Chapter 17
(With Naruto)
On the outskirts of Pallet Town, Naruto and the rest of the group were eating some lunch, after Naruto and Will had finished some training with their Pokemon, in preparation for the Pokemon League.
"Ah, your mom's food is the best!" Misty said with a smile, as she ate a rice ball happily.
Naruto chuckled at this, as he ate his own rice ball.
["So this is all we're gonna do for the next six weeks? Train and hope it's enough?"] Kurama asked, as he swallowed some of his food.
"What do you expect, fur ball? It's all we can really do" Will said, as she ate a sandwich.
["Yeah, but it's boring! I just wish that something exciting would happen, while we were training"] Kurama said as he looked at Will.
As he said this, Pikachu's ears twitched, before he looked to the side as what looked like an orange dragon Pokemon with small wings on its back, a small horn on top of its head and a long tail flew towards them.
"Oh my Arceus! A Dragonite!" Serena exclaimed with a grin, as the Dragon Pokemon landed in front of them.
["I have a message for you two"] the Dragonite said, as it reached into the duffle bag it was carrying, and held out a letter to Naruto and Will.
"What's a pseudo legendary doing out here?" May asked with a raised eyebrow.
"It's delivering a message," Naruto said, as he opened the envelope and saw that it was what looked like a disk, which soon lit up and started to project an image of what looked like a woman in a red dress, with a white high collar and a red hat.
{"Greetings. My Master is the world's best Pokemon trainer and he has decided to send you both an invitation to his private island on New Island,"} the woman in the message said, as an image of what looked like a map appeared.
"The world's best Pokemon trainer?" May asked curiously.
"Heh, sounds like a fun challenge," Naruto said with a grin.
["The world's best, eh?"] Kurama asked, as he lightly smirked.
"Well, you did say that you wanted something to do, besides train" Will said, as she smiled.
"Well, it looks like we have a new adventure to go on then" Misty said, as she sighed at this.
["Does that mean you accept?"] Dragonite asked, as he put away the message
"Yea, you can tell your master we are on our way" Naruto said with a nod at the Dragon Pokemon.
The Dragonite nodded at this, before it flew away.
["Hey, where is this New Island place, anyway?"] Kurama asked curiously.
"Well, according to the map, we have to go from Cinnabar Island" Will said, as she took out her Pokenav and showed them the map.
"Well, let's get going then" Naruto said, as he nodded at Will, who let out her Charizad, while Serena let out her own Dragonite, which they used to fly them out of there.

Inside a dark room filled with monitors, the same Pokemon that had fought Red for Giovanni was watching a screen that was showing images of Naruto and Will training their Pokemon and battling any trainers that challenged them.
["Hmmmm, these two are quite talented for humans. No matter, they won't last long against me"] the Pokemon thought to himself, as it channeled its power and started to make a massive storm appear.

(A forest)
Inside a lake in a forest, a small pink Pokemon that looked like a mouse with a long tail, was sleeping inside a bubble under the lake, before it felt what was going on in the Kanto region and woke up and flew out of the lake.
"Mew?" it said, as it looked around a bit in confusion, before it stopped, as it saw what looked like a massive amount of clouds appearing in the distance.
"Mew!" the Pokemon said with a happy time, before it flew off towards where it felt a massive amount of power.

(With Naruto)
With the group, they had just arrived at the harbor at Cinnabar Island, but saw a large amount of people clamoring around the harbormaster and an Officer Jenny.
"Hey, what's going on?" May asked a trainer near them.
"Everyone wants to take the ferry to New Island, but the storm has made it so they won't send any ferries" the trainer said with an annoyed tone.
"So all these trainers got invited to New Island too?" Serena asked curiously.
"So we're stuck?" Misty asked curiously, as she looked at Naruto.
"Like hell we are! I say we use our Pokemon to get there" Will said with a determined grin.
"Well, that's what a real trainer would do," Naruto said with a grin and a nod at this.
"Okay, so what Pokemon do we have on hand that can help us get through the storm?" May asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Just leave it to me" Will said with a grin, as she took out a Pokeball and they headed outside to the docks.
She then threw her Pokeball and let out Lapras.
"Hey, we need a ride through the storm! Are you up for giving us a ride?" Will asked Lapras as she approached her Pokemon.
["Of course. But with such a rough storm, it's not safe to take all of you"] Lapras said, as she looked at the group.
"No problem. Serena, you can fly you and the others over on Dragonite, while me and Naruto use Lapras, right?" Will asked, as she got on her Pokemon's back.
"Oh sure, but this is such a nasty storm. Do you think Dragonite can handle it?" Serena asked, as she let her Pokemon out.
["Leave it to me. Us dragons thrive in storms such as these"] Dragonite said, as she gave a thumbs up and nodded.
"Sounds like she's confident to me" May said with a grin at this, as she and Serena got on the Pokemon's back.
"You two be careful, ok?" Misty said to Naruto and Will, as she joined May and Serena on Dragonite.
"Don't worry, we will meet you there" Naruto said, as he got on Lapras' back with Will, Kurama and Pikachu.
["Ugh, I hate having to do this"] Kurama said with a scowl, as he hopped onto Lapras.
"Tough it out, fluffy" Will said, as Lapras went out to sea, while Dragonite took off.
"Hey, it looks like some of the other trainers had the same idea," Naruto said, as he pointed out several other trainers, who were using their Pokemon to go out into the storm.
"Hold it!" Officer Jenny yelled out, as she and the harbormaster ran out to the docks.
["It's the fuzz! Cheese it!"] Kurama yelled, as he pointed straight ahead with his paw.
Naruto shook his head at this, as they all went out to sea and into the massive storm.

(Later)
Soon, Lapras made its way to the shore of New Island.
"Jeez, that was one of the worst storms I have ever seen" Will said, as they got off Lapras and jumped on shore.
["Land, oh sweet land! I'm never leaving you ever again"] Kurama said, as he kissed the ground.
"You know, that storm didn't feel natural at all," Naruto said with a frown, as he looked up at the sky and saw it was now clear, now that they had made it to the island itself.
"Hey guys!" May yelled out, as Dragonite flew down towards them and landed on the ground.
"Let me off!" Misty yelled, as she jumped off Dragonite's back and started to pat down her hair, which was all wet and messy.
["You look like a wet rat! Gahahahahaah!"] Kurama said, as he laughed at Misty.
"What did he say?" Misty asked with a frown at Kurama.
"Nothing. Here, I have a towel in my bag" Naruto said, as he took off his backpack and started to dig through it.
"He said that you look like a wet rat," Will said with a glare at Kurama.
"What?! I'll tie your tails into knots!" Misty yelled, as she looked at Kurama with a death glare, who blew a raspberry at her in response.
"Here babe," Naruto said, as he placed a towel on Misty's shoulders, before he placed an arm around her and led her towards the main building of the island.
Misty blushed at this, before she smiled and leaned into his arm a bit.
"I wonder if we're the only ones who made it," Serena said with a frown, as they walked up the stairs.
"You think that storm was a test?" Will asked, as she looked back behind them at the storm, which was still ongoing.
"How the heck could that be a test? I mean, a storm isn't something you can control" May said, as she shook her head at this.
Soon, the group made it to the top of the stairs, where there was a massive set of doors.
"So, who wants to knock?" Serena asked the others.
Naruto stepped forward to knock, but before he could knock, the doors opened for them.
["…that's not a red flag"] Pikachu said, as he sat on Will's shoulder, making her smirk at his joke.
They all entered the building and soon, they saw what looked like a big room with a big table, where three trainers were sitting, one of which being…
"Hey, your late whiskers and sis" Gary said with a grin and a wave at the group. Next to him were his Pokemon team, which consisted of Umbreon, Blastoise, Arcanine, Scizor, Nidoking, and Magmar.
"Hey bro. You better not be bogarting the food!" Will said with a wave, before she ran over to the table, where there was food for all of them and their Pokemon.
The rest of Naruto's group approached and let out their Pokemon, so that they could eat too.
As they ate, Naruto took a look around at the other trainers who had made it.
One of the other trainers was a teen boy, with a scowl, as he looked around. He had purple hair and eating around him were an Electivire, a Sneasel, an Ursaring, a Honchkrow, a Torterra and a Froslass
The final trainer was a teen girl who had long dark purple hair to her shoulders, wearing a kimono. Her Pokemon team consisted of a Beedrill, a Scyther, a Venomoth, a Hawlucha, a Gyarados and a Bellsprout.
"Only you guys made it?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Indeed. The storm was tough, but my Gyarados handled it" the girl in a kimono said, as she looked at Naruto.
"I would say so. She looks very well trained" Naruto said with a smile at the draconic looking Pokemon, as he held up some meat to it, causing it to sniff him a bit, before taking the meat and letting Naruto pet her.
This caused the teen girl in a kimono to raise an eyebrow in surprise. "You must be a good trainer, if my Gyarados is calm around you. Normally, she's not so trusting of strangers. Oh, and my name is Jeanette Fisher" the girl said, as she introduced herself.
"Well, I'm good with Pokemon with big personalities. And it's nice to meet you Jeanette, the names Naruto Uzumaki" Naruto said with a smile.
"The rest were all most likely weaklings" the teen boy said with a scoff.
"And who are you?" Will asked curiously, as she looked at the teen boy.
"Obviously the only one here with any talent as a trainer" the boy said with a glare.
"Oh? And how do you figure that?" Will asked with a slight edge in her voice.
"Your Pikachu. It's obviously well trained and ready to evolve. But you're too much of a fool, who wants to be friends with your Pokemon, instead of making them stronger" the teen said with a scoff.
["WHAT?! Let me at him, I'll tear him apart!"] Pikachu yelled out, as he jumped to attack. But was grabbed by Kurama's tails, who kept him in the air.
"Me first! Your dead, pretty boy!" Will yelled, as she stomped towards the teen, before Naruto grabbed her from behind, stopping her
"This is Professor Oak's granddaughter? Feh" the teen said with a scoff.
"And who exactly are you?" Naruto asked with an annoyed tone, as he looked at the teen, while still keeping Will from attacking the teen.
"The name is Paul. Be sure to remember it when you get to the Pokemon League, as I'll be the one taking the entire conference and challenging your dad for his title" Paul said, as he looked at Naruto, who's eyes widened slightly at this.
"You're well informed" Misty said, as she raised an eyebrow at this.
"Knowledge is power and knowing your potential opponent is key to defeating them" Paul said, as he closed his eyes and crossed his arms, ignoring everyone.
"A sound strategy, but that won't help you beat my dad, even if you get to him," Naruto said with a firm tone.
"He lost to Team Rocket's boss and had to leave it to you. So obviously, his reign as champ is over. I'm just disappointed that I won't get to fight him at his best" Paul said with a scoff.
Naruto's eyes narrowed at this, as he let go of Will. But before he or Will could do anything, the lights in the room dimmed down, getting everyone's attention.
"Attention everyone. The master of New Island will be joining us now" the woman from the video message said, as she stood next to a circular stairway.
After she said this, the same Pokemon that Giovanni had used before lowered itself down, its eyes glowing blue with psychic energy.
"What the heck is that?" Paul asked, as he looked at the Pokemon and his team growled at it.
"This is the master of New Island, the world's best Pokemon trainer, Mewtwo," the woman said, as the Pokemon landed on the floor.
"Hey, a Pokemon can't be a Pokemon trainer!" Jeanette yelled out, before she was grabbed by psychic energy and lifted into the air.
"*Silence, human. From now on, I make the rules*" Mewtwo said, thanks to his psychic powers, as he glared at Jeanette.
["Let her go!"] Gyarados yelled, before she fired a Hyper Beam at Mewtwo.
Mewtwo held up his other hand, just as the attack struck him, causing the attack to go back to Gyarados and slamming into her face, sending her into the nearby fountain.
"Ahhh!" Jeanette yelled, as she was dropped by Mewtwo, thanks to him being distracted. But Naruto quickly caught her, and held her in his arms, bridal style.
"Are you ok?" Naruto asked her curiously.
"Y-yes, thank you" Jeanette said as she blushed a little, before she composed herself, as Naruto put her down.
"*Was that the best your Pokemon can do? Child's play. And as for you, your usefulness has ended*" Mewtwo said, before he waved his hand at his servant, causing her to fall to the ground and her hat to fall off, revealing herself as a Nurse Joy.
"Eh? Why is she here dressed like the lady in the message?" May asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Are you ok?" Gary asked, as he helped Nurse Joy to her feet, as she held her head.
"W-where am I?" Nurse Joy asked, as she looked around before she looked at Mewtwo.
"*I'd required your expertise, but no longer*" Mewtwo said as his eyes glowed, before what looked like a Venusaur, a Blastoise and a Charizard were lifted out of the ground next to him.
Naruto took note of what looked like birthmarks on these Pokemon, along with the other trainers.
"*You trainers start with either a Bulbasaur, Squirtle or Charmander. But for their evolved forms, I used their DNA and made superior copies*" Mewtwo said.
"Copies?" Serena asked curiously.
"Clones" Will said with a frown at this.
"Wait, Mewtwo and clones," Naruto said, before he looked at Mewtwo and frowned, as it all came together for him.
Mewtwo read Naruto's thoughts and glared at this, before he grabbed Naruto with his power. "*You dare pity me?!*" he yelled out.
"Oi! Let him go!" Will yelled, as Naruto was lifted up in the air.
Kurama roared at this, as he shot at Mewtwo and covered himself in dark orange fire, before he slammed himself into Mewtwo, sending him back a bit and causing him to drop Naruto.
"I'm fine, don't worry" Naruto said, as Will and the others ran over to him.
"*You defend this human? Why?*" Mewtwo asked, as he used Recover to heal himself.
["Because he's my friend! And if you try that shit again, I'm gonna kick your sorry ass all over this island!"] Kurama yelled, as he spat out some fire for emphasis.
"That Ninetails has an attitude problem" Paul stated, as while he couldn't understand Kurama, he could get the gist.
"Pot meet kettle" Gary said with a scoff at this.
"*If you wish to challenge me and my Pokemon, then I'll gladly give you a fair chance, before I take over the world*" Mewtwo said, as he raised his hand and made the wall behind them disappear, revealing a stadium arena.
"You want to fight? Fine, I'll gladly show you that being a trainer isn't a game" Paul said, as he nodded at his Torterra, as Mewtwo and his clones approached their side of the arena.
Mewtwo nodded at this, while his Venusaur approached and gave a battle cry, ready to fight.
"Torterra, Razor Leaf!" Paul yelled, as he pointed at his opponent.
Torterra roared at this, as he let loose some leaves, which flew at Venusaur.
"*Vine Whip*" Mewtwo said.
Venasaur quickly let out two vines and used them to expertly swipe away each of the leaves. Then he grabbed Torterra and started to slam him into the ground, before throwing him into the wall nearby.
"*Next*" Mewtwo stated, while Torterra groaned as he didn't get up.
"Blastoise!" Gary yelled at his Pokemon, as his Pokemon ran onto the arena.
Mewtwo nodded at his Blastoise, who stepped onto the arena.
"Use Hydro Pump!" Gary yelled, as he pointed at the opponent.
Gary's Blastoise took aim and fired at Mewtwo's Pokemon clone, who ran at him and jumped in the air, before spinning at the attack, taking the attack head on and slamming into Gary's Blastoise, slamming him into the dirt and making a crater.
"Whoa, they are good," Naruto said, as he saw that these clones were both powerful and skilled.
"You want to throw down?! Then let's do this!" Will yelled, as she let out her Charizard, who roared loudly as she was let out.
Mewtwo pointed at Will and her Charizard, causing his Charizard to step forward and roar.
"Let him come to you" Will said to her Pokemon, who nodded at this.
"*Let's see what you can do,*" Mewtwo said, as his Charizard flew forward and swung his claws at Will's Charizard.
But she just dodged to the side and grabbed his tail, and…
"Use Strength and show them how we fight!" Will yelled with a grin.
Mewtwo's Charizard roared at this, before he was pulled back by Wills Charizard, who swung him into the nearby wall, smashing it, before she swung him again and slammed him into the wall, making another small crater appear.
"Dragon Rage" Mewtwo said, as his eyes narrowed at this.
Mewtwo's Charizard roared at this, before he fired a blast at Will's Charizard, who let go and took off into the sky to avoid his attack.
Mewtwo's Charizard quickly took off after her and they both started firing Flamethrower at each other in mid air.
"Come on sis! Kick its ass!" Gary yelled.
"She won't win," Paul said with a firm tone, as he watched the fight.
"He's right Gary. Her opponent is faster and knows not to let her get close now" Naruto said with a frown at this.
"*End it*" Mewtwo said, as he gave his order to his Pokemon.
Mewtwo's Charizard looked at Will down below, before he started to charge a Hyper Beam, ready to fire at her.
"Will!" Naruto yelled out, as the attack was fired at her.
Will's Charizard quickly flew down and grabbed Will and moved out of the way, but took a hit in the side from the Hyper Beam, making her yell in pain, as she fell onto the ground.
"Hey, that was a dirty trick!" Will yelled, as she hugged her Charizard.
"*I'm just playing by human rules. You will play dirty if it suits you, so don't preach to me*" Mewtwo stated
"It's only those who are sore losers that cheat! Not all of us do it!" Misty yelled at Mewtwo.
["I'm next! You and me, round two!"] Kurama yelled, as he stomped forward, ready to fight Mewtwo.
Mewtwo narrowed his eyes at this.
["Yea, that's right. Your armor may be gone, but I recognize you! You're not running this time!"] Kurama yelled.
Mewtwo sent a psychic attack at Kurama at this, causing him to jump out of the way.
["Oh, touch a nerve did I, copy boy?!"] Kurama yelled with a mad grin at this
Mewtwo growled at this, before he made a Shadow Ball in between his hands and sent it at Kurama, which struck him, making him smirk for a moment, before he saw that his attack was just standing still, while Kurama's body was glowing red.
["You can take this shit back!"] Kurama yelled, as he used Counter to send the attack back at Mewtwo.
Mewtwo's eyes widened at this, but before he could react, the attack hit him in the stomach and sent him flying back a bit, leaving him damaged.
["Don't think I'm giving you time to recover, asshole!"] Kurama yelled, as he charged a Dark Pulse attack and fired it at Mewtwo, hitting him and making him yell out in pain, as a lot of dust was kicked up.
"What kind of Ninetales is this?" Paul asked, as he looked at Kurama with a calculating look.
Everyone was silent, as the dust started to clear, before another Shadow Ball was fired, this time at Naruto.
"Naruto, get down!" everyone shouted, as the attack flew at the blonde.
But before the attack could hit him, what looked like a pink bubble covered him, causing the attack to hit it and reflect, hitting a wall nearby
Everyone then heard giggling at this, before they looked up and saw what looked like a pink cat Pokemon flying around, before it flew over to Naruto and Will.
"Oh, you have got to be kidding me" Gary said, as he recognized the Pokemon that was flying around Naruto and Will, inspecting them curiously.
"What is that Pokemon?" Misty asked curiously
"Yea, I've never seen it before," May said.
"Me neither," Serena said.
"It's the Legendary Pokemon Mew" Paul said, as his eyes slightly widened at this.
["Hiya! That attack was nasty. Are you two ok?"] Mew asked Naruto and Will curiously, as she floated in front of them.
"Uh, yea. We're fine" Naruto said, surprised that a Legendary Pokemon had just shown up and saved him.
Mew nodded at this, before she looked at Mewtwo, who was coming out of the smoke, ready to fight some more. ["Who's that?"] she asked curiously, as she tilted her head to the side.
"That's Mewtwo, your clone," Will said with a sigh.
["Eh? What's that?"] Mew asked, confused at the term.
"Humans used your DNA to make him and treated him pretty badly, from what I have seen," Naruto said with a frown.
["Eh?! I have a brother?!"] Mew asked, her eyes bugging out slightly.
"*This isn't over, humans -*" Mewtwo was saying, before he was tackled by Mew.
["Eeeeeeee! I have a brother!"] Mew squealed happily, as she hugged Mewtwo, surprising not only the clone Pokemon, but everyone else too.
"Uh, what's happening?" Jeanette asked in confusion.
"Apparently Mew thinks of Mewtwo as a brother and not as a clone," Naruto said with a chuckle at this.
"*What is this, a trick?!*" Mewtwo yelled out.
["No, you idiot. Apparently the one you're cloned from thinks of you as family"] Kurama said with a snicker at the powerful Pokemon, not being used to this and not knowing what to do.
"*F-family?" Mewtwo asked, pausing at this.
["Yep, and no brother of mine is allowed to attack humans. Well, not without a good reason, and from what I have heard from reading your mind, you're just lashing out because of the jerks you have met before"] Mew said.
"Bingo" Naruto said, as he nodded at this.
"*Humans use Pokemon as slaves and they just let them!*" Mewtwo said with narrowed eyes.
"Humans and Pokemom learn from each other and grow together," Gary said firmly.
"Yea, we grew up around Pokemon. We have never seen them as lower than us" Will said just as firmly, as she nodded at this.
Mewtwo looked at Naruto and Will, before he read their minds and saw their childhoods, and how they had grown up seeing Pokemon as friends and equals. "*T-this can't be. Not all humans can be like this*" he said in shock.
"Of course not. All humans are unique and make their own decisions, just like Pokemon" Naruto said calmly.
["You aren't that bright, are you?"] Kurama asked Mewtwo at his look of confusion.
Right before Will slapped him on the back of the head.
["Gah! What the hell?!"] Kurama asked, as he looked at Will with a scowl.
"Obviously he doesn't know everything, if he's a clone. He probably only knows what the scientists who made him told him and how to fight. Right?" Naruto asked Mewtwo with a cocked eyebrow.
"*I only know what I have learned from reading the minds of humans*" Mewtwo said,
"Learning that way without context. No wonder you don't have any real life experience" Serena said with a frown.
"Does this mean you're not gonna take over the world?" May asked Mewtwo curiously.
["He was gonna what?!"] Mew yelled, before she gave Mewtwo a death glare.
"Look, let's just calm down. I'm sure he can learn about the world, if he actually interacts with it" Naruto said, as he looked at Mewtwo.
"*And what would you suggest I do to do that?*" Mewtwo asked curiously.
"…..well, you could come with me," Naruto said with a shrug.
"*I am not gonna be a slave -*" Mewtwo was saying with a glare, before he was cut off.
"No, no. My Pokemon are my friends, not my slaves. I help them become stronger and become better versions of themselves" Naruto said.
"Yup. Kurama is proof of that. Well, mostly" Misty said, as she nodded at this.
["Bite me, tomboy!"] Kurama yelled at her.
"Anyway, if you come with me, rest assured that you're not a slave, you're my friend. I can help you get stronger, you can make friends with my other Pokemon while learning about the world" Naruto said, as he looked at Mewtwo.
Mewtwo read Naruto's mind and saw that there were no lies in what he was saying. "*Well, I will give this a chance*" he said with a slight nod.
["Hey! I am not gonna let you go off on your own!"] Mew said, as she flew around them, getting their attention.
"Relax, you can come with me if you want. I am always with Naruto" Will said, getting the Pokemon's attention.
["Hmmmmm, ok! You seem nice, plus you're not obsessed with power like all those other humans"] Mew said with a smile at Will.
"...did those two really just get two Legendary Pokemon?" Jeanette asked with a dumbstruck look on her face.
"Yep" Gary said, as he nodded slightly with his own dumbstruck look, while Paul frowned at this.
"Oh relax. We're not gonna use them in the Pokemon League. At least, not right away" Naruto said with a chuckle at this.
"Don't think this changes anything. Any Pokemon can be beaten if you prepare for it and I have time" Paul said firmly, as he walked towards the door, after returning all of his Pokemon.
"I can't wait to curb stomp that asshat" Will said with a scowl at Paul.
"Are you two gonna be OK to get back?" Naruto asked Gary and Jeanette.
"Yea, I'll be fine whiskers" Gary said, as he nodded at this, as he put away his Pokemon.

"Good. I hope to see you both at the Pokemon League" Naruto said with a smile at the two trainers, as they left.
"OK, let's do this" Will said, as she took out a Friend Ball she had on hand.
"Good call," Naruto said with a nod, as he took out his own Friend Ball. "Ok, so when we catch you, you two will be sent to our friend Professor Oak. Don't worry, he's a good professor" he said, as he put Mewtwo at ease.
"*Wait, what about them?*" Mewtwo asked, as he pointed at the three Pokemon clones.
"Ah, good point. Hmmmmm" Naruto said, as he rubbed his chin in thought.
"How about us?" Misty said, as she pointed at herself, May and Serena.
"*Hmmmmm, you seem like trainers like Naruto. So I'll trust you with them*" Mewtwo said, as he nodded at this.
"Cool. I call Blastoise!" Misty said with a smile, as she quickly hugged the Blastoise, surprising it.
"I'll take Venusaur. I won't mind having another Grass Type" May said with a smile at the plant Pokemon.
"Well, I guess that leaves me with Charizard" Serena said, as she smiled at the Fire Type.
The three clone Pokemon were quickly caught, along with the two Legendary Pokemon, before their balls were gone in a flash of light

Back at Professor Oak's lab, the professor was sitting at his desk, going over some reports.
"\Alert, new Pokemon from Naruto Uzumaki and Willma Oak\" the computer said.
"Even while training for the Pokemon League, they just can't resist. Well, let's see what Will caught first" Oak said, as he looked at the computer screen for a moment, before an image of the Pokemon caught showed, causing him to pale.
"S-SHE CAUGHT MEW?!" Oak yelled out, before he fell out of his chair.
P.O.M and Kfbanime87 were walking towards their office, and when they walked inside, they saw….Deadpool laying on the floor, his feet in the air, with a bunch of different toy robots

Uh, I'm Orion Pax. Nice to meet you: Deadpool then said, as he held a red and blue robot
The names D-16. And I just want you to know, I already don't like you: Deadpool said for a third time, holding a silver robot this time
