Alongside pointing out Tiva is an unhealthy mess with giving Timothy a needed push. (I know it's a cro but the crossover section is dicey on being seen)

When Ziva is grumpy Tony tries to cheer her up which did not work. Well... at first. Ziva let's Tony in and shares some of her childhood memories with him as her aunt Nettie sent her a package full of memories. Together with Tony she opens that package. Plays in Season 10.
