Naruto and Will meet Arceus, who sends then to the Kanto region to start there new lives. They make many friends, many enemies and have a quite a grand time. Parings are Will, Misty and two more to be announced later on. Recommend that you read "Meridian Jinchuriki" first (by pyrohelixdrago)

2. Chapter 2

Hello again everyone, and here we go with my second chapter of this fanfic. (Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto, W.I.T.C.H, Pokemon or any other characters that appear in my fanfic. All rights go to their proper owners). I only own any OC's that appear in the fanfic.

Chapter 2

(Inside the Pokemon Center, Viridian City)

Naruto and the girls sat on some chairs, eating some food they got from the cafeteria as they waited for their Pokemon to be healed.

As they waited, the girls chatted a bit about themselves with Will saying that she wanted to be a well recognized trainer, with Misty saying that she wanted to be a Water Pokemon Master, with Naruto half paying attention to what they were saying.

He was looking around the Pokemon Center, to see if there was anything of interest when he noticed the videophones over along one side of the wall. He turned to Will, and tapped her shoulder to get her attention and once she turned towards him he asked her "What do you say we call home, and let our families know where we are and that we're okay?"

Will gave it some thought, then nodded her head in agreement saying "Yeah that sounds like a good idea."

The two of them then got up, and walked over to the phones with Misty following them and Naruto called his mum first. After a few rings, the phone was answered and they heard {"Hello there, this is the Ketchum residence"} from someone on the other end.

Naruto, knowing who it was said "Hey Mum."

They then heard a squeal, and then heard the phone being picked up before the video screen turned on, and showed Delia with some loose clothing on as she said {"Oh Naruto sweetie it's, so good to hear from you. Where are you at the moment, and is Will still with you?"}

"Yes she is, and right now we're both at the Pokemon Center in Viridian City" Naruto replied as Will leaned her head in and said "Hey there Mrs Ketchum, good to see ya."

"And you too Will, and I can't believe that you're both in Viridian City already," Delia said with a happy smile on her face. They then heard a muffled voice saying something in the background, before Delia said back {"It's Naruto and Will calling from the Pokemon Center in Viridian City Rose."}

They heard a chair moving back, along with a quick walk and saw that Rose had moved into the screens view, as she said {"Hey guys. Hope that you're both doing okay"} while giving them a wave and a smile.

Will sighed, as she said "Yeah Mum, we're doing okay thanks." She then turned around, and grabbed Misty and pulled her over as she said "This is Misty, and she's started travelling with us too."

Misty gave a small wave, as she said "Uh hey there" while trying not to look too awkward.

Delia and Rose waved back, with Delia then asking {"So how many Pokemon have you guys caught?"}

Naruto replied, "I've caught 5 with one of them being at the Professor's Lab."

"And I caught 3 new Pokemon," replied Will.

Rose then said {"That's great you two. Looking forward to seeing how things go with you."} She then asked, {"Have you both been looking after yourselves? Cleaning your teeth, and changing your underwear?"}

Both Naruto and Will had looks of embarrassment and blushes on their faces, as they both exclaimed "Mum/Mrs Oak" while Misty just looked on.

Rose lightly laughed, as she said {"Oh sorry about that. I know you guys will always be taking care of yourselves, but I just needed to say that."}

They both shook their heads at that, with Delia then saying {"We'll let you guys go now. Goodnight, and I love you Naruto"} with Rose adding {"And I love you Will."}

"Love you too Mum, see ya/bye" said Naruto and Will at the sametime before Naruto hung up the phone.

He then turned around, and he saw there was a stone carving behind the desk where Nurse Joy usually stood. He got up to go and get a closer look at it, with the girls turning to see what Naruto was walking towards.

Once he reached the desk for a closer look, he saw that it had four different bird looking Pokemon on it.

One was a yellow with what looks like electricity coming off it and spikes, one had what appeared to be flames, another had what seemed to be ice and snow while the final one was more majestic looking then the others.

The girls also walked over to have a look, and were just as amazed as Naruto at what they were seeing. Misty then asked "What kind of Pokemon do you think they are?" The other two shook their heads, having no idea at all with Naruto taking out his camera and taking a picture of it.

Suddenly the three of them heard a ringing noise, along with a mechanical voice saying 'ring ring ring ring phone call phone call' over and over again. They looked about for what was making it, before Misty pointed towards Nurse Joy's computer on the desk making the noise. They looked at each other, before Naruto shrugged his shoulders and walked around to the computer with the girls following. Naruto then pressed the accept button, with the screen then showing the call was accepted.

"Uh hi. This is Naruto speaking, may I ask who this is?" he asked in an unsure voice.

A familiar voice to Naruto and Will said {"Here, over here"} as they turned around and saw one of the stone pictures lowering down, to reveal a video screen behind it which was showing the back of Professor Oak's head. The Professor then said in a happy tone {"Ah Naruto my boy, it's me Professor Oak. Don't you recognise me?"}

Naruto and the girls both sweatdropped a little, with Will saying "Sorry Professor but we're looking at the back of your head."

{"Eh!?"} the Professor said in surprise shock, as he turned around before he turned back to the console in front of him as he typed away quickly saying {"Oops, that was the wrong camera sorry"} as the screen went to static for a bit before it showed the Professors face.

{"There we go much better,"} he said. He then coughed into his hand, before he said {"Now then Naruto and Will, your mothers just called me and said that you are at the Viridian City Pokemon Center. Is that correct?"} he then asked.

They both gave a nod, which made the Professor quite happy as he said {"Other new Pokemon trainers are able to get to that city with no problem, and I'm quite surprised that the two of you get there so quickly. And I'm also quite surprised that you were able to catch a new Pokemon already Naruto,"} the Professor then added.

The three of them then heard a noise, and saw Croagunk appear next to the Professor. He gave them a wave, while also looking at Naruto as though asking 'When can I travel with you?'

Naruto, as though knowing what he was thinking, replied "Don't worry. I'll have you on my team when I need your help with any battles okay." This seemed to satisfy Croagunk, as he nodded then stepped away from the screen.

{"You know Naruto, when Gary said that you'd arrive at Viridian City without having a single new Pokemon I'd bet him a million dollars that you would"} the Professor said, and he had what looked like a happy look on his face at winning the bet.

The group of three were quite surprised, as they all had looks of bewilderment. Misty then said, "Well that sounds interesting to hear sir."

The Professor then seemed to finally notice Misty, as he said {"Ah yes, you must be the young lady that's travelling with them that I was told about. Misty right?"}

She nodded her head in confirmation, replying "Yep that's me alright."

Naruto then opened up his camera, and selected the photo he took earlier and turned it to the Professor as he asked "Professor, what kind of Pokemon are these?"

He leaned in to get a closer look, and once he did he replied with {"Ahh those are the Legendary Pokemon, my boy. The majestic one is called Ho Oh, the yellow one is Zapdos the Thunder Pokemon, the red one is Moltres the Flaming Pokemon and the blue one is Articuno the Ice Pokemon. Those three are known as the Legendary Pokemon of Kanto,"} he explained to them.

As Naruto was showing the Professor the picture (and was amazed at hearing they were Legendary Pokemon) Will had spotted a poster off to the side. She walked over to it, and saw that it was explaining about a contest happening in the Viridian Forest that was starting tomorrow. She saw that the contestants had to capture a Pokemon that had a medal on it to win, and that first prize was something called a Keystone and a Megastone, second place won an egg with third winning an evolution stone.

She then walked back to the screen, and then asked "Professor what are Keystones and Megastones?"

The other two heard what she said, and were also curious as they looked at the Professor to see what his answer was.

He put his chin in his hand, as he thought about Will's question before he answered {"I don't really know much about it. But what I do know, is that certain Pokemon can evolve into a state beyond their evolution which is called Mega Evolution. And that a Megastone and a Keystone are needed to do this evolution, and that when they faint or the battle is over they return to their normal forms."}

They were all amazed that some Pokemon could evolve again into another form, with Naruto then asking "Which Pokemon can Mega Evolve Professor?"

He shook his head at Naruto's question, as he replied {"I've no idea my boy. But a colleague of mine, named Sycamore from the Kalos region specialises in it and he'll know all about it"} he finished as an afterthought.

There was then a doorbell ringing, which made the Professor turn to the side as he said {"Ah now that's my pizza. COMING!"} he then shouted out as he dashed off. He quickly returned to say, "It was great talking to you two, and to meet you Misty and good luck" as he then left, before the three heard him say {"Mmhh Anchovy, Spinach and Pineapple pizza"} before the screen went black and the stone picture moved back into place.

The three had looks of disgust at what pizza he was eating, before they turned to looks of interest because of this Mega Evolution they just learned about.

Naruto then said, "I'm definitely entering this contest and I'm going to win first prize."

Will nodded, as she said "I think I'll enter too since it sounds cool."

Misty had an unsure look on her face, as she stammered out "I….I'm not to….o keen o….on Bu….Bug Type Poke….mon."

The other two gave her looks of sympathy, before Naruto walked over to place his hands on her shoulders as he said "It's okay Misty, everyone has something that they're afraid of. But I think you'll find that not all bug types are scary, and that some of them are quite interesting."

Misty calmed down a little at Naruto's words (along with having a blush on her face) before she said "Thanks Naruto, and you might be right."

Naruto then gave her a smile, before he and the girls looked towards the door when they heard it open, revealing Nurse Joy carrying a tray with their Pokeballs on it, and her Chansey pushing a trolley with Pikachu and Kurama sitting on it.

"Your Pokemon are all healthy and well," Nurse Joy told them as she handed back their Pokeballs, with Kurama and Pikachu hopping off the trolley and sitting on their respectives trainers' shoulders.

["I hate needles and I never want to see them again"] Kurama then said as Pikachu nodded his head in agreement.

Naruto and Will merely shook their heads, before Naruto then asked "Say Nurse Joy how do I enter into this contest that's going to be in Viridian Forest tomorrow?"

She returned behind her desk, as she said "If you'll just tell me your name I can then put it into the computer and you'll then be entered into the competition. And you'll have to be at the entrance into the forest at 8 o'clock in the morning with everyone else that entered, otherwise you can't be part of it or win anything" she then explained to him.

Naruto nodded his head in understanding, as he then said "I'm Naruto Namikaze." Will also decided to say, "And I'm Will Vandom, and I also want to enter." Misty had an unsure look on her face, not wanting to be around all the icky, yucky bug Pokemon. But she did remember what Naruto said, that not all bug Pokemon are scary as she stepped forward and said "My name's Misty Waterflower, and I too would like to enter."

Nurse Joy nodded her head, as she then typed their names into the computer before she said "Okay. The three of you are now entered into the contest."

Before anything else could happen, they all heard a siren going off and someone speaking from the speakers on the roof {"Attention everyone in Viridian City, this is Officer Jenny speaking. Our Viridian City radar sensors have detected an aircraft that belongs to a gang of Pokemon thieves. If any of you process a Pokemon, I urge you to exercise extreme caution and leave the thieves to the professionals."}

The four of them all looked at each other, with Will saying to Naruto "You think it might be the same thieves that tried to steal the Pokemon from the Professor's lab all those years ago?"

He gave a shrug as he replied "I've no idea" before they heard glass breaking, and saw two Pokeballs falling from the sky before they hit the ground and opened up revealing the Pokemon inside them.

["Let's have a party,"] said a spherical Pokémon with a jolly like tone. It had vacant eyes along with a wide mouth, that has two pointed teeth in its upper jaw. Below its face, it had a cream-colored skull-and-crossbones marking, and several geyser-like protrusions, which were occasionally releasing a mustard-colored gas, covering this Pokémon's body. Its purple skin is quite thin, and an over inflation can cause it to explode.

["Though I might be cute, don't expect me to be weak"] said a small, humanoid Pokémon that resembles a baby, trying to sound tough. It has a large head, with blonde hair that goes to its shoulders and has large bangs, and there were several tufts of hair sticking up on the top of its head. Its skin is a light purple with it's chest, arms and feet cream-colored. It also has large, blue-green eyes and a pair of large, pink lips.

The Koffing then floated around the Pokemon Center, as it used Smokescreen which made the four of them cough and hold their nose.

"Wha….What the heck is going on?" Naruto exclaimed in surprise.

"No need to be so scared," said a female voice through the smoke.

"Why don't you allow us to introduce ourselves," a male voice added.

Prepare for trouble!

And make it double!

To protect the world from devastation!

To unite all peoples within our nation!

To denounce the evils of truth and love!

To extend our reach to the stars above!

Jessie!

James!

Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!

Surrender now, or prepare to fight!

As they finished introducing themselves, Jessie noticed Naruto and then gave him a sexy wink saying "Well hello there handsome. How about you come and spend some time with a real woman?"

Will stepped forward, with an angry look on her face saying "Sorry but he's already taken you old hag."

Jessie then got a real angry look on her face, as she roared out "OLD HAG! I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT THIS SO CALLED OLD HAG CAN DO, YOU PIECE OF SHIT" as it looked like she was about to storm over to Will.

James then said, "Hang on Jessie, I think that's the Vulpix that Cassidy and Ben (Butch mutters somewhere in Kanto "My name is Butch") told us about was owned by a blonde kid."

Jessie calmed down, then nodded her head, as she said "Yeah and that redhead twerpette could be who was with him, and the Pichu could have evolved into that Pikachu."

This made the two of them then grin wickedly, as Jessie said "Hand over your Vulpix boy and no one gets hurt." She then added in a sultry tone, "Unless you're into that kind of thing."

This made Naruto and James give her weird looks, with James moving himself away from her slightly. Will, Misty and Nurse Joy had disturbed looks on their faces, as they collectively thought "She looks like she's old enough to be his mother and yet she's openly flirting with him."

Naruto just shook his head, as he replied "Forget about it. You're not getting my Vulpix, or any of the Pokemon here" as he then raced off outside. Will and Misty were surprised at seeing him run, before they saw Jessie following him, with Smoochum in her arms as they heard her say "Oh I love a good challenge."

James was dumbfounded as well, before he ran after her saying "Hey wait Jessie" with Koffing following after him. Not wanting to be left behind, Will went after him while Misty followed Nurse Joy to help her transfer all the Pokemon to the Pewter City Pokemon Center, just as a safety precaution.

(At the battlefield, behind the Pokemon Center)

Naruto had run out to the area behind the Pokemon Center, since he knew that a battle would happen and he didn't want to damage the Pokemon Center.

When he reached the other side, he turned around and saw Jessie standing at the other end putting her Smoochum down.

She then looked at Naruto, and said "You sure that you want to do this boy?"

Will and James then arrived, with Will going to stand next to him and James next to Jessie with his Koffing standing ready to battle.

Naruto gave a confident smirk, as he replied "Oh yeah. I'm sure that I'm ready."

Will stepped forward saying, "And he won't be doing it alone either," with Pikachu and Kurama standing in front of them ready to battle.

James also stepped forward, with a confident smirk saying "Oh this'll be fun" while Koffing and Smoochum floated/walked forward to battle.

'Tag Team Battle - Kurama and Pikachu vs Koffing and Smoochum: FIGHT!'

"Let's do this Koffing, use Smokescreen" James said to his Pokemon.

["You got it,"] said Koffing as he unleashed smoke from his geyser-like protrusions covering the battlefield, hiding the Pokemon from the trainers view. Kurama and Pikachu coughed when some of the smoke got into their mouths.

Naruto shouted out, "Try and blow it away with a Fire Spin Kurama."

Kurama replied with, ["Okay I'll give it a shot"] and then opened his mouth and fired the attack into the air so as to not damage the area. And though it took a while, the move sent all of the smoke away.

Jessie then said, "Okay Smoochum, get in close and use Pound on that Pikachu" as she gave Will a glare, still angry about saying she was old.

Smoochum nodded as she said ["You got it Mum"] as she then ran towards Pikachu, with her hand glowing white. Since Naruto and Will were the only ones that understood Pokemon, they were a bit surprised that Smoochum called Jessie her Mum but figured that she had Smoochum from when she'd hatched from an egg.

Will shook her head, as she said "Dodge it Pikachu and then use Tail Whip followed by Quick Attack."

Pikachu nodded his head, and jumped to the right as Smoochum's attack hit the ground. Pikachu then wagged his tail at Smoochum, who felt a little weaker before he then quickly ran and hit her in the stomach sending her back towards Jessie.

"Oh Smoochum, are you okay?" she exclaimed in worry for her Pokemon.

Naruto saw this as a chance to attack James Koffing, as he said "Kurama get in close to Koffing and use Fire Fang." Kurama gave a nod, and quickly dashed over while James was too distracted to tell Koffing what to do.

James looked forward, just in time to see Kurama's mouth on fire and running towards Koffing. He quickly commanded "Koffing quickly, use Sludge to stop that Vulpix."

Koffing fired off some brown gunk from its mouth at Kurama, with Naruto shouting out "Dodge it Kurama with Quick Attack and use it to get in close" with Kurama doing so and it looked like he was leaving after images, with how quick he was moving. Once he was close enough, he then jumped up to Koffing and bit him with some flames escaping from his mouth.

Koffing cried out in pain, as the two Pokemon fell from the air with Kurama jumping back to Naruto.

Will turned to Naruto, as she said "Let's finish this" with Naruto nodding in agreement saying "I think that's a good idea."

"Pikachu/Kurama use Thunderbolt/Flamethrower" they said together at the sametime.

Kurama gathered fire in his mouth while Pikachu gathered electricity in his cheeks, and they noticed that it looked like more than what was used for a Thunderbolt, before they both fired off their attacks at the sametime combining them into an electrical firestorm.

Will then said in surprise, "Did you just learn Thunder Pikachu?"

The combined attacks hit both Smoochum and Koffing, sending them back towards Jessie and James. The two of them hugged each other, as the attack neared them before they two were hit by it causing an explosion which sent them flying off into the air, with their Pokemon knocked out.

"Grr beaten by the twerpette, I'll not accept this" Jessie growled with her teeth grinding together. "I'll have my revenge on that girl, and I'll do whatever it takes to make that boy with her as mine if it's the last thing I do" she added with a confident look.

James just shook his head, thinking "I almost feel sorry for the both of them" as they both then shouted "Looks like Team Rocket is blasting off!"

'Tag Team Battle over - Kurama and Pikachu vs Koffing and Smoochum: Kurama and Pikachu WIN!'

Naruto and Will then ran to their Pokemon, to give them some congratulations for winning. Will also said to Pikachu, "Looks like you learned Thunder at the right time Pikachu."

He rubbed the back of his head, before he said ["Uh yeah about that. You see; the thing is, I already knew Thunder before the battle. I'd done a lot of training to learn it after I'd evolved, and I figured out how to use it the night before we left home."]

Will was surprised at hearing this, before she kneeled down to Pikachu saying "I'm not mad or anything I was just surprised. And I understand if you were keeping it a secret about training to learn Thunder" as she then gave Pikachu a hug, who returned it happy that Will was okay about his secret training.

Misty then came out of the Pokemon Center, and when she saw the four of them she asked "Are you guys okay?" They all gave nods in reply, which made Misty sigh in relief. She then said, "Nurse Joy was able to send all of the Pokemon here to the Center in Pewter City for safekeeping. I think she might call back tomorrow, and ask for them back to return to their trainers" she then finished.

Naruto and Will then walked towards Misty, with Pikachu and Kurama following them, as Will said "Glad that all the Pokemon are all okay and safe."

Naruto nodded his head in agreement, before he then said "What about that aircraft that these thieves were using?"

Misty replied "Oh Officer Jenny and some other officers found a hot air balloon above the Pokemon Center, and they're taking it down now to see if they can find anything of interest on it."

The other two nodded their heads, with Will giving out a huge yawn. "Sorry guys, I'm just a bit tired after all that walking we've done and battling these crooks" she then said with a sleepy look

Naruto nodded his head, as he said to both the girls "I think it would be best if we all went to bed and get plenty of sleep for tomorrow. I'll go see if Nurse Joy has any rooms for us," he then added before he walked inside to find her, with the girls and Pokemon following after him.

It didn't take Naruto long to find her, as she was back behind her desk working. He then walked over, and once he arrived at the desk he then asked her "Scuse me, do you have any rooms for us to sleep in Nurse Joy?"

She looked up, before she replied with a smile "Yes I do actually. I can give the three of you two rooms if you want."

They all nodded their heads, so she grabbed two keys from a drawer for them with one having a green tag and the other a blue one. She handed the green one to Naruto, and the blue one to Misty. "Hope that you all have a good night's sleep" she told them as they walked off to the room.

"Thanks, and the same for you" Misty replied as they left the front area, and headed for the bedrooms.

They soon reached the rooms, where Naruto then turned to the girls as he said "Night girls and pleasant dreams."

Will replied "Thanks and you too" before they unlocked the doors and walked into the rooms. Inside both rooms, there were two single beds, a bathroom with the toilet opposite the door along with a bath and shower combo next to it and a sink with a mirror above it. There was a bedside table next to each bed, and one in the middle between the two with a cupboard along the wall and a chest of drawers next to it. The curtains were open at the window, where they could see the night lights in Viridian City were on and flashing.

The three of them got undressed, and either had a shower or a bath then brushed their teeth before putting their pajamas on and once they climbed into bed they went to sleep. Kurama slept at Naruto's feet curled up, while Pikachu slept next to Will's head.

(The next morning, at 6:30am)

After Naruto and the girls woke up, they washed themselves with a shower or a bath then cleaned their teeth. After that, they went to get some breakfast from the cafeteria. They ate some fruit, yogurt and cereal with different juices to drink while Kurama and Pikachu ate some Poke food that Naruto and Will gave them.

As they were eating, Nurse Joy came over with an incubator and inside it they saw was an egg. The egg was an orange colour, with what looks like a yellow three pointed leaf or foot.

"Where'd you get the egg Nurse Joy?" Misty asked, with Naruto and Will also curious.

"It was found by Officer Jenny on that balloon those crooks were using," she explained to them. She then added, "And since you three are the only trainers here at the moment, I was hoping that one of you would take it."

The three of them looked at each other, before Naruto said "I'll take it Nurse Joy."

She nodded her head, and handed the egg incubator over to him. She then said "I already checked the egg over, and everything seems fine. I suspect that it'll take a few weeks or so before it hatches" she finished before she walked off to get back to work.

The three humans and two Pokemon looked at the egg, with Misty asking "What kind of Pokemon do you suppose it'll hatch into?"

The other two shrugged their shoulders, having no clue. Naruto placed the incubator down on the table, before they continued eating their breakfast.

Once they finished eating, they went and put their dirty dishes in the sink and working together they washed and cleaned them. After doing that, they noticed that it was 7:30am. So after a quick trip to the loo and a quick goodbye to Nurse Joy, with Naruto grabbing the egg and putting it in his bag, they left the Pokemon Center and headed towards the entrance into the Viridian Forest.

As they walked through Viridian City, they noticed the residents were starting their day. They smelled baked bread coming from a bakery, a milkman was taking some empty milk bottles from someone's house and replacing them with bottles filled with milk, a few people looked like they were heading off to do some shopping while a paperboy rode past them throwing the newspaper at people's doorsteps.

They saw a Poke Mart up ahead, and thought it best to buy some stuff they might need. So they went and bought some different kinds of Potions, a few Full Heals, some different kinds of Pokeballs and some Full Restores. They then left the store, and continued on.

It took them about 15 minutes to reach the entrance into Viridian Forest, which was a building that had no doors of any kind and a few chairs and benches inside along with some vending machines. On either side of it, there was a fence running along the edge of the forest.

They also noticed a big table off to one side, that had two people behind it. One was a female, and the other a male. They both wore light green shirts, pants and hats with black shoes and white socks. The shirts said 'Contest Organizers' in the middle, along with name tags. The female was named Ally, and the male was called Colin.

They also noticed some other trainers waiting about as well, two boys and two girls. One of the boys and one of the girls had what looked like containers for keeping bugs in, slung over their shoulders.

The three of them walked over to the table, with Ally noticing them as she said "Hello there and welcome. Are you three here for the contest?"

They all nodded their heads, with Naruto saying "Yes. My name is Naruto, and this is Will and Misty."

Colin looked at a piece of paper that had different names on it before he said "Ah yes, here you are" as he then took a pen and ticked next to their names, showing they'd arrived.

Ally smiled at them, before she said "Excellent. Now if you'd please wait, as we're waiting for three more than we can get started."

They nodded their heads, and wandered off to one side. As they waited, Naruto asked Misty "Will you be alright in the forest?"

She still had an unsure look on her face, but was determined to not be scared every time she saw a bug Pokemon as she nodded her head saying "Yeah I should be fine, as long as no scary looking bug Pokemon attack us."

Will replied "I'm sure that none will, and they might only if provoked or if they feel threatened."

Misty nodded her head, as she then said "And luckily I have a few Pokemon that can battle on land if I need to."

The other two nodded their heads, while Pikachu and Kurama sat or laid down on their Trainers shoulders.

It was nearing 8 o'clock, when they saw the last of the other contenders running over which was two more boys, and another girl.

Once they were also checked off the list, Colin then called out "If the rest of you could please come back to the table, me and Ally will explain how the contest works."

Naruto and the girls walked over, while the other four jogged over. Once they were all at the table, Ally then started explaining how the contest would work. "Okay, first of all you'll all be getting a PDA to let you track the Pokemon in the forest who are all wearing medals that have a chip inside them, so that the PDA knows which Pokemon are caught. And the PDA can only track the Pokemon, when they're about 10 feet away from your position."

Colin bought a box out, and handed the PDA's out of it to them all. "Some of the Pokemon have decoy medals on them, and you'll only get 10 special Pokeballs to catch them with. So once you run out, then you're out of the contest" Ally continued saying. Colin took out the Pokeballs from another box, which were a white colour with a red line dividing the top and bottom half and red around the middle button, and handed 10 to each of them.

Colin also added, "And the three Pokemon that allow you to win one of the three prizes, you can only catch one of them. So once you've caught that Pokemon, and even if you have spare balls left over, you've finished the contest. And all the PDA will get an alert about which of the three has been caught" he finished.

"What are the three Pokemon?" one of the boys asked the question, that was on everyone's mind.

Ally replied "You'll have to figure that out for yourself, before you catch them. And once you do catch them, the PDA will tell you if it's the decoy or the real deal, along with sending a message to all the other PDA's when the real deal Pokemon has been caught." Some weren't that happy to hear that, as they wanted to win straight away. Colin also added, "And those that don't catch the three Pokemon get 100 Pokedollars" with some quite interested to hear that.

Colin then said "Now you can catch the Pokemon in two ways: the first is by battling it like normal, and the other way is to give it some Poke treats. But make sure that you don't give it too much, or it'll run away once its eaten what it can" as Ally grabs a box, and after putting it on the table and opening it, she took out 10 bags with the Poke treats inside them, and handed them off to everyone. Colin then quickly added, "Also whatever you catch, is yours to keep" as that made everyone smile.

Ally then also had a serious look on her face, as she added in a serious tone, "And under no circumstances, are ANY of you to sabotage the other trainers during this contest. You may help each other, just so long as the help is good intention" as Colin nodded his head in agreement.

They all nodded their heads in understanding, before Colin asked "Do any of you have any questions?" Seeing that none of them did, Ally then said "Okay you may all now enter the Viridian Forest. And once you've either run out of the Pokeballs, or caught one of the three Pokemon, just exit at the other end where you'll get the prizes from our co-contest organisers Steve and Emma." Colin added, "And good luck to all of you" as they all ran into the forest.

(Inside the Viridian Forest)

Once they were all in the forest, the two that had the containers for bugs went off in one direction together, with the girl saying "Let's go and win this bro", as the boy said "Right behind ya sis" while one of the other boys walked off with one of the other girls, with her saying to him "If we win this thing, you'll be getting an extra prize tonight babe" while the other three went off by themselves until it was just Naruto and the girls by themselves.

They looked around, before Misty (who was doing her best not to freak out) slightly stuttered out "S….so which wa….way sh….should we go?"

Before the other two could say anything, they heard their PDA's beeping then an electronic voice saying from all three {"There are three Pokemon within your vicinity."} They took the PDA's out of their pockets, and saw that the radar was indeed showing three blinking dots, and they looked to be quite close together.

The three of them walked towards where the blinking dots were, and when they walked around a tree they saw which Pokemon they were: a Weedle, a Hoppip and a Surskit, each with a medal stuck on them.

The Hoppip was floating about the trees, eating some berries while the Weedle was resting on a tree branch and the Surskit was just wondering about along the edge of a stream.

Naruto turned to the girls, and asked them "So which Pokemon do you want to catch? I think I'll go for the Weedle" he added at the end.

Will said "I'll take the Hoppip then, which leaves you with the Surskit Misty" as she turned to her.

Misty looked at the Pokemon, and though she knew it was a bug type she didn't see it as being that scary. Naruto also said "I think having Surskit would be good for you Misty, as it can learn a few Ice Type moves to help you defeat Grass Type Pokemon in the future."

Misty did see the advantage to that, and she saw it as a great addition to her team for when she battles trainers in Gym battles (she was waiting for the right time to tell Naruto and Will that she was the Cerulean Gym Leader).

The three of them walked over to the Pokemon they chose to catch, while making sure not to startle them.

(With Naruto)

Naruto walked to the branch Weedle was on (which was about his head height) to give the Weedle some food to eat, as well as talk to it. The Weedle moved along the branch it was on, towards the smell of the food in Naruto's hand. Once it reached where Naruto's hand was, it climbed onto his arm and went down it towards his hand to eat. Naruto saw the badge was around its neck.

Naruto stroked it, as he said "Well you're quite friendly aren't ya?"

Weedle stopped eating, as she replied ["Yeah. I sometimes get picked on by the other Weedle's, for not being that strong and tough"] as it had a look of sadness in its eyes.

Naruto then asked, "How would you like to travel with me and my friends?" thinking this would cheer the Pokemon up.

The Weedle looked up in surprise, along with happiness and hope in her eyes as it asked him ["Do you really mean that?"] hoping that Naruto wasn't joking.

Naruto patted the Weedle's head, while replying "Yes I really do mean it. So is that a yes then?" as he took out one of the Pokeballs they were given, and held it towards Weedle.

Weedle looked really pleased, and moved as fast as she could towards the ball before headbutting it. The ball then opened up, and sucked Weedle inside it before closing then gave a 'ding' to show a successful capture. Naruto's PDA then said, {"Weedle wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught"} letting Naruto know that he didn't catch one of the winning Pokemon yet. Weedle's Pokeball then vanished, heading towards Professor Oak's Lab.

(With Will)

With Will, she'd seen that since Hoppip was already eating, giving it more treats wouldn't work. So she grabbed one of her Pokeballs, and threw it saying "Let's go Charmander" who popped out of the Pokeball.

Once she'd popped out, she then turned to Will, and asked her ["What can I help ya with?"]

Will pointed towards the Hoppip, who was curiously looking at what was going on (with the badge hanging from one of its leaves )she replied "I need your help in catching that Hoppip." Charmander gave a nod, and stood ready to battle.

'Charmander vs Hoppip: FIGHT!'

"Let's start this off with Growl," Will told Charmander.

She nodded, as she said ["You got it"] and gave a powerful Growl at Hoppip who flinched as it's attack lowered.

The Hoppip then used Tail Whip to make Charmanders defense go down, and rushed forward with a Tackle attack, while saying ["Take this."]

Will said, "Dodge it then use Scratch as it goes past you."

Charmander jumped to the side, and once Hoppip went past she swiped one of her glowing claws at it, wounding it a little.

The Hoppip turned back to face Charmander, and said ["Have some of this, you big meanie"] then blew some pink sparkly wind towards her.

Charmander wasn't able to dodge in time, since the attack was too close. She held her arms up, trying to shield her face and dug her feet into the ground as best as she could to not be blown back.

"That's Fairy Wind," Will thought in surprise. She was now more determined to capture Hoppip, as it would be useful if she ever fought against a Dragon Type in the future.

She then told Charmander, "Use Smokescreen around Hoppip so that it can't see you and then attack with Ember."

Charmander opened her mouth, and made black smoke come out towards Hoppip's direction which covered it. Hoppip looked around inside the smoke, trying to find Charmander when it felt some heat coming towards it before it was hit by some small fires, which seriously injured it.

Will then said to Charmander, "Jump into the smoke and use Scratch to knock it out of there."

Charmander ran towards the black smoke, and once close enough she jumped up with one of her claws glowing. When she appeared before Hoppip, she swiped down knocking it out of the smoke and towards the ground.

When Hoppip hit the ground, she cried out in pain and said ["Owie that hurt."]

Will saw this as the perfect time to try and catch Hoppip, so she grabbed one of the special Pokeballs and threw it towards Hoppip. Once the Pokeball hit Hoppip, it opened up and sucked it inside before closing with a click. The ball hit the ground, and wobbled for a bit with Will hoping Hoppip wouldn't escape before there was a 'ding' showing that Hoppip was caught.

Will's PDA said {"Hoppip wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught."}

She was a bit bummed that she hadn't won anything, but she was glad that she'd caught a Pokemon anyway. She turned to Charmander, and said "Thanks for the help. Now why don't you take a nice long rest" as she returned Charmander to her Pokeball.

'Charmander vs Hoppip: Fight Over. Capture of Hoppip: Successful.'

(With Misty)

With Misty, she'd carefully walked over to Surskit and was making sure not to frighten it. Though she knew Surskit was a bug Pokemon, she didn't see it as anything for her to worry about. And she noticed the badge was wrapped around it's stem.

She carefully reached into the bag for some Poke food, with Surskit having noticed her and was curiously watching her actions. Misty grabbed some Poke food, and held it in her hand towards Surskit saying "Would you like some food Surskit?"

Surskit moved towards her hand carefully, while sniffing the smell coming from the food that was on her hand. Once it got close enough to Misty's hand, it took a few sniffs before eating some of the Poke food. Misty found it to be quite ticklish with Surskit eating from her hand, as she said "That tickles Surskit" while lightly laughing.

Seeing Misty laughing, made Surskit shoot a few Bubbles at her face, getting her lightly wet. Though she was surprised at this, Misty quickly shook her head as she said "Oh, so that's how you want to play huh?" as she walked closer to the stream before she splashed some water at Surskit.

The Pokemon got a little wet, before returning fire with Bubble again making this turn into a water fight between Misty and Surskit, with Misty splashing water at Surskit and Surskit using Bubble on Misty. After getting a little wet, Misty then stopped splashing Surskit and asked "Would you like to travel with me Surskit? We can have lots of fun on our travels."

Surskit seemed to be thinking it over, before giving an enthusiastic nod as it was quite boring in the forest. Misty smiled, before she grabbed one of the Pokeballs and held it out towards Surskit. Said Pokemon walked over, and lightly headbutted it and allowed itself to be sucked inside with the Pokeball giving a 'ding' to say that Surskit didn't put up a fight to be captured.

The PDA that was given to Misty then said {"Surskit wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught"} telling Misty that she didn't catch one of the three winning Pokemon. Though she didn't catch one of the three, Misty was still happy that she had another Water Type Pokemon on her team and she wasn't even bothered that it was also a Bug Type.

She walked away from the stream, and noticed that her clothes were a little wet. Seeing Naruto and Will walking over, both with happy smiles let her know they too had caught the Pokemon they chose.

Seeing Misty all wet, had them pause before Naruto asked "Uh what happened with you Misty?"

She gave a smile, as she replied "Just had a little water fight with my new Pokemon."

"Well I think you should get out of those wet clothes, and put some new dry ones on" Will told her. She then turned to Naruto and said "Turn around, and no peeking mister."

Naruto put his hands up in mock surrender, as he said "Don't worry I won't. Not unless Misty asks me to," he said at the end with a cheeky grin.

This made Misty blush a very bright red, while Will just shook her head as she shoved Naruto away saying "Off with you pervert, while I help Misty with her wet clothes" while she was thinking of saying something perverted too, but didn't want to make Misty anymore flustered.

Naruto walked off, with Kurama following while the two girls and Pikachu found a bush for Misty to take her wet clothes off, and put dry ones on. Misty took a spare change of clothes out of her bag, along with a plastic bag and went behind the bush to get changed.

A while later, she came out with her wet clothes in the plastic bag while wearing a blue shirt that had a Magikarp on it, and green shorts.

The girls and Pikachu walked back to where Naruto was leaning against a tree, while Kurama laid down at the tree's base. Misty said, "We'll have to dry these somehow when we make camp tonight" as they continued walking.

"Don't worry. I think I have the perfect way," Naruto told her.

As they walked along, they saw a few Pokemon doing their own things. Some were playing with each other, some were resting, a few were flying about while others were having something to eat. Some of the Pokemon watched them as they walked past, before they returned to what they were doing. Kurama and Pikachu were also walking along with them, to stretch their legs a bit and they were looking at all the Pokemon they walked past.

As they walked along, evenly spaced out so that they could find a Pokemon easier, they all got an alert on their PDA's saying {"There is a Pokemon within your vicinity"} as the radar showed the Pokemon was off to the left and right respectively for Will and Misty, while Naruto's was straight ahead. They each walked towards where the Pokemon was, wondering if it was one of the three that will let them win.

(With Will)

Will walked along for a bit, before she spotted an Oddish having a drink from a small stream with the medal wrapped around its leaf stem. She was wondering which would be the best way to catch it, either using treats or one of her Pokemon. Charmander wasn't that wounded, so she could still help her out.

She decided to first see if she could catch the Oddish with just using the treats, and if that doesn't work then she'll send out Charmander.

She carefully walked over to the Oddish, being very careful not to startle it. The Oddish seemed to sense her though, as it turned in her direction. It then asked her, ["Who are you?"] with curiosity in its tone.

Will crouched down, as she replied "Hey there. My name's Will, and I was hoping to offer you some Poke food if that's alright" as she held out her hand with some of the Poke food in it.

Oddish nose twitched as it smelled the food, before it walked closer to her hand and ate some of it.

Will sat down with her legs crossed, and placed some more food on the ground which Oddish started eating. Will asked it, "So how's life in the Viridian Forest?" thinking it would be a good idea to try making friends with it, before trying to catch it.

Oddish stopped eating, to reply ["It's okay at times. But sometimes, we get some bullies that pick on us weaker Pokemon who always need to be saved by someone bigger, stronger and tougher. Some of them tell us to get stronger, as they might not be there to save us next time, while some just ignore us after saving us"] as it had an unhappy look on its face.

Will gently patted its head, as she asked "Well how about if you travelled with me and got stronger that way?"

The Oddish looked at her, and asked ["Why me? Why not some other Pokemon that might be stronger?"]

Will sighed, as she replied "Well I think that you might be stronger than you look, and that's why you get picked on so that you don't reach your full potential. Cause some of the other Pkemon don't want you to be stronger than them."

Oddish looked like it was thinking it over, as it nodded its head before saying ["Alright then, I'll travel with you. And once I'm strong enough, I'll come back and help protect those that are too weak to protect themselves."]

Will gave a smile, as she held out one of the Pokeballs with Oddish jumping up and headbutting it. Once it was sucked inside, the Pokeball shook once before there was a 'ding' showing it was a successful capture.

Will's PDA said {"Oddish wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught"} before the Pokeball vanished, heading towards Professor Oak's lab.

(With Naruto)

As Naruto walked forward towards where the Pokemon was, Kurama asked ["So how are you going to catch this Pokemon Naruto?"]

He shrugged his shoulders, and replied "I think I'll use Meowth to help me catch it as he needs the experience."

Kurama nodded his head, and once they walked past some trees they saw the Pokemon was a Venonat. It looked like it was practising how to fight, as it was punching and kicking the air. They both noticed the medal was hanging between its paw like hands.

The two of them looked on, before Kurama said ["Looks like this one's a real fighter"] with Naruto nodding in agreement.

The Venonat jumped into the air, and tried a spinning kick but it didn't work as it fell down and landed on its side.

As Venonat got up, they walked over with it finally seeing them and said ["Ah challengers. At long last, someone to fight"] as it stood ready across from them, ready to fight.

Naruto grabbed a Pokeball from his belt, then threw it saying "Let's go Meowth" with said Pokemon popping out of its Pokeball. He turned to Naruto, and asked him ["So, what kind of help do you need from me?"]

Naruto pointed towards the battle eager Venonat, as he replied "I need your help in catching that Venonat."

He turned, and saw the Venonat was ready and waiting for the fight to commence. Meowth nodded his head, as he got ready and said ["You can count on me for help."]

'Meowth vs Venonat: FIGHT!'

Naruto nodded his head in gratitude, as he said "Thanks. Now let's start this battle with Dig to get closer, then use Bite" he commanded Meowth.

Meowth did so, and he quickly dug underground. Venonat looked around, trying to figure out where Meowth would appear. After a while, Meowth came out underneath Venonat and bit it on the back.

The Venonat shouted out in pain saying ["That hurts, you annoying cat. Well, let's see how you like this"] as it made itself shake as best as it could, as a purple powder came from its fur.

Naruto could immediately tell what that was, as he shouted to Meowth "That's Poison Powder Meowth. Blast Venonat away from you quickly with Icy Wind" hoping that Meowth wouldn't be poisoned.

He did so, as an icy breeze left his mouth and took Venonat away with it. Once Venonat hit the ground, she then got up and could immediately tell that she was a bit slower as she did.

Meowth landed on the ground, but did stumble as he did. When he looked towards Naruto, he saw purple across Meowth's face showing that he had been poisoned.

Naruto slightly swore under his breath, knowing that he had to finish this quickly before Meowth fainted from the poison. He then said, "Hang tough Meowth and we'll both get through this battle in no time."

Meowth nodded his head in agreement, as he stood ready for Naruto's next order. Naruto said, "Use Icy Wind around Venonat to make the ground slippery, and then follow it up with a back to back Scratch attack."

Meowth ran towards Venonat, and blew cold wind from his mouth to make the ground all iced over around it. Venonat tried to move away, but this made Venonat slip over onto its back and slide across the iced ground. Meowth ran towards where Venonat would arrive, near the edge of the iced patch. As he did, he almost stumbled as the poison affected him but he pushed through it. Once Venonat had slid off the ice, Meowth had his claws ready and scratched Venonat on its front, then jumped over and scratched its back before getting some distance from it.

This made Venonat unhappy, as she then turned around and said ["Take this, you annoying house cat"] and fired a pink beam from its eyes, which Naruto knew was Psybeam.

Meowth stood up on its back legs, while crossing its front ones in front of his face for protection. He also flinched as the poison was still affecting him, but he held strong. He was also starting to slide back a little, as the Psybeam was stronger than Meowth thought it was and it didn't help that the poison was making him weaker.

Meowth went down on one knee, as he struggled to stay standing. Naruto shouted out to him in concern "Come on Meowth, I know that you can do it. Hang in there and don't give up."

Meowth gritted his teeth, and could see Venonat looking at him through the attack. And though she didn't have a proper face, Meowth got the impression that she was smirking at him.

He then gained a determined look on his face, and started to get back up, even though the poison was still making him feel weak. As he did, his claws gained a dark look to them which made him smirk with confidence. He turned his hands around to face the Psybeam, and readyed his claws before he slashed them through the Psybeam and broke it apart.

Naruto, Venonat and Kurama were quite surprised at what they saw Meowth do, with Naruto thinking in amazement "I can't believe that Meowth just learned how to use Night Slash, and he used it to destroy Venonat's Psybeam."

Meowth knew that he didn't have much time left before he fainted from the injuries he had, along with the poison affecting him, so he quickly ran towards Venonat. Naruto saw what he was doing, and said "Meowth, use both Scratch and Night Slash together and hopefully that should weaken Venonat."

Meowth had one of his claws glow white, and the other a dark purple as he ran at Venonat. Venonat knew that a few hits from both moves would knock her out, so she fired a greenish yellow beam from between her antenna with Naruto knowing it was Signal Beam, and knew Venonat would be a good addition to his Pokemon team.

Meowth jumped over the attack and came down on Venonat, swiping both his claws at the sametime. This made Venonat stumble back, and stop firing the Signal Beam as she did so.

Naruto didn't let Venonat recover, as he shouted out "Use Icy Wind quickly Meowth."

Meowth did so, and fired the cold wind from his mouth at point blank range at Venonat. This took it by surprise, as it could feel the cold affecting it a little and it was feeling a little exhausted and weak from the battle.

Naruto saw this, and grabbed one of the special Pokeballs before throwing it at Venonat. The Pokeball hit Venonat, and sucked it inside where it shook a few times before Naruto and the two Pokemon heard a 'ding' to signify the capture was a success.

Naruto's PDA then told him, {"Venonat wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught"}. Meowth fell to his knees, panting as he was exhausted from the fight along with still being poisoned.

Naruto quickly ran over, while seeing that Venonat's Pokeball had vanished towards Professor Oak's Lab, and opened up his bag along the way. Once he arrived at Meowth's side, he took out a Full Restore and started spraying Meowth with it.

After a while, Meowth started feeling better and his wounds and the poison faded away. Naruto then returned him back to his Pokeball, for a nice long rest.

'Meowth vs Venonat: Fight Over. Capture of Venonat: Successful.'

(With Misty)

It didn't take long for Misty to spot the Pokemon her PDA picked up; a Sunkern which was hopping around some trees, with the badge around its stem. She knew that since it was a Grass Type, that all of her Pokemon would have a massive disadvantage against it as Grass Types always beat Water Types.

She did have Surskit, and since it's part Bug then Grass Type moves won't be as effective against it. So having a plan, she walked over to the Sunkern as she grabbed the Pokeball Surskit was in.

The Sunkern saw Misty approaching it, and tilted the top part of itself in curiosity. Misty then threw the Pokeball, saying "I need your help Surskit" who then popped out of its Pokeball.

It turned to Misty, thinking she wanted to play again. But Misty shook her head, as she told it "Sorry Surskit, no time to play. I need your help catching that Sunkern" as she pointed towards said Pokemon.

Surskit nodded in understanding and looked at the Sunkern, with a determined look. Sunkern knew there was going to be a battle, as it too gained a serious look.

'Surskit vs Sunkern: FIGHT!'

"Let's start this off with Quick Attack Surskit, then use Bubble" Misty told her newest Pokemon.

Surskit gave a nod, while saying its name in agreement, and quickly dashed at the Sunkern leaving some after images as he did so. He soon hit it head on, and once he'd passed Sunkern he then turned around and fired some Bubbles from its mouth.

Though the Quick Attack had done some damage to Sunkern, Bubble was hardly doing anything at all.

Sunkern turned around, and swung his stem with leaves flying from it. Misty commanded, "Dodge that Razor Leaf Surskit, and then use Quick Attack again on Sunkern."

Surskit did as Misty said, and dodged the Razor Leaf just in the nick of time. He then quickly dashed towards Sunkern again, and slammed into him once more.

Sunkern then looked at the sun, and glowed a pale green colour with what looked like sparkles flashing around it. Misty knew that it had just healed itself a little with Synthesis, and now she found this wasn't going to be as easy as she first thought.

Gritting her teeth, she told Surskit "Use Bubble once again Surskit" who nodded its head and fired off a few Bubbles towards Sunkern.

Sunkern in turn used Razor Leaf to destroy the Bubbles, and then fired a small seed from his stem towards Surskit. Before Misty could tell Surskit to move, the seed landed on his head and then roots grew from it while wrapping around Surskit. Soon Surskit was trapped, with the vines all wrapped around it and green light travelling from Surskit through the vines, who was groaning from feeling his strength fading a little. Misty knew she was in big trouble now, since Sunkern had just used Leech Seed to weaken Surskit faster.

Misty didn't know what to do to get Surskit out of this, as she shouted out "Hang in there Surskit and don't give up."

Surskit could feel his strength leaving, but hearing Misty's voice made him determined to win its first Pokemon battle with his new trainer. Glaring at the smirking Sunkern, Surskit opened his mouth where a dark purple ball formed before Surskit fired it at Sunkern, which hit him causing quite an explosion. When the smoke cleared, Sunkern looked quite roughed up.

Misty was surprised at what she saw Surskit just use, saying with disbelief in her voice "Did you just learn Shadow Ball Surskit?"

Surskit nodded his head as much as he could because of the vines wrapped around him. Misty then shook the shock off, before she then said "Let's finish this Surskit, use Shadow Ball."

Surskit opened its mouth towards Sunkern, and fired the dark purple ball towards it. Sunkern tried dodging the attack, but he was too slow and was hit again which made another explosion of smoke and dust.

When the smoke and dust cleared, they saw that Sunkern had a green dome around it which had protected itself from the Shadow Ball. Misty scowled when she saw that Sunkern was able to use Protect, and use it to not get anymore damage.

Surskit winched, when he felt more of his strength leaving him. Misty knew that she had to defeat Sunkern, and quickly.

Sunkern used Synthesis to heal himself again, then he fired off some purple gunk from his mouth towards Surskit. Misty quickly shouted out, "Dodge that Sludge Bomb Surskit with Quick Attack."

Surskit dodged as quickly as it could, even with the Leech Seed on him, he was still able to move out of the way. Misty sighed in relief, but knew that she couldn't play defense for the remainder of the battle. She had to think of a plan, and fast.

"Man, what am I going to do?" she thought to herself. She knew that only certain moves could get past Sunkerns Protect, and she didn't think that Surskit knew any of them at the moment. And though she knew Protect lost its use after so many uses, she didn't want to take that chance. After thinking about it, she then snapped her fingers and thought "That's it, I have an idea. And I think that it just might work, I hope."

Misty then said to Surskit, "Use String Shot and make sure that you keep a hold of it and don't let go."

Surskit nodded his head, and fired the webbing from its mouth which then wrapped around the Sunkern quite tightly, and some of it even sticking to the ground. Sunkern tried to wriggle out of it, but the webbing was too strong. Surskit held the String Shot in his mouth, while using his front legs to help.

Misty then said, "Great work Surskit. Now, fire Shadow Ball down the String Shot" while hoping that her idea would work.

Surskit did so, and the Shadow Ball went along the String Shots path towards Sunkern. When Sunkern saw the attack heading his way, he used Protect thinking he'd be saved from the attack. But with the String Shot still attached to Surskit so when the Protect hit it, it broke apart like glass. (No idea if it would actually happen in the anime, but this is fanfiction so just roll with it).

The Shadow Ball then hit Sunkern and made an explosion, along with some smoke and dust forming. Misty had her hands clenched together in front of her face, hoping that was enough to knock Sunkern unconscious.

When the smoke and dust cleared, Misty and Surskit saw that Sunkern was wobbling a bit trying to stay up. After a while, Sunkern slumped over on one side with a tired look on its face. Misty quickly threw a Pokeball towards it, before he used Synthesis to recover himself. Once the Pokeball hit him, and he was sucked up inside it, the Pokeball hit the ground and shook for a bit before there was a 'ding' to show the capture was a success.

Misty and Surskit were both happy that they didn't have to still fight Sunkern. Misty then heard her PDA saying {"Sunkern wearing a decoy medal has been successfully caught"} letting her know she hadn't captured any of the three winning Pokemon.

Once the three of them met back up with each other, they let the others know which Pokemon they caught, with Naruto and Misty saying their Pokemon had learned a new move.

They walked along for a bit more, seeing the other contestants as they went. Some of them greeted them with a wave, nod of the head or a simple "Hi" while the others ignored them altogether.

They then stopped to have some lunch, as well as letting all their Pokemon out so that they could all meet the new additions. They noticed that all of them got along well with the new ones, and they gave the Pokemon they battled a spray of some Potion to heal their wounds, along with some food to eat.

Naruto and Will saw that their respective Nidoran, Mankey and Spearow were keeping to themselves, so they walked over to them.

When they arrived next to them, they kneeled down with Naruto asking "Why are the four of you all keeping to yourselves?"

Mankey replied, ["We don't know how to react with a trainers Pokemon"] with the others nodding in agreement. She then said, ["Whenever we see a trainer with a Pokemon, we'd just make fun of them and seeing them as nothing more than pets to you humans."]

Spearow nodded his head in agreement, while adding ["And some of us would get jealous seeing how powerful the trainers Pokemon is, compared to the rest of us. And that's why some of us would attack a Pokemon and their trainer, cause if we could defeat them then we would be seen as stronger"] with all of them nodding in agreement with what he said.

Naruto said, "That might be true for some of the wild Pokemon. But not for all of them, as some others might see them as being bullies if they pick fights whenever they feel like it" as Will nodded in agreement as she too added "The only way you can become stronger, is through hard training and lots of determination."

The male Nidoran stepped forward, and asked ["So if you trained us and we worked hard, we could become stronger than we are now?"] with the female then asking ["And we could then maybe help those being bullied by others?"]

Naruto gave a shrug of his shoulders, as he replied "Sure I don't see why not. And heck, who knows maybe within a year the four of you could all be fully evolved" which made them all get happy looks on their faces as they jumped up and down in joy. Will then said, "Now how about you go and interact with the others hmm?"

The four of them nodded in agreement, and walked over to the others. Naruto and Will saw them talking with a few of the other Pokemon, and saw that they were all getting along quite nicely and some of them even shared some of the Poke food.

They all rested for about nearly half an hour, before they returned all the Pokemon back to their Pokeballs and continued on.

As they did, they all wondered what Pokemon they'd see next and if it would be the one that would allow them to win this contest.

They'd spaced themselves out again, so that they could find the Pokemon easier this way. They'd walked for a good few minutes, when all their PDA's said {"There is a Pokemon within your vicinity"} and the radar showed that all three Pokemon were directly ahead of them, and all together. So they all walked forward, and once they passed the trees they saw what the three Pokemon were: a Scyther, a Pinsir and a Butterfree with the medals around one of Pinsir's horns, one of Scyther's arms and Butterfree's neck respectively.

They also noticed that the Pinsir and Scyther were picking on the Butterfree. Butterfree was lying on the ground, looking scared and terrified while Pinsir and Scyther stood over it with smug arrogant looks. And though Misty was the only one that heard them saying their names as they conversed with each other, Naruto and Will understood what they were saying perfectly.

["You think your so much better than us don't you?"] the Pinsir asked Butterfree, while standing ominously over it. ["Flying around in the sky, looking all pretty for the humans to capture you, while they ignore us because we're not as beautiful or anything like you."] Scyther was nodding its head in agreement, and was sharpening his scythes in a menacing way.

["I'm sorry, please don't hurt me"] Butterfree whimpered out in reply while cowering on the ground before them.

Scyther advanced towards it menacingly, while saying ["You should be sorry you annoying insect. And I'm going to make sure of it"] as he raised one of his scythes high, ready to strike Butterfree with it.

Butterfree closed his eyes, waiting for the strike to hit him….

["BACK OFF YOU STUPID FLYING INSECT!"]

….when he heard a shout, along with the sound of something being bitten.

["AAAAHHHH! Get off of me, you stupid fox"] Butterfree then heard from Scyther. Opening his eyes, he saw a Vulpix was biting one of Scyther's arms. Looking past them, he saw some humans running over with one of the girls having a Pikachu on her shoulder.

Pinsir moved to help Scyther, but Will thrusted her arm forward saying "Use Quick Attack on Pinsir Pikachu." Pikachu ran along Will's arm, and once he was on the ground ran as quickly as he could then hit Pinsir in the stomach, pushing him away from Scyther and Kurama.

Scyther used his other scythe to hit Kurama off his arm, by using Brick Break. Though Kurama was hit and thrown off, he rolled on the ground to lessen the damage and then when he got back up shook any dust off.

Pikachu lept back towards the others, who were all protectively standing in front of Butterfree.

Misty was looking over the Butterfree, and asked it "You feeling okay?" He replied ["Yes thanks to you saving me"], glad that he wasn't injured or anything by Scyther. Though Misty didn't understand Poketalk, she got the gist that Butterfree was thanking them for saving his life.

Scyther and Pinsir stood next to each other, while they glared at the Pokemon that hit/bit them. Kurama and Pikachu glared back in return, while Naruto and Will stood behind their Pokemon partners in preparation of anything happening.

["Step aside you annoying runts,"] Pinsir demanded while pointing one of his claws at them ["We're not finished with that Butterfree."] Scyther nodded his head in agreement, and added ["Yeah. And you or your trainers can do nothing to stop us."]

Butterfree cowered down in fear, and Misty glared at the two Pokemon having an idea they were threatening him.

She then had an idea that would help save Butterfree. She grabbed one of the Pokeballs from her belt, and said to him, "Butterfree if you go inside this Pokeball they won't be able to hurt you, which means that you'll be safe from them, but the choice is entirely yours. So what do you say?" she then asked at the end.

Butterfree didn't even really bother thinking about it, he just headbutted the Pokeball and allowed himself to be sucked inside it. The Pokeball then gave an immediate 'ding' showing that Butterfree was now captured. The three of them heard their PDA's then say, {"Butterfree wearing a real medal has been successfully caught by Misty Waterflower. Misty is now out of the contest."}

They were glad that Misty had caught Butterfree wearing the real medal, as well as saving it from the Pokemon bullying it. The Pokeball Butterfree was inside shrunk, until it was about half its size. The three of them were confused about this, until Naruto said "Maybe Misty doesn't have a lab or anything to send the extra Pokemon she catches. Unlike the two of us" he finished pointing at himself and Will.

The girls gave it some thought, and saw it as a plausible idea. Misty put the Pokeball away, making sure that it was secure.

Meanwhile, Pinsir and Scyther were both very angry that these humans had captured the Butterfree they were bullying. They stepped forward, with angry looks on their faces and Scyther said ["Hey. We weren't finished with that annoying flying bug"] with Pinsir nodding in agreement.

Kurama and Pikachu didn't budge, with Will replying "Well I'd think that you are. As now that he's safe, we can take care of you two bullies" with Naruto nodding in agreement while adding "And we don't like bullies."

The two of them gritted their teeth in annoyance, then looked at each other for a few moments before nodding. They then turned back towards them, with Pinsir saying ["Then it looks like we'll have to fight you for that Butterfree then"] with Scyther adding ["And trust me, this is going to be fun for the two of us."]

Kurama gave a grin, and said ["Good, I was hoping for a fight. And this is going to be fun for me as well, and not just for the two of you"] while Pikachu stood ready next to him.

'Tag Team Battle - Kurama and Pikachu vs Pinsir and Scyther: FIGHT!'

["Let's not waste any time with these annoying runts, and take care of them quickly"] Pinsir said to Scyther, as he glowed using Swords Dance to increase his attack power. Scyther nodded his head, and used Swords Dance too.

Naruto thought "Okay both of them are weak to Fire Types, with only Scyther weak to Electric Types too. So they might both go for Kurama first, and then gang up on Pikachu later." He then said to Kurama "Use Fire Fang on Pinsir buddy" as he looked at Will with a side long look, hoping that she would understand that he was leaving Scyther for her to take care of.

Will gave him a nod, showing that she understood his plan. She then faced the front, and said "Okay Pikachu use Thundershock on Scyther."

Kurama ran towards Pinsir, saying ["Time to make some barbecue out of this bug"] as his teeth lit on fire. Pikachu leapt into the air, while saying ["Time to give you a shocking of a battle"] as electricity gathered in his cheeks.

Pinsir ran towards Kurama, while pulling one of his arms back with his hand as a fist which glowed white, showing he was using Brick Break. Kurama jumped up, while Pinsir swung his fist towards him and Kurama bit Pinsir's fist as they fought for dominance.

Scyther stood his ground as the electrical attack neared him, and had his wings glow using Steel Wing. Once the Thundershock hit him he gritted his teeth, as though the Steel Wing was minimizing the damage by quite a bit it still stung.

Kurama dropped to the ground, then leapt back just as Pinsir tried to hit him with Strength. Scyther then swung his scythes at Pikachu, using Air Slash to try and hit him. Pikachu dodged most of them, but some did hit him with a few glancing blows.

Pikachu hit the ground, and rolled for a bit before he got back up and shook the dirt off. Will then asked in concern, "You okay Pikachu?" He gave a nod saying ["Yeah I'm good thanks. And I'm ready to dish out some payback to this annoying bug"] as he glared at Scyther.

Kurama too was ready to get some payback at Pinsir, which Naruto noticed as he said "Use Quick Attack to get close to Pinsir then try to hit him with another Fire Fang." Kurama nodded, then quickly ran towards Pinsir leaving some after images as he went.

Will said, "Use Tail Whip on Scyther, then use your own Quick Attack Pikachu. And once you're close enough, use Thunderbolt on him." Pikachu nodded, before wagging his tail at Scyther to make him feel a little weaker then he dashed towards Scyther, while leaving his own after images.

Pinsir stood ready, and had both his fists glowing to hit Kurama with a double Brick Break, and to use Strength to increase the damage. Scyther hoovered off the ground, with his wings glowing to show that he used Steel Wing to help minimize more damage from the electrical move, even though his defense had gone down a little thanks to Pikachu's Tail Whip.

Kurama jumped towards Pinsir, and Naruto seeing what Pinsir was doing, said "Use Flamethrower instead buddy." Kurama then opened his mouth, and shot a big stream of fire from his mouth towards Pinsir.

This caught Pinsir off guard, and the flames washed over him as he cried out in pain ["AAAAAAHHHHHH!"]

Will said to Pikachu, "Hit Scyther in the stomach area with Quick Attack" as she had an idea. Pikachu ran towards Scyther, who was trying to hit him with continuous Air Slashes with Pikachu dodging them. Once he was close enough, Pikachu jumped and slammed himself into Scyther's stomach.

This caused Scyther to gasp in pain, and for his Steel Wing to fade away thanks to Pikachu making him lose concentration. Will then shouted "Use Thunderbolt on him Pikachu."

Pikachu landed on the ground, and before Scyther could recover he was hit by the powerful electric move. He squirmed and writhed in pain, as he howled out in pain ["RRRRRR AAAAAAHHHHHH!"]

After a few seconds, Kurama and Pikachu stopped and stood together to see what would happen. Pinsir and Scyther stood where they were panting, with Pinsir having a few burns on him. And Scyther had some electricity coming off him at times, meaning he was paralyzed, and he twitched at times when the electricity ran across his body.

Naruto then turned to Will, and said to her "Let's throw our Pokeballs so we can catch these two and quickly." She nodded her head, while she said "Sure thing. I'll take Pinsir, so long as you're okay with Scyther" which Naruto nodded to, seeing no problem with that.

They both threw the Pokeballs towards the Pokemon, and once hit they got sucked inside. The balls wiggled for a bit, before they burst open releasing the two Pokemon. Both Naruto and Will gritted their teeth in frustration, with Will saying "Looks like they've still got a little fight left in them" with Naruto nodding his head as he added "And I think that this is going to be difficult, as they look to be angry that we tried to catch them."

And indeed they were mad, as they were glaring towards both Naruto and Will at what they attempted to try and do. Pinsir snarled out, ["We're going to make the both of you pay for that"] as Scyther nodded in agreement, while he was sharpening his scythes as they walked forwards.

Kurama and Pikachu stood guard in front of their trainers, with Pikachu saying ["We're not going to let you harm them, no matter what"] as Kurama nodded his head in agreement with his teeth bared to show he was serious.

Pinsir and Scyther looked at them first, before shrugging their shoulders uncaringly as Scyther said ["Fine. Then we'll have to get rid of you two first"] with Pinsir nodding as he clenched his fists together, as they glowed showing he was using Brick Break.

Naruto and Will looked at each other, before they nodded as they then said together "Let's kick their ass you two" as their Pokemon both nodded in agreement.

Pikachu jumped up into the air, and everyone saw that his tail was glowing. He then turned and swung his tail at the two opposing Pokemon, and everyone saw golden stars leaving his tail. The stars went towards Pinsir and Scyther, who used Brick Break and Slash respectively to destroy them.

They only managed to destroy some of them, before they were overwhelmed by how many were heading towards them and feeling the burns and electricity affect them and they got bombarded by the rest. Pikachu landed back on the ground on his four feet.

Will said in amazement, "Did you just learn Swift Pikachu?" He turned towards Will, and gave a nod of his head.

Naruto turned to Will and said "Have Pikachu use it again, as I have an idea." She gave a nod, trusting that Naruto's plan would hopefully work.

Naruto said to Kurama, "Use Fire Spin Kurama" as Will said to Pikachu "And you use Swift Pikachu" as Pinsir and Scyther were getting up off the ground.

Kurama fired a cyclone of fire from his mouth, just as Pikachu swung his glowing tail again releasing more of the golden stars. The two attacks combined as they flew towards the two opposing Pokemon. The stars went around the outside of the Fire Spin, and as they did they caught a flame making them more powerful and deadly.

Pinsir and Scyther didn't have any time to dodge, before they were hit with the double attack combo. The flames washed over them, burning them as it went while they were pelted with the fire stars at the sametime.

After a while, Pikachu and Kurama stopped attacking to see how Pinsir and Scyther looked. They saw that both the Pokemon were laid down, and everyone noticed that they had burns on them.

The two Pokemon cautiously crept over towards them, to see if they were actually knocked out or if they were just pretending. Kurama walked to Pinsor, as Pikachu walked to Scyther. They poked them with their tails, then leapt back expecting them to get back up and attack them. When they didn't after a few seconds, they poked them some more with their tails, and they didn't even budge.

They both turned around, with Pikachu saying ["Looks like both of them are completely knocked out."]

"Are you sure? We don't want any nasty surprises from them" Will asked, not wanting to risk it.

Kurama nodded, as he replied ["Yeah we're sure. We poked them a few times with our tails, and they didn't even move one bit."]

Naruto nodded, and said "Good" before he turned to Will and told her "Let's catch them before they wake back up again." She nodded in agreement, and they took out the white and red Pokeballs they were given and threw them towards the Pokemon they agreed to catch.

The balls hit the two of them, then sucked them inside. The Pokeballs shook for a while, before they eventually 'dinged' to show the captures were successful. Both Pokeballs then vanished as they were teleported to Professor Oak's Lab, and Naruto and Will hoped that the Prof was prepared for the two Pokemon.

The three of them heard all three PDA's then say {"Pinsir and Scyther, both wearing a real medal have been successfully caught by Will Vandom and Naruto Namikaze respectively. Will and Naruto are now out of the contest."} The screens then all lit up, with the words on them saying in big bright letters 'CONTEST OVER' with the words flashing over and over again.

The girls and Naruto were glad that the contest was over, as they could now leave the forest and get their prizes. They headed towards the exit and along the way they saw more Bug, Grass, Flying and Water Type Pokemon having a good time playing, watching them walk past, cleaning themselves or just eating some berries that they could find.

The girls were following Naruto, as he seemed to know where he was going. When they asked him how he knew which direction to go in, he replied "I make it a point to always memorize the layout of the area that I'm in, just in case I ever get lost or have to help those that got lost." This made the girls very glad that they had Naruto with them, as they'd never get lost with him around.

It didn't take them that long to leave Viridian Forest (thanks to Naruto getting them out). When they exited the forest, they saw two people standing off to the side of the path with a table in front of them with some boxes behind them, and two computers on the table. The two of them wore light green shirts, pants and hats with black shoes and white socks while the shirts said 'Contest Organizers' in the middle.

They walked over with Naruto saying "Hello there. I take it you're the co-contest organisers Emma and Steve we were told about?"

Emma gave a nod, while Steve said "That we are mate. Now, we know that you're the winners for catching the Pokemon with the real medals, thanks to your PDA's sending us the information of the Pokemon you caught to our computers. So who would like to go first for their prize?"

Naruto turned to the girls, and said "Ladies first, so you two can go first if you want."

Misty stepped forward, showing she was going first. Steve held his hand out saying "Your PDA if you please" which she handed over to him. He hooked the PDA up to his computer, and copied everything from the PDA to the computer.

He then went to one of the boxes, and pulled out a Water Stone with some money. He then handed it to Misty, along with the money saying "Here's your prize, a Water Stone and 500 Pokedollars."

She took the Stone, and put it in her bag for safekeeping and the money she put in her wallet.

Will then went next, with Emma doing it this time. Will handed her PDA over, with Emma copying everything from it to the computer. She then went to one of the boxes, and after opening it she pulled out an egg inside an incubator. She set it on the table, and said "Here's your prize, a Poke egg and 1000 Pokedollars."

Will put the money inside her wallet, and picked up the incubator with the Poke egg inside it. The egg was a pale green colour with green dots going around the center of it.

Naruto handed his PDA over to Emma as soon as she was ready, which she then plugged into the computer. Once she'd copied everything from the PDA to the computer, she went to one of the boxes behind her and took out a small box and some money.

She handed the box and the money to Naruto, saying "Here's your prize, a Keystone and a Mega Stone which is called Venusaurite and 2000 Pokedollars."

Naruto took the money, and put it inside his wallet. He opened the small box, and saw two different sized jewel looking things with the bigger one a sort of green like colour with a wavy pattern in it, while the smaller one had rainbow colours and a wavy pattern too.

Naruto closed the box back up, and placed it inside his backpack for safe keeping. Then the three of them walked off, while waving bye to Steve and Emma who waved back in turn.

As they walked, Will asked "So what's the plan now? Head for the Gym?"

Naruto shook his head, as he replied "Pokemon Center first so that we can swap around some of our Pokemon if we want. And then I think we'll head for Mt Moon, to do some training there and maybe catch a few more Pokemon."

Will gave it some thought, and saw that it wasn't such a bad idea so she nodded her head in agreement.

It didn't take them that long to reach Pewter City, and they headed straight towards the Pokemon Center.

Once they entered, they went straight towards Nurse Joy who was typing away on her computer, while two Chansey stood nearby. She looked up when she heard them approaching, and gave them a smile as she said "Hello there. How may I help you?"

Naruto replied, "Could you look over our Pokemon please and make sure that they're all okay, and the same for our Poke Eggs?" as he and Will took their Pokeballs off their belts and placed them on the counter, while Pikachu and Kurama jumped up. They also placed the eggs inside the incubators on the counter too.

She gave a nod as she replied "Sure no problem" and took out two cases to place the Pokeballs on. She handed one to Chansey, and picked the other up herself while the other Chansey picked up the incubators. She then said "They should be all finished in a few minutes" and then she turned and walked to the back, with the four Pokemon following her.

Naruto and Will then decided to call Professor Oak, and see how their other Pokemon were doing. They walked over to a free phone booth, as the others were all being used by other trainers.

Naruto sat in the chair, and dialed the number while the girls stood either side of him. After a few rings, the screen changed to show the Professor looking a bit worn out.

"Professor, are you okay?" Will asked him in concern.

He gave a nod, as he said {"Yes I'm quite fine my dear. Just had to stop your Pinsir and Naruto's Scyther from hurting the other Pokemon. Fortunately, Naruto's Croagunk was able to help me and my Eevee and the other Pokemon helped when they could too."}

Naruto and Will looked a little concerned at hearing this, with Naruto asking "You want us to send over some more of our Pokemon to help?"

The Professor replied, {"I think I should be fine thanks, with Croagunk and the other Pokemon helping keep the two in order."}

"Well, if you're sure Professor" Will said. She then asked "How are the rest of our new Pokemon doing anyway?" hoping that they were all doing well.

He gave a smile as he replied {"They're doing well actually. They're even doing some training when they can, and they sometimes help each other out." He then looked at Naruto as he said "And you'll be pleased to know that your Weedle has evolved into a Kakuna Naruto."}

Naruto was quite surprised at hearing that, as he said "Wow. I know that some Bug Type Pokemon can evolve pretty quickly, but I wasn't expecting her to evolve that quickly."

The Professor chuckled, as he replied {"Well it might help that Croagunk has helped her with training, as they are both part Poison Types."}

Naruto nodded his head, as that made sense. The Professor then asked them, {"So I take it that you're in Pewter City then?"} Seeing them nod, he asked {"Are you going to challenge the Gym Leader as soon as you can?"}

Naruto said, "We're going to head to find a big area first and do some training there. And maybe catch a few more Pokemon before we do."

Professor Oak gave a nod, as he said {"Well good luck then. And I hope that you both win."}

They both gave a nod, as Will replied for the both of them "Thanks Professor. And hopefully Pinsir and Scyther settle down, and don't make too much trouble for you."

He gave a shake of his head saying {"We can only hope Will, we can only hope."} He then waved as he said {"Bye for now then"} and the screen then went black as he hung up.

Naruto then stood back up, and turned to the girls to ask them "So shall we head off then?"

Misty shook her head, as she told him "I need to make a call first and then we can head off to find somewhere for you two to train." She then sat in the chair, and dialed a number on the phone. Naruto and Will looked at each other, both wondering who Misty was calling.

After some rings, the phone was answered and they all saw that it was Nurse Joy who'd answered.

{"Hello, this is the Cerulean City Pokemon Center. How may I help you?"} she asked.

"Hey Nurse Joy, it's Misty here" she said.

{"Misty, it's great to hear from you"} Nurse Joy said in surprise and excitement. She then asked {"How've you been?"}

Misty gave a shrug, as she replied "I've been doing okay thanks. Listen, are my sister's there at all? I want to send some of my Pokemon to the Gym."

Naruto and Will looked at each other, both with looks of confusion on their faces.

Nurse Joy gave a nod, as she said {"Yeah they're here right now, getting some of the Pokemon healed up from another Gym Battle. I'll go and get them for you now, if you like."}

Misty gave a grateful nod, as she said "That would be great thanks."

Nurse Joy gave a nod then left the screen, to go and find the girls.

Misty then turned around when she felt a tap on her shoulder, to see Naruto and Will looking at her with questioning looks.

She gave a sigh, and said "I'm the Gym Leader of the Cerulean Gym. I left my three older sister's in charge of it, so that I could travel around Kanto for a bit and become a Water Pokemon Master" she then explained.

Naruto and Will were quite surprised to hear that, as they never expected that their friend would be a Gym Leader.

Soon, they noticed three older girls appearing on the video screen. The one on the left was blonde, with green eyes. The middle one had indigo hair, and brown eyes. The last one on the right had blue eyes and pink hair. All three of them were wearing different sun dresses.

{"Misty, what a surprise to hear from you"} the one on the left said.

{"Yeah, it's been ages since we've heard from you little sister"} the right one said. She then got an annoyed look on her face, as she asked {"And when are you coming back home to look after the Gym?"} She then whined out, {"It's soooo boring, and hard fighting all the tough trainers that appear."}

The middle one was the only one to notice those standing next to Misty, as she asked {"Who are your new friends Misty?"}

"This is Naruto Namikaze and Will Vandom" Misty replied, as she pointed at them when she said their names. She then told Naruto and Will, "Guys meet my three older sisters. From right to left: Daisy, Violet and Lily who are also Water Type Pokemon specialists, and the Gym Leaders for the Cerulean Gym when I'm away." NAruto and Will waved hello towards them.

The three girls looked at Naruto, with Daisy saying {"Wow. You're quite the cutie handsome"} as she batted her eyelashes at him.

Naruto rubbed the back of his head at hearing her say that, with an uncertain look on his face as he said "Um…..thanks I guess."

Lily then asked him {"Are you and our sister together in the romantic sense?"}

Both Misty and Naruto gained atomic blushes, while Will just stood there as she guessed they were being teased by Misty's sisters.

Violet turned to Misty with a teasing grin saying {"About time you got yourself a boyfriend Misty. We were wondering if you'd ever find a nice handsome boy."}

Misty puffed her cheeks out unhappily after hearing that, while her cheeks were still a little red. So Naruto took pity on her as he said "Sorry ladies, but we're just friends. I'm not that lucky unfortunately."

{"Oohh"} the three girls said with looks of disappointment, as their heads dropped. Misty went a little more red after hearing Naruto say that, which Will was able to notice as she thought "I wonder…." as she stroked her chin in thought.

Misty then got herself under control, before she said "If the three of you are quite done I need to tell you something." Seeing that she had their attention, she continued talking "I'm going to be sending you some of my Pokemon to help with the Gym battles."

The three girls all gained curious looks, as Lily asked {"Why're you doing that?"} with the other two also wondering the samething.

"Because I caught an extra Pokemon, and I need to free up some space if I want to catch any more," Misty explained to them.

They gave a nod of understanding, as Daisy asked {"Which Pokemon are you going to be sending over?"}

Misty held up three Pokeballs, as she said "I'll be sending you; Staryu, Starmie and Goldeen."

The three sisters gave a nod, so Misty put them in the teleporter one at a time with the girls showing that they'd got it, until all three of them had been teleported over.

Violet then asked, {"So what are your plans now little sis?"}

"Naruto and Will will be getting some training done, before they face off against the Pewter City Gym Leader. And then we'll head through Mount Moon for Cerulean after that" Misty told them.

The three girls nodded, and gave a wave as they said together {"We'll see you when you arrive at the Cerulean Gym then. Bye"} before the screen went black as they hung up.

"Well, they're certainly an interesting bunch of sisters" Will said as they walked back to the counter.

Misty just shook her head as she replied, "You have no idea."

Nurse Joy then walked through the door, pushing a trolley that had Naruto and Will's Pokeballs and eggs on it while Pikachu and Kurama walked behind her.

"Your Pokemon are all doing fine, and your Poke Eggs are all okay as well" she told them as the two put the Pokeballs back on their belts and the eggs back in their bags.

Naruto gave a nod as he said "Thanks Nurse Joy, and hope that you have a great day" as they turned and left the Pokemon Center.

Nurse Joy shouted after them "And the same for you too."

The three of them then went and looked for a big enough area to train, with Misty in the middle between Naruto and Will.

As they walked, Naruto asked "Why did you never tell us that you were the Cerulean Gym Leader Misty?"

Misty put her head down, and replied "I was afraid that if I did that the two of you would look at me differently. Like everyone else has done that I've ever told."

They put their arms around her shoulders, as Will said "Well you're our friend and we don't care if you're a Gym Leader or not" as Naruto nodded in agreement.

Misty gave them a smile, and put her arms around their shoulders in return as she said "Thanks guys, you're the best friends I could have ever asked for."

Now here's what I'm planning: I'll try and do more than one episode in the chapters with the Gym battles in one chapter entirely (depending on what happens before or after the Gym battle). Some of the episodes I might not do, if I see no reason to do them. And 1518 0952 1979 if any of you want to be friends on Pokemon Go, as I have lots of space for friends and I'll send Gifts when I can/have any. And I hope that some of you live in New Zealand, or Australia.
