And hey it's been 3 years since I've made this story! Crazy huh?
Sorry for the lack of updating. I was busy with my other stories and work and I had returned from a vacation to freaking DISNEY WORLD! And it was FUN! Although the WiFi at the hotel was a nightmare and we were gone most of the day from the early hours into the evening. And it's hard typing so much on a phone and iPad compared to a computer, desk or laptop. I will be taking another one soon with my friends to St. Joseph but not as long.
And to the guest reviewer who keeps putting in the order of Fanfics I should write especially the MARVEL ones… KNOCK IT OFF! I will write them just NOT RIGHT NOW! You're acting just like that guest reviewer who wouldn't stop telling me to stop doing Reacting to The Loud House back when it was here and focus on this story and it's getting annoying. Don't even try to change your name I know who you are every time I check the guest reviews.

Outlands:
Zira and her lionesses were leaving their spot in the Outlands, ready to invade the Pride Lands and take Simba and his pride down.
Amongst Zira, Vitani, and the lionesses, four stood out the most.
One was Shabaha, a brown-grey fur lioness, with lighter paws and underbelly. Her head was decorated with a thick and dark stripe and a small tuft of fur. She had thick and pointed eyebrows. Like Vitani, she had freckles and unlike the rest of her pride had light eye rims under her eyes. In her ears were light grey "rings" and areola around them in the same color as her stripe on her head. She has dark cyan eyes and a crimson nose.
Another was Tazama, a grayish lioness with slightly brown fur, light gray paws, underbelly, and muzzle. Her nose was pink and pointed, and she had bright greenish-blue eyes, gray eye rims and black eyebrows. She had little brown spots under her eyes and on the bridge of her snout. The ear rims along the top of her ears were dark brown, with lighter brown rims along the sides, and her inner ears were - unlike most lions - the same shade of grey as her main fur color.
Another was Imara who had gray fur, her underbelly, paws and muzzle were light grey, and she had dark brownish-gray stripes around the back of her legs. Her nose was brown. She had big black eyebrows and blue eyes with dark spots under them. Her inner ears were pink, and she had black rims along the top of her ears. Her tail tuft was dark grey. She was also a stocky lioness, with a heavier and more muscular build than other lionesses.
And the last one was Kasi, who had dull tan fur with light grey paws, underbelly and muzzle. Her eyes were blue. Her nose was pink and pointed, her inner ears were dark and light brown, and she had a large tuft of fur on her head. She has three large, light brown markings placed on her sides, just after her ribs. Her tail tip was brown. She had a very thin and lithe build, being much thinner than the other lionesses and was more flexible.
A dark aura surrounded Zira as behind the pride appeared Heartless. There were Behemoths, Aerial Knockers, and Rapid Thrusters.
As they left, a familiar flock of vultures were watching them leave.
Their leader, Mzingo, had very dark blue feathers, paler on undersides of his wings and tail. His wings were three shades of blue, starting out dark blue, changing to a slightly lighter shade along the center, and finally becoming a pale gray-blue. He has a thick white ruff of feathers around his neck that extends down past his wings. He has black eyes, with purple lower lids and deep pink upper lids. His neck and head are both dull pink, with darker skin around his face. A smooth, triangular blue crest rises from the back of his head, forming a recurved spike. Three smaller spikes of this crest reach down towards his black eyebrows. His long, wide beak is bicolored; it is mostly a dull yellowish gold, but the curved part of his upper beak is red-orange. His legs are the same yellow as much of his beak, ended in sharp black talons.
"Oh this is bad, this is very bad." Mzingo muttered as he faced his parliament. "We must tell Jasiri and the hyenas about this."
"Good idea!" said Mwoga. "Uh but why?"
"Because Jasiri has been in charge of the whole Outlands ever since Scar was destroyed." Mzingo said in annoyance.
"Oh yeah! Right!" Mwoga nodded. "But what will they do about it?"
"We'll just have to find out." Mzingo replied. "All in favor?"
"Aye!" the vultures said in unison.
"Alright! Let's fly." said Mzingo.
In another area of the Outlands, the hyenas were all gathered together. Janja and Jasiri were observing their combined clans.
Janja was a smoky gray spotted hyena with a grayish-beige underbelly. He had large ears that curved to a sharp point, with his left ear bearing a visible notch. His nose, feet, and the upper side of his tail were black. The underside of his tail was a beige color. His muzzle was gray. He also had dark gray spots, one spot forming a gray heart, across his back and a ridge of black fur running along his head and upper neck that juts back in sharp spikes. His eyes were black, with thick eyebrows and a ring of darker gray fur around them.
Jasiri had gray fur that bore a slight purplish tint. Her lower legs and paws were a very dark shade of purple, and her underbelly was a dull pinkish-orange. Her tail was short and bicolored; most of it was deep purple like her paws, but the fur on the very bottom was much paler, the same color as her underbelly. Her eyebrows and ears both matched the color of her mane and paws, and her inner ears were dull pink. On each side, she had three round spots, slightly darker than her main coat color, lined up vertically from her shoulder to the joint of her foreleg. Two smaller spots flecked her face on either side, and she had darker stripes along her neck as well as a streak along her spine. Her muzzle was the same color as her spots. She had large, deep blue eyes, encircled by darker fur, and a dark purple mane that was striped with brighter purple. Her mane was long and thick, with a lock in the front leaning toward her nose.
Janja's second-in-commands, Cheezi and Chungu, were munching on some bones.
Cheezi was a small hyena with two notches in his right ear and one in his left, which were black and round at the top. He had a large reddish nose. He was quite skinny, with a long, spiky black mane that reached his shoulders and spotted gray fur. Three strands on his mane stuck upward and then curled forward above his head, and he had fewer spots than either Janja and Chungu. His muzzle and spots were dark gray, and his paws were black. He had long canine teeth. His tail was thin and scruffy.
Chungu was a large grey spotted hyena with a notch in his right ear, and two notches in his left. His ears were round and smooth at the tips, instead of being pointed like Janja's. He was the largest and most well-built hyena in the clan, sporting a thick neck and a large, round jaw. The fur of his cheeks wass long and curved upward. He had a long, thick black mane, black lower forelegs, black paws, a large black nose, and a creamy gray underbelly that was cleft below his neck. His eyes were black with light yellow sclera. They were encircled by blue fur, and two patches of dark gray fur covered the areas around them.
And finally, Jasiri's sister Madoa was playing with the pups Tunu and Wema.
Madoa was a grey-purple hyena with a beige underbelly. She had dull purple markings, both stripes and spots on her back and her face had three small spots. This same color was also around her muzzle and a black nose. Her ears, fur and the bottom of her legs were a dark purple. Under her tail fluff was beige fur. The top tufts of fur on her head were light purple. She had brown eyes which were encircled by grey fur. Her inner ears were pink.
Tunu was a small hyena cub, with grey fur and dark grey markings on his back and forehead. His paws and muzzle were also this color. His nose was black and his eyes were blue. His tail was dark grey with a light pink fur underneath. This light pink color was also present on his underbelly. He also had one small tooth sticking out of his mouth.
Wema was a small hyena cub with dark purple fur and dark purple ears. Her legs and paws were dark purple and her tail was dark purple on top and light purple underneath. Her eyes were navy blue. Her underbelly and inner ears were light purple.
"Looks like it's gonna rain." hummed Jasiri.
"I never liked rain." gruffed Janja.
"But Janja! The rain is always fun to play in!" said Cheezi.
"Yeah and it makes mud puddles for us to splash in!" nodded Chungu.
"Yay! We can play in the mud!" cheered Tunu.
"I love playing in the mud!" barked Wema.
Madoa rolled her eyes fondly. "You two are such bad influences on these two that it's concerning and adorable."
Janja then looked up. "Hey Mzingo's flying in!" he said.
Jasiri looked up in Janja's direction. "Odd. He reported any news to us an hour ago. Wonder what's up."
Mzingo and his parliament landed on the ground.
"Greetings Jasiri. Janja. Hyenas." he said.
"What's going on Mzingo?" asked Jasiri.
"It's Zira and her Pride." Mzingo said seriously. "They're making their move to the Pride Lands."
The hyenas were shocked.
"Scar's old lover? Heading into the Pride Lands?!" exclaimed Janja.
"Yeah! Sounds like an invasion!" said Mwoga.
"That doesn't sound good." Madoa said in concern.
"What do we do?!" asked Cheezi.
"Ooh! We could ask them to come back nicely!" Chungu obviously suggested.
"No fur-brains!" scowled Janja. "Zira's not gonna come nicely."
"He's right. Zira has too much rage in her heart to even listen to reason." said Jasiri.
"Oh right!" said Chungu. "Uh… then what do we do?"
"Do we fight back?" asked Cheezi.
"Bad idea. I've known that Scar and Zira, especially that lioness have trained their pride to be rough, tough, and dangerous fighters." said Janja. "That's why we never messed with them even before Ushari got us to bring Scar back."
"If Zira is on the attack, then Simba and his Pride are gonna need help." said Jasiri. "She's not one to be taken lightly. And that's putting it nicely."
"Are you suggesting we go up against her?!" Janja asked in disbelief.
"Might I add I could've sworn I saw a dark swirl around her?" Mzingo chimed in. "Sounds awfully familiar ey Janja?"
Janja thought for a minute. "Of course…" he realized with wide eyes. "The darkness… Zira probably has the Heartless with her! We had them when Scar was around and then that Sora and his friends helped Kion and the Lion Guard stop us!"
The hyenas were shocked.
"So does that mean Sora is back?" asked Madoa.
"Not sure. I haven't seen him." said Janja.
Jasiri looked serious. "Even if Sora isn't here, we need help to stop Zira if she has both her pride and any Heartless, Nobodies, or just about anything by her side." she said. "We need to find Kion."
The hyenas and vultures were taken aback.
"Find Kion?" asked Cheezi. "Like Kion Kion?"
"Yes!" Jasiri nodded. "We'll need him and the Lion Guard. It would be all paws on deck."
"Shouldn't we just all go?" asked Janja. "I mean… not that I like the idea of taking on Zira…"
"Someone needs to keep an eye on the little ones and make sure the rest of the Outlanders stay out of trouble in case they decide to deflect." said Jasiri. "The crocodiles and jackals may follow me like the vultures do, but Zira is quite the manipulator. I should know…" Jasiri shook her head. "Look we need all the help we can get. This may not be like when Scar came back as a fiery spirit, but this is still serious. We will need the Lion Guard's help if we don't want history to repeat itself in one way or another."
The hyenas and vultures all murmured together.
"So who's gonna go find him?" asked Chungu.
"I'll go." said Jasiri. "Kion was my first Pride Lander friend." She turned to Janja. "You're coming with me."
"Oh you need me to watch your back?" Janja smirked.
"No, I'll need to watch yours and keep you outta trouble." Jasiri smirked back, making Janja falter and pout.
"Well-I-uh-oh fair enough." Janja grunted. "But how will we find the Tree of Life? Do you even know where to go?"
"I remember Kiara and Rafiki showing me the route one day after Kion and the Guard left. And I am a good memorizer." Jasiri replied. "And it won't hurt to ask for help along the way in case I get mixed up." She turned to Madoa. "Madoa, you're in charge until we get back."
"You got it Jasiri." Madoa replied.
"You heard Jasiri, all of you follow Madoa's command till we get back!" Janja said to the hyenas and vultures.
All the hyenas and vultures replied with "Okay"s and "You got it Janja"s and "Yay Madoa!"s.
"Alright Janja, let's go!" said Jasiri.
"Right behind you Jasiri!" Janja nodded.
And the two hyenas took off.
"Have fun Janja!" called Chungu.
"Oh yeah! Have fun!" Cheezi called.
"You think they're gonna be ok Madoa?" asked Wema.
"Oh yeah! Will they be ok?" asked Tunu.
Madoa chuckled. "Oh they'll be fine. And if I know Jasiri, she'll find Kion… and keep Janja from getting himself hurt." she replied.
Pride Lands:
The rain was pouring across the Pride Lands. Inside Pride Rock, where Timon and Pumbaa were talking in distraught.
"I can't believe we lost her again. This is the eight thousandth time!" groaned Timon.
"Ooh!" Pumbaa groaned.
Timon glared at the pig. "I thought you were gonna watch her!"
"Me?" Pumbaa asked, aghast. "You were gonna watch her!
"I thought you were gonna watch her!" Timon retorted.
"No, you were gonna watch her!" snorted Pumbaa.
"You were gonna watch her!" shouted the meerkat.
"Aah, watch this!" Pumbaa snapped as he leapt onto Timon.
"Oww!" Timon yelled as he wrestled back, yanking Pumbaa by the ears. "Take that, you creepy warthog!"
Simba walked on, fur and mane soaked from the rain. He shook it off and approached the Hakuna Matata duo.
"Say it! Say it!" Timon shouted, holding onto Pumbaa.
"Fat! Fat! Fatty fat fat!" Pumbaa shouted.
"What are you doing?" Simba asked in amusement.
Timon and Pumbaa stopped their squabbling and looked at Simba in embarrassment and worry.
"Good question!" said Timon, trying to stall. "Now let me ask one."
"Hippo-thetically…" added Pumbaa.
"Very hypo-thetical," Timon corrected. "there's this guy…"
"But he's not a lion…" said Pumbaa.
"No! No, he's not a lion... yeesh." said Timon as Simba was looking amused. "Definitely not a lion. And, uh... uh... his daughter, um, say... vanished."
Simba's eyes widened. "Kiara is gone?!" he exclaimed.
Zazu suddenly flew in. "Sire! The Outsiders are on the attack... heading this way! It's WAAAAAAR!" he cried in terror.
Simba's expression grew determined. "Zazu! Find Kiara! We'll assemble the lionesses. Move! Now!"
Simba charged out of Pride Rock just as Riku, Terra, Ven, Aqua, Naminé, Lea, Isa, Roxas, Xion, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia were coming in.
"Sheesh where did this rain even come from?!" asked Donald.
"I think it came from the sky Donald." Goofy replied.
"That's not what he meant Da-ah forget it." Max grunted.
"Well at least patrol is done so we can stop being soaked." said Oswald.
Simba suddenly came up to them and stopped.
Riku took notice of the king's expression. "Simba what's wrong?" he asked.
"The Outsiders are attacking!" Simba said urgently.
Their eyes widened.
"Shit that's not good." said Terra.
"I bet Zira will be having Heartless help her." said Xion.
"We'll stand by your side Simba." said Aqua.
"Good." said Simba. "Assemble the lionesses in the Pride! It's all paws on deck!"
And Simba ran off.
"Looks like we're fighting a dangerous lion again." said Donald.
"But it sounds like we're about to fight MULTIPLE." said Ven.
"A whole freaking pride for crying out loud!" added Roxas.
"Fellas we need to stand strong!" Mickey said, determined. "Even if Zira and her Pride have the darkness by their side, Simba and his Pride have all of us!"
"He's right, we've fought worse battles, some of us more so than others." nodded Aqua. "We can do this."
Terra summoned Ends of the Earth in his tail. "Let's stop those rogue lions…" he said determinedly.
A storm gathered as the two prides closed on the field of battle; rain matted Simba's mane as he advanced. Prey animals skittered away from between the advancing prides.
Nala, Tiifu, and Zuri were right behind Simba as the Guardians of Light were among Timon, Pumbaa, and the lionesses.
Riku had summoned Braveheart, Aqua had Stormfall, Ven had his version of No Name, Roxas had Two Become One, Xion had Omega Weapon, Naminé had Shooting Star, Isa had Blue Moon, Mickey had Kingdom Key W, Donald had Astrolabe+, Goofy had Adamant Shield (KH), Minnie had Starlight, Daisy had Spellbinder, Max had Fenrir, Oswald had Classic Tone, and Ortensia had Zero/One.
Buzzards circled overhead.
While this was happening, Sora, Kairi, Myde, Kiara and Kovu rushed back to the Pride Lands as fast as they could.
An old man was driving an African Safari Truck when the five animals zoomed by. He skidded to a stop and saw Sora as he ran into the distance.
"I think I know that guy!" Stan said in amazement.
Across the field, the two prides faced each other.
"That's her…" said Aqua, looking at the lead Outsider lioness.
"Zira…" growled Terra.
"And she's got the Heartless too!" added Max.
Timon and Pumbaa walked up to them… and then shook their rears at the Outsiders.
"Nah nah nah nah nah nah!" they taunted.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the heroes of the Pride Lands." Isa deadpanned.
"Save your drawl for later dude. We're in a war… kind of." said Lea.
"It's over, Simba! I have dreamed of nothing else for years!" Zira sneered.
"Boy... does she need a hobby." Timon quipped.
"Last chance, Zira. Go home." Simba warned.
"I am home!" Zira growled.
"Yeah… I don't think so you crazy cat." Roxas said, aiming Two Become One at the Outsiders.
Lightning flashed and thunder cracked.
"Attack!" Zira yelled.
"Let's go fellas!" said Mickey.

The two opposing lines advanced toward each other, first walking, then picking up speed until they hit at a full run.
Zira coached her pride from a high rock. "Go for the eyes! Break his jaw! Hit him low! Get them! Do what you must!" she yelled.
Riku ran at Vitani first. Vitani swiped at him with her claws but Riku ducked and headbutted her in the chest. Riku then swung his Keyblade with his tail and bashed her in the maw. Vitani roared and tried to strike him with her claws, but the silver head-turned-lion fired a Dark Firaga spell at her and Vitani was launched backwards. Lea dodged attacks from two lionesses and bashed them with his Keyblade. They roared and tried to slash at him, managing to thrash him across his back and stomach. But the pyro was able to cure himself, jumped over the lionesses, and then casted Firaga Burst to send them flying back. Terra fought against a purple Behemoth Heartless while dodging its stomping, firing Blizzard spells against it. The giant Heartless rammed into Terra and sent him flying backwards. But the human-turned-leopard recovered quickly and casted Poison against it, weakening it before he slashed it multiple times and then finished it with Blizzaga Pursuit. Aqua fought against Tazama, but the lioness with keen vision was able to spot Aqua's spells and was able to dodge her light and thunder spells with ease and attacked the human-turned-snow leopard easily. But Aqua managed to dodge many scratches and punches and got an idea. Just as Tazama was about to attack her, Aqua used Blackout against the lioness with clear vision, causing Tazama to stumble around before Aqua thrashed her with her claws and then casted Quake to knock her to the ground. Xion fired at light spells several Rapid Thrusters before they all dove for her. She slashed at them with both her claws and her Keyblade. Thinking quickly, Xion held her Keyblade up and used her Esuna light spell, summoning be as of light that destroyed the Heartless. Naminé dodged attacks from two lionesses and tried using Fira spells to keep them at bay. But at several points they jumped over the spells and tried to thrash and hurt her with their claws. But while Naminé managed to get struck, she cured herself and thrashed at the lionesses back before she unleashed a Tornado Tracer spell to send them flying to the ground. Aerial Knockers surrounded Ven but he slashed at them while also sustaining a few punches and thrashes to his face or body. But he casted various light spells at them before he casted Flame Fall to finish them off. Isa was up against Shabaha, the bravest lioness there. Shabaha dodged Isa's moonlight attacks and jumped at them, slashing him across his chest and back. But Isa didn't give up as he bashed his Keyblade back against her in the face and stomach before he slashed her as well. The human-turned-mandrill then held his weapon up and brought down a Meteor spell against Shabaha and it all crashed against her to the ground. Ven fought against a Blue Behemoth Heartless as he struck it repeatedly in the legs and in its face. But the giant beast of a Heartless stomped the ground hard and Ven was knocked around repeatedly before he was knocked into the ground. Ven got up and as the Behemoth Heartless approached him, Ven casted several Wateraga spells against it and then unleashed Raging Storm to take it down for good. Roxas faced off against several Rapid Thrusters lunging at him from either side and he jumped up each time and struck them across with his Keyblade. Roxas was suddenly slashed across his sides and legs by the Heartless' blades and then knocked to the ground. But Roxas cured himself and then casted Magnet to slow them down and then finished them with Blizzaga Pursuit. Xion attacked against some Aerial Knockers, dodging and ducking from their punches and slashing them with her Keyblade. The former replica-turned-panther was then double-punched in the face and slid against the ground. Xion jumped back up and then casted Deep Freeze to freeze the Heartless in place before she slashed them to smithereens.
Mickey faced off against a blue Behemoth Heartless as he fired orbs of light from his Keyblade at it. The king was then suddenly knocked away by it's tusks and crashed into Tiifu and Zuri and two Outsiders while they were fighting. Mickey escaped that fight and resumed his fight and ran at the Behemoth, firing Stopza at it, followed by three Blizzaga spells, and then a Transcendence spell before it was destroyed. Donald dodged attacks from several Rapid Thrusters as they chased him through the air. The Mage of Thunder used a series of Thunder spells against them and they either dodged or met impact with the spell. Three at a time struck Donald and he fell to the ground. But he turned over, lifted his staff with his talons, and casted Thundaga Shot to destroy them. Goofy dodged several lionesses trying to attack him, jumping from side to side and bashing them with his shield while performing Goofy-Tornado. One lioness managed to knock him to the side, but the King's Captain tossed his shield with his mouth and it flew around before bashing the lionesses' on the top of their heads hard, knocking them out a bit. Minnie took on a purple Behemoth, using her Esuna light to blind them to her advantage. Minnie was then suddenly struck to the ground by the beast of the dark creature by its leg. But just before it could stomp her, Minnie casted Exo Spark to electrocute it, forcing it away from her, and then the queen casted a series of Balloonga spells to kill it for good. Daisy fended off against several Aerial Knockers as she slashed them across their faces and boxing glove-like-fists and even tried to bash their heads with her Keyblade. Daisy then took to the sky and dove down beakfirst as she powered up her Keyblade with Sparkaga and brought it down on them and the impact destroyed them. Max took on Kasi, who was the fastest of the Outsiders. The lioness was racing circles all around the young tortoise as he tried to slash her or cast spells with his Keyblade. At one point she ran into Max at top speed and knocked him into the air and slapped him to the ground. But Max was able to recover and used the Slow spell to slow Kasi down, much to her surprise, and he used that opportunity to cure himself and then fired Triple Plasma straight at her, dealing Thunder damage on Kasi. Oswald fought against Imara, the strongest of the Outsiders, whose attacks were hard and rough but Oswald held his own. The strong lioness slapped and headbutted Oswald so hard he almost lost control of himself. But the lucky rabbit regained his senses and used the Seeker Mine technique. Magical traps exploded, stunning Imara, much to her shock before Oswald suddenly sent her hurtling into the air with an Ice Barrage spell. Ortensia also fought against Vitani as Riku took on other Outsiders. Vitani managed to get Ortensia in her grasp and tried to thrash her, but Ortensia was able to bash her in the face with her Keyblade and back kick her in the chest. Vitani roared as she slashed at the queen and sent her to the ground. But being a clever feline, Ortensia gave into her feline instincts and jumped into the air and onto some nearby rocks just before Vitani could even catch her and then casted Ultima right at Vitani, striking her hard as she yelled in pain and crashed against the battlefield. Simba and Nala held their own against the Outsiders. They were ambushed from either side of each other, but the lion king and queen tackled the lionesses, scratched them, and threw them away. Simba even tossed one to Nala who even back kicked her away.
Sora, Kairi, Kiara, Kovu, and Myde approached from a distance, but the dust of the battle was already rising. They looked on in shock at the battle before them.
"Oh god…" Sora said in shock.
"Oh my goodness…" Kairi whispered in horror.
"We have to stop them!" said Kairi.
"We will!" said Sora. "We just have to-!"
Suddenly, Sora, Kairi, and Myde disappeared in a flash of light.
Kiara and Kovu stood there, shocked.
"What in the Pride Lands?!" exclaimed Kiara,
"What just happened!?" shouted Kovu.
In the ensuing battle, Riku, Ven, Aqua, Terra, Lea, Isa, Roxas, Xion, Naminé, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Max, Minnie, Daisy, Oswald, and Ortensia suddenly disappeared in flashes of light as well, much to the Lionel surprise.
"Uh… everyone else saw that too right?" asked Zuri.
"Where did they go?!" asked Tiifu.
"Who cares, the Pride Landers lost their defenses!" shouted Kasi.
"Get them!" Zira yelled.
Not even 1 minute when the battle resumed, all 20 world-travelers suddenly reappeared in bright flashes of light.
"Oh hey they're back!" said Pumbaa.
"Where did you mooks vanish off to?!" asked Timon.
"No time to explain, back to the fight!" said Ven.
And the fight resumed.
"Where in the name of Askari did you three go?!" asked Kiara.
"I honestly have no idea." Sora replied.
"We can talk about it later, we gotta get back to the fight!" said Kairi.
"You guys go on ahead, I'll catch up!" said Myde.
The quarteret gave him looks. "Myde this is no time for a nap!" scolded Kairi.
"We have to move now!" Kiara said sternly.
"I know but I have an idea!" the Meledious Nocturne replied. "It will help out the fight, I promise! C'mon Sora, I know I can be a slacker, but please, trust me!"
Sora looked at the old Organization's Number IX. After a quick moment, he sighed and said, "Ok but hurray!"
Myde nodded, flashing a thumbs up.
Kiara and Kovu ran for the battlefield, Sora and Kairi close behind. Myde summoned his sitar and smirked.
"Demyx Time." he said determinedly.
During this, Timon and Pumbaa surveyed they battle.
"What do we do? What do we do?!" Pumbaa asked in a panic.
"There's only one thing we can do, Pumbaa: 'When the going gets tough, the tough get going.' That's our motto!" Timon said determinedly.
"I thought our motto was 'Hakuna Matata'!" Pumvaa said in confusion.
Timon groaned. "Pumbaa, stop living in the past! We need a new motto!" he exclaimed.
Timon and Pumbaa ran screaming into the battle, trying to appear as menacing as they could. They were stopped short by a snarling lioness; they turned and run back the way they came.
"Like I said, LET'S GET GOING!" Timon screamed.
Sora, Kairi, Myde, Kiara, and Kovu ran down an embankment covered with fallen logs; Kovu nearly slipped, but caught onto one of the logs and jumped down safely.
The logs began shifting.
Vitani appeared on a ledge above Nala. "Where's your pretty daughter, Nala?" she taunted.
"Vitani!" Nala growled.
Vitani leapt down onto Nala and the two rolled down the hill, fighting fiercely.
Timon and Pumbaa were being chased by a number of lionesses. They were backed up against a wall, surrounded. Pumbaa put his face to the wall and covered his eyes in terror. Timon looked around in a panic when his eyes landed on Pumbaa's tail. He got an idea, quickly jumping up on Pumbaa's back, bending his tail, cocked it, and held it like a gun.
"Don't anybody move! This thing's loaded. I'll let you have it!" Timon threatened.
The Outsider lionesses all shrieked in terror and turned tail, fleeing over the horizon.
"Get that thing away from us!" screamed Tazama.
"Oh god not that!" shuddered Kasi.
"I may be brave but anything but that!" exclaimed Shabaha.
"NOT! HAPPENING!" yelled Imara.
"Yeah!" Timon grinned, twirling Pumbaa's tail. "Yeah... talk about your winds of war!"
Back on the battlefield, Zira was laughing as she viewed the battle turning in her favor. She spotted the Lion King.
"Simba…" she snarled as she jumped down. "You're MINE!"
She and her two backup lionesses approached Simba, who was fighting off several enemies at once. The lionesses parted, making way for Zira and Simba to fight one-on-one. Just as they were about to land the first blows, Sora, Kairi, Kiara and Kovu leapt into the scene, and stood between the two enemies, much to everyone's surprise.

"That's enough!" Sora yelled, holding Kingdom Key tightly with his tail.
"This battle is over!" Kairi said in agreement, clutching Destiny's Embrace with her tail.
"Sora! Kairi! You're back!" exclaimed Donald.
"Kiara?" Simba asked in surprise.
Kiara held her stern gaze.
"Kovu!" Zira exclaimed as Kovu stared at her, his eyes narrowing at her mention of his name. "...Move." Zira ordered.
"Stand aside." Simba said sternly.
"Daddy, this has to stop." Kiara said firmly.
"She's right, this battle isn't gonna solve anything." Kairi added.
"You're even weaker than I thought. Get out of the way!" Sora snarled to Kovu.
"You'll never hurt Kiara... or Simba. Or even Sora and his friends! Not while I'm here." Kovu growled.
Zira gasped at this.
"Stay out of this." Simba sternly said to his daughter.
"I don't think she will." Kairi retorted firmly.
"This fighting is done now unless anyone else wants to get hurt." Sora said, looking at both sides of the battlefield. "And I know none of us want that…"
Zira scoffed. "You pathetic Keybearer. I will have justice for both Scar and Nuka! And the Pride Lands will belong to us!" she snarled. "And now one will stop me, not a false king, a boy with a Keyblade, a pathetic princess or even my own traitorous son will stop me!"
The string of a sitar is flicked, causing the rain to halt. Everyone freezes when a huge bubble engulfed a group of Heartlesses much to Zira and her clans' shock and surprise.
"What in the Outlands?!" exclaimed Vitani.
"Did the rain just stop?!" exclaimed Naminé.
"And those Heartless are trapped, but Sora and Kairi didn't even move their Keyblades." said Roxas, confused.
"What trickery is this Simba!?" Zira angrily asked.
"This isn't me." Simba answered.
Zira then glares at Sora who returns with a knowing grin.
A string was flicked again, causing a dozen pillars of water burst from the ground, sending some lionesses flying and screaming and also destroying some Heartless.
"Uh…what's going on?" Oswald asked, confused.
"Who just did that?!" asked Nala.
"What is happening right now?" asked Daisy.

"Whoa! What is that sound!?" Timon exclaimed upon hearing a guitar opening play everywhere around them.
"And why does it sound so loud?!" asked Tiifu.
"Is that… music?" asked Aqua.
"More like rock and roll." said Lea.
"Up there!" Ortensia pointed up with her claw.
Everyone looked up to see flashes of lightning appearing from the dark clouds converged together, followed up with blue light shining from them a little.
"What in the Pride Lands is this!?" Nala asked, still in shock.
"Is that a storm?!" asked Vitani.
"But why does it have blue lights?" asked Tazama.
"What kind of storm is this?!" asked Zuri.
"Witchcraft!" Goofy carried.
"Ok seriously what is going on?!" asked Max.
Sora and Kairi exchanged a grin.
"It's showtime." Said Sora.
"Yeah." Kairi agreed.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING!?" Zira shouted.
Dozens of water pillars burst from the ground again, flying straight for the clouds and converging together. Lightning flashes from them couple more to reveal the shape of Myde's animal face.
"You dare challenge us Guardians of Light and their friends!?" Myde shouted from the clouds.
"Myde!?" The Guardians called out in shock.
"What the-YOU?!" Zira exclaimed.
"Surprised huh?" Myde's voice echoed. "Like when Sora, Donald, and Goofy fought me a second time, I proved to have many tricks up my sleeve."
"Can't argue with that logic." Sora shrugged.
Myde's meerkat face appeared, giant and purely made of water while speaking to Zira.
"You Outsiders may have an army of monsters, but we have something you don't!" Myde declared.
"And what's that supposed to be!?" Zira asked with a growl.
The giant face opens its mouth and the real Myde walks down the tongue, presenting himself while holding his Sitar.
"PRESENTATION!" Myde shouted.
At that moment the main music plays and got louder, blue lights and water bursting from behind the face.
The Guardians of Light burst out laughing.
"OH MY GOD!" laughed Riku.
"Oh my goodness!" chortled Minnie.
"Would you look at that?!" giggled Xion.
"Good lord…" chuckled Isa.
"Well there's something you don't see everyday." mused Mickey.
"KILL HIM!" Zira violently ordered.
The Aerial Knockers and Rapid Thrusters flew off towards Myde, intent on killing him but he disappeared down the tongue, causing them to overshoot and end up getting swallowed by his water face while the real Myde rode on a torrent of water down the air at high speed like a hoverboard.
"YEE-HAW!" Myde screamed in joy.
More Aerial Knockers attacked him but he swung the water around, destroying 5 of them with a spinning move.
"WOO-HOO!" Myde screamed.
He then spun his sitar like a bo-staff, knocking away 3 Aerial Knockers and sending 2 Rapid Thrusters flying away with a swing. He was halfway near the ground and leapt off his water, spinning around with his sitar as Aerial Knockers engulfed him. He unleashed sprays of water, sending them all flying away and destroying them all.
"WOO-HO-HO-HOO!" Myde screamed as he continues diving down.
Everyone both good and evil were surprised.
"Whoa!" exclaimed Sora.
"What in the Pride Lands…?" gasped Simba.
"Holy shit!" exclaimed Ven.
"Wow…" breathed Terra.
"Look at him go!" exclaimed Roxas.
"This is out of this world!" exclaimed Pumbaa.
Myde bounced off the remaining air Heartlesses and with a flip he landed on the ground, striking an epic pose with his sitar.
"Whoa nice jump!" praised Max.
"What an entrance!" commented Ortensia.
"And be got rid of the rest of the air Heartless!" added Ven.
"It's showtime! Dance water, Dance!" Myde shouted, playing his sitar and rain showers more heavily from the skies.
Water Clones emerge near the Behemoth Heartless and Lionesses, catching them by surprise.
The Behemoths were tangled up or lifted up into the air by a few pillars and slammed against the ground. Some were engulfed by the water magic so much that they were weakened and eventually destroyed.
The Lionesses lunged at the Water Clones but they spun around, either knocking them out or sending them flying back.
"Musuli!" Imara shouted as she charged a water clone only for it to disappear into the ground and she missed. "What happened!? Where'd it go!?"
The Water Clone appeared behind Imara which Tazama spotted after smacking away another Water Clone.
"Imara! Behind you!" Tazama shouted.
Imara gaspex when she turned to see Water Clone behind her. It spun and sent her screaming.
"Got ya now!" Myde played his sitar more and Itwas now raining bubbles.
The bubbles destroy some Heartless, edscare lionesses or knocked them out. Zira watched this in horror as her numbers dwindled.
"What!? NO!?" She shouted in rage.
Shibaha and Tazama avoided as many bubbles as they could but weren't quick enough and couple of them blow up in front of them, sending them flying and screaming, landing on Imara just as she got up.
Kasi was showing herself to be almost as fast as Fuli, dodging every single bubble and gloating as she does.
"Ha-ha! You'll never catch me! I'm the fastest lion there is!" Kasi boasted. "Haraka Haraka!"
Kasi ran around, dodging more bubbles but gasps, coming to a frantic halt when a Water Clone appears right in front of her. A pillar of water erupts beneath her and sends her screaming away, crashing into her 3 friends.
"Vitani! Get him!" Zira ordered.
Vitani slid to a stop behind Myde, having ran around him.
"I'm gonna tear you apart!" With a roar she lunged T Myde to do just that.
"Ain't it a blast!?" Myde slapped his strings and water pillars bursts from behind him.
Vitani was engulfed and sent screaming high up the air. She fell down and hilariously crashed into Shibaha, Imara, Kasi and Tazama, the 5 of them now stuck in a pile, groaning in pain.
The Guardians and animals were dumbfounded at what they're witnessing as was continued playing and song continues. Myde is humiliating an army of Outsiders and taking out an army of Heartless effortlessly. He had never shown this kind of power before!
"Whoa! Myde's creaming every single one of these guys!" Max said, amazed.
"Since when has he been able to do any of this!?" Xion asked.
"And how comes he's never done this before?" Lea asked.
"Makes you wonder what Myde is truly capable of." Isa wondered, impressed.
"I am really glad he never did any of this when we were enemies." said Donald, slightly afraid.
"Yes! Yes! Blow all those suckers away!" Timon cheered. "Bring honor to all us meerkats!"
"I'll show you what I can do when I'm serious!" Myde strums his strings once again.
He made every raindrop freeze. Everyone watched, their mouths agape in disbelief as Myde flicked the strings and turned the rain drops into thousands of sharp icicles. He played his sitar one last time, causing the icicles to impale every single remaining Heartless, killing them and also trapping the Outsiders, purposely missing them and keeping them from moving. As Myde reached the final stretch and plays his sitar, his giant water face explodes into water.
"WOO!" Myde screamed out victoriously, ending the song and strikes a pose, the heavy rain returning.
Everyone was stunned.
"Myde… HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!" exclaimed Riku.
"We didn't know you could do that!" said Naminé.
"You had that in you this whole time?!" asked Oswald.
"Lea isn't the only one who practiced a new ability for two weeks." Myde replied.
"That was impressive." said Kiara.
"You really are more than a slacker." said Donald, dumbstruck.
"It's like I told Larxene, I can be imposing, when I want to be." Myde smirked.
"Yet it wasn't good enough!"
Zira suddenly yanked Myde from behind with her paw and held him tight.
"Myde!" everyone shouted.
"Hey let me go!" Myde yelled.
"Oh I don't think so!" Zira sneered.
Vitani and the other Outsiders burst through their icicle trap and rejoined Zira.
"And now Simba you see what happens when you mess with those loyal to Scar…" Zira smirked as she flexed her claws… and jammed them into Myde's back!
Myde screamed bloody murder in pain as everyone gasped in shock. Even Vitani and her closest friends were taken aback.
"MYDE!" the Guardians of Light cried in horror.
"Now you see Simba?!" Zira laughed when Kovu suddenly headbutted her and she lost her grip on Myde.
The human-turned-meerkat fell to the ground in pain, blood coming from his back.
"Gah it hurts!" Myde shrieked.
Using her cheetah speed, Naminé ran over, picked up Myde by the scruff with her mouth, and brought her over to Aqua.
"Hold on Myde I got you!" Aqua said as she began to use a healing spell.
"Thanks… Aqua…" Myde panted.
"Jesus that was brutal…" murmured Roxas.
Zira snarled as she got back up and faced Kovu.
"That's enough Zira!" Kovu snapped. "You won't hurt any of my friends anymore!"
"You dare betray Scar?!" Zira snapped back.
"As I told you the first time… I. Want. NOTHING. TO DO WITH HIM!" Kovu roared, making Zira step back in shock. "All my life you trained me to kill Simba! And for what?! To avenge a lion who only cared about himself?!"
"Kovu wanted nothing to do with your revenge schemes and you tried to turn him into a killer, and tried to make him a traitor in the eyes of the Pride Lands! Including my father!" Kiara growled.
"All you ever cared about was revenge Zira. Well guess what? Revenge never helped anyone. And it sure as hell never helped you!" snarled Sora.
"This all has to end, but it doesn't have to end in such unnecessary violence like this!" Kairi added.
Kiara faced her father.
"Daddy, I know what you think of them. All of them. They were loyal to Scar. But that may not be what they wanted to do. Many were forced to follow Zira's lead whether they liked it or not." she said. "But even now, like Kairi said, it doesn't have to be like this. Because a wise King once told me, 'We are one.' I didn't understand what he meant... now I do." she added with a small smile.
Simba was surprised. The words he told Kiara back when she was a cub were now being used by her to him. "But... they…" he tried to explain.
"Them... us. Look at them... they are us. What differences do you see?" Kiara asked, gesturing to the Outsiders.
Simba paused, thinking of what his daughter said.
The Outsiders were surprised by Kiara's words too, especially Vitani, who now seemed to be reconsidering this whole thing.
Simba and Kiara looked at one another, the clouds part and the rain stopped.
Finally, Simba and his daughter happily nuzzled. Simba had realized that Kiara was right. The Guardians of Light smiled proudly as Aqua finished healing Myde.
"I think he finally got it now." said Mickey.
"About time." said Daisy.
Zira sneered as she faced her daughter. "Vitani... now!"
But Vitani glared at Zira. "No, Mother! Kiara's right." she said as she walked over to Simba's side, turning around to face Zira. "Enough."
Zira's other lionesses looked shocked.
Zira sneered angrily. "If you will not fight... then you will die as well."
Zira's lionesses we're horrified and disgusted by their leader's words. Immediately, they began to move over onto Simba's side. Zira's eyes began to panic as her whole pride left her.
"Wh-wha... Where are you going? Get back here!" Zroa demanded.
"I don't think they will Zira." Sora retorted. "They now see you for who you really are."
"Yeah, an insane cat bent on avenging her lunatic lover who only cared about himself." Myde cracked.
"It's over Zira." said Isa.
"Let it go, Zira. It's time to put the past behind us." Simba said.
"I'll never let it go!" Zira roared, a dark aura surrounding her.
More logs piled up in the river, forming a dam.
"This is for you, Scar!" Zira whispered.

Suddenly a blast of darkness erupted from Zira that sent everyone flying backwards. Goofy, Timon, and Pumbaa screamed the loudest as they all landed against the ground.
Sora was the first to get up, followed by Kiara and both gasped at the sight of Zira engulfed in darkness
"What the… w-what's happening to her?!" exclaimed Kiara.
Sora had a grim look on his face. "The darkness in Zira's heart is overtaking her." he said. "She's been turned into a Heartless."
Kiara was shocked. "Just like Scar before her…"
Kovu slowly got up. "I'm not surprised given everything…" he said.
Kairi got up next. "We have to stop her before she spreads it to the rest of the Pride Lands." she said determinedly.
To the quartet's surprise, Myde got up as well, summoning both his sitar and Mystic Water. "I'm in. That crazy cat is gonna pay for almost killing me…"
The four lions and meerkat stood together in front of Zira, Sora and Kairi clutching Kingdom Key and Destiny's Embrace in their tails, none of the quintet seeing a magic barrier forming around them and Zira.
"Let's end this…" Kiara said determinedly.

With a roar, Zira ran for the group. She slammed her claws into the ground and the 5 were knocked back a bit. Sora recovered quickly and slashed his Keyblade against Zira across her maw and chest areas, ruching from her thrashing claws. Sora was suddenly backpawed across his face and fell over. But Kiara tackled Zira and scratched her with her claws. Zira kicked Kiara off of her and tried to thrash her, but was struck with a Flower Shoot spell thanks to Kairi. The pink lioness charged at Zira and fored orbs kf light at her. Zira was struck by half of them but dodged the rest. Zira jumped onto Kairi but a recovered Sora struck her with a Blizzaga attack. Zira roared as she attempted to go for Sora, but Kovu pounced her and thrashed her with his claws. The two tussled before Zira struck Kovu in his side and he yelled in pain as he got off of her. Myde blasted Wateraga spells against Zira but after getting struck by 2 she jumped up and smacked the human-turned-meerkat away like a golf ball and he skidded against the ground. But Kairi slashed Zira across her back and fired Fission Firaga at her. Zira roared and tackled Kairi out of the way and attempted to bite her but Kiara yanked her back by the tail and dug her claws into Zira's back. The Lion Princess dragged Zira to the ground, but Zira clawed her face to get her off. Sora then unleashed a Quake spell to knock Zira into the air and then Myde sent two water pillars crashing into her and she smashed against the ground. Zira got up and lunged at the group, jumping high and pouncing on top of Kovu, but he kicked her off and slashed her across her jaw and tried to wrestle her to the young. Myde sent a Dark Firaga spell at Zira and then Myde backed her up as he casted Blizzaga Pursuit. Zira suddenly broke free and lunged at the two and threaded them across their faces.
"This is it!" Sora shouted as he casted Raging Storm against Zira and she was struck, sending crashing against the ground.
"Stay back!" Kairi yelled as she performed Spiral Bloom, bashing Zira across her face multiple times.
"Come on, keep to the beat!" Myde taunted as his water clones piled on top of Zira.
Zira roared as she jumped into the air and tried to attack the trio, but Kiara and Kovu tackled her to the ground.
"Stay down you monster!" snarled Kiara as the two wrestled Zira.
"GET OFF OF ME!" Zira roared as she shoved the two off of her.
"Here's my lullaby, motherfucker!" Myde yelled, bashing his sitar against Zira's face.
Zira stumbled over but quickly got up and smacked Myde away. Sora unleashed a Dark Firaga spell against Zira. The evil lioness growled as she jumped at Sora, but he used Reflect to block her. Kovu used this chance to headbutt his mother and get her out of the way. Myde used an Ignite spell on Zira, delivering continuing damage onto her. Kiara used this chance to dig her claws into the back of Zira's shoulder and drag her to the ground. Zira roared as she dug her claws into Kiara's front legs as she roared in pain. But Kairi came to her rescue and unleashed a Zero Graviza spell to drag Zora to her, bashed her in the forehead and jaw with her Keyblade and performed Deep Freeze on her. Myde used both his Keyblade and sitar on the frozen Zira, bashing her so hard she fell over. As she got up, Kovu tackled her and threw her to the side. Zira snarled and jumped up to attack again, but Kiara headbutted her in the stomach, causing her to gasp and fall to the ground. Seething, Zira slashed at Kiara, striking her across her scruff and chest, but Kovu came to her aid, pried Zira off of his love, and slammed her to the ground. Sora casted Meteor to try and keep Zira down, but Zira punched on Sora and dug her claws into his sides and was about to do more when Kairi casted Mega Flare against her. Myde strummed a note and pillars of water sent Zira into the air. But the Heartless-infected-lioness leapt across each of them to avoid being sent flying. Seeing this, Sora unleashed Icicle Mine against her, causing Zira to fall off of the water pillars. But before she could even touch the ground, Myde casted Thundaga Shot to send her to the ground.
"I think we almost got her!" Myde called.
"Nearly there!" Kairi said in agreement.
"Kiara! Kovu!" Sora called.
"Together as one!" said Kiara.
"We must finish this!" said Kovu.
The trio of lions ran at Zira. Kiara swung her front paw at Zira, knocking her into the air. Kovu headbutted Zira to the ground. Sora slammed his Keyblade into the ground, creating a shockwave that sent Zira into the air. Kiara and Kovu jumped into the air, grabbed Zira by her front legs, and slammed her to the ground. They then rejoined Sora and he held his Keyblade up. Small glows of light appeared on their necks before all three unleashed a loud roar, the soundwave coated in light, that sent Zira hurtling into the ground unconscious, finally ending the flight.

The quintet panted from the battle, trying their best to catch their breath. The barrier disappeared.
"That… was… rough…" Kiara panted, wiping the sweat from her head fur.
"I never… fought someone… so hard…!" panted Kovu, his tongue sticking out.
"Join… the club…" Myde panted, clutching his legs after dismissing his weapons.
Holding Destiny's Embrace in her teeth, Kairi casted Curaga spells on them all.
"Phew! Thanks Kai." Sora smiled.
"Always happy to help out." the Princess of Heart smiled.
At that moment, the Pride Landers and Outlanders came up to them.
"Wow… that was some battle…" commented Riku.
"Well done you five!" praised Mickey.
"You really took Zira down." said Nala.
"We're very proud." said Aqua, smiling.
"And impressed!" added Goofy.
"You ended this battle and saved us all. You have all of our thanks and gratitude." Simba said, proud of them all.
"Thanks guys." smiled Sora.
Vitani cleared her throat, making everyone look at her. "I will not lie. I will admit… that was an impressive fight you five put on." she said.
Everyone was surprised. First Vitani switching sides and now she was praising the heroes?
"Oh, uh, well, uh… thanks 'Tani." Kovu managed to say.
"Say whaddya gonna call that combo you three did?" asked Oswald.
Sora looked at Kovu and Kiara.
"What about… We Are One?" Kiara asked. "We stood together as one against Zira then."
"And we roared as one." Kovu chuckled.
Sora laughed. "We Are One it is!"
Suddenly there was a roar. Everyone jumped and turned to see Zira had gotten up. Her teeth were gritted, claws sharpened, and her eyes filled with rage.
"ZIRA?!" Sora, Ven, Roxas, Myde, Lea, Donald, Goofy, Tiifu, and Zuri shouted in alarm.
"What the hell?!" exclaimed Terra.
"GAH! SHE'S GONNA FINISH US ALL!" Timon cried out in terror as he hid behind Pumbaa.
"HOW is she still standing?!" exclaimed Daisy.
"Maybe it's her determination to avenge Scar?" guessed Pumbaa.
"This. IS. FOR SCAR!" Zira roared in rage as she leapt into the air, aiming for Simba.
But Kiara caught her in mid-flight and rolled over with her; the two lionesses tumble down the embankment.
"Kiara!" Simba cried.
"Oh no!" gasped Kairi.
Everyone looked down and saw the two lionesses fall down the cliffside.
"Kiara!" Kovu called out.
"We gotta save her!" said Oswald.
"I'm on my way!" Simba shouted.
Simba jumped down the slope, trying desperately to reach Kiara, but she and Zira had already fallen too far for him to catch up. "Kiara!" he called again.
Kiara managed to catch a hold on the ledge, slowing her descent enough for her to jump onto a small ledge. Zira clinged to the rocks some distance below Kiara, hanging by her front paws.
"Hold on, Kiara!" Nala called to her daughter.
Suddenly she heard a noise. Nala looked to her right and too her horror, the dam of logs broke. The river suddenly began to create a flood on the stream.
"Simba! Simba- the river!" Nala shouted to her husband.
Simba looked and his eyes widened at the river rapidly rushing to fill the canyon. Simba leapt from rock face to rock face, trying to reach Kiara.
Everyone saw this as well.
"Shit it's a fast flood!" called Roxas.
"Can we stop it?" asked Minnie.
"Stopza won't work on something at that speed!" said Mickey.
"And neither will any ice spells!" added Aqua.
"Myde, can you control it?!" asked Isa.
"Sorry Is', but I think I wore myself out with that other trick and fighting Zira." Myde apologize.
"Hey don't worry, you did good." Isa said sincerely.
Below, Zira hung precariously from the rock face, struggling to hang on. Kiara was above on the ledge. She looked down at the evil lioness. She knew what she had to do, despite everything Zira had done and tried to do to her and her family.
"Zira! Give me your paw!" Kiara said, offering her paw.
Zira sneered and swiped at Kiara, growling. But then she slipped further down the rock face; she glanced at the tumbling water and logs.
"Zira, come on... I'll help you…" Kiara said sincerely.
Zira struggled to hold onto the rock wall but slid further, unable to climb up. She looked up at Kiara… and then smirked.
"No… never…"
To Kiara's shock, Zira allowed herself to slip off the cliff and fall into the rushing water below.
Eventually, the flow in the canyon gradually subsided.
Kovu looked down where his mother fell, closed his eyes, and let out a sigh. Like Scar, Zira couldn't let go of her hate… and it killed her.
Kiara could only watch as the flood slowed down completely, now just a tame river with floating logs. But there was no sign of Zira. Kiara sighed sadly.
"Kiara."
Kiara looked up and saw Simba on a ledge, reaching out his paw to her.
"Daddy... I tried…" Kiara said sadly as Simba helped her up.
The two lions came up to the top of the cliffside. Nala immediately hugged her daughter.
"Kiara... oh." Nala said in relief.
"Wow... that was really brave!" Pumbaa praised.
"Yeee-haaa!" cheered Timon.
"Kiara?"
Kiara looked at Sora, who was smiling gently at her, along with his friends.
"You did what you could." Sora said.
"Don't blame yourself." said Kairi.
"You were still a hero today." added Lea, tapping the side of his head. "Got it memorized?"
Kiara managed to smile. "Thank you." she said thankfully.
Kiara and Kovu approached each other.
"Kovu…" Kiara smiled.
"Oh, Kiara." Kovu said in relief as the two nuzzled.
Simba approached Kovu.
"Kovu... I was wrong. You belong here." he said sincerely.
Kovu smiled in gratitude as Kiara leaned into him lovingly.
"And Kiara… I'm sorry I didn't listen to you. You as well Nala. Sora. Everyone." he added, feeling guilty for how he acted earlier. "While it doesn't excuse what I did... I was blinded by my past... and the trauma that came with it... Scar wrecked my childhood when he killed my father and convinced me that I was responsible... I was thankful that I had two friends to look out for me as I grew up... but when I saw all the destruction and chaos he left to my home... I didn't want history to repeat itself for Kiara... I didn't want to risk anything, but I wasn't thinking clearly. I want to hold high in my heart that Kion is ok after so long... but my mind was just... not in a good place. And I'm sorry for all of that. I didn't mean to overprotect Kiara. I was wrong to not listen to Kovu. And I was wrong to not listen to my friends. I let anger and trauma blind me and that was not something my father would have done... and I apologize for all of it."
"Hey." Sora said with a goofy smile. "We knew you'd make the right call in the end."
"You just needed some time to realize that." said Terra.
"And THAT is something Mufasa would've done." Nala said proudly.
"Thank you Daddy." Kiara smiled.
Simba turned to all the lions. "Let's go home... all of us." he said.
The two prides smiled in gratitude and slowly walked back to Pride Rock.
"Kovu." Kovu looked to see Vitani approach him, guilt in her face and voice. "Kovu. I... I... I..."
Kovu however just smiled, which was all Vitani needed to see to know Kovu wasn't angry with her. She smiled in gratitude and relief as a result. The siblings walked over to each other and nuzzle, sharing an animal hug before they rejoined the lions, Timon, and Pumbaa as they all headed back to Pride Rock.
Myde watched them go. "Well it looks like everything worked out in the end." he mused. "Zira's gone, the Outsiders are good guys now, Simba made amends with everyone, and love found a way with Kovu and Kiara after all."
Myde then felt like someone was watching him. He turned around and saw his 19 teammates looking at him in surprise and confusion.
"What?" the Melodious Nocturne asked.
"Who are you and what have you done with Myde?" Lea asked suspiciously.
"Huh?"
"Sorry it's just… we've never really seen this side of you before." Roxas said. "Not even when you were Demyx."
Myde smirked. "Ah come on guys, I know I may be a slacker and like to laze around, but that doesn't mean I don't know when to fight hard and care for my friends, both old and new." he said.
His friends smiled at that.
"Ah we're just messing with you." chuckled Max. "You did good man."
"Maxy's right, you really went all out during this adventure! A-hyuck!" said Goofy.
"You fought hard when a corrupted Zira attacked and didn't give up, no matter how hard that looked." said Naminé.
"And not only that, you stood up to Simba when he exiled Kovu without hearing his side of the story." said Terra.
"That takes a whole lotta guts!" said Ven.
"And you helped Sora and Kairi help Kiara and Kovu stop both prides from killing each other." said Mickey.
"With a pretty amazing display I might add." Minnie giggled.
"And you stood beside me when standing up to Simba and looking for Kovu." Sora said with a smile.
"You really did good today Myde." smiled Kairi.
"Just proves that you do have what it takes to be a Guardian of Light, a Keyblade Master, and a friend to us." Isa said proudly.
"You're better as those than as a member of Organization XIII any day!" said Donald.
"And we're glad you're on the team." smiled Roxas.
Myde was shocked by all their words. But then he smiled, looking as if he might cry. "Oh you guys… that's one of the nicest things anyone ever said to me! Thanks for all of that…"
"Hey what are friends for?" Sora smiled. "Come on, let's head back to Pride Rock."
"Good idea." Myde said. "After a tough fight like that, I could rest."
"For once I can agree with that statement." chuckled Lea.
And the group of 20 followed the lions, warthog, and meerkat back to Pride Rock. But something was still on all their minds.
"There's something still bugging me during that fight…" said Xion.
"You guys experienced that too?" asked Oswald. "Disappearing from the fight, ending up somewhere random in our regular forms, and then coming back here as African animals again?"
"That was really weird." said Sora. "I'm surprised it only happened to the 20 of us."
"Kinda like when Cinderella's wicked stepmother screwed up the timeline with Fairy Godmother's wand." said Ven.
"And it was her magic that kept resizing us at random moments." added Aqua.
"Well whatever that was, its over now." said Daisy. "It's probably nothing for us to worry about."
"I sure hope so." said Donald.
And the group made their way back to Pride Rock.
Duckburg, McDuck Manor:
The reason why the mysterious vanishing was centered at McDuck Manor. Louie had borrowed Gyro's timetub to go back in time and take treasures lost to time and use them for Louie Inc. while Sora and Co. were in the Pride Lands. However, he made the mistake of using it during a storm and it caused multiple disasters. And Della was not happy about it in the slightest. It brought many figures from the past into the present, including a caveduck called Bubba, and when Louie tried to reverse it, it caused his family to suddenly disappear to god knows where in the timeline. Thankfully, Lena and Violet were at the castle library taking shelter from the storm and April, May, and June were out with Xandra.
"Mom? Dewey? Huey? Webby? Uncle Scrooge? Ms B? Launchpad?" Louie called.
Louie was all alone as he was forced to stare at the consequences of his actions and selfish intentions. Tears welled up in his eyes as the reality of his actions kicked into his mind.
"WHAT HAVE I DONE!?" he cried loudly. "I WANT ANOTHER CHANCE! I HAVEN'T LEARNED ANYTHING! I LOST MY ENTIRE FAMILY!" He tearfully and angrily glared at the clocks before giving them a hard kick. "I DON'T WANT THIS FOUL TIMETUB OR THOSE STUPID TREASURES! I WANT MY FAMILY BACK"! (1)
He lets out a loud cry and tears of agony as he faceplanted against the tub, banging the edges. Then in an instant a bolt of lightning brought Launchpad behind the tub wearing an apocalyptic version of his pilot outfit. Scrooge and Beakely emerged, the former wearing an Arabian outfit and the latter wearing pirate clothing. Louie gasped in shock.
"You're back!?" he cried.
Huey re-emerged with a cowboy outfit, Dewey and Webby dressed as hippies and Della wearing a full suite of feminine knight armor. Louie was overjoyed and jumped down to help up his brothers.
"YOU'RE BACK! I AM SO, SO, SORRY!" he shouted.
Everyone gathered around Louie, Beakley and Scrooge clearly miffed with his selfish actions.
"This'll be good." Beakley muttered, wanting to see just what Louie had to say.
Louie clearly looked ashamed and guilty and apologized just as Gyro dropped down the tub wearing an old medieval formal party outfit.
"I thought I had a foolproof get-rich-quick plan but it turns out…I was the fool. Can you guys ever forgive me?" he asked, feeling terrible about what he had done.
Seeing how this wasn't the first time Louie has done something like this, everyone who knew him so well, including the eldest, were quick to forgive.
"Oh, okay." said Beakley.
"Oh, you know we can. We always do." Webby nodded.
"You know it's fine, classic Louie." Dewey said dismissively.
"Yeah, of course." Launchpad nodded.
"Yeah, yeah of course, bring it in." Huey nodded.
"Eh, I'm sure you've learned…something." Scrooge shrugged.
Everyone (except Gyro) gathered to share a group family hug with Louie, officially forgiving him and Louie is relieved. Unfortunately…the whole family wasn't forgiving Louie. One person didn't display that mercy due not knowing what Louie is truly like.
"No."
Everyone separates and turns to see Della take off her helmet, revealing a stern, disappointed and angry look aimed at Louie as she walked up to stand opposite of him.
"Not this time." she said firmly.
"What?" Louie asked, hurt and stunned. "But I really am sorry, we hugged and everything."
"I watched your brothers blink out of existence because you wanted a shortcut to riches!" Della said angrily.
"I said I was sorry!" Louie exclaimed.
But Della wasn't having it as she approached him. "You took off in the contraption without thinking of the consequences or the people you would hurt!"
Louie was hurt and outraged with his mother's unwillingness to forgive him despite his sincere apology and her hypocrisy considering she did a similar action years ago that broke the entire family. He angrily stuffed his hands in his pockets.
"I wonder who I got that from." he spat bitterly.
This one sentence causes everyone to gasped in shock and horror. Della felt her heart shatter and turned her head upset because she knew Louie was referring to when she took the Spear of Selene and blamed her brother for what happened to their parents. What really hurt was that this reference came from one of her on sons whom she worked hard to come back home for. Her face contorted with anger and disappointmen.
"Ooooh!" Launchpad grimaced.
"See here young man-!
Della strictly holds up a hand, calling Beakely off, preparing to do what she feels must be done.
Della: Your little scheme to bypass the present almost cost us our future! This all stops now! You are GROUNDED! This word coming from his mother horrified Louie. No schemes! No treasures! And Louie Incorporated is done! Understand!?
Louie reels back, completely hurt that his mother was punishing him shortly after coming back without even having spent time with him, knowing the kind of person he was and taking away his dream. He proceeds to apologized and beg for a chance of redemption.
"Look, let me clean up, okay! Uncle Scrooge! Mrs B, come on!" he offered beggingly.
Scrooge and Beakely look away in sadness, feeling that Louie needed this in order to learn.
"Dewey, Huey, Webby! Say something! She can't do this to me!" Louie cried to his brothers and honorary sister.
The kids all looked down in sadness, not knowing what to do. Della pointed upstairs without giving him a chance.
"To…your…ROOM!" she demanded.
Louie was on the verge of tears. "Mom, I'm sorry! I really am! I never meant for this to happen! Please, give me a chance!" he begged.
"No! No chances! TO YOUR ROOM, NOW!" Della snapped.
"Bu-"
"I SAID GO! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!" Della yelled, furious.
Silence. That's all there was. The heartbroken Louie shoved his hands in his pockets, while aiming a hateful glare at his mother before gruffly taking his leave and kicking the Timetub.
"Stupid perfect scheme!" he muttered angrily.
Louie, physically and emotionally hurt, walked up the stairs to his room. Della gave off a sound of discomfort and self-disgust before dropping to her knees, heartbroken over what she just did.
"That was hard…" she sighed.
Beakley placed comforting hands on her shoulders. "Well…it always is. But…a little tough love now will make them better people later." she said softy.
"You think?" the pilot asked.
Beakley gave a soft smile. "It just worked on you, didn't it?" she asked.
Della smiled back, feeling better as she was helped up.
"I'm not cleaning any of this up." Beakly added.
"That is fair." Della conceded.
The both of them walked away and Dewey walked up to Launchpad whose eyes were haunted.
"Launchpad, you okay?" he asked.
"I've been to the future…I've seen how the world ends…" Launchpad said darkly He resumes his cheerful look before leaving and giving a casual wave. "It was neat, see you there soon!"
Dewey and Huey looked up the stairs, worried for their youngest brother. Webby placed a comforting hand on Dewey's shoulder as they all looked down in sadness. Louie had been forced to see the reality of the deadly trouble his schemes could sometimes bring if he wasn't careful, his own mother had yelled at him in front of the entire family, grounded him, took away his dream business and was refusing to forgive him. And those moments alone were the most horrifying moments of his life and now it was happening again. The three of them felt sorry for Louie, believing he shouldn't have to go through this, especially since Della doesn't even know him. They want to speak out against her but they were afraid of getting on her bad side.
Louie had to learn from his mistake, they knew that. But the way Della handed that didn't seem right…
Pride Lands:
(We Are One plays)
Things were much better in this world after all of that. With Zira gone and the Outsiders reformed, the war between them all was over. Now Kiara and Kovu were getting married. Everyone was in attendance at Pride Rock, the lions all in a circle and Timon, Pumbaa, Zazu, and the Guardians of Light nearby. All the Pride Landers stood before Pride Rock.
Rafiki blesses the union of Kiara and Kovu with a gesture of his staff. The two happily nuzzled each other.
Simba and Kiara traded smiles as Nala and Simba nuzzled.
"I love moments like this." Pumbaa smiled.
"Yeah…" Timon said in agreement.
"...Love. Not like... love!" they said before bursting into tears, forcing Zazu to shield himself with his wings.
"Boy do I feel bad for Zazu." said Max.
"Still, what a beautiful wedding." smiled Aqua.
"Oh just like ours, remember Mickey?" Minnie asked.
"And you remember our Honey Bunny?" Ortensia asked.
"We sure do." Mickey and Oswald said in unison.
"That'll be us someday in the future Donald." Daisy said to her fiancé.
"I can hardly wait, toots." Donald said with a grin.
Simba and Nala lead the procession through the rest of the pride, flanking them with bowed heads; Kiara and Kovu follow behind them. Both couples made their way to the tip of the Promontory.
First Simba roared, and then Kovu. Finally all four roared together. The rest of the pride roared in answer.
Sora, Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Naminé, Xion, Aqua, Terra, and Ven, roared as well as the rest of the animals cheered.
"It's a shame Kion is missing this." Xion said with a small frown.
"He would've loved to see his big sister get married." Ven said in agreement.
"He's still with Kiara." said Kairi. "In her heart."
"Yeah. No matter how far apart they are… they're connected." Sora nodded.
The clouds parted and Simba was illuminated by a sunbeam.
"Well done, my son." Mufasa's voice sounded out.
Simba smiled gratefully, feeling his father's spirit blow around him in the wind. He had made things right in the end and his father had forgiven him.
Rafiki smiled and nodded as the prophecy came to completion.
Riku took a look around, frowning a little. He faced his friends. "You know, it's around this time that the keyhole would present itself." he said.
The worldly-travelers looked at each other.
"Hey yeah, what gives?" asked Myde.
"Hmm." Mickey hummed. "Perhaps the threat in this world isn't over yet."
"But how? Zira's dead." said Sora.
"Well Ushari is still alive." Isa pointed out, cursing at himself for not letting the evil snake perish for his treason.
"And Kion hasn't returned yet." added Goofy.
"Looks like we might be here a little longer fellas." said Mickey.
"Well… we have been in worlds for a longer period of time in the past several months." said Riku. "I guess this is gonna be one of those times."
"Maybe… but for now, let's enjoy the wedding." said Sora. "We all earned some happiness."
Everyone smiled as they looked back up at the four lions on Pride Rock.
"We are one." Mufasa's voice rang out.
Castle That Never Was, Altar of Naught:
Ansem, Xemnas, and Young Xehanort observed the events going on through Maleficent's magic.
"So the war ended in the Pride Landers' favor." mused Xemnas.
"And with Zira out of the way, the Outsiders are now part of Simba's Pride." added Ansem.
"Thankfully, that doesn't deter any of our plans for this world." said Young Xehanort.
At that moment, a burst of green magic appeared behind the trio. They turned around and saw Maleficent, Pete, Mortimer, Magica, and Negaduck come up.
"Well ha cha cha it's the three versions of Xehanort." Mortimer mused. "How you doin'?"
"Just fine." Ansem dryly replied. "What brings the five of you here?"
"We thought you'd be happy to know that Zira isn't dead." Maleficent replied with a smirk. "Before she could drown Magica opened a corridor of darkness to bring her to the castle."
"Oh yes indeed." Magica nodded. "She is recovering from the battle and her near-death experience at the Sanctum of Time."
"Perfect." Xemnas smirked. "But what of Nuka? Despite his scatterbrained personality, he showed more prowess to be Scar's heir than Kovu."
"As well as Vitani since she willingly listened to Princess Kiara." added Young Xehanort.
"Oh don't worry about him." Negaduck said dismissively. "I sent Megavolt, Quackerjack, Bushroot, and Liquidator out there to find him. May be a while since his body was washed away by the flood but hey, gives them something to do."
"He'll be reborn in no time." said Maleficent. "In the meantime, my old friends are gonna be completed very soon."
"But uh, your Number 13 isn't ready yet." Pete nervously added.
"All in due time." said Young Xehanort. "Have Zira tended to and be ready to resurrect her son once his body is retrieved."
"Oh we will." nodded Mortimer. "She'll be happy to see Scar again."
"I'm just wondering why Scar's fiery spirit didn't recruit Zira and her pride when he was doing his little plot." said Pete.
"They were in a far part of the Outlands and Zira was too busy training Kovu to kill Simba." Maleficent replied. She scoffed. "Some plan that turned out to be."
"No matter." said Ansem. "Our plans for the Pride Lands are still in our favor. Tend to our allies from this world."
"Gladly." Maleficent grinned. "I know they are dying to take back what Simba and his family took from them."
Maleficent slammed her staff to the ground and a green swirl of magic took the five villains away.
The three version of Master Xehanort turned their attention back to the magic screen. Ansem swiped his hand right and it showed the Tree of Life.
"Another target of our plans." Ansem said.
"This Tree of Life is a hindrance to our plans to bring the world to darkness." said Xemnas.
"But not for long…" Young Xehanort grinned.
The three suddenly heard a grumbling sound. They turned and saw Glomgold walk up.
"Stupid Scrooge… stupid bet… stupid failed Glomgold Industries plans to ruin Scrooge!" he grunted.
"What are you doing here Flintheart?" Young Xehanort asked in annoyance.
"My bet against Scrooge isn't going in my favor!" Glomgold growled. "At this rate I'm gonna lose my company to him! I won't be the richest duck in the world!"
"And why are you telling that to us?" asked Xemnas, unamused.
"WhAT?! How DARE you tell me that!" Glomgold said, offended. "I'm willing to help you dominate my home world and this is the thanks I get?!" He paused. "Do you by any chance know how I can take down Scrooge and be the Richest Duck in the World?" he asked.
"We're about power and balance when the Keyblade War comes to pass." Ansem replied. "Not riches."
"But what is your secret to getting such power?!" Glomgold asked. "You managed to get it when the Guardians of Light were in a hard place for 5 months and you still have a great advantage right now!"
"Because we recruited help." said Young Xehanort. "Villains and others with such darkness in their hearts to help us extinguish the overbearing light. Maleficent is the prime example."
"Originally, Master Xehanort did not want to work with her as she had her own goals." said Xemnas. "But when they both realized they could achieve them if they worked together."
"Work… together…?" Glomgold slowly repeated.
"Exactly." said Ansem. "Your only help is an owl who's more competent than you but doesn't share your goals."
"Yes, Owlson is a pain in my feathers." Glomgold nodded. "Hmm…. work together… like all of you… as a family?"
The Xehanorts were silent.
"Similar." Young Xehanort said.
Glomgold grinned. "That's IT!" he said. "Family… the greatest scheme of all! If I recruit Scrooge's enemies, and we work together… we can take him down… and i really will be THE RICHEST DUCK IN THE WORLD!" he cackled. "Thank you versions of Xehanort! I must go find my family! We will be unstoppable against Scrooge McDuck! We will take his family down, claim Duckburg, and I WILL WIN THE BET! We will be… Clan Glomgold! Ooh! I must find a picture for reference!"
Glomgold laughed as he ran down the stairs.
Xemnas, Ansem, and Young Xehanort watched him go.
"He is the definition of an odd duck." said Young Xehanort.
"Yet we cannot deny the darkness in his heart, powered by greed, revenge, and desperation." said Ansem.
They turned back to the screen and Xemnas swiped right, to reveal Louie sulking in his room in guilt over the Timephoon incident.
"Hmm. Seems as though the youngest of Della Duck's kids has gotten himself into trouble." said Ansem.
Xemnas stoked his chin. "This could be an interesting situation for the family, especially since the family just got back together after 11 years." he said.
"All the same, with Flintehart's latest scheme having the possibility of working… this will be an interesting turn of events for the Duck/McDuck family… and possibly their world…" Young Xehanort mused.

And the Timephoon has happened… ah geez. This is gonna be something for the world-travelers when they get back from this world.
I bet you're wondering why no Lion King character received their Keyblade(s) yet. That won't happen for a while.
Stan Lee cameo - The Amazing Spider-Man 2
That's right a Stan Lee cameo! I had been debating for sometime to add/edit in a running gag of Stan Lee appearing in a world at random times just like he did in various movies, TV shows, and video games prior to his death. You will find him added in at certain points in chapters 2, 8, 15, 20, 25, 33, 37, and 44 of this story.
Up next will be more of a filler chapter before Return to the Pride Lands. Several things to go about before then. I'll do my best.
And we will see where our heroes ended up in time. I won't say what they are, it'll be a surprise like in the Door Vault. I have it all planned.
