Jordan- 12

Soon the combined teams of the intelligence unit and the BAU had come back, the first thing that Hank noticed the small office was quiet. Too quiet. Something was indeed wrong. Very wrong. The second, whenever he had returned his daughter would almost always be there to greet him. She'd run and hug him, looking up at him giving him a puppy dog look.

It was quiet and Jordan was no where in sight. The lounge was empty with the door wide open, Hank's office was also empty the door open. Aaron hadn't seen his agent anywhere in sight either. As fast as he could Hank pulled his phone out and called his daughter.

He felt his heart raced in his chest pounding against his ribs. Her phone was on as he heard the ringing but it had gone to voicemail. When he tried again this time his heart had completely sank because it didn't ring, it had gone straight to voicemail.

"No. No, this isn't happening" Hank says, his breathing picking up.

"What's wrong?" Emily asked.

"My daughter, she's not answering her phone. It rang and went to voicemail, now it went straight to voicemail"

"Morgan's not answering either. Straight to voicemail like Jordan" Spencer commented.

"Derek and Jordan missing, that's not a coincidence" Erin spoke.

"It's time to deliver the profile" Rossi said from his spot.

The combined groups had gathered but the BAU team stood near the white board that had been filled with information and pictures. Erin and Al had kept Hank calm for the most part to help him get through this.

"The unsub we're looking for is most likely a male, possibly early to mid 30s, he's physically fit and has some type of training" Aaron started off.

"What kind of training are you thinking?" Antonio asked.

"Military, any kind of law enforcement. He could have been law enforcement at one point and got cut from the job which sent him spiraling" Rossi continued.

"Losing a job, a career like law enforcement it has it's ways of playing with you're mind. He could have had a call gone bad. He could have tried to go against his commanding officer and lost getting kicked off the job. It could be a number of things" Emily went on from her spot.

"Is it possible he could have gotten a fake name and gotten a job here at the district?" Jay asked from his desk.

"It's quite possible. He knows that if he tries to goes to any other state and get a law enforcement position he'll have to go through a background check and it'll be seen that he was kicked off the job. Changing his name and appearance does have it's advantages of assuming a new identity. And if he had gotten a job here, it would have been easy access for him to get Jordan and Derek without any of us knowing. It wouldn't be hard for him to take Derek, but if he was able to gain Jordan's trust he could have easily slipped out with her" Spencer answered.

That had made hank shoot his head up. "We did just get a new officer in a few days ago. I made him Jordan's detail. Tyler James"

Aaron had gotten his phone out and called the tech analyst Garcia. "How's it going boss man?"

"Garcia, I need you to look into someone from the 21st District, an officer by the name of Tyler James"

"I'll see what I can dig up, Garcia out"

After the call Hank had gone to his office to calm down. How could he have been so stupid? Leave his young daughter alone with a possible potential serial killer. If he doesn't get his daughter back alive, he may never forgive himself. The guilt had already been setting in.

A knock had broken him out of his thoughts he looked to see Aaron there. "Don't beat yourself up about this Sergeant Voight. There was no way of knowing"

"I trusted a complete stranger to watch and guard my daughter, now she and your agent are both missing" Hank replied.

"One thing about these unsubs, some know how to lie and manipulate people around them. This wasn't anyone's fault"

"Let's get to work finding them"

Hank was going to make sure this bastard goes down, whether it be with him breathing or getting a bullet into his skull. He didn't give a damn.
