Dragons and Vampires

Draconis: Begin!

Tonight was not a good night for one Miss Elmenhilde Karnstein. Aside from getting pranked by a certain reaper girl several times that night alone, but during the attack on the Tepes Faction's castle she had managed to get surrounded by several enhanced vampires that had been placed outside the castle.

"Tch." Elmenhilde dusted herself off as she looked around. She was completely surrounded. "Congratulations...it took seven of you to hunt down and corner one agent of the Carmilla Faction." She gathered a dark aura in both of her hands.

"You're really going to try and fight us girly? We'd just hate to send you back to Lord and Lady Karnstein in pieces." One of them said.

"As if you failures could break me." Elmenhilde said.

"Well boys that sounds like a challenge to me. Let's get to wo-!" The vampire that was speaking was silenced by his head exploding into gore.

"What the? ! Who's th-? !" The same fate met the second vampire to speak.

"What the hell is going- gulah!" Another vampire was grounded by his left arm getting blown off.

"What's going on?" Elmenhilde said as the rest of the Tepes vampires fell to the ground with fatal wounds.

A magic circle appeared next to her head. "Elmenhilde, you split off from the group, are you OK?" A Carmilla Representative said.

"Y-Yes Millarca. I got surrounded by a Tepes Faction squad, but they all fell to the ground dead. It almost looks like they were shot with a gun, a powerful one at that." Elmenhilde said.

"Yes, that's been the reports coming from around our contingents. I think an interloper has decided to side with us, and has skills as a sniper." Millarca said.

"Hrm...I see. I'm on my way back to the group to check in, then I'm headed to the castle." Elmenhilde said.

"Right." Millarca said.

Off in the distance the barrel of a sniper rifle was pulled back into the brush as a feminine figure stood up on the tree branch. "She has the right idea. I should make my way to the castle myself. I need to at least make sure Kenshin-Sensei doesn't get himself killed." Mana said leaping to another branch.

Meanwhile, while Yukari fought Negi Ialda.

The Kuroshi and Gremory groups ran down the stairs and came to another floor, but a familiar presence hit everyone who was present during the Kuoh attack. "Everyone stop!" Kenshin said.

"Yeah." Issei growled.

"Who is it?" Rias said.

"Guahahahahaha! I see you still remember me from before Ddraig-Chan, Neo Ragnarok!"

"I can't say I ever wanted to see your ugly mug again Grendel." Kenshin said.

"Kenshin, we should..!" Issei was cut off.

"No Issei." Kenshin said.

"I agree, your True Queen form is needed for another fight. Like against against Crom Cruach or Rizevim." Rias said.

"Balance Break!" Kenshin and Miyuki called out assuming Elemental Overdrive.

"We fight this Evil Dragon together everyone!" Rias ordered.

"Right!" The Gremory and Kuroshi peerages chorus.

"Oh ho ho! Come at me then! All of you!"

"Jet!"

Issei shot forward accompanied by Kenshin, Miyuki and Granberia. Kiba soon joined them with several of his dragon troopers. "Demon Emperor Sword Gram!"

"Blaze!" Granberia called out, flames licking up and down her blade Ares.

"Elemental Spica!" Kenshin said the elements collecting around his fist.

"Thunderous Dragon Fist!" Miyuki said as red lightning coated her fists.

"Dragon Shot!" Issei said, his signature attack appearing in front of his fist.

"Durandal!" Xenovia said, Durandal's destructive aura wrapping around the blade.

"Haaa!" Irina and Raynare gathered holy demonic copy swords and spears of light around them respectively.

"Now! !" Kenshin ordered. Everyone's attacks screamed toward Grendel.

"Did we get him?" Kiba asked.

"Too soft!" Grendel's hand cut through the dust and swiped at everyone.

"Grhhh!" Kenshin growled as two hands, one of earth, the other of water grabbed Grendel's wrist and stopped it's advance.

"I've got your back Onii-Chan." Miyuki said with a straining look.

"Thanks." Kenshin said. "Everyone back away and prepare a second round!"

"Hold him there!" Granberia said flying up toward Grendel's face.

"Oi!" Issei said flying after her.

"Vaporize Rebellion Sword!" Granberia said slicing her flame covered Ares into Grendel's snout.

"That actually hurt a little bit, give me that sword!" Grendel said lurching his head forward to bite Granberia's arm off.

Issei, who had accumulated boosts, punched Grendel in the side of the face, but other than stopping him, he was relatively unfazed. "Get back!" Issei said grabbing Granberia and flying back.

"Thanks." Granberia said.

"You really think this can hold me back forever? !" Grendel shouted.

"Not really no! That's why I'm going to do this too!" Kenshin said extending his free hand forward, molding flame and earth magic around it. A molten earth fist shot forward, wrapping around Grendel's throat.

"Gulah!" Grendel gasped out as the hand began squeezing his neck painfully.

"Your defensive specs might be insanely high, but even those with the greatest defenses have to breathe!" Kenshin shouts.

"Why you!" Grendel shouted. "Gulah!" He choked out.

"Everyone, get your licks in while Onii-Chan and I are drawing his attention!" Miyuki said.

"A big dose of Heavenly light coming in hot!" Irina shouts.

"Let's go for a focused burst!" Raynare said creating one large light lance in her hand.

"Haa!" Irina sent her light magic slamming into Grendel's face.

"That only burned a little!" Grendel said tugging at the magma hand around his neck.

"Then how about this!" Raynare said landing on his head. "Haa!" She stabbed her lance down into his left eye.

"Gyah!" Grendel tried to grab her, but Raynare flew off.

"Blow it." Azazel said.

"Right." Raynare said snapping her fingers.

(boom!)

"Gyah! My fucking eye!" Grendel growled before smirking. "Interesting, that actually hurt quite a bit Fallen Angel girlie!"

"What the fuck is this asshole made of? !" Raynare snapped.

"Don't get discouraged. He's a huge masochist." Azazel said.

Kiba rushed forward with his dragon troopers started slashing him all over. Kiba himself slashed him from his right shoulder to his right flank, but it wasn't much more than a glancing blow.

"Seriously? ! Even with the Gram he still not taking that much damage? !" Issei said.

"Damn it. He's been speced to hell to take lots of damage." Kiba said.

"Grah!" Grendel finally ripped the magma hand off of his neck.

"!" Kenshin braced himself to take a blow when Miyuki shoved him out of the way, taking it herself. "Miyuki!" He shouts watching his little sister crash into the wall.

"Miyuki-San!" Asia said as she fell in front of the nun.

"I-I'm fine." Miyuki said shaking her head. She raised her hand and waved it a few times.

"..." Kenshin nodded before turning to Grendel with a scowl. "I've got something for your ass." He said pointing Kuroi Jigoku skyward.

"Actually Kenshin, let's not waste your power here!" Rias said.

"Huh?" Kenshin said turning his head toward her.

"You dare turn your back on me? !"

"Hrm..." Kenshin closed his eyes and dodged Grendel's fist before appearing in front of Rias. "I take it you have something in mind?"

"We've been working on her technique in Phantasmagorias since we got here." Evangeline said.

"Hrm...I see, what do you need me to do then?" Kenshin asked.

"I need the others to buy time for me, you'll know what to do when the time is right." Rias said.

"Got it." Kenshin said before turning around. "Alright everyone! Let's dust this fucker!"

(boom!)

A bolt of lightning struck Grendel. "Ufufufu~ As you wish Kenshin-kun." Akeno giggled.

"Hang on, let me out of this Azazel." Miyuki said walking past the former governor.

"You sure you're alright?" Azazel said.

"That hurt like hell, but I've endured just as much during my training at that rift bitch's castle." Miyuki said.

"Alright, fine." Azazel said, not really knowing what she was talking about.

"Rift Bitch?" Evangeline thought.

"Haaa!" Rossweisse shot out her magic, as did Evangeline.

"Come on!" Granberia said as she, Irina, Xenovia and Kiba slashed out and around Grendel's body.

"Haaa!" Miyuki said throwing her flame covered spear at his chest.

"..." Kenshin stared. "Issei, get some boosts together, go grab Xenovia, Kiba and Granberia and give them out.

"On it!" Issei said.

"Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost!"

"Kiba, Xenovia, Granberia-San gather up!" Issei said flying toward them.

"What?" Granberia said jumping back with the two in tow.

Issei put his hands on Granberia's and Xenovia's arms while tapping his leg against Kiba.

"Transfer!"

"Yes, this will work." Kiba said.

"Yeah, let's go Rapidly!" Xenovia said using the Excalibur piece in question's power.

"Why the hell did that feel good?" Granberia grumbled as they all took off.

"Oho! You guys are fast!" Grendel said as he tried to attack them only to quickly realize he couldn't. "What? !"

"Dragon Butcher!" Granberia shouted, swinging her Ares' powerfully, slicing into Grendel's shoulder.

"Guoh!"

Kiba and Xenovia attacked him all over as Granberia picked parts of his body to cut into. "Serene Demon Sword!" Granberia shouted out, cutting into his left knee joint. She let the momentum carry her and went into the Vaporizing Rebellion Sword.

"Form up!" Kiba said.

"What is it now?" Granberia asked.

"We're going to unleash a combined attack." Kiba said.

"Right, it's time for a little destructive power." Xenovia said.

"Fine then." Granberia said.

"Alright then! That's enough outta you!" Grendel said sucking in air.

"O-Oi!" Issei said. "He's planning to breathe fire!"

"Relax Issei! They got this!" Kenshin called out.

"Haaa!" A wave of power and crimson flames clash against the fireball Grendel exhaled. "Ehh? ! One of you used fire, why is it not fueling my attack? !" Grendel shouted, confused.

"Because it's also powered and shielded by youki!" Granberia shouts.

"Guuuuooooooooo! !" Grendel roared out as the combined attack enveloped and slammed into him.

When the wave ended, Grendel's body was smoking. He stood back up and revealed numerous bleeding wounds. However he then fell to a knee.

"Stand aside everyone!"

A lightning dragon slammed into Grendel, causing him to howl out in pain as his entire body was electrocuted from head to toe. "Nice work Akeno-San!" Issei said.

"Yeah, but still..." Kenshin said with a grim look.

"Heheheheheh!" Grendel chuckled darkly. "That was good! It's been awhile since I've been wounded and stunned this fucking much! This is insanely entertaaaaaaaaaaining!" He roared out with mad glee.

"You've got to be freaking kidding me." Granberia said with a scowl.

"He still stands even with that much damage?" Kiba said with wide eyes.

"He seems like he's really enjoying this. So this is the Evil Dragon that will accept death as he laughs huh?" Xenovia said.

"No wonder people say you shouldn't fight them." Akeno said

"Alright then, I suppose it's my turn." Azazel said making a giant spear of light and throws it at Grendel's stomach.

"Bring it!" Grendel said trying take the blow.

(Boom!)

The spear of light shatters and turns to arrows all of which lambast Grendel's stomach.

"Che! Such a cunning Fallen Angel!" Grendel growled. "Well then! Come on!"

"Shit!" Kenshin said creating more elemental hands to hold Grendel back. "Miyuki, Rossweisse, Akeno! Defensive positions!"

"What about you? !" Rossweisse shouts as they erect their barrier.

"I'll be fine!" Kenshin said.

(crack!)

"Hn? !" Kenshin turned back to find Grendel breaking free.

"Guarding! Guarding! Guarding! But you're still too slow!" Grendel said, making an abnormally quick move, slamming everyone to the floor except for Kenshin, Kiba and Azazel. "Son of a bitch!" Kenshin said raising his hand, collecting flames above his hand, congealing them into a large dual bladed naginata. "Lesser Burning Meteor Blade!" He shouted throwing it at Grendel's head.

"I don't think so!" Grendel said reaching up to grab it.

"Really because I do."

Two ice spires erected from the ground, stabbing through Grendel's wrists "Agh!"

"Click, click...Boom!" Kenshin said with a smirk as his attack slammed into Grendel's face. "Thanks for the assist Evangeline."

"Hmph, not a problem." Evangeline huffed as she charged her magic around herself. "Let me get a few licks in! Chachamaru, on me!"

"Yes Master!" Chachamaru said "Promotion Knight!" Two machine guns appeared in her hands which she started firing at Grendel.

"Nivis Tempestas Obscurans!" Evangeline shouts, lambasting Grendel with her signature attack.

"..." Kenshin turned to fly away when...

"MASTER! LOOK OUT!" Chachamaru screamed.

"Huh? !" Evangeline's eyes widened seeing Grendel's fist baring down on her at abnormally blinding speeds.

"Krh!" Kenshin appeared next to her and shoved her out of the way, taking the punch himself.

"? !" Evangeline's eyes widened as Kenshin slammed into a wall. "Kenshin! !" She flew toward him.

"Fuck...fuck fuuucckkk...that smarted...that smarted so damn bad." Kenshin grunted.

"Y-You idiot! Why did you take that blow for me? !" Evangeline said.

"A King protects the lives of his precious subjects." Kenshin said with a small smirk.

"W-Wha? I don't need protecting stupid!" Evangeline berated.

"Maybe not, but it will all make sense later." Kenshin said prying himself out of the wall.

"Aw how sweet, you took a blow for your vampire!" Grendel goaded. "Guah? !" He said as a red spear of light stabbed into his cheek and exploded.

"Now Azazel-Sama!" Raynare shouts.

"Thanks Raynare-Chan!" Azazel said throwing his own light spear, stabbing Grendel right in the left eye and exploded damaging his eye further.

"Guooh!" Grendel growled out. "Hehehehehe!" He cackled with glee. "Yes! That is it! A brawl to crush each other won't happen if it doesn't turn out like this! This is great, it has surely turned into a battle to kill each other! So don't regret it if one or two of you die, you shitty braaaaaattttsss! !"

"For fucks sake, how did the original Beowulf kill this fucker!" Raynare shouts.

"Well we're just have to figure it out." Kenshin said. "Let's-!"

"Thank you for your support, my technique is finally complete." Rias said walking forward with a giant sphere of destruction.

"Whoa, that's way bigger than the one she used against me." Kenshin said as he landed on the ground behind Rias.

"Everyone get behind Rias!" Akeno said.

"Blow away!" Rias said sending her attack forward.

"..." Everyone watches as the sphere moves slowly, sheering away the floor under it as it moved toward Grendel.

"I still think you need to work on compression." Kenshin said.

"I know." Rias said.

"What the hell is that? ! It's fricken slow!" Grendel shouts.

"But at the same time this one has it's own advantages." Rias said as a crimson and black aura swirled about inside the sphere.

"Grh? !" Grendel grunted as he started to get pulled into it. "It has a power of attraction? !" Grendel said as he started backing away.

"Where are you going? !" Kenshin said creating numerous limbs of earth water and fire while a last hand created a green magic circle behind Grendel, expelling a powerful burst of wind.

"Guohooooooooooo! !" Grendel screamed out in pain as he was forced into the sphere, his black scales shattering.

"You aren't getting away!" Kenshin shouts as Grendel starts trying to fly off.

"You will be eliminated here!" Miyuki said making more limbs to pull Grendel into the sphere.

"There has been a change to my demonic power due to the influences of Kenshin and Issei's power. Thanks to that I was finally able to complete this to at least a manageable level. I call it the Extinguished Star. A mass of destruction that eliminates all and doesn't have any attributes of weaknesses. Return to Dust!" Rias shouts as the massive sphere of destruction shined and enveloped Grendel.

After the attack ended all that was left of Grendel was the right side of his head. "I see, it's exactly like what that bastard Euclid said. That the demonic powers carried by the descendants of the House of Bael can even trim down the Evil Dragon's consciousness and soul. This really does work! Guahahahaha! This is nothing since I only have to get a brand new body made again! After all, as long as my soul is safe! It's possible for me to change my body no matter how many times thanks to the Holy Grail! But still! I shouldn't back down here, I'll kill you all even as I am now!"

"Even if we don't want to fight any longer, it's better for an evil existence like you to disappear. With my current power I should be able to eliminate your soul as well. Even though I won't be able to eliminate you completely, I will be able to stop you from reviving for awhile."

"..." Kenshin looked over at Rias' face. "...Is her right iris turning gold?" He wondered. "!"

Before Rias could release her attack, two figures cut between her and Grendel's head. They were Crom Cruach and Heinrich Hein.

"Stand down Grendel, your fight is over." Crom said.

"How exactly did you plan on fighting as just half a head anyway?" Heinrich asked before turning to Kenshin. "It's time for round two Kenshin!"

"Ready whenever you are Heinrich!" Kenshin said

"So it's you two, Boss Crom and Heinrich. Che! Come on! I wanted to see how far I could go like this!" Grendel shouts.

"It wouldn't be very far." Heinrich said.

"Either way, your body is is shambles, go and change out.

"Shut uuuuppp! I was finally starting to have fun!" Grendel said.

"If you want to keep going, your welcome to trying and defeat me." Crom said glaring sharply at Grendel. "That's the stipulation, will you fight me, I don't care to warm up a bit."

"Or you could fight me. My blade needs some sharpening." Heinrich said.

"! !" Everyone felt on edge from the intensity rolling off of not only Crom, but Heinrich as well.

"Che! Fine, I don't want to fight either of you two as I am now. If I fight you, I'll do it in my best condition." Grendel said.

Crom walked toward Grendel and started to teleport the dragon away. Xenovia releases Durandal's aura and slashes it at them, but it was split apart by Heinrich. "Oi! You shitty brats! You have to be the unluckiest fuckers I've ever me! You guys won't be able to beat Boss Crom even if you at him all together! Well even if you should survive let's fight again! A fight to the death! Guahahahahahahahaha!"

Grendel teleported away leaving behind only Crom and Heinrich. "I can't have you all pass by here." Crom said.

"We were interrupted last time Kenshin, let us pick up where we left off." Heinrich said pointing his sword at Kenshin.

"Wh-What in the world is that? !" Irina said getting a good look at Heinrich's sword.

"Oh this?" Heinrich said pulling back his sword. "This is the Sacred Sword of Sealing. A sword crafted by The Second Seraphim of the Goddess of Light Ilias, the one known as Lucifina. Though it didn't always look like this, it is called Angel Halo."

It had a black, almost corroded handle, while the blade itself seemed to composed of bodies of numerous angels that seemed to be melted into the blade. On the handle of the sword was an odd blood red jewel and near the tip, looked to be blood red eyes with sickly green irises, four smaller ones surrounding a much larger one. At the tip, instead of a point, looked to be a sharply bladed halo.

"That is quite the creepy looking sword, how did it become like that?" Azazel said.

"After I slew Black Alice, the woman I loved...I ascended to the Divine Realms. I was looking for Yama, but the angels there...just kept throwing themselves at me to bar my path. Wishing to save the Tsurugi no Kami for Yama, I used this instead. They wouldn't back down and present the bastard. So I started killing them. Soon the numbers went well past one hundred. I lost count at around six hundred. Their blood stained the blade and my body, their holy auras surrounding both blade and wielder."

"S-Six hundred angels? !" Irina said with a shocked, fearful look.

"All killed by one man?" Xenovia said with wide eyes.

"And this was without the spirits powers. I left them behind in Makai, but alas, as fate would have it. I would run into a foe I could not best. The Goddess of Light herself. I demanded Yama, she blasted me with lightning again and again until I could not move." Heinrich said.

"Then you come back as a puppet of the very man you sought to kill." Kenshin grunted.

"I no longer care about anything." Heinrich said with a soulless smirk. "If you ask any angel still living in the Divine Realms about me, I bet you they're still terrified of the memory of 'Angel Killer' Heinrich."

"!" Irina took a hesitant step back as Heinrich turned his gaze to her.

"You're an angel...maybe I'll add you to my list of the Heavenly Damned." Heinrich said.

"Not on my watch!/Over my dead body! !" Kenshin and Issei shout respectively.

"Well then again. I'm here to fight Kenshin anyway." Heinrich said turning back to Kenshin. "You wouldn't even be worth my time, girl."

A flash arises within this spacious field. A bright flash swirls around me, in it's place Vali appears already in Balance Breaker.

"Oh?" Heinrich said.

"Hrm..." Crom grunted.

"You must be Crom Cruach and Heinrich Hein." Vali said.

"You're late Vali, Your group left Carmilla's territory before I did." Azazel said.

"Well sorry Azazel, we bumped into Euclid Lucifuge and the possessor of the Holy Cross." Vali said.

"Che!" Azazel said. "So the Lance of Longinus, the Holy Grail and the Holy Cross are all working for the Khaos Brigade."

"Yes, Bikou, Arthur and the others are dealing with them." Vali said before turning to Kenshin and Issei. "So do you feel confident that you two can beat Heinrich and Crom Cruach."

"Judging from his aura, I do realize he's insanely powerful." Issei said.

"Please, Heinrich might be hiding power, but so am I." Kenshin smirked.

"At this point he is clearly above you." Vali said looking at Issei. "Though you can say that even a victory against him for me is wholly uncertain." "Though I have some business with the one who will likely be present at the place after this. So I'd like to conserve my energy. That said I was after this dragon as well, but that's a different matter."

"You want to tangle with Rizevim huh? You realize it might very well take all three of us to do him in?" Kenshin asked.

"After fighting you I realize it is foolish to do it alone." Vali said. He looked over at Granberia. "You feel stronger."

"I'm improving all the time." Granberia said slashing her Ares out with a smirk.

"As am I." Vali said.

"..." Miyuki glowered as Vali didn't even look at her. "Should I feel insulted that he doesn't even look at me? Because I feel pretty insulted." She thought. "..Though I've got Onii-Chan, so whatever."

"So you want to fight together?" Issei asked.

"Kenshin will absorb his predecessor. You don't want to?" Vali asked.

"No, I didn't say that. It's a good idea, seeing as I'm still trying to figure out how to save Gyasuke's savior. I need to save my stamina here." Issei said.

"If those two can't beat him and Kenshin can't beat Heinrich there's nothing we can do Rias. We should recover our stamina that we wasted her and leave this to the Two Heavenly Dragons and the Dragon of the Elements.

"Yes. I should recover stamina instead of trying to shoot out my attack again. Go ahead and run wild Issei, Kenshin." Rias said.

While Issei went into his chant for the True Queen mode. Kenshin pointed Kuroi Jigoku at Heinrich. "I don't care what you were Heinrich. Until you prove to me that the Abyssal Elemental Overdrive is necessary. I won't go into it."

"Heheheheh..." Heinrich chuckled darkly. "Well then. I better get to work."

(Break)

With Yukari and Negi Ialda.

In the middle of the room both Yukari and Negi Ialda were trading blows. A punch to the stomach here, a elbow to the chest there. Neither one giving an inch. "Ouka...!"

"Honoo..."

"Houken!/Taryou!" Negi and Yukari both shouted, their fists meeting in an explosion of light and fire. They were both knocked back and caught their footing.

"Impressive. You're stronger than you let on." Negi Ialda commented.

"I'd say the same about you, but we both know who's power your throwing around here." Yukari said.

"Actually, the Magia Erebea that Evangeline McDowell created was based on one of my magics that Hottan infected her with, the Black of Venus." Negi Ialda said. "It may be the girl's invented form, but it is my power."

"Krh." Yukari growled. "Shit, she's getting better at using the Raiten Taisou every minute more I let her fight. I got to find a way to end this and fast." She thought.

"You're reading this wrong, Tsuki Yukari." Negi Ialda said.

"?" Yukari stared at her questioningly.

"You're thinking that you can end this quickly, so I don't gain further control over this power, this Raiten Taisou." Negi Ialda said. "That line of thinking is a mistake."

"!" Yukari's eyes widened as Negi Ialda appeared in front of her. She let out a series of strangled grunts and gasps as Negi Ialda laid a series of lightning fast blows into her torso. "Aah...aggh...!"

"You might be fast, but you are not as fast as lightning." Negi Ialda said as Yukari fell to the floor.

"Ghhh...!" Yukari glared weakly at Negi Ialda before she fell.

"I do commend your strength though. You did in fact rough this body up." Negi Ialda said looking at her left hand with a dull smile.

"Ghh...!" Yukari got back to her feet with a scowl.

"You still resist? How odd. You stand faced with the first Life Maker, the true Mage of the Beginning. The co creator of the world you hail from." Negi Ialda said.

"Like I fuckin' care." Yukari said spitting out some blood before smirking. "Are your titles supposed to faze me you vainglorious cunt? !"

"Well if nothing else, I admire your tenacity, but you are not ready to defeat me, girl." Negi Ialda said leaping over Yukari. "Dios Tukuos!" She shouted, swinging a lightning ax down at Yukari.

Yukari raised her hand before making the letter 'G' with her fingers as Negi Ialda moved. "!" Inside her own body Negi's eyes widened. "That sign!" She thought to herself.

"Heh." Negi Ialda smirked as she found no one insight after her attack hit. "Hn? !" She felt something wrap around her arm, pulling it back. She turned and found Yukari behind her, a strand of cloth wrapped around her hand, which was connected to her arm. "Again, I admire your tenacity, but resistance is futile!" She flew at Yukari, stabbing her halberd at her. Imagine Ialda's surprise when it phased right through Yukari's body and the female Dragon of the Elements faded away. "Hn? !"

"Haa!" Yukari appeared behind her, driving her elbow into Negi Ialda's back.

"Grhh!" Negi Ialda grunted and turned, slashing Yukari through the neck. "!" Negi Ialda's eyes widened marginally as the halberd phased through her again before vanishing. This time she was knocked to the floor by Yukari. Yukari appeared under her and kicked upward, but Negi Ialda dodged, landing on the wall and kicking off it, lunging at the former demoness. "Chihayaburu Ikazuchi!" She shouted, her body becoming surrounded by lightning.

"Heh..." Yukari smirked as Negi Ialda phased through her and vanished again.

"What the hell is going on here? !" Ialda thought. "Now I can't hit her no matter what I do! Girl, explain!"

"In the words of Kenshin and Yukari...Go Fuck Yourself." Negi stated with a nonchalant shrug.

"Che..." Negi Ialda said as she turned to Yukari who was smirking at her.

"Something the matter? You seem to be striking at thin air." Yukari said.

"What are you doing?" Negi Ialda said with a calm look that betrayed her frustration.

"Atatatat, a magician should never reveal her secrets." Yukari said before charging at her.

"!" Negi Ialda stabbed her halberd at Yukari only for it to phase through and the former demoness to disappear. The next moment she was planted face first into the floor. He looked up to find Yukari smirking down at her. She noticed her halberd had been flung to the side. She extended her hand toward it. "Mea Virga!"

"!" Yukari leaped back as the halberd came flying at her.

"How interesting." Negi Ialda said as she got up, calling her halberd back to her side. "You had been baiting me into attacking you, only for me to faze right through you. Now you pin me down and I find a way to attack you again, only for you to dodge, but if I have been fazing right through you, why would you feel the need to do that?"

"..." Yukari glowered, saying nothing.

"Well, whatever it is you're doing. It's clear that you need to set the ability to the side to attack me." Negi Ialda said. "I've got you figured out."

"..." A smirk tugged at Yukari's lips. "Do you now?" She said as a second Yukari appeared next to her.

"..." Negi Ialda said furrowing her bow.

"But wait, there's more!" Yukari said.

"!" Negi Ialda looked around as numerous copies of Yukari littered the room. "What in the hell..?"

"Seeing as you've put it together...then you should probably know, that before the person who resurrected you two revealed himself to be a lying shitbag. He taught me illusion magic." All the Yukaris spoke at once. "So only two of us out of the fifty or so of us you see are real and even out of those remaining two, only one is really me."

"Che, she's doing good to neutralize the lightning speed in her own way. She knows that I know that the lightning speed can't be used perpetually." Negi Ialda thought. "However..."

"Hmhmhmhmhm." Negi Ialda started chuckling darkly.

"Huh?" Yukari and her copies said.

"I admit, you have me licked here girl." Negi Ialda said. "So, I suppose I should take my power to a higher level."

"!" Yukari felt a massive welling of mana coming from Negi Ialda. "...! !" Her eyes widened as the mana brought forth numerous skeletons. "Wh-What the hell? !"

"..." Negi Ialda didn't speak.

"..." Yukari shook her head. "Calm down! Calm down! It's just a bunch of skeletons! Kenshin warned me about this sort of shit!" She thought.

'What do I need to know about this Ialda person?' Yukari recalled asking Kenshin.

'Resonance.' Kenshin answered. 'It's a power that connects it's wielder Ialda to the Souls of the Damned. However in return the wielder must also endure the cries of despair and anguish from those same souls.'

'So wait, you're saying that Negi might be...' Yukari asked.

'Yes. She is constantly having to tune out all that noise. That's why we need to figure this out quickly. She can only do that for so long.' Kenshin said. 'Also...don't try to outlast Ialda. Being connected to the damned probably gives Ialda near limitless energy.'

"Che." Yukari scowled. "So this is the power of the First Life Maker."

"Indeed, even if I haven't figured out Negi Springfield's power yet. It matters little." Negi Ialda said. "You'll never be able to outlast me."

"Well then, I'll just have to finish this quickly." Yukari said.

"I've noticed your clones have all vanished. Is your play at illusions at an end? Was I really that intimidating?" Negi Ialda said.

"No, if you're going to use your full power, then I shouldn't bother with them, you could clear out the illusion clones easily." Yukari said.

"Yes, but...if you think I'm going to be fighting alone, think again." Negi Ialda said.

"!" Yukari watched as two other figures landed near Negi Ialda.

"After all...the Primordial of Death isn't the only one who can raise the dead." Negi Ialda said.

"! !" Yukari's eyes widened in shock as the two figures lifted their heads. The first, which stood to Negi Ialda's left. Had short black hair a pair of oval shaped framed glasses. He wore a black sweater and black slacks.

"...Hello Yukari." He greeted.

"E...Eishun...Konoe...!" Yukari said before looking over at the second figure to Negi Ialda's right. He wore white mage robes over a black outfit. He had long blue hair which was tied into a ponytail that laid over his left shoulder.

"Krh...and Albireo Imma." Yukari growled. "Have you no fucking shame you bitch?" She said scowling at Negi Ialda.

"..." Negi Ialda smirked demurely. "They are mine, why wouldn't I use them?" "!" She looked down, seeing a white nodachi under her throat.

"? !" Yukari looked over at Eishun who had his nodachi Yuunagi at Negi Ialda's throat.

"If I didn't already know how pointless it is to fight you, I'd kill you myself Ialda Baoth." Eishun said with a scowl.

"Such vitriol." Negi Ialda said. "If you did that, I'd just possess you."

"Your husband killed my daughter...I despise anyone named Ialda now." Eishun growled.

"Eishun." Albiero said. "It's pointless, don't give her a better body to deal with what Kenshin-kun and his family have become now."

"Krh...very well." Eishun turned back to Yukari. "Yukari! We're counting on you to send us back to the Pure World!"

"Got it!" Yukari shouts before turning to Negi Ialda. "Before we begin this again...answer one question for me."

"Very well." Negi Ialda said.

"We burned his body, but..." Yukari scowled. "Did you somehow revive my father?"

"Hmn, don't get me wrong. I could do it, but to do so would be foolhardy." Negi Ialda shook her head. "When I bring someone back, I bring them back in peak physical condition. Meaning he'd be able to use the elements as he did in the Schismatic War. Not only could he not be controlled he'd just kill this body to spare the girl further pain taking me in as my new host as well and he also knows how to free the Imperial Princess of Twilight, who is the only one in existence that can kill me." Negi Ialda said.

"Tch! I see." Yukari growled. "Come on!" She took off right for Negi Ialda who calmly stood her ground.

Yukari's Kazeken met Eishun's Yuunagi. "I'm sorry Yukari." Eishun said.

"It's alright, Eishun!" Yukari said forcing Kazeken downward. "Downburst Slash!"

"Guah!" Eishun was sent flying to the floor by a heavy burst of wind. She then rolled out of the way as Albireo appeared behind her. She watched as a small area of black magic tore open where her Ryuuga sword arm was and sucked in everything around it before vanishing.

"Good, you still remember how fearsome my gravity magic is." Albiero said with a smile.

"Please, I never forgot!" Yukari said punching right at him.

"Hmn." Albireo reached up and caught her wrist, throwing her into a spin. "Oh?" He said seeing flames collecting around her Ryuuga.

"Hellfire Flash!" Yukari shouts pointing Ryuuga at Albireo.

"Interesting. She used wind magic to speed up and cause the flames to spiral." Albireo thought as he was driven back.

Yukari landed on the floor, but immediately ducked as Yuunagi slashed at her neck, instead slicing off a few strands of her hair. She pivoted her body, kicking at Eishun's ribs, but her leg was caught by Eishun's hand which was covered in ki. "Gurenken!" Eishun said throwing Yukari to the side, giving chase after her. He thrust his ki covered hand forward with an open palm. "Zankushou San!" He shouted, firing off multiple pressurized wind bullets at Yukari.

"Shippudama!" Yukari shouts pointing Kazeken out in front, firing off wind blasts of her own to counteract Eishun's attack.

"Hmn." Eishun smiled appreciatively. "You've gotten better, even from when you were in the past."

"Thanks, you know I could try playing to your weaknesses with an illusion but to do so, I feel would be an insult to your pride as a swordsman." Yukari said.

Eishun sweatdropped with a smile. "Th...Thanks for not pulling a Rakan on me."

"!" Yukari glanced over to her left, seeing black balls rushing toward her. She jumped out of the way of one, pivoted her body out of the way of the second, but unfortunately could not stop the third from striking her right ankle. "Aah!" She hissed in pain, and hissed louder when she landed on the ground. "Damn! He compressed his gravity magic to make superweighted spheres! That fucking hit just shattered my ankle!" She stabbed Kazeken into the ground to hold herself up.

"I'm sorry about this Yukari." Eishun said charging in. "Ryuuhazan!"

"Shit! The Dragon Breaker!" Yukari thought, raising Ryuuga to defend against Eishun's Yuunagi. She dug her left foot in roaring out as she fought back against Eishun's forceful attack.

"You're forgetting about me again." Albireo said appearing behind her.

"!" Yukari dove to her left, having her left hand slashed off in the process. "Aaghh!" Yukari grunted out as Albireo and Eishun nearly attacked each other instead. "Ghh!" Yukari grunted and regrew her hand, calling Kazeken back to her side. "Grrh..." Yukari growled seeing the two turn back toward her. "This is nuts! Fighting Negi was bad enough, but two Ala Rubra members as well! One who specializes in demon extermination? !" Yukari thought before getting to her feet. "Gh!" Her face contorted in pain as her right leg buckled. "No, I can't think like that. The moment you think defeated, you are defeated..."

She looked over at Eishun. "Eishun Konoe Aoyama...a Shinmeiryuu swordmaster, one of the best, right up there with the Aoyama sisters. Carelessness as a youkai, especially as a Devil leads to death. However in this particular battle he's not the main threat." She turned her head to Albireo. "Albireo "Ku Nel or Colonel Sanders' Imma. Master of both Gravity Magic and Healing magic. But really there's no telling what else he knows. I've long suspected that he is eons older than he lets on. If he uses his Artifact To Fyuron To Biographiconis...the battle is lost, but even then...he isn't the main threat." She turned then to Negi Ialda. "Negi Ialda. The first Life Maker possessing Negi's body. She has access to nearly all of Negi's skills and magics. One of the few exceptions being the Raiten Taisou Two. There's no hiding why she brought Albireo and Eishun out to fight me. She wanted to buy time so she could figure it out. If she does...I fear only the Vessel will be enough to counteract it and then I'd be fighting a losing battle."

Yukari closed her eyes and let out a breath. "I've never tried this in live combat before, only in practice with both Tamamo and Kenshin back at Dana's castle, but...I guess there's a first time for everything." She thought.

"Are you giving up?" Albireo asked.

"Not in the slightest." Yukari said opening her eyes with a cold, steely gaze. "Come at me, both of you."

"I admire your determination Yukari, but don't you think it's a little suicidal to challenge both of us at once? !" Eishun asked as he leaped and dove down toward her.

"..." Yukari watched as he came in, doing nothing except dropping her swords.

"!" Eishun's eyes widened as she did this. "Y...You fool!" He shouted as his Yuunagi was surrounded in a thick white ki. "Shinmeiryuu Ougi! Zanmak-!"

"Senjutsuken!" Yukari shouts ducking under his sword and laying her fist into his chest.

"Ghhh! !" Eishun's mouth filled with blood which he spat out, dropping to Yukari's side. Yukari grabbed her swords and walked by him. Eishun staggered back to his feet and slashed his sword at her, expecting the white ki to return, but was shocked when it did not. "Wh-What did you do? !" He asked, not angry, but genuinely shocked.

"Senjutsu is the ability to not only read the flow of the world without the element of water, but to control it as well." Yukari said. "Using it, you can spy on an enemy's state from a distant point, and you can use it also to disrupt, damage or even sever an opponent's Ki or Youki. What I did to you was the second. Temporarily, you cannot use your ki."

"...I see...I see! That's amazing Yukari!" Eishun said. "I said it before, but you really have gotten better."

"Hmn." Yukari shrugged. "I'm good, but honestly Miyuki and Mom are better at the technique."

"Oh?" Albireo said as Yukari approached him. "Hikari's still kicking?"

"With all due respect to Mom, because I don't think she'd like me saying something crude like this, but she is one die hard bitch." Yukari said.

"Indeed." Albireo said. "You know your technique there won't keep him down forever."

"It's not meant to. Otherwise you would have intervened." Yukari said.

"True." Albireo said before taking his arm and swinging it at her.

"No." Yukari said grabbing his arm and laying her fist into Albireo's stomach. "Shippudama!"

"..." Albireo seemed unfazed.

"Che!" Yukari growled as she lofted both swords upward and slashed them down. "Dual Katensho!" She exclaimed.

The dual arcing fire blasts slammed into Albireo, but showed no lasting damage. "Ghh!" She encased both swords in flames with the Katensho seals and slashed wildly. "Eighteenfold Rakshasa!" She let her momentum from the final slash carry her into a flip. "Heavenly Demon Revival: Gaia!" As soon as the swords hit the ground she dropped Ryuuga and moved Kazeken into an iai position. "Flash Kill!" As soon as the slash was finished she laid her element covered fist into Albireo's chest. "Elemental Spica!"

"You know none of this is going to work, right?" Albireo said with a smile. "Nice Blackjack Combo though. Twenty one straight strikes. You must be tired after all of that."

"Oh I know, I just wanted to confirm you were using the replica." Yukari said before grabbing his throat. "Release!"

"!" Albireo vanished and woke up on a vantage point about a kilometer away. "Hmn." He smiled. "Clever girl."

Yukari took off for Negi Ialda. "Now you're mine! !" He shouted.

(crash!)

"Gulah!" Yukari doubled over as Negi Ialda's light covered fist laid into her sternum.

"You thought I was trying to bide time to figure out the parts of Negi Springfield's power I don't yet have control of, and you were right to an extent, but really...I was building power so that when you came at me, all I'd have to do was wait." She forced her fist upward, sending Yukari flying.

"Ghhh? !" Yukari saw a shadow over her and glanced back to see Eishun, his blade covered in lightning.

"Forgive me." Eishun said with a regretful gaze. "Shinmeiryuu Kessen Ougi! Shin Raikouken!"

"Aaaaagghhh! !" Yukari cried out in pain as the area around her exploded in lightning sending her crashing to the floor.

Negi Ialda turned her head seeing Albireo reappear. "Ah, how nice of you to show back up so quickly. Pin her down."

"..." Albireo let out a sigh and held his hand up, making a massive black orb appear above them.

"Ghhhaaaahhh...!" Yukari strained out feeling the force of gravity from the orb rain down on her.

Four shuriken were thrown around her. "Inatsurubi no Katama." Eishun said as a field of electricity bound Yukari to the floor.

"You lose, Yukari Tsuki." Negi Ialda said.

"Ghh..." Yukari raised her head and spit in her face.

"Hmn..." Negi Ialda wiped her face. "Defiant till the very end. Seems to be a bloodline trait for you Kuroshi Tsukis." She got to her knee and leaned down to Yukari's ear. "Do you want to know what I'm going to do with you?" She whispered.

"!" Yukari's eyes widened.

"I'm going to string you up, after I kill you of course...and I'll present your corpse to your brother...just to see the look of despair on his face." Negi Ialda whispered. "Then, when his despair has turned to fury...this body I'm in will die...because he will be the one to kill it. No longer caring who's it is...and then I'll possess him to, and drive him to madness that the Resonance inspires within all who are possessed by it. Then I'll have the body of one of the few destined to be the strongest in the universe."

"! !" Yukari scowled. "YOU BITCH! YOUR PLAN WON'T WORK! ! IT WILL NEVER WORK! ! !"

"Oh and why's that?" Negi Ialda asked.

"Because I'm going to get free of this, and then I'm going to beat you down until you wish you were dead!" Yukari shouts.

(crack!)

"? !" All four of them saw a crack appear in the wall behind Negi Ialda, before long, the gravity orb also crumbled.

"Haa!" Yukari let out a violent burst of fire, melting the shuriken keeping Eishun's field intact. She got up and lunged for Negi Ialda, the Scale Mail already breaking apart. "EAT THIS! !" She roared, the Scale Mail shattering, the orbs fusing into her skin as she laid her fist into Negi Ialda's chest.

"GrrrhhH! !" Negi Ialda growled as blood filled her mouth and she was sent flying backward.

"!" Albireo and Eishun bore down on her only to be encompassed in black orbs. "What? !" Eishun said.

"These are...!" Albireo said as he and Eishun vanished.

"..." Yukari relaxed herself, casting off the Balance Breaker entirely as she noticed Eishun and Albireo disappear. She noticed a figure approaching her.

The figure was a woman with tanned skin, flowing raven black hair that hung past her waist. Her bangs were well kempt to keep hair out of her sharp hazel eyes. Most of it being held in by red ties at the sides of her face. She wore black jeans and a vest of the same color as well as a forest green trenchcoat. On her back was what Yukari assumed was a customized bolt action sniper rifle and Yukari also knew this woman had at least several other pistols on her person. "Well, there's a face I haven't seen in awhile." Yukari said. "Where you been Mana?"

"Working." Mana said. "We'll talk later. Help me set these rods around Negi-Sensei. She won't stay down long."

"Hmn." Yukari took some rods from Mana and stabbed them in the floor. When they were all in. They went about bending the tops down until they were all about to meet in the center. Mana took out a remote and pressed the button down.

"The Lightning Rod Cage." Mana said. "I developed it at Negi-Sensei's request shortly before she vanished. In case Hottan ever found a way to possess her."

"Yes, but then you abandoned us shortly after." Yukari said.

"..." Mana narrowed her eyes at Yukari. "You knew what my priorities were Yukari."

"And I believe I said I'd help you with those priorities." Yukari said. Mana went to say something when Yukari went on. "Look, now's not the time and in the end, I know how much that place meant to you. I just swore next time I saw you, I'd belt you one."

"Do it later, after your brother's paid me." Mana said.

"Fine." Yukari said before looking down at Negi Ialda who was unconscious. "Will this cage keep her locked up?"

"At least until Eishun Konoe and Albiero Imma reappear from their forced time leap." Mana answered. "Hopefully we can make it back before that time. I want to grill her on what the hell's going on."

"You and me both. Let's go." Yukari said.

With Kenshin and the others.

"Why are you running Kenshin? !" Heinrich said, in hot pursuit of Kenshin who was backpedaling.

"It's called a strategic retreat ya schmuck!" Kenshin shouted before snapping his fingers.

"Hm?" Heinrich saw tendrils of water coming up around him. "Enough with the amateur hour stuff Kenshin, hit me with something that has weight behind it!" He said leaping out of the way as the tendrils expanded and sent sharpened spires out where Heinrich was previously. He turned and fired out shots of fire, causing the tendrils to evaporate. "?" He saw a shadow on his arm and looked up to see Kenshin bearing down on him. "Too obvious." He said slicing a deep gash up Kenshin's torso. "Hm? !" He saw Kenshin grab his Angel Halo and pull him closer. "A clone!" He thought with a glare.

(boom!)

Kenshin held his hands in the sign for the camouflage technique. "Alright. Now that I have some time. What the hell am I sensing?" Kenshin thought glancing backward, where Yukari was. "It's almost like Yukari's fighting two other people, strong fighters at that, but I can't peg the signatures...what is going on." He narrowed his eyes as Heinrich emerged from the blast unharmed. "No matter...stay safe Yukari." He thought as he took off, the elements gathering around his right fist as he dropped the camouflage technique.

"!" Heinrich's eyes widened as Kenshin appeared above him.

"Elemental Spica!" Kenshin shouted.

"Grrhhh!" Heinrich scowled holding Angel Halo out in front of him as Kenshin drove him to the ground.

(crash!)

"Grrrhhh!" Heinrich growled as Kenshin's fist bore down on his sword.

"Urrrryaaaahhh! !" Kenshin roared out, taking in the elements from around him to further empower his fist.

"Unbelievable! It's like this bastard has gotten exponentially stronger since even our last fight!" Heinrich thought.

"Hrm?" Crom glanced over at them.

"Eyes up front!" Issei shouts charging Crom in his True Queen form, kicking at Crom's right flank while Vali rushed in from behind him, in his normal Balance Breaker.

".." Crom dodged to the left simply and drove his elbow into Issei's back. He then caught Vali's wrist before the Hakuryuukou could release his next attack. "This didn't work before, why would it work now?" He asked as he threw Vali into Issei before turning and charging toward Kenshin.

"Kenshin look out!" Issei shouts

"!" Kenshin leaped out of the way of Crom's punch only for the Crescent Circle Dragon to stop on a dime and turn toward him, punching at him again.

"Gh!" Kenshin held his sword out in front of him and blocked Crom's fist. "You know, it's quite rude to cut into the dance without asking nicely!" Kenshin slid away from Crom's fist, going into a spin, collecting the power of earth around his hand. "Tenshinkoda!" Kenshin said backhanding Crom, making the humanoid dragon step back from the force in the strike. "Krh!" Kenshin glowered before turning to find Heinrich rushing in.

"Lightning Sword Flash!" Heinrich shouts.

Kenshin sidestepped this attack, coating his fist in wind and earth mana from around him casting Kuroi Jigoku away for a moment and grabbed Heinrich's sword arm's wrist, pulling him in close. Kenshin then punched Heinrich in the stomach, popping him in the air. "Rokutaikai Chou!"

"Guah!" Heinrich gasped out as he caught himself. "He's using just his fists now?"

"Hmm." Kenshin turned toward Crom who started to speak. "Interesting. I had heard talk that you were a proficient swordsman." Crom said.

"Not always going to have my sword." Kenshin said.

"Indeed. That said I do recognize the style. You're a Hakkyokuken practitioner aren't you?" Crom said.

"Oh? You noticed?" Kenshin said. "I actually know two styles that blend well together."

"Ah, so then you also know Hakkeshou then as well." Crom said.

"Huh, never thought I'd meet a dragon that's into martial arts." Kenshin said.

"Huh, same here." Crom said. "I'm gonna go back and fight the Heavenly Dragons." He said as he walked away.

"Oi Vali, don't you think it's a little presumptuous to challenge him in your base Balance Breaker?" Kenshin asked, keeping an eye on Heinrich.

"I already used it elsewhere!" Vali said.

"You blew your load on the Holy Cross wielder? !" Kenshin bellowed. "What the hell man, you knew Rizevim and Crom were going to be here!"

"It was another freakin' Longinus alright? !" Vali snapped out of annoyance.

Heinrich bore down on Kenshin, slashing Angel Halo downward. "Earth Rumbling Decapitation!"

"Gh!" Kenshin raised his sword to defend.

"You're not taking this very seriously." Heinrich scowled.

"Neither are you." Kenshin said.

"Why would I show my full power to someone who isn't showing me all of theirs." Heinrich said.

"To show you my full power would imply that you're stronger than me as you are now." Kenshin said. "You've yet to prove such."

"Grh..." Heinrich growled.

"But fine then. I was hoping to save this for Rizevim, but on the other hand, I've been itching to flex my muscles ever since I got here." Kenshin said.

"And in return, I'll use my full power as well." Heinrich said crossing his arm in front.

"...I, who shall awaken" Kenshin stated.

"!" Akeno's eyes widened marginally and she turned to Rias. "Rias, Kiba. Keep your wits about you."

"What? It's just Kenshin powering up, isn't it?" Rias said.

"He's a friend, why should we be worried?" Kiba asked.

"No..." The two turned to Miyuki who was stepping forward. "Akeno is right. You need to keep your guard up, even with Onii-Chan going into Abyssal Elemental Overdrive right now."

"Am the Dragon of the Elements who shall master the Principles of Creation and Destruction."

"Kenshin still hasn't mastered this form completely, but what he did master...is very formidable." Granberia said.

"Asia-San, Gasper-San. Please steel your resolve here, or get near someone who has." Chachamaru said.

"Why what's going on?" Evangeline asked, glancing at Chachamaru.

"!" As they were running down the stair well leading to where everyone was at. Mana's eyes widened.

"You feel that too huh?" Yukari said.

"Wh..What is that?" Mana asked. "I've never felt anything like it before, even from Hottan!"

"It's Kenshin." Yukari said with a smirk as she looked on ahead. "My beloved, yet monsterously powerful twin brother is finally letting loose!"

"Everyone that's conscious seems on edge over there, what's going on?" Vali asked.

"...Kenshin's unleashing his power." Issei said.

"I will become the Abyssal Dragon of the Elements, and I shall navigate the Light and the Dark to bring you to your peaceful end!"

"Abyssal Elemental Overdrive!"

"Zehahahahahahahaha! Finally! After those boring days! We're finally gonna run wild!" Yuurei cackled.

"You're goddamn right Yuurei! I've been waiting for this opportunity!" Kenshin thought.

"Yes! Come on! Let's have some fun!" Yuurei shouts

"Here it is Heinrich, the Abyssal Elemental Overdrive." Kenshin said pointing his sword at Heinrich. "Now, show me your true power."

"...Heh." Heinrich smirked. "Very impressive."

"I see, Kenshin's improved his ability to take Yuurei's power in, but not it's control, it's still running wild." Azazel said. "It's so powerful though. If I didn't get serious with him, I'd have a difficult time taking him down. So this is the true power of the Abyssal Elemental Overdrive."

"Eh? !" Rias said looked back at him.

"For Azazel to be estimating Kenshin's current power to be on par with his own..." Vali thought looking over at Kenshin.

"What the hell did he do? ! He's so much stronger now!" Evangeline thought.

"..." Crom looked over at Kenshin as he dodged and countered Issei and Vali's attacks. "Interesting..."

"Well then Kenshin...you've shown me yours...now I'll show you mine." Heinrich said as Angel Halo began to glow. "Haaaaaaa! !" He let out a roar as an explosion of white mana engulfed him.

"...This feeling." Miyuki said staring at Heinrich.

"This is the same feeling I had when Kenshin was fighting Forbesii!" Granberia said.

The former Dragon of the Elements' hair started to change from purple to white, his skin paling as well until it too was as white as his hair. Power rolled off of Angel Halo as Heinrich slashed it outward.

"Kenshin! Kenshin-kun!" Rias and Kiba shouted trying to approach them.

"Stay back!" Kenshin said throwing his arm outward.

"Good idea." Heinrich said with a smirk. "You don't seem to be surprised by this form I'm in Kenshin."

"I've seen it before, and fought it before." Kenshin said pointing Kuroi Jigoku at Heinrich. "You're a Holy Sentinel."

"Yes, but I don't pretend to be a god like that idiot you fought before." Heinrich said. "But still, you look like you were almost expecting it!" He said as he appeared above Kenshin.

"That's-? !" Kenshin held Kuroi Jigoku upward, defensively. "Grh!"

"Haaa!" Heinrich said slashing his glowing Angel Halo down at him. "I should probably let you know, I picked up your attacks Kenshin!"

"Is that right? So this is the Heavenly Demon Revival." Kenshin said. "I'm guessing Yama helped you polish them off? !" He said throwing Heinrich off him.

"Not that, no. Despite my current servitude I would still like to split that fucker's head wide open." Heinrich said.

"Well whatever. I will say this however, you didn't get all of my attacks." Kenshin said as his power welled around him.

Heinrich did the same as Kenshin. "I do have to maintain some semblance of my own strength here."

(Crack! Rumble!)

"!" Everyone looked over at Kenshin and Heinrich as the walls closest to them started to receive damage from just the pressure rolling off them. "Oi Kenshin, dial it back! We are technically underground here!" Azazel said.

"Not possible! Use a barrier to reinforce the walls!" Kenshin shouts. "You should have already been doing that because of their fight!" Kenshin said pointing at Crom, Issei and Vali who were still fighting.

"Pay attention!" Heinrich said appearing behind him. "Flash Kill!"

"Ghh? !" Kenshin grunted as blood shot out in front of him from a wound. He turned and slashed at Heinrich, leaping off the floor and spinning, kicking in the face, sending him toward the wall. Heinrich landed on it and kicked off, leaping toward Kenshin, his sword covered in flames, his fist wreathed in the elements.

As Kenshin countered Heinrich's Ninefold Rakshasa with his own he spoke. "What's going on here? In this form I can cancel out most holy mana from burning me."

"I told you didn't I?" Heinrich asked rhetorically. "Before I was stricken down by Ilias, I killed well over six hundred of her angels, their blood staining my body and sword. Their mana gathering around me as well, it was absorbed into me."

"Gh? !" Kenshin grunted. "Shit, if what he's saying is true, he might very well have just enough holy mana churning in him to make a difference even with me in this state!" He thought.

"Hyah!" Heinrich used the final slash of Ninefold Rakshasa to disarm Kenshin.

"!" Kenshin's eyes widened as Heinrich's elemental fist came crashing toward his chest. "Gh!" He brought his hands together and intercepted the punch.

"Oh ho? ! Did I catch you off guard? !" Heinrich asked.

"Catch who off guard? !" Kenshin said as a Katensou appeared behind him, which his tails grabbed. He thrust the spear at Heinrich.

"Won't work!" Heinrich said as a sharp tendril of water shot toward it and not only extinguished the spear, but sliced Kenshin's tail.

"Aah..." Kenshin hissed in pain.

"Also, did you know, that you can add more than four pure elements to this and the Quadruple Giga?" Heinrich asked.

"? !" Kenshin watched as the holy mana from around and inside Heinrich began to gather around his fist. "Ghhhh! !" He found his struggle to hold him back become much more difficult.

"That's enough." Heinrich said stepping forward, driving Kenshin back, making him lose his footing and punched the current Dragon of the Elements into the wall.

"Oi! Kenshin are you alr-fuck!" Issei said narrowly dodging Crom's fist.

"Focus on your own fight Issei!" Kenshin said lunging out of the dust from Heinrich's attack.

"Hrn? !" Heinrich raised his sword to defend as Kenshin slashed his right arm down at him. "Swordless Katensho!"

(boom!)

"Grrh!" Heinrich growled.

"That was an excellent hit, had I not been in this form, that probably would have knocked me out." Kenshin said with a smirk as he extended his left hand outward, Kuroi Jigoku flying into his hand, which he then used to stab at Heinrich.

Heinrich slid out from under Kenshin and punched at him. Kenshin ducked under Heinrich's fist and drove his elbow, infused with earth magic into Heinrich's face. "Koukaimon!" He pulled both hands back, casting away Kuroi Jigoku and thrust his palms into Heinrich's torso. "Soutoushou!"

"Guhh!" Heinrich was driven back, panting, scowling as Kenshin brought Kuroi Jigoku back out.

"Kakuda Chouchuu!" Kenshin shouts driving his elbow toward Heinrich's chest.

"No." Heinrich said catching his elbow. "Not this time." He slashed Angel Halo upward, slicing Kenshin's arm off, just past the elbow.

"Agh!" Kenshin jumped back, his arm bleeding. "Che."

The rest of Kenshin's arm hit the floor as he cut it off. "Sorry Kenshin, but that lady friend of yours practices her martial arts everyday. I've memorized a lot of the stances and attacks." Kenshin started backpedaling as Heinrich pursued him. "I just wasn't expecting them from a fellow swordsman like you."

"Ungh!" Kenshin grunted as Heinrich kept slicing and slashing Angel Halo around, cutting up his body with razor sharp winds.

"Damn, he really has not lost a step!" Salamander said.

"Funny." Kenshin said as he stopped and clashed against Heinrich.

"What?" Heinrich said as the two tried to overpower each other.

"You were brought back by Yama, but you don't have the same feel as Negi. I don't sense Yama's mana anywhere in you like I did when Negi was first brought back." Kenshin said.

"Ah, a misconception on your part." Heinrich said. "I wasn't resurrected, not at all."

"Hrn?" Kenshin grunted questioningly as they both slashed their swords upward as they turned and punched at each other using Elemental Spica, their fists connecting with each other. "What do you mean by that?"

"When Ilias struck the so called final blow, she struck me back down to Makai, to Hellgondo to be exact." Heinrich said. "What you and most of modern Makai know today as the Sinner's Grave actually isn't a grave. No. It was a prison. My prison." He and Kenshin pulled their fists back and punched at each other again, this both of them hit each other flush in the face and send each other flying backward.

"It's true name is the Sealed Sinner's Prison." Heinrich said. "There I was locked away in stasis, forced to watch the world pass me by, accepting my Alice as a cruel, vindictive woman."

"Wasn't she? !" Kenshin said dodging blasts of fire from Heinrich. "Katensho!"

"Think about that question Kenshin!" Heinrich said leaping out of the battle dust. "Flash Kill!" Kenshin held Kuro Jigoku defensively and blocked the attack. "I may not give a damn about the title, but I was a Hero in Makai, if my Alice was really like that would I really have fallen in love with her?"

"What is he talking about?" Kenshin thought.

"Black Alice went crazy. Has he still not let that go?" Undine wondered aloud.

"If Yama had something to do with it, I doubt it." Kenshin thought.

"Haa!" Heinrich ran power through his fist and punched Kenshin.

"Grrh!" Kenshin grunted, Heinrich's fist laid into his face. "Tell me, if Black Alice wasn't mad, who drove her to madness?"

"Who do you think?" Heinrich asked, only to get Kenshin's knee in his gut. "Guah!"

"How? Tamamo would have been on Yama's ass if he came anywhere near Makai." Kenshin said as they backed away from each other before they started trading attacks. .

"Tamamo wasn't the Demon Queen's adviser that she is today back in my time. No. She stayed in her village at the time." Heinrich said. "As for the how. If the dark mana of the Demon Queen, a descendant of the Dark Goddess herself isn't allowed to run unrestrained around them freely, and is instead compressed in their bodies for too long, it drives them to madness. Yama found a way to do this and not trigger the Vessel of Darkness."

"Gh!" Kenshin was pegged in the face by a blast of fire.

"Gah!" Heinrich was slammed in the gut by a small boulder.

"Their dark mana is so potent that it must waft around them at most times or else it will drive them to madness." Kenshin recalled Tamamo saying when speaking to Rias about the Fateburn clan's Vessel of Darkness technique when he fought Alice XV.

"Enough!" They both said as Kenshin called for his naginata while Heinrich's body glew with a pale light. Kenshin narrowed his eyes and made his naginata start spinning, gathering the elements around it. "Elemental Cataclysm!"

"That won't work this time Kenshin." Heinrich said as a barrier condensed around him, but soon left him and condensed around Kenshin's naginata.

"Hnn? !" Kenshin grunted in surprised as his naginata was obscured in a pale blue light.

"My sacred ancestor is The Star of Morning, the child of dawn. The star thrown to Earth shall obtain victory!" Heinrich said pointing his sword forward. "Go, Daystar!"

"? !" Kenshin watched as the orb of light flew at him. He shot his hands forward, holding the attack back. "Agh!" Kenshin grunted as his hands started to burn.

"Don't even bother Kenshin, that's near pure holy mana you're touching, even in the form you're in, you can't cancel that out!" Heinrich said with a smirk.

"Kenshin!" Rias shouted in worry as she and a few others tried to assist.

"Stay back! If I'm having trouble dealing with this in my current form, there's no way you can handle it!" Kenshin shouts.

"Haa!"

"? !" Kenshin watched as the orb was kicked upward. He looked over to see Yukari to his right.

"Hn? !" Heinrich looked up as he heard a gunshot. He then watched his Daystar attack implode on itself. "How...?"

"If the core of an attack like that is damaged, it can no longer sustain it's form and implodes." Kenshin and Heinrich turned to find Mana walking up to them.

"What?" Heinrich grunted.

"I merely theorized that attack was like a star, like it's name states, and it turns out I was right." Mana said.

"Very well, I have no problems taking on two devils and a hanyou, come on." Heinrich said.

"!" The battle would have indeed commenced if not for a large source of dragonic mana appearing. "They all turned to find Fafnir had appeared. Kenshin turned to Issei and Vali. "What happened? !"

"Tried Crimson Blaster on this guy, didn't work!" Issei said. "He's way out of our league!"

"Lovely." Kenshin grunted. "Are you sure you can't go into Juggernaut Overdrive?" Kenshin asked Vali.

"I'm sure." Vali said with an eyeroll.

"Really, you guys summoned that pervert dragon again?" Heinrich drawled.

"Opanty time?" Fafnir asked.

"...Excuse me?" Mana said, trying to understand if she had heard that correctly.

"Don't ask...it's not good for your mental health." Yukari slumped.

"What the, what's going on? !" Vali said with a confused voice.

"J-Just don't worry about it Vali!" Issei said.

"Don't worry about it either Albion! It's for your own good!" Ddraig warned.

"Wh-What do you mean red one? Is it breasts, don't tell me it's breasts! It's breasts isn't it!" Albion said as he started hyperventilating.

"No! It's something that is also just as bad! Fafnir is not the same Fafnir we once knew!" Ddraig said.

"Hey Fafnir! When we had a pact there was an item I gave you, a replica of the magical bullet Tathlum should be among them. Bring that out would you?" Azazel asked.

The group then goes on a cheering session after Asia explains that Sona told her to bring it, they praised Sona's foresight on the matter. Mana turned to Kenshin. "What have you gotten yourself into here Kenshin?"

"Don't get me wrong Mana, I enjoy being here, but I have been smoking these a lot more lately." Kenshin said with a smoke between his lips.

"Huh, so Fafnir wants to have a swim?" Crom wondered aloud.

"That's not right." Kenshin and Issei said with a slump.

Fafnir starts eating the swimsuit. Kenshin looks over at Issei and Vali as he could swear that the two Heavenly Dragons themselves were losing their minds. "Are those two alright?"

"Yes, they just decided to recluse and talk to each other privately." Vali said. "Still though, what is up with this odd situation?"

"It would take too long to explain." Kenshin said.

"...Since I have married Issei-San, I want at least five children. Ufufu, jeez Papa, playing eroge again, you sure are a naughty papa." Asia said with swirls in her eyes.

"O-Oi! I think Asia's escaping from reality!" Xenovia said.

"Hey! Come back!" Irina said.

"I think her mind broke." Kazumi said.

After Fafnir finished he dropped a bazooka like object in Azazel's hands and immediately took aim at Crom and fired. "Hoo? Tathlum bullet huh? Surely I would have been done in by this years ago, but..." Crom crossed his arms in front of him. "Not today!"

As the bullet made contact Crom transformed into a jet black dragon, holding the bullet between his teeth. "So he stopped it..." Azazel said with a sigh.

Crom spit the bullet out and reverted his transformation. "Che." Kenshin grunted. "Alright Issei, Vali get ready this time we go at him together!"

"...It's time. That's enough." Crom said.

"Huh?" Issei, Vali and Kenshin all said.

"I was asked to buy ten minutes, nothing more." Crom said.

"..." Kenshin narrowed his eyes, but raised his hand, telling everyone to run by. As they did so Crom did not make a move. "Vali, Issei get moving." Kenshin said relaxing his stance as he went to walk past Crom.

Crom reached over and grabbed his wrist. "A moment."

"What?" Kenshin said glancing over at him.

"Next time, I want to fight either those two more seriously, or I want to fight you." Crom said.

"I'm not a hard man to find." Kenshin said walking away.

The Gremory and Kuroshi groups rushed down the stairs. "Huh?" Issei and Kenshin said as Gasper shot by them.

"Valerie, hang on. I'm coming!" Gasper said.

"Then let us get the door for you!" Kenshin and Yukari leaped forward kicking the large ornate door open.

"G-Gasper...?" Valerie said, floating above a bed that was situated in a large magic circle.

"Valerieeeee!" Gasper shouts running toward the bed as an eerie light enveloped Valerie.

"Gasper wait!" Kenshin shouts appearing in front of him. He extended his hand forward only to have it repelled by a barrier. "Agh.." He hissed in pain.

"That won't work." Marius said controlling the spell from inside the barrier.

"Stop! Please stoooopppp!" Gasper pleaded. "Don't bully her anymore, just release her to me like you promised!"

"I shall, after removing the Holy Grail which as been corroding her mind." Marius said.

"That will kill her you vainglorious prick!" Issei shouts.

"Iyaaaaaaaaaaaa! !" Valerie let out a pained scream.

"Fuck it!" Kenshin said. "Charge!"

Xenovia, Irina, Granberia, Yukari and Miyuki all tried to break the barrier with him, but to no avail. Marius shook his head. "Like I said, it won't work, not even if the former Governor has any slick ideas."

"The protection code is...from God himself? ! How did you come across a coding even I don't know, did Rizevim give it to you? !" Azazel said.

"Mana, Chachamaru!" Evangeline said as she started throwing attacks at the barrier.

"Yes Master." Chachamaru as she started blasting the barrier with grenade launchers.

"Well, while I'm still on the clock." Mana said, taking aim at Marius' face with her sniper rifle.

"Indeed Azazel. He shared a lot of information with me in exchange for using Valerie to revive the Evil Dragons. She's even gotten good enough to obliterate weaknesses." Marius said.

"!" Issei's body shook before he shot forward. "I'll use the Dragon Shot!"

"Stop!" Kenshin and Rias shout.

"What, but!"

"I know, but we don't know what might happen if we use a powerful attack like that to break the barrier!" Rias said.

"But if we do nothing Valerie-San will...!" Issei was cut off.

"What do you want Issei? Her dead, but with a body we could talk someone into resurrecting, or her dead with no body because we started a chain reaction?" Kenshin asked.

"Krh!" Issei grunted, but lowered his hand.

"...This is terrible. I didn't even like the idea of doing it to Asia!" Raynare thought. "Yet he can do this so easily!" She thought, scowling hatefully at Marius.

"Aah...!" Valerie's body went slack as a light was pulled out of her.

"This is it, the Longinus, Sephiroth Graal." Marius said taking hold of the light, which condensed into a small golden glowing cup.

"...Something isn't right here..." Azazel muttered.

"What do you mean?" Kenshin asked.

"Look, I've extracted Sacred Gears, usually from people who were already dead, and I just figure a Longinus being extracted would be flashier than that." Azazel whispered.

"?" Kenshin turned his head to Valerie, who Gasper was now approaching now that Marius had deemed the barrier unnecessary and did away with it.

"Valerie..." Gasper said taking hold of her, tears already dripping from his eyes.

Valerie's eyes opened, as if responding to his voice. "...You sure are a cry baby Gasper. You've always been like that...but you're stronger now...right...?" She asked, stroking his face softly.

"I'm sorry...that I couldn't save you." Gasper said taking hold of her hand.

"No, you're wrong...you did save me...at the end. I got to see you again, my only friend and family...hey...Gasper..." Valerie said.

"What is it...?" Gasper asked.

Valerie turned her gaze up toward the ceiling. "I...really wanted to see the sun and if I were able...to go on a picnic with everyone."

"You can see it, I'll take you there. We can all go and have one together." Gasper said.

"Are you telling me this is seriously happening again? This has to happen?" Issei thought.

Asia clings to Issei, unable to continue watching. Raynare comes forward and grabs his other wrist. Issei looked over at her, seeing a morose look on her face. "So, for real, as if I needed more confirmation. She did feel terrible about that." He thought.

"..." Valerie put her hand on Gasper's chest. "This you in here...I need to ask a wish of him for the very last time...I also wanted to speak to you as well...you are Gasper as well. You will have to talk to everyone as well, there is a place for you, where they will acknowledge you...I wish you could get along with them...when the time comes."

With that, Valerie's eyes closed. "No..nonononononono...!" Gasper shook his head embracing her tightly.

Marius applauded before turning to Rias. "Right now, strike me with your destruction magic."

"Grh! Fine then! You asked for it!" Rias shouted angrily as she extended her hand.

Everyone's heads snapped to Marius whose head exploded in gore, then to Mana, whose rifle barrel was smoking. "I got tired of hearing him talk." Mana said.

"Well that's done then I gu-!" Issei was cut off as Marius' body pulsed and his head grew back. "Are you kidding me? ! Kenshin, not even you can do that!"

"I'm aware Issei." Kenshin said with narrowed eyes. "So you boosted your regenerative ability then?" He asked.

"Exactly, I daresay it's even better than your own Kenshin Kuroshi." Marius said.

"Your data is a little outdated Marius. I've already improved it vastly." Kenshin said. "If you don't believe me, then please, come and try to take my head."

"Are you sure you want to fight me? After all, if you do the right things I might even bring your father back." Marius said with a reserved smile.

"Nngh!" Yukari and Miyuki scowled at Marius, but Kenshin merely laughed at him.

"Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have Dad back, but if I used the help of a cunt like you, who murders your own family, he'd whoop my ass to the Pure World and back." Kenshin said with a smirk. "Now are you gonna keep posturing, or are we gonna do this?" He asked pointing his sword at Marius.

"Huh?" Kenshin looked over at Gasper who was now approaching them.

"Aah, Gasper Vladi, how nice of you to join us." Marius said.

"Don't interfere." Evangeline said. "Gasper's going to be fine."

Gasper was covered in a jet black aura that condensed around him and grew. "Rrroooouuuuugghhh! !" He roared out, having transformed into a dragon.

"..." Marius looks up at Gasper with a smirk. "Don't think this changes anything. I'm still more evolved than you."

"Show me then, show me the power of an evolved vampire." Gasper said.

"You're not going to stop him?" Granberia asked.

"What right do I have to stop someone from seeking vengeance?" Kenshin asked. "I can try to dissuade them sure, but if they really want it. I won't lift a finger to stop them."

Gasper's dark aura spread around the entire room. "This phenomenon is..." Vali said.

"That said. I would be very hard pressed to stop him anyway." Kenshin said.

"So this must be the true form of Gasper Vladi that Euclid-Dono warned me about. No matter. One such as I will not lose to the power of a half breed." Marius said.

"You say that..." Kenshin said as a crocodile shaped creature leaped out of the darkness and bit Marius' right hand off.

"Hm?" Marius looked at his bleeding stump of a forearm. "Interesting, not only are you keeping the other vampires and others from entering. You're also able to wound me. You seem to have a potential that rivals the Holy Grail. How about it, you want to help me with my research?" He asked.

"So you want me to be your new Valerie...?" Gasper said, his expression bristling.

"Does that upset you, well hear me out, the Holy Grail research...!" Marius was cut off as a burst of wind blew his left arm away.

"N...No...!" Marius' eyes widened in horror.

"Yes." Kenshin said. "You don't honestly think you could make use of something that in this area of suspended time, technically doesn't exist."

"Yes. It's time for you to reap what you've sown." Rias said with a cold glare.

"No!" Marius jumped back only for the crocodile shaped extension of darkness to bite his left leg off. He fell backward on his ass.

"Don't look away." Kenshin whispered to Rias. "You need to know what he's capable of Rias..."

"Come on! Get up! You've only suffered the loss of your legs! Transform, heal yourself, attack me!" Gasper shouted. "Where is that confidence you were practically oozing earlier? ! Come on, Hurry! Hurry! ! The fight and the evening has only just begun! Come on! Hurry! !"

"You...You Monster! !" Marius screamed out.

"..." Gasper's form shrunk down to a humanoid form. "So...I see you for what you really are! YOU'RE PATHETIC! ! Nothing but a useless, sniveling lump of meat!"

"Shut up!" Marius yelled. "You're just a dog for the devils not even fit to call yourself a vampire, you-!" He was cut off as a large hound's mouth opened up underneath him and clamped down.

"You're the only one here, that I can not allow to have even a shred of being remain." Gasper said as multiple tinier mouths started ripping him apart."

"Rias Gremory, you're likely going to have restrictions on your servants in the near future and I don't mean Issei Hyoudou. Right now Gasper Vladi is more dangerous than he is." Vali said.

"My word..." Granberia said with wide eyes.

"..." Rias watched Gasper do his work.

When it was finished, there was nothing of Marius left. "Azazel-Sensei, check on Valerie, take the Holy Grail with you."

"Right." Azazel said as he walked over, taking the still frozen Holy Grail and approaching Valerie. "Hm...I thought so...it seems Valerie's Holy Grail was subspecies from the beginning. There were multiple ones. Turns out there's still one left inside her."

"Is that right? So if we pop that one back inside her, she should come back?" Kenshin asked.

"Should...but there's still the corrosion to consider." Azazel said. "They abused the damn thing using her."

"I see."

"I have a thought on that." Gasper said.

"Yes, and can I state something?" Kenshin asked.

"What?" Gasper said.

"You're not the Gasper we know." Kenshin said. "It almost feels divine, what I'm sensing rolling out of you."

"You're right." Gasper said. "This form you're looking at is what was born from the Vladi lord's human lover. I laid dormant until Valerie called me forth. I am a piece of Balor's consciousness that was fractured."

"Whoa whoa whoa...time out, if you're part of the Evil God Balor, how was Chief able to turn Gasper into a Devil?" Issei asked

"It does present quite the curl in the metaphysics." Evangeline said.

"Nice to see you again Evangeline-Sensei, I don't have time for a spar right now." Gasper said.

"Aah, now's not the time for it anyway." Evangeline waved him off.

"Indeed. Anyway, after I was killed by Lugh. My consciousness was broken apart. I am Balor, but I am not." Gasper said. "I am Gasper Vladi, but I am not Gasper Vladi. These Sacred Gears of The Almighty's sure are interesting. To be able to possess even another God's powers is interesting. He must have been truly terrifying before his unfortunate passing."

"Also, in other news, he's also the God that controlled Crom Cruach." Azazel said. "Though I see now why the Tathlum bullet didn't respond to you."

"Ah yes, it is nice to see Crom doing well." Gasper said. "Now, remember when you went berserk, Sekiryuutei, how the Old Maou Shalba got frozen, and later this one as well." He pointed at Kenshin. "That is because my sight got linked with yours when Gasper Vladi tried to stop you."

"Huh?" Issei said. "Whoa? !" He said as he was suddenly looking at himself from Gasper's perspective.

"Like that." Gasper said. "I did it intentionally to allow myself access to Kenshin-Senpai's elemental magic a little bit ago."

"Huh, that was strange." Kenshin said.

"Now, I'll explain the rest later." Gasper turned to Kenshin. "I need your help."

"What do you need?" Kenshin asked.

"When you sent souls back to the Pure World, that were around Valerie. Her corrosion seemed to clear up, if only slightly. Even if the Holy Grail Marius took is returned, she will be in a coma for the foreseeable future while the corrosion eases."

"There aren't any souls around here for me to boot." Kenshin said.

"She is linked to them. Coincidentally it is due to Valerie that I was connected to this body. She was using this power unconsciously even before it awakened. It's possible that it created me out of Gasper Vladi and the shard of Balor, when in turn lost it's divinity."

"I see." Kenshin said. "Still I don't know how I can help."

"You are the Primordial of Life, you safeguard the Principle of Life." Gasper said. "What I'm hoping is that if you're connected to the Holy Grail and Valerie simultaneously you'll be able to return it to her and clear up the corrosion to where she will be able to wake up, and be her old self."

"..." Kenshin went into thought.

"Please..."

"!" Kenshin's eyes snapped up to Gasper's who was looking at him with pleading eyes, as if begging him to do this. "...Alright." Kenshin closed his eyes and approached Valerie and Azazel.

"Wait, Kenshin are you sure you want to do this? You already have two Sacred Gears, I don't know if your body can handle a third if this goes sideways." Azazel said.

"I'll be fine." Kenshin said as he cut a hole in Valerie's shirt and placed his palm flush against her chest. He took a breath. "Oi Mana, if for whatever reason I don't make it out of this. The check's in my left jacket pocket."

"I'll wait for you to give it to me yourself." Mana said.

"Yukari, what should we do?" Issei asked.

"We can't do anything. This is something only Kenshin can do." Yukari said. "You better come back!"

"I ain't got no plans on dying today!" Kenshin said before extending his hand to Azazel."Hand it here."

Azazel nodded and placed the frozen Holy Grail in Kenshin's hand. He turned to Gasper after he pulled his hand away and nodded. Gasper nodded back and closed his eyes, cutting off his power.

"Nnngh! !" Kenshin grunted as his eyes widened.

"?" Azazel looked at him. "What the...?"

"What is it Azazel? !" Miyuki asked.

"His eyes, both of Kenshin's irises are gold now." Azazel said.

"Ydobyreve, Rehtag pu." Kenshin said

"Huh?" Azazel said. "What was that Kenshin just said?

"It's the Language of the Divine." Gasper said.

"What? So he's using speaking god language right now?" Kazumi asked.

"More or less. It's a simplified version." Gasper said.

"S'ti emit ot og kcab ot eht Erup drloW won." Kenshin said.

Od uoy yllaer kniht uoy nac dnes su lla kcab?" Everyone heard a collection of voices say.

"I tsum , I nac, I lliw." Kenshin said before a pale purple aura wrapped around him and Valerie, building in strength. "Aaaaaah!" He said not as a cry in pain, but as a roar.

"What's going on? !" Kiba said as lights were flickering all over the room.

"He's sending all the souls back to the Pure World at once!" Azazel said.

"Kenshin!" Rias said. "Take it easy!"

"Tsomla enod...!" Kenshin said.

The lights died down and Kenshin clenched his fist, crushing the Holy Grail into light that ran up his right arm, through his chest, and down his left which was on Valerie's chest. When it was finished and left his body Kenshin took his hand back and grabbed his head.

"Are you OK?" Azazel said.

"Yeah...I just have a really bad headache." Kenshin said.

"Some of the corrosion must have rubbed off on you too." Azazel said.

"Gasper, come here." Kenshin said.

Gasper walked over to him. "What?"

"Run your mana into your mouth." Kenshin said before grabbing the back of Gasper's head and pushing it down onto Valerie's, making their lips meet.

"Mmm? !" Gasper moaned out in surprise.

"...!" Valerie began to stir only for her eyes to widen at the feeling of Gasper's lips against hers. "...Mm..." She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around Gasper, kissing him back. She eventually pulled away and smiled. "What's this? Am I supposed to be Sleeping Beauty here or something Gasper?"

"Awawawawawa? ! I-I-I-I didn't m-m-mean too! Kenshin-Senpai pushed me onto you and held me there!" Gasper said defensively.

"What are you talking about? I pushed you down sure, but I didn't hold you there, you were free to move away whenever you wanted." Kenshin said standing back with Azazel.

"Yeah, he's right you know. We even moved away so you could have your moment." Azazel said.

"Awawawa...uuuu..." Gasper shivered in embarrassment before Valerie's lips touched his cheek. "V-Valerie...?"

"What? I'm just doing what I wanted to do since I first saw you here after so long." Valerie said with a giggle.

Everyone except Mana and Kenshin erupted in either cheers or joy. Mana approached Kenshin. "Well, the job is done. My pay." She said.

"Well, not exactly done, but you did as I promised payment for." Kenshin said. "Your usual rate?" He said pulling out a check.

"That sounds good." Mana nodded.

"OK..." Kenshin wrote something onto the check. "Hey, you know while you're in this world, you should come back with us. Work out of our home."

"Hmn, I'll think about it." Mana nodded. "It would be nice to have a home to go back to again."

"Oh? So you revived her huh? So I guess you won't be needing the third one I have."

"? !" Everyone's eyes snapped toward the next door.

"Gasper, you and Valerie get back. Now!" Kenshin said.

"R-Right!" Gasper said. "Come on Valerie!" He said pulling her off the bed and toward the group.

"Rizevim..." Vali growled. "We meet again at last!"

"So we do, how nice it must be for you to see your dear grandfather again, Vali!" Rizevim laughed. "Anyway. She won't be at full power unless she gets this back."

"Well then stand right there, I'll hack it off of you." Kenshin said unsheathing Kuroi Jigoku.

"Well before we get to the fighting, listen up kids. Grandaddy Rizevim's got something to say!" Rizevim said.

"Hrn?" Kenshin grunted.

Issei glanced over at Vali who looked positively livid. "Sensei. What's up?"

"Vali and Rizevim have nothing but bad blood between each other." Azazel said. "Much like Hottan was to Kenshin. Rizevim was to Vali."

"I..I see." Issei said having heard a bit from Kenshin.

"Nice of you to drop by. Now I don't have to run you down." Vali said with a scowl.

"Vali, don't." Azazel said. "We can't go in without a plan."

"Very nice, who would have thought the sniveling brat from all those years ago would be able to put out such murderous intent." Rizevim said with an amused look.

"What's your plan for that Holy Grail?" Azazel said.

"Uhyahyahyahya~!" Rizevim laughed. "You really want to know, well fine I'll tell you. A few months ago, a certain truth was brought to our world. We had long speculated it's existence, but had not found concrete proof until now."

"Ungh? !" Azazel grunted.

"Ah, I see you know what I'm talking about Azazel." Rizevim said. "It was that god that the Oppai Dragon over there called forth."

"?" Kenshin glanced back at Issei.

"The Chichigami?" Issei said.

"Exactly!" Rizevim laughed. "It's not a member of any pantheon, it's not the Dark or Light Goddesses, nor was it Hottan or Ialda herself. No it's from a world that's never been found before. So I thought why don't we attack them?" Rizevim said putting them all on edge. "However there is one problem. There's a dragon guarding it. I speak of course...of Great Red."

"So you want to kill Great Red, but don't have the balls to do it yourself." Kenshin said. "Why else would you have Lilith there."

"Ah yes, but to use her would require putting her back together with Ophis, and that's just not that simple." Rizevim said. "I can't do it, I'll be killed. So then should I steal Samael? If I did Hades would really snap. So then there is another way. What if I make the verse of the Apocalypse a reality?"

Everyone except Azazel was confused. "T...Trihexa!" Azazel exclaimed.

"? !" Kenshin turned to him.

"What is he talking about?" Issei said.

"666 or Trihexa." Azazel said. "It's a bad omen number as it stands, but that beast is the source of it. He is spoken of together with Great Red."

"So it's a Great Red class monster." Yukari said crossing her arms.

"And guess what, it exists! I found it using this Holy Grail to look deep within the principle of Life!" Rizevim exclaims.

Kenshin bowed his head as he recalled when he was resurrected.

(flashback)

"So that's it huh? I'm the Primordial of Life?" Kenshin asked.

"Yes, if you should accept it." Ragnarok said. "As such you have certain duties you must perform that I have already outlined."

"Protect the Principle of Life, send lost souls back to the Pure World and basically keep your daughters alive, for if they are destroyed, I will have to stabilize the element they represent and more or less become that element." Kenshin nodded.

"Yes." Ragnarok said. "But that is not all. You have one more duty that is absolutely vital. One you cannot fail no matter what."

"What?" Kenshin said.

"..." Ragnarok looked him dead in the eyes. "You must never ever allow the Beast of the Apocalypse to be released. I don't know where it is, but if the Dragon and the Beast of the Apocalypse were ever to clash..."

(flashback end)

"I will break everything I don't like and I will kill everyone I find to be a nuisance." Rizevim said. "I will go to that other world and raze everything to the ground and build my-!"

"SHUT THE HELL UP! !"

"Kenshin? !" Azazel said as the elements exploded out of Kenshin.

(Crack! Crack!)

Kenshin armor started breaking apart, the orbs of his Scale Mail fusing into his skin. "Rizevim." Kenshin growled. "I am sick of hearing your quickly growing terminal case of verbal diarrhea."

"You really want to do this Kenshin? Because this did NOT end well for you last time." Rizevim said.

"Vessel of the Elements!"

Azazel: Sheesh. This one was long.

Draconis: I just wanted to get through the Valerie part and introduce Rizevim, but I also wanted to write out fights for Yukari and Kenshin that more or less dominated the chapter. I would have been done awhile ago, but I've been sick.

Kenshin: Damn.

Draconis: Anyway. While I was typing this out a fan of mine made more fan art. It's on my profile and there's even a picture of Hikari to go with it.
