"So..." Kenshin said bowing his head with a smile, though to Ialda and the audience it seemed heavily strained. "I got a question for you, Ialda..."

"?" Ialda narrowed her eyes in thought.

"Heheheheh..." Kenshin bowed his head as he quit laughing.

"What's so funny?" Ialda asked.

"S...So...y-you...made me suffer...j-just because you were curious?" Kenshin asked with a shaking voice.

"..." Ialda stared at him silently. "I did..this world is mine after all."

"...Heheheheheheh..." Kenshin chuckled darkly. "OK...I got a better question then..." He said as his smile widened into a smirk. "Do you wanna have the worst time of your life?"

Kenshin used Shundou to appear in front of her, driving his palm into her stomach, muttering something under his breath. "Because...now that you've told me this...you are REALLY not gonna like what happens next."

"!" Ialda was driven back and looked down at herself. "Why can't I change back? !"

"The illusion I cast on you earlier has now become real because I've sealed it to be so." Kenshin said. "I've basically inverted yours and Negi's positions using Devil Magic, because...I refuse to hurt her, however...you on the other hand..." Kenshin paused as he started laughing again. "I'll just say this...It was a beautiful day today." He said as his aura spread outward, plantlife growing around him. "..on days like these...monsters like us...should be burning in HELL!"

"!" Ialda jumped backward as an ominous feeling emanated from Kenshin. "Yes, but I still have all her techniques and contracts!"

"That doesn't matter." Kenshin said. "You're going to see...just what the monster you created is capable of Ialda." Kenshin said as he extended his hand toward her, before swinging it to the ground.

"? !" Ialda's eyes widened as she slammed into the ground.

"Heheheheheheheh." Kenshin chuckled darkly. "I see it works."

"G-Ghh...w-what did you do to me...?" Ialda growled.

"When I sealed you to remain on the outside...I also gave you something." Kenshin said. "The power of Wind, straight from Sylph the Wind Spirit herself. I call it Wind Possession."

"How did that allow you to slam me to the ground like that?" Ialda scowled.

"Because it's still my wind magic in your body. I figured I'd experiment a few techniques on you...and the best part is..." Kenshin said, his small smirk widening. "There's not a FUCKING thing you can do about it."

From Lucifer's Castle, Sirzechs let out a wistful sigh. "It's finally happened."

"What do you mean Sirzechs?" Ajuka asked.

"Kenshin's finally snapped." Azazel said. "He's the kind of guy that tries to hold it all in, not let others see how much pain he's in, but eventually the bottle he uses...to hold everything in breaks. Usually this happens with someone he cares about and they comfort him."

"But...the only person around is that...woman..." Serafall spat with disgust.

"So basically, now Kenshin's giving in to his most violent impulses?" Falbium asked.

"Basically yes..." Sirzechs said before turning to Michael. "You can leave if you want."

"...No." Michael said with a sigh. "His suffering is our failure as well. We allowed a child, no matter what they were, to go through that. I'll bear witness to the result."

Back in Phoenix Tertium let out a sigh. "This isn't going to be pretty."

"Yes." Hikari said.

"What do you mean?" Momo asked.

"Kenshin can't kill Ialda, but he's going to fight her anyway...what do you think that means?" Sextum asked.

"...You don't think he's going to...?" Kiba asked.

"That's the only thing he's going to do. Having to fight Nagi like he did, having to live with Nagi's life on his conscience...then being told all that. That not only did he suffer as a child, but it was for an awful reason. Not that there's any good ones." Chamo said. "Yes...Kenshin's about to put the screws to the bitch."

Back with Kenshin and Ialda, the latter got back up to her feet. "Are you sure about this Kenshin? With everyone watching."

"Heh." Kenshin closed his eyes. "Don't think you can get out of this by saying that. Remember, it's because of you that I'm NOT the shy introverted brat I used to be. No...now I'm just a hopeless bastard whose dreams died a long time ago. Really Ialda I'm glad you're here. Because I got some shit to work through, but first."

"..." Ialda watched as Kenshin walked around her. "To those of you watching at home. This being here is Ialda Baoth, a spirit sustained by the pain and suffering of the living and dead alike. Once upon a time this used to be a mage that led the outcast humans to this planet and created Mundus Magicus with the help of an ally of theirs named Hottan."

"Not really helping your case here Kenshin." Ialda stated with a blithe smirk.

"They're also the mastermind behind the Schismatic War that ended over twenty years ago." Kenshin added. "When her previous body dies, she just moves onto the one who did the deed. A short list of people in recent memory include her ally and lover Hottan, though that was more his fault. Nagi Springfield's Master, Filius Zect, my own mother Hikari Tsuki, the Crimson Tigress, Nagi Springfield himself...and currently she is possessing his daughter Negi Springfield. If she gets by me, she'll go on to erase this world she created and take the power of it as her own. I know you don't like me, but at least I'm not trying to end the world. I just want to be left alone by you all." He said with a shrug.

"You've got it a little twisted, I plan to put the world to sleep in the Cosmo Entelecheia spell." Ialda said. "Everyone will rest in silence in a world without strife."

"OK, ignoring the part of your plan where you need to be possessing ME to do that, meaning I'd be trapped in an unending nightmare. I gotta ask...what happens to their bodies?" Kenshin asked.

"Hm?" Ialda said.

"...What happens to their bodies while everyone's off in la la land?" Kenshin asked. "Eventually they'd all waste away and die. Do you plan on going around and making sure they're all kept alive?"

"..." Ialda stared at him.

"Just because you're sustained by pain and misery doesn't mean they are you idiot. Not only that...if you needed a power boost, you could put everyone into nightmares of their own...and you'd probably get addicted to the power boost and just leave them like that." Kenshin said with a scowl. "...No. I won't let it happen. Your ambitions end here, IALDA!" Kenshin shouted.

"!" Ialda's eyes widened as Kenshin appeared in front of her, driving his fist into her chest. "Ghh! !" She was sent flying backward.

"Hrmn!" Kenshin grunted, swinging his arm downward, making Ialda hit the ground hard, digging it up with the sheer force of her forced flight.

Back in Phoenix the crowd murmured

"It feels weird to say, but...I hope Kenshin Kuroshi wins."

"Yeah, but from what he said he needs to be careful. Killing her fucks him over."

"That and that woman is possessing the Thousand Master's daughter. He didn't even want to kill Nagi...and from what the girl...Negi was trying to do awhile back. It sounds like they have a mutual relationship."

"They do." Chamo said getting the crowd's attention. "Before he vanished. Kenshin-Aniki and Negi-Aneki were lovers. That's why she was trying to clear his name."

(Beep! Beep!)

"Huh?" Chachamaru said as an alert came up in her systems.

"What is it Chachamaru?" Kazumi asked.

"I was running a scan on Kenshin during his battle with Nagi. It just updated with something new." Chachamaru said.

Rias, Sona, Akeno, Issei and Hikari all heard this. "What is it?" Hikari asked.

"Two new things actually. A perk and a flaw." Chachamaru said. "You all know how my system was updated so I won't go into details about it."

"...Read off the flaw first." Rias said.

"Flaw: Sadistic Rage- The bearer of this flaw has had their emotions whipped into such a frenzy that they are willing to do deadly, vicious amounts of violence to the one that incurred their ire, to make them suffer and writhe in agony." Chachamaru said.

"Like Chamo-San said. Kenshin's probably going to put the screws to Ialda." Issei said.

"Hrmn...don't get me wrong, I like the idea of Kenshin-kun enjoying a little 'S' time, but I'd rather he be in the bedroom with me and not be angry." Akeno said shaking her head.

"What's the other one?" Sona asked.

"Perk: Demigod- The owner of this perk was either born out of a mating between a mortal and a deity, or has ascended to partial godhood through other means." Chachamaru said. "All stats increased exponentially."

"Wait...are you saying that Kenshin's becoming a god?" Rias said turning her head back toward the screen.

"I've...felt this before." Issei said. "When Kenshin fought that Yama bastard, after beating Forbesii."

Back with Kenshin and Ialda, Ialda got back to her feet with a scowl. "Again...how is he doing this? He slammed me to the ground without even touching me."

"Hey Ialda. Ya better move." Kenshin said as he stabbed Kuroi Jigoku into the ground.

"!" Ialda's eyes widened as flaming spears erupted from the ground where she was standing, narrowly avoiding them by leaping into the air.

"..." Kenshin extended his hand forward and closed his fist.

"Huh?" Ialda said before feeling heat building behind her back. "!" She moved out of the way as a pillar of flame nearly engulfed her. She turned and saw a dissipating flame, shaped like a dragon's head.

"You know what, I'm feeling sporting. Take a moment to activate that secret technique of Negi's." Kenshin said as his hands slipped into his pockets.

"Hu-?" Ialda stopped herself before letting out a laugh. "You're serious? You let me use that technique and this battle's going to go south for you really quick you know."

"..." Kenshin said nothing, his seemingly ever present smirk only growing a small bit.

"..." Ialda scowled. "That smirk of his, it's really starting to get on my nerves. Who the hell does he think I am? Who he is?"

"Kenshin...what are you thinking...if she goes into that form...she'll end up..." Negi herself thought in dread and worry.

"Is he nuts? !" Chamo shouted quietly. "Demigod or not Aneki's as fast as literal lightning when she uses that technique!"

"Very well, I'll play your little game Kenshin." Ialda said as a dark aura surrounded her body.

"Now hold on, I don't want the form that Miyuki and Yukari fought before." Kenshin said. "You mentioned a second form before. Go into that."

"IS HE CRAZY? ! !" Chamo cried out in dread.

"Possibly." Tertium said making everyone turn to him. "It's obvious that Kenshin's finally snapped. He wants to combat that form and defeat it, showing Ialda that fighting him is hopeless. Her punishment for stealing his childhood and making his life before he met Negi, then later you all a living hell."

"You're sure about that?" Ialda asked.

"..." Kenshin said nothing, continuing to smirk at the LifeMaker.

"Hmhmhmhm." Ialda chuckled darkly. "I'm kind of impressed, when did you graduate from Pull-Ups?"

"Bout the same time that you got off the rag!" Kenshin said with a dark laugh of his own.

"Cute." Ialda said. "Very well, I'll give you what you want, but remember...my power is near limitless."

"But Negi's ability to contain that power isn't. She can only handle so much at once." Kenshin said. "...And I know I'm far stronger than she is." Kenshin said.

"Alright, just remember that you asked for this. I'll need a minute." Ialda said with a shrug as she crossed her arms, focusing her mana into two separate Thousand Thunderbolts spells.

"Two of those powerful lightning spells that knocked Kenshin-kun unconscious? !" Akeno said.

"Yes. One boosts the user's speed up to that of lightning itself. While the second boosts their mental synapses and reflexes to the same level." Hikari said.

"Has Kenshin ever faced this form before?" Seekvaira asked.

"...He never even faced the first form." Hikari said with her eyes closed.

"Then what is he thinking? !" Issei said. "Did his anger make him stupid or something? !"

"Kenshin's doing this for a reason. No matter how furious he is, He wouldn't do this without a plan in mind." Hikari said opening her eyes to stare at the screen.

A purple aura surrounded her body as her hair changed to the similar light shade of purple. "Alright Kenshin, here it is. The Raiten Taisou Mark Two." Ialda said with a smirk.

"Good...now come and get me." Kenshin said gesturing his left hand toward himself with a smirk.

"!" Ialda rushed forward at the speed of lightning, only to be halted as she got right in front of Kenshin, who had his right hand extended outward. She struggled against her invisible bindings "G-Grrhh!" Ialda growled. "Why...can't I...MOVE? !"

"Oh right...I forgot to tell ya. Just because you boosted your power, doesn't mean my Wind Possession suddenly loses effect." Kenshin said as his left hand grabbed the collar of her cloak and lifted her up. "Though I'll admit it is good deal harder to control you because of the boost. He moved his left arm out to his side, still keeping her bound.

"!" Ialda watched as the flaming dragon head from before flared to life at her side and opened it's mouth. "You've gone mad! What if you end up killing me!"

"Maybe a bit." Kenshin said, his golden irises shining with malice. "Besides this won't kill you, it'll just hurt a lot. You know, kinda like having to watch my family and loved ones die BY MY OWN HANDS!"

The sound of furious flames drowned out Ialda's screams of pain. Kenshin felt Ialda tear herself free and turned to see her burned, but healing as a paper fan spun over her head. "Oh? Using Kono-Chan's artifact are we?"

"Like I said. I still have her contracts." Ialda said as she stood up. "So you're still hung up on that hm?"

"..." Kenshin stared at her.

"You should just let go of them Kenshin...they entered my world...they became mine." Ialda said with a smirk. "After all...the puppets cannot disobey the puppet master."

"...you don't get it at all do you?" Kenshin asked, his ever present smirk lessening quite a bit. "You're not a god, not a divine being...and even if you were. I'd kill you all the same for what you've done..." Kenshin's smirk completely vanished as his eyes narrowed into a scowl, filled with hatred as his aura built around him, creating more plantlife around him. "You...took everything...away from me." Kenshin said, his fists clenching tightly. "You plan to do it again..." His smirk came back. "No. Instead I'm going to rip everything away from you Ialda...because...the only person...that I hate...more than myself...is YOU!"

"!" Ialda looked up as Kenshin vanished. He was above with two dragon heads at his sides.

"Sick her girls." Kenshin said

Ialda shot upward, out of the way of the dual fire breaths. "Fool! Did you forget that I'm as fast as lightning now? !" She said rushing Kenshin.

"!" Kenshin disappeared and reappeared next to her after Ialda tried to attack, holding her in place with Wind Possession. "No. Did you forget that I can control YOUR movements? So...I gotta ask...who's the puppet here. Cause there ain't no strings on me."

Pain wracked Ialda's body as flame spears stabbed into her back, avoiding vital spots. Kenshin shot his hand outward and sent Ialda flying into the face of Olympus Mons, when she crashed into it, The spears continued to dig into.

(Boom!)

Kenshin watched as his spears exploded, then as Ialda shot out of the smoke, panting, the same spinning fan from earlier active again. He let out an amused laugh at the irritated look on Ialda's face. "That look on your face. Looks like someone who's almost died twice now..." His eyes shined eerily. "How's bout we go for a third eh?"

"Not likely!" Ialda shouted as she rushed forward before Kenshin could react and grabbed him by the throat driving him back.

"Finally ready to take this more seriously huh bitch? !" Kenshin said, his smirk widening.

"Grhh.." Ialda growled. "The goal here is to make him destroy this body so I can possess his, but...this...arrogance! This bravado and cockiness! He really thinks he can control ME? !" Ialda threw Kenshin into the face of Olympus Mons. He slammed into it, bouncing off of the mountain. As he reached the height of this bounce. Ialda drove her leg into his chest, slamming him back into the face of the mountain.

"Such anger." Kenshin said. "Surely little ol' me ain't getting under your skin am I?"

"Remain silent!" Ialda said as she assailed Kenshin with numerous strikes as he laid there and took it. She reached down and grabbed him by the end of his flaming hair. "Had enough?"

"..." Kenshin raised both his hands slowly and moved them in front of him, both of his middle fingers raised high.

"Cute." Ialda said with a smirk and threw Kenshin behind her and turned, numerous lightning spears flaring to life behind her. "Go."

All the spears shot toward the plummeting Kenshin, exploding on contact.

"!" Everyone watched in stunned silence.

In Lucifer's Castle Falbium closed his eyes. "I get he's pissed, but why'd he let her do that?"

"Let?" Michael asked.

"Don't let Kenshin's taunting demeanor fool you Lord Michael. Kenshin's the stronger one there...and it isn't even close." Sun Wukong said as his hand was placed gently on Ophis' shoulder. "Because the boy bears a blessing from her, and the fact that her mana was converted into his own at the time of his revival. I can feel his power through her."

"What does it feel like?" Ajuka asked.

"Well to put it lightly. If he were to challenge the people in the room, not counting Ophis. Only you four could beat him." Sun Wukong said looking at Azazel, Michael, Ajuka and Sirzechs in that order. "Also that's a pretty big IF for the former two. I'd almost favor Kenshin in this form in those fights, but against Lord Falbium, myself and Lady Serafall, he'd win outright in terms of pure power."

"So he's basically gained a crazy boost in power." Ajuka said. "That puts him on our level." He said glancing at Sirzechs.

"Yes, but there's another thing. The power he's using, it feels almost divine in nature." Sun Wukong said. "It's almost as if..."

"He's channeling Ophis' power as his own with the elements." Azazel said. "If that's the kind of power boost he's received then I don't think I'd win either. Not only that. Did anyone notice when his aura stretched outward on the ground."

"Yes...things seemed to grow around him, plants and the like." Ajuka said. "Sirzechs...it almost seemed to be an aura in stark contrast to your own in...that form."

"..." Sirzechs stared at the screen, silent for a moment. "What we see here, does not leave this room."

"Sirzechs?" Falbium asked.

He glanced at him. "Not even Zekram-Sama can know."

"O-OK." Falbium said. "I mean I wasn't going to say anything anyway."

Meanwhile Ialda landed near the smoke column. "I can't really sense your power right now, so I hope that didn't kill you."

Suddenly the smoke dissipated, because of an explosion of wind. Standing at the center of it was Kenshin, who lit up one of his smokes. Taking a drag and exhaling he looked at Ialda with a disinterested smile. "You thought that would do me in?" Kenshin asked. "Please...that was downright ticklish compared to what Nagi was doing." His eyes glew maliciously. "...and that was before he started using the dark magic you cursed him with."

"Tch!" Ialda growled.

Kenshin crossed his arms and leaned forward. "That rage of yours is downright adorable."

"What is he doing? If he can fight her off, why doesn't he force her into retreat?" Tsubaki asked.

"That's just it..." Kazumi said.

"Kenshin doesn't want her to run away. Is that what you're saying?" Gabriel asked.

"I wish it wasn't, but...after all I heard about him. I just know...he's been holding all this back all his life." Kazumi said. "He's broken down a few times sure, but...all that hatred, that anger...that desire to do violence against those who wronged you...it doesn't just go away. Even when he's comforted."

"He wants to find a way to save that girl she's possessing sure, but you're saying he wants to inflict as much pain and suffering as he himself endured now that no one is around to stop him...is that what you're saying?" Rugal surprisingly said.

Everyone turned to Rugal wide eyed. "But..if Boss Lust Dragon does that then...!" Bennia was cut off.

"That doesn't matter to him. He's possessed by his fury now." Rugal said.

"So...in addition to this Demigod state, you're saying Kenshin's also in the Dragon's Outrage state?" Sona asked her Rook.

"He was in that when he was fighting that maroon haired mage. He's just good at controlling it." Rugal said, reminding everyone, though he didn't know it himself that the Vessel of the Elements was his Outrage state.

Back with Kenshin and Ialda the former smirked. "Well, ya got anymore of Negi's tricks to use?" His smirk widened as his bangs shadowed his left eyes while his right glew. "Or are you not smart enough to use them?"

"That arrogance is starting to piss me off." Ialda said.

Kenshin's eyes closed. "Then you know how I've felt all this time...the people of this nation...arrogant enough to judge me before they even knew me...all because their fucking government ordered them to!" His aura welled around him again, causing more life to be grown. "...Heheheheheh...yet...th-that's all because of you...isn't it? Had you never dumped me in Megalo...they wouldn't have done that...would they? So you see why I'm justifiably enraged."

"Really? That smile/smirk seems to say otherwise." Ialda said with an amused snort.

"You've been so miserable for so long, you've lost touch with human or demon emotion other than pain and misery." Kenshin said. "Are you even human any more? You sure aren't a youkai, devil, angel, fallen or otherwise...what even ARE you?" Kenshin said before shrugging his shoulders dismissively. "Though I suppose it really doesn't matter." Kenshin said as he raised his arms upward.

"? !" Ialda watched as thick slabs of earth rose up on either side of her a short distance away.

"Heh!" Kenshin extended his hand outward.

"!" Ialda was raised off the ground against her own will.

"Either way...I'm going to break your will." Kenshin said, his smirk widening. "Not subvert it...but shatter it entirely."

"!" Ialda's eyes widened. "Those words...they're the same I said to the Gremory girl before!" She thought.

"Hmn!" Kenshin swung his left arm outward, sending Ialda slamming into the wall at her right. He stabbed Kuroi Jigoku into the ground.

"No! I have to avoid this!" Ialda thought as she leaped avoiding the flame spears that erupted from the slab.

"Good reaction!" Kenshin said. "Let's see if you can keep reacting Baoth!" He said as he swung his left arm to his right, sending Ialda slamming into the left slab of earth.

"!" Ialda leaped off of the slab of earth as more flaming spears stabbed through the earth.

Kenshin forced the spears to recede, but slammed her back into the same wall. Ialda pivoted herself to land on her feet and jumped off as more spears shot out of the ground. Kenshin swung his hand downward and made her slam into the ground. Kenshin kept this up for a good five minutes before saying. "You're getting good at that, alright then, let's see how you handle this!" Kenshin said as he swung his left arm out to his left, then his right, then his left again in quick succession.

"Ghh!" Ialda was sent toward the right wall, then the left, then the right again, managing to land on her feet again, but...because Kenshin had been crashing her into the walls for so long they were damaged and unleveled and this caused Ialda to lose her footing and fall down onto the wall.

"Got you!" Kenshin said as flame spears erupted, tearing through her.

"Grrhh! !" Ialda growled in pain as Kenshin kept her skewered on the spears. "He missed the vitals on purpose!" She thought. She finally pulled herself free and landed on the ground, kneeling as she healed herself.

"Now you see. Turn those spears into halberds and you have a regular Tuesday night for me, ages six to ten." Kenshin said, then shrugged. "Then again I forgot to dismember a few of your limbs. Yeah Ferdinand the First's private Megalo Knight squad were dicks."

"You said I was to have the worst time of my life, but other than slam me into the dirt and impale me, you haven't done much." Ialda said. "I can think of a lot of things worse than that."

"And you're fooling yourself if you think I'm anywhere close to the end of this terrible fate that's befallen you." Kenshin said. "That said, I'm bored with Wind Possession right now, let's do something else." Kenshin said cracking his knuckles.

"Funny...shouldn't those spirits be holding you back? Keeping you from abusing their powers." Ialda asked.

The jewels infused with Kenshin's body glew. "Actually woman, the spirits seem to be in some sort of a trance, or maybe they're just as pissed off at you as Partner here is." Yuurei said. "It's fucking weird how it's so quiet in here."

"I'd bet on the second one honestly. They hated you just from me talking about you Baoth." Kenshin said as a small eastern dragon made of flames flared to life and coiled around him. "H-Hey, come on." Kenshin said as the dragon started licking his cheek. "Come on Mandy I'm in the middle of making my worst enemy's life a living hell!" He laughed.

The flame dragon rubbed itself against Kenshin's cheek before dissipating. "Cute Kenshin...do you really think you're stronger than me?" Ialda said.

"...No." Kenshin said. "I don't think so..." His smirk widened. "I know I am."

"Krh!" Ialda growled.

"You wanna know how I know?" Kenshin said as his eyes shone maliciously again. "Because Wind Possession only works on those weaker than me!"

"You lie!" Ialda growled as she appeared in front of Kenshin, kicking at his face. Kenshin caught her leg.

"You know, I've been thinking Ialda...about you and me..," Kenshin said as he threw her leg outward blocking her oncoming punch. "Was this conflict between us pre-ordained...was it meant to be?" He cocked his fist back. "Because we can't seem to stop running into each other!" Kenshin said sending his fist flying toward Ialda's chest, coated in flames.

"Krh!" Ialda blocked the punch and was blown backward. She shot right back at him, only to have Kenshin dodge. "Tch!" She growled and kept assaulting him with various punches and kicks, but Kenshin kept moving out of the way. "Grhh! How are you dodging me? !"

"Because I can sense your bloodlust from Earth idiot!" Kenshin said backhanding her away. "That and Sylph's power doesn't make me as fast as wind you know. In this form, it exponentially enhances it." Kenshin said assuming a stance with a menacing smirk.

"Krh..." Ialda glared before flying right at him, as the two traded blows.

"Wow, so it's true what they told me!" Kenshin said as he blocked Ialda's blows, but was unable to get his own through her barrier. "It's lightning fast, but the strikes have no weight behind them!" He uppercutted Ialda into the air and turned around raising his hand, closing his fist.

"? !" Ialda's eyes widened as flaming spears encircled around her in a spherical formation.

"Hunter's Moon!" Kenshin shouted, swinging his arm downward, making the spears all shoot toward her.

"He's not looking to kill me...!" Ialda thought as the spears light up in her vicinity. "He just wants to make me suffer!" She thought as they exploded all around her, searing her skin and muscles underneath.

The smoke cleared and Kenshin watched as Ialda trudged out, panting and bleeding heavily. She scowled at Kenshin, who's smirk widened. "You seem upset about something." Kenshin said. "Guess someone's amazing at his job huh?" Kenshin said as Ialda's wounds healed rapidly.

"D-Damn you..." Ialda snarled.

"Heheheheheheh..." Kenshin snickered.

"Do you not understand the situation you're in?" Ialda asked.

"Oh I perfectly understand what I'm doing." Kenshin said as he flashed by her.

"Agh!" Ialda gasped out in pain as a cut opened up on her face as Kenshin stood behind her, Kuroi Jigoku slashed outward. .

"I can't kill you, not right now anyway, that'd end horribly for me." Kenshin said. "But...beating you into submission? Heheheh, that's something I'm fucking relishing in right now." He said cocking his fist back and launching it forward, an intense burst of wind and flames sending Ialda slamming into the face of Olympus Mons.

"G-Grhh..." Ialda pushed herself back up. "What...was that thing that blasted Shinigami told me?"

"For a second, Kenshin's power skyrocketed far beyond anything I ever expected from him. I'm not sure what it was...but it felt divine. For that single moment...he ascended."

"So that's it." Ialda said with a glower

"Say I believe you, what are the tells?"

"Both the irises will be gold."

"You're using that power I wanted to see." Ialda said with a small smirk.

"Am I now?" Kenshin said. "How did Nagi describe it again..."

"The power to save or destroy the world." Ialda said.

"..." Kenshin shrugged. "Destroy is probably the more apt term. You know as well as I do that I'm fucking awful at saving. If I was any good at it I wouldn't have so many coffins on my conscience."

"You're saying all this, and we're live. What is this? Confessions of an Assassin?" Ialda said.

"I'm just letting everyone see the real me." Kenshin said, shrugging again, this time with his eyes closed. "A hopeless bastard who's dreams died a long time ago."

"Then why not just end it yourself? You know...shut off the lights a little early?" Ialda said. "I think happiness is pointless...that pain and torment will never stop, but you...you're the kind of person who can't be happy anymore, because of his massive paranoia that things will just go back to hell eventually. With my spell, Cosmo Entelecheia. I can erase all torment."

"Except mine..." Kenshin said lowering his arms. "Then again...it'd all be fake anyway. To answer your question...it's really a matter of pride." His eyes opened back up and started glowing. "I refuse to die to someone weaker than I am."

"Well, if I didn't want to possess you...I'd say the day has finally come." Ialda said.

"Hahahahahaha!" Kenshin threw his head back and laughed. "You really think you have a chance against me? ! You haven't done a fucking thing to me yet! Hell the self damaging factor of the Vessel isn't even there anymore!"

"Hmhmhm..." Ialda smirked a bit and brush some of her braided blonde hair out of her face. "Ah but you forget whelp. That power you're using has a limit. Mine does not."

"Well, I guess I better figure out how to use that mana Negi's been giving me and use it to end your pathetic life." Kenshin said with a shrug.

"Oh?" Ialda said with an interested look. "I had wondered why her mana was slowly decreasing. A genetic mana uplink, sounds like something she'd pull."

"Dad must have told you then...thank goodness." Negi said with a relieved sigh as she tried to tune out the voices of the Resonance.

"Hmph, I think we've talked long enough." Ialda said as a dark aura flowed out of her, lightning crackling around her.

Kenshin's eyes glew maliciously as his smirk widened. "Indeed."

Ialda jumped back and readied her magic, but Kenshin merely strode up to her. For some reason, this made her feel unnerved, a pit of uneasiness welled about in her cold, black heart.

Negi felt this too from within her. "Kenshin...what..happened to you?" She said to herself. She even noticed the voices of the Resonance had grown more quiet.

"...So you ready to dance?" Kenshin asked.

"Hrm!" Ialda charged a spell into her left hand. "Iovis Tempestas Fulgriens!"

Kenshin did nothing to stop the spell from impacting him. Ialda's eyes narrowed in disdain as Kenshin emerged from it unharmed. She rushed toward him, her figure coated in lightning. "Chihayaburu Ikazuchi!"

"Dream Barrier." Kenshin said letting Ialda crash into it as both his eyes glew.

"Krrh!" Ialdaa landed in front of him and started punching at him, her fists coated in light magic. Kenshin's hands raised and blocked each and every punch.

"You should know that Sylph's wind magic wasn't the only thing I slipped into you. I actually have all four elements possessing you at the moment. Case in point, Water Possession. It's how I've been able to better perceive your lightning fast attacks. Without it, your attacks would actually be hitting home. Not that they'd do much damage."

"Grh!" Ialda growled and punched Kenshin in the chest.

"Hrngh..." Kenshin grunted for a moment, before his smirk came back. "Now that's a good hit, here's one of mine!" He drove his palm into her chest sending her flying backward.

"Rrgh!" Ialda growled and caught herself. "!" She saw Kenshin baring down on her. She extended her hand outward, firing off a beam of white lightning. "Fulguratio Albicans!"

"Haa!" Kenshin yelled out slicing the beam in half with a Katensho.

"!" Ialda moved out of the way as the arcing flame blast cut a deep gash into the earth.

"Honshin Fukko!" Kenshin said going into a mid air flip, swinging both hands downward in a chopping motion, hitting Ialda flush in the head, sending her crashing to the ground.

He flew downward, but Ialda grabbed his wrist as he landed and pulled him in close. She punched him in the stomach and straightened her hand out. "Ensis Exsequens."

"Gulh..." Kenshin grunted as his mouth filled with blood as a magic sword stabbed through his stomach.

"There...now I've wounded you. Still believe your power is significantly greater than my- Ulgh!" Ialda gasped out in pain as her mouth filled with blood.

"Heheheheh. You call this a wound? The Megalo Knights did worse." Kenshin said, Kuroi Jigoku stabbed into her right flank, nicking her stomach. "And I can still do something with my blade. He said as it glew with a red light. "Zero Kyori Katensho!"

Kenshin shot out of the explosion from his attack with Ialda hot on his tail, her robes and mantle burning off before being regenerated by shadow magic. She made it to Kenshin. This time with a quarterstaff. "This artifact belongs to one of your students!"

"Shinchintetsu Jizaikon." Kenshin said with an amused look. "Is all you know how to do is use stolen power?" He asked.

"Silence!" Ialda said swinging it downward. "Expand!"

"!" Kenshin's eyes widened with a smirk as he watched the staff expand to gigantic proportions as the LifeMaker used her magic to swing it down at him. He raised his sword to block it as it drove him toward the ground as it grew longer.

In Lucifer's Castle Azazel turned to Sun Wukong. "Isn't that your..."

"A copy of it." Sun Wukong said. "Mundus Magicus' magic works in strange ways."

Back on the battlefield Kenshin's smirk widened. "Too bad for you. I've already faced the genuine article numerous times!" He said punching the side of the staff and shooting by it, screaming toward Ialda.

"Shika Shishikuro!" Ialda said sending sixteen wakizashi blades at Kenshin.

"You're using Secchan's artifact now! Are you trying to piss me off? !" Kenshin said swatting all sixteen blades away with Kuroi Jigoku. "Hm?" He said as they all redirected and came at him from behind. "Hrnnnghh!" Kenshin groaned as the blades stabbed into his back.

"Hmn!" Ialda smirked. "I got you again!"

"Like hell you did!" Kenshin said shooting toward her, his fist slamming into her face. He sent her flying back. Ialda caught herself again and sent several beasts at Kenshin, an art book in front of her.

"Hmhmhm..." Ialda chuckled darkly.

"This..is...Haruna's artifact." Kenshin said. "While I liked the girl and her quirky nature, do you really think her drawn summons can beat me? !" He asked as he destroyed each of them with his sword.

As Kenshin sliced the constructs to pieces. He took out a pistol and opened fire, hitting her in the wrist. "You're done using those!"

"Fine then!" Ialda said, appearing in front of him.

"!" Kenshin crossed his arms as her fist laid into them, taking him through a few stalagmites. Kenshin threw her off and blocked her next few strikes before kicking her in the stomach and punching her away.

"!" Ialda's eyes widened marginally as Kenshin appeared above her and kicked her into the ground. As she bounced upward from the sheer force of impact Kenshin appeared next to her and kicked her in the back, sending her sky high. He rushed her again and brought both hands together, hammering her toward the cliff face of Olympus Mons. He landed in front of her, grabbing her leg and swinging her into the face, not once but twice. "Haaa!" Ialda roared out,, forcing his grip off and swinging her arm out at him, Ensis Exsequens active.

"Heh!" Kenshin blocked this with Kuroi Jigoku and threw her to the ground. He rushed her again, this time missing a punch as Ialda bolted out of the way. "!" He watched as Ialda rushed him with an army.

"Thousand Decoy Barrier!" Ialda shouts.

Kenshin weaved and struck at the army of lightning clones that Ialda sent at him. The real Ialda peppering him with lightning spears. He crossed his arms and shot them outward, and explosion of wind blowing them all backward. He shot toward Ialda burying his fist in her stomach and punching her back toward the cliff face of Olympus Mons. She hit the ground on her hands and knees. Kenshin landed in front of her as her decoys dispelled.

"..." Kenshin scowled down at her and stamped down on her back. "That's right...bow and beg for forgiveness." He said pushing his foot down, forcing Ialda further downward.

"This...bastard!" Ialda thought angrily.

Kenshin reached down and grabbed the LifeMaker by the hair raising her up to eye level. "Give up, Ialda.." His eyes regained their malicious glow. "You will NEVER beat me AGAIN!" He swung his fist into Ialda's sternum, covered by the elements.

"Gulaah!" Ialda cried out in pain. Kenshin held his open hand out in front of him, a dense ball of youki and mana pooling in front of it.

"Haa!" Kenshin shouted out, driving it into Ialda's body sending her rocketing backward. Kenshin noticed as she landed, that the Raiten Taisou II had canceled out. "This is all you can do with lightning fast speed and mental synapses? Pathetic." Kenshin sneered as he walked up to her. "I'd rather Negi herself use it. She actually knows how." Kenshin closed his eyes, letting out a gruff sigh. "Leave."

"? !" Ialda's eyes widened. "What?"

"Leave." Kenshin said with a glare. "You're boring me and I haven't actually figured out how to really save Negi yet. As frustrating as it is. I have to beat you away for now. Now...get out of my sight." He said as waves of intimidation rolled off him.

"!" Ialda stepped back reflexively as Kenshin walked away from her. "This...boy...this arrogant child thinks he's better than me? !" She shot her hands forward, numerous black tendrils rushing toward Kenshin. "I didn't say you could leave you arrogant cur!"

The tendrils of darkness impacted Kenshin's location, but what she heard next wasn't something she liked. "That was a mistake."

"!" Ialda's eyes widened before Kenshin's leg kicked her in the side of the head, sending her on a painful tumble.

"But then again. If you wanna be my personal punching bag some more." Kenshin said with a smirk. "I won't argue...Katensou Eruption!" He said stabbing Kuroi Jigoku into the ground.

"!" Ialda leaped off the ground as flame spears shot out of the ground covering a wide swath of land.

"After all!" Kenshin said throwing a single large flame spear at her. "I've still got a mountain of shit to work through, and beating you down is pure catharsis for me!"

"Reflexio!" Ialda shouted out, reflecting the spear backward, however, she was shocked when it came right back. "What the? !" She kept reflecting it, but it kept coming back. "Are you doing this? !"

"Actually you are." Kenshin said crossing his arms. "Remember, all the elements are possessing you right now. This is Flame Possession. With Salamander's magic in your body, all my flame attacks are now basically heatseeking. Also, you should know that while you were in Negi's lightning form, I was sandbagging you a bit with Earth Possession, but that shouldn't have mattered as much as it did, you were just terrible at using it."

"!" Ialda created a non reflecting barrier as the spear shot down from directly above her, letting it crash her into the ground.

"!" Kenshin raised his arm as a shadowy tendril slashed at him. He looked down at his forearm, seeing a light wound.

"I don't know what you're playing at here Kenshin, but you'll fail like you did the first time...and just like all the others did." Ialda said, scowling at him.

"Keep telling yourself that." Kenshin said as a wall of flame spears appeared behind him.

"If the elemental power is in my body...I should be able to make use of it..." Ialda thought as the spears shot toward her.

"Oh?" Kenshin said as his spears stopped before impacting her.

"I knew it." Ialda said with a smirk. "You're a fool to give me your power Kenshin."

"Heheheh. That's fine Ialda...you can have those." Kenshin said, snapping his fingers.

"!" Ialda's eyes widened as another wall of spears erected, easily quadruple the size of the one she took over.

"Because I've got thousands more!" Kenshin said, sending those after her.

"There's too many to stop!" Ialda said as she tried to erect a barrier, but that too was broke. "Uuuaaaahhh! !" She cried out in agony.

"What's the matter? !" Kenshin said leaping above her."I thought pain and misery were your fuel!" Kenshin raised his right arm, which glew brightly with a red light. "I am the last guardian of the Six Paths of Peace...and I will be YOUR END!" He punched downward. "Burning Meteor Blade! !"

A massive copy of Kenshin's dual bladed naginata roared toward Ialda and stabbed into the ground next to her and detonated in a bright explosion of crimson flames. Kenshin landed on the ground.

A distance away, Tamamo stood on the cliff of Olympus Mons. After Nagi's death, Zect had deteriorated, saying that with Nagi gone, his life force was fading. "I'm glad Makai is doing well now. Please make it forget my crimes."

"..." Tamamo stared at the spectacle before her with a pensive gaze. "Kenshin's got this well in hand, but the attitude he's taking...is unnerving." Tamamo said. "I've never seen him so eager to beat someone into the dirt, just for the sheer enjoyment of it."

"Just who is this Ialda woman?" Tamamo recalled asking Yukari in the past.

"She's a woman with an empathic link to those suffering in torment and anguish in both the multiverse and in the Impure World." Yukari said. "She's also the one that was in control of Hottan's actions...basically...she's the one who put Kenshin on the hellish path he's been walking."

"..." Tamamo narrowed her eyes solemnly. "Even if I could stop Kenshin. I don't think I should...if...if I had the chance to make Ilias...or Yama rather pay for what they did...I...I wouldn't want anyone interfering. Still this power I'm feeling from Kenshin...it's on par with Mother's, the Dark Goddess."

At Lucifer's Castle Ajuka turned to Sirzechs. "Don't you think Kenshin's taking this a little too far?"

"He seems intent on making that woman suffer." Michael said.

"...That's because she made him suffer much worse." Sirzechs said staring at the screen. "He could keep doing this for months on end and it still wouldn't equal what she did to him."

"Yeah, but what if Kenshin accidentally kills her? Wouldn't he get possessed then?" Ajuka asked.

"No...even in his rage...Kenshin knows what he's doing." Sirzechs said.

"The kid's going to be fine, but making that woman retreat is proving to be rather troublesome." Azazel said.

"..." Serafall stared at the screen in worry.

"Something wrong Serafall? Worried about your boy toy?" Falbium asked only to get pelted with a pink orb.

"Shut up Falbium." Serafall said with a glare. "...it's just...the things he's been saying. About hating himself...what she said about him being paranoid about things going to hell again..."

Sirzechs closed his eyes. "Both are true." Sirzechs said with a sigh. "Other than Ialda, Kenshin hates no one else other than himself...and though he's terrific at hiding it, he's extremely paranoid as well. He's always worried about...and I'm quoting him here...'things going to shit.'" He glanced at Serafall, still seeing the worried look on her face. "Serafall...they tease you about it, but I know you love him deep down...but...you and everyone else need to know this." He thought.

Ialda was hunched over in the smoke from Kenshin's attack, but...she was smirking. "This...boy..,,he...truly thinks he's more powerful than I..." Ialda's scleras turned blood red. "Then I shall put him to the test!"

"!" Negi's eyes widened. "I-I have to warn Kenshin someho-!"

"No." Ialda said, completely silencing Negi.

"..." Kenshin's smirk widened as Ialda emerged from the smoke. "Ready for more hell you megalomaniac? I'll show you how in vain it is...it might as well be called Megalovania." He said with a soulless laugh.

"Cute..." Ialda said with a smirk.

Ialda rushed Kenshin who swung his arm toward her, sending numerous fire spears at Ialda.

"Hmn!" Ialda smirked and batted all the fire spears that were going to strike her, while dodging the others. "This feeling...it's been so long..."

"!" Kenshin dodged as Ialda tried to cleave him in two. "She's going for the kill now!" He thought.

"Kenshin...I have to thank you...it's been so long...since I've been forced to use my own hatred and resentment to fuel me before..." Ialda thought.

"Wind Possession!" Kenshin said raising his hand sending Ialda flying backward. He stabbed his sword into the ground. "Katensou Eruption!"

"..." Ialda turned her head to the bed of flame spears that she was about to be thrust upon, already seeing the ones that would strike vitals receding. "No." She said using Ensis Exsequens' magic blade to stab into the ground to halt her advance.

"!" Kenshin's eyes widened a bit, but his smirk widened as her eyes bled with a vicious smirk. . "Finally figured it out, huh you genocidal cunt?"

Negi banged her fists on the vision before her with tears in her eyes. "No! Kenshin you have to run away!" She shouted in vain.

"You just don't learn do you?" Kenshin asked as Ialda approached him.

"If you're truly stronger than me, prove it, it will be your downfall you fool." Ialda said with a wide smirk as tears of blood rolled down her cheeks.

"DON'T THREATEN ME WITH A GOOD TIME!" Kenshin yelled out with a smirk.

"Fine then, but your arrogance will be your downfall fool!" Ialda said.

"!" Kenshin's eyes widened a bit as numerous bones erupted from the earth. It took him a moment to realize these were skeletons as they congealed together.

"I have more than three billion souls raging about inside me from the Impure world and our home universe." Ialda said. "Let's see how you do against them!"

Kenshin watched as a titantic black, skeletal giant formed in front of him. "Oofaa...that thick of a boner in between me and you? Looks like I might need some help." Kenshin said as he leaped out of the way of the titan's hand grab, flying high into the night sky as all of his Balance Breaker jewels turned red. "I'll be taking back Flame Possession for this." All of the jewels fused into the space of his raised hands, congealing into a single, fiery singularity.

"Whatever it is you're planning it won't work!" Ialda roared.

"Don't you ever get tired of being wrong? !" Kenshin yelled back as he sent the fiery singularity crashing to the ground, it spread, burning away all the plant life his aura had created over the course of the battle and remained.

"Hn..?" Ialda grunted curiously from her vantage point at the chest of the skeletal titan.

"Welcome to the Sea of Flames." Kenshin said lowering his hands. "But that's only part one of my technique!" He said as he dove into the flames.

"What is he doing?" Ialda said with a snarl.

"As is the case in oceans, there's something living in this ocean, but just one thing." Kenshin's voice rang across the clearing as he began rising back out of the flames. He stood on the head of a massive, but slender looking serpent. "The mythology for this creature usually places it in the water, but I think this name is apt." Kenshin said. "Bony bitch, meet the Flame Leviathan." He smirked a bit. "We'll just call her Levia for short."

Back in Lucifer's Castle. Falbium smiled coyly. "Aw Serafall, he named his new pet after you."

"Falbium, shut up." Serafall said with an embarrassed blush. "If you don't then I'll cram an ice staff where the sun don't shine."

"Your pathetic flame serpent won't be enough to win here!" Ialda shouted as the skeletal titan moved it's hands forward, sending a torrent of darkness at Kenshin and Levia.

Kenshin sat down and extended his hand forward. "Get 'em girl."

Levia opened her mouth and exhaled a burst of white hot flames to counter the torrent of bones and darkness. "Good girl! You're doing great!" Kenshin laughed as the torrent of bones was being pushed back.

"Krrrrhhh!" Ialda growled.

"Hm?" Kenshin watched as a figure shot toward him. He stood up and and held Kuroi Jigoku outward, realizing Ialda had detached herself from the titan momentarily. She clashed against him with Ensis Exsequens active. "You're gonna have to try harder than this if you wanna beat me Ialda." Kenshin said as he shoved her back and extended his hand closing his fist.

"!" Ialda flew backward, avoiding the pillars of fire that erected from the sea of flames.

"How does it feel to have the toy for your amusement fight back and start kicking your ass? !" Kenshin shouted across the clearing as the struggle for dominance between Levia and the skeletal titan ceased.

"That's what you think!" Ialda shouts as her titan cocked it's fist back and punched Kenshin's Levia.

The flaming serpent recoiled from the strike, but her tail swung upward, and sliced slapped the side of the titan's face, blowing half of it away. "Heh." Kenshin closed his eyes. "Levia...sick 'em!"

Levia rushed forward, mouth open poised to strike. Ialda's titan grabbed it and squeezed roughly. "Interesting! This flame serpent is almost like a living being!" Ialda laughed as Levia cried out in pain.

"Exactly...now stop being so rough with her!" Kenshin said leaping off Levia's head and bearing down on the titan's elbow joint. "Heavenly Demon Revival! Gaia!"

(Boom!)

Kenshin's Kuroi Jigoku made contact and sliced through the joint and severed the arm. Kenshin glanced over at Ialda. "Your bones are easy to break Ialda."

"Hrmn!" Ialda grunted as the titan's other arm punched toward Kenshin.

"BRING IT ON!" Kenshin said cocking his fist back, the elements surrounding them. His fist met the titan's. "G-Grrrhhh!" Kenshin growled, a strained look on his face.

"You've bitten off more than you can chew boy!" Ialda said as her titan sent Kenshin rocketing backward.

"!" Levia sank into the fire sea and rushed toward Kenshin, surfacing and catching Kenshin in her mouth. She kept it open and let Kenshin fly out.

"Thanks for the assist." Kenshin said petting her snout. "Hm?" He heard the earth quaking a bit and turned to see Ialda's titan rushing them, fully healed. "Heheheheh." Kenshin chuckled. "Three billion souls huh? Your healing factor's probably as strong as MINE!"(1 )

"Graah!" Ialda roared. "I don't need your body if you've proven to be a nuisance! I'll just rip out the Primordial core!"

"So you want my SOUL huh? !" Kenshin said with a wide smirk. "COME AND TAKE IT FROM ME IF YOU CAN! ! LEVIA ATTACK!"

Levia lunged forward her fiery teeth sinking into the titan's fist as it punched at her. She closed her jowels...and ripped the fist from the titan's hand. "Heh."

"Graaahhh!" Ialda roared in pain.

"Heheheheheh." Kenshin chuckled darkly. "I knew that wouldn't feel too good." He said. "Spit it out Levia. Wouldn't want us to get tainted by her rancid mana."

"Pffthaaa." Levia spit the fist out and all it's bones.

"You seem to have gotten a power boost Baoth...but it doesn't seem too reliable!" Kenshin said punching his fists together before pulling them apart, creating a flame whip which he held in hand. "Levia, you have your command." Kenshin said.

Levia circled around the skeletal titan, peppering with with fire while Kenshin cleaved off it's dark and bony flesh with his whip listening to Ialda's cries of pain. "You know! I'm beginning to see what she sees in this!" Kenshin said.

Back in Phoenix, Xenovia turned to Akeno who was giggling and licking her lips. "U-Uh...A-Akeno?" She said. "Are you OK?"

"Is it weird that I want him to use that whip on me?" Akeno asked, licking her fingers.

"K-Kiiinnndddaa...?" Xenovia said with an unsure look. "I-I think this is the first time I've seen her like this! What in the Lord's name is she into? !" She thought. (2 )

"..." Rias turned her head to her Queen with an exasperated look. "Really Akeno...you couldn't tune down the S and M this one time?" She thought.

Back at the battlefield Levia and Kenshin stopped in front of Ialda's skeletal titan. Ialda scowled hatefully at Kenshin who smirked back. "Now you know how I FEEL ABOUT YOU!" He said. "I despise you...to my very core...Heheheheh..." Kenshin chuckled darkly. "And I just adore that pained look in your eyes when I cut in to you."

"You...arrogant..." Ialda growled.

"It's not arrogance if I act like it and I back it up!" Kenshin said slashing Kuroi Jigoku outward. "That's just a fact...I am stronger than you Ialda." Kenshin said. "You better hope I never find out how to end your sorry life."

"..." Ialda paused. "Wait...why am I getting so upset? Isn't my goal to have him kill me...so I can possess him?" She bowed her head with a smirk. "Yes...I was goaded into this strength contest...and I'm satisfied with what I've seen...with Kenshin's power combined with my own...I will be unstoppable!" She thought.

Negi heard this and kept bashing her fists on the vision in front of her. "Kenshin please! Calm down and run away! ! She's guiding you into a trap! !"

"If that's what you say brat!" Ialda said sending waves of skeletal beams at Kenshin and Levia.

"Your work is done Levia, I'll be needing my power back!" Kenshin said. Levia and the sea of fire vanished as the orbs lined up on the fist Kenshin had not used his ultimate attack on against Nagi. "Perfected Crimson Dragon's Fist! !" Kenshin roared, his fist slamming into Ialda's chest, driving her through the skeletal titan's chest and out the back. It vanished and Ialda got back up of the ground after she crashed, making a crater.

"Had enough?" Kenshin said landing across her with a smirk.

"Such ferocity..." Ialda said with a smirk of her own, blood tears rolling down her face. "I gotta ask...where was this when you killed the Kuroshi and Tsuki clans?"

"!" Kenshin's eyes widened a bit, his head bowing, his smirk disappearing. "...What...did you say?"

"RyuuTaisho and Aki aside...the screams of your kin...as you ended their lives." Ialda said with a shrug. "It must have been...quite horrifying."

"K...Kkrrhh.." Kenshin growled.

"How did you react to it all? It must have been so saddening...it makes me laugh." Ialda said with a chuckle.

"Aaahh! !" Kenshin grabbed his head and screamed. "Aaaah! !" He thrashed. "NO! NO! ! NO! ! NO! !" "I..I DIDN'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN! SOMEBODY PLEASE WAKE ME UP ! ! THIS HAS TO BE A NIGHTMARE! ! PLEASE! !"

"G..Grrhhh..." Kenshin growled again, that scene from so long ago replaying in his head. He vanished and reappeared in front of Ialda, backhanding Ialda through a stalagmite. He ran forward and kicked her into the air and took to the skies, hammering her to the ground with both hands. He landed on the ground and walked forward as Ialda got up.

"You know, I can hear some of their voices...how they howl for your blood to be spilled. Too bad...to have your own kin revile you." Ialda said with a smirk.

"Shut up..." Kenshin said.

"Hmmm?" Ialda said holding a hand to her ear. "Come again...I couldn't quite hear you over the screams of the people you've killed."

"I SAID SHUT UP! !" Kenshin roared, appearing above her, and punching her on top of her head, slamming her into the ground. As she bounced upward, Kenshin's leg swung upward, kicking her into the sky. He rushed her and grabbed her by the face and immediately went into a spin, getting faster and faster as a whipping whirlwind encased them both. "Grraah!" He yelled out as he threw Ialda to the ground at breakneck speeds.

Ialda got back up and raised her hands, two Ensis Exsequens spells activating. "Have to at least make this look convincing." She thought as she charged Kenshin.

(Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!)

Sonicbooms rang across the battlefield as Kenshin and Ialda dueled. Ialda smirked and pulled Kenshin in and whispered something into his ear. (3 )

"? !" Kenshin's eyes widened in shock. "You're lying!"

"Hmhmhmhm...fraid not my dear Kenshin." Ialda said. "See...I'm not as talented at lying as you are. Kind of how you lied to them for years on end as you trained them."

"!" Kenshin shoved Ialda away and slashed Kuroi Jigoku at her. "Katensho!"

(Boom!)

"Hrrgh! Hrrghh!" Kenshin growled and panted as Ialda emerged from the smoke.

In Phoenix Chamo stared at the screen in worry. "What is it Chamo-San?" Asia asked.

"...Kenshin's lost this fight." Chamo said.

"W-What do you mean?" Gasper asked.

"Ialda's finally realized Kenshin has no intention of actually killing her, in his right state of mind." Chamo said exhaling smoke.

"So...that's why she's saying all of those things to him?" Gabriel asked.

"Yes. After all, what's the one thing you can't really do when you're blindingly infuriated?" Tertium asked.

"? !" Everyone's eyes widened in shock.

"Either Kenshin-kun kills Ialda, and becomes shackled to the Resonance, his mind broken from killing Negi-San again." Kiba said.

"Or he burns himself out, until there's nothing left of him." Rugal said.

"Everyone stop..." Hikari said to those about to take off.

"H-Hikari-San, w-what are you saying? !" Issei said.

"...We'd never make it in time, Tamamo's there, but...I don't think even she could stop Kenshin as he is now." Hikari said, her body shaking...hands balled into fists.

"So we're expected to just watch this? !" Rias shouted out.

"WE DON'T HAVE A CHOICE! !" Hikari screamed out.

Back at the battlefield Ialda smirked coyly. "Tell me Kenshin...how did your father die the first time? Was it painful? I hope it was..."

"K-Krrrrggh!" Kenshin growled angrily. "I-Ialda...all of those things happened...because of you...and for that you will die a thousand times over!"

"!" Ialda was raised off the ground against her will as large boulders raised to her left, right and above her.

"Graah!" Kenshin started swinging his arms frantically, sending Ialda crashing into the rocks over and over again.

"Wait! I have an idea!" Sona said grabbing Rias' shoulder. "Your brother! He can move Kenshin away from her with his spell!"

"!" Rias' eyes widened in realization. "You're right!" She opened a communication circle.

"Hm?" Sirzechs said. "Rias?" He said seeing her image in front of him on the table.

"Onii-Sama, you have to move Kenshin to wherever you are now! Calm him down!" Rias said.

"Rias, I'm watching the fight myself, Kenshin seems to be...!" Sirzechs was cut off.

"Ialda's trying to get Kenshin to kill her so her power, the Resonance possesses him!" Rias said. "If...If he kills her...and that Negi girl too...he won't recover! Please! Save Kenshin in my stead!"

"Rias..." Sirzechs said with wide eyes.

"What are you waiting for Sirzechs-Chan! Cast the spell!" Serafall berated.

"I will! It just takes a bit!" Sirzechs said as he stood up.

"I agree with your sister on this. Kenshin's looking awfully ragged right now." Azazel said watching the screen as Kenshin's Wind Possession got progressively weaker. "If he goes any further, he'll burn himself out."

"...!" Ophis' eyes widened a margin.

"..." Sun Wukong looked over at her. "Is...that worry...I see in her eyes?"

Kenshin held Ialda in front of him, gasping for air as his legs wobbled. His Wind Possession gave out and Ialda charged him, slashing at his waist with her magic sword. "!" Kenshin leaped into the air. "Levia!" He said as the head of the flame Leviathan appeared next to him and exhaled flames before disappearing. Ialda dodged these flames as Kenshin landed back on the ground. "G-Guuhh...!" Kenshin's right eye narrowed as his left stayed wide open. "!" His knees hit the ground as he scowled, but then bowed his head. He looked up and saw Ialda approaching and held his hand out, summoning flame spears.

However only three materialized and sailed toward Ialda. "Hmn..." Ialda smacked the first two out of the way, before grabbing the third. "How quaint...this battle ends as the first one between us then. With you burning yourself out...and me standing tall as the victor." Ialda said with a cruel smirk.

"No! No! No!" Negi bashed her fists against the vision, tears rolling down her face. Suddenly the vision cracked. "!" She paused and looked at her hands as Ialda slowly stalked Kenshin like a predator toward it's prey. "This is...the ninth spell I ever learned...the spell I tried to destroy Hottan with...Manus Jaldae...The Hand of Ialda...imbued with the White of Mars and my own Black of Venus...I assumed it would destroy him! But maybe it can help me escape!" Negi thought as she kept bashing her fists against the vision, further damaging it.

Ialda raised her hand, covered in her sickly, rancid mana as her smirk widened. "I think I'll still possess your body, but why don't I give you a little taste of what your destiny holds?" She said. "After all...why recycle the ending to our first fight when you were ten, where I left you lying in a pool of your own blood?"

"Just hurry up and end it already you bitch.." Kenshin said bowing his head with a smile. "When your mana enters me...a seal will activate under my chin, which will fire a flame spear into my brain..." A couple of tears rolled down his face. "I...I'm so sorry everyone...but it's time for me to go." He thought as Ialda stood in front of him as he closed his eyes.

"Accept your gift!" Ialda said thrusting her hand forward.

(squelch!)

"!" Ialda's eyes widened.

"?" Kenshin felt no pain, and looked up curiously. "...? ! !" His eyes widened in absolute horror and dread at what he saw.

In front of him, stood Negi, the real Negi, blood seeping from her lips as Ialda's mana pumped into her, smiling. "It...actually worked...I managed to free myself in time..." Negi said.

"YOU! GET BACK HERE! !" Ialda reached for Negi with.

"WIND POSSESSION! ! !" Kenshin screamed out sending Ialda flying through several far away stalagmites.

Negi fell forward into Kenshin's arms. He looked down at her with wide, twitching eyes. "Ne-Negi...N-No..! !"

Negi smiled with tears rolling down her face as she fell to her knees, looking Kenshin in the eyes. "Things...always seem to get in the way of me being with you..." She said as she reached into one of her pockets. "Here...take these...end...Ialda... with them." She said placing two cards into Kenshin's hand. She closed her eyes with a serene smile on her face. "And...please...enjoy the future for me and know...I love you."

"! !" Kenshin's eyes widened in dread as she went limp in his arms. "No...No...please no.." Kenshin said as tears rolled down his face. "Please! Not again! Don't make me watch you die in my arms again! ! PLEASE! !" He cried out. "PLEASE! ! !" He screamed out.

"Heheheheheheh..." Ialda's dark chuckles filled the area.

"Please! ! Please open your eyes! !" Kenshin cried out. "I've been gone for so long, but...I'm here now...! Don't leave again...please! !"

"Heheheheheheheheheh!" Ialda chuckled darkly even more.

"..." Kenshin's eyes squeezed shut. "First...you have Forbesii poison my father...limiting his time with Mom, Yukari, Miyuki and I..." Kenshin said. "Then...you go as far as to kidnap Mom and Yukari...and force Miyuki to be born into such misery...instead of a loving family like she should have been!" Kenshin said. "And now...you...you've taken Negi away from me for a second time..." Kenshin said, his body shaking.

"I have to ask Kenshin. What hurts most...?" Ialda asked. "Holding another dying loved one in your arms...or breaking your promise to her? AGAIN!"

"..." Kenshin bowed his head, his entire body shaking in anger. "I...I..Ialldddaaaaaa! !" He snarled as he stood back up, his golden eyes openly leaking numerous tears as he scowled hatefully at Ialda. "I WILL KILL YOU! ! !" He screamed in bloody anger as it began to storm around them, lightning crashing all around them as rain poured ceaselessly.

"Hmn..." Ialda smirked. "Aren't you all out of gas?" She asked..

"Well, it's a good thing I know how to juice up." Kenshin said crossing his arms and thrusting them outward. "Haaaaaaaaaaaa! !" Kenshin roared.

"? !" Koneko's eyes widened as energy started to flow toward Kenshin.

"Koneko, what is it? !" Ravel asked

"I...It's Senjutsu." Koneko said.

"!" Sun Wukong watched this from Lucifer's Castle. "That amount of Senjutsu youki? ! He can't possibly control that amount of it!"

"!" Kenshin's left arm warped into a dragon's arm. "I...Ialdaaaaaaaa! !" Kenshin roared as he slashed Kuroi Jigoku outward, batting Ialda into a pillar with a burst of wind. The next moment Kenshin appeared above her, Kuroi Jigoku gone, but Kenshin's hands arranged as if he were holding a sword anyway. "Adeat." He said as Negi's pactio artifact appeared in his left hand.

"!" Tertium's eyes widened in shock as he saw this from Phoenix. "Negi's artifact? !"

"What is it Tertium-San?" Issei asked.

"Kenshin was able to call upon Negi's artifact just now." Tertium said.

"Is there something it can do to help him?" Reya asked.

"Negi's artifact has the ability to call upon the artifacts of her Ministras, or her partners." Tertium said. "When a pactio is made a card appears and speaking that term makes it appear. Negi's artifact is extremely rare as usually the magister or magistra cannot use his or her ministers' or ministras' artifacts without them first calling them for themselves."

"But...how does that help him now? From what she displayed. Nothing could help Kenshin destroy Ialda now." Rossweisse said.

"There is." Chachamaru said. "...and I just know Negi-Sensei gave it to him before she lost consciousness."

Kenshin bore down on Ialda, his hands still arranged as if he were holding a sword. "..." Ialda's eyes narrowed. "What is he...wait...is that her artifact? !" She thought as she saw Negi's artifact in his hand.

"Adeat!" Kenshin shouted.

"! !" Ialda's eyes widened further, seeing a large sword appear in Kenshin's hand. She held a familiar staff in front of her to block it.

"Grrhh!" Kenshin growled in rage as he landed on the ground. He stepped forward and launched her backward, sending her on a painful tumble across the ground. He reeled back his large sword. "Death...Sword...Cha...os...Star!" Kenshin shouted, slashing his sword five times, each slash launching a Katensho at Ialda.

"! !" Ialda's eyes widened as she could do nothing to avoid the attacks.

From Phoenix Xenovia narrowed her eyes curiously. "What is that sword...and why does that Ialda woman look positively horrified that Kenshin has it?"

"That sword is the artifact of Asuna Kagurazaka, the first Ministra Negi ever took." Tertium said. "She's also known as the Twilight Imperial Princess and has a very special ability called White of Mars."

"White of Mars?" Irina asked. "What's that?"

"Basically in a layman's terms, it's referred to as Magic Cancel, and that ability is imbued with that blade Kenshin-Aniki's now using" Chamo said. (A/N: If it's actually not in Negima/UQ Holder! I don't care, it's a thing in this story)

"What does that mean?" Bennia asked.

"Magic Cancel is the only ability that can destroy the Resonance that Ialda possesses." Tertium said closing his eyes. "As always Negi, you're a step ahead of me. Uplinking your mana to Kenshin's at a genetic level, so he could use your artifacts. I never would have even thought of that. You just wanted me to free Asuna as a backup plan in case Kenshin never showed back up."

"But wait, if that sword has the ability to cancel magic, how was Kenshin still able to use the Heavenly Fire Strike?" Kiba asked.

"Because that technique is a mixture of both mana and youki. It lost the mana, but still had Kenshin's youki." Sona said. "Kenshin explained this to me before."

"Krh..." Ialda growled as she got back to her feet. "That girl, she planned this from the start." Ialda said scowling at Negi, who laid behind Kenshin, she noticed someone picking her up and carrying her off, but paid it no mind. She leaped into the sky and bore down on Kenshin. "She planned to have her artifact cards copied and given to him, but now he has the genuine articles!"

Kenshin leaped toward her and sliced the arm holding the staff clean off. "Put that down! It doesn't belong to you! It's Nagi's memento to Negi!" Kenshin shouted.

"..." Ialda landed on the ground and slowly turned to find Kenshin scowling at her as he approached.

"You've had this coming for a long time Ialda...the end is near." Kenshin said. "Time to die."

In Lucifer's Castle, Sirzechs was about to complete the spell, unaware of what was going on when Ophis cut in. "Devil King."

"What is it?" Sirzechs asked.

"Instead of warping Kenshin somewhere, send the Monkey King and I there, to where he is." Ophis said.

"Huh?" Sirzechs said.

"After this is over, Kenshin's going to need someone to handle the Senjutsu ki that he absorbed. Yes. I agree." Sun Wukong said. "Send us there."

"But I could do that after I warp him away." Sirzechs said.

"No, I agree as well. Just before she lost consciousness, that Negi girl handed Kenshin something, and now Ialda Baoth is cowered by it." Azazel said. "She's looking for an opportunity to escape."

"Huh?" Sirzechs turned his head and watched. "...Alright, just give me a minute."

"Fine, I'll need that same minute." Ophis said

At the battlefield, Ialda growled. "Someone's got a high opinion of themselves, if they think they can kill me now!"

"..." Kenshin watched as thousands of shadowy tendrils rushed toward him. "Hrrrmmnn!" He grunted and slashed his sword outward, obliterating them all.

"!" Ialda felt Kenshin behind her at the next moment and immediately warped out of the way as the area she previously occupied exploded in flames. When they cleared, Kenshin knelt there, the blade stabbed into the ground. Something was wrong, he couldn't feel Ialda's presence anymore.

"That's enough for tonight." Ialda's voice rang through the clearing. "We'll continue this soon though, just come and meet me...where the pain began." She said as her voice began to fade.

Kenshin stood up, looking at the sky with a deep scowl, teeth grinding together in fury. "GET BACK HERE AND FIGHT YOU COWARD! !"

No response was gained. The sword in Kenshin's hand disappeared as he grabbed his head, roaring in pain. "G-Grrrraaaahhhh! ! !"

"Oh no!" Sun Wukong said with wide eyes. "The Senjutsu is taking it's toll on him! Sirzechs-Sama you need to hurry!"

"A-Alright! Done! Here you go!" Sirzechs said as Sun Wukong and Ophis disappeared.

Tamamo watched this as she held Negi in her tails. "Kenshin! What's wrong? !"

"Hurts...It...Hurts so badly! !" Kenshin yelled. "U-Uuuaaarrrrrgghh! !"

"Leave it to me..."

Tamamo looked over to see Sun Wukong and Ophis, who looked to be in a more mature form. "Who...?"

"..." Ophis appeared in front of Kenshin. "Kenshin.." She said placing her hands on Kenshin's shoulders.

"Nnghh?" Kenshin raised his head to meet her gaze. "? !" His eyes widened as she closed the gap between them, lips pressed against his own. The aura around Kenshin dissipated as Ophis pulled away. "..." He stared at her.

"Are you OK?" Ophis asked.

"Y...Yes...I'm just...really exhausted." Kenshin said.

"..." Ophis stared at the look Kenshin was giving her. "He...seems confused..." Ophis thought. "Was it what I did...or...?

"Hm...seems the pain was caused by him bleeding the Senjutsu out himself." Sun Wukong said. "Seems I wasn't needed after all."

"Could you please take a look at her then." Tamamo said laying Negi on the ground. "Kenshin's been wracking his brain on how to save her..."

"..." Sun Wukong knelt down and scanned her over. "Just looking at her, I can tell this poisonous mana inside her is similar to the dragon eater's, but...at the same time I can also sense a resistance. Almost like she's dealt with this before, however...I also know that if I touch it directly with my ki...it will infect me too."

"According to Evangeline she has." Tamamo said. "I'll let everyone know to meet back at the ship."

At Phoenix the news broadcaster came back on screen. "Everyone...I think that's it. This will conclude our broadcast."

"Everyone, we need to go." Rias said.

"Hold on." Some of the townspeople said. "Will you all be coming back here?"

"After that, he could probably use time to recover, so probably." Issei said with a nod.

"OK, some of us would like to send along a message...to Kenshin Kuroshi..."

"OK. We'll definitely be back then." Issei nodded as the devils, fallen angel and angel all left.

An hour later everyone, the climbing team included met up at the Paru-Sama's deck. "Are there any injured?" Asia said.

"We got Sairaorg, Evangeline, Yukari, and Granberia able enough to walk, but the first three really took some licks from Nagi." Miyuki said. "My arm's totally screwed, but that can wait, Saji was hurt too..."

"Yukari healed me well enough while Kenshin was still breaking his seal." Saji said.

"Speaking of...where is Kenshin?" Yukari said. "He didn't meet back up with us...neither did Tamamo."

"Well..." Rias said looking away.

"...What happened? Awhile ago, we felt an explosion of power down there." Evangeline said.

"After Kenshin defeated Nagi Springfield...Ialda Baoth showed up. It was her power you felt." Sona said.

"What? !" Yukari, Miyuki and Evangeline all shout.

"What happened? ! Is Kenshin hurt? ! Is he...!" Yukari was cut off.

"Kenshin's fine." Everyone turned to find Tamamo. "I was watching the whole fight as were you all I'm certain." She said looking over at Issei's group. "He's OK, physically anyway."

"Right..." Rias said.

"During the fight, Kenshin-San underwent some sort of metamorphosis." Chachamaru said.

"What kind?" Sairaorg asked.

"Basically...he became a demigod." Sona said.

"A demigod? You mean like...half god?" Saji asked.

"Yes. We couldn't really feel his power, but...Kenshin basically used his power to utterly dominate Ialda for awhile." Issei said. "He was able to possess her with the elements."

"You mean he actually was able to use Wind, Earth, Water and Fire Possession on Ialda of all people?" Yukari asked with wide eyes.

"Whoa...Kenshin was actually that much stronger than her?" Evangeline said.

"Yes." Momo nodded. "We have a recording of it, if...you'd like to watch for proof."

"OK...um...what else?" Miyuki said.

"Well, something else happened..." Ravel said. "That girl that woman was possessing...she managed to free herself."

"? ! !" Yukari, Miyuki and Evangeline all let out shocked gasps.

"Yes...just as Kenshin-kun ran out of gas, Negi-San broke free of Ialda's control, but it came at a cost." Kiba said. "She's been poisoned by Ialda's mana."

"Shit! After we check on Kenshin, we need to get to Negi immediately!" Yukari said to Evangeline and Miyuki.

"Yeah!" Miyuki said.

"Right." Evangeline nodded.

"I'll come with you." Hikari nodded.

"After that...Kenshin-Sama's rage...just...exploded." Gabriel said.

"...I'd imagine." Yukari said. "Negi's life was put in danger...and he was probably already infuriated because of Nagi's death."

"Also, Kenshin was able to use Negi's pactio artifacts as his own." Kazumi said.

"Not surprising, Negi's been sending him her mana through a genetic uplink since they first encountered each other in Makai." Miyuki said. "The cards probably recognized Kenshin as Negi."

"Alright, enough talking, let's get inside." Erubetie said.

"So you're basically a shapeshifter?" They heard Kenshin ask.

"Yes." Ophis replied, having reverted to her usual form.

"That's pretty cool." Kenshin grinned.

Ophis turned and saw everyone approaching. She approached them before they could get too close. "He's back to normal, power wise, but there is...a problem."

Rias walked by Ophis and embraced Kenshin tightly. "Kenshin, we're so glad you're OK."

"..." Yukari stared at Kenshin, seeing the look on his face. "Why does he look so confused?" She thought.

"Kenshin?" Rias said, realizing that Kenshin hadn't hugged her back.

"..." Kenshin looked down at her. "...Who are you?"

"? !" Rias looked up, taken aback by the question. "K-Kenshin? What are you talking about, it's me, Rias, your fiancee."

"My...fiancee?" Kenshin said, stepping back to take her in. "Heh." A grin stretched across his face. "Man I must be pretty lucky then. You're really beautiful." He paused to grab his head. "Hnnn..." A pained look washed over his face. "Owowowowow...please go away headache."

"Um...Kenshin...how many of us do you remember?" Issei asked.

"Um...and you are?" Kenshin asked.

"Well he doesn't remember me." Issei said.

"..." Kenshin looked around. "...I'm sorry...but...I don't recognize any of you."

"No-Not even us?" Miyuki said, a conflicted look in her eyes.

"..." Kenshin's eyes narrowed solemnly. "...I'm sorry, but no."

Miyuki wiped her eyes and looked away. "I...It's OK."

"Your arm." Kenshin said appearing in front of her and grabbing it.

"G-Ghh..." Miyuki grunted in pain. "S-Stop..."

Kenshin took out several charms and activated them. He smiled. "There, they should start healing faster."

"..." Miyuki reached forward and embraced him. "Th-Thank you." She said with tears in her eyes.

"Um...hey..." Kenshin said. "We got a girl who's really sick in the next room...can some of you please go and help her. I've already got someone named Wukong helping but..."

"Right, let's go." Yukari and Evangeline said as they walked past him with Hikari and Miyuki.

"Kenshin..." Rias said.

"Hm? Yes?" Kenshin said.

"Do you really not remember any of us?" Rias said, with tears in her eyes.

"..." Kenshin narrowed his eyes solemnly. "Something in my body wants to...so badly remember you all, but..." He looked away regretfully. "Whenever I try, my mind gets all hazy and painful. It's like...my chest hurts...badly..."

"It'll be OK, we'll help you recover your memory." Issei said patting Kenshin on the shoulder.

"Hm?" Kenshin looked over at him and smiled. "Well...thank you for that."

"For example...!" Issei slipped behind Rias and started groping her chest.

"A-Aaahhnn!" Rias gasped and moaned at the contact.

Kenshin punched Issei on the head. "She said she was my fiancee...I don't think she'd like you groping her out of the blue you pervert." Kenshin said with a glare.

"But the other members of your harem are OK? !" Issei said.

"Harem? You mean like a group of women committed to one guy?" Kenshin asked. "I have one of those?"

"..." Everyone with romantic feelings for Kenshin all narrowed their eyes in sorrow.

Issei turned to everyone. "Sorry. I just put on that act to see if he'd get his memory back out of anger."

"We understand." Koneko said with a nod.

"Still...what do we do?" Irina asked. "If Kenshin-nii's memory is gone, how do we move forward?"

"K...Kenshin-nii?" Issei said.

"..." Irina looked away with a blush. "Ever since we met...he's been kind to me, teasingly so, but still." She said as her smile widened a bit. "I want to look at him as my older brother. I never had a sibling, but...I feel like this is what it's like."

"Uh...you do remember that he's..." Issei said.

"He has enough women interested in him to take care of that." Irina said with a smile. "Don't worry Issei-kun, I'm all yours."

"Hahahaha! OK." Issei laughed. "I mean I already looked at him like a brother anyway."

"Hmhmhm." Irina giggled.

"Well...we need to figure out what we'll do next, so, until further orders are given, everyone split up." Rias said with a smile.

"I agree." Sona said.

Everyone split apart, thinking about what they will do with the amnesia riddled Kenshin and the poisoned Negi Springfield.
