Everyone watched as Rapunzel took in her surroundings after they exited the cave that led to the tower.
"She's full of spirit." mused Terra.
"Well this is her first time out of the tower." reminded Sora.
"I bet Webby was this enthusiastic too." Kairi remarked.
"That sounds about right." giggled Daisy.
"I can't believe I did this!" Rapunzel said happily before her tone changed to one of guilt and horror. "I can't believe I did this…" She then became excited again. "I can't believe I did this!" Guilty again. "Mother would be so furious…"
Rapunzel then sat on a rock in a lake with her toes in the water as she held a lily. Riku, Roxas, Mickey, Minnie, and Flynn stood behind her.
"But that's ok - I mean, what shoe doesn't know won't kill her… right?" she said to herself.
She then sat in a dark cave, hugging her knees. Goofy, Max, Terra, Aqua, and Flynn stood outside.
"Oh my gosh! This would kill her!" she said in guilt.
She then ran through the grass, past Lea, Isa, Oswald, Ortensia, and Flynn, the latter rubbing his fingers in boredom.
"This is so fuuuuuun!" Rapunzel cheered as she kicked some leaves.
She then stood on a tall tree branch with her head against the tree trunk, holding her frying pan. Naminé, Xion, Myde, and Flynn looked up at her.
"I am a horrible daughter. I'm going back." she stated.
Rapunzel then cartwheeled across some flowers and rolled down the hill, getting wrapped in her hair. Ven, Roxas, Xion, Goofy, and Max watched.
"I am never going back!" Rapunzel cheered as she rolled down.
She then laid face-down in the grass with Flynn sitting nearby, bored. Donald, Daisy, Kairi, and Naminé looked down at them.
"I am a despicable human being." Rapunzel groaned.
Then, she swung from a giant tree with her hair. Sora, Kairi, Ven, and Flynn leaned up against the tree.
"Best. Day. Ever!" Rapunzel cheered.
Later, she sat against a rock next to a large log as she held her face in her hands, softly sobbing.
Flynn walked up to her. Sora and Co. stood behind him.
Flynn cleared his throat. "You know, I can't help but notice, you seem a little at war with yourself, here." he mused.
"A little more than a little." said Goofy in sympathy.
"More like a lot." added Donald in a sympathetic tone.
"Yeah…" said Sora.
Rapunzel looked up at them all.
"I don't think I've met the rest of you." she said to the unfamiliar faces.
"These guys are the rest of our team." said Sora, gesturing to his friends.
"I'm Riku." said Riku.
"Terra." said Terra.
"My name is Aqua." said Aqua.
"Ventus. Ven for short." said Ven.
"Name's Lea. Got it memorized?" said Lea, tapping the side of his head.
"Isa." said Isa.
"I'm Xion." said Xion.
"Name's Myde." said Myde.
"My name's Mickey." said Mickey.
"I'm his wife, Minnie." said Minnie.
"Donald." said Donald.
"I'm his son-to-be-wife, Daisy." said Daisy.
"I'm Goofy. Pleasure ma'am." Goofy said politely.
"I'm his son, Max." said Max.
"I'm Oswald." said Oswald.
"And I'm his wife, ortensia." said Ortensia.
"You all seem like quite the crowd." said Rapunzel. "I'm Rapunzel." Pascal then appeared on her shoulder.
"Who's the reptile?" asked Lea.
"Oh, this is Pascal." said Rapunzel. "He's my best friend."
"He's so cute." gushed Xion.
Pascal smiled.
"Alrighty then." said Flynn as he turned back to Rapunzel. "The whole day, Bits and pieces. Sort of protective mother, forbidden road trip. This is serious stuff. But let me ease your conscious. This is part of growing up. A little rebellion, a little adventure. That's good, healthy even." he explained with a faux-smile. A suspicious Pascal crawled on his shoulder, only to be swatted away.
Sora and Co. looked at him suspiciously as Aqua caught Pascal and gently set him on the ground.
"What's he up to?" asked Ven.
Rapunzel laughed a bit. "You think?" she asked.
"I know. You're way over thinking your stress meter. Did your mother deserve it? Will this break her heart and crush her soul? Well of course. But you just got to do it." flynn continued.
Rapunzel then looked nervous. "Break her heart?" she asked.
"In half." said Flynn as he took off a grape from a tiny branch.
"Crush her soul?" Rapunzel asked.
Flynn squashed the grape. "Like a grape."
"She would be heartbroken, you're right." Rapunzel siad guiltily.
Flynn stood next to her. "Likely, all right, oh no. All right, I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I'm letting you out of the deal." he told her.
Rapunzel was taken aback. "What?"
"That's right. But don't make me. Let's just turn around, and you go home." he told her as he handed her back Pascal and her frying pan. "I get back my satchel. You get back a mother daughter relationship based on mutual trust and viola! We part ways as unlikely friends." he said as he tried to lead her back to the tower.
Rapunzel shook him off. "No!" she said firmly. "I am seeing those lanterns."
"That's right." Sora said firmly. "You're not getting out of the deal Flynn."
"You're taking her and us there." said Kairi. "This is her dream."
Everyone else gave Flynn firm looks. Riku, Xion, Aqua, Isa, Daisy, and Ortensia crossed their arms. Even Myde looked serious.
"Oh come on!" groaned Flynn, seeing that he was outnumbered 22 to 1. "What is going to take to get my satchel back?!"
Rapunzel held the frying pan up to Flynn's neck. "I will use this." she threatened.
Suddenly, they all heard the bushes rustle.
"Who's there?!" demanded Lea as he summoned Flame Liberator.
Everyone else summoned their signature Keyblades. Rapunzel, clung to Flynn in fright.
"What is it, ruffians, thugs?" Rapunzel asked scaredly. "Have they come for me?!"
"Show yourself!" shouted Terra as they aimed their Keyblades at the bush.
To everyone's surprise, out came a cute little bunny.
"Oh." said Donald.
"It's just a rabbit." said Mickey, chuckling sheepishly.
"Stay calm. It can probably smell fear." Flynn deadpanned to the longest blonde-haired girl.
Rapunzel got off Flynn with a sheepish smile as the bunny scampered off.
"Oh, sorry. Getting just a little bit, jumpy." she said sheepishly.
"It's alright Rapunzel." said Xion as everyone dismissed their weapons. "It's your first time out of the tower. You'll get used to these things as you go along."
"You really think so?" asked Rapunzel.
"We know so." Minnie said with a smile.
Rapunzel smiled.
"You guys seem clearly cut out for combat." Flynn mused. "I think you guys will make good protection for the two, er, three of us while I take us to the kingdom."
"That's 'cause we're heros!" said Donald.
"Uh-huh!" said Flynn.
"And we're Heartless experts." added Goofy.
"Yeah yeah!" nodded Flynn.
"With that said, we should get going." said Aqua as she turned to Rapunzel. "We don't want you to miss your big birthday wish." she added with a smile.
"Thank you." Rapunzel smiled back.
"Just leave it to us." said Sora, gesturing a thumb to himself and his team.
"Done." said Flynn, pointing at them.
With that said, Flynn led them away once more. Rapunzel gathered her hair and followed suit. Sora and Co. followed as well.
"Rapunzel is interesting…" remarked Donald.
"Yeah, her heart's pulling her all kindsa ways." added Goofy.
"She reminds me of a toned-down Webby." mused Naminé.
"I bet they'd get along well." giggled Ortensia.
"The outside world must seem so big and scary." Sora mused. "I know how she feels."
"We all do." said Ven. "We've all been in the same positions too, Sora."
He then side-hugged Terra and Aqua. "Luckily, I had these two by my side." he said with a grin, getting smiles in return from the two.
"And I had Roxas and Lea too." added Xion as she smiled at the two former Nobodies who smiled back.
Sora turned to Donald and Goofy.
"And lucky for me, you two came along at just the right time." he said with a smile. "And the rest has been unforgettable."
"Awww…" said Donald, feeling touched. Everyone smiled at Sora's words.
Sora then chuckled as he turned to face them again and said, "Yep, unforgettable…" he then bent down to Donald's level. "just like your face!" he added teasingly.
Donald reached in shock and horror before glaring indignantly. "Oh yeah?!" he quacked indignantly.
Everyone burst out laughing as Sora ran ahead.
"He may be mature at the most important times, but he's still the same old Sora we know and love." Riku said with a smile.
"Never change Sora. Never change." Aqua said with a smile.
"C'mon now." chuckled Goofy.
With hat said, they continued on, though Donald was still slumping in annoyance. Daisy noticed this.
"Come on Donald we have to catch up." she told her love."Daisy, what's the matter with my face? Do I like ugly or something?" Donald asked.
Daisy. smiled. "Oh don't be silly, handsome. You're the same dashing duck I've always known. Sora was just kidding around." she told him.
Daisy then gave Donald a kiss on the cheek, making him smile.
"Donald! Daisy! C'mon!" called Sora.
Donald and Daisy raced after the group.
"All for one and one for all." Sora said to himself with a smile.
Later…
As the group continued on, Rapunzel spotted something in the distance in a fiends of yellow flowers and white flowers. It looked like a white ball of fluff.
"Oh, look. What is that? It's so fluffy!" Rapunzel said excitedly
"What the heck is that thing?" asked Lea, confused.
Rapunzel ran up to the ball of fluff. But before she could touch it, several things popped out.
"What in the name of…?" Terra began.
"Are those dandelions?" Daisy asked in confusion.
Their answer was when the dandelions turned into Puffball Heartless. And the giant ball of fluff turned into a Chief Puff Heartless.
"Heartless!" exclaimed Sora as he summoned Guardian Soul.
Riku summoned End of Pain, Kairi summoned Destiny's Embrace, Mickey summoned Kingdom Key W, Donald summoned Magnus Staff and Unbound, Goofy summoned Nobody Guard and Royal Radiance, Terra summoned No Name, Aqua summoned Hyper Drive, Ven summoned Sweetstack, Roxas summoned Glimpse of Darkness, Xion summoned Lost Memory, Naminé summoned Shooting Star, Lea summoned Flame Liberator, Isa summoned Blue Moon, Myde summoned Mystic Water, Minnie summoned Stalright, Daisy summoned Spellbinder, Max summoned Fenrir, Oswald summoned Classic Tone, and Ortensia summoned Zero/One.
"Rapunzel, take cover!" said Sora.
"We got them!" said Kairi.
Rapunzel ran over to Flynn. But just as she did, more Heartless spawned. Deserters, Marine Rumbas, and Eliminators were summoned.
"They'll need help!" said Rapunzel as she gathered her hair and ran over to them before Flynn could protest. Sighing, he joined as well.
"Rapunzel?" Sora asked in surprise when she ran up.
"It's ok. I'm not afraid to face them." she told them determinedly.
"Then let's do this!" said Ven.

Sora started out the battle by blasting a Thunder tracer spell at some Puffballs. Sora then casted Aeroga on some more and slashed them all away. Kairi ducked from Deserters trying to jump at her before she casted Flower Shoot on them. Kairi then casted Deep Freeze on four of them before she slashed them into pieces with one strike. Roxas upper-slashed a Marine Rumba before he blasted three more with a Tornado spell. Roxas then aimed his Keyblade and destroyed the Heartless with a Dark Firaga spell. Lea blasted some Puffballs with a Pulse Tracer spell. When they tried to come back at him, the pyro casted Fission Firaga that blew them into oblivion. Isa slashed at some Eliminators with his Keyblade before he blasted them with Moonlight spells. Seeing them in their weakened state, the male bluehead casted Raging Storm to destroy them. Mickey rushed at some Desterters, slashing them hard before he casted Zero Graviza against them. Mickey then jumped up and casted Exo Spark to finish them. Donald blasted Blizzaga on some Puffballs three times. Once they were in a weakened state, the mage used his staff to cast Thundaga, destroying them instantly. Goofy performed Goofy-Tornado against some Marine Sambas, sending them flying all over the place. When they lunged back at him, Goofy quickly casted Icicle Mine against them. Ven slashed away some Deserters before he casted Ice Barrage against them. Ven then leaped over them and blasted them away with a Crawling Fire spell. Aqua cartwheeled away from some Puffballs before she flipped into the air to throw some of her magic at them. When Aqua landed, she held her Keyblade up and destroyed them with a Thundaga Shot spell. After slaying some Marine Sambas, Terra went right for the Chief Puff, slashed it multiple times before he casted Quake against it. Terra then jumped into the air and blasted the Chief Puff with a Triple Firaga spell, destroying it.
Riku ducked away from some Marine Sambas before he blasted them with a Triple Plasma spell. Riku then backflipped into the air and then casted Blizzaza at them, destroying them in seconds. Xion casted Aeroga onto some Puffballs, sending them high into the air. Xion then leaped into the air and destroyed them with a Time Bomb spell. Naminé used Meteor against some Deserters, weakening them at a fast rate. The former Nobody then used Bind to hold them in place before she slashed them all away. Myde used Waterga on some Puffballs, sending them high into the air. The Melodious Nocturne then casted Wind Tracer against them to finish them off. Max ducked from some of the Marine Sambas trying to attack him as he blasted them back with Mega Flare spells. Max then casted Blackout so they couldn't see and then finished them off with a Crawling Fire spell. Minnie and Daisy took on an Eliminator. Minnie fired Dark Firaga against it as Daisy backed her queen up with a Fission Firaga spell. Both of them then combined Perlza spells that destroyed the Eliminator. Oswald and Ortensia took on another. Oswald flew through the air, striking it every chance he got. Ortensia helped her husband by sneak-attacking the Heartless by slashing it against its arms and legs. The king and queen of Wasteland then regrouped and combined their light magic, sending a pillar of light against the Heartless, destroying it. Rapunzel slashed at some of the Heartless with her hair while also ducking from their attacks. She then threw her hair up in a tree branch and sun around, kicking various Heartless into the air for the others to destroy. Flynn attacked with the frying pan, bashing any Heartless in the face. He then took a cutlass from his satchel and slashed it across the chest of any Heartless that got near him.
Almost all the Heartless were gone as only a few weakened Eliminators were left.
"I got an idea!" said Rapunzel as she landed. She threw her hair at Sora, Donald, and Goofy, tying them up, much to theirs and everyone else's surprise.
"Hold on!" called Rapunzel as she and Flynn held onto the hair.
"Here goes!" said Flynn.
Rapunzel and Flynn pulled with all their might, spinning Sora, Donald, and Goofy around, making the trio yell in surprise. Soon, they were let go. They dove down around the remaining Heartless and landed hard, creating a shockwave that finished off the Eliminators.

Soon, all the Heartless were gone. Everyone dismissed their weapons.
"Well… that was exciting." said Rapunzel.
"Yeah. What a fight." mused Flynn.
"Fighting creatures like those usually are." said Oswald.
"What did you call them?" Rapunzel asked.
"Heartless." said Riku. "They're formed from the darkness of people's hearts."
"They weren't after my hair, were they?" Rapunzel asked fearfully.
"Seriously Blondie, why would anyone want your hair?" Flynn asked.
"Yeah, stealing hair is a waste of time." Myde scoffed, only to get smacked in the head by Isa, glaring at him. "Sorry…" he mumbled.
"Let's keep moving." said Mickey.
"Yeah. The kingdom awaits." said Ven enthusiastically, making Sora, Mickey, Riku, Roxas, Lea, Isa, and Myde chuckle and the girls giggle.
"By the way, what should we call that move?" asked Flynn.
"How about Tangled Twist?" suggested Goofy.
"Ooh, I like that!" said Rapunzel.
In another location of the forest, a horse was walking through the forest. He was a white horse with a platinum-blond mane and tail, brown eyes, and a grey muzzle. He was equipped with a brown saddle that had yellow, black, and red patterns, as well as a brown satchel. He also wore a sun emblem on his chest. He was called Maximus, the lead horse of the Captain of the Guard from the kingdom. He was the horse that had been chasing Flynn earlier after he and the Stabbington brothers stole the crown. They had gotten separated, but he was sure he was on the thief's trail.
He sniffed around, trying to pick up his scent, when he heard someone's footsteps. Judging from the loudness and the rate of the footsteps, whatever was approaching was most likely human. From what the horse could guess, there was nobody else who would be out in the forest. It had to be Flynn Rider. Quickly, he hid behind a large rock, and tugged a tree branch covered in leaves to disguise himself… ironically, making his hiding spot look like a horse, the rock being the body and the leaves on the branch like the head with two fruits as the eyes.
When the person approached, Maximus leapt over the rock and glared at what he thought was his quarry, letting out a triumphant whinny.
But it was only Gothel, whp recoiled in shock at the ambush. When the horse realized that he was scaring some lady instead of apprehending the criminal, his face fell in disappointment.
Gothel calmed down and gave the equine a look of disdain. "A palace horse," she reassured herself, then she realized something. "Where's your rider?" she asked.
Then, a horrified thought struck her. "Rapunzel."
She turned around, fear in her eyes. "Rapunzel!" she shouted as she ran back to the tower, leaving Maximus utterly confused.
Gothel hurried back as fast as she could. When she was at the base of the tower, she shouted upward "Rapunzel, let down your hair!" There was no response. "Rapunzel?!" she pleaded.
When there was still no reply, she ran around to the opposite side, where the wall was covered in vines that sprouted purple flowers. She ripped a section of vines off, revealing an archway sealed entirely with rocks. She frantically tore the rocks out and opened the way, then ran all the way up the spiral stairs. When she reached the ceiling, she pushed upward, knocking a section out of its place, and pushed the stone trapdoor to the side. She climbed into Rapunzel's room and searched frantically for the girl, calling her name as she went. She tore the curtains off of the second set of windows, illuminating the room with an almost haunting glow.
Gothel started to wander around the room, distressed. Then she noticed a glint under the bottom step of the staircase on the opposite side of the room. She investigated and lifted a stone that sat on top of a wooden slat right where it warped inward, allowing a glance into the space beneath the step. Inside that space, she found a brown leather satchel. She picked it up and opened it to see what it was that reflected the light, and she took out the crown.
It took a second for her to realize exactly what it was, at which point she gasped in fright and dropped it.
She then pulled something else out of the satchel. It was a Wanted poster with Flynn's picture on it.
"Missing someone?" came a voice.
Gothel turned around in fright. "Who's there?" she asked.
There, right in front of a corridor of darkness was Marluxia. Behind him was a hooded figure. He wore a purple white robe that concealed his face, leaving only his eyes to be seen, albeit as white dots to look more creepy. He also wore white spats on his feet, which were webbed, meaning he was either a duck or a goose. He was also holding a golden staff with a scary looking face with glowing purple eyes.
"Oh. It's just you, Marluxia." Gothel said in relief.
"Apologies for startling you." said Marluxia. "You never mentioned a secret way in."
"That and we did not want to climb those stairs." said the hooded figure.
"That's because you're lazy, you moron!" said a voice that apparently came from… the staff.
The hooded figure rolled his eyes.
"What brings you three here?" asked Gothel.
Marluxia smirked as he slowly approached Gothel. "She's such a precious gift." he mused. "Allow us to assist you in getting her back."
Gothel grinned evilly. "I'd like that…" she replied, the grey in her eyes turning bright pink.
Later, the group made their way further into the forest. They were all having different conversations with each other.
"So what did the 'traveler' end up being?" asked Oswald.
"Mr. Stay Puft." Mickey replied.
"You mean the Marshmallow man?" Oswald asked incredulously.
"Ray did say that he tried to think of the most harmless thing. Something that could never ever possibly hurt anyone." Mickey shrugged with a light chuckle. (1)
"Oh god." Oswald chuckled.
"So he tells Scott how he lives by three rules." said Riku.
"What were they?" asked Terra.
"Never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady with who's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body." Riku replied. (2)
Terra nsorted in amusement, making Riku chuckle.
"So does that mean that Simba and Bunga are actually… brothers?" Aqua asked.
"In some means, yeah it does." nodded Naminé. "They were both raised by Timon and Pumbaa when they were on their own." (3)
"That sounds odd, but really sweet at the same time." Aqua mused with a smile.
Just then, they came across yet another strange plant in the center of the forest.
"Okay. That's suspicious." said Flynn as he pointed at it.
"What is that thing?" asked Max.
"Doesn't look native to the forest." remarked Mickey.
Roxas, Naminé, Xion, Lea, Isa, and Myde looked suspicious. Kairi noticed this.
"Something wrong?" she asked them.
"Something about that looks familiar." said Lea.
"Yeah… almost as if I've sensed something like that somewhere."
Sora looked over at Rapunzel.
"Rapunzel…" he said worriedly, hoping she wouldn't get all excited over it again.
Rapunzel gave Sora a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. I know to be careful around flowers now." she told him.
"That's good." nodded Mickey.
"Why does it look so familiar?" grunted Lea.
"Whatever it is, it's nor normal." said Sora. "I'll take a look."
"Watch it." warned Donald.
Sora cautiously walked over to the strange plant. He looked around it before walking around it. Everyone stood ready just in case. Sora then turned back to them.
"We're all clear." he told them.
Everyone sighed in relief.
But Sora had spoken too soon. The plan suddenly sprouted… into a Reaper Nobody!
"Sora!" Donald cried in alarm.
Sora looked back and saw the Reaper try to slash him with it's scythe. Sora quickly rolled out of the way and got back up near his team.
"These guys?!" Sora exclaimed as many more spawned.
"It's the Nobodies!" Goofy exclaimed.
Sora summoned Photon Debugger, Riku summoned Duel Disc, Kairi summoned Destiny's Embrace, Terra summoned Darkgnaw, Aqua summoned No Name, Ven summoned Lost Memory, Roxas summoned Omega Weapon, Xion summoned Midnight Roar, Naminé summoned Shooting Star, Lea summoned Flame Liberator, Isa summoned Blue Moon, Myde summoned Mystic Water, Mickey summoned Kingdom Key W, Donald summoned Shaman's Relic and Unbound, Goofy summoned Genji Shield (KHII), Minnie summoned Starlight, Daisy summoned Spellbinder, Max summoned Fenrir, Oswald summoned Classic Tone, and Ortensia summoned Zero/One.
"Mother said that the outside world would be full of ruffians and thugs." said Rapunzel.
"Those aren't ruffians." said Donald.
"They're Nobodies." added Minnie.
"Rapunzel, Flynn, stay back!" called Sora.
"No, I want to help you fight." Rapunzel said firmly.
"We know. But I'm afraid you can't hurt these guys with a frying pan." said Sora.
"He's right." said Xion. "Nobodies are more dangerous and tougher than the Heartless."
"Trust us on that," said Ven.
"Flynn, get her someplace safe." said Daisy.
"No problem. Knowing when to flee is one of my specialties." Flynn said confidently, pointing a finger at himself.
"But…" Rapunzel began.
"Don't worry." assured Flynn. "They got it covered."
Rapunzel sighed, but nodded. "Alright. Please be careful Sora. Everyone." she told them.
"Don't worry. We got 'em!" said Naminé with a smirk.
With that, Rapunzel and Flynn ran off to hide somewhere safe. No sooner did they do that, several Dusks and Creepers summoned.
"This just keeps getting better and better." Myde groaned.
"Nothing we can't handle." Sora said confidently.

Sora, Lea, and Aqua started out the attack by casting Firaga spells at three Reapers. Sora then used Magnet to bring them forward and then the three slashed them away. Terra casted Tornado to lift three Dusks and two Creepers into the air. The oldest brunette then casted Crawling Fire to destroy them. Mickey and Minnie stood back to back as they clashed their Keyblades against the scythes of one Reaper each. Mickey then helped lift Minnie into the air so she could destroy the Nobodies with her Faith magic. Riku slashed three Dusks across their chests before he spin-kicked them in the heads the other way before blasting them to death with a Dark Firaga spell. Donald back flipped away from some slashing Reapers before he blasted them back with a Wateraga spell from his staff. Donald then unleashed an Ignite spell with his Keyblade, destroying the Nobodies. Goofy slammed his shield into some Creepers, right in their faces when he was lucky. Goofy then used his Keyblade to unleash Exo Spark, electrocuting the Nobodies. Roxas blasted orbs of light at several Dusks, ducking from their jumping attacks. Roxas then rushed at some more Dusks and blasted them away with a Triple Plasma spell.
Kairi casted Blizzaga at some Dusks and Reapers before she jumped up and destroyed them all with one fast slash, landing on the ground in a badass pose. Ven clashed weapons with a Reaper before he backflipped away and struck it with a Fission Firaga spell. Xion backed Ven up as she slashed the Reaper from behind and then finished it off with a Triple Pursuit spell. Naminé casted Mega Flare on some Dusks. When they lunged at her from all sides, the witch jumped up, held her Keyblade out, and spun around several times, slashing them away. Isa sliced some Dusks in half with his Keyblade before striking three of them at the same time with a Pulse Tracer spell. Myde ducked from some Reapers swinging their scythes at him before he casted Wateraga back at them. Daisy slashed at some Creepers, some she managed to cut in half. The Lady-In-Waiting then used Deep Freeze to freeze them in place before she slashed them into ice shards. Max slashed at some Dusks before using Thundaga Shot against them. The knight's son then used Blackout to blind them before he finished them off with Raging Storm. Ortensia used Aeroga on some Creepers, sending them into the air, allowing Oswald to slash at them. The rabbit king them used Zero Graviga to send them at the cat queen, who finished them with a Thundaga spell.
Seeing that there were still some Nobodies left, Aqua turned to Naminé.
"Naminé! Now!" Aqua called.
"Come on!" she called back.
Aqua and Namine both spun around like ballerina's, sending out a gust of magical wind that sent multiple Nobodies flying in the air.
"Take that!" exclaimed the bluehead.
"Gotcha!" said the blonde.
They slowly raised their legs higher as they spun and sent out rainbow coloured bullets of light from the crystals above them, blasting the Nobodies that were sent flying above them. They spun and moved around faster and faster, destroying more enemies and then moving towards each other.
"Light!" they yelled.
They finished up by unleashing a multicoloured pillar of light from the crystal, obliterating the last of the Nobodies.

With all the Nobodies gone, everyone dismissed their weapons.
"Nice moves back there." complimented Naminé.
"Thank you." smiled Aqua. "Let's call that one Crystal Rain."
"Ooh, that sounds cool!" said Naminé, impressed.
"That takes care of those creeps." said Myde.
"And where there's Nobodies…" began Goofy.
"There's the Organization!" finished Donald.
"And given that some of those Nobodies were Reapers, I have a pretty good idea who's here." said Isa.
"Alright Marluxia, show yourself!" called Lea.
And then, they all heard a corridor of darkness open up behind them. They all turned around and saw the Graceful Assassin step out.
"Nice of you to know who you're dealing with Axel." Marluxia smirked.
"It's Lea you idiot." Lea scoffed.
"So you're the Organization member we gotta deal with here." said Sora.
"That is correct." Marluxia replied. "Although this time… I'm not alone."
Everyone was confused.
"Whaddya talkin' about?" asked Goofy.
"Maleficent tasked me to oversee this world with some help just in case." the Graceful Assassin replied. He turned to Donald and Daisy. "And you two ducks might remember them… one of you more than the other."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Donald demanded.
"Still the same annoying neighbor after all these years." came a voice.
Donald and Daisy froze in horror, their faces pale. Out from Marluxia came the robed figure.
"No…!" gasped Donald.
"Is that..?!" Daisy exclaimed.
"Donald, Daisy, what's wrong?" asked Sora, concerned.
The figure removed the hood of his robe. He was a middle-aged goose with black hair, a thin mustache, and a chubby face. It was Baron Von Shellgoose, the former president of the Quackmore Institute over 60 years ago.
"Surprised to see me again?" Shellgoose asked with an evil grin.
"Shellgoose!?" Donald exclaimed, which surprised everyone else.
"Wait, that evil former president of the institute you told us about?" Ven asked.
"That's him!" nodded Daisy.
"That's right!" Shellgoose cackled. "I'm glad you two remember me. The mighty! The conniving! "The brilliant! The one and only BARON! VON! SHELL-!"
"Oh shut up! No one cares, you moron!" came an evil deep voice. And out of nowhere, the staff bonked Shellgoose on the head. "The more you open your mouth, the more you embarrass me… and yourself!"
"Did that staff just talk?" Myde asked, a little weirded out.
"And did it just bonk this idiot in the head?" Lea added, getting snickers from Sora, Roxas, Ven, Max, Goofy, Oswald, and Myde.
Donald and Daisy paled in horror.
"No! It' can't be!" cried Daisy.
"F-Felldrake?!" Donald exclaimed in horror.
Sora and the others were shocked.
"Wait, you mean Lord Felldrake?!" Sora asked in alarm.
"That evil demon you, José, Panchito, and Xandra fought all those years ago?!" added Minnie.
"That's right!" Felldrake cackled. "Nice of you two brats to remember me, especially you Donald whatever-you-call-yourself!"
"But I thought you were dead!" Donald exclaimed in confusion.
"So did I!" added Daisy.
"Yeah they told us that Shellgoose snapped you in half when the Caballeroes were sealing you away like their ancestors did." said Mickey.
"Gee, thanks for reminding me of this moron's actions." Felldrake deadpanned.
Shellgoose glared at his ascendent trapped in the staff. "You do realize that there was no other choice. You said to do something since you didn't want to be trapped in the staff again. I was just following your orders." he said indignantly.
"Oh shut up." Felldrake huffed as he banged his ancestor on the head, much to the latter's annoyance. "What really happened was after my staff was snapped and the two of us escaped, I ended up trapped in this idiot's head."
"You were in his head?" Goofy asked.
"It was a nightmare." Felldrake grumbled.
"So we rode off to an old friend of his and she used her magic to separate us. Unfortunately, she couldn't bring Lord Felldrake back into his normal form, so the only way for him to live again was in the staff." Shellgoose continued. He then glared at Donald. "And because of you stealing my presidency, I had to go on the run with Felldrake and hide for quite some time!"
"Then a few days ago, my old pal invited us to join Master Xehanort, Maleficent, the Organization, and their villainous allies. We gladly accepted their offer and now here we are." Felldrake finished.
"Who was your old friend?" asked Aqua.
"The Shadow Queen herself, Magica De Spell." Felldrake replied, shocking everyone.
"You know Magica?!" exclaimed Riku.
"We used to talk at parties." Felldrake replied casually.
Marluxia then stepped up towards the heroes.
"Now, if you'll permit me, I've come to ask a favor." he told them.
This caused Sora and Co. to look incredulous.
"Favor? You have got to be kidding me." Sora scoffed.
"Please hear what I have to say." said Malruxia as he crossed his arms.
"This oughta be something." Riku muttered.
"I'm sure you've noticed..." Marluxia began.
The twenty looked confused. Marluxia put a finger to his head.
"Well, perhaps not." he noted. He then put his arms down. "But you should know that maiden with you, Rapunzel, is the very light of this world. I would see you guard her from its dark horrors."
"Huh?" everyone said at once, taken aback.
Sora then glared. "Starting with you, right?!" he sneered.
That brought everyone else back as they all glared at the Organization member.
"All the Organization seeks is balance." said Marluxia.
"Yeah, we've heard that before." grunted Lea.
"You must understand, our ultimate objective is not to clash with the light. We seek to complement it." Marluxia continued. "Use that Keyblade... to keep Rapunzel safe."
"Oh we'll keep her safe." glared Max.
"Yeah, safe from pricks like you!" sneered Lea.
"Very well then." Marluxia smirked. "You won't heed us, we'll just teach you a lesson." He turned to Shellgoose and Felldrake. "You know what to do."
The two villains smirked.
"We sure do!" said Felldrake. "Leopold! Come to daddy!"
Donald and Daisy paled.
"Oh dear…" Daisy squealed.
Suddenly, out from the sky over the mountains came a large grey creature with large wings. It landed on the ground next to Shellgoose and Felldrake, startling everyone.
"Oh my god!" cried Mickey.
"Oh my goodness!" cried Minnie.
"What the hell is that thing?!" cried Myde.
"Looks like a bat-monkey." said Oswald.
"Looks more like a monkey-bat-donkey-rat." said Ven.
"I'd say it's more of a bat-cat-gorilla-dog." said Xion.
"Or some sort of mongoose-pterodactyl-meerkat." said Kairi.
"Maybe it's a chupacabra?" suggested Minnie.
"Now that, I'd buy." said Myde, pointing at Minnie. (4)
"That's Leopled the Horrible! Felldrake's pet!" cried Donald.
Shellgoose pointed at the heroes.
"Leopold, you see that group right there?" he asked.
"Yeah yeah!" Leopold replied.
"Deal with them." Shellgoose said with a grin.
Leopold nodded as he glared at the heroes.
"And that's just part of the lesson." said Marluxia as he snapped his fingers.
Several Reapers spawned.
"Track down Rapunzel and that thief, Flynn Rider." he told them. "And get Rapunzel back to the tower."
The Reapers then flew off.
"Until we meet again Keybearers." said Marluxia as he teleported himself, Shellgoose, and Felldrake away.
"Rapunzel, Flynn, and Pascal are in danger!" cried Aqua.
"I'll deal with that monstrosity!" said Donald as he summoned Centurion and Unbound.
"I'll help too!" said Sora as he summoned Master's Defender.
"All for one and one for all!" Goofy said in agreement as he summoned Frozen Pride and Royal Radiance.
Mickey, Riku, and Kairi nodded in agreement as they summoned Kingdom Key W, Braveheart, and Destiny's Embrace.
"The rest of us will stop the Nobodies!" said Roxas as he summoned Two Become One and ran off.
Summoning their signature Keyblades, Naminé, Xion, Lea, Isa, Myde, Terra, Aqua, Ven, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia ran after Roxas.
"Let's go!" said Sora as he got into a fighting position.
Everyone else followed as leopold growled, hovering off the ground.

Sora jumped at Leopold, slashing him a few times, only for the monster to slash and smack him away. He reached to to strike him again, only for Donald to blast him back with a Thundaga Shot spell. He quickly backed away from leopold trying to grab him just as Riku fired a Dark Firaga spell back at him. Leopold took to the air and tried to swoop down to catch them, only for Mickey to blast him with a Perlza spell. Leopold snarled as he slashed Mickey to the side, only for Sora and Kairi to blast him on both sides with Blizzaga spells. Goofy threw his shield at Lepold, bashim him right in the face, making him stumble back. Leopold tried to jump at the heroes, but they quickly got out of the way. Donald blasted the monster with a Triple Firaga spell, followed by Kairi with a Flower Shoot spell. Leopled smashed his fists against the ground, making everybody stumble. Mickey jumped up and slashed Leopold several times as Sora tried to fire Sparkaga at him. But Leopold knocked Mickey into Sora, both of them crashing into a tree.
Leopold took to the skies again and tried to reach out to slash them to death, only to get struck in the face by Goofy using a Wateraga spell. Riku jumped up, slashed Leopold in the chest, and then blasted him with a Triple Pursuit spell as he landed. Leopold dove down and smashed Goofy and Riku away, only for Donald to blast him with a Thundaza spell. Kairi came up from behind Leopold and casted Icicle Mine against him. Leopold tried to smash Kairi, but she rolled out of the way as the monster's hand was blasted by orbs of light fired by Sora. He then gave Mickey a quick boost into the air and the mouse king struck Leopold with a Crawling Fire spell. Goofy then casted Ice Barrage against him as Riku and Kairi combined Firaga spells that blasted the monster in the chest. Leopold roared in anger as he swooped down to grab them, but they quickly ducked.
Seeing that Leopold wasn't gonna go down so easily, Sora changed into his blue Wisdom Form. As Felldrake's pet monster flew down, Sora casted Wisdom Shot, striking leopold in the face and wings. Sora then quickly used Magic Spice against him, sending Leopold stumbling backwards. No sooner did the ancient monster regain his surroundings, Sora performed Retaliating Slash, sending Leopold back some more.
Sora landed on the ground and turned to his friends.
"ATTACK!" Sora shouted.
Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Mickey, and Kairi delivered a series of rapid and powerful mid-air slashes, damaging Leopold before the six of them gathered energy and blasted forward to cut the monster across his sides.
"I'll take it from here!" said Donald.
Donald took the lead and the 6 of them threw their Keyblades, staff, and shield in the air before summoning circling orbs of energy as their weapons came together spinning in front of them. With a yell, they turned those orbs into clusters of fireworks that blew Leopold in the air.
"Follow my lead!" shouted Goofy.
Now Goofy took point and together they had their Keyblades, staff and shield spin right in front of them faster than a tornado, unleashing cyclones of pure red, blue, green, dark blue, yellow, and pink energy that sent out millions of drive orbs and blew the flying creature away.
Riku: Leave this to me!
Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Mickey and Kairi hold out Master's Defender, Unbound & Centurion, Royal Radiance & Frozen Pride, Braveheart, Kingdom Key W and Destiny Embrace to unleash multiple flaming orbs of red, blue, green, dark blue, yellow and pink colour. The orbs blasted Leopold and pushed him back in pain. The six of them gathered energy before unleashing in the form of a larger orb of darkness that sent Felldrake's monstrous pet flying.
"Now! Together gang!" shouted Mickey.
Mickey took the lead, with the six of them flipping up and floated back to back, spinning in a circle with their Keyblades, staff, and shield outstretched and releasing sparkles that turned into a cyclone of pure light that trapped Leopold when he was caught in it, dealing a vicious amount of damage.
"Light!" they shouted.
They spread out their bodies and weapons, and the cyclone turned into shooting stars that sent the flying monster flying back.
"Allow me!" said Kairi.
Kairi took the lead, with the 6 of them raising their Keyblades and surrounding themselves in auras of red, blue, green, dark blue, yellow, and pink light, thrusting their blades in quick succession in the air. They continuously and rapidly struck Leopold across his whole body left and right 6 times. During the 7th time they gathered more energy and released it by slashing the ancient beast together, completely blowing him away.
"Everyone! FULL POWER!" yelled Sora.
Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Mickey, and Kairi shot in the air and exploded with energy. The 6 of them were surrounded in white, electric blue, green, dark blue, yellow, and pink flaming aura as they held out their Keyblades, staff and shield together at their tips. A huge ball of light energy gathers.
"LIGHT!" they yelled.
They unleashed a huge beam of light surrounded in red, blue, green, dark blue, yellow, and pink energy. The beam engulfed Leopold and made him roar in pain as he landed on the ground, unconscious.

Everyone dismissed their weapons, though Sora was still in his Wisdom Form.
"What do we do with him?" asked Kairi.
"Felldrake and Shellgoose should pick him up soon." said Donald.
"Come on, we'd better find our friends." said Mickey.
With that, the six raced off.
About ½ a mile away, Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy came across the rest of their friends, who seemed to have everything under control.
Roxas blasted at some Reapers while Naminé finished the same ones off with a single slash. Minnie and Daisy combined Perlza spells against three Reapers, instantly destroying them. Ven blasted Blizzaga against one Reaper, followed by Terra with an Ignite spell, allowing Aqua to finish it off with a Raging Storm spell. Xion used Transcendence to blast two Nobodies into the air and Max destroyed them with a Thundaga Shot. Oswald used Tornado to make the Reapers spin out of control, allowing Ortensia to strike them with an Exo Spark spell. Lea slashed at one Reaper with his chakrams before Myde used his sitar to lift it into the air with a water pillar, and Isa finished it off by using his claymore to summon a moon beam.
Rapunzel and Flynn fared well against the Nobodies as well. Rapunzel swung around using her hair tied to a tree branch, kicking the Reapers into the air so the others could finish them. Flynn tried to bash them in the faces with the frying pan while also rolling away from their scythe attacks.
"Looks like they got it under control." mused Mickey.
"And apparently, you can use frying pans to hit them." mused Sora.
Once all the Nobodies were gone, everyone dismissed their weapons.
"Man those things pack quite the punch." Flynn remarked.
"We've learned how to handle them well." said Roxas.
"Well, at least they're gone." Repaunzel said with a smile.
"And look who else showed up." Lea called out when he noticed Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy.
"You guys ok?" asked Minnie.
"Aw, we're fine Min." Mickey assured her.
"And Leopold?" Daisy asked.
"Unconscious. No need to worry about that big palooka. " Donald replied.
"With that said, we should get going." suggested Flynn.
"I wonder how things are back at the castle." Kairi said out loud as they continued their journey.
Disney Castle:
Down near the lake, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Lena, and Violet were having a picnic. They sat down on a red and white blanket as Webby took out some snacks from a picnic basket.
"Who wants ham and cheese?" she asked.
"Right here." said Dewey.
She tossed him the bag.
"Who wants turkey and cheese?" Webby asked as she took out another.
"I'll take that, thank you." said Huey.
"I brought the Pep!." said Louie, taking out a 6-pack of Pep!. Each of them grabbed one.
"This is nice." mused Violet.
"I agree." nodded Huey. "The scenery feels great, especially with your friends."
"Couldn't get any better than this." Lena said with a content smile. She turned to Louie. "Chip me."
Louie smiled as he fed Lena a chip.
"Mind chipping me?" he asked.
Lena smirked and giggled before feeding Louie a chip.
"I also packed a small salad." said Violet as she brought one out.
"I'll have some of that." said Huey as Violet handed him a fork. The two clinged them as they dug into their salad.
"This really is a nice way to spend time together." Webby remarked as she and Dewey ate their sandwiches.
"We really should do this more often," said Dewey.
"That is what best friends do." nodded Louie as he and Lena were about to feed each other a potato chip… only for them to twist their arms each other's and feed them to themselves. (5)
"And we are all the bestest of friends." Webby said with a grin.
"Yep. To the Duckburg Six." said Huey, raising his Pep! Can.
Dewey, Louie, Webby, Lena, and Violet followed suit, clinking their cans together, all of them smiling happily at each other.
Kingdom of Corona:
Soon, everyone was deeper in the forest. Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, Terra, Ven, Aqua, Roxas, Naminé, Xion, Lea, Isa, and Myde were shouting ahead to make sure no guards were around after Flynn had mentioned them earlier. Said thief was walking alongside Sora, Riku, Kairi, and Rapunzel while Pascal continued to sit on her shoulder.
"So if you're not from around here, where are you from?" Rapunzel asked.
Sora, Kairi, and Riku were taken aback by the question, not sure how to respond to it yet considering they had only just met Rapunzel and Flynn.
"Well… we're explorers." Sora replied, which technically was true.
"That's right." nodded Kairi. "We've always wanted to travel around the world, explore new places, and meet new faces."
"Then one stormy night, we got the chance." Riku added. "It was originally the three of us. Then we met Mickey, Donald, and Goofy along the way. And eventually, our circle of friends grew into a lot of them who are all staying at the place where we're temporarily residing at, many of whom are on this team."
"That sounds wonderful." Rapunzel mused. "Getting to go to new places, having a lot of fun.."
"Yeah, it can be fun." Sora nodded with a smile.
Then out of nowhere, Shadow, Stealth Soldier, Water Core, and Festive Fireworks Heartless summoned.
"Oh for the love of…" grumbled Riku as he summoned Braveheart, followed by Sora and Kairi with Kingdom Key and Destiny's Embrace.
Sora quickly slashed at some Shadows before hucking from some fast-approaching Water Cores. He jumped back up and fired Firaga at them, managing to weaken them slightly before he was able to take them out with Triple Pursuit. Riku slashed at some Festive Fireworks twice before he unleashed a Pulse Tracer spell to take them out. Some Stealth Soldiers lunged at the silverhead, making him lepa out of the way as they ended up scratching a tree. Riku used that distraction to destroy them with a Dark Firaga spell. Kairi fired orbs of light at some Water Cores before jumping over them and destroying them with a Thundaga spell. Then, some Shadows that surrounded her he tried to pounce on her. The redhead quickly casted Aeroga, lifting them into the air before she casted Flower shoot to eliminate them.
Flynn took his hunting knife out of his belt satchel and slashed at some of the Stealth Soldiers while also ducking from their jump-attacks. He quickly stabbed his knife into the chests of some Shadows, even kicking some away before narrowly avoiding a Water Core crashing into him by rolling out of the way. But when he tried to stab it when it came back, he ended up getting his knife stuck in the tree after stabbing it. He then saw a Stealth Soldier try to attack Sora while he was dealing with some Shadows and quickly grabbed it by the legs and slammed it against the same tree many times until it disintegrated. The impact caused his knife to fall out and he caught it.
Rapunzel bashed at some Festive Fireworks with her frying pan, making sure she went for their heads. She even managed to uppercut them into the air when she struck them in the chins. Some Shadows rushed at Rapunzel. She quickly grabbed her hair and turned it into a whip, lashing it at the Heartless. Seeing three Water Cores fly up, Rapunzel got an idea. She threw her hair at the flying Heartless, tying them up. She then swung them around, knocking them into the rest of the Heartless before she flew them into a tree, managing to make them crash into one of its branches. Rapunzel then wrapped her hair around another branch and swung around, kicking the Heartless into the air, some of them she managed to kick into some more trees.
Eventually, all the Heartless were gone. As Sora cured everyone, the rest of the team came back.
"No sign of any guards." said Lea.
"Though if they were after Flynn and the Stabbington brothers earlier, they're most likely in other parts of the forest." said Terra.
"But the path ahead is clear." Mickey said with a smile.
They then noticed that the five seemed a bit tensed up and noticed the scratches on the trees.
"Did something happen while we were gone?" asked Goofy.
"Nothing you need to worry about." Sora said with a reassuring smile, waving his hand. "We took care of it."
Just then, they heard Donald's stomach growl.
"I think we should get something to eat." Donald suggested as he rubbed his stomach.
Flynn snapped his fingers. "Well you're all in luck. I just so happen to know the perfect place." he said with a devilish smirk. "Follow me."
"I know it's around here somewhere." Flynn said as they walked down the path. He scanned from his left to his right and then spotted something up ahead. It was a single-story building with a large purple roof. The building itself looked very odd, twisting and curving with the lay of the land, and it appeared to be built around a large tree.
"Ah, there it is. The Snuggly Duckling." Flynn said in satisfaction.
And indeed, there was a sign that read what Flynn had just said. It hung on the side of the path, with a section in the middle cut out in which sat a painted planar carving of a yellow duckling surrounded by some cattails.
They also noticed some horses tied off at the front, meaning that there were people already inside.
Sora, Riku, Kairi, Donald, Daisy, Max, Roxas, Terra, Aqua, Lea, and Isa traded suspicious glances.
"Don't worry, very quaint place, perfect for you. Don't want you scaring, and giving up on this endeavor now do we?" Flynn reassured Rapunzel.
"Well, I do like ducklings." Rapunzel said with an innocent smile.
"Yay!" Flynn said with a sarcastic cheer and fake smile.
As Flynn led Rapunzel inside, everyone else hung back for a bit.
"I don't think it's as nice as it looks." said Myde.
"You're right. Something about this place doesn't seem right." Isa nodded in agreement.
"Never actually been in a bar brawl before." Sora mused. "I know I'm not old enough to drink, but they do sound epic the way people talk about it."
"They can be fun." Riku said.
"Have any of you guys ever gotten drunk before?" Roxas asked, curiously.
Lea and Isa shook their heads, as did Oswald and Ortensia. Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, and Daisy, on th either hand, gave sheepish smiles.
"Well… the six of us got very drunk once at a New Years Eve party." Mickey replied.
"Six?" inquired Aqua.
"Della too." said Daisy, giggling a bit. "It was a special party since it was the last day of 1999 and the first day of 2000."
"Oh so ringing in the new century, huh?" Lea asked with a smirk.
"A little too much. A-hyuck!" Goofy chuckled.
"Despite getting wasted, it was pretty fun." said Donald.
"Oh yes it was!" giggled Minnie.
"All the same, we'd better watch our backs." suggested Kairi.
"Good idea." said Xion.
With that, the 20 followed Rapunzel and Flynn inside.
Fynn threw the door open inward. "Garçon, your finest table please!" he called out.
Rapunzel gasped in horror.
The modestly-lit bar was filled with brutish-looking thugs decked in armor and warrior garb that almost made them look like vikings.
One had a moustache divided into two sections at either side of his mouth; he wore an enormous brown spiked pauldron on his right shoulder, and he had a hook in place of his left hand. He was called Hook-Hand.
The enormous man next to him wore a helmet with a wide set of horns that curled up and inward at the tips. He was called Vladimir.
One of the scrawnier men, though only relatively, had a large red nose and uneven teeth. He was called Big-Nose.
Another, who appeared to have some girth, wore a large metal, bucket-shaped helmet that covered his entire face and also had a pair of tiny horns at the top, and, interestingly, he had a tattoo of a cupcake on his right upper arm. He was called Atilla.
Among other fearsome-looking ruffians, there was also a short old man who appeared to be in a senile and inebriated daze. He was called Shorty.
Afraid, Rapunzel held out her frying pan defensively. Flynn leaned on her soldiers.
"You smell that? Take a deep breath through the nose." he told her right into her ear, inhaling the smell when he said that. "Really, let that seep in. What are you getting? Because to me, it's part man smell and the other part is really bad man smell. I don't know why, but overall, it smells like the color brown. Your thoughts?"
Sora, Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Naminé, Lea, Xion, Isa, Terra, Aqua, Ven, Myde, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia walked inside and made their way through the crowd. Seeing that it was full of intimidating-looking men, they all aimed glares at any who looked like they wanted to mess with them. One poked Mickey's ears, but the mouse king glared at him, making him back off. Some tried to reach out toward Kairi, Naminé, Xion, Aqua, Minnie, Daisy, and Ortensia, but they slapped their hands away, the toons showing them their wedding rings to further make them back off.
Rapunzel had gathered up most of her hair and bundled it up against herself as she quickly backed away, only to bump against another large thug sitting near the fireplace. She spun around to give him a warning by pointing her frying pan at him before turning back.
" Hey, you don't look so good, Blondie." Flynn teased. "Maybe we should get you home. Call it a day. Probably better off. This is a five star joint after all. And if you can't handle this place, well maybe you should be back in your tower." he suggested as he led her back to the door, past the 20 galring travelers.
"If he gets her hurt, I'm going to kill him." Riku sneered, balling his fists.
"Same." sneered Max.
"He is not backing out of the deal." Terra said firmly.
But just before Rapunzel and Flynn could go out the door, Vladimir slammed it shit, pinning a sheet of paper against it with his hand. "Is this you?" he asked Flynn in a dangerous tone.
The 22 newcomers leaned in and saw that it was a Wanted poster with Flynn's picture on it. Nervously, Flynn pinched the thug's index finger, which was covering the nose, and moved it out of the way. To his dismay and annoyance, he saw that the sketch was perfect except for the fact that his nose was extended by three inches. Sora, Donald, Goofy, Max, Roxas, Ven, Lea, and Myde burst out laughing while Riku, Kairi, Terra, Isa, Aqua, Naminé, Xion, Mickey, Oswald, Minnie, Daisy, and Ortensia snickered in amusement.
"No, now they're just being mean." Flynn muttered.
"Oh it's him alright." Hook-Hand sneered as he approached the thief and grabbed him by his shirt. "Greno, go find some guards." he ordered one of the patrons, who nodded as he ran out the door. "That rewards gonna buy me a new hook."
Atilla pulled Flynn out of Hook-Hand's grasp. "I could use money!" he shouted.
"What about me? I'm broke!" Vladimir sneered as he did the same.
Soon, all the thugs were swarming in, trying to grab Flynn so they could claim the reward. Seeing their predicament, Sora and Co. summoned their signature weapons.
"Leave him alone! He's with us!" called Sora.
"I don't think shouting's gonna work!" called Myde.
"You got any better ideas?" Lea asked.
Rapunzel tried to get into the clump of thugs so she could rescue Flynn while he pleaded for them to let him go. "Guys stop! Hey, leave him alone! Give us back our guide! Ruffians!" she shouted as she even tried pummeling against one thug's shield with her frying pan, but no no effect.
"Well at least it's better than shouting." Terra shrugged.
"We have to do something." said Naminé.
"Wait, look!" said Kairi, pointing at Rapunzel.
They saw Rapunzel throw her hair over a support beam and let it wrap around a branch. She puled her hair, using the beam like a pulley to pull the branch up. Just as Hook-Hand was about to punch Flynn while the others held him still, she released, and the branch fell down and bounced off Hook-Hand's head. The other thugs stopped roughing Flynn about and stared in shock.
"Whoa…" Sora, Roxas, Ven, Max, Lea, and Myde said together.
"Interesting approach." mused Aqua, impressed.
"Put him down!" Rapunzel demanded.
Hook-Hand turned to glare at her.
"Oh shit…" Myde muttered in fright as he hid behind Terra.
"We're screwed." Lea said in terror.
"Okay, I don't know where I am, and I need him to take me to see the lanterns, because I've been dreaming about them my entire life. Find your humanity! Haven't any of you ever had a dream?" Rapunzel pleaded.
Hook-Hand took out an ax from behind his back and started marching towards Rapunzel as Vladimir hung Flynn by his shirt on a hook. Sora and Co. braced themselves just in case Hook-Hand did something violent.
As Hook-Hand approached her, Rapunzel backed away in fear until she was up against a barrel. But just as a thug appeared like he was about to hurt her, he said something surprising in his deep voice.
"I had a dream once."
He threw his ax so that it had the wall above a bard's head, slicing the feather off his green hat. A terrified expression on his face, he began to play his accordion.

Hook Hand: I'm malicious, mean and scary
My sneer could curdle dairy
And violence-wise, my hands are not the cleanest
He then led Rapunzel over to a table where he threw Big Nose to the side.
Hook-Hand: But despite my evil look,
And my temper and my hook
Hook Hand: I've always yearned to be a concert pianist
He then began to play the paint up on a stage.
Hook-Hand: Can'tcha see me on the stage performin' Mozart?
Tickling the ivories 'til they gleam?
He then strummed across the keys, accidentally launching them out while Goofy and Rapunzel blocked them with shield and frying pan.
Hook-Hand: Yep, I'd rather be called deadly
For my killer show-tune medley
Thank you!
'Cause way down deep inside
I've got a dream.
Thugs: He's got a dream!
He's got a dream!
Donald, Max, Isa, and Flynn looked confused while everyone else was amused.
Hook Hand: See, I ain't as cruel and vicious as I seem!
He then accidentally slammed the back of his hand against Big Nose, who fell back with a dazed expression.
Hook-Hand: Though I do like breaking femurs
You can count me with the dreamers
Like everybody else
I've got a dream!
"Now that's a pretty nice dream." said Sora.
"Thanks kid." Hook-Hand smiled.
"Anyone else wish to share their dreams?" asked Aqua.
Big Nose sat up.
Big Nose: I've got scars and lumps and bruises
Plus something here that oozes
And let's not even mention my complexion
But despite my extra toes
And my goiter, and my nose
I really wanna make a love connection
He handed Rapunzel a small flower while she looked touched.
Big Nose then sat in make-shift boat with Shorty, who, with a dazed smile, opened up a torn umbrella.
Big Nose: Can't you see me with a special little lady
Rowin' in a rowboat down the stream?
Big Nose rowed them across the pub floor before lifting Shorty, dressed as Cupid with a bow and arrow, into the air on a rope before swinging him around.
Big Nose: Though I'm one disgusting blighter
I'm a lover, not a fighter
'Cause way down deep inside
I've got a dream
I've got a dream!
Thug Chorus: He's got a dream!
Big Nose: I've got a dream!
Thug Chorus: He's got a dream!
Big Nose: And I know one day romance will reign supreme!
Though my face leaves people screaming
There's a child behind it, dreaming
Like everybody else

The following thugs showed off their dreams in front of Sora, Rapunzel and Co. By now, Isa, Donald, and Max weren't confused anymore.
Thug Chorus: Toll would like to quit and be a florist
Gunther does interior design
Ulf is into mime
Attila's cupcakes are sublime
Bruiser knits
Killer sews
Fang does little puppet shows
Hook-Hand: And Vladimir collects ceramic unicorns!
As Hook-Hand sang, Vladimir clinked to tiny ceramine unicorns together and smiled.
Everyone then approached Flynn.
" What about you?" Hook-Hand asked.
"I'm sorry, me?" asked Flynn.
"What's your dream?" Big Nose asked as he took Flynn off the hook and set him on the ground.
"No, no no. Sorry, boys. I don't sing." Flynn replied. He then found himself surrounded by many swords along with Kingdom Key, Mage's Staff, a chakram, and a sitar.
Flynn: I have dreams, like you - no, really!
Just much less touchy-feely
They mainly happen somewhere warm and sunny
He then took one of Vladimir's unicorns, getting a scowl from him, and set it in a bowl of oatmeal.
Flynn: On an island that I own
Tanned and rested and alone
He was then grabbed by the thugs.
Flynn: Surrounded by enormous piles of money!
They then tossed him into the air, cheering.
Big Nose turned to Sora and Co.
"What about you guys?" he asked.
An accordion solo started up, but Sora was silent.
"Uh… not sure." he replied.
The music came to a stop.
"I mean, I do love traveling to new laces and meeting new people as well as protecting them, but I'm not really sure what to do after all the threats are gone." he explained.
"He does have a point." said Riku. "After all that's happened we're not really sure what's in store for us afterwards."
"Eh, we can't have it all mapped out." Shorty shrugged.
"Ah, you lot will figure it out." Hook-Hand assured him. "Anyone else?"
Kairi then beamed. She turned to the others. "Follow my lead." she told them before snapping her fingers and the music started up again.
Kairi: So it was just the three of us together.
And our friendship was forever.
But then an evil threat teared us all apart.
But we me made new friends on the way
And reunited one grateful day
And now we're all protecting other people down at heart!
Sora and Co. smiled as they began to dance to the beat.
Sora: Can't you see all of us together,
Riku: Protecting people from threatening schemes?
Terra: Always making brand new friends
And saving them in the end.
Aqua: Like every one of you we've got a dream!
The thugs cheered.
Sora and Co.: We've got a dream!
We've got a dream!
Kairi: Despite the darkness, it's as fun as it seems!
Our journey may not last forever,
But we'll always be together!
Like everybody else we've got a dream!
Rapunzel: I've got a dream!
Thug Chorus: She's got a dream!
Rapunzel: I've got a dream!
Thug Chorus: She's got a dream!
Rapunzel: I just want to see the floating lanterns gleam!
Thug Chorus: Yeah!
Rapunzel: And with every passing hour
I'm so glad I left my tower
Like all you lovely folks

So our diff 'rences ain't really that extreme!

As they sang and danced, Flynn was now being passed around. Much to his dismay.
Thugs: Call us brutal-
Sick-
Hook-Hand: Sadistic-
Big Nose: And grotesquely optimistic
Thug Chorus: Cause way down deep inside
We've got a dream!
Hook Hand: I've got a dream!
Big Nose Thug:
I've got a dream!
Thug Chorus: I've got a dream!

Rapunzel: I've got a dream!
Everyone cheered.
All: Yes way down deep inside,

Everyone cheered. Then, the doors burst open as Greno came back in.
"I found the guards!" he informed them.
Everyone stopped cheering as Flynn pulled Rapunzel away. Sora, Riku, Kairi, Terra, Ven, Aqua, Roxas, Xion, Naminé, Lea, Isa, Myde, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia quickly hid alongside them.
Three people entered the pub. They were dressed as soldiers, wearing red shirts, grey pats, black boots, white gloves, and god armor breastplates and helmets, each carrying a crossbow. Their captain, who had a mustache, shoved Greno to the side.
"Where's Rider? Where is he?" he demanded. "I know he's in here somewhere. Find him! Turn this place upside-down if you have to!"
Sora, Rapunzel, Flynn, and Co. kept quiet as they hid behind the counter. Flynn peeked out from behind the counter and saw two guards bring in two large men who were handcuffed behind their backs. They were the Stabbingston brothers, Sideburns and Patchy.
Sideburns had a slightly curved scar on the right side of his face and wore a green sleeveless shirt, brown leather arm braces, and a sword sheathed on a scabbard over his back.
Patchy had an eyepatch over his right eye and wore a long-sleeved shirt underneath his dark sleeveless shirt.
Flynn quickly hid before they spotted him.
Hook-Hand then held his hook in front of the group to get their attention. When they glanced at him, he glanced at the wall. Hook-Hand pulled a lever and the wall opened like a trapdoor, revealing a hidden passage.
"Whoa, secret entrance!" Lea whispered in awe.
"Impressive." mused Daisy.
"Go. Live your dreams." Hook-Hand told them.
"I will." Flynn replied.
Hook-Hand glared at him. "Your dream stinks. I was talking to them." he replied, getting a couple of snickers from the group.
Disappointed, Flynn crawled through the passage.
"Thanks for everything." Rapunzel smiled as she gave the thug a kiss on the cheek, making him smile.
As Rapunzel followed Flynn, Hook-Hand turned to Sora and Co.
"Good luck to all of you." he told them. "Follow your dreams to the ends of the Earth. Got it?"
"You bet." nodded Ven.
With that Sora followed Flynn and Rapunzel, followed by Riku, Mickey, Naminé, Kairi, Roxas, Terra, Lea, Aqua, Myde, Isa, Ven, Xion, Minnie, Daisy, Oswald, Ortensia, and Max. Donald and Goofy followed behind with some food. As soon as they were all inside, Hook-Hand closed the door.
While that happened, the other thugs were distracting the guards.
"I believe this is the man you're looking for." Vladimir said as he held up Shorty next to the Wanted poster.
"You got me!" Shorty said, holding out his arms to be cuffed.
The captain just looked baffled, wondering of the alert was just a prank.
"Sir!"There's no sign of Rider!" a guard called.
Suddenly, there was a whinny sound coming from the outside. And out of nowhere, Maximus burst through the door.
"Maximus." the guard gasped.
Maximus got down on the floor and began to sniff around until he got a scent. He got up, used his forelegs to push a group of thugs aside and made his way to the counter.
"What's he doing?" one of the guards asked.
The captain covered the guard's mouth, confident in his steed.
Maximus neighed, standing with his forelegs on the counter and pointed at the lever. The captain shook his head in confusion. Maximus deadpanned at him and pushed the level without even looking. The trapdoor opened.
"A passage!" the captain said triumphantly. "Come one men. Let's go!" he turned to a guard. "Conli! Make sure those boys don't get away!"
As the guards entered, the scrawny guard held up his spear at the Stabbington brothers. Patchy then headbutted him unconscious. He lifted up the spear and broke the handcuffs on Sideburns, who did the same to his twin. Both smirked as the followed close behind.
Outside, Gothel had seen everything. She had been following the group and had found them when she heard singing from the pub, but had hidden when the guards arrived.
"I've got a dream… I've got a dream…"
Gothel heard some drunken singing and turned to see Shorty stumbled out of the pub. When he turned and saw her, she smiled and leaned against the door frame.
"Oh somebody get me a glass. 'Cause I just found me a tall drink of water." he said flirtatiously.
"Oh stop it you big lug." Gothel replied, acting flattered. She laughed a bit before bringing out a dagger and pointed it into Shorty's nose. "Where does that tunnel lead out?" she demanded.
"Knife!" Shorty exclaimed horsley.
To be continued…
And now they're on their journey to see the lanterns, making friends with a bunch of thugs. But now the guards are on their trail, as is Gothel. And now we've met three villains from Legend of the Three Caballeros: Lord Felldrake, Baron Von Shellgooose, and Leopold the Horrible.
