Chapter Twenty-Three

The Survivor of The Twilight

"Hey, kid. Time to wake up~!" said a tomboyish voice as Kaminari slowly began to open his eyes. His vision was blurry for a moment before focusing as he found himself in a field of white grass as far as the eye can see. Looking up he could see the clouds in the sky forming around a giant circle.

"Where…am I?" He asked but was a bit distracted by the beauty of this mysterious place he was in. Was this heaven? An alternate dimension…or snap, was this the back rooms that he read on the internet! How was he going to get back home if that was the case? He soon began to panic for a moment before hearing a voice coming from out of nowhere.

"Good, you're awake. Was beginning to think I need to smack you around to wake you up." Upon hearing the voice, Kaminari stood up and looked around to see where the voice came from. He soon heard someone clear their voice as he turned around. The moment he turned around, he was met with a girl with red hair tied up in pigtails wearing nordic clothing. Behind her was the same hammer he saw stuck in the tree trunk near his house.

"...Am I dead?"

"No, you're not dead. Your soul is currently…in a space where fantasy and reality meet." She said, which caused Kaminari to tilt his head in confusion while still panicking a bit. "It's hard to explain, but all you need to know is that you're alive."

"Okay…mind telling who you are…um…kid?" He asked as the girl busted out laughing.

"Never get tired of people mistaking me as a kid. But it's understandable given the way I look." She said before extending her giant hand towards Kaminari while giving off a powerful pose. "Look upon me mortal! For you're in the presents of Nordic God of Strength, The Twilight Survivor, and Daughter of Thor! I am Magni Odinson!" Magni said as the sound of thunder echoed through the space they were in. Kaminari blinked upon hearing this before speaking up.

"Um…I…never heard of you before." He said as it caused Magni to falter in her stance.

"Seriously? You've never heard of me before?" She asked as Kaminari shook his head. "Not even a little?"

"Nope."

"Oh come on! Surely you must have some kind of history of nordic mythology or something?"

"We do…I just never paid that much attention to it." He said which caused Magni to falter even more from his comment.

"Ah…well, there goes my grand entrance." She said before clearing her throat and recovering from her failed introduction. "Let's try this again in a bit more…professional way. I am Magni Odinson, Daughter of Thor Odinson and Járnsaxa. And you must be Denki Kaminari?"

"How did you know my name?" He asked as Magni pointed a finger at his chest. Looking down, he saw a cinched mark where the lightning bolt hit him as it gave off a purple glow.

"The lightning bolt that hit you. It allowed me to know just about everything about you…or at least as much as I can about you. A lot of it I don't get mainly because I'm not that versed in modern human culture. But it's enough for me to get by." She said before moving over to Kaminari.

"Okay, this seems a bit much. So I'm just going to wake up from this weird dream-" Before he could finish his sentence, Magni raised a hand toward Kaminari and flicked him on the forehead. He let out a yelp of pain as he rubbed the area he was hit in.

"Not a dream, idiot. This is real, not fantasy or make-believe. If you can feel the pain, then you know it's real."

"Geez, did you have to hit me with that giant hand of yours?"

"Normally it would've killed you. But seeing how your soul is in this place…Eh, I would've held back if I had to." She said before noticing Kaminari's skin turning pale. "I said I would've held back."

"S-So is there a reason why I'm here…um…god…child…thing?" Kaminari asked as Magni grins at him.

"Oh, that's simple." She said before sitting down in front of Kaminari. "You have been chosen by the planet to help save it from a threat."

"A threat?" He asked as Magni snapped her fingers. In doing so, seven images of the beasts appeared in front of him. However, his attention was more focused on the female with horns on her head, the fox girl, and the girl with a grail hovering over her head. "Hello, who are these three hotties~?"

"I wouldn't be too interested in them. What you see are the evils of humanity, or Beasts as they're called. So far I only know three of them, but the other grand servants that you know might have more on the others." She said as Kaminari looked over at Magni in confusion.

"Wait, what do you mean by grand servant?"

"...Huh, I figure they would've told you seeing how you're friends with three of them. But I guess they wanted to keep it a secret for your safety." She said before making the images of the Beasts move to the side as images of Lily, Mineta, and Mina appeared in front of him. "You see the beasts are here to either humans for pleasure, consume for their depravity of sins, destroy them for their sinfulness, or make humans into their image of what a human should be. The planet summoned us servants here to help save the human race from the threat of the beast. Thus, the grand servants are summoned to kill the beast and to save humanity so they can have a brighter future."

"...And you're telling me that Lily, Mineta, and Mina are grand servants?"

"Yep, didn't it seem weird that they had the sudden change to their bodies…well Mina and Mineta. Don't know about the Lily girl, but she is a grand servant nonetheless." She said before making the images vanish.

"So when she said that her quirk allowed her to change a person's quirk and body."

"She was lying. Understandable because if you were to tell someone something like this happened to her without proof, then they wouldn't believe them." Magni said as she noticed a disgruntled expression on his face. "But in fairness, she is the villain killer from what you've been researching. Would anyone believe her in a society like this?"

"I mean…yeah…maybe…I don't know man…this is a lot to take in if I'm being honest." Kaminari said as she rubbed his head in frustration. "On one hand, I'm angry that they would keep something a secret from me and the others."

"In fairness, you guys were looking up information on Lily behind her back." She said, which caused Kaminari to flinch. A grin appeared on her face as she moved a bit closer to him. "So it's okay for you guys to do stuff like that behind her back, but when she has a secret it's not okay, huh~!?"

"...W-Well when you put it like that-" He was soon cut off as he felt her face against his in a playful manner while jabbing him in the ribcage with her elbow.

"Is there an excuse for you to do that, huh~!?"

"Alright! You proved your point!" He said before pushing Magni away from him. "Geez, you're almost as bad as my sister, if not worse when it comes to stuff like this."

"Nice to see you understand." She said as Kaminari watched Magni stand up and return to her hammer.

"So, why am I here? I mean I get that you showed this stuff to me for a reason, am I supposed to help you find the grand servant or something?"

"Naw, I already found the next grand servant." She said before pointing a finger at the young man. "You, my brain-dead friend, are the next grand servant."

Kaminari's mind came to a screeching halt upon hearing this as he simply stared at the divine spirit. Magni took notice of his slack-jawed appearance as she clapped her hands together to get his attention. It worked as the sound of it caused him to regain his focus as he spoke up.

"I'm sorry…but what did you just say?"

"I said you're the next candidate to be a grand servant. Meaning that you're going to help save your planet."

"Shouldn't you get like a pro-hero to help you with that? Or my sister? I mean look at me, do I even look like hero material to you?"

"Aren't you in school to become a hero?"

"I mean yeah, but do I look like I'm a person who can save the world?"

"No, you don't." She said before walking over to him. "At least not yet."

"What do you mean by-" Before he could finish, he felt Magni gently grab his face as he went silent.

"Listen, kid. I get that you're scared and everything. But what I'm saying is that you're the only person on this earth that's compatible with me. Not to say I can't get an adult to help me with this, but there are not a lot of lightning users like yourself, they're lazy and couldn't care much about the world, or they're evil and want to abuse my powers for evil things." She said before releasing her hold on his face. "You're the only one that I could find that…well…no offense or anything, but you're not the brightest banana in the bunch."

"Hey, I get enough of that from Jirou, I don't need that from some kind who's the daughter of the god of thunder from the marvel movies."

"Hey, I said no offense, didn't I? Look, my point is if you accept my offer, I'm willing to help in whatever it is you need. You just need to do your part in saving humanity. This includes having the power that Lily promised you~" She said as Kaminari noticed the god of strength extending a hand towards him. "You'll have full control over your…quirk…still a weird thing to call a power."

"...If I do this…you won't try to take over my body, will you?"

"Only if you're in danger and if you need my help with something. Other than that, you'll have full control over your own body." She said while grinning. Kaminari stared at her hand for a moment before slowly shaking her hand. "Good, nice to see you have a pair of balls to take up my offer."

"W-What happens next?" he asked before noticing a current of electricity flowing from Magni's hand and into Kaminari's body.

"Now, you sleep. But when you wake up, you'll see a slight change in your body." She said as the sound of thunder echoed throughout the space they were in. Kaminari looked up for a moment as a bolt of lightning came out from the sky and struck him as his vision faded into darkness.

Kaminari's eyes shot open upon feeling the dream end. Upon waking up from the dream he looked around the room he was in and he found himself in his room. He soon heard the sound of someone snoring next to him as he saw Himeko sleeping next to him. A small smile appeared on his face due to seeing his sister sleeping in a goofy fashion. He was about to wake her up by lightly shaking her, but soon noticed that his arms were a lot longer than it originally was… a matter of fact, he felt a bit different than he was before last night. He quickly pulled himself out of the bed he was in, but soon fell onto the floor, causing a loud thud as it caused Himeko to wake up.

"Oh thank god, you're awake." She said before making her way over to Kaminari, though stops upon seeing his new appearance. From what she could tell, he was a lot taller than her. About the same size as All Might. His hair reached down to his knees, and a tail and a horn stuck out of his forehead. Though what took her by surprise the most was the fact that his masculine features were replaced with that of a female…she kneels towards Kaminari to confirm something. Moving his long hair to the side, she saw that he had breasts…much larger than hers…but he was a girl instead of a boy. "...Oh damn, bro."

"Geez, what the crap was that about?" He asked before pulling himself up, though paused upon noticing the sudden change in his body. He…or in this case, she blinked for a moment before looking over at Himeko, then back at herself, then back at Himeko again. There was a moment of silence hanging in the air for a moment before hearing Himeko speak up.

"Dude…I think that girl's quirk activated when you got struck by lightning last night." She said before Kaminari spoke up.

"W-Wait, what happened last night?"

"Well, last night when you took the trash out, a bolt of lightning hit not only the tree but also you as well when I went outside to turn the power back on. I soon found you on the ground floating due to the water flooding the backyard…though last time I remember you were about the size of All Might…or a girl." She said before noticing Kaminari examining herself.

"So when Magni meant the slight change to my body…" She said before slightly squeezing her breast a bit. "This is not what I had in mind when I agreed to this!"

"True, but I had to make the changes due to how weak your body was. Though I guess the gender change couldn't be helped."

"You mean you had no control over that!?"

"Kind of hard to keep you a dude when you don't have magic within you, to begin with. I mean seriously, your body was very hard to change to suit me." She said before noticing Kaminari's deadpan expression. "Why are you complaining, given how your mind is, I figure you would enjoy something like this?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"...You're a girl…Imagine all the stuff you could do without getting slapped in the face." She said as Kaminari's eyes widened. "Yeah, I don't think I need to say more about that."

"I mean…yeah…but still."

"Look we can talk more later, right now you should be focused on your sister who's looking at you right now," Magni said as Kaminari looked over at Himeko.

"Okay…um…this might be a problem." She said as Kaminari raised an eyebrow at her. "Not on a medical level…well maybe that. But how are we going to explain this to our parents?"

"...Oh crap! I forgot about that!" She said before looking over her body again, but quickly covered her breast with her arms and crossed her legs to cover her lower parts. "How are we going to explain this to them!?"

"Okay, don't panic. I have a few things that might help deal with that…but first. I need to get you something to wear…though that might be hard to do seeing how you're about the size of All Might if he was a girl." She said which caused the two siblings to imagine All Might as a girl, but shiver at the thought of him looking the same, just wearing a dress, lipstick, and large muscles.

"I'm not the only one who imagines All Might looking the same but with a dress on and lipstick?" Kaminari asked as Himeko shook her head.

"Yeah, you're not the only one that thought that." She said before heading off to her room. "I'll see what I have, if not then I can go to the store and get you some clothes from the store before you have to go to school."

"I can't go to school looking like this!?"

"Well, it's not like we can take you to the hospital. That would mean we would have to bring her with us…and from what you tell me, she doesn't have any idea how her quirk works. Hence why I'm going to come with you to see if there's a way to change you back."

"And if she doesn't?"

"Well I always wanted a little sister…even though you have a fat ass now~," She said after returning and popping her head into Kaminari's room, only to quickly run off as the pseudo servant threw a pillow at her, but missed.

"Smartass." She said before looking over herself again. She had mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, she can grope a pair of breasts like he used to fantasize about in his dreams…but on the other hand, she could get the truth out of Lily seeing how she's a grand servant herself, but It felt uncomfortable to her. She was a guy throughout her entire life, now she was a girl after accepting the deal with Magni to be a grand servant…was it worth it? She wondered. Her train of thought was cut off by her sister returning with a pair of clothes for her to wear.

"Lucky for you, I have a spare set of clothes for you to wear, " She said as Kaminari noticed it was a skin-tight suit with a lightning bolt sign on the chest part of the suit.

"Wait, isn't that mom's old hero costume?"

"It was until she handed it over to me when my suit was being modified a half a year ago." She said before handing it over to Kaminari. "This should fit until I can stop by the store to get a set of XL size clothes."

"You can't be serious?" Kaminari asked as she examined the suit. "Don't you have anything else than this?"

"It's either that or you go to school naked…again," Himeko said as Kaminari sighed in defeat. "While you're changing, I'll make us something to eat before heading out to U.A.," She said before heading downstairs as Kaminari began to change into the suit he was given.
