce you to bonemeal unless you want to try to turn over a new leaf and betray your lord." "Fool! My lord, Morroc would destroy you!" "So you're with him. You must also have a connection to Arunafeltz. Doesn't really matter though because we have plenty of intel on that nation and I'll be defeating you now."
"Don't underestimate me! If you're just a stronger version of those sad pathetic other knights, not even you will be able to defeat me!" "That's the thing. Did you not see me knock out a bunch of knights in a very short period of time? Seriously, this is going to be a fight I doubt you'll make it out of. After all, my armor weighs 1100 pounds and you're in the way of me trying to find the source of the disruption around here that's helping destabilize this entire universe." We proceed to have an intense sword duel that shatters the air molecules around us. "Ha! Ha! Great Infernal Tornado Slash!" "You call that an attack?! Ethereal Wall!" "A wall of spiritual energy, huh? Well then-" "Evil Eye Thrust!" "Taste my BRAIN Blaster." "Aaaaaa! My left hand! It's been disintegrated!" "You have powerful magic even I can't exactly beat on my own with just my sword. You know the saying: 'don't bring a sword to a gunfight'? Well, in this case, it's more like don't bring a normal or crappy sword to a sword AND gun fight. Drawing Destruction! Take this!" "Curse you! Ethereal Wall!" This continues on for a while but slowly but surely, I whittle down my opponent. "How are you still moving?! Your shoulder is dislocated and your armor is so heavy that you shouldn't even be able to move in it! And my magic is doing nothing to you!" "What can I say except I intend on finishing you off as soon as possible? Oh right. Nothing worth saying at the moment." Our clashes ring out throughout the area. I sweat heavily as I'm forced to hurt myself in order to actually deal some decent damage. My blaster was knocked out of my left hand and I haven't been able to pick it back up ever since. "AAAAAA! JUST BE DESTROYED, UNDEAD HUMAN!" "NEVER!" I suddenly change tactics and put away my sword. I reactive my Sharingan as I had turned it off well before I could run out of chakra earlier. I then create black metal rods to impale my enemy with Artist's Eye. Between that and my increased reading of their movements, I could now finally prepare to obliterate them with a single attack.
"What are you doing?! Why did you stop fighting me?!" "I'm still fighting you. I'm just fighting in a different way. Do you not realize that immobilizing your opponent or at least attempting to literally is a form of combat?" "WHY YOU DARK KNIGHT! Ethereal Wail Slash!" The attack does nothing to me. It helps that the tech enhancement to my armor that allows me to see an enemy that isn't visible to my eyes is currently active. My foe has repeatedly tried to exploit the fact I have chosen to let both of my capes swish around with my movements to get me but has failed every single time. They're tough to beat but so am I. I begin gathering Ki in my hands after I get into the proper pose for what I'm about to do. They keep attacking me but I just sidestep every single one of their attacks and tank em with my armor. "KAAAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEEEE.." "WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW?! STAY STILL!" "HAAAAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEE!" "Oh! You're doing an energy attack! That won't work on me! Hahahaha! This attack of yours is so laughable and pathetic! I should have long been able to defeat and destroy you then!" "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" The SK doesn't even have time to scream as the attack reduces them to a pile of bonemeal and warped metal. Their horse dies suddenly as soon as this happens. Meanwhile, I get Chocolate and reassure her. "Everything's okay now. Well, sort of. It's time to continue the investigation." Much of the audience is still present. Using an action field, I was able to keep the damage to the area to a minimum. Now, the audience is cheering and clapping. The announcer stampers: "Swiftdrawer defeated that skeleton knight! We have a new hero to look up to!" I hop on Chocolate and say: "Sorry but can't stick around. Gotta investigate this renfest for a dimensional disruption. Bye." We head off and I soon dismount.
"Chocolate, let's stay together. You might be able to smell something off I didn't even notice." We literally take a few more steps when we see the next thing that's weird. Pirate Blaster alongside pirates/stunt actors fighting a bunch of historical pirates as well as those from other worlds such as Captain Hook and his right hand man and Goldbeard. Pirate Blaster sees us: "Arr! Could really use some help here!" I managed to retrieve my BRAIN Blaster before anyone could misuse it so I pull it out, put it in the newly added sniper mode, and begin shooting the enemy pirates one by one with precision. Oh and I cracked my dislocated shoulder back into place with my muscles. I take a few out before things get even stranger. A roller coaster car rams into me. I don't budge but it becomes greatly warped from the impact before exploding. Meanwhile, I start hearing the screams of RCT3 peeps. "Aaaaaaa!" "Oh no!" "Weeeee!" "Yeeeeeeehaawwwww!" "Ooooooooo!" "Yayyyyyy!" And then, the characters from Jumanji fall from the sky. Additionally, a big red and white robot with black eyes and blue robotic sclera with a coach's outfit starts yelling: "Bolts! Blip! Where are you slackers?!" A yellow robot with the same eyes but a shorter and much thinner body and a cylinder head replies: "We're here, Gridiron!" Another robots who has an antenna on the top of his head as well as a 3D oval like shaped head and some blue adds: "Yeah! Please don't be mad at us, sir! It's not our fault wherever we are!" "Like I believe that! You two better find us a way home unless you want both of you to be reformatted by the Reformatter!" A creepy and huge machine with a menacing face appears and says: "I'm baaaaaddddd." A pink and white robot speaks: "Gridiron! It wasn't their fault! I was with them the entire day until now! After all, we're still recovering from dealing with Dr. Blood and his bloodbots!"
"Don't you defend them, Saedee!" I should mention all of them are wearing matching uniforms of blue and white for their team in the Lunar League on their universe's Moon: the Thunderbolts. Gridiron gets so mad he starts steaming up and his head is now going to pop right off from that. The white robot, Blip asks: "Uhh, where are the others?" only for Darkness to fall right on top of him. I sigh. A clone of GADGET appears from the ground: "I'll take care of them. You must continue investigating." "Thank you so much." Dominic makes contact with me in the others: "We are narrowing down the source of the disruption but it's almost as if it is expanding rapidly." I reply through our shared audio communication channel: "It's getting very chaotic over here. I'm by the joust arena/pirate ship stage. Individuals from other universes and time periods are appearing here more and more. It's like this dimension will collapse from other dimensions bleeding into it." Bray speaks: "I am witnessing the same occurrence at my current location." "What a nap causation. It's happening here too." Alice says: "If I may. Perhaps the disruption is in the center of everything that's happening. Where is the central spot in this festival?" I reply again: "Not far from my current location. I'll try scanning around with that device again." It doesn't take long for the device to start beeping loudly as alarms flash on its small screen: "I've found it. Come to my current location if you are free to do so. I had to obliterate a skeleton knight from the world of Ragnarok Origin a few minutes ago or so. And I saw Captain Hook fighting Pirate Blaster."
It doesn't take long for most of the others to come to me. Bray immediately looks worried: "My abilities as a sage are allowing me to see the disruption firsthand. It is creating cracks in the fabric of reality around us. Just big enough to allow the leaks without being visible to the naked eye. As intriguing as this would be to study, it is far too dangerous to allow it to continue what it's doing." Argo, the person we brought with us to stay in touch with everyone else speaks: "I have received more information. This is happening at the other disruption spots as well. Not only that but in locations where there's no disruption spots such as New York City, reports of strange creatures are being broadcast at increasing rates." I sigh: "I can only imagine what Disney World must be like in this universe given it's the sight of a disruption itself. And to think: Florida is like Nazi Germany but with theme parks. Ironic. Just something I felt like mentioning because it's becoming more and more true in my universe." Bray speaks again: "Now that we have found the disruption, we have to work together to resolve it." The scientist yawns again: "What a nap causation. Good thing I prepared a thing for a situation just like this. Swiftdrawer, can you handle taking care of most of the enemies who will start coming out of this disruption due to our efforts to get rid of it?" "I'm not going to ask why you are so certain we'll have to deal with that specifically. I will do my best. You can count on me to do what I can. Just fix it already so we can help with the one in Tokyo. That one is one of the most powerful disruptions we know of if I'm not mistaken."
Alice asks: "What about me? How can I help?" "It's a nap causation you can't just help fight the enemies that will appear. We need your powers. Bray, can you begin casting the required ancient spells?" "I shall do so immediately. I will make haste to begin." And so, the process soon starts. A lot of research on dimensional problems has been done in BRAINS. Between Cabala's Dimensional Infiltrations, Rune-Midgarts's dimensional chaos, the Infinityverse, the redundant apocalypses and some of the chaotic hangouts, and whatnot, we've gathered plenty of field data as well as techniques for handling dimensional problems. I fight the enemies while the others focus on putting a stop to the disruption for good. It took an entire hour but finally, the disruption dissipated and individuals from other worlds who came through the dimension leaks suddenly get sent back to where they belong without warning. "That's a relief. One down. The one in Tokyo should be even more interesting. We have no reason to be here anymore. Let's head to Tokyo right away. *puts away Graceful Protector* This is far more difficult than I ever expected it to be. And I incorrectly foresaw the dimension problems here coming just from something at this renfest as well as having to stick around long enough to have to write 3 story chapters about it. Oh well. I'm glad that that one we just stopped has been stopped before it could do anymore damage." Before we could all teleport away, the performer knights of the renfest walk over to us. I just say: "Sorry fellas but we gotta go." We teleport away before they could say anything and to Tokyo we go. Just one look around told us that the situation was much worse than at the Ohio Renaissance Festival. Robot Arm 1 is in the sky loudly commenting things like: "Sinon's brain is no match for me. Godzilla's carbon based organs disgust me. All humans must bow to me."
Laser Battle 1 alongside Gravitron 1, Rotorvator 1, TNT Vortex 1, Space Rings 1, Merry Go Round 1, Top Spin 1, Pool Complex 1, Feather Goat, Goat Goat, Static Goat, and Dolph Spaghetti are staring up at Robot Arm 1, ready for a fight. I pinch myself to confirm if I'm dreaming. I'm not dreaming. "This is bizarre." Meanwhile, King Kong, Godzilla, Mecha Godzilla, Mobzilla, The King(OreSpawn), The Queen(OreSpawn), the 100th Floor Boss: An Incarnation Of The Radius, the Guran, the Lancelot Albion, a giant zombie, and Alucard but made titan sized are duking it out on the streets of Tokyo. Additionally, orange orbs are being extracted from SAO survivors who have also appeared as well. Dominic yawns: "It's going to take much longer to find the disruption here!" Deku and friends spot us and come over. Iida speaks: "Im glad all of you could make it. We were dragged into this universe through the disruption in this city. We're up to date on what's going on." Bulma also appears: "We're working on figuring out where the disruption is through the communications of this city. The cell towers, the electric grid, everything. With such a vast array of communication methods temporarily housing the devices that can track down the disruptions, we should pinpoint its exact location shortly as long as the battle of titans doesn't destroy everything." Hearts and Fu are facing Cumber, Kamioren, and Goku Black far up in the sky. Can barely see them fighting. "Damn it, we better do something by protecting the people then. I bet it's going to take all of us to stop the disruption here. I'm going to help fight Robot Arm 1." I use Instant Transmission to get to the sight of that battle. "Damn it, how has Robot Arm 1 become this powerful?" Laser Battle 1 replies: "It wasn't kidding when it said what it said before being obliterated in Equestria. It managed to rebuild itself with the help of an artificial lifeform known as Baby." "Baby? That's not good. Baby is a pain to deal with. Created as a weapon by the Tuffles, he was made to crush Saiyans for conquering Planet Plant."
Rotorvator 1 pushes back Robot Arm 1 with centrifugal force: "We had to come to aid Laser Battle 1 due to the dimension leaks into this universe." "Since when did you non sentient rides have sentience?" Space Rings 1 replies: "The Infinityverse and the Cardinal System." "Okay then. Well, let's just get this done. I'm not going to bother asking why you're fighting alongside some of the Goat Simulator goats." Hearing this, the goats just bah loudly. RA1 groans: "This battle repulses me more and more! Why don't all of you just give up and die or join me?!" Top Spin 1 replies: "You aren't cool." "Like I care about your pathetic opinion. Your existence irritates me. You should have stayed as just an ordinary ride." Toilets 1 shows up and joins the fight: "Prepare for your chances of victory to be flushed, Robot Arm 1." 30 minutes later, with Robot Arm 1 somehow suppressing all of us, I decide to gamble on all of my remaining strength. "Nothing we've done has worked. There's only one thing left I haven't tried. Shadow Hurricane. I am so far from perfecting that attack. I lack some things required to create it perfectly but this is all I can do. So.. Witness the misery, the anguish, and the intensity of my darkness combine with the power of the winds that I can call upon. Shadow Hurricane!" The attack is designed to have the same force and intensity as a category 1 hurricane but with the power of darkness as well as the ability to cast darkness over everything it looms over. It would do so by being so condensed that not even light could pass through the air molecules that makes up it in the end. My attack doesn't end the fight but it does actually do some damage. I'm now panting heavily while bending down due to how much of a drain that was.
I exposed a weakness in RA1 that was quickly identified and exploited. After 4 more minutes, RA1 was destroyed again. But there was no time for celebration. In fact, Bulma communicates directly to all of us through a different shared communication channel: "Everyone. We have pinpointed the exactly location of the disturbance." Alucard laughs: "Excellent. Just excellent news. I'll continue holding our titan sized enemies back for now. After all, I'm having a lot of fun and enjoying fighting them myself." Bulma tells us all where the disruption is located and most of us head there immediately. It's actually visible to the naked eye. The problem is that it was inside a mall the entire time. Or more specifically, a clothing store inside the mall. That's why it wasn't found until now. Bray comments: "This clothing store shall be closed for a while after this." "Arr! It's a good thing they already evacuated this entire mall. We can handle this without any interference other than the enemies that will be summoned to this world by the thing we're handling as a way of acting just like a trapped treasure guarded by a kraken!" It was a lot more difficult to stop the Tokyo disruption but we were able to do so and move onto dealing with more disruptions. With our efforts, we were able to end all of the disruptions by the end of a period of 16 hours. We meet back up in that plains. I sigh: "That's over with. Time to handle whatever's next for us."
Alice speaks: "I do not believe this is over. We do not know the source of these disruptions. How did they form? Why were they here?" Argo nods: "I'm trying to gather as much information as I can but we don't have any evidence for any of our theories regarding their origin." Fu adjusts his glasses: "I have also been gathering information. But even I have no clue as to why the disruptions occurred in the first place." Alucard laughs again: "Oh, how very interesting. I never expected that dealing with dimensional problems would ever be this complex or entertaining." Ghost Gal speaks: "I have some info that could help us figure that out. Just tell me how much you're willing to pay for it and it's yours." Argo cracks up: "Kirito would say you're even worse than me! Nyehahahaha!" Ai glares at Ghost Gal. She puts her hands up defensively: "I was just kidding. More importantly, I have intel that suggests connection to Baby." Tsunade looks thoughtful: "If it's true that Baby is behind this, why is he? What is he planning?" I reply: "It shouldn't be possible for someone like him to cause disruptions powerful enough to cause an entire dimension to collapse due to dimension leaks. But after we have defeated Don Thousand and all who serve under him, I foresaw that Baby will be our next primary enemy in the same vein as Don Thousand or previously, Pmurt Nedib. I foresee that someone who is scheming to bring mass extinction to all universes for profit and has a chunk of The Shadow inside of them will be taken over by Baby later this year in my universe's time."
Shikamaru gets concerned: "That would be a major problem. By now, all of us are aware to the threat Baby poses to anyone he views as his enemy. He managed to Tuffanize Earth in a future of Universe 7." Bulma sighs: "I learned of him sometime ago but if his invasion of Earth is in my future, then I will have to forget all about him beforehand to prevent changes to the timeline. If he took over someone else, anything that someone else desired would be replaced by Baby's desires. If he wants to still bring mass extinction to all universes, I guess he will be able to do so more easily." Barla speaks: "Well, our work here is done. We should get the hell out of this universe. That unless we should investigate this one further." That clone of GADGET from earlier appears from the ground: "That won't be necessary. I will investigate. Please return to your respective universes. I will take it from here." And so, that's what we do. We all teleport away just like that. I return to Miitopia, still exhausted from before but on my way to full recovery. I still helped fight monsters and the like but in a more limited capacity. I sit down on one of the new benches that have been erected around the base. "That's more like it." Things were pretty calm for the rest of the day and the next day as well. However, at the stroke of midnight, an antique clock placed in the base for the purposes of historical nostalgia as well as study and examination chimes, signaling the beginning of the 12th of January. Normally, this would be no big deal. In fact, I didn't think it was until I remembered. "It's my birthday now. Happy birthday to me I guess." That's when a bunch of my comrades suddenly jumped out of hiding places in the library.
I'm in the library for some peace and quiet. They all say: "Happy birthday, Swiftdrawer!" They threw a surprised party for me and Lauren, one of our resident chefs even made an egg and added sugar free cake to celebrate. "I haven't enjoyed a birthday surprise like this in years. Thank you so much, my friends." Carlos says: "Oh no! We forgot the other surprises! We all need to go get em and stuff! Brb!" Every one of them ends up racing off. Ryuk appears and laughs: "So interesting. Happy birthday to you, human who is dead but not dead. See you later." And with that, he's gone. The surprise birthday party was full of fun and joy after they all came back. And despite the fact I was now 21, no one tried to force me to drink alcohol which I continue to persist on refusing to have. And it wasn't just some ordinary surprise bday party. As Barla explained, it was meant to be: "one hell of a party fit for a knight!" And what do you know? She was right. It lasted for 3 hours. Good vibes all around. Surprise birthday parties are actually a common thing here in the Miitopia BRAINS base. That began after the conflict war against Pmurt Nedib ended.
