It's the 25th Annual Hunger Games, the First Quarter Quell, and the districts have to choose the tributes this year. Some are volunteers, determined to save their people from the Capitol's plan to divide the districts from within, others volunteered because they're determined to win, and some are there simply because they're victims of fate.
