But as their adventure goes on, things become harder for them. Tougher foes, dangerous fights, all leading up to the final battle that'll determine the fate of all the worlds. 45. Chapter 45: Because We Care

And now we reach the final chapter of the Monstropolis arc!

Down on the Scare Floor, Waternoose stood at an empty door station with Boo's card key in his claw. A group of CDA agents were with him. Other door stations were also ready for the group to arrive on.

"When the door lands in this station, cut the power. You'll have the child, and the criminals responsible for this whole mess." Waternoose told them.

The doors Sora and Co. were on sailed out of the vault corridor and into the Scare Floor. Everyone peeked out peek out from behind their doors and saw Waternoose and the CDA agents below.

"Great. A welcoming committee! What are we gonna do?" Mike whispered in worry.

Sulley had an idea. The doors landed in the stations. The power then shut off.

"This is the CDA. Come out slowly with the child in plain sight." said an agent.

Mike emerged from behind Boo's door, carrying Boo's monster costume. He was joined by Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Ven, Terra, Aqua, Isa, Myde, Xion, Naminé, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, Huey, Louie, Lena, Violet, April, and June.

"Okay, okay! You got us. Here we are. Here's the kid." said Mike.

"And we're not gonna resort to any violence." said Naminé.

"We're not summoning any weapons." added Isa.

"We're cooperating." said Mike. "But before you take us away, I have one thing to say:"

Mike stuck his tongue out… revealing a sock!

"Catch!" Mike shouted, tossing the sock.

It landed on an agent in the middle of the pack. The frenzied CDA agents pounced on the agent with the sock.

"23-19!" "We have a toxic projectile!" "Isolate the contaminate!" the agents shouted.

Mike and the group ran off, the round green monster carrying Boo's monster disguise. They rushed to the back door.

"Halt! After the suspect!" one agent shouted, spotting them.

"Cover the area! Bring in reinforcements!" another agent shouted.

"Stop them all!" Waternoose shouted as he ran after them too.

As the commotion cleared, Sulley peeked out from behind Boo's door. Boo was with him, now out of her disguise and wearing only one sock.

Sora, Lea, Dewey, Webby, and May emerged from behind their doors, having volunteered to stay behind.

Sulley popped Boo's door out of its station and headed for the exit. "Come on." he said.

Everyone quickly followed.

"Don't let them get away!" Waternoose shouted to the agents when a loud CLANG sounded out. He spun around and saw the group, Sulley having knocked over a stack of cans during his escape. Sulley scooped up Boo and her door and headed out of the scare floor.

Sora, Lea, Dewey, Webby, and May threw some of the canisters at Waternoose, forcing the crab to duck.

"See ya sucker!" Dewey said cheekily as the five ran after Sulley.

"No, wait, wait. Come back. They have the child!" Waternoose called.

But the agents had already chased after the others out the back door. Angry, Waternosse charged after the group.

Sulley, Sora, Lea, Dewey, May, and Webby raced down the hall, the former with Boo in one arm, and her door in the other. Waternoose clambered after them, closing in.

"He's gaining on us!" yelled May.

"Just keep running!" said Sora.

"Don't have to tell me twice!" said Lea

"Sullivan! SULLIVAN! Give me the child!" Waternoose yelled.

"I not going!" Boo said in fright.

"Give her to me!" Waternoose yelled.

"Not on your life, bitch!" May snarled.

Sulley burst through the door of the Simulator Room. Sora and Lea shut the doors as Dewey, Webby, and May tried to remove the test door to the simulator.

Sulley broke a pipe off the wall and slid it through the door handles just as Waternoose slammed against the door.

Sora and Lea jumped as they summoned Kingdom Key and Flame Liberator.

Sulley bent the pipe around the handles to secure it.

"Man I wish we had Aqua's force field powers." grunted Lea.

"Sulley!" called May.

Suddenly looked and saw that they had gotten the test door off of the station. He quickly tried to put Boo's door in.

"Open this door! OPEN THIS DOOR!" Waternoose demanded, slamming against the door.

"Not happening you crazy psycho!" Lea yelled back.

"Get back Waternoose!" shouted Sora, firing an orb of light at the door, forcing Waternoose back a bit from the other side.

Sulley replaced the simulator door with Boo's door.

Waternoose scratched at the doors, trying to get him. "SULLIVAN!" he roared.

Boo screamed and braced herself in fear.

"I got you Boo!" said Webby, cradling the scared little girl.

"Don't go in there!" Waternoose shouted.

"Get lost you crazy old crab!" May retorted.

Sulley pushes a button on the door station keypad.

"We're in!" said Dewey.

"Come on, get in!" said Sulley.

Webby ran in first with Boo, followed by May, Dewey, Lea, and Sora.

"DON'T GO IN THAT ROOM!" Waternoose yelled.

Unamused, Sora and Lea flipped Waternoose the bird, once they got in, an unfazed Sulley slammed the door.

Waternoose yelled and beat against the Tryout Room door.

Sulley stood over the bed, tucking in the sheets.

"I think we stopped him, Boo. You're safe now. You be a good girl, okay?" Sulley said.

"Come on, let's find a way out of this place." said Lea.

But just as the six turned around… they saw Wtaernoose inside the room, slamming the door shut.

"What the hell?!" exclaimed Sora.

"How did you even fit?!" asked Dewey.

"This has gone far enough, James!" Waternoose said angrily.

Everyone quickly stood protectively in front of the bed.

"She's home now! Just leave her alone!" Sulley snarled.

"I can't do that! She's seen too much. You all have." Waternoose said firmly.

"It doesn't have to be this way!" Sulley cried.

"You don't need to steal children's screams!" added Sora. "It isn't right in any way at all!"

"I have no choice! Times have changed. Scaring isn't enough anymore!" Waternoose snapped., slowly starting to rise up on his legs.

"Maybe not but there are other ways to keep Monstropolis from having blackouts!" shouted May.

"You're putting innocent children in danger just to keep a city going!" yelled Webby.

"And siding with a crazy old coot like Xehanort is basically a death sentence!" Dewey added.

"Some of us have been in your position before Waternoose." Lea said with a glare. "We thought the actions we did would work out for everyone in the long run. But it took people getting hurt to make some of us realize that we were only thinking of ourselves! You never bother to look at the other side!"

"Your actions are affecting everyone here; the workers, the townsfolk, the whole entire world!" Sora yelled. "And as Dewey said, you're insane if you think siding with Xehanort is gonna work!"

"It's a risk I'm willing to take!" Waternoose yelled, a dark aura around him. "Our world is in danger! Scaring kids just won't be enough anymore! Even if it means practically seeking my heart to the darkness, so be it!"

"But kidnapping children?!" Sulley exclaimed.

"I'll kidnap a THOUSAND children before I let this company die!" Waternoose yelled before suddenly grabbing Sora and Lea by their throats, much to the others' horror. "And I'll silence ANYONE WHO GETS IN MY WAY!"

Waternoose clonked Sora and Lea's heads together and threw them aside.

"Guys!" Dewey yelled as he, Webby, and May tried to attack Waternoose, but he smacked them crashing into the wall..

Waternoose then smacked Sulley harder, sending him flying to the floor.

"NO!" Sulley yelled in horror.

Waternoose approached the bed… and grabbed the mechanical simulation child. This made the simulation glitch.

"Good night, mom."/"Good night, sweetheart."/"Good night, mom. Good night, mom."

"What is this?! What-?! Who-?! Huh-?!" Waternoose stammered in confusion.

"Simulation terminated. Simulation terminated." came the Computerized Voice.

Waternoose blinked, uncomprehending as the wall of the bedroom began to rise.

Behind the fourth wall of the simulator, the tryout room was filled with yellow-suited CDA agents, along with Kairi, Riku, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, Aqua, Ven, Terra, Roxas, Xion, Naminé, Isa, Myde, Huey, Violet, and April stood.

Mike sat in the evaluator's chair with Louie, Lena, and June beside him.

"Surprised Henry?" mocked June.

"I-I-I don't-what…?" Waternoose stammered, looking around.

"We led you into a trap." Lea mocked as he, Sora, Dewey, Webby, May, and Sulley got up.

"We discussed it before you brought our doors down." said Sora.

"In a word, you've been scammed, conned, bamboozled." Louie smirked.

"That's three words Llewellyn." said Violet. (1)

"Please don't mention my full name," Louie groaned.

"Well, I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I spotted several big mistakes." Mike said to everyone with a smirk.

"B-but...H-How'd you-?!" Waternoose stammered, still confused.

"You know what? Let's watch my favorite part again, shall we?" Mike grinned slyly.

"Grab your popcorn, you're gonna wanna see this." June smirked.

Mike rewinded the tape and played it.

"I'll kidnap a THOUSAND children before I let this company die!" said on-screen Waternoose.

"What...?! Wha...?!" Waternoose paled.

Mike kept replaying the tape.

"l'll kidnap a THOUSAND children before I let this company die!"

The CDA agents discussed the situation.

"You really should watch what you say on camera." smirked Riku.

"The CDA also know that human children aren't toxic thanks to us." said Kairi.

"And you and Randall were trying to kidnap them and suck the screams out of them for power." added Terra.

"That's a big deal to them too!" added Goofy.

"As we said, it was all a trap!" Webby grinned.

Boo peeked out from under the bed. Sulley motions for her to stay quiet. She nodded and crawled back. CDA agents walked onto the stage.

"Waternoose you're coming with us." an agent said.

But before they could, there was suddenly a surge of dark magic that blew all the CDA agents out the door before it closed, getting locked by dark magi.

"What the hell?!" shouted Terra.

"What just happened?!" asked Huey.

"It wasn't me I swear!" Lena shouted.

"Missed me?"

Everyone cried out and some jumped back in shock and surprise. To their disbelief they saw that it was Vanitas, laying against the wall of the simulator on his side with his head relaxed on his hand.

"Vanitas!?" Ven gasped.

Mike was so shocked he can't finish any sentences.

"How did you-!? But Sulley-!? He threw-!?" he stammered.

Vanitas thumbed over to the corridor of darkness right near him, obviously having come out of it.

"You can throw me through as many doors as you want, won't stop me from making my own doors." Vanitas smirked.

"God! I always forget they can do that!" snarled Lea.

"I tried to tell you." Isa grunted.

"What the hell are you doing here?!" snarled Oswald.

"Finishing what I tried to start." Vanitas said as he walked forward a bit. "It was all going swimmingly well until two idiot monsters and nine meddling kids stood in my way!" he yelled.

Vanitas then turned sharply at the kids, especially Dewey. "Hashtag Yeetus-VANITAS?!" he snapped.

"Uh… would you believe that was a joke?" Dewey meekly asked.

Vanitas just snarled.

Waternoose looked relieved.

"Vanitas, you have my sincerest thanks, quickly I suggest that we find Randall and regroup on our plans." Waternoose said softly.

Vanitas looed at the former CEO before he smirked at him, "On the contrary Mr. Waternoose you are mistaken as to my reason for me being here." he said. "Yes we need you… but for our last minute plan."

Vanitas snapped his fingers and two Wild Bruiser Unversed came and restrained Waternoose.

The heroes were surprised.

"What the hell?" exclaimed Sora.

"Didn't see that coming." blinked Myde.

Vanitas chuckled before addressing Waternoose, "I'm afraid I won't be able to do that. You see, I can't have your world's officers take you away in custody. Not before you, one other, alongside myself are going to have one last conversation."

"What is there to converse?" snapped Waternoose before he stated, "I tried my best to keep our operations on the down low, but the circumstances that came with your enemies, as well as my star employees snooping, ended up causing our plans to ruin. I agreed alongside Randall with you and Xehanort that in exchange for your Organization helping to maintain the city's power, I would give you some of the scream power for your Unversed forces. Please surely Xehanort would understand."

"That is true. But as my pupil has stated, there is another thing we need to discuss." came a voice.

At that moment, all the main 20 Guardians of Light froze in shock as all of them recognized that particular voice.

"Oh no, it can't be!" whispered Lea.

"Why out of all places is he here?" snarled Donald.

"I always knew at some point we will see him again, but not in a place like this?" exclaimed Kairi.

At that moment, a corridor of darkness appeared right next to Vanitas, and out stepped a figure in an Organization cloak despite his hood being up, the Keyblade Masters were able to easily recognize who it was based on his posture as well as his hands behind his back. It was confirmed as he pulled down his hood, revealing the familiar face of evil the Guardians of Light dreaded.

"MASTER XEHANORT!" all 20 Guardians exclaimed in shock.

The nine kids' eyes widened in shock.

"Hold on, that's Xehanort?" Huey asked.

"The guy with the hunch?" Louie asked in disbelief.

"He looks and sounds… old." said June.

"Uncle Scrooge is old." reminded April.

"But he's been on many adventures that basically de-aged him." said Dewey.

"So… that's the big bad Sora and the others keep dealing with." Lena mused.

"And won't stop ruining lives with his little cronies." sneered May.

"Who is this guy?" Mike whispered to Sulley.

"I don't know but he doesn't look pleasant." Sulley whispered back.

Xehanort smirked before he gaze at his primary enemies.

"A pleasure to see you again Guardians of Light, it has certainly been a while since we last spoke. I trust all of you have been well?" Xehanort greeted.

"Well, everything is all going fine until you and my "brother" showed up" Ven snarled at his former master.

"What are you doing here Xehanort?! You rarely ever showed up to help out your fellow members!" exclaimed Kairi.

Xehanort chuckled before replying to the Princess of Heart.

"All in good time Princess, but first." Xehanort then shifted his gaze over to the young ones who are currently with his main enemies.

"Ah, the nephews and nieces of Disney Castle's court magician and Lady in Waiting. I heard quite a lot about you nine from a few individuals". Xehanort greeted before shifting his gaze over to one particular individual, "Especially you Lena, Magica De Spell has spoken quite a lot about you."

Lena growled. "I want nothing to do with that shitty excuse of a witch anymore." she snarled.

"And you're the big bad who ruined Sora and everyone else's lives through your weird mystic plans!" said Dewey, pointing accusingly at the old man.

"For a human man who's most likely in his late 80's early 90's, you are quite the despicable threat." Violet said, eyes narrowed.

"You're very precise Sabrewing." Xehanort mused.

"We've heard all the stories, you are the definition of despicable!" snarled Huey.

"You, your Organization, Maleficent, and all the villains you recruited!" added Webby.

"Let others do the dirty work for you and yet you have the gall to show up here." muttered Louie.

Sora bravely stepped forward. "You still haven't answered Kairi's question. What are you doing here Xehanort?" he demanded.

"If you really must know Sora, I'm currently here to renegotiate our agreement with Monster's Inc.'s CEO" Xehanort replied much to the confusion of Waternoose.

"Whatever do you mean?" Waternoose asked.

"It is thanks to my enemies alongside your top employees that your secret plan with Randall is now done for, and soon the entire city by now know of what happened." Xehanort said. "Unless you can agree to help us with our last plan to dominate the city of Monstropolis… never having to worry about the company shutting down or black outs again."

Waternoose looked intrigued. "I'm listening."

Xehanort nodded at Vanitas, who used his dark powers to summon a large piece of machinery.

"What is that?" Aqua asked, suspicious.

"I don't like the looks of it." said Terra.

Mike was skeptical as he approached the machinery. Unknown to him, the Unversed logo appeared.

Boo, who had been behind Sulley, was nervous.

"Wait Mike, something's different!" Sulley called.

Mike scoffed. "Oh please. It's just more junk." he said dismissively.

"It's more than that Wazowski." Vanitas sniffed. "This was a little something we've all been working on together in addition to the Scream Extractor. A new Unversed we've been working on."

"That looks nothing like an Unversed!" huffed Sora.

"Not yet it isn't." said Xehanort. He turned to Waternoose. "It needs a power source to awaken it."

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Waternoose asked, nervous.

"Your desperation to keep your company's name intact as well as saving your city from the energy crisis has caused you to succumb to darkness without realizing it. And thanks to you and your company we were able to gain enough Unversed to last until the grand finale where my ambition will finally be realized!" Xehanort said with an evil grin. "You may think that you have outlived your usefulness, but I am not without mercy, as I said your company was able to supply enough Unversed to last my Organization until the coming war."

"And it is thanks to your company that I was truly brought back to life." Vanitas added. "All those screams from children helped me gain more power. Even if I still need my brother's heart to be complete, I still feel great."

"Back to my earlier point… you were willing to get rid of your star workers and our enemies in order to save this company from going under." Xehanort went on. "We can make sure that will never happen once this world falls to darkness."

"After you idiots tried to banish Randall, it was a hassle to track him down." said Vanitas.

Flashback:

In the Castle that Never Was, Xehanort, in his regular clothes, waited in the Throne Room on his throne when Vanitas appeared through a corridor, holding a battered and beaten Randall over his shoulder.

He laid the purple lizard monster on the ground.

"Oh man… where am I…?" Randall winced.

Xehanort smirked as he fazed away and then rephased in front of Randall.

"There's no need to worry… it is not over in your world yet." he said. "But in order to succeed… our creation needs power… the power of darkness in your heart…"

Randall looked up at Xehanort… and grinned evilly as an aura of darkness seeped around him.

"Those meddling monsters will pay for trying to bring me down. Do it!" he shouted.

"As you wish Randall." Vanitas smirked, summoning Void Gear as he stabbed Randall in the chest.

Randall cackled as his heart floated to the outskirts of the throne room and over to the metal machinery where it fazed into it.

Randall cackled as he vanished into darkness.

---

Present:

"With Randall's cooperation, this baby is almost ready to go." said vanitas, tapping the machinery with his foot. "It just needs a little more power."

"You want my heart to do so…" Waternoose said in realization.

"In return, you will be rid of all our enemies and your town will have ultimate power once Monstropolis falls to the darkness. You would never have to worry about the company or anything else going under ever again." Xehanort said. "This is what I meant by renegotiating Henry. So what will it be?"

Waternoose was silent. Everyone traded glances.

Then, he chuckled. "I put my heart and soul into this company. I said I would do anything to keep it from going under." A dark aura appeared around Waternoose again. "And I mean anything…"

Sora and Co. stared in shock while Xehanort and Vanitas grinned.

Xehanort held out his hand and summoned Gazing Eye. "Your company, your city, and your world INTO THE DEPTHS OF DARKNESS!" he yelled.

Before anyone knew it, Xehanort stabbed Waternoose in the chest. Waternoose yelled in pain as everyone jumped.

"What the heck?!" shouted Sulley.

"Xehanort! What the hell are you doing?!" demanded Terra.

"You killed him!" gasped Webby.

"We knew he and Randall were crazy but you guys are just nuts!" yelled Daisy.

"Now now, let's all calm down, he's not dead, I just needed him out so I can do this" Xehanort stated with a smile.

He then raised his hand and from Waternoose from where he was stabbed came a thick stream of darkness from him as it then swirled into the air above Xehanort and Vanitas.

"Vanitas, how about you show our enemies your newest creation?" Xehanort asked his dark apprentice

Vanitas nodded and with a smirk, he snaps his fingers. And in the machinery's place arose a large, gloppy and slimy creature.

It was a goopy dark mass of negative emotions with a sad Unversed face at the bottom of its body. On top was the seal of the container, which was a blue sphere bearing the Unversed insignia. To its sides and back are several canisters of screams, which appeared to give it power.

"What in god's name is that?!" shouted Riku.

"That's one hell of an Unversed." quipped Lea.

Xehanort then smirked and with a motion of his hand he directed the stream of darkness that he extracted into the newly created Unversed as a dark aura appeared around it as it screeched out as it powers up. Waternoose then vanished into thin air.

"Allow me to introduce you all to my newest Unversed created from the excess screams of all the human children from this world, The Lump of Horror!" Vanitas introduced his creation with glee.

Xehanort turns his gaze towards Vanitas, "I will leave the Guardians and those present in your care. Bring this world to the darkness."

Vanitas chuckled and replied "With pleasure."

Xehanort summoned another corridor of darkness and proceeded to walk towards it, but not before pausing, turning his gaze to Sora, his team, and the nine kids who are all glaring at him as the Dark Master says with an evil smirk, "Until we meet again Guardians... Assuming you survive that is."

"You know if you kill us you don't get your 7 lights!" Sora yelled.

"There are other candidates, remember?" Xehanort replied. "Your place can't protect them forever."

Xehanort then laughed before walking through the corridor which then disappeared as soon as went through.

Vanitas summoned Void Gear before he stabbed it into the ground. Dark swirls surrounded him, the Unversed, Sora, Sulley, Mike, and Co. while Boo hid in the simulation bedroom.

The swirls then brought them to the door vault once more, albeit in a much more open area.

"Now that we have you here, Monstropolis will finally fall to the darkness." Vanitas laughed. The two Wild Bruisers holding Waternoose were soon joined by several more. "This Unversed is more powerful than you can imagine and can't be stopped, even if there's a lot more of you to fight this time!"

"We'll see about that!" Sora yelled, summoning Bond of Flame, Riku summoned Dual Disc, Kairi summoned Destiny's Embrace, Ven summoned Frolic Flame, Terra summoned Treasure trove, Aqua summoned Mark of a Hero, Roxas summoned Oathkeepr and Oblivion, Xion summoned Lost Memory, Naminé summoned Shooting Star, Lea summoned Flame Liberator, Isa summoned Blue Moon, Myde summoned Mystic Water, Mickey summoned Kingdom Key W, Minnie summoned Starlight, Donald summoned Unbound and Centurion, Daisy summoned Spellbinder, Goofy summoned Royal Radiance and Frozen Pride, Max drew his skateboard and summoned Fenrir, Oswald summoned Classic Tone, Ortensia summoned Zero/One, Huey summoned Spirit Guando, Dewey summoned his Laser Blades, Louie drew his khopesh, Webby summoned Persian Blade, Violet summoned Energy Mace, Lena summoned Diamond Dagger, April summoned Sun Glaive, May summoned Starfire Sword, and June summoned Viper Khopesh.

Sulley and Mike got into fighting stances when they felt something odd.

"Hey Sull', you feeling weird?" asked Mike.

"Yeah, down in my hand." Sulley said. "What's-"

Two bright flashes appeared in their grasps… revealing Keyblades!

Sulley's Keyblade was based on the machinery found in the Monsters, Inc. factory. The handle was based on the shaft that lowered doors into place, while the guard comprised two scare canisters. The base of the blade showed a door and the mechanism holding it in place. The blade itself was the long shaft that carried doors around the factory, with a claw serving as the teeth. A Monsters, Inc. worker's helmet was shown at the tip of the blade. The keychain was a simple black string, with Boo's monster disguise serving as the token.

Mike's Keyblade looked like mini version of him with his eye half-open surrounded by a blew piece of gear for the teeth, mechanical parts for the long structure, Boo's door in the station with scream canisters attached was the base, the guard was designed similar to Sulley with a purple and black handle, a purple and cream keychain with Boo's costume also as the token.

"Whoa!" Mike gasped.

"What the-Where did these come from?!" exclaimed Sulley.

The nine kids were surprised.

"They have Keyblades?!" exclaimed Dewey.

"I didn't know they could summon them right away!" said May.

"Yeah I thought they were given to them by you guys!" said June.

"That's because this world selected Sulley and Mike to be it's Keyblade wielders." Sora said proudly.

"But we don't know how to use them." Sulley said.

"You don't need to. Your hearts will guide you in learning how to." said Terra.

"And let them guide you in kicking Vanitas and the Unversed asses!" said Max with a grin.

Sulley looked down at Mike. "Mike, time to reach down and let the scary out." he said determinedly.

Mike looked determined. "Oh, I'm ready, Sulley. I'm ready!" Mike nodded.

"Come at me you weaklings!" Vanitas sneered, getting into a fighting position.

Everyone followed suite.

Sora and Vanitas clashed Keyblades before they tried to swing them at each other. Sora ducked from one swing and Vanitas jumped from another. Riku attacked one of the Wild Bruisers protecting the Lump of Horror, firing several orbs of light at it before he killed it with a Dark Firaga spell. Aqua ducked from another Wild Bruiser as she Deep Freeze to freeze it in place. Aqua then slashed it four times in a row to destroy it. Donald and Daisy tag-teamed against another Wild Bruiser who tried to smash them. Daisy bashed her Keyblade against its face before blasting it with a Firaga spell against it. Donald jumped up from behind it, Keyblade and staff in his grasp, and unleashed a Double Wateraga spell that destroyed the Unversed. Lea thrashed his Keyblade against another Wild Bruiser, though he was struck in the chest a few times. The pyro summoned fire magic from himself and his Keyblade and unleashed a Double Firaga spell to destroy it. Kairi, Mickey, Isa, Xion, Oswald, Huey, Lena, and June each tried to surround the Lump of Horror and fight it. The giant unversed zoomed around as the heroes tried to dodge it. Kairi slashed at it multiple times before she jumped up and casted Triple Blizzaga at it. Mickey slid past Kairi and dodge the Lump's blobby attacks as he fired a barrage of Firaga spells at its face. The giant Unversed slid away, knocking Kairi and Mickey away, only for Isa to strike it in the face with a Moonlight spell. The Luna Diviner then used his Keyblade to cast Raging Storm against the large Unversed. Isa was suddenly knocked away by the Unversed, but it failed to see Oswald fly up behind it as he casted Meteor to rain down on it. Huey and June took this opportunity to jump up and slash it across its face with their weapons as fast as they could. They then helped launch Violet into the air and she bashed her mace against it's head, electrifying it.

Sora struck Vanitas with a Fission Firaga spell that sent him back. Vanitas recovered and jumped into the air, sending a Meteor spell that knocked Sora back. Vanitas was then struck down by a Balloonga spell casted by Ven, who attacked Vanitas as they clashed Keyblades before Vanitas casted orb of darkness that struck Ven in the legs. But Ven got back up and blasted Vanitas back with a Thundaga Shot spell.

Max skateboarded around another Wild Bruiser as he slashed it with his Keyblade. The youngest toon then jumped up off his board and destroyed the Unversed with a Crawling Fire spell. Myde used a barrage of water spells to hold off against another Wild Bruiser while also trying to dodge its punches. The Melodious Nocturne slashed it more times before he casted Time Bomb to destory it. Minnie jumped away from another Wild Bruiser's attacks as it slammed his fists on the ground, knocking the queen over. But Minnie was able to use her Faith magic to blind it and then casted Wind Tracer to weaken it before she slashed to smithereens. Dewey and Webby took on the last Wild Bruiser. Webby cartwheeled all around to slash it across it's face and arms as Dewey jumped around to blast it from all directions before it was destroyed.

The Lump of Horror swirled around the heroes before it turned into a strange bird-like form. It rammed against the ground, knocking the heroes into the air. After landing, Terra charged at the Lump of Horror and casted Quake to discombobulate it. Goofy followed behind as he tossed his shield against its face and then casted Thunder Tracer against it. The Lump's wings smacked the two away when it was struck in the eyes by Louie and June's khopehses. The youngest of the two triplet groups fist bumped before they dodged their Khopeshes being flung back at them. The Lump grew taller and loomed over the heroes. Roxas used his two Keyblades to unleash a Double Blizzaga spell against it's head before he spun and slashed them around at a rapid pace. Ortensia them blasted it with a Firaga Burst in the face before she ducked from its tall tar arms. Lena enchanted her Diamond Dagger to strike it in it's metal parts. Xion then came to the two's side and Two smaller versions of the Lump suddenly spawned and tried to attack. April and May slashed at one with their weapons. May stabbed it in the chest and April jumped up and stabbed it from behind in the back of it's head. Naminé casted Bind against the other mini-tar monster to hold it in place and then Ice Barrage to destroy it. Sulley and Mike took on the Lump of horror, slashing it from all sides. Sulley was able to cast a Fire spell called from his heart, striking it right in its emblem. Mike did the same, but with a Thunder spell that hit it in its eyes. Sulley then slashed the giant Unversed with his claws and Mike bashed it in the forehead with his Keyblade.

Vanitas casted Dark Firaga to knock Ven back, but was then struck from behind by Terra using a Quake spell. Vanitas landed with a snarl and clashed Keyblades with Terra. They each managed to slash each other, but the brunette was able to blast Vanitas in the mask with a Fission Firaga spell. Vanitas yelled and sped forward, bashing Terra in the face with his Keyblade before kicking him in the back. Roxas then clashed both of his Keyblades with Vanitas, shoving him back wards. Roxas then slahsed Vnitas three times across his front with Oathkeeper and then casted Dark Firaga against him with Oblivion. Vanitas snarled as he kicked Roxas in the chest and then fired multiple orbs of darkness agasint the former Nobody, blasting him away. Mickey and Minnie ran up and combined light spells, both blinding Vanitas and sent him hurling backwards. Vanitas got up and snarled as he casted Raging Storm, sending the King and Queen of Disney Town flying away. Vanitas then jumped up and casted a Quake spell that knocked Donald, Goofy, and Max away before they could attack him.

"Hey! Get out of our factory!" Mike yelled as he tried to fire a Fire spell at Vanitas. Ven's darkness just slashed it away.

"You may be decent with a Keyblade for Day 1, but you can't lay anything on me!" Vanitas cackled as he clashed Keyblades with Mike and then kicked him away.

Vanitas was then struck in the back by Sulley.

"You were saying?" Sulley smirked. Sulley then punched Vanitas in the face and tried to use a Blizzard spell on him.

Vanitas yelled and slashed Sulley across his chest, sending him backwards.

Huey, Dewey, and Louie suddenly ran at Vanitas from behind. Huey and Louie slashed him across his sides. Dewey then ran up and fired multiple blasts to knock him back a bit.

"Gotcha!" Louie smirked.

Vanitas snarled. "You meddling little brats!" he snarled as he fired multiple blasts of darkness as the Duck boys managed to dodge them.

"That was close!" panted Louie.

Vanitas then sent a Balloonga spell at them, but Dewey quickly fire multiple blasts to take it down.

"Is that all you got?" Dewey smirked.

"No, but thank you for asking." Vanitas smirked back. (2)

Vanitas suddenly casted Raining Storm.

"Uh oh." the triplets winced before the spell knocked them away.

Vanitas cackled before Webby jumped up and used her Persian Blade against Vanitas' back. Vanitas was about to attack back when Lena used a dark hex to knock him over. She then used her Diamond Dagger to slash his chest. Before Vanitas could get up, Violet bashed her mace against him. Vanitas snarled as he used his Keyblade to cast an Exo Spark that electrocuted them away. April, May, and June came to their aid. April swung her glaive and slashed Vanitas around any opening. May jumped up from behind and spun around as she slashed Vanitas across his back. While that happened, June slashed him across his arms and legs with her khopesh.

Vanitas snarled as he knocked all of the girls off of him.

"Is there no end to this guy?!" yelled Dewey.

"Vanitas is powerful but he can be vulnerable!" said Ven as he casted Icicle Mine against the Lump of Horror.

"Vulnerable to what?!" shouted Huey.

Riku, Kairi, Aqua, Mickey, Max, Sulley, and Mike were knocked over by the Lump as it zoomed across the ground.

"Use a combo attack!" yelled Mickey, casting Thundaga Shot at the Lump.

"Anything so we have one less problem!" Mike yelled as he casted Water a the large Unversed.

Vanitas laughed. "You kids may adventure too much but you can't take me down so easily!" he said.

"Call to your hearts like you did earlier today!" Aqua yelled as she jumped out of the way of the Lump.

"Thanks Aqua!" Dewey called as he and Webby traded smirks and then charged at Vanitas.

Dewey and Webby leapt into their air with their weapons and holding hands while facing opposite directions. Through Dewey the duo spun together in the air, creating enough speed to become a concussive ball together surrounded in blue and pink sharp outlines of light.

"Come on!" Dewey yelled.

"Go!" yelled Webby.

The duo blasted off and slashed Vanitas all around. They both land on the floor where Dewey summoned his Quad Blasters and threw one to Webby. They got side to side and aimed the blasters together as one as the barrels charged with blue and pink energy.

"What's the phrase!?" Dewey asked.

"It's…!" Webby began.

"Teamwork makes the dreamwork!" they yelled.

They fired blue and pink energy beams that combined, blasting Vanitas. Dewey and Webby separated to fly around in the air and back together to link each other's hands after dismissing their weapons.

"LIGHT!" they yelled.

Dewey and Webby struck a pose midair, surrounding themselves in an aura of light and out of nowhere giant angel wings of light burst out from their backs. One wing grew from Dewey and another from Webby and they're surrounded by feathers of the same light. They flew towards Vanitas and spun together faster than a disk to ram into him, knocking him down for the count while huge feathers of light containing memories of their time together dropped from the air.

"Whoo! We did it!" Dewey cheered.

"Way to go guys!" cheered Sora.

"Nice work!" praised Kairi.

"He's out for the count!" Webby grinned. "Can we call that combo our catchphrase?"

"Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork!" they chanted together, laughing.

"Great! We're happy for you!" said Louie. "Now let's stop that giant Unversed!"

The kids ran into action.

Sora jumped up and casted Thundaga Shot at the Lump of horror. Goofy followed close behind as he tossed his shield at its face and then casted Fission Firaga as well. The Lump charged forward, but Lea used Crawling Fire to hold it back, followed by Xion casting a Triple Burst spell. Isa ran up from behind with his claymore and casted a moonbeam against the Lump's metal head. Donald came to Isa's aid as he used his weapons to cast a Double Blizzaga spell.

Then there was trouble. The Lump of Horror summoned several Tar Hands to surround them.

"Shit, he made more help!" shouted Oswald.

"Let's get them!" Dewey said determinedly.

"Dewey, wait! It's too dangerous! We need a plan of attack!" Riku yelled.

"I have a plan: Attack!" Dewey yelled.

And with that, he rushed off to attack one of the tar minions and Sora was impressed.

"The little guy's got heart. I like that." Sora smiled.

"He sure is brave." mused Kairi.

"And reckless." added Isa, shaking his head.

"I swear. He's like the toon version of Sora except dressed in blue." Lea quipped.

Sora blinked in confusion.

Then, the tar mansion flinged Dewey back and Webby jumped up and caught him.

"Hey." Dewey smiled.

"Hey you." Webby smiled back. (3)

"These guys are gonna be a pain!" shouted Roxas.

"Strategy oughta save us!" said Huey.

"I like you're thinking, Hubert!" Violet smirked. "Let's do this!"

Huey and Violet flipped up floating side by side together.

"Come on Violet! Let's go!" said Huey.

"Let's dazzle them with the power of our minds!" said Violet.

The intelligent duo become surrounded in red and purple aura and their eyes glowed as they pointed their guandao and mace releasing a barrage of red and purple energy homing bullets that all stuck the monsters.

"Take that!" yelled Huey.

"Say goodbye!" Violet shouted.

Huey and Violet flew on opposite sides of their enemies and spun their weapons in front of them as they gathered energy. The circles created sent out beams of red and purple energy that exploded to form a pillar of energy that engulfed the Tar Hands.

"Let's mix it up!" said Huey.

"Together, now!" Violet yelled.

They floated together again and crossed the blades and ball of their weapons together, gathering ice power.

"Blizzard!" they chanted.

They sent out a combined freeze blast that froze monsters. Now they gathered flames.

"Fire!" they yelled.

They sent out a combined ball of red and purple fire that exploded on their enemies. Now they gathered electricity.

"Thunder!" they called.

They sent out red and purple lightning bolts that electrocuted the monsters. Now they prepared for the finale as Huey and Violet gathered red and purple energy and they continued to glow.

"LIGHT!" they yelled.

Huey and Violet reeled back their weapons and threw them forward to unleash beams of red and purple energy combining and destroying the monsters.

"Way to go you two!" praised Riku.

"That made things easier!" said Sulley.

"It sure did!" said Huey. "I like the title Magical Minds."

"I greatly concur, Hubert." Violet smiled.

"Come on! We have to finish this!" yelled Ven as he unleashed Tornado Tracer against the Lump of Horror.

Sulley charged up to the giant Unversed, jumped and slashed it from any opening and even stabbed it in it's face.

Minnie and Ortensia combined Esuna spells to blind the giant Unversed as Sora and Terra casted a barrage of Blizzard spells against it.

The Lump of Horror then turned into its bird form once more.

"We need to weaken it more!" yelled Aqua.

"Leave that to us!" yelled June.

"GO!" Shouted April.

"Showtime ladies!" May shouted.

Following May's lead, April, May, and June delivered a series of rapid and powerful mid-air slashes that damage the Lump of Horror before the Duck Girls gathered energy and blast forward to cut them across it's sides.

"Let me take charge!" said April.

April took the lead and the 3 of them threw their blades and glaive in the air before summoning circling orbs of energy as their weapons came together spinning in front of them. With a yell they turn those orbs into clusters of fireworks that crashed into the Lump's Bird Form's face.

"Now it's my turn to take point!" said June.

Now June took point and together the Duck Girls had their swords and glaive spun right in front of them faster than a tornado, unleashing cyclones of pure orange, yellow and purple energy that sent out millions of energy orbs, blasting the bird Lump of Horror.

"Come on girls!" encouraged May.

May flipped down from the air and onto the ground where April and June gathered around her with their weapons ready. As one, they brought Starfire Sword, Sun Glaive and Viper Khopesh in the air.

"LIGHT!" they yelled.

When their weapons made contact, a ball of light was created surrounded by storms of orange, yellow and purple energy that sucked in the Bird Lump a bit before it was blasted away by a magic blast.

"Nice job again girls!" praised Naminé.

The Lump went back to its regular form and then summoned more Tar Hands.

"Last line of defense huh?" lea quipped.

"God I hope so." Myde muttered.

"Then let's break the line!" said Sora as Donald and Goofy stood by his side. "Sulley! Mike!"

"Ready to roll!" Mike yelled.

"Let's get scaring!" yelled Sulley.

Sora, Donald, Goofy, Sulley, and Mike stood together in front of the Lump of Horror and collectively let out a roar together, stunning the giant Unversed and began dealing Aero damage. Sora then picked up Mike and tossed him like a bowling ball. With a yell, Mike bounced around the Unversed, dealing any damage he could. Using this distraction, Sora, Goofy, Donald, and Sulley held their Keyblades up as they glowed in a bright light. Mike rolled up next to them and quickly joined in as the five floated in the air a bit.

"LIGHT!" the five yelled.

With a yell, the five slammed their Keyblades onto the ground, creating a shockwave of screams that struck the Lump of Horror.

"Way to go you five!" praised Mickey.

"Thanks!" smiled Mike.

"How does Scream Strike sound for a combo?" Sulley asked.

"Sounds good to me!" Sora beamed.

"Guys, it's almost down for the count!" said Terra.

And he was right. The Lump of Horror was looking more weak.

"Should one more spell do it?" asked Ven.

"No. One more combo should." said Kairi.

"Then let me and my magic gal here finish it!" Louie smirked as he and Lena walked up to the monster.

"He's right!" Lena grinned. "Why should the rest of your temporary teammates have all the fun?"

"Be careful!" said Ortensia.

"Don't worry." said Louie.

"We're sharp!" they said together.

Louie and Lena flipped and floated side by side. Lena shared some of her power with Louie and they spread their bodies with a shout, surrounding themselves in green and purple aura. The duo put their weapons together and telepathically spun their khopesh and dagger like a cyclone with their hands held out to unleash green and purple tornado-shaped electrifying blast of energy striking the Lump of Horror in it's face and metal head.

"It's go time!" Louie yelled.

"Time for a little power-up!" Lena smirked.

Lena floated in the air with her hands held out and Louie whistled and sent his khopesh flying. The blade was surrounded in a mixture of purple and green energy that made it fly at faster speed. It completely sliced across the tar covered Unversed.

"Time to rock with an Earth Crusher!" Louie smirked.

"Eat dirt freaks!" Lena yelled.

Louie smashed his claw on the platform, trapping the monster in mounds of rock as Lena summoned a huge ball of energy above her head and tossed it at the Lump of Horror. It explodes on it, wrecking it even further. Louie and Lena floated side to side together aiming smirks at each other, still surrounded in green and purple shadow energy.

"Time for the Grand Finale!" Louie grinned.

"Let's finish this!" Lena smirked.

Louie and Lena linked hands and blasted off towards the enemy together, slicing the Lump of Horror all around, making it lose it's Scream Canisters, moving so fast they left a trail of green and purple light before they teleported in front of the Lump and floated side to side holding out their weapons together. The tips of their khopesh and dagger gathered energy before releasing it as a mixed blast of green and black energy, obliterating the Lump of Horror once and for all, two hearts floating away from the metal parts.

Everyone panted as they dismissed their weapons, though Sulley and Mike kept theirs. It took 31 of them, but the giant Unversed was gone. All that was left was jagged metal and empty canisters.

"Man… That was intense!" Mike commented, rubbing his head.

"Phew! Is it like this for you guys all the time?" Sulley asked.

"Believe us Sul'... some are more hard than others." said Myde.

Sora, Aqua, Kairi, and Naminé casted cures on everyone.

"But still, that was pretty fun!" said Mike. "We just took down a super monster!"

"That's one way to save Monstropolis." Sulley quipped.

"And you two did amazing to finish the Lump of Horror off." Lea said to Louie and Lena proudly.

"Yeah! That was awesome!" said Sora.

"You kids all did great combo moves! A-hyuck!" said Goofy.

"Thanks!" smiled Huey.

"I'm still trying to figure out where such power came from!" said Dewey.

"Was it the weapons?" questioned Violet.

"More like your hearts connecting with each other and making such power stronger between you." Aqua replied.

"That is so cool!" Dewey said with a grin. "We got legit powers!"

"Something like that." said Oswald. "But all those combos really helped us take down Vanitas and the Unversed."

"And Louie, Lena, how did you figure that your combo could finish off a giant Unversed like that?" asked Riku.

"Well Lena has magic for one." said Louie. "While we were in the Himalayas, the nine of us were trying to figure out combos together."

"And when fighting these freaks, Louie knew that since I already had magic, we could use that to an advantage." Lena added.

Everyone was impressed.

"We like your thinking kids." smiled Lea. "You guys really do have what it takes to fight the big ones."

"Your bravery, strength, and trust in each other really helped us out here." said Terra.

"They're right!" said Sulley. "You nine kids could have a bright future ahead of you if you keep this up."

"Yeah you could be real heroes from wherever you come from!" said Mike.

"They're right. A very well done from us kids." smiled Donald.

"Aw thanks guys!" Webby smiled.

"We did try to help in any way we could." smiled April.

"Hey Lou, Lena, what are ya gonna call your combo?" asked June.

"Sharp Shadow Light." came the instant reply from the both of them.

Everyone was surprised.

"Did you two come up with that on the dot?" asked Daisy.

"As we said, we discussed it." said Lena.

"I like the way these kids think." said Mike.

"I also liked using these Keyblades." said Sulley, admiring his. "It felt good."

"Yeah! Now I don't have just being round to rely on!" added Mike.

"So what are you gonna call them?" Sora asked.

The two monsters thought for a moment.

"I think I'll call mine Happy Gear." said Sulley. "Just a way of showing I'm not a monster… physically."

"I'll call mine the Monster Blade!" Mike said enthusiastically.

"I like those names." said Lea as the two monsters dismissed their Keyblades.

"Of course you would." Isa gruffed.

Suddenly, dark swirls of magic surrounded the group.

"Oh great, what's happening now?!" cried Mike.

"I dunno, but stick together!" said Mickey.

The dark swirl soon disappeared… and the group found themselves back at the training simulator.

"The darkness is a lot more crazier than I remember." Myde quipped.

"You said it." said Oswald.

"Uh guys… where's Vanitas?" Max asked.

Everyone's eyes widened until they heard panting. They looked over and saw Vanitas, leaning against the wall with one hand as he breathed in and out. The glass parts of his mask dismissed, leaving the silver part behind… revealing his human face.

"Whoa! That's what the masked boy looks like?!" Mike gasped.

"He could be Sora's twin." Sulley added.

"I'd rather eat dirt." Sora growled.

"Get out of here Vanitas!" said Ven. "You're not wanted here."

Vanitas could only huff with a smirk as he clutched his side. He staggered over to the doors leading back into the halls and opened them up. He faced the heroes.

"Have it your way, idiots." he huffed. "I'll let this world live for now. After all, it's power helped bring me back to life… but even if you keep trying to save it and every other world out there, you'll be even more dead than I was the first time."

"You won't win." snarled Huey.

"Not against us…" said Dewey.

"Not against our friends…" added Louie.

"Hmph. Daring words from the so-called next generation." Vanitas quipped.

"Just get the hell outta here!" Lea yelled.

"Before I turn you inside out you biker-copycat." Lena smirked.

Vanitas laughed. "Keep dreaming De Spell spawn." he said as he staggered into the hall. "And I will leave to fully recover. But I know for a fact next time none of you losers will fare against any of us. The darkness is unpredictable. So enjoy your freedom… it won't last as long we're around."

Pointing, Vanitas moved his arms and the doors slammed shut.

"What a pisser." Sora quipped, getting several snickers. (4)

"Are we gonna have to worry about him?" Sulley asked.

"Sooner or later… but hopefully later and not here." sighed Ven.

They then all heard groaning. They looked and saw a now restored Waternoose struggle to get up.

"How the hell did he survive that?" asked Max.

"We wasn't really turned into a Heartless. He was used as a power source for the Unversed." said Isa. "Randall as well if you remember what Vanitas said."

At that moment, the CDA burst through the doors.

"Gah! The CDA!" cried Myde.

"Relax, we're not here for you." said an agent.

"Are you guys ok?" asked Minnie, worried.

"We're alright madam." another agent said.

"Where's the masked individual?" another asked.

"Don't worry about him, he's one of our many problems that only we can handle." said Terra.

"What… what just happened?" Waternoose groaned before freezing upon seeing the CDA back in the room.

"Weren't you gonna arrest him?" June asked with a smirk.

"Indeed we were ma'am." said an agent.

"I'll get him." another said as the CDA restrained Waternoose. "All right, come with us, sir."

"W-what are you doing? Take your hands off me. You can't arrest me!" Waternoose exclaimed, trying to fend them off but to no avail.

"For child endangerment and kidnapping, illegal machinery in your factory, unlawful banishment, and conspiracy to mass child abductions, they can." Louie smirked.

"As well as teaming up with legit villains." added Lena.

"Now you're the former CEO. For good." June laughed.

Waternoose growled as he tried to resist arrest. "I hope you and your new friends are happy, Sullivan. You've destroyed this company. Monsters, Incorporated is dead!" he yelled as her was dragged to the door. "Where will everyone get their scream now?! The energy crisis will only get worse because of YOU!"

"Save it for the court you fucking psycho!" Xion yelled back.

The CDA slammed the doors shut as Sulley frowned.

"Well that takes care of that." Lea quipped. He looked at Sulley. "Hey, you ok Sulley?"

"Yeah you should be happy! He and Randall are gone from this place!" said Sora.

"And I'm happy for that." Sulley admitted. "But as much as I hate to admit it… he's right. The energy crisis is gonna get worse." he sighed.

Everyone understood.

"Oh yeah that's right…" murmured Roxas.

"Maybe you guys will find a solution." said Kairi with a smile.

"Hopefully soon. With no CEO overseeing everything, we're gonna be in trouble." said Mike.

At that moment, the agents came up to the group.

"Is everything ok?" asked Mickey.

"Stay where you are. Number one wants to talk to you all." an agent told them. "Attention!" he said to the rest.

The group of 31 exchanged confused looks. A parade of agents entered the room, standing at attention. As the last two entered, they made room for...

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen." Roz drawled as she slithered in, now wearing a yellow sweater that read CDA one the left and 001 on the right.

Sora and Co. were shocked, though not as much as Sulley and Mike were.

"ROZ?!" they all gasped as the doors shut behind Roz.

"Two and a half years of undercover work were almost wasted when every single one of you intercepted that child, Mr. Sullivan." Roz said bluntly, making the group uncomfortable. "Of course, without your help, I never would have known that this went all the way up to Waternoose and Boggs, gaining help from the Keyblade weilder's enemies."

Sora and his teammates were surprised.

"You knew about the Keyblades?" Sora asked.

For once since they met her, Roz smiled. "Even if we had known what Waternoose was up to and his team up with Boggs, we couldn't have stopped him had it not been for you 29. As I said, they teamed up with your enemies, placing our world in further danger than any blackout has ever caused." she said. "There hasn't been any Keyblade wielder here in years, not even since I took over as head of the CDA."

"So you knew this whole time and didn't ask us for help?" Kairi asked.

"I was simply letting you do your job." said Roz. "I know of the tales of Keyblade wielders using their powers for good and evil. Seeing you guys work hard to defend the workers here showed that you could be trusted… no matter what age you were."

She turned to Louie. "I apologize for the door-slamming on you and Wazowski. I had to keep up appearances." she said.

"Oh yeah! Uh, understandable!" Louie said meekly.

"Pretty sharp yourself Ms. Roz." commented Lena. "You saw us as good guys and let us do our job."

"No wonder you didn't fall for Louie's conning demeanor." said June. "As you said, couldn't break your cover."

Roz nodded.

"So really know about the power of the Keyblade." Mickey surmised.

Roz nodded again. "I am a servant of the world order." she said. "I dedicated my life to preserving it here in this world, as others have done themselves in other ones, many of whom I'm sure you have met. Of course, in order to do so, I am given the knowledge of their ways. That's how I know 20 of you are Keyblade Masters, 1 of you a Princess of Heart, 4 of you are royalty… and the 9 youngest are learning." she said before giving a small bow.

Sora and Co. were completely taken aback by this.

At that moment, Boo, who had been hiding under the bed since Vanitas and Xehanort's arrival, ran up to Sulley. He held her in his arms.

"Now, about the girl…" Roz began.

"I just want to send her home." said Sulley.

"We all did." said Sora. "So Randall and Waternoose couldn't get to her."

"Or any other child." said Kairi. "They're not toxic and don't deserve to be put in danger like that."

"Very good." Roz nodded before she spoke into her wrist communicator. "Bring me a door shredder."

Everyone's eyes widened.

"What, you mean... You mean, I can't see her again?" Sulley asked.

"Are you sure there's no other way?" asked Naminé.

Roz could only sigh sadly, displaying some emotion for once. "I do apologize to you all. But even though your enemies have broken it, some semblance of the world order has to be maintained. That's the way it has to be. But I'll give you five minutes."

Sulley looked at Boo and sighed. Boo seemed to understand.

Sulley activated Boo's door as the light illuminateed. Mike tapped Boo lightly on the shoulder, holding out his hand, formally.

"Well, so long, kid." he said softly.

"Mike Wazowski!" Boo babbled, giving Mike a big hug. He tensed, then relaxed and hugged her back. "Ah, Boo, it's been fun." he said.

Boo then took turns hugging the others.

"We'll miss you Boo." smiled Sora.

"Be a good girl ok?" Riku smirked.

"You stay safe Boo." said Kairi.

"Take care." said Ven.

"Stay safe in your home at night." said Terra.

"Take good care of yourself." smiled Aqua.

"Aw, goodbye Boo." smiled Mickey.

"Take care young lady." Minnie smiled.

"Aw, you're a good kid." Donald smiled.

"Gawrsh, goodbye Boo." said Goofy.

"We'll miss you." said Daisy.

"Try to think about us." said Oswald.

"We'll never forget you." said Ortensia.

"Stay strong kid." smiled Max.

"Be sure to stay out of trouble. Got it memorized?" Lea said, tapping his head.

Boo mimicked Lea's head-tapping gesture as everyone chuckled.

"Be safe." Isa said with a small smile.

"No monster's gonna come for you." said Roxas.

"You're gonna be a great girl." said Xion.

"We all know it." added Naminé.

"See ya kid." said Myde.

"Stay smart." said Huey.

"And tough." added Dewey.

"And sharp." winked Louie.

"And you'll turn out a-ok." added April.

"We'll never forget you Boo." smiled May.

"Be a good girl." said June.

"Aw we'll always remember you Boo." Webby smiled.

"Be smart with your decisions as you get older." advised Violet.

It came to be Lena's turn. "I'm not really one for mushy goodbyes." she said. Lena then smiled and hugged Boo. "Goodbye Boo. I'm glad I met you on this mission. You were worth protecting in all of our books."

Lena gave Boo a kiss on the forehead as everyone smiled. Lena then set Boo down as she walked towards Sulley.

"Go ahead. Go grow up." Mike said softly.

"Hey boo!" Sora called.

Boo looked back.. and saw Sora, Donald, and Goofy make funny. faces.

"SO LONG!" they said in a silly tone.

Boo giggled as everyone else chuckled.

Sulley smiled down at Boo. Ready, Sulley opened her door. Boo squealed with delight, running into the room, happy to be home. She pulled Sulley into her room and handed him various toys, each one with a new sense of excitement.

"Uh... Boo... um... (accepts a teddy bear) Oh, look at that. Yeah, you know- (accepts a Jessie doll) Oh, that's cute. Yeah... uh... Boo… (accepts a Luxo Jr. ball and then a Nemo squeaky toy) Well, that's very nice." Sulley said before he smirked. "Come here, you!"

He grabbed her playfully and flew her like an airplane to her bed. Boo gigglef wildly as Sulley deposits her and her toys in bed. He tucked the teddy bear in next to her.

"Oh, he's a happy bear... " Sulley playfully sang.

Boo looked at her closet and pointed. "Dars byargs lub." she babbled.

"Nothing's coming out of the closet to scare you anymore. Right?" Sulley said.

Boo smiled and gave a little nod. Sulley tickled her chin.

"Yeah. Good-bye, Boo." he smiled.

"Kitty." Boo protested.

"Kitty has to go." Sulley said sadly.

Boo gave Sulley a big hug and Sulley hugged her back. Sulley set her back in bed, then walked slowly to the door. He looked back at her one last time. Boo watched him sadly from her bed. Sulley turned away, slowly closing the closet door after him. Boo climbed down from her bed, ran to her closet and opened it.

"Boo!" Boo jumped in front of the open door, but only saw her closet with her stuff in it.

"Kitty?"

In the simulator room, Boo's door was shredded. Sora, Sulley, Mike, and Co, watched on with pained expressions.

"None of this ever happened, ladies and gentlemen." Roz informed. She slithered away before doing a double-take. "And I don't want to see any paperwork on this."

Roz turned back to the group as the CDA Agents exited the room. "I wish you all luck on your ongoing mission." she said.

"Thank you Roz." Mickey said softly.

Roz followed her agents out the door.

The group shared a silent moment. Mike noticed a single piece of Boo's door on the floor. He handed it to Sulley. Sulley clasped the small chip in his large hand.

Outside the factory, the CDA agents shut the now arrested Waternoose into the back of the van.

"Take him away." one agent said.

The van drove off as a large crowd of MI employees murmured with concern about what will happen now.

"I bet we get the rest of the day off!" Smitty said cheerfully.

"YOU IDIOT! They're gonna shut down the factory!" Needleman shouted in annoyance.

Several monsters gasped.

Soon, all the monsters dispersed as Sora, Sulley, Mike, and Co. exited the building.

"I'm telling you, pal, when that wall went up, you should've seen the look on Waternoose's face. Hoo-hoo! I hope we get a copy of that tape." Mike chuckled.

"I hope we get copies too!" laughed Dewey.

"You said it, his face was priceless." chuckled Myde.

Mike looked up at Sulley, seeing that he was still sad.

"Hey, you all right? Come on, pal, cheer up, we did it. We got Boo home and saved the world!" Mike said. "Ah, sure we put the factory in the toilet, and... gee, hundreds of people will be out of work now. Not to mention the angry mob that'll come after us when there's no more power." he muttered with a nervous expression. "But hey, at least we had some laughs, right?"

Sulley stopped in place.

"Something up Sulley?" asked Roxas.

"Laughs…" he murmured. "That's it!"

"What's it?" asked Myde.

"Scream power isn't enough anymore like Waternoose said." said Sulley. "But do you guys remember what happened everytime Boo laughed?"

"All the lights in your apartment went out." said Xion.

"So did the lights in the hall after that slug kid bit Mike's hand." said April.

"Yeesh, don't remind me." said Mike, rubbing said hand.

"And we can't forget the door vault." said Sora. "Her laughter powered every single door in there!"

"I get what you guys are saying…" said June.

"Yeah, you should use laughs to power the town!" said Louie.

"That way kids won't get scared and you guys can still have power!" said Lena.

"That is a good plan!" Kairi said approvingly.

"It is!" said Mike. "I'd say it's 10 times more powerful if one kid's laugh could power the whole vault."

"You see? We knew you guys would find an alternate power source." said Sora.

"All thanks to Boo and the 29 of you." said Sulley.

"Also, sorry for all the headaches we caused." Sora added.

"Yeah, dragging you guys into this mess the other day thanks to our enemies." said Riku.

"Don't mention it." smiled Sulley. "And thank you for helping us get Boo home."

"It was our pleasure." smiled Minnie.

"And despite all the horrors, it was pretty fun." said Daisy.

"Nothing like an adventure to get the heart pumping!" Mike said in agreement.

"Do you think we'll ever see Boo again?" asked Webby.

"From what we've seen, nothing's impossible." said Violet. "So perhaps we will."

"And thank you for also helping save our company and the world." said Mike.

"Is there anything we can do to thank you?" Sulley asked.

Sora and Co. traded glances before Lea spoke up.

"Well… our enemies aren't gonna stop trying to bring this world to darkness." said Lea. "We're assembling an army."

"Not just Keyblade wielders, but anyone who's willing to fight stop Xehanort, Maleficent, and their minions." said Terra.

"You two are welcomed to join." said Aqua.

Sulley and Mike looked at each other.

"I don't see why not." Sulley smiled.

"Well… we could use some to lay low for a while." said Mike. "But what about the company?"

At that moment, Celia and Mrs. Flint walked up, having just exited the building.

"From what I've heard, Roz said she will talk to some people about the future of energy for the town." said Mrs. Flint. "So if I were you two, I would lay low until it's resolved."

"Just make sure you stay safe." Celia said before giving Mike a kiss on the head.

"Does this mean I'm-?" Mike began.

"You're forgiven Googly-Bear." Celia giggled. "I'm gonna go home."

"Me too." said Mrs. Flint. "You lot stay safe until the future of the company is assured."

"And thanks for the help Celia." said Xion.

"Of course!" Celia smiled as the two monsters left.

"Well that takes care of that." said Sora.

"Good to see that you and Celia are gonna be ok." smiled Naminé.

"Me too." said Mike.

At that moment, they saw a timid Fungus looking at them.

"Uh.. so I uh…" Fungus stammered in guilt.

"Should we book him?" asked Max.

"Aw, I don't think Fungus is really a bad guy." said Goofy.

"I'm really not!" Fungus cried. "Randall really scared me, and so did Waternoose! I was scared out of my wits and didn't know what to do if I didn't help them with their insane plot!" he fast-talked.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, calm down Fungus." soothed Sora.

"We get it, you were under threat from those two monsters." said Riku.

"You can still work here when things work out." said Sulley.

"Just… don't become an assistant for a villain next time." suggested Mike.

Fungus nodded. "I will! I promise! I will rethink everything! I will look at my options better!" he declared as he ran off.

"Poor guy." Xion frowned.

"I'm sure he'll be fine." said Mike, optimistic.

Suddenly, the whole Monsters Inc. Factory began to glow.

"What in the name of…" Sulley gasped.

"What's going on with the factory now?!" Mike shouted.

"I think I know what it is." Sora chuckled.

"I'll take this one." Lea said, summoning Flame Liberator.

A crown emblem appeared under Lea's feet as he held his Keyblade out. The Monsters Inc. factory shot a beam into the sky, revealing a keyhole. Lea aimed his Keyblade at it and a beam shot out into the keyhole as a locking sound was heard.

"What in the name of Earl 'The Terror' Thompson was that?" asked Mike, surpsied.

"This world is safe." said Mickey. "Now we can get going."

"So how do we get to where you come from?" asked Mike.

"Like this!" said Donald, pulling out the Gummiship remote and tapped some buttons.

Before Sulley and Mike knew it, 31 beams came down from the sky and took the whole group up.

Lanes-in-Between:

The Gummiship sailed across the worlds. Riku was at the controls, Sora in the co-pilot's seat, and Goofy in the weapons seat.

Everyone else either sat around or walked around.

The 29 world-travelers were also back in their human, mouse, duck, dog, rabbit, cat, and hummingbird forms.

"Ah to be back in my skin and feathers." Louie said happily.

"Yeah it feels good to be back to my regular form." said Max.

"How do Sora, Donald, and Goofy do it?" asked Lena.

"We got used to it like they did." said Mickey.

Sulley and Mike were in awe of their surroundings.

"Just look at this place!" Mike said.

"I know, and I thought we had pretty great technology." Sulley quipped.

"I know, our technology is pretty impressive." smirked Lea.

"You should see the Kingdom of Wakanda, it's technology is super advanced." said Xion.

"So do you guys think your friends will be cool with two monsters joining them?" asked Sulley.

"We've all made friends with a lot of strange people." said Sora. "A skeleton."

"A raccoon." said Kairi.

"A tree guy." said Myde.

"Lots of aliens." said Donald.

"Plus, 8 of our teammates and 9 of our temporary ones are anthropomorphic animals." said Isa.

"Yeah, yeah that makes sense." said Sulley.

"Plus, they have me remember!" Jiminy chimed in, sitting on an armrest.

"Oh yeah, the talking cricket." Mike nodded, remembering.

"You got the Lump of Horror in your journal, right?" asked Max.

Jiminy nodded. "Yes I did. And it was the biggest Unversed you've been fought." he said.

"Do ya think your army will be ok with us joining?" Mike asked.

"If they aren't, we'll help them get used to you guys." said Kairi.

"When you get past what you had to do just to give power to Monstropolis, they might warm up to you." said Sora.

"Especially since you did help get Boo home." added Huey.

"What do you think the army is up to?" asked Dewey.

"Probably training hard like the heroes they are." Webby said with a grin.

Secret Forest:

Hayner, wearing sunglasses, sat at a piano. Pence and Olette stood beside him, holding bottles of Coke.

Leon, Cloud, Aerith, Yuffie, Tifa, Cid, Zack, Seifer, Rai, Fuu, and Vivi stood with them.

Woody, Buzz, Kuzco, Pacha, Kronk, Aladdin, Jasmine, Cassim, Iago, Abu, Genie, Cinderella, Kit, Jaq, Gus, Mary, Milo, Kida, Audrey, Mole, Cookie, Sweet, Mrs. Packard, Rapunzel, Eugene, Pascal, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf watched them from a distance.

Hayner began to play and sign as those around him and the piano sang in when they could.

"You were great!" said Olette, making Hayner blush.

"Not bad man." Seifer smirked. "Not bad at all."

"You got talent, y'know?" said Rai.

"I never heard a song like it!" said Elsa.

"You really know how to introduce us to your culture." said Rapunzel.

"We're happy we can." smiled Pence.

"Remind me again why we're introducing them to modern culture when most of them lived in the days before the lightbulb?" Cid whispered to those from Radiant Garden.

"Well if they're gonna be staying in a world that's present day to the majority of us Guardians of light, they might as well know what they're living with." Yuffie replied.

"And it's not really hurting anyone, is it?" added Tifa.

"And they got us to guide them." added Zack.

"Makes sense." Cid shrugged, switching toothpicks.

"Awesome performance!"

Everyone turned and saw Sora and Co. walk up.

"Oh hey you're back!" Aladdin said.

"Another world saved?" asked Cassim.

"Thanks to us and the new recruits!" Dewey smirked.

"Hallelujah." Mrs. Packard deadpanned.

"Are you ever happy?" Cookie asked the navigator.

"This is my happy face." Packard replied, her expression not changing.

"So did you nine enjoy working with these 20 crazy guys?" smirked Yuffie.

"WE SURE DID!" Webby said happily.

"We kicked bad guy butt!" grinned Dewey.

"So did you get new recruits?" asked Cloud.

"We did… but we need to tell you to prepare you." said Riku. "The world all 29 of us visited was… a monster world."

Everyone murmured in surprise.

"What kind of monsters?" Leon asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Not vampires, wolves, and mummies for one." said Mickey. "That's the stuff you'd see in Halloween Town."

"We're talking about monsters you would probably see in your closet at night." said Ven.

Everyone murmured again, in a mixture of surprise and worry.

"Are they… (gulp) good monsters?" asked Iago, nervous.

"We can assure you that they are." promised Aqua. "Everyone, meet the newest recruits to the Army of Light… Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan."

"Sulley for short." Myde quickly added.

The group parted away to reveal Mike and Sulley.

Everyone else gasped in shock.

"Play it cool you two!" Lea whispered loudly.

"Uh… hey!" Mike greeted. "Sora and the others told us all about you! Mostly! Kinda!"

Everyone was in stunned silence.

"This is going well." Violet deadpanned.

"I believe what Mikey is trying to say here is that we understand if you are probably frozen in fear right now, but we can assure you that we mean no harm." said Sulley.

"Uh…" several people tried to say, unsure what to make of this.

"Are you… the monsters that hide in our closets…" Anna nervously asked.

"Ok sure if you wanna get technical." Mike muttered, rolling his eye. "Everyone thinks that we do that for fun. It's just a job we had to do to power the city for crying out loud!"

"Wait… you scare kids as a job…?" Elsa carefully asked.

"Well sure if you wanna put it that way." Mike replied.

The army gasped.

Sora, Riku, and Kairi facepalmed.

Terra, Aqua, Ven, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy facepalmed.

"BUT!" Mike quickly said. "Thanks to these guys here, Sulley and I see that we don't need to do that anymore."

"You don't?" asked Cinderella.

"And why is that…?" Cassima asked, skeptical.

"Well it was thanks to a human child we tried to bring home when she escaped into our work." Sulley replied. He paused. "She… really touched our hearts." he said softly.

The army noticed that Sulley looked sad and their shocked and nervous feelings softened.

"But she did help us realize… that laughter is much better than fear for power." Sulley said, straightening up.

"Exactly!" said Mike. "Take this joke for example. I love sports. Dodgeball was the best. Oh, yeah, I was the fastest one out there. Of course I was the ball...but I... was the ball... see?" he trailed off.

Everyone stared at him, confused.

"Uh… was that supposed to be funny?" Kronk whispered to the army.

"I don't even know." Sweet whispered back.

"The green guy's dying out there." quipped Cid, getting elbowed by Aerith.

"Maybe they just need an example Mike." Sulley said.

"Oh I got it!" Goofy said.

Goofy removed his yellow hat… and 10 bowling pins fell out.

"Wha-how…?" Isa whispered in shock.

"Don't ask Isa. Don't ask." said Max.

Goofy set them up. "All ready Sulley!" he called.

"Thanks Goofy!" Sulley said, picking Mike up with his bare hand.

"W-Wait, what are you doing?!" Mike cried out in alarm.

"Going for a strike." Sulley replied, taking aim.

"WAIT! NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIIIIIIIIIIND!" Mike yelled as Sulley tossed him. Mike rolled like a bowling ball and struck all 10 pins.

"STRRRRRRRRRRRRRIKE!" Dewey yelled as Mike woozily got up.

The army burst out laughing.

"Now THAT was funny!" chuckled Hayner.

"Nice show!" said Mole.

"Zugk zugk!" laughed Jaq.

"That was pretty funny!" giggled Anna.

"Good show!" laughed Aladdin.

"And that's how you do entertainment folks!" Genie laughed.

"Hey I think I like these guys." quipped Kuzco.

"HAHAHAHAHA! He rolled like a ball!" Iago cackled.

"Yep. They're alright to me!" chuckled Yuffie.

Sora and his team smiled as Mike and Sulley interacted with the army.

"So you use both screams AND laughs for power?" asked Aerith.

"We plan to do the latter when the heat dies down." said Mike. "Scandall with the CEO."

"You know… you sound familiar." Pacha commented to Sulley.

Sulley chuckled. "You know, I was about to say the same thing." he quipped.

As they talked, Sora and his team looked at the nine kids who had accompanied them.

"Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Lena, Violet, April, May, June, we want to tell you something." Mickey said. "We are all so proud of you." he said with a smile.

"Mickey's right." said Riku. "You nine stepped up today."

"You fought hard against our enemies." said Aqua.

"And you helped save not just a little girl and get her home, but also helped everyone in that world." smiled Kairi.

"And even when we were banished, you kids didn't give up hope like us." said Terra.

"Well of course we didn't." smiled Webby.

"You guys always got out of tight spots. We knew you would again somehow." Violet added.

"And we did!" Dewey grinned.

"And with your help, we managed to save Monstropolis." said Goofy. "You nine got good skills in you."

"Huey, Violet, April, you guys are very smart." said Ven.

"Dewey, Webby, May, you guys are very tough." said Sora.

"And Louie, Lena, June, you guys are very sharp." said Lea.

"And those are part of many qualities that make up a good fighter and protector." said oswald.

"And you nine displayed it today." smiled Naminé.

"You guys are real heroes. To the worlds… and to us." smiled Donald. "We, especially me and Daisy, are all so proud of you."

"And we're glad you joined us." smiled Daisy.

The nine kids smiled and blushed a bit at the praise.

"Thank you guys!" smiled May.

"And we're happy we joined you too." smiled Louie.

"Despite all of the frights and tough fights… it was pretty fun!" said June.

"It was like New Quackmore Institute all over again." added April.

"And an adventure with Uncle Scrooge! THE BEST!" Dewey yelled.

"And it felt good protecting all of those people." said Huey.

"We're really glad you let us come." said Violet.

"It was a blast." said Lena before stretching her arms. "But in all honesty… I think we're gonna take a break from those kinds of adventures for a while."

"Probably a good idea." said Xion. "They are slightly more tougher than the ones you guys go on with Scrooge."

"But if you ever want to join us again, you let us know." said Naminé. "We won't force you."

"We'll keep that in mind." said Violet.

"And if you want to…" Sora said. "You guys can join our Army of Light."

"But ONLY if you want to." said Donald.

"And make sure you tell us first." added Goofy.

"We will." said Dewey. "We promise."

"In the mean time, I'm gonna be thinking of ideas for Louie Inc." said Louie, rubbing his hands together.

"Oh yeah, your own company." mused Lea.

"Just make sure that you don't do anything that'll get the cops involved." suggested Kairi, giggling.

"I won't!" Louie said dismissively.

At that moment, Hayner, Pence, and Olette came up.

"So how's training going?" Mickey asked.

"We finished a while ago." said Pence. "They're all improving a lot."

"Sulley and Mike will start their Keyblade training tomorrow; with us and the simulator." said Hayner.

"And the simulator really is really helping them, Keyblade and non-Keyblade wielders." said Olette. "Everyone's really improving their magic and fighting skills."

"We're glad that they are." smiled Aqua. "If there's no world in danger tomorrow, we'll help out with training once more."

"Sounds good to us." said Pence.

"So where's everyone else?" asked Sora.

"Well Sven and Maximus are resting." said Olette. "Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo are still at the castle in Radiant Garden and Paine, Rikku, and Yuna are helping them there."

"Angeal, Genesis, Vincent, and the Turks are back at Midgar." said Pence. "Xandra, José, Panchito, Storkules, Selene, Ari, Humphrey, and the Rescue Rangers are still in Tokyo for an adventure."

"Scrooge, Beakley, Launchpad, and Duckworth are still at the castle." said Hayner. "Sezter's writing letters to his friends, Gladstone and Fethry are out for a night on the town, Professor Von Drake is going to pay Matilda a visit, and I think Goldie went out on some 'personal business.'"

"Probably code for another con." muttered Daisy.

"Her cons aren't our problem." scoffed Myde. "...right?"

"Only if they go too far." said Mickey. "And if they're out of the kingdom."

"Anyways, we're gonna have dinner." said Terra.

"Sweet, we'll join you." said Hayner.

"I could use some grub." said Lena, patting her stomach.

"I think we could use a nice regular dinner after a crazy day today." said Max.

"After going through the door vault, I would say it was pretty crazy indeed." said Ortensia.

"I think we've all had enough craziness for a while." said Riku.

"Please, with the amount of crazy that goes on in our lives, it'll never be done." Sora joked.

And with that, the group of 32 made their way back to the portal to the castle lab, laughing.

The Moon:

In the city if Tranquility, Penumbra evilly held a sleeping and snoring Della in her arms. She set her down in the front of the cockpit of the Spear of Selene. Penumbra then opened a plastic case that protected the Emergency Launch switch. After some hesitance… she flipped the switch and the rocket activated.

"Launch sequence activated."

Penumbra then tried to shake Della awake.

"I told you Penny, I'll wash the dishes tomorrow…" Della sleeptalked before she gasped in horror to see the launch sequence activated. "The Spear?! What's going on?!"

"I don't know!" Penumbra replied, faking shock and innocence. "There must've been a malfunction."

Della got in, trying in vain to stop the launch. "I can't stop it, the emergency launch is irreversible!" she cried.

"Go! Get back to your family!" Penumbra said.

"But what about the others? I can't leave them behind, I promised!" Della cried.

General Lunaris walked up. "We'll build more." he said with a pleasing expression. "Give me the plans for the ship! We'll build a fleet and we'll follow you to Earth shortly! You've inspired my people Della! Let me return the favor!"

As the Spear counted down, Lunaris reached out with a kind smile. Della, while hesitant, gave Lunaris the repaired manuel, filling the Moonlander with gratitude. Della then aimed an almost tearful smile at Penumbra, her best friend who was a little scared she knows of her stunt.

But to Penumbra's surprise, Della gave her a big, tearful hug.

And for acne since she met Della, Penumbra returned the hug.

"5, 4, 3, 2, 1." the Spear counted.

The cockpit closed and flames burst out of the engines. The ropes that held the rocket snapped and Lunaris and Penumbra watched as the Spear of Selene blasted off towards space. Earth came into it's view.

Tears of determination and joy came out of Della's eyes.

"I'm coming boys! Mom is coming home!" she yelled triumphantly.

The two Moonlanders watched as the rocket flew towards Earth.

Penumbra smiled, happy that she saved her people… and also secretly wishing Della goodluck.

BLAST!

Penumbra jumped. She turned and to her shock, saw that Lunaris had shot himself with a blaster, creating a mark on his shoulder. His kind expression had twisted into an evil smirk.

"Sir! What are you doing?!" Penumbra gasped.

The rest of the Moonlanders gathered around, having heard the blast off. She were shocked to see the Spear leave.

"What's going on?!" asked Gibbous.

"The Spear! It's gone!" Zenith shouted.

"Della betrayed you!" Lunaris yelled, clutching his shoulder. "SHE BETRAYED US ALL!"

Penumbra was shocked about the lies coming out of Lunaris' mouth as the Moonladers gasped.

"She lured us with sad stories and fabulous falsehoods about earth so that we help her rebuild her ship, then when the time was right, she attacked me!" Lunaris lied once more.

"But what about her family, and all those stories?"

An elaborate deception.

"But why?" asked Palus.

"Because she was just the first wave of a bigger attack!" Lunaris fibbed. "She lied to us so that she could get back to tell her fellow earthers that we are weak, soft, primed for an invasion! But are we going to hide down here and wait to be invaded?"

The Moonlanders looked angry, feeling betrayed, unaware of their general's deception.

"NO!" they yelled.

"Or, are we going to take these plans that I wrestled away from the traitor as she fled, and use them to build a fleet of ships, and invade them first?" Lunaris demanded.

"Yeah!" the Moonlanders shouted.

"And prove that the moon is the greatest planet in our universe?" the general added.

"Yeah!" they yelled once more.

"WE ARE THE MIGHTY! WE ARE THE MOON!" Lunaris yelled.

The Moonlanders cheered "Moon!" together.

Penumbra was horrified.

Sometime later, Lunaris had his arm bandaged. Penumbra walked up to him.

"You wanted this all along. You brought her and her ship here. Got them on her side. Why?" she demanded.

"Because the others aren't warriors like you and I. They needed a reason to fight, so I gave them one, betrayal. And I got her to give me these with a little good-old earthly compassion." Lunaris explained without remorse.

"But you're risking the lives of our people. Aren't you afraid that-" Penumbra began in disbelief.

"NO" Lunaris Interrupted. "I will not spend my life in fear of the earth like my father. The earth will fear me."

He paused.

"All in due time. Our technology detected that something else is happening that may interfere with my plans." Lunaris went on. "Once the looming threat is gone… THEN we will strike."

At that moment, Zenith, Gibbous, and Palus came up. "Um, excuse us, General?" Gibbous said.

"Yes you three?" Lunaris asked.

"General, this letter appeared for you." Palus said, holing it up.

Lunaris and Penumbra traded glances.

"And who pray-tell sent it?" Lunaris asked.

"No idea. It just appeared behind me and Gibbous in our home." said Zenith.

Lunaris took it. "Thank you. Dismissed." he said.

Zenith, Gibbous, and Palus nodded as they left.

"W-What does it say…?" Penumbra asked.

Lunaris read it out.

To General Lunaris of the 'Planet' Moon,

You may not know me, but I as well as my fellow members know who you are, as well as where you and your people are currently living. We have eyes everywhere and we recently heard of you and your people are currently planning an attack on Disney Castle's Earth within a few weeks or so. While I do admire the darkness that is in your heart Lunaris, your invasion will put a problem with my own plans as we also set our sights on that same planet. I'm giving you and your people this one warning. Do not attack that world. That world is essential to a victory in a long battle that my Organization and I are currently in. In addition, while your Moonlanders are vast in technology and fighting, my forces are near infinite. As long as you and your Moonlanders remain stationary on your Moon, we will have no problems between our two factions. However, if you decide to go through with this invasion, then you and your entire race will be exterminated and your 'Planet' will fall into the depths of darkness. I hope you are able to come to terms with this warning.

Lunaris and Penumbra were silent for a moment.

"You see?!" Penumbra exclaimed. "Even if we do attack, our people will get destroyed! You MUST call this off!"

"Nonsense lieutenant." Lunaris said firmly. "We will still attack… even if I must wait for this 'other force' to cease. It will give us more time to come up with our strategies for our invasion, to ensure victory."

Penumbra frowned. "At least that will give them and me time." she muttered to herself. She faced Lunaris again. "But why did you pair Della with me?"

"Honestly? It was the only way I could get her to move here. She actually liked you, Penumbra. Said you reminded her of her… brother, Donald Duck." Lunaris replied.

Penumbra watched Lunaris leave before looking at Earth… concerned with the horror that was slowly looming over them.

Disney Town:

The Spear of Selene crashed onto the ground. Della opened the hatch and peered out.

"Disney Town… I'm home!" she said happily.

Della was about to exit when she paused. She looked down at the rocket… and ripped out several wires.

"There! Now no one will get trapped again!" she said happily.

Della looked around town.

"This place has not changed a lot." she muttered. "I should probably call a cab to the manor…"

She paused when she looked up at Disney Castle.

"Or maybe they're there!" she said with excitement. "I'm already close, so why not?"

And with that, Della ran for Disney Castle.

She was ready to reunite with her family.
