Now things get intense at Scrooge's Bin and the fate of the bet. The stakes are raised.
So looking things over, I decided, like Super Sayian 3 Odd, to turn this into a three-parter. I know it seems like a cheat again but this plotline is wearing a guy out and I got other stories and a life outside of this.
But in good news, I was at the FanExpo 2023 at the Donald E. Stephens Theater, basically a Comic Con with my Dad and my friend Dylan… AND I HAD A BLAST!
Outside of seeing toys, comics, pictures, paintings, and much more for any kind of franchise, I got to meet many famous people!
We got to take a picture with THE Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd! It was a quick thing, meaning I couldn't talk to them, but it was fun!
I also got to meet and get pictures with the likes of Paul Walter Hauser from Cobra Kai, Cruella, and Richard Jewel, Dee Bradley Baker, who did Daffy Duck and the Perry the Platypus chatter for me, and Richard Horvitz from The Loud House and The Grim Adventures of Bill and Mandy, who did Morpheus voice for me. I also got to talk to Brandon Rogers and Beverly D'Angelo. A lot of these things cost money, especially in cash, so I was basically limited.
Other celebs there included Jodi Benson, Tara Strong, Dermont Mulroney, Charles Martinet, Sam and Ivan Raimi, Henry Winkler, Anthony Michael Hall, Dana Barron, Peter Weller, Tom Wilson, Lea Thompson, Randy Quaid, Anthony Michael Hall, and more.
It was one of the greatest nights of my life since meeting Joe Manetgna back in May.
I gotta look for more of these!

Scrooge's Money Bin:
Scrooge, Della, Dewey, Huey, Webby, Launchpad and Beakley (holding a Hobo Bindle) stood in front of the Money Bin with Zan Owlson. The Bin had been decorated with banners of Scrooge and Glomgold facing each other and the business people stood by meter gauges representing the amount of money Scrooge and Glomgold have. Scrooge was red, represented by a top hat symbol and Glomgold was green, represented by a Scottish hat symbol. Unsurprisingly, Scrooge's meter was high, thus he's the winner and officially the Richest Duck in the World. He wore a silver crown around his hat as proof.
"Mr McDuck, I believe congratulations are in order." said Zan.
"Why, thank you Owlson, we're looking forward to having you on the team." Scrooge said as they shook hands.
"Obviously I'm upset that I'll be forced to work with a successful, competent business WHO CAN MAKE ALL MY BUSINESS DREAMS COME TRUE!" Owlson said with fake sadness before coughing. "Very sad, it's a very sad day…"
"Where is Flinty, anyway?" asked Scrooge, turning to the stool that had a card reading "Reserved for the loser."
"I'm gonna head to the mansion to give Louie his Hobo souvenir, I'm worried about him." said Della, worried about Louie.
Huey checked a tablet. "The DT-87 hasn't reported a single scheme in 24 hours. Everything's fine." he told her.
Scrooge was about to sign the paper until they were attacked by a gust of wind.

The Iron Vulture landed in front of the Bin and the deck opens. Clan Glomgold exits the plane and revealed themselves.
"Not so fast McDuck!" Glomgold said determinedly.
Scrooge clenched his fist in determination at his enemies. "I knew this day would come! Magica's grand revenge." he sneered.
Magica smirked while Glomgold was upset with having to share the spotlight.
"I'm clearly standing in front!" he snapped.
"MAGICA DE SPELL!?" Della gasped.
"Why, hello there Della." Magica greeted with faux politeness. "How nice to see you again. Glad to see that you remember me."
Della looked at Scrooge. "And how is Magica here, Uncle Scrooge!? I thought we trapped her in your Number One Dime!"
Scrooge tugged his collar nervously. "Eh…some things happened while you were gone Della… Magica escaped from the Dime."
"That's right and now I'm back!" Magica said before she frowns. "Unfortunately, not better than ever thanks to your brother defeating me and causing me to lose almost all of my powers."
Della smirked and pointed right at Magica. "Ha! That's my bro! Of course my brother defeated you witch! No one can ever beat him, especially a decrepit old hag like you!" she taunted.
Magica growled.
"Easy De Spell, you'll be rid of them soon!" said Ma.
"Yes… that's right…" Magica grinned.
"Come family!" said Glomgold.
Clan Glomgold disembarked the Iron Vulture and Clan McDuck walked down the steps with angry looks.
Scrooge and Glomgold were the first to meet face to face and now they all gather together. One by one Scrooge McDuck, Della Duck, Dewey Duck, Huey Duck, Webby Vanderquack, Bentina Beakely and Launchpad McQuack are now in a face-off with Flintheart Glomgold, Don Karnage, Big Time Beagle, Bouncer Beagle, Burger Beagle, Magica De Spell, Ma Beagle and Mark Beaks. The two clans are in offensive stances, giving each other heated gazes. Owlson quickly hid inside the bin.
"How did my life come to this?!" she groaned.
It was Clan Glomgold vs Clan McDuck - incomplete without Donald and Louie.
"Behold, the moment is at hand! For years I've schemed alone, now I've added a family strength to my grand vision!" Glomgold gestured to his team. "Scrooge will bow before CLAN GLOMGOLD!"
Magica emerged from a cloud of purple smoke. "And cower before MAGICA DE SPELL, who's hatred is unbound through time and space!"
Ma Beagle steps up. "Your time's up McDuck! The mighty BEAGLEBURG will rise again!"
Mark Beaks was next, holding his phone. "For a new day is on the horizon and it belongs to a superior intellect! AKA, ME, MARK BEAKS!"
Next was Don Karnage. "And I, the Supreme Ruler of the Skies, DON KARNAGE seeks not Scrooge, but his nefarious nephew…Dewey Duck!" He declares, drawing his sword.
"You'll rue the day…" Glomgold was about to declare…

But all the villains except the Beagle Boys yell out declarations of hatred, completely out of sync, overshadowing Flintheart and Karnage's was done in a singing voice.
"Hey! We can't all make declarations of hatred at the same time! And the name of vengeance shall be Glomgold!" Glomgold shouted.

The villains charged at their foes, knocking Flintheart off-balance a little much to his dismay.
"Wait, not yet!" Glomgold shouted before joining in the battle.
The Beagle Boys go for Della and Huey, the former giving her eldest son a boost to jump onto Bouncer's shoulder, pull his mouth and deliver vicious punches to his face.
Della was bent down with her arm up, blocking several blows from Burger while Big Time was ready to go.
Dewey found himself faced with Don Karnage. He had one Laser Sabre summoned to duel the Sky Pirate, both in fighting stances.
"Today we finish what we started last year!" Karnage declares.
"Bring it on!" Dewey dared.
The showmen charged each other and swung their swords 3 times, parrying each other. Don Karnage slashed Dewey a couple of times but Dewey hopped up, bent back, parried and somersaulted back to dodge them all.
He ran forward to thrusting his sword which the Sky Pirate deflected by swinging left. Dewey sliced left and right twice, Karnage dodged and parried.
The middle triplet leapt up to bring down his sabre and Don Karnage horizontally blocked it. Dewey flipped behind him and they charged with powerful slashes, Karnage aimed for the stomach, but Dewey leapt back and then high up using his super speed. He dropped down with his sabre reeled back, prompting Karnage to do the same with his cutlass.
When Dewey lands on the ground their blades clash, and they engage in blade with heated gazes. Despite Karnage's taller height, Dewey is managing to hold him back.
"Today, you DIE, Dewey Duck!" Karnage shouted.
"It's not my fault I'm a better showman!" Dewey retorts.
This angered the Sky Pirate. "How dare you! No one is a better showman than Don Karnage!"
Dewey threw a punch that met with a knee, breaking the blade lock.
Webby ran and jumped to kick down Magica who threw down smoke bombs to disappear. Webby looked around and spotted her.
The witch gives a sadistic grin. "Over here PinkyMcHappyBow!"
"Stop mocking me!" Webby shouted, annoyed. "And quit disappearing you coward!"
Webby jumped to deliver a punch but Magica easily blocked it by bringing up her foot before delivering a vicious headbutt that sent the pink loving duck flying and screaming back in pain.
Magic summoned her staff and sent out a magical rope that ensnared Webby and lifted her up.
"It's true! You really do have magic again!" Webby shouted, struggling to escape.
"I have Maleficent to thank for that." Magica touches her talismen. "And this little gift she gave me. It protects me from the Cornerstone of Light and allows me to enter this world with all my powers intact. And I will use it to bring pain and suffering down on this wretched family!"
She sent out a surge of electricity that made Webby scream in pain before tossing her into Dewey. He gasped and caught her but they both hit their backs.
Beaks steps away in fear from Launchpad who was proceeding to beat him up as he dropped to the ground on his side.
"I surrender!" Beaks cried in fear. "Where's Gyro!? I'm supposed to be fighting Gyro!"
Launchpad couldn't help but be confused until Bouncer tackled him, switching from Huey. The two largest members of their teams were rolling on the ground trying to pin one another down.
Beakley and Ma Beagle fought on the stairs, the latter spinning her purse before using it to whack the former agent who blocked the blows while stepping back only to trip on Beaks. She charged and grabbed Ma Beagle by the shoulders, pinning her against the wall.
The mother of the Beagles brought out pepper spray which she sprayed on Beakley from above so it would go to her eyes and avoid her glasses.
"My eyes!" Beakley shouted, covering her eyes in pain.
Ma looks at her pepper spray in glee. "This stuff works just as well on former agents as it does with my boys. "
With a battle cry she ran and tackled Beakley, making her shout as they fell down the stairs.
Huey swiped Burger off his feet before grabbing his wrist and pinning him down.
"Didn't your Mom ever teach you that good technique always defeats brute strength!" Huey mocked.
Huey is sent grunting and flying when Big Time rammed his shoulder into him before helping up his brother.
"She did. We just don't need it!" Big Time countered.
Burger and Big Time attack Huey together, throwing multiple punches at him that he dodges with jumps, bending back and cartwheeling to the side. He jumped back, summoning Spirit Guandao, he stuck the blade to the ground to perform a pole vault jump, sending Burger flying with a kick to the face.
He swung his guandao and Big Time clumsily dodged, falling on his back. Huey was about to swing again only for Burger to grab the other end of his Guandao, allowing Big Time to join in. The eldest triplet wrestled with both Beagle brothers, his guandao in the middle.
Burger suddenly socked Huey off his feet and he slid on his back against the ground. The hulking Beagle Boy attempted to belly-flop onto the oldest triplet, but Huey held his palms out, channeled his energy powers, and a surge of energy blasted out and struck Burger in the face, sending him flying back.
"YES!" Huey said triumphantly, pumping his fist.
"What in the name of... since when can the Woodchuck boy do that?!" Big Time asked.
"Two weeks ago." Huey smirked.
"Aw man!" Bouncer groaned.
Dewey and Webby stood side-by-side, the former summoning his other Laser Sabre and the latter summoning Persian Blade. Don Karnage and Magica approached both of them until Della slid in front of the adventurous duo.
"Not so fast!" Della summons Godslayer. "Get away from my kids you creeps!"
"Ooh! Even better!" Magica exclaimed with glee. "You know, I've been wanting revenge on Donald ever since he cost my powers in the Shadow War. What better way to start then by killing his lovely sister."
"You can have my third archnemesis if you'd like." said Karnage. "Right now, I want Dewey Duck!"
Della looks at Webby with a grin. "Hey, Webby, how about you and I give this whack job and witch the double team."
"Yeah! Let's do it!" Webby agreed.
Della then looks to Dewey. "Dewey, you think you can handle Karnage on your own?"
Dewey playfully grinned back. "I'm offended you even asked."
Dewey launched himself at Karnage with his super speed, his sabres crossed and prompted the Sky Pirate to block. Dewey's speed created enough force to push against Karnage far back. The middle triplet landed behind Karnage and lunged with several swings at the Sky Pirate parried.
He switched out his sabres for his Quad Blasters and fired several shots that Karnage deflected. Dewey fired a barrage of shots, but Karnage neutralized them by expertly spinning his blade before thrusting only for Dewey to flip up, jumping off of Karnage's neck and firing more shots upside down. This time, the Sky Pirate barely blocked when he turned, getting pushed back slightly.
When Dewey landed on his feet, he switched out his guns for his sabres and lunges at Karnage, slicing with one sabre which the Sky Pirate parries. They exchange fast swings, Dewey ducks a slash, parries another, then redirects a thrust. Karnage swipes his blade but Dewey quickly dodges with a jump.
The Sky Pirate spun around and slashed down, but Dewey caught his cutlass by crossing his sabres, engaging in another blade lock and pushing back.
"Fine swords you have Dewey! And I see you've improved your swordsmanship!" Karnage commented.
"I've been practicing, pal!" Dewey responded.
The middle triplet pushed him off and dropped to leg sweep Karange off his feet and the pirate fell on his back. He looked to see Dewey lunge to cut him down, but Karnage swung his Cutlass hard enough to disarm Dewey of one of his sabres, then sent him back with a kick to the stomach. Dewey barely managed to recover, giving his opponent a glare as he got up.
Meanwhile, Della and Webby were faced with Magica who isn't holding her staff for some reason.
"It's just us ladies, witch!" stated Della.
"Are you seriously going to do this?" Magica asked, pointing to Della. "It took your brother all his powers to defeat me a year ago in the Shadow War. And you're not even half as strong as he is, Della." Della growled at that, then she pointed at Webby. "And you barely put up a fight against me last time we fought."
"I don't need to be Donald to beat a horrendous hag like you Magica! If I can survive the Moon and defeat giant monsters, then I can certainly handle a monster like you!" Della shouted.
"I'm way stronger than I was in the Shadow War!" said Webby. "And you're still not used to the powers Maleficent gave you."
"Maybe not. But I have become accustomed enough with them to do this!" Magica declared, throwing her hand down.
Coming out of her palm was her Necrosword. The same black sword she used in the Shadow War much to Webby and Della's shock.
"Look familiar?" Magica asked with a grin.
"I forgot she had that!" exclaimed Webby.
"You can wield a sword!?" Della asked, shocked.
"I'm trained in more than just magic. Now, what's the right word for this? Oh, I know." She gave a dark look as she twirls her sword, getting in a stance. "Let's rumble, girlfriend."
Della and Webby grit their teeth and charge with battle cries and Magica does the same. The two ducks lock blades with sorceress, electricity surging as they push with all their strength. Della slashed Magica's arm but she tried to stab her in the stomach, only for Webby to kick her in her face. Snarling, Magica attempted to slash Webby, but Della blocked her with her sword. Webby landed on her feet and then socked Magica in the stomach before she backflipped, kicking Magica straight in the jaw part of her bill. Magica roared in anger as she attempted to slice down the girl duck with her sword, but Della pushed back with her sword with all her might and managed to knock Magica away so hard she stumbled and almost fell over, allowing Della to slash her four times.
Magica stumbled back and with a yell, she ran towards Webby. She was about to slam her staff abasing Webby's skull when Webby jumped up, grabbed Magica by the arm, and flipped her over her back. She then yanked her up and kicked her in the beak so hard she flew backwards.
"What in blazes-How did you get so strong?!" Magica shouted.
"Oh yeah! I have powers now!" Webby grinned. "Super strength! Thanks yo your little stunt you tried to pull on Lena during our Friendaversary!"
"Oh you blasted, idiotic, wretched-!" Magica began to yell in anger.
"Oh shut the fuck up!" Della groaned in annoyance, pushing Magica against her back so hard she fell over. (1)
Scrooge was faced with Glomgold and held up his cane.
"You're mine Scrooge!" Glomgold declared.
He holds up his cane too and both billionaires charged each other with battle cries.
They exchange two swings with their canes. Scrooge slashed his cane but Glomgold ducked and struck back only for Scrooge to parry. They exchanged more swings until they locked their weapons.
"First I'll kill you, then your whole family and then I will be the new Richest Duck in the World!" the fake Scotsman gave a maniacal laughter.
Scrooge pushed back and thrusted, Glomgold dodged but was forced against a wall. The two locked canes again but Scrooge pinned his business rival against the wall.
"That's never going to happen you inglorious grifter!" Scrooge shouted back.
Glomgold kicked his hated rival away and they exchanged more strikes. Glomgold deflected one swing then thrusts only for Scrooge to redirect and kick him.
They were dueling, with Scrooge stopping his first strike, Glomgold blocking a down swing, exchanging 2 swings before getting into another two-handed cane lock while glaring at each other. Scrooge then gasped to see the trouble his family was in.
Launchpad and Bouncer were grappling each other, pushing and wrestling for dominance. The chauffeur/pilot slowly gained the upper hand but Bouncer headbutted him away.
They exchanged blows with their fists until Beaks, who stopped being a coward for once, caught Launchpad off guard with virtual punches to the face that sent him skidding back.
Bouncer literally got the jump on Launchpad and now had him in a shoulder lock. Launchpad struggled to get out as Beaks approached with his phone.
"Face punch app!" Beaks called out. "Punch! Punch! Punch! Punch! Punch!"
Beaks' virtual fists repeatedly hit Launchpad in the face and he shouted in pain.
Beakley was a little disorientated after Ma Beagle's Pepper spray attack. She found herself shouting in pain after being whacked hard in the face twice, her face becoming badly bruised and heir a little disheveled in the process.
She launched a spin kick that Ma Beagle ducked before tying her purse around Beakely's neck, causing the housekeeper to choke as Ma pulled.
Launchpad's face was badly bruised and disorientated and Bouncer tossed him away. Ma tossed Beakley over her shoulder. Both screamed and smashed into each other, landing in a dogpile.
Della and Webby leapt up, crying out as they launched downward strikes at Magica who swung her blade twice, deflecting them both. They landed on the ground and Magica lunged at Della, the two exchanged three swings until Della kicked Magica back and Webby flipped above the witch, thrusting when she landed but Magica quickly parried.
Magica deflected one slash from Webby, then another from Della. The two ducks launched joint attacks and the witch struggled to parry as she was forced back. Eventually, she blocked Webby and kicked Della who landed on her back with a grunt. Magica grabbed Webby by the throat and the agent-in-training choked before Magica tossed her away, sending her screaming and crashing into the wall behind them.
Della and Magica traded swings with their blades until Magica stomped on Godslayer, pinning it down. Della gasped as she was unable to remove it and stop the witch from switching out her Necrosword for her staff and mercilessly smash the pilot with it, sending her screaming in pain.
Della didn't give up as she got up and charged again. Magica swung her staff but Della flipped up, landing behind before swinging only Magica to teleport, catching Della off-guard by smashing the orb of her staff into her stomach and sending her flying with a blast of energy. Della screamed in pain as she smashed into the wall behind her and dropped on her face.
Before the witch could gloat, Webby jumped onto her back and pulled her hair, causing Magica to comically cry out and stumble in pain.
"This is for Lena!" Webby shouted.
She grabbed Magica's staff, trying to restrain her only for the witch to release a burst of energy that sent her screaming. Webby hit the ground, groaning in pain and gasping when Magica proceeded to crush her with her staff, prompting her to roll back and resummon Persian Blade, lunging at the witch and they locked weapons, sharing heated glares.
"So, you want more, is that right!? Fine! When I'm through with you, my traitorous niece/your best friend will be next." Magica declared.
"You go anywhere near her I'll break EVERY SINGLE BONE IN YOUR BODY!" shouted Webby with hatred and some deepness in her voice.
Magica smiled at that. "Oooh! Great idea! I might just have to steal it!"
Webby pushed her off and swings only Magica to spin her staff to block with one end, before attacking with another. Webby barely blocked that and then leapt up to slash but Magica brought up a barrier that blocked her attack. Webby unleashed a barrage of slashes at the barrier but was unable to break through and when she thrusted, Magica teleported behind her and whacked her in the face to send the granddaughter of Beakley screaming in pain. Magica telepathically banged Webby against the ground, stairs, walls and Scrooge's banner, making her screams louder.
Dewey was now struggling against Karnage. They exchanged 4 swings but when Dewey slashes the 5th time the pirate dodges kicks Dewey into the air, causing him immense pain and he screams when Karnage delivers a well-placed kick in the stomach.
He got up and charged at Karnage, launching two-handed swings, but the sky pirate parried them one-handed before slashing Dewey across his chest, creating a gash and Dewey stumbled back in pain. He thrusted only for Karnage to disarm him and send his sword flying.
"NO!" Dewey shouted.
His Laser Sabre stuck to the ground and Dewey held his wrist before trying to punch his opponent only to be grabbed in the face and stopped mid-air.
"Vengeance is sweet!" Karnage exclaimed in glee.
He pressed Dewey's face hard and the daring duck was grunting and struggling in pain.
Webby was screaming in pain as Magica telepathically held her up and violently electrocuted her, laughing as she did.
"Aah, I've missed this!" The sorceress relished. "But now I believe it's time to end this. I have a date with ironic revenge!"
Webby screamed louder.
Karnage tossed Dewey away. Magica swung her staff like a bat and Webby was smashed right into Dewey. The adventurous duo screamed in pain as they were sent flying and crashing into Beakley and Launchpad, bruised, battered and tattered a little.
Della lifted herself up, clutching her stomach as her body surged with electricity. She gasped when she sees Dewey and Webby before her, causing her to growl in rage.
"MAGICA!" Della shouted.
Magica turns to see Della furiously get up and split Godslayer in two.
Magica merely grinned. "Ooh! Dual-wielding? Two can play at that game!"
Magica summoned her Necrosword again and forming in her hand was her purple energy blade, the Shadow Blade.
"Oh, how I've missed this!" Magica relished.
Della shouted and charged, clashing with Magica once more. Both of them exchange 4 swings, Della thrusted but Magica deflected and dodged a double slash. Magica spun around, launching a flurry of double sword strikes that forced Della back. The pilot manages to leap up and bring down her split-up sword, prompting Magica to block by crossing her blades.
Della was sent back then lunged at Magica again, launching dual strikes with her dual swords that forced the witch back as she blocked and parried. Eventually, Magica sent Della back with a kick but Della recovered with backward handsprings. The two of them exchanged speedy dual sword strikes, Della holding her own and eventually launching a swing that disarms Magica off her shadow blade, surprising the witch and then delivering a kick in the stomach that sent her flying. Magica recovered just as Della put Godslayer back together and the two charged each other, engaging in a blade lock, sparks grinding.
Meanwhile, Huey was holding his own against Big Time and Burger so far. Spirit Guandao was tossed back, the blade sticking to the ground. Huey flipped behind, bending the end backward and releasing it to smack an incoming Burger then when Big Time lunges at him her rolls forward, kicking up and catching his guandao to smack the smallest Beagle with the butt of it then whack Burger in the face then the top of his head. Big Time tried to grab Huey only for him to flip back, landing on Big Time's back and doing a Suplex to toss him back. When both Beagles lunged at the eldest triplet he quickly stuck his blade to the ground, knocked them with a split kick then spun around the polearm of his weapon, kicking both Beagles multiple time, sending Burger flying with a kick to the face then bent his polearm back again to launch himself at Big Time, sending him flying with a punch. He pulled out his guandao, spinning it like a bo-staff and getting in a stance with it.
"Strength and muscle won't be enough to help you win!" Huey said determinedly. "Your strategic method-!"
"You speak all nerd, I speak with MY FISTS!" Bouncer roared.
Bouncer surprised Huey by grabbing the back of his head and smashing his face into the ground, muffling his shouts and causing him to lose his weapons. Huey cried out as Bouncer smashes him a couple more times. Then Big Time and Burger walked over with vengeful grins. The two brothers lift him together, revealing his bruised and bloodied face before tossing him like a ragdoll and sending him screaming into Dewey and the others on the ground.
Della, whose face was bruised up, was trying to push back against Magica but she was slowly overpowering her as the pilot was forced to one knee, groaning and grunting in pain.
Magica cackled. "Just as I thought, Della. You're weak without your brother! He was the only one who might have had a chance at beating me!"
Della pushed her off and slashes but Magica disarmed Della with one stronger swing.
"My sword!" Della cried.
Godslayer sprawled across the ground and before Della could react Magica impaled her shoulder, causing her to scream in horrible pain and anguish, blood spewing from her shoulder. Magica lifted Della up with a cackle and she screamed more when the witch electrocuted her and then sent her flying with a burst of energy. Della screamed and hit the ground hard with Dewey and the rest, holding her shoulder in pain.
Scrooge watched his family struggling to get up as they're surrounded by all of Clan Glomgold approaching them. Despite her injuries and holding her shoulder, Della stood protectively in front of the kids, unwilling to ever let them get hurt.
Scrooge kicked Glomgold away and proceeded to help his niece, nephews, figurative-niece and friends only for his fake Scottish rival to jump on him and put him in a shoulder lock.

"Where do you think you're going, McDuck!?" Glomgold asked, latching onto Scrooge.
"Release me you Malevolent Mount of Angst!" the trillionaire demanded.
Glomgold called out to Magica, "Magica! Now is the time to make your move!"
"With pleasure!" Magica responded with a grin.
Magica laughs as she floats up, high above the McDuck family much to their confusion.
"What's she doing?" Huey asked.
"I've got a bad feeling about this." Della worried.
"Pay attention McDuck family, especially you Della. I have and important announcement to make."
"What you finally found a boyfriend who's as ugly as you are?" Dewey joked.
"You're getting plastic surgery for your face?" Della mocked.
"You're in debt?" Webby asked.
Magica is not amused "Funny. No, I just thought you'd like to know before we came here we made a little pit stop somewhere."
"So?" Asked Della, not understanding where this was going.
"You have three sons, don't you Della?" Magica asked.
The villains look at the two boys near her.
"But here we see only two of them." Glomgold pointed out.
"Just thought we'd let you know, we made a little visit to McDuck Manor." Magica grinned.
When the McDuck hear this they gasp in horror and Della becomes pale. They invaded the manor…the place where she left Louie.
"W-what did you say...?" Della asked in fear.
"Wait what?!" asked a horrified Huey.
"Oh no!" Dewey and Launchpad exclaimed.
"Ohmygosh!" Webby shouted.
"You invaded my home?!" asked an outraged Scrooge.
"And...there was one duck there wearing a green hoodie, I wonder who fits that description." Ma mockingly hinted.
"NO!" Scrooge, Huey and Dewey shouted, knowing who she's referring to.
"What did you do?!" Beakley demanded.
Della was horrified. "No...no, no. L-L-Louie..." she choked.
"Oh yes, the little green gremlin who was grounded for causing a Timephoon." mocked Magica.
"You...wretched witch!" Scrooge shouted.
"What did you do to him...? WHAT DID YOU TO MY YOUNGEST SON?!" Della furiously shouted but the villains weren't fazed.
"Oh, you'd like to know, wouldn't you?" Glomgold asked rhetorically. "You really want to know what terrible thing we did to the green one who you pretend to love but in actuality you hate him because he almost destroyed your family."
Della was outraged by the accusation. "LIES! JUST BECAUSE I GROUNDED HIM DOESN'T MEAN I HATE HIM! I LOVE MY BOYS, INCLUDING LOUIE!"
"Oh, I suppose that's why you took away his dream career, locked him in his room with lasers as though he was a prisoner, stripped him of his khopesh and…blegh…friendship bracelet…" Magica wretched while Huey, Dewey, and Webby widened their eyes in disbelief. "…used a device that would stop him from summoning his weapon, left a worthless hunk of junk as his security, cut off his connection with his little girlfriend aka my whelp of a niece, confiscated all of his favorite things and left him ALL ALONE in the manor while you lot went on his favorite vacation drinking, having fun hunting for gold and enjoying a beautiful scenery that would make me sick."
"Look I know that sounds harsh, but that was for his own good! After the Timephoon, Louie deserved to be grounded like that!" Della defended herself.
Huey, Dewey, and Webby become furious and glare at her for saying that.
"Really?! That's what you have to say for that?!" Dewey asked, disgusted.
Della becomes startled and confused with the angry looks the kids are giving her.
"Whaddya mean?" she asked, confused.
So, let's get this straight…you took away Louie's Khopesh and used a device to prevent him from ever summoning it…" Huey recounted, stopping himself from bursting with rage.
"Well…yeah…but only because I didn't want him to use it to destroy the DT-87 or escape." Said Della, taking out Louie's Golden Khopesh from her toonspace, further angering the kids.
"And you cut off his phone connection to Lena!?" Webby demanded, personally furious over that.
Della steps back a little more concerned. "I didn't want him to call her to bust him out…"
"And you stole his friendship bracelet…" Dewey added.
The kids become even more outraged when they see the friendship bracelet taken out.
"I…" Della tried to explain.
"HOW COULD YOU?! Huey shouted, cutting his mother off and making her yelp. "How could you take his khopesh and friendship bracelet!? Those were his best means of self-defense!"
"And that bracelet is a symbol of our friendship between me, Lena, Violet, Huey, Dewey, Louie, April, May and June! Who gave you the right to take that symbol away!?" Webby demanded to know, causing Beakley to cringe as taking the bracelet was her idea.
Della was stammering to see and hear her kids so angry with her, unable to find the right words to defend herself.
"Well-uh-I-I-I didn't-really-look, I know that all sounds bad, but he had to stay home and learn. It was for-" Della tried to explain only for Huey to cut her off again.
"Did you even consider that our enemies could attack our home?! Like they try to do all the time and that he needed a proper weapon to defend himself?!" Huey asked.
"Louie was left vulnerable to them all!" Dewey added again.
"I only took the bracelet so he wouldn't use his earth powers. Plus, Beakely told me too." said Della, nervous over her sons' yelling.
Even Scrooge was furious and disappointed. "And you decided to do that?! Are you daft, lass?! What on Earth possessed you to do something like that!?"
The kids turn their attention to Beakley.
"Granny, how could you suggest such a thing?!" Asked Webby.
"Those bracelets are a symbol of our friendship!" Dewey shouted.
"And part of defending ourselves!" Huey added.
"Well-I-uh…I thought it would be a good way for Louie to learn his lesson and-" Beakley stammered only to be cut off.
"THAT'S YOUR EXCUSE?!" Webby screamed.
"What the heck were you thinking?!" Dewey shouted.
"Are you out of your mind?!" Huey shouted.
"Guys! Please, it was for his-" Della pleaded only for Dewey to cut him off this time.
"Just! Shut! UP!" Dewey swore, taking Della aback. "You left our baby brother all alone in that mansion without anything to defend himself or anyone to help him! We could live with him being grounded after what he did, but you made it look like you locked him up in a prison!"
"I-I-I-I didn't mean for any of this to happen! I-" Della tried to explain.
Magica was getting annoyed over the drama. "OH, SHUT UP! There will be plenty of time to sort out your family relationship in the afterlife." she said. "Honestly it's embarrassing for you to have your family squabbles in the middle of a fight to the death."
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!? WHAT DID YOU DO TO LOUIE!? ANSWER ME!" Della demanded.
"It's not what we did." Karnage points his sword. "It's what you did."
"Do you really truly believe the green one deserved what came to him, Della?" Magica asked. "I wonder how the little brat would react if he heard what you said or if you'll still be saying that after what we show you. You want to know what happened to him so badly. Fine. Here he is."
From behind she reveals and holds up by the back of his hoodie a badly injured Louie, causing his family to gasp in sheer horror and shock, especially Della who was paler than ever to see her youngest son look like he was mauled by a tiger. She couldn't see his unconscious face, but she could certainly tell that he's been badly bruised, covered in some cuts and his hoodie tattered and covered in dirt.
"LOUIE!" they yelled.
"What have you done to him!?" Webby demanded.
"Us? This wasn't our doing." Magica said, mockingly shaking her head, but still giving off a sinister smirk.
"Yeah, you guys were the ones who left him on his own without his powers and weapon." Big Time pointed out.
"Not to mention you had a useless ghost and robot which I personally turned to scrap metal to be his bodyguards." Bouncer added.
"Talk about pathetic defense systems. Hacking into your phone network was too easy." Beaks bragged.
"Your cannons didn't even provide my Iron Vulture a proper challenge. Very disappointing, McDuck." Karnage commented.
"Your nephew attempted to fight us McDuck. All alone no less! Bad move." Glomgold started.
"For a brat he put up a good fight despite that it was 8 against 1." Magica explained. "He even swiped my weapon and used it agasint all of us at once after we pummeled him."
"But in the end, he couldn't defeat me and my new family!" Glomgold finished.
"YOU HEARTLESS HEATHENS!" Scrooge shouted, outraged.
"And to deliver a message to this family, I decided to enjoy dishing out some torture to this emotionally broken boy." Magica grinned. "Plus, a little revenge considering this one ruined my plans in the Shadow War and turned my own creation against me."
"YOU MONSTERS! HE'S JUST A KID!" Della screamed.
"I'm afraid the only monster here today is you, Della…which is rather surprising since I'm supposed to be the monster." Magica smirked at the stunned pilot. "Were you not the one who left him on his own without any means of defending himself or calling for his other friends while you had the time of your life in a pool of drink, a land of diamonds, gold and being as lazy as possible? Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the green one feels left out now after all that."
Della is hurtfully taken aback, unable to deny the truth in those words as if she had stayed with Louie or brought him with them to Big Rock Candy Mountain or if she hadn't taken away his weapon and connections to Lena, Violet and the rest he wouldn't be in this painful situation. He looks to the kids for support but is hurt when they turn away in anger. Beakely, Launchpad and Scrooge look down in sadness, not knowing what to do.
"I-I-I-I…I…" Della stammered, her voice breaking.
The moment she looks at Louie's physically broken and bruised figure she feels the consequences of her actions catch up to her and feels an immense amount of guilt and self-hate. She drops to her knees, releasing the khopesh and friendship bracelet she stole, and they clatter on the ground.
"Louie…what have I done…I'm so sorry…I'm so sorry, sweetie." Della's voice broke more.
Everyone watching tears well up and slowly leaving her eyes, the villains watch with sadistic glee.
"No need to feel too guilty Della. Like you said, he deserved to be punished. We just decided to give him our own brand of punishment for helping foil our plans multiple times, especially mine." Magica mockingly assured.
"But enough about him." Scrooge yelps when Glomgold tugs his collar, bringing him to his face. "It's all over for you McDuck, you dinnae win the bet…"
He runs over to the money meters with Owlson coming out of hiding to sit on the stool in shock.
"I DID!" Glomgold declared.
This throws the entire McDuck family out for a loop as they gathered together.
"Wait, what!?"
"It was I, Flintheart Glomgold who convinced all the other villains to band together!" Glomgold declared.
Scrooge was surprised since he had thought this to be Magica's grand plan for revenge.
"Wait…you mean all of this was your plan, not Magica's?" He looks to Magica in confusion. "This was your plan, wasn't it?"
"Surprisingly, no." Magica admitted. "That idiot over there was the one who convinced us to join together to destroy your family."
"Of course, this was my plan! Magica's too stupid to come up with a scheme as brilliant as this." said Glomgold. "I got the hint from Ansem, Xemnas, and Young Xehanort over in Organization XIII and it blossomed into something that I, Flintheart Glomgold, came up with!"
"Watch it, Flinty!" Magica growled.
"Wait a minute...YOU JOINED XEHANORT AND ORGANIZATION XIII?" Scrooge yelled at his rival all while the rest of his family widened their eyes in shock.
Glomgold laughed maniacally.
"That's right. Xehanort surprisingly saw the darkness that I had in my dear old heart. So he and I brokered an agreement, he will allow me to utilize whatever means necessary to get my revenge on you McDuck, just as long I win the bet I can utilize my newfound rich and power to help Xehanort win the Keyblade War." Glomgold replied.
The McDuck family gasped at this sudden revelation.
"That's insane!" exclaimed Huey.
"I get that your crazy, but this takes it to a whole other level." said Dewey.
"I mean, I get Magica, the Beagles, and even Karnage and Beaks joining the Organization, but you would go this far just for you to finally win against your rival!" yelled Webby.
"Indeed! I will do whatever it takes to win. Even if it ends up leading to this world being swallowed in darkness. I will go down in history as the Richest Duck in the World." Glomgold said before he laugh again.
"Well regardless of whether or not you join that blasted Organization Flinty, you still won't be able to win the bet." noted Scrooge.
Glomgold then smirked evilly as his rival.
"Oh Scrooge...you see I already won. I may have less money than you before, but thanks to the unsuspecting words of your own nephew, he gave me the idea of having all the other villains hand over their resources to me. Combined, we have more money than you! Observe!" Glomgold gestured to his family.
"But the best part of it all is that it was your own nephew who provoked and gave me the idea of having all the other villains hand over their resources to me. Combined, we have more money than you! Observe!" Glomgold gestured to his family.
Glomgold presented Bouncer and Burger leaving with sacks of expensive loot which they tossed to the ground, Don Karnage cut open a chest full of treasure and gold, Beaks sent money from his phone and Magica used Big Time's head to sign a big cheque of 1,000,000,000 Dead Souls. Scrooge was struggling to process what he was seeing and slowly turned to the meters.
"Glomgold…wins the bet?" Scrooge said quietly, unable to fathom it.
Glomgold's gauge skyrocketed and became a bit higher than Scrooge's, officially winning him the bet. Scrooge almost chokes on his words…to see that he has lost…
"Bless me bagpipes…" The billionaire choked.
Owlson eyes are widened in shock to see one of her boss' insane schemes actually worked. Flintheart Glomgold is insanely bursting with joy.
"I did it! I won the bet and your company!" Glomgold celebrated, running down to get in Scrooge's face. "…With a scheme sorted out by your own nephew or should I say…my new partner." The Ducks gasped at that last part. "I'll be taking that!"
He snatches the crown of Scrooge's head and places it on his hat, laughing victoriously and maniacally.
"What do you mean your new partner?" Della asked.
"I couldn't really have the resources from the other villains without a proper business partner and I decided to add insult to injury to McDuck's loss by making that partner a member from his family." Glomgold explained. "So, I forced your green nephew to sign a contract, legally making him my partner."
He showed a contract with his and Louie's full name signed on much to their horror.
"Louie…betrayed me…" Scrooge said in shock.
"No…no it can't be…" Derlla stammered.
"That's a lie!" Beakley snarled.
"That is not right man!" Launchpad said defiantly.
"Louie, would never do that to us!" Huey shouted.
"Yeah, he'd never betray us!" Webby added.
"Even if it were for treasure or riches Louie would rather die than help with you Glomgold!" Dewey yelled.
Glomgold shrugged. "Perhaps…
"But he'd rather help Flinty then let my former whelp of a niece die." Magica finished.
"What?" Webby asked.
"It was simple, really. We know Lena and your hummingbird friend are here in Duckburg, right now. We know where they live." Said Magica.
"Either green kid signed the contract…" Beaks started.
"Or we fly the Iron Vulture to where these children live…" Karnage continued.
"And either kill them, especially his taller one, or maybe force them to our side. We were figuring things out." Big Time finished.
"And the moment we made that threat he was more than willing to sign the contract." Said Ma.
Clan McDuck grit their teeth in hatred and disgust to hear how they used Lena against Louie.
Magica gave a sinister grin. "It's pathetic and delicious to know how these brats little romances make things so much easier for us."
"How dare you use Lena against Louie!" Della yelled.
"And how dare you use Violet too!" Huey added, enraged.
"You're despicable and deranged! All of you!" Beakley said, pointing to all of the villains.
"You all just keep finding new ways to make us hate you!" Dewey snapped.
"I hate you so much Magica!" Webby yelled.
The villains all laugh evilly. "Thanks for the compliments. Now that I've won the bet I have no further use for the green one." Glomgold grinned.
Clan McDuck become paler than ever, especially Della. "No…please, don't!"
"For God sake's Glomgold! He's just a child!" Beakley shouted.
"Magica!" Glomgold snapped his fingers. "Show them our way of giving mercy."
"What mercy?" Magica drops down an unconscious Louie and he falls down the air.
"Baby!" Della screamed, rushing over to the edge
She held out her arms to catch her youngest son but all of a sudden a vicious explosion occurred in Louie's area, causing Della to shout in shock, as did Scrooge and the rest while the villains grin. Della's beak looks like it'll hit the drop and she's close to crying from guilt and horror. Louie is sent flying out the smoke more bruised and battered than ever, his hoodie sleeves torn up to his shoulders, revealing torn light green t-shirt sleeves.
"Louie, no!" Della screamed in her thoughts.
Sabrewing House:
Violet was setting up a board game in the living room.
"Remind me why we're here even though your dads are still out of town for work?" Lena called from the kitchen.
"A. I will admit I was feeling a little homesick." Violet replied. "B. I accidentally sent this board game to this address instead of the manor. And C. Gotta make the use of our electronics and not waste them on the bills."
"Suite yourself nerd!" Lena called. "Boy your dads know how to stock up a fridge."
In the kitchen, Lena was looking at the beverages.
"Regular milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk. Gotta love that dairy." she quipped. She looked at a shelf on the door. "Bingo. Pep! A-hoy."
Lena snagged to cans and tapped the refrigerator door shut with her shoe.
But just as she walked in with the sodapop, Lena gasped, her eyes becoming the size of dinner plates when she freezes in place, hearing Louie scream in her mind, the beating he suffered in the mansion and Magica blasting him all play in her mind, causing her to clutch her head in agony and drop down to her knees screaming in pain and horror, dropping both cans and surprising Violet.
"Lena!" Violet ran to her.
The teen duck was profusely sweating and panting in pain and fear, placing her hand over her heart. She's calmed when Violet placed a hand on her shoulder and directed her to a recliner to sit on.
"Lena! What's wrong!?" Violet asked but Lena was still in shock. "Talk to me Lena, what did you see?" the hummingbird urged.
"Vi…" Lena rasped. "We have to go to McDuck Manor now!"
"What?! Lena that's miles away!" Violet exclaimed. "Why do we have to go there?! What's going on?!"
Lena's eyes welled up with tears. "It's Louie…something's happened to him. I feel like he needs me! We have to go to the mansion RIGHT NOW!"
Lena runs off and Violet quickly follows after.
"Just hang on, Lou! I'm coming!" Lena promised.
Meanwhile, Louie dropped down from and smashed into the stool on his back, causing Owlson to shout in surprise and hide behind the meter from the horrifying sight.
Magica has a finger held out, having blasted an explosive beam.
The witch smirks. "Oops. My bad, my finger slipped."
Magica lets out a loud maniacal laughter along with Glomgold and the rest of the villains.
"LOUIIIIEEEEE!" Della rushed like a maniac to her youngest son.
"NO!" Scrooge followed.
"BRO!" Huey and Dewey yelled as they followed.
They all rush to Louie only for Magica to cast energy ropes that Scrooge dodged, but the rest were ensnared and then placed inside a purple energy barrier. Scrooge whacked the barrier repeatedly, trying to get them out only to be whacked hard by Magica and sent smashing into his banner. He dropped and rolls across the stairs, stopping near the barrier bruised and injured, his top hat bent a little.
"Uncle Scrooge!" The kids cried out.
Della gets on her knees lifting Louie's head up, desperately trying to shake him awake. "Louie! Louie! Wake up! Stay with me! Stay with ME! PLEASE!"
Suddenly Louie's eyes started to move, causing Della to gasp in happiness, only to turn to worry whens he saw Louie's eyes barely open to give her a look of hatred.
"You…did this to me… you left me alone to them all… I trusted you… …" Louie barely managed to say, glaring at Della.
Della's beak and eyes widen, feeling her heart break while giving a hurt look from her words. She began to cry again seeing the consequences of her actions.
"This is all my fault…I'm so sorry…I'm so sorry for what I've done to you Louie…for everything!" Tears leaked out of her eyes as she spoke.
She begins crying and hugging him but in a fit of anger Louie pushes her off, not wanting anything to do with her and further hurting his mother. All of a sudden Louie was surrounded in purple aura and screams when he's telepathically pulled in by Magica who has her Necrosword ready for a thrust in her other hand.
"Stop!" yelled Scrooge.
"No!" yelled Huey.
"Wait!" Webby cried.
Louie was reeled in closer.
"Magica you bastard!" Scrooge snapped.
"No, Magica, DON'T!" Della yelled.
The moment Louie was meters away Magica flew forward.
In an instant Louie gasped in pain, feeling something sharp impale through him beneath his lungs and he is now stuck midair with an expression of shock, pain, anguish and horror. Della, Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, Webby, Beakely, Launchpad and Owlson's beaks are wide open in utter horror to see Magica's Necrosword stick through Louie's body. Owlson fainted.
A thunderstorm forms above, releasing a huge amount of rain that pelted everyone and makes them dripping wet.
"LOUIIIEEEEEE!" Della screamed in tears.
"My god…" was all Beakley could say.
Launchpad gasped loudly.
"NOOOOOO!" Scrooge and kids screamed.
All the other villains chuckle at the sight.
"One down, 7 to go." Magica cackled.
Louie's face has gone purple from the sheer amount of pain he's feeling. His entire body is shaking as he whimpers, as though he's trying to process what just happened to him. Magica snickers sadistically.
McDuck Manor:
Meanwhile, Lena and Violet had arrived at McDuck Manor and gasped to see the outside walls smeared with black smudge, the cannons destroyed, and a hole blown open through the front entrance.
"Oh my god!" Lena cried out.
She and Violet ran over to the front entrance and gasped in sheer horror upon seeing the foyer scorched and damaged from Louie's battle with Clan Glomgold.
"Newton's Apple!" Violet exclaimed as she and Lena walked in, looking around.
"Louie! Webby!" Lena called out.
"Hubert! Dewford! Scrooge!" Violet called out.
Lena and Violet jump back, shouting in fear when a loose chandelier drops right near them.
"What the heck happened here!?" Lena wondered as she exchanged looks with Violet.
"It's clear someone broke into the mansion in hopes of finding Uncle Scrooge." Violet deduced.
"Yeah, no kidding nerd!" Lena snarked. "But who?! And where the heck is everyone?!"
Violet looks around for clues and then spots a security camera at the top corner which is undamaged.
"A security camera!" Violent pointed out. "Hubert told me the mansion has a security room. Perhaps we can find our answers there."
"Let's go, then! Louie may need our-"
Lena is cut off when she hears a sickening stabbing sound and a sharp pain in her head, causing her to cry out in agony and drop down, clutching her head.
"Lena!" Violet cried out, holding her arm.
Lena pants and cries in fear. "We have to hurry. Something just happened to Louie. I can feel it." she said.
Violet tried to hold her. "Of all the days for April, May, and June to be out on an adventure with Xandra." she groaned.
The Money Bin:
Rain poured down and lightning crackled from the thunderstorm above. Louie is stuck midair, impaled in Magica's Necrosword, purple in the face, shaking and whimpering in fear and pain as he processes what just happened to him. Della, Scrooge, Dewey, Huey, Webby, Beakley and Launchpad's faces are just as purple right now at the horrifying sight and the villains all grinned, especially Magica.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. Does that hurt?" mocked Magica.
She impaled her blade further and a surge of electricity envelopes Louie that made him scream in the worst form of pain and agony.
"HOW COULD YOU!?" Webby screamed.
"STOP IT MAGICA!" a horrified Della screamed.
Louie's face was still purple but he finds the strength to shoot Magica a hateful look and attempts to knee her in the face only for the dark mage to catch his knee easily.
"Still have some fire in you I see, Greenie." Magica smirked.
Louie is shaking violently, unable to escape as his knee is forced back.
"YOU MONSTER! STOP IT!" Della screamed in rage.
She leapt at Magica, re-summoning her sword to cut her to pieces only for Magica to use her free hand to send a blast of energy that engulfs Della and sends her screaming in pain. She smashes into the stairs and lies on it, groaning. Scrooge runs forwards and tosses his cane only for Magica to teleport, whack it away and ensnare the elderly duck in rope, sending him into the barrier.
"LAD!" Scrooge cried out.
Della lifts herself up and helplessly watches her son be tortured. "Louie!"
"How could you do this!?" Beakley exclaimed in disgust.
"He's just an 11-year-old kid!" Launchpad angrily added.
Louie's face is now filled with anguish and he's fighting for consciousness.
"I…I can't…breathe…" Louie wheezed.
Magica then holds Louie up above her head and the blade hurts his body even more. Della, Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, Webby, Launchpad and Beakely's faces are purple from watching the sheer brutality of the torture they're seeing. They shake in fear and are this close to throwing up, speechless and helpless.
Magica laughs as she begins to shake Louie around, making him scream in horrifying agony as electricity envelopes and is tearing apart his body. Louie's screams become louder and louder.
"This is what happens when you cross us all one-too many times McDuck's! You suffer! And we finally win!" Magica cackled.
Louie's screams are at its loudest and he directs a gaze at his mother who's still purple in the face from horror and guilt and is practically crying.
"Mom…WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME!? WHY!?" A faint aura of darkness surrounds Louie.
Tears flow down Della's guilty and disgraced face, unable to say anything out of self-hate and regret.
Louie feels himself slipping from consciousness. "I guess…this is the end for me…this is the kind of death I've been trying to avoid…Mom…I truly hate you…how could you do this to me…? Huey…Dewey…why didn't you defend me? Uncle Donald…where are you? L-Lena…" he groaned.
His eyes close and he blacked out.
McDuck Manor:
Lena and Violet are in Scrooge's Security room, the same one he hid out in on his birthday while Duckworth got rid of his enemies where Lena suddenly grabs her head and drops down screaming in pain from feeling Louie's agony. Violet does her best to provide comfort her.
"It's getting worse! What's happening!?" Violet asked while holding Lena's arm.
"I don't know! It's Louie! He's in pain and it feels like he's dying!" Lena explained.
"You might want to look at the screens, Lena. I've identified who broke into the mansion." said Violet.
The magical duo looks to the screens and are met with a terrible sight. In the footage were Clan Glomgold proceeding to walk down the foyer with Magica holding a beaten and unconscious Louie by the back of his hoodie.
"All of Scrooge's enemies! Glomgold, the Beagle Boys, Ma Beagle, Mark Beaks…some pirate guy and…" Lena's face becomes pale upon seeing the person she hates the most. "Aunt Magica…"
Traumatic memories of her possession, her death in the Shadow War and the nightmare she suffered during the one sleepover play in her mind.
Violet doesn't notice her sister's traumatised expression as her blood runs cold.
"Her feathers are green." Violet gasped. "That means she has her powers. Myde was right. Her powers were restored, and she somehow bypassed the Cornerstone of Light." Violet then looks at Lena. "Lena?" She gasps and recoils upon seeing Lena clutching her chest, breathing rapidly.
"She's here… she's actually here…! She has her powers back! Why!? How!? How is she here!? I thought I was free! I-I-I-I'm not safe! I'm not safe anywhere! I-I-I-I-!"
The goth duck drops down and begins hyperventilating, close to having a heart attack.
"My god…!" Violet quickly hugs and assures Lena. "Lena! Lena, just calm down! It's going to be alright. Magica won't hurt you! We won't let her!"
Lena collapsed onto her bottom and leaned against the wall, panting like mad. Sweat poured down her face and beak. Violet kneeled down beside her.
"Lena deep breaths. Deep breaths. She's not here right now." Violet said softly. She wasn't as scared as Lena, but she knew she had to be brave. For Lena's sake.
"Vi-I-I-I can't-I can't-I can't!" Lena cried as she began to cry.
Violet wiped Lena's tears away. "Lena, you are stronger than her." she said, doing her best to keep her voice steady. "Magica uses her powers for evil and herself. You use yours not just for your rebel self, but to help others, including the people you love. Including Louie! That makes you stronger than Magica any day. If she tries to come after you, we won't ever let her near you ever again."
Lena did her best to ease her panting. "You-Y-You promise?" she rasped.
"She won't hurt you or use you ever again." Violet said sincerely. "She tries… well, pardon my french but… we'll fuck her up." Violet said with a smirk.
Lena managed a weak chuckle as Violet helped her up. Her legs were still shaking, but Violet held her steady. "T-Th-Thanks Vi…" Lena managed to say, sniffing as she wiped her tears away.
They both look at the screen.
"Glomgold must've gathered those villains in order to destroy Uncle Scrooge to win their bet. It's his last stand against Clan McDuck." Violet deduced.
"They came looking for Scrooge but instead they found…" Lena gasps and ran over to the screen, spotting Louie in Magica's grip, eyes welling with tears. "Louie! They've got Louie! They must be at Money Bin to kill Webby and the others! We've gotta get there now!"
Lena tries to run out only for Violet to grab her wrist, stopping her.
"We can't! The Bin is too far from the mansion, and we don't have a form of transportation we can use to get there before it's too late." Violet balls a fist in frustration. "Curse my inability to master a teleportation spell!"
"But Vi! Magica's torturing Louie! I can hear him screaming!" Lena cried, more tears leaking out of her eyes. "There has to be a way we can save him! To save all of them!"
Violet looks down, trying to think and then an idea hits her. From her toonspace she brings out the Le Grimoire du Merlock, a copy Webby gave her for her research in magic.
"There may be only one way to help our family. But it'll involve delving into dark magic…if you're up for it." Violet asked grimly, knowing Lena's hatred towards magic.
"I'll do whatever it takes to save, Louie!" declared Lena, giving a look of determination. "He's done everything in his power to save me every time so it's my turn to save him, even if it means I have to mess with magic."
"Very well." Violet smiled proudly, walking up to Lena. "Then we have no time to lose."
Scenes shift back to the ruined foyer where candles have been arranged around the Sabrewing Sisters, like some sort of séance. The two are sat in the centre of the circle, Violet flipping through the pages of her book.
"This spell should help." Violet shows the pages to Lena. "With it we might be able to project your mind and telepathically help Llewellyn."
"What?" Lena asked, baffled.
"I'm saying your mind and soul will be released from your body here and be teleported to wherever Louie is." Violet deadpanned.
"Then let's do it!" exclaimed Lena, now getting and showing her friendship bracelet. "Our friendship bracelets should be more than powerful enough as magical sources."
"Precisely. But I should warn you, this spell is dangerous. Your body will be left vulnerable and if anything were to happen to it you'll likely die." Violet warned.
"Well, the place is empty right now, so unless there's Heartless, Nobodies, or even Unversed or something there's nothing to worry about." Lena assured. "Plus, I'll take any risk if it means saving my Louie. You'd do the same for Huey, Vi."
Violet blushes. "I won't deny that. If that's your final decision, then take my hand and concentrate with me Lena."
Without question the Sabrewing Sisters take each other's hand and close their eyes in intense focus. They begin the séance with an intense song, turning the candle flames light blue and they chant.
"With the hand of my best friend, we bring eternal suffering to an end. With the hand of my best friend, we bring eternal suffering to an end. With the hand of my best friend, we bring eternal suffering to an END!" The two chanted.
The sisters are surrounded in an outline of purple light as their friendship bracelets glow. At that moment a transparent image of Lena leaves her body and Violet opens her eyes to see Lena completely stationary, meaning the spell worked and Lena's spirit has left her physical form.
"Good luck sister." Violet wished out loud.
