Chapter Five

The First Aliens On Earth

-The Alura-

It's been three weeks since the first contact. The humans have been courteous in their conduct, several news stories traveled between both the Citadel and Sol council. For the most part it has been a fruitful endeavor for both parties. With the Asari spearheading the diplomatic effort, it was smooth sailing for the crew of the Alura.

Councilor Tevos had informed Weyla that she would receive a few experts to accompany her and the journalist, Nola. She was forwarded the missive regarding the team heading her way.

Two Turians, both male and female, recent graduates from the academy. A Salarian doctor, and an Asari adept surprisingly enough, but then again there were no biotic specialists in the Alura. This would mean that the Council is interested in exploring the more esoteric knowledge of the Sol Council by bringing the expert regarding such matters.

Surely it wasn't because they were planning to meet the humans in person, Goddess no.

"So this is the new recruits?", Zaya, her companion, read through several reports regarding their soon-to-be guests.

"The good councilor vouched for them. This is more of a formality for us to interview them. There's no need for extra scrutiny", Zaya snorted.

"Protocol above everything else Weyla, I'll see for myself whether we could work with the new interns. You're too soft for it anyways", Weyla mockingly punched Zaya arms, which she ignored.

"See, soft. Just like that soft plump-"

"Hush! Not here. Safe it for later", the third member, Telil, stared at the two with dead eyes.

"... I should've taken that vacation date back then. Curse my erudite nature, now I'm never getting that sweet fruit", Telil cursed under her breath.

"Cheer up Telil, there's always a chance for a girl like you. Who knows if one day, one of the humans finds you attractive", Telil just sighed.

"If only. They are a charming species, yes, but I always have some reservations about newcomers. Plus, I always consider myself more of a scientist before that of a woman, so there's that", Weyla placed her hand on Telil's shoulder.

"It will be fine, I'm sure the Goddess had plans for you Telil. Both Athame and Larim never grant their blessings just for whims", Telil nodded. Then there was a knock at the door.

"Enter", Zaya's strict tone resounded through the room and beyond. When the door opened the two Turians entered. A male and a female, both slightly taller than Zaya.

"Vilus Orion, Florea Quenlin. Please have a seat", the two aliens obliged without a word.

"Let's see, both of you were graduates of Citadel Academy. Both alumni of the same year and are the ace of both of your respective fields, I take it you know each other?", both shared a glance before Vilus speaks.

"Unfortunately no, we're acquaintances, yes. But for the most part we kept to our studies and our respective colleges. Most of our interaction was professional in nature", Vilus was the first to answer.

"Vilus here was a major of Military Engineering and Science. Whilst I major in Military History. Both subjects we took great pride in", Florea added.

"Both have their roots in Turian Military Studies, and as much as I respected both institution, may I ask why did the good councilor recommended both of you instead of a well established experts? I had thought that we were acting as delegates and guests to the Sol Council. What purpose that the Citadel sent you two to be their representative that are considered experts in military affairs, on a mostly diplomatic mission?", the two expression barely changed, yet their mandibles flared slightly.

"To be honest, we asked the same question to Councilor Tevos the day we were summoned to her office", Orion was the first to break the silence. The Alura crew stayed silent, a clear sign for them to elaborate.

"Councilor Tevos informed us that our expertise would be necessary in the upcoming months. She told us that the crew of the Alura requires the perspective of other council species. The Asari are well known for their understanding of culture, arts, and social studies. Whilst there's nothing wrong with said subjects, councilor Tevos requires us to understand humans through other viewpoints", Florea brought out her omni tool and showed a hologram of a human soldier.

"We the Turians are a species of war. We thrive in matters of the military and regimenting, although we admit that the Asari are masters of civil matters, we the Turians have the ability to understand a species through their martial traditions", the human guard remains still as a statue as he observed the proceedings of the first contact.

"I for one find myself fascinated by the humans throughout the first contact. They are a bipedal species that possess no exoskeleton and other natural physical boons. And yet, they are one of the dominant species of their planet. Not only that, throughout the event their soldiers remain disciplined and professional, whilst the Citadel party possesses personal security and even Spectres as their entourage, they remain steadfast. One must wonder what sort of military history they had for them to be so well trained", the soldier wore a metal vest, a helmet with black visor, with black tight undersuit and several more armor pieces across their body. Holding what seems to be a large rifle in their arms.

"Not to mention their gear and equipment. As a species that has never developed Eezo, we were curious how their species would conduct warfare. Might not be too far than how we did it, but those little dissimilarities are the ones that often fueled us Turians with wonder, especially us in the engineering cadre", Vilus added.

"I see, so the councilor wishes for the both of you to analyze humanity through the eyes of a Turian. To see whether you shared any similarities between both species", Weyla pointed out whilst writing on her note.

"I take it the councilor decided to utilize both of your talents instead of well known professionals in their field, why so?" Zaya asked with a questioning tone.

"The councilor said something about youth. We never truly understand what she meant but I guess that it's important to have a more younger-people insight", the two Asari stared at each other, before sighing.

"Welcome aboard to the Alura. Its halls are open to you two", the Turians rise to salute the Asari.

"Thank you for the opportunity captain."

"Glad for you to come aboard, please make yourself at home", the two Turian left the room, as the Asari top executives breathed out a sigh.

"She got them huh?"

"Yep."

"That is to be expected of the Councilor I suppose."

"Wait, what are you talking about?", Telil asked her two superiors.

"The good councilor didn't hire them just because they are experts in their fields, nor simply because they would serve as a set of fresh pair of eyes for the Turians. Oh no", Telil looked at them questionably, before Zaya gave her a copy of the pair of Turian's profile.

"What? There's nothing wrong with their credentials are they?", Zaya just shook her head, before she traced her finger to a particular section of their profile.

Relationship status: Unmarried.

Both outlined for the Turian pair.

"Huh? What did relationship status have to do with- wait, councilor Tevos is playing matchmaking?!", the two seniors just chuckled. Before Zaya pulled her copy back.

"This wouldn't be the first time she did so", Telil gaped to the two Asari.

"But, but- that is-"

"Morally questionable? No, not really. It's nothing illegal after all, and perhaps socially inappropriate, but the good councilor always loves to pull pranks like this. She is the reason why half of the presidium that worked with or under her are married now", Telil clutched her head as she muttered.

"Curse my fate."

"You'll get used to it Telil."

"Once I'm done with this mission I'm going to apply for a job at the Presidium, you mark my word", she glared at her two superiors who had a stoic expression.

"... fifty credits she would fold to a human", Zaya said.

"A hundred she would fold to an extra-human", Weyla added, Telil punched Zaya on her arm.

"So you are a doctor? As in, a medical practitioner?"

"Correct. I have certifications to conduct my practice, yes."

"Any previous occupation you would like to share?"

"Was a medic for a ship crew, served for two years. Got my license after my service, helped a small clinic on a Citadel colony, now I'm here."

"It said here you would be accompanying us only for the duration of this mission. Any particular reason for your sudden interest in this project, and the rush to leave as soon as the mission is complete?"

"The reason is simple, I was originally meant to accompany my colleague who wanted to be the one that studied humans and their biology. But he had a sudden job to do, thus I applied in his stead, and once this mission is complete, I shall return to my previous work at the clinic while my colleague took over where I left off. Simple as that."

"So, you're essentially doing his work before he arrives here personally?"

"In essence, yes. Said he is a bit shy to go alone. I volunteer, but work happened, so I'm here."

"That seems to be irresponsible for him to do that."

"Can't help it. He was, and is still a civil servant to the Union. Still had a few months of service before his retirement for personal aspiration."

"Wait, you're telling me your friend is STG?"

"Can't confirm nor deny, only his discretion to tell you. Confident he would mention that before he joined, if not putting it in his profile beforehand I assure you."

"Well, that's reassuring. So is there any specific reason why the councilor would choose you as our Salarian dignitary?"

"Originally my colleague was the one who sent his request to be on the Alura, with the caveat of me assisting him in the first few months. Unfortunately, duty calls. Thus until further notice, I shall be here on his stead."

"You know, for a Salarian you're quite straightforward and blunt."

"Would that be a problem?"

"No, just making an observation. Had anything to do with your previous work?"

"Was an orphan raised by a loving Turian pair. Often taught to be as straightforward as possible in accordance with their culture. Many asked me the same inquiries, don't worry."

"Well then, welcome aboard Doctor Torban. Glad to have you here on the Alura, no matter how temporary it would be", the Salarian rose to his feet and saluted the crew.

"Glad to be here, Captain Weyla. Now if you'd excuse me, I shall make preparations to board the ship", Weyla fiddled with her omnitool for a moment.

"I've notified our med-bay that you're coming onboard."

"Much appreciated. Thank you", thus the sole Salarian left the room.

"... So that's why he had a face tattoo", Zaya commented.

"You really think he was a bouncer in the Citadel?"

"Honestly, yes. Not many Salarian would do something as insane as marking themselves. It's akin to showing themselves bare in their once-hostile homeworld. Unless he was part of a criminal gang, especially ones where they had traditions to mark themselves to show their allegiance."

"It only takes us ten minutes just to interview him. Think this is the reason councilor Tevos nominated him?", Telil asked them both.

"... Honestly it's a possibility."

"So you're the trained biotic sent by the councilor?", Weyla said as she put down her profile.

"Actually, I'm more of a researcher. Yes I have training as a biotic, but I have a history of studying esoteric sources of power. Mainly majoring in Eezo and the more recently popular solar radiation", the young maiden presented her research through her omnitool.

"I am intrigued with humans and their research regarding faster-than-light travel. Most species would utilize some form of kinetic or rudimental combustible technology for their space travel. Yet humans have discovered means to travel between star systems without the usage of element zero which are crucial to all galactic species. I would like to study further about their technology and the concept behind this marvel", Zaya glanced at her profile.

"Any particular reason why you have a history as a trained biotic? I thought that role was reserved for either the C-SEC, the Military, or the Justicars aspirants. Seems pretty left field for a researcher to have military training", the Asari rubbed her arm as she let out a sigh.

"I was part of a militia on a colony world near the Attican Traverse. All Asari maiden are required to serve in the militia in the events of a pirate raid. I happen to have more aptitude with biotics, thus I was recommended to join the biotic course. Once I finish militia training, I apply to Citadel academy and the rest is history", Weyla noted her somber tone.

"Is there any other history that you haven't mentioned here on your profile? Was it perhaps personal or was it confidential?", the biotic slightly flinched, before sighing.

"There was an event that occurred during one of my visits to my home colony. Batarian raid happened, I do not wish to talk about it", so it was both.

"Very well, we won't pry further. I trust you won't have problems working with the new species?", her expression brightened immediately.

"Of course! To work with the pioneers of new sources of energies would be the greatest privilege I have!", the crew finished with their profiling, stood up and gave her the access key to the Alura quarters.

"Welcome to the Alura miss Sianana V'dojah. Here's the key to your assigned room", the biotic gleefully took the key.

"Thank you for the opportunity! I am eternally grateful", she slightly bowed, before leaving the room.

"Think she will join our crew?"

"Not if she bonded with a human first she won't", the three chuckled before they too left the chamber.

-The Next Day-

"So, we're to be accompanied by a human escort?", the crew of the Alura stood in attention in front of their vessel. Currently harboring on the Luna station, their ship somewhat stood out in a sea of Sol Council's Vessels. Their delegate and escort ships have long departed from Sol Space following Councilor Tevos flagship.

"Yes, sir Theodore is kind enough to provide us with a few guides to escort us on our first mission to Earth. The nominal and cultural capital of both the UNE and the Sol Council. He notified me this morning that there will be two guides that will join us on the Alura", the crew grew excited by the news.

The door of their hangar opened, revealing Theodore with a handful of guards and two more people obscured by his large frame.

"Captain Weyla, it's good to see you", Theodore offered his hand, which Weyla took into her own. A handshake humans called it. A sign of trust and respect when meeting.

"A pleasure meeting you again Sir Theodore. I take it these fine gentlemen would be our escorts?", Theodore chuckled, taking a step to the side as the two men stepped forward.

"Correct, these two will be your guides to the Sol Council. If you two would?", the first seemingly elder man stepped forward and bowed slightly.

"Greetings, the name Douglas Philps. I shall be your guide for the foreseeable future, pleased to meet you", the elder stood on his full height. Not quite a tall man, but his demeanor made him felt like so.

"A pleasure meeting you sir Douglas, welcome to the Alura. I am Weyla, the captain of the ship. And these are my trusted adjutants, Zaya, and Telil."

"Greetings."

"Nice to meet you", the two copied the man's previous gesture. Before shaking his hands as well.

"A pleasure meeting you both", he showed a warm smile.

"And this is Nola Shantia from the Citadel News Network. She and her crew will do most of the journalist work here on Sol, do expect to work extensively with them", the man nodded before he shook hands with the head journalist herself.

"I thank you for your visit to Sol Council dear Asari. And thank you for allowing me the chance to personally welcome you to humanity, to Sol, and soon; Earth", Nola nodded whilst her crew grinned with excitement.

"Oh, I almost forgot, allow me to introduce my assistant and adjutant, he shall be my minder and tentative replacement if I were to be occupied with other matters in the foreseeable future", he gestured for the other to step forward.

Half of the Asari crew draw a short breath. Telil, who was paying particular close attention to her omnitool due to the sudden report from the engineering team, looked up to see what that reaction was all about.

She lost.

Her breath, her attention, her rationale, her reason, her peripheral vision, her hearing, her restraint, all of it was lost the moment she laid eyes to the introduced adjutant of her other guide beside sir Douglas.

He seems to be a young adult human male, with well trimmed yet unkempt black hair (the name of the fiber above human's head), slender built and heart-shaped face. A pair of eyes that are likened to an emerald beautifully placed between his slightly stubby nose with cute dots crossing beneath the eyes. And what seems to be a round glass apparatus decorating his nose and eyes.

He is beautiful, he is perfect, he is… he is…

She lost. And she didn't need to see her fellow crew to know their reaction to know they did too.

"Hello, my name is Colith. I shall be assisting Mr. Douglas in his works as guide to the Alura and the CNN. A pleasure meeting you", his smile was bright and gentle, sending tingles to the stomach, a melting heat was felt at her core, even his voice was melodious! Yet its tone felt like those few cute nerdy friends she had back at the academy. It felt… adorable. OH GODDESS SHE C-.

"A- a pleasure meeting you Colith, are you happen to be sir Douglas apprentice or?", Telil vaguely heard the voice of her captain. Seems that even she was affected by whatever it is she felt at the moment. Despite her not-so-secret relationship status with the chief of security.

"No, nothing so grand. I am currently working as an intern in his company. I will be working with him for the foreseeable future", oh she can foresee a future with him alright~. Wait no! That's inappropriate! But he's so cute~, no! Bad thoughts go away!

"*cough, Colith, aren't you forgetting something?", Theodore 's voice is filled with amusement, something that the Alura crew didn't pay attention to.

"Hmm? Oh no! I used the wrong glasses!", Colith immediately pulled a case from his sling bag and pulled out another pair of glass apparatus. Replacing the one on his face with the new one.

As soon as he placed the glasses, that wonderful sensation disappeared. More than half of the Alura crew slightly groaned and grew ashamed of what unwholesome thoughts that went through them collectively to a total stranger.

"My apologies, my physiology is something I struggle to control. I require the help of these glasses to suppress most of my natural effects", Telil, ever inquisitive, was the first to ask.

"C-could you elaborate on that?"

"Oh, it's actually quite simple. I'm an Incubus", oh, so he is an extra-human species. Wait, what does that-

Suddenly a pair of leather wings erupted from behind his back. Surprising the crew.

"Essentially, I am a being that affects emotions. Particularly ones that pertain to… *cough* lust", oh, oh.

"So… you…"

"Possess an innate ability to heighten someone's perception and emotional flux towards my charms? Yes. Not something I am proud of, but I've come to terms with it. Essentially I am required to use several tools to suppress it. Not to mention that I have to dress appropriately to avoid complications. It's stuffy compared to my preferred attire, but it is what it is", Telil who breathed a shudder she didn't know she had. If that was a suppressed version, how powerful would its full effect be?

She trembled in orga- in dread. Yes, definitely dread.

"I hope that wouldn't be an issue? I can ask for another intern if it's such a bother."

"No! There's no need! I mean, it would be wonderful for you to join us Mr. Colith. I am Telil, the head researcher of the Alura, nice to meet you", Telil cut in, earning a few knowing smirk from her superiors.

"Oh? I thank you miss Telil, hopefully we can work well together in the coming weeks. I'll be sure to show you all the splendor Sol has to offer."

"Hehe~ It'll be my pleasure. Please, show me everything~", she said dreamily. Weyla coughed and that snapped the young Asari maiden from her stupor.

"We are more than happy to welcome you mr. Colith. I am the Captain of the Alura, and it would be delightful to receive you amongst us here on the crew", Colith smiled. Its effect was immediate to Telil.

The crew tried so hard to hide their smirk. Unbeknowest to all, Zaya allocate a few credits from her account through her omnitool to her captain's account.

"I thank you for the opportunity, captain. I'll be sureto not dissapoint. Though I am sure my mentor Sir Douglas would be more than enough to guide you through the Sol systems, If there's anything you need you can just ask me", Colith bowed courteously, a clear sign he had years of practice. His wings folded neatly behind his back once more.

"We'll do just that Colith. Now then, would there be anything else we need to be aware of sir Theodore?", the man step forward and offered a stack of… paper. Three are bounded by a material similar to leather, and atop it, were laminated papers.

"These are pamphlets for tourism. They are commonly reserved for colonists who have never visited the Sol system and Earth, the cradle of their civilization. I reserve this for you and your crew. These three books are the three most concise and compiled books pertaining to our species' general knowledge. The Grand Encyclopedia, Sol Compendium, and the Codex Generalis. I leave this in your hands", the giant gave the enormous tomes to the Asari captain. Which almost toppled her over, before her attendants helped carrying the books and distributes the pamphlets.

"I thank you for your gifts sir Theodore. I'll be sure to treasure it", the man smiled before saluting.

"Welcome to the Sol system Captain Weyla. It's an honor", Weyla saluted back. The two Turians, the resident biotic adept, and the sole Salarian who remained in the background all this time, suddenly marched forward and likewise, saluted alongside the captain.

"We are honored to be welcomed here commander Theodore", Vilus was the first Turian to greet the man.

"And you must be Vilus Orion. I see that Citadel wishes for our first contact to be a multi-species effort. I welcome you and your kind to Sol."

"I also like to extend my gratitude, commander Theodore. Your effort for peaceful contact is remarkable despite being a man of military inclination", Florea added.

"Comes with the job, I am after all the spokesperson of the department of Extraterrestrial Affairs. It would be terrible if I can't do something as simple as a talk wouldn't I?", he chuckled, before Torban stepped forward.

"Although I won't be here for long, I hope this opportunity can help the galaxy to understand your species better, commander. I'll be certain to highlight your species' biological makings as well as the beauty and fondness of your preferred environment and habitats", Theodore nodded.

"That would be highly appreciated, Mr. Torban. Although forgive me for boasting, it would take more than the effort of one person to documentate our species' makings. Not to mention our preferred habitat and such, but enough of my rambling. You will understand once you travelled to the capital of each Sol Council member. Their people can teach you everything you need to know about us. Until then, safe travels" he saluted, before he left the party with his bodyguards.

"So, shall we?", Douglas offered, before Tevos nodded.

"Let us begin our expedition. Miss Nola, please start the program."

-Citadel News Network-

"We're back with the Citadel News Network! This is Nola reporting on site, along with the renowned crew of the Alura. I'm currently with the captain herself, miss Weyla and we're on the cusp of our journey to the cradle of humanity, the planet Earth. Captain Weyla, what is your opinion on being the first Asari to visit the newly discovered species?", the halls of the Citadel Academy instantly silenced. Both the students and the faculty members watched with rapt attention. This will be the first time in decades that the Citadel conducts their first contact. And it falls to the academy to record and research every single piece of knowledge they could gather from the news.

They've just received the notion a week ago regarding the upcoming live broadcast by CNN. And the Citadel gets the priority broadcast buoy. So there's going to be barely any delay on the news from Earth all the way here to the station.

Liara had formed her research team just a few days ago, dubbed: "The Cultural and Technological History of Humanity and Their Possible Relations to Precursor Civilizations". It is unanimously a research team that would investigate whether or not humans possess relics of previous species. Notably Prothean ones. There was after all the presence of a Mass Relay on the system. It's possible that there would be several cache of data hidden in the system. If not discovered already by humans.

"It is with great pride that I am allowed to be the one to lead this monumental effort, Miss Nola. I am delighted to inform you that the Sol Council has allowed our crew to travel through the Sol Council territories, barring few restrictions of course, and is given the chance to visit each of their member's capital worlds", great news! That means they have the chance to study each planetary worlds, and increase the chance of precursor's relics.

"Then is it safe to say that this will be a common occurrence captain? Should I start appealing to the CNN to name our broadcast?", a simple jest of course. It's quite certain that CNN already had a list of names in hand. Liara gave it would take the second episode to launch the new name of their program.

"I shall leave that detail to you, Miss Nola. You are after all, our host when it comes to CNN journalism effort", that is true. Nola surely had it great to be the head journalist and caster for this show. Lucky that she is one of the least controversial, and the more straightforward ones. She had a loyal fanbase just for that.

"That I am captain. Furthermore I am happy to introduce two of our guides that will accompany us throughout our journey to Earth and Sol. If you would please?", a human entered the view, he seemed elderly with clear bearings and straight posture. Bearing a stern yet gentle smile.

"Greetings people of the Citadel, I am Douglas Philps. The chosen guide of the Alura and the resident of its crew. For the foreseeable future I shall be your guide in exploring our species and our home. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for having me", a poised gentleman through and through. Liara could respect such dedication to the craft, especially coming from such a seemingly elder gentleman. Would he be considered the equivalent of Asari matron she wondered?

"We deeply thank you for your participation Mr. Philps. Can you tell us what awaits us on Earth?", the man chuckled and held a finger to his lips.

"Now that would be telling now wouldn't it miss Nola? Where's the spirit of adventure in that?"

"Then I shall take your word for it Mr. Philps. Now if you may, can you introduce your associate that shall also accompany us?", the camera panned slightly to the right, following Douglas' gesture.

"Very well miss Nola, this is my apprentice and associate, Colith. He shall assist me in guiding you through Sol system, in the events that I am unavailable, you may refer to his guidance", the camera gave a full frontal few of the young incubus on screen.

Liara lost.

"Hello people of the Citadel, I'm Colith of the Philps Tourism Associates. I shall assist Mr. Douglas as guide to the Alura. It's a pleasure to be here", Citadel Academy Lost.

On that day, a second influx of 'literature' flooded the extranet. The operators of the extranet are fighting with their lives on the line to keep it up and running.

"Glad to have you with us Mr. Colith, now then without further ado, shall we captain?", Weyla smirked before she motioned for the crew to enter the spaceship.

The show went on with small talks regarding Earth's environment and atmosphere. Liara and her group just barely recovered to pay attention that Earth is remarkably similar to Thessia, only with a different hue compared to the Asari's cradle.

By the time the ship's entered the planet's atmosphere, Liara bare witness to a canvas of blue skies and white clouds, followed by a beautiful ocean beneath. On the distance, a landmass was sighted, upon closer look, it was verdant and beautiful. A rising city is seen on the horizon.

"People of the Citadel, welcome to Earth", Douglas's voice narrated. As the Citadel eyed the world with wonder.

Welcome to Earth, folks of the Citadel. Hope you enjoy your stay here.

Answer to replies:

Frankieu: Thank you. Proactive is an understatement. Try appropriately responsive.

Coment9: Not necessarily. But it was one of the common ones seen across nationalities and systems, plus it's convenient. There's of course brigades, armies, legions, battlegroups and such but regiments is a simple formation you can easily default back to.

Shypunk: Thank you. Just by this chapter, it was just a start. By the end there might be a crisis of Asari's species-wide dehydration.

1Arigato: Whoa, calm down there bucko. The esoteric practice such as psykery and physics will be explored later down the line. And humanity reaction is not necessarily overkill, I would say appropriate. Hehe.

Blaze1992: Huh, that put things into perspective. Thank you for sharing the info. I'll be sure to check it out. Fuck Khar'shan.

Chronos0305: Thank you, hope you enjoy the chapters to come. Technically, all species on the Milky Way galaxy are relatively connected via their collective precursors. But not as much as you think. Asari happens to develop very similarly to humans in the grand scheme of things.

Monster King: Thank you. I want to explore a different side of the first contact with an alien species for once, thus this story. Hope you enjoy the chapters that is to come.

Guest: Everything kinda got sidetracked when a machine is one of the biggest voice on the Council. The Asari drew the comparison with their own Citadel members after all.
What can I say? Elves do be like that.
Let me give you a hint: they have purple skin, have pointy ears, barely clothed due to their culture revolving around nature and the moon, dare I say the night. eh?

Guest: It's actually because they have experience fighting in all forms of warfare imaginable. The Systems Wars is a thing in their history, you know? But that also works, but not as impactful as all the fighting in space around the Sol system.

Guest: "What the hell is that?", "Oh that's just Orlus. He's a storm giant", "A what now-", *Thunder cackled in the distance*

Guest: Just wait for the coming chapters my dude. Until then, enjoy.

yahska: I would argue the full location would be slightly scrambled due to it being inactive and you know, literally frozen in ice to the point it was mistaken as a planetary satellite. But you brought an interesting tidbits of trivia, and thus I decided to keep it since it gives me a new idea for a narrative. Thank you.
I admit, I was going for a figure of speech, but I forgot that the galaxy are way to big than what I assume, I'll change it later. Thank you for the info.
