Issei: The Lemon, don't you think it was a waste to not do anything involving her Oppai? I mean...

Gabriel: (Blushes intensely and shields her chest from view.)

Draconis: Gabriel canonically he's already seen them, as for your question Issei...eh, kinda, but with how I was writing her in that scene. Being both a pure angel and a virgin, I couldn't fit it in anywhere and I wanted to just get the chapter itself out. I'll probably do more with her in the near future, especially given the plot I have lined up for her. That's why I went ahead and paired her and Kenshin.

The Forgotten One.

The area was a dark void with very few living beings stood in this area of numerous scattered towers of dark blue crystal like formations. However where there wasn't living, there was dead. Souls scattering every which way from their entry point at the end of a river. It was almost like it was a city devoid of life. Yes, A true...

City of Souls.

This was the place the Shinigami Yama called home. He sat on a seemingly frozen throne, a lifeless gale brushing through his gray hair. With him were Ragnarok, La Croix, or rather Shirome Artiste both who wore impassive gazes. A slender, near biomechanical like being with dull orange eyes and a third orbtial eye apparatus affixed to the crown of their head and three greenettes, one with forest green hair, impassive gray eyes wearing a kimono with a clock on her back, lacking hands while the other two wore simple green dresses, one eager, and the other irritated.

"Ahh, so Promestein defected eh?" Yama asked the biomechanoid. "That's what you gather, Laplace?"

"Yes." Laplace replied.

"Well, unfortunate, but I expected it." Yama said interlocking his fingers as his arms sat on his knees. A nonchalant look on her face.

"Well of course. Once you showed off your new corpse puppet Lucifina, twas to be expected. The woman could never get over the fact that you killed the fool." The eager looking greenette said.

"!" The woman in the kimono immediately scowled at her. "Have care for how you speak Lily Magistea. Say one more ill hearted thing of Lucifina and I'll remove your head myself." She seethed.

"Oh is that right Taimu? ! Come on then!" The now named Lily said with a wide smirk.

"Grrhhh!" The now named Taimu snarled and a massive welling of mana appeared around her.

"Hey." Yama snapped his fingers at Ragnarok.

"What? You might have me under control, but Lily stepped in this pile of excrement herself." Ragnarok said. "That much control, to stay out of squabbles I have nothing to do with still lies with me."

"Don't care, stop them." Yama said.

"Ugh." Ragnarok rolled his eyes and welled up his own power, fracturing the ground beneath all their feet.

"!" Lily and Taimu both shirked back.

"That's some real presence!" Lily thought.

"Even my time magic can't stop him." Taimu glowered as she relaxed her power.

"Good boy, good boy." Yama said throwing at small steak at Ragnarok's feet.

"...Krh..." Ragnarok closed his eyes, growling under his breath, relaxing his power, but not before incinerating the steak.

"Now Now, Taimu, you know as well as he does, that if you want to be a thorn in my side. I have no problems sending my younger brother here to murder your darling Draco in cold blood.

"..." Taimu closed her eyes, trying to take it in stride.

"Then, what's to stop me from making him a puppet and sending him to you, to torture you, break you in the worst ways he knows you fear." Yama said with a callous smirk, the three six marks glowly lightly.

"! !" Taimu's eyes snapped wide open, but any fire in her heart was now gone, a shiver running through her body.

"So what's it going to be? You gonna play ball, or dance with the god of death?" Yama said getting up out of his throne.

"...Krh...it won't happen...again..." Taimu said.

"It won't happen again, what? And take that growl out of your voice." Yama said.

"...It won't happen again, my lord." Taimu stated impassively, though on the inside, she felt utter disgust.

"Good girl. So you realize not even the deity of time can stand to Death" Yama said, slumping back onto his throne. "Now Lucia, you have confirmed what Shion said of our dear opposition?"

"Yes..." Lucia said, glaring at Lily. "All in all, Kenshin Tsuki Kuroshi has one glaring character flaw...according to Shion, he's something called a crashout."

"Ahh, I know what those are, people who throw their all into a situation, not caring how they come out of it, or even if they come out of it at all. He certainly displayed that against...shit...against both versions of Ialda, Forbesii and Rizevim and oh what a joy to watch it was to watch him pointlessly try and do it against Trihexa himself." Yama laughed. "Ragnarok, that's your ace in the hole? !"

"Yama, you greatly underestimate him, hell didn't you spend time with him, training his twin sister in illusions?" Ragnarok asked.

"Yes, but I have my own ace in the hole." Yama said.

"You mean my wife." The crowd turned to a black haired male, who looked to be in his late 30s wearing clothing that could only be called luxurious.

"Don't know if you can really call Shion your wife when she left your ass back in the day." Ragnarok said in disinterest. "Took her daughter with her too...to a boy younger than her."

"No, what that little bastard did was fuck up long term investments of mine."

"Yeah, right...gotta ask, how did it feel knowing she turned to a fifteen year old boy for comfort and support and that even her daughter was calling that same fifteen year old Papa?" Ragnarok asked. "You deadbeat ass bastard. Not even the clan of Devils you hail from was this fucking greedy Alferious Mammon."

"Grh!" Alferious growled.

"What? You want to swing on me?" Ragnarok seemed almost amused by this. "Just know I'll swing back and my swing will hurt thousands of times worse, boy."

"Ragnarok, Alferious. As much as I enjoy watching a good squabble, we have other pressing matters at hand." Yama scolded. "Now Alferious come with me, we're going to visit the mother and her child. I'd call them your wife and daughter, but let's face it, you never cared about them."

"Whatever." Alferious said crossing his arms. Yama eyes Alferious for a moment before getting up and walking past him, Alferious followed behind him. They walked for about ten minutes until they came up to a pair of figures. One whom was a young adult female, wearing a light jacket with a blue torso and white sleeves and a pair of jeans and black sneakers. Her hair was straight until it got to the ends, as it curled a bit and blonde in color. She had slightly tanned, but white skin and her eyes seemed almost pupil-less, but if one were to look closer, their red color got darker toward the center, and it had a thin silver ring marking off the pupil itself.

The other figure was a young girl, around the age of a certain son, of a certain crimson haired Satan. She wore a light jacket and a short sleeved shirt and shorts. She wore sandlas and actually had two different colors of hair. Black bangs while the rest of her hair was blonde like the adult woman's. She had hazel eyes.

"Mama...I miss Papa..." The young girl said with a sad tone in her voice.

"I know...I miss him too." The adult woman said with a sympathetic gaze.

"Well, then you'll be glad to know he's here." Alferious said walking up to the two.

"? !" The woman turned to Alferious with a scowl on her face, moving in between him and the young girl. "Genetically you might be her father, but you'll never measure up to the man Zetta was.

"I wasn't referring to myself Shion. Like I'd want to measure up to your ex anyway. He felt sorry for you, that's the only reason Zetta helped you." Alferious said with a callous smirk.

"Which even if that line of bullshit were true. Is STILL more than you ever did for us." Shion said, her scowl deepening. "You." She turned to Yama. "Do you not realize what exactly you brought back other than us? What do you need so badly that you had to bring all of us back?"

"First off...No?" Yama said with a confused look. "Second off, all will be revealed in due time. Shion, or should I say, Marina Shisui."

"Funny, I didn't realize the Shinigami got down with predators." Shion, her actual name Marina snorted.

"Predator? I just peeked into the afterlife to see who still had unsettled business with Kenshin, to use them to fuck with him." Yama said before narrowing his eyes. "Wipe that look off your face. Kenshin and I are enemies, but do explain what you mean."

"Whatever..." Marina scoffed before pointing at Alferious. "That asshole! Bought me from my parents who as it turned out where only trying to give me a shot at a better life, when I was ten years old. Did I? No. He used me at every turn."

"Wait..you were how old when you died?" Yama asked, his eyes narrowed curiously.

"Nineteen." Marina answered. "Reina was five."

"And who killed you?" Yama said.

"That jerk!" Reina pointed at Alferious.

"..." Alferious started to sweat as Yama turned toward him with an impassive expression.

"There is a lot I would do since I got the Curse of Corruption, but..let's just say if I didn't need you to run distraction on Kenshin in the future, I'd send you back. Get, the FUCK! out of my sight." Yama said

"But-!"

"Get to steppin'!" Yama snapped. Alferious shirked back and took off. "Haa..." He let out a sigh. "What a fuckin' oversight." Yama blinked before turning to Marina and her daughter. "Sorry, I'm Kenshin's enemy and the Shinigami, Primordial of Death, but even I have standards."

"?" Marina noticed the three 'six' marks on Yama's face flickering. "Odd..." She thought. "Huh? !"

Marina looked around as Yama vanished. "Where'd he-"

"So short stack, what's your name, Reina?"

"!" Marina turned, seeing Yama crouched next to her daughter.

"U-Un..." Reina shuffled further behind Marina's legs, gazing nervously. Yama reached into his sleeve and held out a lemon drop. "A-Aah?"

"Go on, take it." Yama said before glancing up at Marina. "Before you say anything, give me some type of credit. It's perfectly safe."

Reina took the lemon drop, unwrapped it and put it in her mouth. "Mm...! So good!"

"..." Marina visibly relaxed. "You're...a lot calmer."

"Yeah, I don't know what it is, I'm usually a lot meaner." Yama said getting to his feet as the three sixes fully faded."Anyway, call Ragnarok if that creepy guy gives you any problems. Tell him it's an order from me." Yama said as he walked away.

Once he was out of ear shot. "He says he's Kenshin's enemy, but he's acting like that? I was even forced to tell them about Kenshin's crashout tendancies and god knows I didn't want to...does that old man know about what happened between us." Marina said before letting out a sigh. "This must be some ironic twist of fate..." She muttered to herself. "Like I'm being brought back to be to made to pay for what I did...for the memories...

She closed her eyes, a lone tear rolling down her cheek. "...that I forced Kenshin to forget."

Back in Kuoh

Issei leaned back on the couch he was sitting on while Kiba handed Asia a set of documents. "Chief Asia, these are the programs for the new semester." He said.

"Thank you." Asia thumbed through them. "The beginning of the school year, the experience session for the new students...we have a lot of events happening at the start of the year. Just like I thought.

Issei mused to himself. "She's right, in one month most of us will be entering our third year...Koneko-Chan, Ravel-Chan, Gyasuke and Kazumi-San will become second years and Negi-San will be joining us as third years while Konoka-San, Setsuna-San, Mana-San, Ku Fei-San, Kaede-San and Asuna-San will join the second years."

Also in the room was Koneko, Gasper, Kazumi, Miyuki and Kenshin. When asked why Yukari wasn't with them, the two dual breed youkai devils shrugged and said. 'We don't go everywhere together.'

Also in the room was Xenovia and Irina. Issei leaned over to Kenshin. "Not meaning offense, but why are you and Xenovia here?" Issei asked.

"They won't even let us in the student council chambers until Sona graduates." Kenshin said. "For appearances sake."

"You care about appearances?" Issei snorted humorously.

Kenshin let out an exasperated sigh. "I want at least one or two places where I'm not puttin' on a front."

"True..." Issei said.

Across from them Koneko said to Gasper. "Gya-kun, we're getting close to becoming second year students, we'll have juniors next month.

"I-I'll be fine, Koneko-Chan, even I should be able to act as their senior." Gasper said.

"Well, your hearts in the right place." Kazumi said gently tapping Gasper with a paper fan. "Just gotta work on that confidence."

"Well, we do have to advertise in order to gather members next month." Ravel said storing the documents away.

"What even goes into that anyway?" Miyuki asked.

"Well, for one the people that are affiliated with us are joining the academy, Le Fay-San, Kunou-San will be in her true form the entire time and Tosca. The former student council president Sona...er, I suppose I should start calling her Sona-Sama, anyway from the Sitri side, Bennia will also be enrolling here."

"Oh, that Tosca girl enrolled here?" Kenshin asked.

Kiba seemed a little nervous as he spoke. "She'll be enrolling in middle school, then coming here after school. I hope everyone can get along with her." Kiba said.

"Oh that won't be an issue." Kenshin waved him off.

"Right." Everyone other than Kiba said.

"One other thing...should we be concerned about how we should call our seniors? Should I call Chief Rias, Rias-Sama...I mean Asia will probably continue calling her 'Onee-Sama'" Xenovia said. "Should I?"

"Hey yeah. I mean for Kiba, Koneko-Chan and Gasper will have the most difficulty with that." Issei said.

"Well..." Kenshin said.

"Not sure why. Even if I'm being respectful, I think just calling her Rias will suffice." Kazumi said.

"Kazumi, you also had teachers the same age as you." Miyuki drawled with a smile. "She is a noblewoman."

"Yeah, but has she once ever wanted anyone to be overly respectful?" Kazumi said.

"All I'm saying is for outsiders like us, it may be no big deal but for those three they spent years of their lives with her in one fashion or another." Miyuki said. "She's still the same Rias to us."

"To tell you the truth, we already decided that."

"Yes, we will change how we address her once she graduates. W-We will also need to discuss it with Kenshin-Senpai afterwards."

"This is a momentous decision for me...!"

Said Kiba, Koneko and Gasper all with varying tints of red on their faces.

"Wait, why?" Kenshin asked only to not get an answer.

Issei looked out the window as everyone went on about talking about future plans. "Say Kenshin."

"Yeah?" Kenshin asked.

"Spring's coming up...to think it'll have been a year since we met, and we became Devils." Issei said.

"Shit, you're right...what a fuckin' ride it was." Kenshin said with a sigh.

"Given any thought to what you'll be doing once you graduate?" Issei asked.

"You mean like getting hitched?" Kenshin asked.

"More than that." Issei glowered. "This fuckin' guy is flaunting that he's getting ready to marry Chie-...er Rias-San." He thought before closing his eyes smiling. "Ahh, it's not like he ain't earned it a thousand times over."

"Well, that question might get answered sooner rather than later." Kenshin leaned back in his seat. "Serafall being gone leaves a void and I was the only person learning from her."

"Wait..." Issei whispered. "Kenshin you mean...you're gonna..."

"..." Kenshin glanced around seeing no one paying attention before nodding. "Pretty much, Ajuka's been pressin' me about it. Someone has to step up, I just need a little longer, because I know Ajuka might want me to take on Sirzechs' workload too...uuuggh...I am not looking forward to that. How did he do it?" He whispered

"Might wanna ask Grayfia-Sa-" Issei paused as Kenshin shook his head.

"No, work is what kept Sirzechs away from both Grayfia and Millicas. I'm not gonna risk opening what may be fresh wounds." Kenshin said as he saw Miyuki approaching them. "Eighty Six this. I don't wanna answer a bunch of questions right now." He whispered.

"Yeah, I guess you got a point." Issei said. "What about you Miyuki-San?"

"Hmmm..." Miyuki stroked her chin in thought. "Issei, understand that neither Onii-Chan, Onee-Chan or I really thought much about it. Not being able to set roots down and actually not have stable housing and whatnot be a constant question mark didn't do wonders for any future plans for any of the three of us, also Onii-Chan wipe that apologetic look off your face before I smack you upside the head. That wasn't your fault."

"Nn!" Kenshin found the window particularly interesting.

"Pfft. I swear watching you three interact casually as siblings is actually kind of refreshing." Issei said with a snicker.

"Anyway, I said the 'three' of us because back then I was asking Kenshin at regular intervals to retire from Rikudou." Miyuki said. "Honestly I think he was getting annoyed by it, which was the point."

"Nn..." Kenshin rubbed his right temple, an uncomfortable look on his face.

"You good Kenshin?" Issei asked.

"Y-Yeah..just a passing headache." Kenshin said as he relaxed against the couch.

"..." Miyuki eyed Kenshin suspiciously, or rather, the fading mark on his forehead. "Onii-Chan, when you get a chance. Could you come to mine and Onee-Chan's room?"

"Huh? I mean...sure." Kenshin said. "Anyway, dish. It can be anything."

"I don't know what to tell you. Wait, what about you two. Onii-Chan and Issei, you two haven't said anything." Miyuki said.

"You think I got anything when you don't?" Kenshin snorted. "Miyuki, if we're comparing future plans, you're a hot mess, I'm a dumpster fire."

"Eh, good point." Miyuki said.

"Why don't you go back to being an assistant teacher Kenshin?" Kazumi asked.

"You do know I was only there because Negi wanted me to be there, Mahora was an all girls school as a buffer so young mages, exorcists and occasionally demons could live among normal humans." Kenshin said. "Personality speaking, I'd probably be in the same situation like I was in Mahora, where half the staff hated me and half of that half wanted me to get put in a box."

"Put you in a box?" Issei asked.

"Dead." Kenshin said taking a drink.

"So you're not going to be a teacher? I was thinking of starting a cram school." Xenovia said. "Seems like a waste even with your reasoning."

"Y'all gotta remember, I've been working since age ten. Stable employment, future plans? I was always OK with those being wild cards." Kenshin said. "That said...my next job might have already decided itself for me."

"Hey yeah, you seemed to tell Issei to zip it when you noticed me walking toward you." Miyuki said. "Were you talking about that?"

"Ahh no. It's a surprise as is my future career path. See, Issei was pressing me about it, but I'm shopping around for graduation gifts for Rias, Akeno and Sona. I figure I'd let Kiba get one for Tsubaki." To his credit, all of that was true, but he really did not want everyone knowing that he actually planned to accept Ajuka's invite to the Rating Game World Championships, or that he was planning to accept the position of Satan.

Besides, he had NO idea what Tsubaki liked anyway, better for it to come from Kiba

"OK, but that still..." Miyuki glowered at Kenshin before stretching her arms out in front of her with a smile. "Aah, I'm sure it's something big, knowing you Onii-Chan."

"Oh you already know." Kenshin snickered.

"No c'mon, dish we were all talking about our career paths." Irina said. "Then again...I was probably going to go to college. I just don't know yet."

"Mine is more being heavily requested of me." Kenshin said. "So Kiba, you're going to open up a bakery?"

"Ah, yes." Kiba nodded. "I actually just really like cooking in general. I plan to specialize in cakes"

"Ahh, a Patisserie, tack on going to culinary school. Don't limit yourself to just sweets and cakes. One of the dishes that was brought to me while I was laid up had a dish I never seen before, as in none of the girls here made it. It was..." Kenshin brought his fingers together to his lips before extending his arm outward, throwing all his fingers outward. "Delish. Not to say you're lacking but you could set yourself up generationally."

"Hahaha, OK OK." Kiba laughed.

"Actually...that sounds nice too..." Irina said.

"Eh?" Kenshin said. "I...don't mean to be mean, but couldn't you and Xenovia not cook for beans when Issei and I were sick? I mean I know Xenovia's been asking Mom for tips."

"So has she. But she's really shy about it." Xenovia said. "Mrs. Hyoudou, Rias, Akeno, Asia, Yukari, Hikari. We've gone to all of them."

"Aunt Hikari has been really helpful." Kiba said with an appreciative smile.

"Haha, yeah Mom's cool like th-" Kenshin AND Miyuki both paused and turned to him. "Aunt?"

"I'm sorry, it was one thing after another after we got back from Mundus Magicus the second time, when did Kiba get adopted?" Issei asked.

"She said I could call her that before the battle against the exorcists, the ones led by Vasco Strada and Ewaldi Cristaldi." Kiba said.

"Kenshin, Miyuki is Hikari-San trying to build a family through adoption?" Issei said with a sweatdrop.

"Something..." Miyuki said, laughing sheepishly.

"You, Rasai, now Kiba..." Kenshin said.

"Rasai?" Miyuki said. "When did this happen?"

"After you all picked me and Sona up in the Sabasa Region in Makai. He finally let his guard down and came out with how shit a father Yeager is...I think I know what it is." Kenshin nodded. "She wants to be the mother figure that can teach life skills that living as a noble can't get to. So that's what that text from Venerana was about." He vocally pondered.

"Well Miyuki-San, what do you think you'll do?" Asia asked.

"Hrmn...you know what. I think it just hit me. I'm going to open a gym." Miyuki said with a thoughtful look. "A place for people to get stronger, healthier and get back in shape without completely getting clowned on."

"Then you need to go into a nutritionist field. I can help you with whatever you need with the physical therapy aspect. From there it's just finding out where to start and what they want to work on." Kenshin said.

"You can be a physical therapist Kenshin-nii?" Irina asked.

"Yeah, just ask Gabriel. She had a trapped nerve that I helped her with and gave her tips so it wouldn't happen again." Kenshin said. "Honestly I've got plenty of people who can vouch for my abilities as a massage expert."

"Dude you gotta teach me." Issei said with stars in his eyes.

"Pfft. We'd need a volunteer who wouldn't mind the both of us seeing her in the buff." Kenshin said with a musing expression.

"That sounds like it'd be right up Alma's alley." Miyuki said with a cheshire like grin.

"Still Kenshin, dish. You got your career plan figured out...or pressed on you, what is it? Does Makai need a special liasion or something?" Kazumi asked.

"Look, only four other people know about it, and before you start none of them are Rias, Sona, or even Mom." Kenshin said. "Yukari is one of them, but good fuckin' luck pressing that out of her."

"OK, who are the other three." Kazumi said.

"Hm...Ajuka Beelzebub...Zekram Bael and Seraphim Gabriel." Kenshin said.

"Huh? !" Everyone except Issei and Miyuki said.

"Why those three? ! Aaahh! I could have had a huge scoop!" Kazumi said bemoaning her luck.

"Why does Gabriel-Sama know, Onii-Sama?" Asia asked.

"It came up while I was helping her." Kenshin said. "The big surprise I let them know of as a courtesy."

Miyuki was hammering away on her phone. "A courtesy my shapely, well contoured ass." She thought.

"Haaaaiiiil to the Kiiiinnng~!"

"Who's texting me now?" Kenshin said as his phone went off.

"Is that ASevenX?" Koneko asked.

"It's Almost too Easy for you Koneko-Chan." Kenshin said with a grin as he checked his text.

"Talk, Now. Make an excuse."

Kenshin glanced over at Miyuki who leered at him. "I'm gonna step outside for a smoke." Kenshin said taking out one of his prerolled blunts.

"Actually I've always wondered about those, I'll join you." Before anyone could say anything Kenshin and Miyuki both left.

"Is it just me or did Miyuki-San just force herself and Kenshin-Senpai out of here?" Gasper wondered.

"Well, whatever it is they'll tell us later, because I know Miyuki's smoked one with Kenshin before." Kazumi said. "Kenshin will have my ass if I spy in on it and I'm not trying to catch the thousand spankings"

"Yeah, yup. Mmhm." Everyone else said.

Kenshin lit up his blunt as he led Miyuki to a meadow and took a long puff. "Look, if it's about Yukari knowing and not you, she's known for under a week, Gabriel for the same amount of time, also Issei does too, that's what I was telling him to zip it about when you came up to us."

"Before or after you dicked her down?" Miyuki said. "And I knew it!"

"Which one?" Kenshin said taking another puff before handing it to Miyuki. "You were there when Alma caught wind of me."

"Both." Miyuki said taking a couple of puffs. "For her privacy I'll keep that under wraps. So I'm right in what I'm assuming...you're going to ascend to a Satan position?"

"Wouldn't that be descending?" Kenshin said with a grin.

"Pfft! I mean you're not wrong!" Miyuki laughed. "In a way anyway...so Satan Kenshin huh? Ma-Ou-nii-Chan." Miyuki said sticking her tongue out, twirling her left index finger.

"Mnn!" Kenshin took his blunt back, hitting it with his hand covering his face.

"Hehe~ You're blushing." Miyuki teased.

"Sh-Shut it, I am not!" Kenshin snapped.

The two had a brief staredown, Kenshin glowering at her while Miyuki smiled smugly. "Pfft!" The two laughed. "Jeez I thought we were past this." Miyuki said.

"Eh, even if you've decided to come at me as a love interest, it's not like we can act all lovey and stuff in public. Besides, having moments like this as a brother and sister is charming in its own way." Kenshin shrugged.

Miyuki shrugged, her left arm bent outward, wrist against her waist. "True." She said with a carefree smile. "But I have a question for you."

"What's up?" Kenshin asked.

"Are you into tomboys or something?" Miyuki said. "You've got like three girls minimum who fit the bill and one of them is me. The other is Onee-Chan, and the third is Xenovia. Actually scratch all that...like damn near all the girls interested in you are strong."

"What can I say." Kenshin shrugged with his eyes closed with a smile. "I like a woman who can kick my ass." He opened his eyes and lowered his arms. "Not like it's my only type."

"Haha!" Miyuki laughed. "Aahh, you're right being lovey dovey is nice, but just being able to shoot the shit with family is great too." Miyuki then wiggled her brow at him. "So what are you gonna do to shut Alma up about you and Gabriel now apparently being a thing."

"Give her the only thing she wants." Kenshin said as he threw the roach of his blunt up in the air before burning it to ash with a fire arrow. "Just hope the spirits are ready to help me, because just getting near her is gonna get my Incubus instincts revved up."

"Aahah~ So Alma's finally gonna figure out what all the fuss is about...wait." Miyuki tilted her head to the side as she approached him. "You developed your elemental sexplay techniques AFTER you came here right?"

"Yeah?" Kenshin asked. "More, perfected them really."

Miyuki walked around him for a bit before leaning herself against his chest with her back. Making it a point to press herself against him. "Then maybe...I wanna see what the fuss is over too." She said before sneaking a kiss on the lips off him.

"You know, if you keep that up with how you're grinding against me. I might just be so inclined to obliterate any hang ups you have about your chest and grab some cake while I'm at it." Kenshin said with a sly grin

"Hmhmhm..." Miyuki giggled softly, feeling Kenshin's hand stroking her left hip, moving upward ever so slightly. "Well, that can wait till later. It sounds like we're all gonna be busy." She pulled away and the two started leaving the meadow. "Woo..man I think the weed's hittin'."

"Hrm...that reminds me, Rias did say she wanted to try smoking it with me." Kenshin said.

"She strikes me as super affectionate when you do that. I mean Rias already can't get enough of you." Miyuki said. "Hell Negi and Akeno too."

"Right...and god I love em for it." Kenshin said with a relaxed smile. "All of em."

"Yeah." Miyuki said crossing her hands behind her head with a smile of her own. "But Onii-Chan...are you sure you're alright?" She asked. "About-" She was cut off by Kenshin patting her on the head.

"I'm not gonna lie to you, I'll probably be hurtin' over that loss to Trihexa for quite some time...but we gotta press on...I think...that's what they'd want right now." Kenshin said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Miyuki said, visibly relaxing. "Still, some nights when I came to visit you. You looked like you were having a really bad nightmare. That's why I woke you up when I saw it."

"I was, but I found a way to make that stop happening. The morning after with Gabriel she asked about it. Honestly that was the best sleep I had gotten in a month." Kenshin said.

"So, if I got what you're saying right...it doesn't come back when-" Miyuki paused.

"When I'm cuddling with someone, yes." Kenshin said.

"Well then. I'm gonna beat everyone to your room and grab the best spot." Miyuki said. "Who all knows?"

"Just Gabriel. Yukari would, but both of us were DEAD tired when we woke up, and I don't even remember dreaming." Kenshin said.

"Probably because both you and her were in utter euphoria. Not too much need to dream when you two were having your endorphins going crazy." Miyuki said with a snicker.

"Haha, yeaahhh..." Kenshin said with a grin. "But while I got you here Miyuki, mind if I ask you a couple of things?"

"What's up?" Miyuki asked with a curious look.

"I asked Yukari and plan to ask Mom, but it's been almost a year...do you like it here?" Kenshin asked.

"Where's this coming from?" Miyuki asked quizzically

"Well, Sirzechs snatching me up did basically uproot our lives." Kenshin said.

"Well I guess it's no secret you love it here. In spite of the Devil Council bullshit. How'd Onee-Chan answer?" Miyuki asked.

"She just wants to be where ever I'm at, is what she said as long as we're together, then we could be in utter squalor for all she cared." Kenshin said.

"I imagine Mom's just happy seeing her children happy...but honestly Onii-Chan..." Miyuki smiled. "I like it here, it's fun...and it's where you, Mom, and Onee-Chan and my friends are now...so you won't hear any complaints from me."

"..." Kenshin smiled back. "I see...I'm trying my damnedest to set roots down here too...kinda like Dad always wanted.

"Yeah." Miyuki nodded before another curious look appeared on her face. "And the second question?"

"I was telling the truth about buying graduation gifts for Rias, Akeno and Sona. I actually have Rias' picked out." Kenshin said taking out a decorative box. "Tell me what you think...you know if you were the girl receiving something like that from her boyfriend/fiancee, husband, whatever."

"Hmm..." Miyuki took the box and opened it. Her eyes widened in shock at what she saw. "How much did this cost?"

"Quite a bit." Kenshin said. "Money wasn't an object."

"Kenshin..." Miyuki closed the box with a heartfelt smile. "God damn, if I were her, I just...I just wouldn't know what to say."

"Heh." Kenshin smiled back and took the box back from her. "I hope she likes it."

"Oh I'm sure she'll love it, but honestly...Onii-Chan, just you two being together would make her happy." Miyuki said.

"I know, but still it's a special occasion." Kenshin said. "Now, what to get Akeno and Sona..."

"Oh, I'm sure you'll think of something." Miyuki said.

"Tch hahaha! Knowing what I know now Onii-Chan, that ringtone is incredibly fitting." Miyuki laughed.

"Heheh." Kenshin chuckled. "Lemme answer this." He answered the call and put it on speaker. "Hello?"

"Kenshin-San. Hello. It's Suzaku, from the Trihexa raid?" Suzaku said.

"Suzaku Himejima? Huh, did you get my number from Akeno?" Kenshin asked.

"Hiya Suzaku-Chan, I'm here too. Miyuki Tsuki." Miyuki said.

"Ahh, Kenshin-San's sister. How are you?" Suzaku asked with a friendly tone.

"I'm great, Onii-Chan's doing fine too." Miyuki said.

"What's this call about Suzaku-San? I wasn't aware that the head of the Himejima clan had business with me." Kenshin asked.

"Straight to the point. I like that." Suzaku said with a giggle. "Also no. I got your number from Tobio-kun. You have traded contact information before due to your mutual association with DxD."

"Ahh, I gotcha. So what's good?" Kenshin asked. "Tobio has mentioned you declaring yourself as his wife to be a few times."

"Oh has he now?" Suzaku merrily laughed.

"Something about you reviving the Five Great families. He wasn't very committal about it." Kenshin said.

"A-Ah..." Suzaku sounded wounded at this.

"E-Eerr..." Kenshin started to sweat. "That does sound like something very private, not something you tell an acquaintance."

"Oh, I know, I just wish he'd take a little pride in already having a woman wanting to marry him when he's in his early 20's." Suzaku said. "I guess he's still introverted."

Kenshin heard scratching against wood. "Are you...poking your finger against a table...likely in a depressed manner?" Kenshin asked, blinking.

"Yes..." Suzaku sighed.

"Hmmm..." Kenshin pondered audibly.

"What is it?" Suzaku asked.

"We'll come back to this in a moment. Tell me...was Shuri-San buried or laid to rest, or was the vitriol between the bulk of the Himejima and Fallen Angels too much for that to be possible?" Kenshin asked.

"No, I went and gathered her remains myself." Suzaku said. "I laid her to rest in her ancestral home. I was not having their bullshit on that manner. Shuri was my Aunt and I loved her. Being chosen by the Vermillion Bird carries a lot of weight with the Himejima, even before I took the position of Head."

"Has Akeno ever been allowed to visit her mother's memorial site? Her or Barkiel?" Kenshin asked. "She along with Rias' peerage were constantly getting pulled into my stuff, so I know she ain't had the spare time to do so."

"Yes, but I don't hold anything against you. We do keep in contact and I love her like my own. She is absolutely allowed to come visit, Barkiel as well." Suzaku said.

"Well the reason I ask is that Akeno's graduating here in the next few weeks. Not sure of the exact date, having been laid up for a month in hospice, but would it then be OK for us to invite them both out and take them to visit that place? It can be a gift from the both of us." Kenshin said.

"That's really sweet of you, to help her fully find closure with Shuri's passing." Suzaku said, smiling on the other end of the call. "No wonder she loves you."

"Yeah. So would you be up for doing that Suzaku-San?" Kenshin asked.

"Of course, but please just Suzaku." She said.

"Then please, just Kenshin." Kenshin replied back.

"Hahaha! Very well very well!" Suzaku laughed. "But why do you want to go back to my issue?"

"Well maybe I could hook you and ol' Slash Dog up, if you're willing to play along." Kenshin said.

"I'm listening..." Suzaku said, a bit of perk in her voice at Kenshin's proposition.

Kenshin explained his proposition to Suzaku. Miyuki chose this moment to cut in. "Onii-Chan, that could very easily backfire."

"It could, but Tobio does know this about me, whether I've said it or acted it. If a woman has interest in another. My interest in them is gone as anything more than friends. All Suzaku would have to do is pretend to be interested in me and act accordingly. If it goes like I want it to. He'll get defensive and hopefully just blurt out that he likes her to chase me off at which point I reveal the hookup."

"Actually you let me worry about that." Suzaku said. "He could definitely get defensive, your position as Dragon of the Four Grand Elements of Creation and Destruction carries even more weight than my own position."

"Well I don't want to full on offend the guy, I have a serious question to ask him myself anyway. Him and Bennia from Sona Sitri's peerage." Kenshin said.

"Oh?" Suzaku asked.

"The Primordial of Death uses a scythe as his weapon of choice. I need to prepare as best as I can." Kenshin said.

"True, True." Suzaku said.

"Anyway Suzaku, we'll be in touch." Kenshin said.

"Have a nice day Suzaku-Chan" Miyuki added.

"I'll try, and you have a good day as well." Suzaku said hanging up the call.

"Haaaiiiilllll to the Kiiinnnngggg~!"

"Dude, my phone is getting blown up today." Kenshin said seeing a group call from Yukari and Xenovia. He answered. "Talk to me."

"Ain't no way you made your ringtone Hail to the King by Avenged Sevenfold. Dude could you BE anymore heavy handed?" Yukari casually joked.

"What does she mean Honey?" Xenovia asked.

"Don't worry about it." Kenshin said with a deadpanned tone. "What's up?"

"By the way Onee-Chan I know now too." Miyuki said.

"Surprising ain't it?" Yukari said. "Xenovia, Kenshin will tell us all when he's ready."

"Before we begin, Miyuki wants me to come to y'alls room." Kenshin said.

"Oh? Alright. I'll find out when we get there, Xenovia says this is semi urgent." Yukari said.

"Right, Kenshin could you come back to the ORC room, Ouryuu is here with the report we asked for." Xenovia said.

"Right. On my way, tell him to hang tight." Kenshin said hanging up the phone. Kenshin and Miyuki nodded and ran back to the ORC.

They walked back into the room and a male student stood in front of Xenovia. Kenshin stood next to her. "Sorry Ouryuu. Something came up and I had to take care of it right quick."

"Oh please, think nothing of it." Ouryuu said with a smile as he took a breath. "Your health comes first and foremost, you can't act as Xenovia-Kaichou's Fukukaichou if you're still healing. You usually bounce back so I was taken aback when I had heard you were laid up injured for a month straight."

Kenshin gave a bitter smile that bordered on grimacing. "Yeeeaaahhh, even I can't bounce back from everything...no matter how much I want to."

"Wait, if Kenshin's ascending to Satan, how's he even gonna act as Xenovia's support as Fukukaichou?" Miyuki thought.

"Well he's here now, hand the report over." Xenovia said before blinking. "Wait...everyone except Kenshin and I look a little confused. Ouryuu have you not introduced yourself to everyone yet?"

Ouryuu remained smiling. "You said you would take care of it Xenovia-Kaichou, Kenshin-Fukukaichou."

"I was laid up, what's your excuse Kaichou-Chan?" Kenshin chided with a smug smile.

It was now Xenovia's turn to smile bitterly. "S-Sorry. I completely forgot."

Ouryuu turned to everyone. "Hello everyone. I am Nakiri Kouchin Ouryuu."

"He's the secretary of our student council who is a first year and-"

"His family makes the best food." Kenshin snickered jokingly.

Ouryuu let out an amused sigh. "Again with the Shoukugeki jokes Fukukaichou?" He asked.

"Sorry man, I'm kind of an anime nerd." Kenshin said petting the first year's head.

"Come on Kenshin, don't take it too far." Yukari laughed softly. "I'm sorry about him Ouryuu-kun."

"Oh it's quite alright, the fact that he jokes and teases actually makes him easy to talk to Yukari-Senpai." Ouryuu said. "I've heard rumors about all of you as well."

"We've seen you walking with the New Student Council as the former Kaichou, Sona-San showed you all around." Issei said. "That sure is a long name, or it would be if we didn't have the Kuroshi Tsuki triple set here."

Kenshin chuckled while Yukari and Miyuki laughed. Ouryuu chuckled. "Kouchin is a posthumous name, like a middle name that people out west use. Not a hyphenated surname like Kenshin-Fukukaichou, Yukari-Senpai and Miyuki-Senpai." Ouryuu turned to Miyuki. "I am impressed with you Miyuki-Senpai, the finals were killer yet you still ranked number one overall. I don't even think Sona-Kaichou pulled something like that off and she's known as a genius."

"Oh please, don't mention that too much. I already have a following of people wanting a tutor." Miyuki sighed. "I just don't have the time I'm sorry."

"I'll help make that known. You mustn't let your own grades slip whilst helping others and while I'm at it, you are a picture of perfect health as well, you must do a lot to keep your figure." Ouryuu said.

"Miyuki I think you have a fan here." Yukari chided with a smile.

"O-Onee-Chan! Don't even, you're embarrassing me!" Miyuki pouted.

"Haha! Aaah at long last I'm getting you back for all the teasing you did to me in Wales!" Yukari laughed.

Kenshin reached around and patted Miyuki on the head from behind. "Sorry Ouryuu, but she's not actively looking for anyone right now."

"Wait, you thought-" Ouryuu actually blushed. "U-Uh! I mean Miyuki-Senpai is attractive, but neither am I really."

"You're doin too much man." Kenshin snickered.

"R-Right." Ouryuu said.

"Though if Miyuki did become some kind of pop idol, it wouldn't surprise me a bit. She sings a lot when she thinks no one is around." Kenshin said with a grin.

"A-Aah? ! Y-You heard that? !" Miyuki said, her face going full on crimson.

"I heard ALL of that." Kenshin teased.

"N-Nooo..." Miyuki whined.

"Heheheheh." Kenshin snickered.

Miyuki yanked Kenshin down slightly to whisper in his ear. "Keep it up, when MY succubus instincts awaken I'll run you worse than Onee-Chan did."

Kenshin stood up and smirked back at her. "Don't threaten me with a good time."

Miyuki smirked back at him, crossing her arms over her chest. "Should be fun~"

Yukari stared at the two. "Well, fair would be fair." She thought.

"Ok could you two stop having hush hush conversations over there?" Issei deadpanned. "Besides Ouryuu-San, Yukari and Miyuki came by it honestly. Their Mom is a certified MILF."

"Say that shit again and I'm putting boots to ass." Yukari, Miyuki and Kenshin all growled.

"Aaah you three relax." Everyone turned to see Hikari entering the room. "It's nice to receive a compliment like that every once and awhile from a younger man, just don't make a habit out of it." She stated with a smile. "Oh Kouchin, hello. Have you had lunch today?"

"Aah, sorry I've been busy." Ouryuu said with a bashful look.

"That's not good." Hikari said taking out a large bag. "Well luckily I made extra and my scatterbrained children forgot theirs."

"Ack..." Kenshin rubbed the bridge of his nose. "I've been getting swamped."

"Sorry Mom." Yukari and Miyuki said, admonished.

"Hmhm. It's fine." Hikari said before handing Kenshin, Yukari, Miyuki and Ouryuu a bento box a piece. "Ken-Chan. Negi-Chan and Konoka-Chan made yours with my help."

"Sweeett.." Kenshin laid the napkin on his lap and started eating.

"Oh, putting those manners you learned from Venerana-San to good use?" Hikari said.

"Gotta get used to it, my career path asks that I conduct myself more politely, though I will not be taking any shit." Kenshin said before he started to eat. He took out his phone and punched up a thank you text to Konoka and Negi. "Thanks Mom."

"Of course." Hikari said.

"Th-Thank you Hikari-San." Ouryuu said as he started as well. "Mm...you're a great cook"

"Aww, thank you." Hikari giggled. "Anyway, in addition to being from the Nakiri clan, he's actually their heir."

"Yes, it was decided after the previous heir which is ceremoniously called Ouryuu...caused trouble with the Hakuryuukou and Ikuse Tobio-San." Ouryuu explained.

"Ahh, I think I remember that coming up during one of the conversations Vali and I had. Granberia was there too." Miyuki said. "They had both asked me about why Kenshin never just retired from being an assassin if he felt so guilty."

"..." Kenshin's brow twitched, an irritated expression on his face. "Why...do I feel so damn annoyed right now?" Kenshin thought. "Yuurei?"

"No idea, and the girls look confused too." Yuurei said.

"And if they're confused, forget it. I don't know why either." Heinrich said. "You look like you're having a sudden headache."

Hikari looked over at Kenshin, seeing him pausing in his eating. "Are you OK Ken-Chan?"

"Huh? Oh yeah...yeah I'm fine just a tension headache." Kenshin said.

"...?" Yukari looked over, seeing the same fading mark on Kenshin's forehead.

"Oh, speaking of clans...Lord Beelzebub passed this onto Rias-Onee-Sama and she thought we should be in the loop. One of the Extra Demon clans wants to come back to the fold." Asia said. "Especially you Onii-Sama."

"OK, which one?" Kenshin said having gone back to eating.

"The Mammon cla-"

The bento in Kenshin's hand broke to pieces, slicing several fragments through his palm. "..." Kenshin looked down at his bleeding left hand. "..." He took the napkin off his lap and cleaned himself off. He then got up and approached the door.

"Y-Yo Kenshin, you good?" Issei said.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" Kenshin asked, turning toward Issei with a calm smile. Like he hadn't just broke a bento in his hands and was currently bleeding. "I'm gonna head home early if there's nothing else to do today."

"Oh, um...no, Ouryuu's report was the last thing, the rest is just idle talk." Xenovia said, feeling a little unnerved.

"Great." Kenshin turned back to them. "Here, I'll leave a clone to clean th-" Kenshin was cut off.

"No no, it's fine Onii-Sama." Asia said. "H-Head home and relax."

"I am relaxed though." Kenshin said with a curious tilt of the head.

"Kenshin, go home and wait for us in our room. Also heal your hand." Yukari said.

"My hand?" Kenshin said before looking at his left hand. "Oh, would ya look at that." He said with a surprised look before walking out of the ORC clubroom.

It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Ouryuu cleared his throat. "So...um...that was...screw it, that was fucking weird."

"No kidding." Everyone except Asia, Gasper, Irina and Hikari all said.

Yukari noticed her mother's silence and the look of great concern on her face. "Mom, can you come with Miyuki and I after we're finished here?"

"Huh? Oh, um...sure." Hikari said, seemingly caught unawares.

"Well, one other thing that I'm doing is work for Lord Beelzebub, funnily enough. He has me looking for the last two Longinus users." Ouryuu said. "As well as various other tasks. It honestly kinda reckless."

"Well, if nothing else if you find yourself being overwhelmed bring some of those problems to us." Issei said. "Kenshin's acting a little weird aside he'd want to help too."

"O-Oh much appreciated, honestly I see you and Kenshin-Senpai as role models. You possess the Longinus Boosted Gear while you remain a high school student, and Kenshin-Senpai came out of a hellish situation growing up with a sane outlook on life. I want to live like the two of you, by attaining a power I can use to fight my own destiny." Ouryuu said.

"Well, I can't say I don't respect the moxie." Yukari thought.

"A-Ahahahaha, you're flattering me too much, I'm just trying to cope with the situations that come my way, but Kenshin, man he's been throwing shots at his predetermined path since he could walk." Issei said with an uneasy laugh.

"Well, you're not wrong." Hikari said with a sighing smile.

"Well, Issei this report could have been handled by me personally, but Ouryuu wanted to actually meet you and Kenshin, the latter of which who has been healing." Xenovia said. "It's also hard to actually meet when someone's just joking around a lot to cope with pain."

Issei felt embarrassment wash over him. "This is different from the feeling I get from someone like Gasper who's also my junior and a male." Issei thought. He cleared his throat. "Thanks, I'll remember that." Issei said.

Xenovia leaned over to Issei. "If something really happens we should call him Issei, Ouryuu is truly strong...like in a different league among those with special powers." Xenovia whispered.

"Seriously?" Issei whispered back. "Wait, what about Kenshin? Has he been told this?"

"You know how he is. Always going off on his own path. I've told him, but Yukari and Tamamo will make sure it hits home." Xenovia whispered.

(knock knock)

A knock was heard before the doors opened. Rias strolled in. "Oh Issei, there you are and Yukari...um...is Kenshin OK?"

"Why?" Yukari asked. "Is something up?"

"Well, his hand had blood on it...and..." Rias looked down at the floor. "Did he break that?"

"Yeah, I'm going to talk to him with Miyuki and Mom...actually Rias could you come with? He probably warped back home after saw him." Yukari asked. "Miyuki could you get a hold of Negi too?"

"Already did." Miyuki said.

"Of course, but I actually came to give Issei a message. Come to the Underground area of Kuoh, you know where we were keeping the Spectre Dragon Egg. Someone wants to see you later tonight."

"M-Me? !" Issei said.

Rias laughed at his panicked expression. "Issei relax. It's someone related to Tannin, he wishes to speak with you. No fighting. I'll be there with you, I just need to let them know something came up with my fiancee."

"O-Oh..." Issei said, visibly relaxing. "Whew!"

This time Yukari, Miyuki, Hikari and Rias all giggled at him. "Alright Yukari, I'm ready when you are."

"Negi's already with Onii-Chan in our room, so just warp there." Miyuki said.

"Got it." Rias said before the four of them disappeared.

"I hope they figure out what might be wrong." Gasper said. "That's...not like Senpai..."

"What do you mean Gasper?" Irina asked.

"Well when Kenshin-Senpai broke that bento box earlier. I reflexively used my Sacred Gear...the look on his face..." Gasper shivered.

"What look?" Ouryuu asked.

"He...well...he lack for a better phrasing looked pissed, the fuck off." Gasper said. "I've seen that...and made that expression before when I use my vampiric powers. He was ready to kill someone..."

"Wait, Gasper. Did you see a seal fading from his forehead?" Issei asked.

"It wasn't fading...it was present..." Gasper said. "I think Yukari-Senpai was the only one who caught the look, while Miyuki-Senpai noticed the seal."

"So there's a seal on Kenshin's forehead, that reacted to the Mammon clan's name?" Asia asked.

"Not just that...Miyuki brought up pressing Kenshin to retire from Rikudou in the past. He seemed to be having a sudden headache." Issei said.

"Well...for now, we've got to let his family, Rias and Negi handle it." Koneko said with a sigh. "I want to help, but..."

"Right...it's hard to help when we could be stepping on a land mine just by doing so." Xenovia said.

Meanwhile Kenshin sat in Yukari and Miyuki's room with Negi. "Give me your hand." Negi said holding out a wash cloth.

"I-It's no big deal Negi." Kenshin said with a curious, but slightly admonished expression, feeling like he was being scolded.

"Miyuki said you broke the bento Konoka-San and I made for you...was the food bad?" Negi said washing off his hand.

"N-No, in fact the food was amazing, but...I don't get it...one moment I'm having a headache, the next I'm leaving the clubroom and being told to heal a wound I had...I-I'm sorry." Kenshin said.

"...haa.." Negi smiled. "Kenshin, I'm not scolding you, I just want to know what's going on."

"You and me both..." Kenshin said. "What I want to know...is why I felt a fading sense of intense anger when I left the clubroom."

"Was it directed at anyone?" Negi asked.

"No? I'm not all that sure why I was pissed off to begin with, but...thank you for checking up on me." Kenshin said with a smile.

"Well it's nice to hear, but I never need to be thanked for checking on the wellbeing of my future husband." Negi said with a giggle.

"Hehehe...Negi if I may admit to something...I was always gonna pop the question to you, even before Sirzechs snatched me up." Kenshin said looking out the window with a relaxed smile.

Negi, being behind him wrapped an arm around his torso while laying her head on his back, her left hand over his. "And I would have always said Yes."

"Hmn..." Kenshin closed his eyes and his smile widened, feeling four presences warp in. "Hello Yukari, Miyuki, Rias, Mom."

"Sorry, were you two in the middle of something?" Yukari said, a teasing undertone in her voice.

"Actually we were just finishing." Negi said as the two turned toward four. "Sorry Rias-San, I just couldn't help myself." She said with a giggle.

"Hahaha, no need for apologies Negi. You were coming to me for pointers on how to better follow your desires." Rias said with a smile. "Nice to see you taking my advice. Just know that I won't be able to help myself from time to time."

"I'd expect nothing less." Negi said, returning the smile, but there was an underlying sense of competition and desire as they both glanced at Kenshin.

"Should I feel like I'm in danger? Cause if so...I don't." Kenshin said. "Like I said to Miyuki earlier, don't threaten me with a good time ladies. Worked out well enough for Yukari."

"Oh hell yeah it did." Yukari said with a relaxed smile.

"As much as I admire the young love here...could we get to why we're here." Hikari said.

The six of them sat down on the floor. "Kenshin, do you know about the seal on your forehead?" Miyuki asked seriously.

"Seal?" Kenshin tilted his head curiously. He took out a small folder. "Money...Angel Halo, Shiroi Tengoku, ectera...ectera, Rias' graduation gift..."

"Wait wha?" Rias said.

"You didn't hear that." Kenshin said. "Good will and romance gifts...to and from...and...ooh...more ectera." Kenshin put the folder back in it's seal. "None of those are on my forehead."

"..." Hikari schooled her features, but felt a wave of discomfort. "Tell me Ken-Chan...do you remember the things that happened between killing the General of the Tracker Division Jake Sanderson..the first time and Negi's departure to Mahora."

"Yeah?" Kenshin arched his brow. "It was a month of lounging around for me. I was on sabbatical from Rikudou."

"...Kenshin that was three months." Yukari said.

"Huh?" Kenshin looked over at Yukari. "Look Yukari I've been blacked out before, but I have NEVER been on a two month bender. You know this as well as I do."

"It was three months though." Yukari said. "Not even I know what you were doing for that particular winter season. All I had to go on was updates from Dad. Hell Miyuki and I even lost a week, but that was closer to before you left."

"Kenshin, they're telling the truth." Negi said. "You said you made up with a friend that you parted with in less that savory circumstances...I wouldn't find out till much later that it was Theodora-Sama. That was three months before we left."

"It was? ...shit maybe I was hellishly blacked out." Kenshin thought aloud.

"..." Hikari let out a breath. "The seal on your forehead is a control seal."

"Huh? !" Kenshin, Yukari, Miyuki, Negi and Rias all rounded on her.

"What could Kenshin possibly have to gain from blanking out the last two months before we went to Mahora?" Negi asked.

"..." Hikari shook her head with her eyes closed. "It wasn't him that applied the seal, though...the one who he took it off of and became the master of the seal is long dead. That poor girl..."

"What do you mean Hikari-San?" Rias asked.

"If any of you are concerned that someone might be able to control Kenshin's mind, dead the thoughts now. The master gave their final order already and the control part of the seal is finished. The fact that it's even come up again is what's unnerving." Hikari said.

"What do you mean Mom?" Kenshin asked.

"...Kenshin understand that I take zero joy in what I'm about to do, but I'm going to say three names to you...that are all behind the seal's final order." Hikari said. "You're going to likely feel long buried feelings."

"OK?" Kenshin said.

"...Let's get the hot button one out of the way first...because it's the most recent one brought up." Hikari said. "...Alferious Mammon."

"Alferio-!" Kenshin's eyes widened as the seal flared to life, but soon narrowed in absolute fury, his heart rate skyrocketing.

"Kenshin?" Rias said.

"WHERE IS HE? ! !" Kenshin got up and started looking around, his fingers flexing until his claws grew. "Get that trafficking piece of lolicon SHIT in front of me right the FUCK NOW SO I CAN HANG HIM UP BY HIS ENTRAILS! ! !"

"!" Yukari, Miyuki and Negi all moved to restrain Kenshin before he started tearing up the room before his body jerked straight up. He then started looking around before turning to the five of them with a discomforted laugh. "U-Uuuh...p-point taken...gah damn...my head is fuckin' killing me."

Kenshin sat back down. Rias cleared her throat nervously. "Um...odd story about...that name."

"What?" Hikari asked.

"That was one of the last known heirs of the family." Rias said. "What caused him to break that bento earlier?" Yukari leaned over and whispered into Rias' ear. Because of proximity Negi heard it too. "Wait...say what?" Rias said with a perplexed look. "Kuoh is still mine and Sona's territory, Ajuka would reach out to one of us before reaching out to Kenshin, through Asia or otherwise."

"So there's been no notice?" Hikari asked.

"Hang on..." Rias said.

"Kenshin, come over here and talk to me for a bit." Hikari said pulling Kenshin over to a corner of the room. "I'll heal your headache." She cast an unseen nod at Rias who nodded back and patched her way through to Ajuka.

"Rias?" Ajuka said. "Is Kenshin having you contact me about whether or not he's accepting my offers?"

"Offers? About the Rating Game tournament? I'm sure he's in, he's fully healed now. What do you mean offers?" Rias asked. "I only know about the one."

"Ack, looks like I'm having foot for dinner tonight." Ajuka said. "Your brother put Kenshin's name forward to Lord Zekram."

"Put his name forward to Zek- wait Kenshin's up for Satanhood? !" Rias said with a shocked tone.

"Wait what? !" Negi said, equally as shocked as the Gremory Heiress.

"I know that's not what you called for, so what's up?" Ajuka said.

"Is the Mammon clan trying to rejoin the Pillars?" Rias asked, filing away Kenshin's impending Satanhood away for later.

"What?" Ajuka said, audible confusion in his voice. "No? I'd know because right now all the Satans duties are being handled by me. That's why I'm pressing Kenshin about it to begin with. I need HELP."

"OK...how about the name Alferious Mammon?" Rias asked.

"The Last Heir of the Mammon clan? Why are you asking about a devil that got himself killed in Mun...oh my lord." Ajuka said, his eyes going wide on the other end. "Alferious Mammon met his end on Mundus Magicus. Quick what did Kenshin do when you brought up the name? Because I'm willing to fucking bet everything Kenshin was the one to take him out."

"Fuckin flipped his shit." Yukari said. "Ajuka, do you know something?"

"I'll get back to you on this. It has to do with Sirzechs' research on Kenshin before he decided he was going to bring him to our world." Ajuka said before the line went dead.

"There was a devil fuckin' shit up in our own backyard?" Miyuki asked.

"Apparently...?" Rias said before noticing Kenshin and Hikari turn back to them and approach. "Mum's the word on this for now." She whispered.

"Right." Yukari, Miyuki and Negi all nod.

"Ken-Chan how are you not gonna tell your own mother you're about to become a monarch?" Hikari said scoldingly.

"Well when was I supposed to bring that up? Over dinner? Oh Akeno, dinner was lovely. Oh hey everyone I'm up to become a Satan, crazy right? Could someone pass the tea?" Kenshin said. "Besides it seems you're not telling me something yourself."

"I have a reason for that." Hikari said. "I never agreed with the final order to begin with."

"OK..." Kenshin said as the two took their seats back. "OK, you had two more names?"

"..." Hikari let out a sigh. "Yes. Marina Shisui and her daughter Reina Shisui."

"Marina and..." Kenshin paused, his face tensing up, his jaw clenched tightly, before his left hand grabbed the cloth over his heart. "R...Reina...?"

"!" Yukari, Miyuki, Rias and Negi all watched as tears rolled down Kenshin's face before he let out an audible sob.

"I...I promised to protect them...I swore it on my life...so why did they die...why? Why? Why? Why? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY? ! !"

"Kenshin!" Rias and Negi lunged over and held him in a tight, comforting embrace seeing the man they both loved spiraling into despair.

"..." Yukari and Miyuki looked over at their mother, only to see Hikari wiping her eyes.

"...Rias...Negi...not for nothing...but uhm...why are you holding me so tightly?" Kenshin asked out of genuine curiosity.

"Huh?" Rias and Negi both pulled away to see a matching expression on the future Satan's face.

"!" Yukari and Miyuki both saw the fading seal on Kenshin's forehead.

"Uhm...well, we...just wanted to hug you?" Negi said, trying to play it off.

"Well..in that case." Kenshin snaked his arms around Rias and Negi and hugged them tightly before they all separated. Kenshin got up. "I'm gonna go get a snack, you all need anything?" Kenshin asked.

"No." Everyone said.

"Eh, suit yourselves." Kenshin said leaving the room with a carefree grin.

All four of the younger women's heads turned to Hikari afterward. "OK Mom, you know you're not getting out of here without an explanation right?" Yukari said.

"Yeah Mom you clearly know something." Miyuki said.

"OK, fine...but you cannot tell Kenshin what I'm about to tell you. I'd be breaking this if it came from me." Hikari said holding an oath statue.

"An Oath Statue? Who put you up to it? !" Negi asked. "What was so important that it warranted hiding it from Kenshin!"

"...Ryuushin begged me to swear it." Hikari said with a sigh. "Looking back...I understand why he did. He had little time left to him, he couldn't teach Kenshin how to cope with what he had just lost. That still didn't mean I had to like it."

"What?" Rias asked.

"Those missing two months. Kenshin gained something and lost it later...or rather someone..." Hikari said. "Marina Shisui was a nineteen year old young woman with a five year old daughter, named Reina...and Kenshin took them both in...even going as far as to adopt Reina as his own daughter."

"? ! ! ! !"

"W-Wha...what?" Yukari choked out, almost too shocked to speak.

"N-No...way..." Miyuki said, staring at Hikari, utterly shellshocked.

"K-Kenshin...adopted a child...?" Negi said.

"..." Rias stared at Hikari in utter silence.

"Alferious Mammon was the birth father to Reina, and the husband to Marina, though it could only be a loveless marriage...she somehow managed to survive giving birth at thirteen." Hikari said. "Then...Rikudou received a request from both Marina...and Reina...two separate requests, both asking for the same thing...help...help me...Marina I believe even moonlighted as Rikudou's top White Hacker Angeal." Hikari said. "They sent the request to Kenshin, even knowing he was on sabbatical...and..." Hikari wiped her eyes. "He took them in, Marina would even go as far as to call Kenshin her Hero...and Reina called him Papa. Imagine that...a stepfather at fifteen and my word he was indeed the Father that stepped up."

"...Then Alferious..." Rias said.

"Yes...he...killed them both." Hikari said. "I know you four want to help Kenshin right now...but to even attempt it would mean to unbury all those past feelings that Marina begged him with her dying breath to forget...this statue.." Hikari crushed the Oath Statue in her hand. "I'd break that oath a thousand times...but..." Hikari closed her eyes, letting out a despaired sigh. "Even then...how does one help someone grieve for an untimely lost love...no...an untimely lost child? So I went on with Ryuushin's oath...because the alternative would have meant my son's heart and mind shattering, unable to cope with that loss...with no pieces to put back together."

Hikari got up and walked to leave the room. "Mom...we can't leave things as they are now." Yukari said grabbing her mother's wrist.

"I know...if nothing else..he has more support behind him than he's ever had before." Hikari turned to face the four of them with a reserved smile. "If it were ever time for Ken-Chan to finally be able to grieve and move on...I think now is it...but tread carefully."

"We will." Miyuki, Negi, Rias and Yukari all nod.

"But in a way...Kenshin's hesitance at first to embrace having children with Alice makes a lot more sense now, doesn't it?" Hikari asked.

"Loads more." Miyuki said with a wry look after Hikari left. "Anyway...I'm gonna go get some training in, take a shower and head to Onii-Chan's room."

"Why?" Yukari asked.

"Well in addition to this, he's trying to repress nightmares about getting the ever loving shit kicked out of him by Trihexa." Miyuki said. "Turns out cuddling works here."

"Oh really?" Rias, Negi and Yukari asked with interested looks.

"Well this would be a good first step." Rias said.

"Rias, like we need an excuse to sleep in the same bed with him, let's be serious now." Negi said with a sincere smile.

"I-I mean you're not wrong." Rias said with a nervous laugh. "Uh, let's stop this though. It's weird laughing after finding out what we just did."

"Right." Negi nodded.

"Wait, why am I just finding this out now though?" Yukari wondered.

"Because your succubus instincts woke up the other day and there was no need for a dream for either of you after he was sent to Nirvana while you just had your insides rearranged in the best possible way." Miyuki pointed out.

"Shit, that's a good one." Yukari nodded. "No wonder why you beta read for Raynare."

"Wait, huh?" Rias asked. "I noticed Kenshin and Yukari shambling out of the house the day of finals, but was that what they were doing?"

"Yup." Yukari said. "I have never been so physically and euphorically exhausted in my life...anyway Rias, you were gonna say."

"Well Tannin's family member would also like to meet Kenshin, so I'm gonna go corral him. Try to change the subject from what we were talking about with Hikari-San, because honestly we know too damn little and I don't want to step on a land mine." Rias said before wincing. "Damn it, we gotta word that better. It makes it sounds like we're blaming him when none of this is his fault."

"The best way to word it is to not word it. Kenshin notices how people speak very easily. Just mentioning the seal didn't set him off." Negi proposed.

"True." Rias, Miyuki and Yukari all nod. "Alright. I'll go corral Kenshin and head for Underground Kuoh." Rias said, leaving the room.

"Mm?" Kenshin had a piece of fried fish half hanging out of his mouth when he noticed Rias approaching. He tilted his head back and chewed quickly before swallowing the food. "What's up?" Kenshin asked with a smile after wiping his face.

"Oh nothing too much." Rias said with a giggle. "Tannin has a relative that wants to meet you and Issei."

"Oh? Well wouldn't wanna keep them waiting." Kenshin said locking his hands behind his back, stretching his arms.

"You know, you've really been bulking up." Rias noted. "Keep it up and you might turn into Sairaorg with red hair and cat ears."

"..." Kenshin stroked his chin in thought. "Maybe I should ease off the strength training then...too much muscle and I'll start to lose my flexibility."

"Is that bad?" Rias asked.

"Sairaorg and I have different body types. I've actually met his grandfather on his mother's side. He was JACKED. I think the Vapula genetics wouldn't go recessive to a bloodline that was known mainly for magic power usage. So he had the toolkit for a beefy body, but in return his actual mana stores horribly atrophied. I'll have to get some one on one training time with him to see more. Maybe I can help him develop his body's mana so Imperial Purpure doesn't absolutely wreck him."

"Wow..." Rias blinked. "You put a lot of thought into that."

"..." Kenshin shrugged. "I'm always thinking about how to make myself stronger, so I thought, why not commit some brain power to helping everyone else."

Rias paused for a moment. "He really doesn't remember what happened earlier? I know Kenshin...he dwells on stuff a lot..." She thought.

"Rias?" Kenshin asked.

"Kenshin...do you not remember what happened earlier?" Rias asked.

"..." Kenshin looked out the window. "The first one's pretty much gone, but...the second one kinda lingers."

"Of Marina and Reina Shisui?" Rias thought. "If you don mind..what do you remember?"

"It's OK, I know I'm probably unnerving you right now with how easily it disappeared...but...all I remember is a glimpse." Kenshin said. "A girl with blonde hair and nearly pupil-less red eyes. She was around my age."

"That must be Marina." Rias thought. "Nearly?"

"There was a thin silver closer around where the pupil should be." Kenshin said. "She was around my age and her hair was about as long as Yukari's is nowadays and curled a bit but was mostly straight. Scold me if you want, but she was fine as hell."

"Uh huh? And the other?" Rias asked.

"She actually had two shades of hair, blond and black. blonde on the back with black bangs, kind of like the reverse of what Azazel has, but with brighter blonde. God that child was adorable as hell too. She had to be five tops." Kenshin said with a fond smile.

"Do you remember how you felt? About them?" Rias asked.

"...I think...if anything...the same feeling I get when I helped you all...I just felt...like I had fulfilled a purpose in life." Kenshin said before he started waving his hands. "N-No-Not that I-I..." He was cut off as Rias kissed him on the cheek.

"Kenshin, relax." Rias said with a smile. "You must have helped them pretty well if it gave you such a feeling of fulfillment, also I won't scold you for admiring anything about them."

"..." Kenshin looked over at Rias, before a warm smile stretched across his face. "Rias, you know, I keep finding more and more reasons to love you."

"That's good." Rias smiled back. "But out of curiosity, what's the reason this time?"

"You and I click and vibe really easily. We can just relax and be ourselves around one another." Kenshin said turning to her with his arms stretched toward her.

"Hmn." Rias stepped toward him and wrapped his arms around him, her arms crossing at the mid of his back while he wrapped his arms around his shoulders. "You're right you know."

"Whatever is behind this seal...it will change nothing between us. I just want to reaffirm that." Kenshin said.

"Much appreciated, but let's go." Rias said pulling away before their magic circles warped them away.

Issei was waiting in the Underground area of Kuoh when Kenshin and Rias warped in. "Hey, Kenshin. Did they find out what was up with you?"

"Not...really." Kenshin said with a sweatdrop and a smile. "All I really know is it has nothing to do with anyone here."

"Well, it'll get figured out eventually." Issei said with a grin. "So where is he?"

"Still though, are you OK Kenshin-Sama?" Ravel asked.

Kenshin reached over and pat Ravel on the head. "I'm fine Ravel, don't worry."

Suddenly a large magic circle appeared and a ten meter tall dragon appeared in front of Issei and Kenshin. "Whew! Yeah you definitely related to Tannin alright!" Kenshin whistled. "If it wasn't the looks it's definitely the mana."

"You honor me with your words Dragon of the Elements of Absolute Bravery Kuroshi Tsuki Kenshin-Sama." The dragon then went to prostrate himself before Kenshin and Issei. "Sekiryuutei of the Blazing Truth. Hyoudou Issei-Sama. I, Bova, third son of Blazing Meteor Dragon Tannin, humbly request I come to you in earnest to have you accept me as your retainer."

"M-My Retainer? ! W-Why me? ! Why not Kenshin? !" Issei asked.

"Well...Kenshin-Sama already has Lady Tiamat." Bova said.

"I wonder how Tiamat would feel about being called 'Lady'" Kenshin said with a deadpanned smile.

Bova started sweating. "Please don't tell her I said that, it was an honest slip of the tongue!"

"Bova is a famous ruffian in the Underworld where he received a disparaging name called 'Bova the Destroyer'. He's well known for his bad attitude which makes you think he couldn't possibly be the son of Tannin-Sama when his father is respected among the dragons." Ravel said to Issei and Kenshin.

"Nah, fuck all that." Kenshin snorted. "Sounds to me like they only hear one side of a story before calling it wraps. So the guy just likes to run the ones, nothin' wrong with that. Shit so do I." Kenshin said.

"Yeah, but need I remind you of your standing in the Devil Council, Kenshin-Sama?" Ravel asked.

"They got something to say to me, I'm not hard to find so I can tell them what's what." Kenshin said. "Still...Bova...now I'm in a teasing mood. Tiamat doesn't like to be called 'Lady' Now that just makes me wanna tell her you called her that."

"P-Please don't! !" Bova said with a whine.

"K-Kenshin..." Rias said with a sweatdrop.

"Kenshin-Sama." Ravel said scoldingly.

"Relax...I just wanna see his power. Hit me with everything you got, and I won't tell her." Kenshin said walking to the side.

"Is that all it takes?" Bova said with an interested expression, before a large smirk crawled across his face. "SAY LESS!"

"Balance Breaker! Elemental Overdrive! !"

"THAT'S THE SPIRIT! !" Kenshin said, matching the smirk with one of his own.

Bova inhaled and expelled a massive fireball at Kenshin, who himself rushed forward.

No sooner than Kenshin's fist touched the fireball

(BOOM!)

It was obliterated!

"!" Bova watched as Kenshin landed on the ridge of his nose. He started to sweat. "Oh no no no! Is he disappointed, is he going to strike me? ! For not giving it my all? ! Or worse is he actually gonna tell her? ! Tiamat's gonna kill me for sure! !"

"That wasn't everything, but still." Kenshin wiped his index finger under his nose. "Impressive! So you saw under my logical deception!"

"...eh?" Issei, Ravel, Rias and Bova, though the last one was unheard all said.

Kenshin grinned, not unlike a grin of a certain perpetually tired Sensei of a group of teenage would be superheroes. "Come on, if this guy and I came to blows under Kuoh we'd level the place, and I'd ultimately stomp him out. Props to you for seeing under that...oh and I was never gonna tell Tiamat, but I might just call her that myself to see her reaction." Kenshin laughed as he leaped off Bova's nose and walked back to the devil group.

"I didn't see under shit...and for a brief moment...I could swear I saw my own death..." Bova thought.

"He's got my seal of approval. Issei take him on as a retainer, you don't HAVE to add him to your eventual peerage." Kenshin said.

"Exactly, he's not exactly asking for a spot in your peerage." Rias supplemented.

"Oh! Nonono! I had heard that Issei-Sama wanted only female members. All I'm asking for is a retainership." Bova said.

"It's basically what Secchan is for Kono-Chan." Kenshin said.

"And honestly, you could do with this. Kenshin-Sama is leagues better off than you are Issei-Sama. He has entire countries and hell two whole WORLDS to lean on." Ravel said.

"Ahem, it's a lot to take in, Kenshin's been at this for years...could I possibly answer you when I do become a High Class Devil?" Issei asked.

"That basically means yes Bova." Kenshin said. "I see where Issei's coming from. He wants the actual rank on his name before he does something like that."

"Y-Yeah Yeah." Issei said.

"Oh, of course!" Bova said. "With that, I shall take my leave!" He teleported away.

Kenshin turned and walked away. "You know Kenshin, you're getting better at this whole being a Devil thing." Rias commented with a smile.

"Well I learned from the best." Kenshin said, pausing in his gait to smile back at her, before glancing at Ravel. "That means you as well Ravel."

"K-Kenshin-Sama..." Ravel swooned a bit before collecting herself. "So is it true what I've been hearing Kenshin-Sama?"

"Depends, what's the word around the grapevine about me?" Kenshin asked.

"Well it really from Ajuka-Sama, but you're becoming a Satan?" Ravel said only for Kenshin to chuckle.

"I swear that has to be the worst kept secret since Sairaorg's unbringing." Kenshin said.

Issei, Rias and Ravel all sweatdropped smiling. "Yeah, you're right."

"Yeah it's true." Kenshin said. "Our Kingly boy Ajuka needs some help, especially if this Azazel Cup thing's supposed to go off without a hitch. Anyway. I'm gonna hit the hay." Kenshin said with a yawn as he warped away. He reappeared in his room and opened up communications.

"Hello Kenshin. Odd of you to contact me."

"Yeah Yeah Ajuka. Go ahead and sign me up for the Azazel Cup." Kenshin said.

"Excellent." Ajuka said with a chuckle. "And as for the other?"

"I want to make the announcement publicly in the Council Chambers." Kenshin said. "Just to see the look on their faces." He added with a smirk. "Keep Zekram on speed dial."

"Hahaha! Very well it is your coronation, I'll leave it to you to decide the ins and outs." Ajuka said. "Also, you will have to provide a sign up sheet to the Azazel Cup. I'll send one over within the week."

"Alright, but you make it sound like I can sign up mor-(click!) Kenshin's eyes became white dots as the line went dead. "...That motherfucker hung up on me." Kenshin chuckled. "Well I'll find out more later, he gotta be busy."

The door opened and Miyuki came in with Negi. "Heya Onii-Chan." She said, standing there wearing an oversized shirt which she immediately stripped off revealing a set of purple lingerie, the bottom of course being a thong.

Negi wore striped purple and black stockings with modest matching black lingerie that accentuated her figure. "Ready I take it?" She asked with a smile.

"Hm." Kenshin smiled as he stripped off his shirt and pants, leaving himself in a pair of black boxers. "If you are."

Miyuki pushed Kenshin's back onto the bed and she and Negi laid their heads on his chest. No sooner than they had covered up the door opened and a pair of figures joined them. Kenshin recognized teal colored hair and red eyes. "Iris?"

"Heya." Iris said kissing him on the cheek.

"I'm here too..." A tan skinned woman with a buxom figure said.

"Hey Mana." Kenshin said.

"Geh? ! All of you at once? !"

"Make room-aru!"

"There's plenty to go around Asuna, Ku Fei." Miyuki said with a giggle.

"Mou! Secchan! We're late!"

"O-Ojou-Sama!"

"It's Kono-Chan Secchan!"

The group of four was joined by Asuna, Ku Fei, Konoka and Setsuna. Ku Fei situated herself under Kenshin, his head laying on her abdomen while Asuna laid hers on Kenshin's abdomen, while Konoka and Setsuna laid their heads on his legs, Meanwhile Mana and Iris took their places on his shoulders.

"Eh...heheheh...Miyuki did you really tell everyone?" Kenshin asked.

"Mmhm." Miyuki stuck her tongue out before kissing Kenshin on the cheek. "The more the merrier, right?"

"Just...try to control yourself down here." Asuna murmured.

"I usually am, but Ku are you comfortable like that? I'm not exactly light." Kenshin said looking up at her.

"Aah, don't worry about it-aru." Ku Fei waved him off with a laugh.
