bopdog111: We're back here guys.

Ulrich362: Yeah... we are, with more of Izuku in the Naruto world.

bopdog111: And onto one of the different turning points then in the original.

Ulrich362: What turning point would that be?

bopdog111: We shall see as they handle the Mission in the Waves.

Ulrich362: Oh a very fun mission. Enjoy the chapter.

After that time of the Training Exercise, and the life lesson they had learned the newly formed Team 7 had official taken there group photo together to show there gonna head into the Ninja World. For there starting place, they are taking D-Rank Missions which Kakashi explains to them that there low-leveled jobs for them to build experience but Izuku kinda feels let down... cause most of these missions include cleaning, babysitting, shopping, and most other things. It's built more like D-Rank is an excuse to do some chores rather then gain actual experience.

But Izuku's not the type to complain about it since he often does some slight chores here, and there back home. So he handles it without complaint while his two teammates were disgruntled at being cheated out of the experience. Still they take this without complaint, and figured that the real stuff would be sometime later. And right now there turning in one mission which involves the searching of a brown furred cat with a red ribbon named Tora, and after lots of searching (and lots of painful scratches) later then found the cat, and turned him in who is being smush by a woman who is it's owner named Madam Shijimi which makes Izuku kinda understand why Tora kept on running off.

"I don't think I can blame Tora." Izuku admitted to Sakura quietly.

"Yeah no wonder why he ran away..." Sakura softly agreed.

"Now then Team 7... now that your completed let's see what your other D-Rank Missions would entail." the Third Hokage spoke up as he checked a scroll. "It involves babysitting a chief counselor's three-year-old son, and helping his wife do the shopping, picking potatoes, and doing some cleaning."

"Oh, babysitting sounds like it could be a good mission, and we can try and inspire him to be a he... a ninja who everyone trusts." Izuku smiled.

"We're not here to do kiddie stuff, we're suppose to have real battle experience." Sasuke has a different opinion. "All these chores is a waste of our time, and our talents."

"Sasuke-kun we get how you feel but you all are only starting Genin. You need to build experience before you can handle more complicated missions." Iruka who was there spoke up explaining why. "Get some experience, and learn out on the field before getting into more complicated areas."

"I agree with Sasuke-kun though is there really a point to all of these? We're ninja now so shouldn't we use our abilities for better things?" Sakura also had a different opinion just following Sasuke everywhere like usual like how Izuku known her as.

"Well, I'm sure if Lord Hokage thinks we need more experience we'll get a tougher mission soon." Izuku mentioned.

"Listen, many different kinds of requests come into our village every day, from babysitting to assassinations. These requests are carefully recorded, analyzed, then ranked A, B, C, or D, depending on their difficulty. We ninja are also ranked by ability - Hokage at the top, Jonin, Chunin, and Genin at the bottom. At the highest level, we select the missions and assign them to ninja who have the appropriate skill and experience. And if the mission is successful, we receive a fee that supports our village and our work."

As an example they see Madame Shijimi handing some cash to one of the people at the office as Hiruzen added to Team 7, "Since you are untried Genin, just starting down the Shinobi path, you are given D-level assignments, of course." He then looked over to them. "So if you think your ready for C-Rank, there are things extra to watch for."

"Lord Third?" Iruka blinked over to him.

Truthfully the Elders had been on his back to change things for Sasuke's case as with a 'other world situation' he should be ready already for a more higher-up mission like B but Hiruzen would rather not have Sasuke killed first thing so he decided to give a C instead to appeal to them. "But based on the performances you all had, I think it shouldn't be too much trouble to give you a C-Rank Mission."

Sasuke smirked hearing that.

"I... I'm not sure we're ready." Izuku admitted. "What kinds of missions are classified as C-rank?"

"Just more difficulty. Like for this one you all will be bodyguards for a Bridge Builder." Hiruzen explained over to them. "Let Mr. Tazuna in." A guard nodded walking off.

"Bodyguards, that doesn't sound that difficult." Izuku admitted starting to mutter to himself. "Then again I don't recall any bridges in the village, which likely means we'll be going out into the world... then again if that's the case it's possible bandits or other enemies to appear and we haven't had much actual combat experience outside of our training..."

"Izuku, maybe listen to everything else before rambling on?" Kakashi asked him.

"Huh, on sorry sensei." Izuku blushed a bit turning to the Hokage who just chuckled slightly.

Hiruzen shakes his head slightly amused before he spoke over. "It's just some bandit triad in the Land of the Waves. The bridge builder, Tazuna is building a bridge that can extend from there to here for our ninja to get easier access. Your mission would be to protect him."

"Huh, I'm supposed to be escorted by a bunch of brats?" questioned a male voice as they turned to see a grumpy looking older man in a hat glaring at them.

He was also holding a bottle of sake.

"We are able to find the Bodyguards for your Bridge Building endeavor." Hiruzen spoke up calmly. "They are not what you expected but they know what they doing."

"I came to this village for some bodyguards, I didn't plan on babysitting." the man, Tazuna, frowned.

"This is all we have available." Iruka pointed out over. "If you give them a chance, you'd be surprised."

Tazuna frowned walking off. "We head out first thing in the morning."

"He doesn't seem like the respectful type." Sakura frowned over from this.

"He was... probably expecting more experienced bodyguards." Izuku suggested over why he is acting like this. "If we p-p-prove ourselves, we can s-show him we're r-r-ready."

"Whatever. You better be ready dobe." Sasuke looked annoyed turning to walk out.

Izuku flinched a bit at that, Sasuke was really similar to Kacchan but also different. "What do you think Sakura?"

"I guess all the usual gear, and stuff, we should bring." Sakura admitted over towards him shrugging. "I'll see you tomorrow." She ran off to follow Sasuke leaving Izuku with Kakashi.

"Well you better get some rest for tomorrow. And please don't be late." Kakashi said to him before walking out.

Izuku looked nervous before he frowned. "Lord Hokage, what kinds of things can happen on a C-rank mission?"

"Minimal scale things. Lots of things can happen but all of it is pretty mild ranging from bodyguard duty, defending innocents, or at often times dealing with the other countries bullying others. And Izuku?" He looked up to him where Hiruzen told him. "I don't know how you ready yourself as a Hero back where your from, but think of this the same thing where you assist civilians, and fight bad people. But this is real life so don't let your mind be conflicted."

"I... right." Izuku nodded taking a breath. "I should prepare, thank you very much."

He gave a polite bow before leaving. He can't shake off this feeling that his life was about to change drastically. So to clear his mind he first went to Ichiraku Ramen to get something to eat which he figured he needs healthier food then this but he didn't feel like shopping, and cooking today. He really needs to remember to ask Hiruzen for some help with his money situation. After exiting he checks around the village.

"Have you seen the little demon?" he overheard someone ask nearby which he sees a couple of men talking.

"No not at all."

"Where could it be off too?"

"Maybe it gotten itself killed in a mission? After all Lord Third had graduated him."

"Why would he do that, he knows what that demon did."

"Be better if it just dies. Maybe then Lord Forth would be avenged."

IIzuku frowned at that knowing they were talking about Naruto but he couldn't say anything about it... though that's when he got a weird feeling and looked to see someone watching him. But the moment he almost saw it, they vanished which he barely saw someone was staring at him.

"Huh, is someone there?" he asked but after getting no answer he frowned and went to pack his things for the mission.

And he recalled what the men said before... Privately, Hiruzen had chat with him about something... something so secretive that is why Naruto is hated on by the rest of the villagers.

Flashback...

"Very good. All the dogs are back where they are." Hiruzen spoke up to Team 7 for success on there 3rd Rank-D mission which Sakura, and Sasuke looked annoyed but Izuku looks indifferent about it. "Okay... now we don't have any openings. So you all go train if you want too."

"Good. I was about to yell about all these pointless side jobs." Sasuke closed his eyes turning off with Sakura quickly following.

Izuku was about to follow but Hiruzen spoke up. "Izuku."

"Huh, yes?" he asked turning to Hiruzen. "Did I do something wrong?"

"Something we have to discuss. Privately." Hiruzen rose up from his seat.

Izuku blinked hearing that but nodded. "Alright."

"Well I guess see you soon." Kakashi said to Izuku waving.

Hiruzen stared before turning to Izuku. "If you know Ninja Jump, follow me." He opened the window before then jumping out. Izuku's eyes widened as he took a breath and jumped after Hiruzen, he wasn't amazing but he could Ninja Jump. Hiruzen was fast but Izuku was able to find him easily, and jump with him... he knows the Hokage is holding back, so he can catch up with him. Soon they arrived at a small platform with the four Hokage faces below them as Hiruzen looked around seeing they are alone.

"Okay..." Hiruzen turned over to Izuku. "First off congratulations for passing Kakashi's survival exercise. You are the first team he ever passed, and I figured you haven't been congratulated for it yet."

"It wasn't easy, but I think he appreciated our efforts... I just hope I don't disappoint him." Izuku admitted.

Hiruzen nodded over. "He had failed all the teams he had tested before then. So I'm glad you were able too... But right now this is something important for us to discuss about Izuku. For you need to know something about Naruto."

Izuku's eyes widened as he nodded taking out a notebook to start taking notes like he usually did.

"I'm sure you been hearing some... things." Hiruzen explained over. "Mentions of a demon, or talks about a demon that attacked the village years ago?"

"Yes... to be honest it's kind of intimidating... I wish All Might were here to help." Izuku admitted only for his eyes to widen. "Not that I don't think you could help protect the village but... you're um... I mean you're not at your prime that's all... sorry, I don't mean to be offensive."

"And you also heard that my successor stopped the demon?" Hiruzen bare no mind towards that knowing Izuku didn't mean to offend him.

"Yes, the Fourth Hokage is considered a hero by everyone." Izuku nodded.

Hiruzen nodded over agreeing. Minato saved everyone that day, that much is certain... however. "Well, the story you might've heard, or been told of, was mostly lies."

"Huh?" izuku blinked. "What do you mean lies?"

"It is true that the demon, that is called the Nine-Tails, attacked the village, and that my successor stopped it... however it didn't just appear out of nowhere. It was one of 9 entities made of pure chakra called a Tailed Beast." Hiruzen spoke to Izuku what the demon was.

"Nine entities made of pure chakra... and if the one that attacked was the Nine-Tails it stands to reason that their relative power is based on the number of tails, though that's assuming that they follow the logic that the most tails is the most powerful and the opposite could also be true, in which case there are at least eight other..." Izuku started as he began rambling about the possibilities of the Tailed Beasts.

Hiruzen stared over blinking a bit. He doesn't often get this much of a bookworm within the Hidden Leaf ninjas, and ever more, that he discuss things with one directly. He couldn't help but chuckled a little from it that snapped Izuku out of his train of thought.

"Huh, oh sorry... you were saying Lord Hokage?" Izuku asked blushing.

"Don't mind me, it's been a while since I had talked with someone with a intellect as you." Hiruzen spoke amusement in his tone. Then he cleared his throat to continue the discussion. "Now for our conversation... we cannot kill something that is made out of chakra. Although it is possible for them to die within time, they will be reformed. So we instead resort to stop them by sealing them within humans. They are known as Jinchūriki."

Izuku blinked as his eyes widened. "Wait, but do you mean the Fourth Hokage was... what happens when the Jinchūriki dies?"

"The Tailed Beast within also dies... however they will reform also." Hiruzen spoke before he then asked. "But before we continue let me ask you this, as your the intelligent type. Can you guess the meaning of Jinchūriki?"

"The meaning?" Izuku blinked. "Well what you've told me… seal or vessel?"

"Yes... but official the name is translated as... Power of Human Sacrifice." Hiruzen spoke grimly as Izuku widen his eyes. "To keep the Tailed Beasts contained a villager must sacrifice there normal life in order to do so. The previous Jinchūriki was the wife of my successor that she contained from the First Hokage's wife. Despite how strong her seal was, there was only one way it can be weakened. Childbirth."

Izuku blinked before his eyes slowly widened in disbelief. "Wait… do you mean… Naruto is…"

"Yes... Naruto is not only that child, but also the current Jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails." That revelation made Izuku drop his pen.

Naruto... had the thing that destroyed the village inside of him? But... he had thought that Naruto was a hero hopeful like he was as he desires to be Hokage, and had build a relationship with Hiruzen like this, and Iruka who was concerned for Naruto when he left. But why did Naruto's father seal the Nine-Tails into him?

"But why?" Izuku asked.

"...Unfortunately despite all the precautions we had made so the Nine-Tails wouldn't be unleashed, for some reason the Nine-Tails was released from her." Hiruzen spoke as he recalled these memories. "We don't have any reports, or evidence how, or why, but we are clear of something though. A Uchiha was involved in it as one of our shinobi during the battle reported it had the Sharingan in it's eye. It isn't Sasuke who done it, he is only a few months old when it attacked."

Izuku looked stunned. "Is that why they're all gone?"

"Part of the reason... but I need to continue the story before I discuss about that." Hiruzen spoke to Izuku to focus on the subject for now.

Izuku nodded. "Right."

"We been defending the village against the Nine-Tails, and despite all of our best techniques, and my abilities, we were doing no-where to stop it's rampage. But my successor had rescued us, and transported it away. When we caught up we found the Nine-Tails somewhat drained of it's power had pierced one of it's claw passed him, and his wife. It had intended to kill the child that was born in the chaos but they stopped it from happening. He finished the seal, and the Nine-Tails was sealed into his son." Hiruzen looked down as he recalled that day. When he thought to have retired from being Hokage, the Nine-Tails attacked, and in the end his successor was dead, and so much of the village changed. Even with the next part leaving him with guilt. "He had asked me for Naruto to be hailed as a hero for his sacrifice to keep the Nine-Tails from destroying the village."

"But he's considered a monster." Izuku frowned.

"Yes... so many people in the village had lost so much, and in there grief they had considered Naruto the Nine-Tails instead of it's jailor. I also made the choice of not revealing his relation with my successor so his enemies wouldn't find him as a bargaining chip or worse." Hiruzen spoke over towards Izuku. "I had also created a law where anyone who speaks about it will be severely punished with prison or death without trial. I had thought with it, the hatred won't extend to the newer generation. It had failed as the newer generation also hate Naruto although they never understand why exactly.

Izuku frowned. "I guess I'm lucky then."

"Inoichi already explained it towards me." Hiruzen spoke softly to him. "You are also different from the people you grow up with but unlike Naruto who had gained powers from the Nine-Tails, you don't have one until your mentor gave you his Quirk. Rest assured your secret on that is safe with me, and the Ino-Shika-Chō, Now here you are like everyone else, you are capable of using Chakra, and can use abilities we can. Only difference was the Quirk you have... One For All, if I recall that's the name?"

"That's right but… what I meant was Naruto is hated but nobody would tell him why." Izuku clarified. "I at least know why I'm treated badly."

"Actually Naruto does know." Izuku blinked where Hiruzen frowned. "It was at a Graduation Test where our students would graduate to become ninja on the field. He was the only one that failed as from the Nine-Tails' Chakra he can't produce a clone without giving it too much that makes it look like a mess. One of our former instructors Mizuki had told him a fake story of an alternate way to pass by learning a Jutsu from the forbidden scroll we have here. He managed to steal it, and learned a jutsu within. Mizuki desired to steal the scroll to make himself more powerful, and he had revealed to Naruto about the Nine-Tails within him. He would've attacked the village had Iruka-san not managed to say what he thinks of Naruto, and he used the jutsu, the Shadow Clones, defeating Mizuki. Naruto had graduated cause of that."

Izuku frowned. "That's… horrible."

"But yes it is why he is treated as he is from the village." Hiruzen spoke to him. "I am telling you this cause I feel we all can trust you. You seem like a good lad, and really knowledgeable for your age. You also been passed by Kakashi which also supports my decision. Can I continue to trust you about what we discussed?"

"You mean not to tell anyone any of that?" Izuku asked. "I... I won't tell anyone, but I think they deserve to know the truth."

"Someday but not today. However despite our efforts Naruto's status as a Jinchūriki was leaked. I don't know how, or who, but I have some suspicions." Hiruzen spoke towards him. Then he looked at Izuku. "And for the other subject, why the Uchiha are gone but Sasuke."

Izuku nodded, listening closely.

"Distrust had grown within the Hidden Leaf as from the report of there Kekkei Genkai, the Sharigan on the Nine-Tails many people believed they are planning a rebellion." Hiruzen explained to Izuku. "Most things didn't make sense to me why they would attack the village. I had moved them to an isolated part of the village from many people distrusting them. It only solidified there decision... then one of our ANBU, the previous heir of the Uchiha Clan, Itachi had spoke to me about that his clan was planning a true rebellion out of concern for his clan."

"A rebellion!?" Izuku gasped.

"Yes. I had hoped to resolve things peacefully, and figure something out... I wasn't aware what happened next until it was too late. Itachi had murdered every single member of his clan. Adults, children, elders... all gone. All that remained was his little brother Sasuke." Hiruzen spoke towards him grimly. "I later found he was ordered by one of the Konoha Elders who seen them as a threat. I had removed him from his place on the Council for this action without my permission. Itachi then came to me with a request... he asked me never to tell Sasuke about all of what happened. Let Sasuke be hailed as a hero by avenging his clan."

It was then that Naruto now fully understands why Sasuke said all those things during introductions. He said he dreams of making his a reality by killing a certain someone... Itachi, his older brother.

Izuku trembled a bit. "This… it's all too much."

"Yes it is. This goes how much I am willing to trust you. I get you feel conflicted towards Sasuke, and want him to know the truth... but Itachi done all of this so he can keep his brother safe, and had made himself a wanted criminal as a result. The least we can do is honor his request about never telling Sasuke the truth." Hiruzen spoke towards him.

Izuku frowned but nodded. "I understand."

"Good. Now Izuku, I wish you luck in the future. And hopefully we can find the reason why you were brought here." Hiruzen nodded before waving his hand that Izuku can go now.

When Izuku left Hiruzen vaguely sensed someone spying in as nearby on a rooftop was an ANBU was a kanji on it's shoulder staring towards where the meeting was.

End Flashback...

That had given Izuku a lot to think about... first Naruto having the demon that attacked the village in himself, and the next Sasuke's clan was destroyed by his brother for his safety. If he thought he had it rough from being Quirkless, and bullied by his peers constantly (and suicide baited) then Naruto, and Sasuke had it worse as they are alone, and grown up without the love of there families taken from them. He knows Naruto is probably with his mother right now but Sasuke? Nothing.

Taking a breath he decided to try and bond with Sasuke on this mission. So he back home to be ready for this mission.

The next day...

Izuku arrived at the gate first thing waiting for everyone else. He had been talking with the village gate guards Kotetsu, and Izumo to pass the time, and discuss about the mission together. Soon Sasuke, Sakura, and Tazuna arrived. Only one missing is Kakashi, and he appeared just 10 minutes after they were supposed to meet. "Yo."

"YOUR LATE!" Sakura yelled at him like usual.

"Sorry, I got lost on the way to life." Kakashi as usual gave a lame excuse.

Izuku frowned but turned. "So… we're leaving the village, it's kind of a big step right Sasuke?"

"If you mean getting to the point of us as real ninja, dobe." Sasuke spoke coldly.

"Now you brats follow me. We take a boat to our location, and I don't want any complaining or anything." Tazuna, the person there suppose to be protecting doesn't look like to take them seriously as they are children, and doesn't want to deal with whining, crying, or anything else typical children do when faced with harsh scenarios.

"You won't have to worry, you're in capable hands." Kakashi reassured Tazuna.

"I'll only believe it when I see it." Despite that last rude comment Tazuna started to walk which beings leading the new Team over to head to the location.

"So uh... where exactly are we going?" Izuku couldn't help asking having realized he never got any details for the location in mind.

"To the Land of Waves. Just a little in the country of the Land of Water." Kakashi explained towards Izuku. "Oh by the way, I heard your new to the Ninja Life, so I assume you don't know about the Ninja Nations other then where we are at?"

"No, I don't." Izuku admitted.

"Well there are Five Nations like them. The Land of Fire where we reside, the Land of Water where we are going, the Land of Lightning, the Land of Wind, and the Land of Earth. They are great nations that had help strong ninja, and power of the elements that we kept the peace for. The Hidden Villages such as Konoha are the capital of those nation, and they also have there own Kage. Sunagakure with it's Kazekage, Kirigakure with it's Mizukage, Iwagakure with it's Tsuchikage, Kumogakure with it's Raikage, and lastly us Konohagakure with it's Hokage."

Izuku nodded at that. "So we're going to the Land of Water."

They walked but Kakashi notices a small puddle in front of them that he didn't react only still acting casual.

"Um… Sasuke can I ask you something?" Izuku started.

"Hm?" Sasuke turned with an eyebrow raised.

"Could you... teach me how to use your Fireballs?" Izuku asked him.

Sasuke raised an eyebrow from this. "Teach you my Fire Jutsus? Why should I?"

"Well, it could help us be a better team." Izuku answered. "Kakashi-sensei did say teamwork was important tight?"

"Yes indeed." Kakashi spoke over having been eavesdropping to be more casual. "Be better if we are more familiar with our skillsets. Although Izuku do you have any family, or had experience with it?"

No, Izuku really doesn't have those sorts of things with his family, or tried it. But his father can breath fire, and although this isn't really a Quirk, it can both help him bond with Sasuke, and be close to his father in spirit.

"Well... my dad could breathe fire." Izuku answered honestly.

Sasuke tched over from this. "At all honesty, I feel like teaching a dobe like you is a waste of my time..." Then he sighed over. "But Kakashi-sensei is right if we're unfamiliar with each other it be a bad idea, and I can't get stronger without someone to challenge me over it. When we find some time, I'll try having you learn something."

Not a refusal, and some cold acceptance, but hey Sasuke didn't reject him at least at the prospect of both the team's benefit, and for Sasuke to get stronger.

Izuku nodded. "Thanks."

Stepping towards the puddle Izuku suddenly felt a pain triggering in his head. Like something is warning him. Out of instinct he moved pushing a surprised Sasuke out of the way while two robed ninja flew trapping Kakashi in chains.

"Huh, what the?" Sakura gasped. "Kakashi-sensei!"

The two robed ninja pulled the chains as Kakashi seemed to struggle before the chains seemingly ripped him apart while Tazuna stepped back stunned.

"Ah Tazuna, we been looking for you." one of the robed ninja smirked towards said man.

"Recruiting kids now? You must really be desperate to employ them." the other spoke wielding a scythe. "I can take care of the target brother, you deal with the kiddies."

"Fine." the first robed ninja turned towards the kids who stood together. "You think cause you three got those headbands you call yourselves ninja? Allow me to show you how wrong you are."

'This is bad.' Izuku thought nervously but he got into a fighting position.

He felt another pain that he yelled as the robed ninja swung his scythe but Izuku grabbed the two, and pushed them down that they missed the scythe strike.

Sasuke growled forming hand signs. "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!" He let out a fireball from his mouth that the robed ninja dodged as the fireball struck the ground.

"Wanna try that again? The Demon Brothers bow to-" the robed ninja proceeded to taught before something struck him that knocked him out. The other looked seeing Kakashi was behind his comrade before he moved fast, and before he can avoid Kakashi hit him that made him gasp before he got on his knees dropping down.

Kakashi sighed before looking over. "Izuku, good reaction time, didn't know you had it in you." Honestly neither can Izuku... despite all that pain from his head when it triggers, it helped them survive.

"What... who are they?" Izuku asked.

"They are Gōzu, and Meizu. A couple of assassins from Kirigakure that defected years ago. They are no simple bandits." Kakashi turned over towards Tazuna with an accusatory gaze. "Which means your not being honest, they are professionals. Normal bandits wouldn't have access to the kind of techniques they have."

Tazuna gulped from the gaze before saying. "Okay listen... I'll explain it but wait until we get to the boat. Gotta make sure nothing else can interrupt us."

"Right..." Kakashi nodded suspiciously.

So after tying up the Demon Brothers they continued on. But Sakura then asked Izuku shock in her tone. "Hey Izuku, what was that!?"

"Huh? Uh, what?"

"You knew they were gonna attack, and defended us when it happened!" Sakura answered over wanting to know how Izuku had that quick reaction time if he never been in the ninja world before.

Izuku also doesn't know. Although when the pains happen they hurt... hurt like a bitch.

"I don't know... um, I was just on high alert?" Izuku guessed. "Since we're in an unfamiliar land?"

"Good caution to take. As you were charting into territory you never been into, it's always the right idea to keep your guard on. You never know when more traps, or assassins like those will show up." Kakashi spoke agreeing with Izuku's top of the head thinking.

"Well... okay that makes sense." Sakura thankfully was satisfied, and didn't interrogate Izuku further.

Izuku let out a sigh only to frown. 'What was that though?'

Arriving on a small canoe they gotten on Tazuna rowed the boat for them to head to his village.

"So, what's really going on?" Kakashi asked.

Tazuna stared before he sighed. "First I apologize for lying about this-"

"Just tell us the truth."

The older man cleared his throat before he then spoke. "Well... the bandits I claimed... they are mercenaries, and they are after my life for the bridge I am trying to build. They are hired by this slop. Calls himself Gatō. He ain't much but he has money, and that can buy the most deadliest mercenaries to work."

"That... sounds like too much for a C-rank mission." Sakura admitted.

"It is. The truth is that, this is an A-Rank Mission." Tazuna revealed that it isn't really C-Rank like he had assigned it's much more dangerous then that.

"Huh, but that's way too hard a mission for us!" Sakura cried in shock.

"Now you see why I didn't want you kids? I wanted professional work to assist me. But unfortunately Gatō has drained our pockets of most of our well-earned money, so we were only able to assign this as a C-Rank Mission. I hope with the bridge that we can finally have ourselves some hope against him. But you already seen that made me a target for some mercenaries he hired." Tazuna spoke towards them. "I apologize again for lying, and dragging you all in this but right now this bridge is the last hope my village has for us to be free from Gatō."

Izuku frowned. "We'll do whatever we can to help."

"After hearing all of that... you still want to assist?" Tazuna asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Of course." Izuku nodded. "That's what a hero should do."

Both Sakura, and Sasuke blinked toward him hearing that. There it is again, the 'Hero Stuff' that he speaks of, does he want to be a ninja to be recognized as a hero? He must be asking to get himself killed. Still... all three of them would've been killed had he hadn't saved them against the Demon Brothers.

"Just remember not to do anything reckless. You wouldn't be good to anyone if you wind up dead." Kakashi reminded towards Izuku.

"I remember, but I have Sakura, Sasuke, and you to help me." Izuku nodded.

"We will talk more about this deceiving but we are on a mission, and we will assist." Kakashi spoke to Tazuna who nodded. Then he looks to the other two. "And you two, do you still want to go on despite this?"

"Yeah, we will." Sakura nodded.

Sasuke stared before closing his eyes crossing his arms. "Like I back down now."

"Thank you so much, you don't know what it means to me." Tazuna smiled bowing his head before noticing. "Hey look! If you can see through the fog you can see the bridge in the distance!" They turned where in the distance from the fog was a bridge that looks unfinished.

"That... is that the bridge?" Sakura asked.

"Yes. Unfinished as Gatō let loose those mercenaries." Arriving at a wooden ledge Tazuna let them off as they walked together towards his village. "I hope with you all, you can help me drive them off so me, and my workers can finish it. Gatō already probably knows the Demon Brothers had failed, so he will send something more dangerous on the way."

"If that is the case all three of you stand behind me, and don't get involved in anything that can kill you in an instant." Kakashi told his students to let him handle the really dangerous stuff.

"Ri... right." Sakura nodded.

Suddenly Izuku paused before blushing. "Uh..." They looked to him. "Sorry I... have to go."

"Go? Go where!?" Sakura asked thinking he's abandoning them.

"N-Not that 'go'!"

"You're kidding..." Sasuke face-palmed from this.

"How far is the village?" Kakashi turned over to Tazuna.

"Probably 20 minute walk from here."

After that response Kakashi turned to Izuku. "Do it real quick, and come back. Holler if anything dangerous has found you."

Izuku blushed a bit but nodded. "Sorry, I guess I'm just anxious after what happened."

He quickly walked off at that.

"Did that seriously happened...?"

"We been walking a fair distance, and took a boat ride for a while... honestly, I be surprised if you were holding an emergency." Kakashi spoke to Sakura as they waited for Izuku.

With Izuku he managed to find a place, and did his business nearby. He was unaware that someone stepped behind him after noticing.

"Of all times to be cut off by a bathroom break..." After he finished peeing, Izuku fixed his pants with a blush. "I need to be careful on how much water I drink before a mission."

"Oh my, what do we have here?" a voice spoke behind him but unlike the Demon Brothers this doesn't sound threatening.

"Huh?" Izuku blinked turning around.

It was to his shock a young woman who looked breathtaking. She looked to be 15 with black hair down to her upperback in a pink, and white flower themed sleeveless kimono with wooden sandals stepping forward a bit with a soft smile. She had big brown eyes with pale skin, and a slender frame.

"Oh... nice to meet you." Izuku blushed a bit.

"Nice to meet you too." the young woman smiled as Izuku notices a small basket full of flowers. "Don't mind me, I am just collecting some flowers, and happen to notice you. Your a Konoha Ninja aren't you? Genin?" She walked examining him as he blushed due to not being all that great with girls.

"Yeah... that's right." Izuku nodded. "Do you live around here?"

"No. I am merely visiting with a friend. We been traveling around the world, and our next part of our journey brought us here." the young woman answered before reaching taking a flower, and smiled. "Like these flowers. They travel around as seed, unhindered, and pure to the trouble of war." She placed it in the basket, and looked to Izuku smiling. "Just like you, your also pure as you don't seem to have mixed with the true duties of shinobi. Although that might change in the future as this country is racked with poverty."

"Oh... thank you." Izuku nodded in confusion.

"You don't get it yet. But you will understand it." the young woman assured nodding.

"Hey, Izuku, you done yet!?" they suddenly heard Sakura yell out impatient from Izuku taking too long with his potty break.

"Oh, sorry Sakura I'm on my way!" he called.

Izuku moves to run back before pausing turning to the woman. "Oh sorry! What's your name?"

The young woman blinked before she gently smiled towards him. "Haku. And you are...?"

"Izuku Midoriya, nice to meet you." Izuku bowed politely before running off.

Haku stared off smiling. Then she turned walking off probably to collect more flowers.

"You took your sweet time." Sasuke spoke bluntly as Izuku arrived back.

"Uh, sorry..."

"We're gonna need to work on you controlling yourself so this won't happen again." Kakashi told him before turning to Tazuna. "Continue leading the way." The man nodded as they proceeded to walk towards the village together.

They stayed silent as they walked together. They don't know what else this mission can do, and need to stay together. Also aren't sure what other mercenaries can show up but while Sakura, and Sasuke had ninja training, Izuku only had little training with One For All, and some fighting styles. He isn't confident cause he barely had any combat experience, and his first job as a ninja involves some killer mercenaries of the highest bidder. What a way to start his ninja start...

Suddenly another stabbing pain went off in his head. He yelled towards everyone. "DUCK!"

They all dropped down at his yell just before a massive sword passed over their heads. The sword was spinning that would've decapitated them as it stuck itself a tree near a lake. Checking they see someone jumped onto it looking at them with crossed arms.

"So your reflexes aren't half bad." the man mentioned. "Unfortunately none of you will live to see tomorrow."

Looking they see it was a man in a black sleeveless suit with gray sleeveless gloves with a headband of Kirigakure like the Demon Brothers, and having red eyes alongside darkened gray like skin, and black sandles. He is also wearing bandages in a mask similar to Kakashi's.

"Who is that?" Sakura asked intimidated from this guy.

Kakashi seeing him narrowed his eye. "So even he hired you... Zabuza Momochi, the Demon of the Hidden Mist."

"Well, the copy ninja Kakashi." the man, Zabuza, noted. "That might makes things a little interesting."

And here is Izuku's first major threat into the Ninja World. The assassin ninja known as the Demon of the Hidden Mist, Zabuza Momochi!

bopdog111: Zabuza is now here!

Ulrich362: A very dangerous enemy that... honestly will be incredibly difficult to take down.

bopdog111: Izuku had limited training as he barely had some time with One For All, and now in a unfamiliar world where fighting isn't like how he grown up with it.

Ulrich362: True, but hopefully Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura can help him out.

bopdog111: And also that girl, yes that is the real Haku. She's a girl this time around instead of a boy. Had thoughts of a female Haku pairing from reading a fic with her, and Naruto, and we're following more or less the same storyline as that one.

Ulrich362: True, and to be honest... the events of this mission don't hugely change if Haku is a boy or a girl... so next up will be an intense fight. See you in the next chapter.
