I cant write fighting scenes to save my life, so were skipping that..
The game this takes place in the New Super Mario Bros. Wii (2009)!!
Larry paced around his first arena, he was getting bored. His headphones died not too long ago, the Mario Brothers were taking too long, and he wasn't allowed to use his wand til' they came through, stupid useless rules.
Kamek was at the second castle, so he was literally alone.. with nothing to think about.
That was something new.. he was always thinking about something, most of the time he would mumble his thoughts out loud without noticing because he was just.. thinking.
Roy always shut him up though..
Ugh, Roy sucked, he was so annoying. Such a bully too. He would always be picking on Larry because he was the youngest out of all the Koopalings. The only reason he doesn't pick on Junior is because Bowser is super overprotective of him, aswell as Ludwig.
Larry always wondered why Ludwig was so overprotective over Junior, was it because of the throne? Like maybe Ludwig thinks that if he's nicer to Junior.. he might get his line to the throne back.
At first, when Ludwig went by Kooky, he HATED Junior, but then two years passed.. and he just began being all nice to him?
Really, really weird.
It probably just wasn't anything though.
Now, don't ask how he started to think about this, but his castle seems SO boring..
Like there's actually nothing, other than the cold stone walls.
Oh, yeah, he didn't have time to decorate his castle.
All of his other siblings had already sorta decoratated it, or atleast the ones that wanted to. He was too busy.. playing games. Duh.
Oh! He could think about how to decorate his castle!
"Hm, I could put some blue banners over there! With MY logo of course, since I'm the bestest Koopaling" Larry thought aloud, placing both of his hands on his waist, grinning like an idiot.
"No, you're not"
Larry jumped, he didnt expect anyone to hear him. He turned around so fast he fell face first with a small 'thud'
The mystery person snickered, it definitely wasn't Mario, or Luigi..
Larry stood up, dusting himself off before grabbing his wand from the floor and making sure the orange gem wasn't cracked, before facing the person with a huff, "A warning would have- the.. the TOAD?"
The person who startled him wasn't Mario or Luigi (as he called it of course, he's so smart!!), instead it was one of the two toads that normally accompanied both the Mario Brothers, it was the yellow one to be exact.
"My names Ala-gold. Thank you very much." Ala-gold rolled his eyes, "Now, are we gonna fight?"
"I don't wanna fight you! You're too weak! I wanna fight Mario.. even Luigi is better than you! And he's a coward." Larry scowled, making sure his wand was fine again, for like the third time. The second one while.. the yellow toad, was talking. Not like you can blame him, it is his like sixth prized possession.
Ala-gold laughed, making Larry glare at him, "Wanna bet on that?"
Larry hates betting, only because he might lose money, and he loves money. But if he refused.. then he'll seem like a chicken.. so he decided to use an excuse instead, "I'll bet you five coins! Only because I'm saving up for a new gaming console."
Ala-golds expression softened as he tilted his head "What gaming console?"
"Well.. I wanna get a new switch.. since all of my siblings keep on stealing it from me, even though that's MY job." Larry frowned, "It's also really old, we got it when it first came out"
"Oh yeah, mines is also pretty old, and Buckenberrys been playing with it more" Ala-gold shrugged, "I don't really care though."
"Buckenberry is the.. blue one right?" Larry hummed, "Now that I think about it, I've never heard him talk.."
"Yeah, he's my twin brother. He only talks to the people who he knows the best.." The toad shook his head and suddenly grinned, "now, is five coins really your best offer?"
Larry scoffed, "Yes, actually, I already told you that I'm saving up!"
Ala-gold snickered, "Are you sure you're not just a coward?"
Larry's jaw dropped to the ground, before he quickly recomposed himself, being called a coward was the only thing he wouldn't take lightly. "Yeah! I'm sure! I'm super duper sure actually!"
"Yeah, sure, okay then. I'll give you five coins if you win, and you give me five coins if I win" Ala-gold grinned.
"Wait.. but where is Mario and Luigi? And your brother too.. I guess. Why is it just you here?" Larry questioned, "Did you all split up to beat us quicker?"
Ala-Gold scoffed, "Yeah, we did. It seems you do have a brain after all."
"Hey! I'm very smart actually, not as smart as Iggy or Luddy- I mean Ludwig! But I'm still pretty smart," Larry scowled, fiddling with wand.
"Sure you are," The yellow toad glanced down at Larry's wand, "Lets just fight, we've been stalling for too long"
Larry visibly perked up, "Yeah! You're right!" He pointed his wand at Ala-Gold, the orange gem lighting up, "Now let's see if you can really fight"

Larry groaned as he got off the floor, ignoring Ala-Golds annoying giggles.
Ala-Gold was tougher then he seemed, or maybe just smarter. The toad took the opportunity of when Larry was charging his spell to land the last hit.
Now, Larry was taught to stand up, grab his wand, and jump down into the hole opposite of the door — he doesn't know his lefts and rights, leave him alone. And he would have if it wasn't for this weird feeling to stay, just for a bit.
Larry huffed as he dusted himself up, picking his wand up right after. "That was just.. beginners luck."
"Yeah, sure beginners luck." Ala-Gold snapped back, "Now where's my money?" He extended his tiny hand out expectantly
Oh, yeah, the money. He forgot about the money. That's why he wanted to stay then.
Larry slowly reached into his shell, glaring at Ala-Gold, he tried to be as slow as possible on purpose just to annoy him.
"Hurry up. I don't have all day." Ala-Gold glared right back, tapping his foot impatiently to get his point across.
"Shut up." Larry responded, finally taking out his small pouch he carries with him for emergency use. He carefully took out five coins, making sure they weren't any "special ones" as he called them.
Larry always loved collecting coins, everytime he stole a few he would go through all of them and sort them into categories from rarest, to the most common ones.
The rarest coins consisted of old coins. On the side of every coin there would be a date, the date it was produced. Older coins from around when Bowser took over the throne were the most valuable, every other coin from before that had been banned or something.
He only has one of those super duper old coins from before his father took over the role as the king.
As soon as Larry was done with his little display of coin picking, he gave Ala-Gold the newer produced coins.
"Finally.. took you long enough." Ala-Gold sneered as he shoved the coins into his pocket, "Now, I have to get going before the others worry about me."
Larry just shrugged wordlessly before turning around, walking straight to where his escape tunnel was. The tunnel would lead straight to the second castle where he would probably actually fight Mario.
Um.. I dont know what to say guys!! Hope you liked it I guess..
Theres gonna be another chapter in probably a few weeks!! If I get motivated enough.
