*Hey, everyone! It's Redgrave here! Creator of the booming story, Mass Effect: Become Legend, trying his hand at another book!

I've had my mind on this crossover for a while now, since Helluva Boss went on mid season break. The premise being, what if Asta got sent to Hell and learned where Liebe grew up? Throw the Imps from IMP in the mix, and wonder what happens! Lmao.

It will be a bit tough splitting between updating two stories, but I'm up for the challenge. Enjoy!*

Asta had safely landed on the ground and returned Demon Slayer to his grimoire. He and Liebe were now traversing the streets of the city. Asta had never seen a city like this before in his life. The buildings were absolutely gargantuan. They had to have been as tall as the king's castle, maybe even taller. All over the streets, there were these vehicles that almost resembled horse garages, but had no horses attached to them.

(For those who didn't see the anime, Black Clover is set in a medieval European world. Asta is completely clueless when it comes to modern conveniences.)

Asta also noticed that many of the passing demons were looking down at some sort of small thin brick in their hands. It showed a luminous display with multiple different images on it. This left Asta in awe.

"Hey! Don't get sidetracked, you idiot! We gotta keep moving!" Liebe urged aggressively

"My bad." Replied Asta. "So, this is where you're from, huh?"

Beside our magicless wizard, the little devil had changed form. Liebe was now the same size as Asta himself, but his face was now fully revealed. The skin on his face was a pale white, as was his raggedy hair. Most of his body was coated in black energy; a black line extends up his chest to under his chin, while two dark lines cross over his blood red eyes. He also had two bat-like wings, black ram horns, a long thin tail with trident like tip, razor sharp teeth, and clawed fingers and toes. There also seemed to be white markings around his left wrist. Similar to the black ones on Asta's left wrist.

"Yeah. This is Imp City, where I was born. Home sweet dumpster fire."

Asta could hear the hostility Liebe expressed just now. This city clearly brought back some bad memories for the teenage devil.

Like Asta, Liebe was born without magic, so he was also mocked and picked on by the other demons. It was Asta's mother, Richta, who took the poor demon in after he escaped Hell to the world of the living. Technically, that made Asta and Liebe brothers.

"This place is located in the second circle of the Pride Ring, where the lesser demons reside, like imps and a few hellhounds. It's hardly what I call home though. Think of it like the Forsaken Realm back home."

Asta nodded in understanding. This town was basically a ghetto. He could understand that. The Forsaken Realm of the Clover Kingdom was where the peasants dwelled. It was where he and Yuno's orphanage was located and grew up in.

"Not too far off from here is Pentagram City. That's where the souls of humans who've sinned while alive go. That place is essentially a battle royal for survival." Liebe continued as they walked.

Asta was still surveying the surroundings as they traversed. He saw numerous advertisements along the buildings beside him.

Some posters that read; "Verosika Mayday! Live in concert! Get your tickets now! No refunds! If you don't like it, it's your own fault!"

Small vouchers nailed on to light posts; "Need someone less alive? Call the Immediate Murder Professionals! We'll give those mother fuckers what they deserve! Call now! …or don't and come right in. Someone broke our phone. I'm not naming anyone in bolded letters here. Moxxie."

And one flier that read; "Tired of fighting to survive in Hell? Come on down to the Hazbin Hotel! Because in every demon, there's a rainbow! X3"

Or at least that's what it used to say. Someone scribbled over the original print with the words… "Yeah, you can take that rainbow and shove it up your twat!!! 3 -Blitzø-."

"Listen Asta." Liebe started. "If I were you, I would take off that sleeve covering your right arm."

The Magic Knight tilted his head to the side. "Why?" He asked.

"Living humans are a rarity here in Hell. Demons can't resist claiming their souls while they're still alive. Makes for power to add onto themselves. If you leave your arm exposed, you'll be able to pass for a sinner. That should at least give you more of a chance." The devil explained.

Asta's eyes darted towards his sleeved right arm. Before he and Liebe became friends, Asta only knew him as the demon that set up camp inside his grimoire. During his battle with Dante Zogratis of the Spade Kingdom's Dark Triad, Asta struck a deal with Liebe to give him the strength to defeat him. In exchange, Astawould give up a part of his body. For example, his right arm.

This in turn, turned his whole right arm demonic. Pitch black chiten with glowing red streaks all across it with glowing red fingers. Naturally, people wouldn't take to kindly to someone eith a mo stroud arm walking around, so Asta uses the leather sleeve to cover it up. However, given his current situation, that sleeve may truly prove a hindrance now.

"Okay. If you say so."

One by one, Asta unbuckled the belts that kept the sleeve secured firmly along his arm, then it slid right off and exposed his devilish appendage. Asta tossed the sleeve aside, no longer needing it. He can always buy another back home.

Liebe on the other hand would blend in just fine since… Well, he's a demon!

"You know, despite hearing all kinds of scary stories about Hell that Father Osri would talk about, this place actually doesn't seem so bad. I mean, it does look like a dump, but…" Asta assumed.

"You're gonna be changing your tone soon enough." Liebe argued. "This place is a breeding ground for murder, theft, sex, all kinds of nastiness. A cinnamon bun like you wouldn't be able to handle it."

"Come on, Liebe. Don't you think you're being a little overexaggerent?"

The devil couldn't help but facepalm himself at Asta's sheer ignorance. It was safe to say he paid NO attention in Sunday School, back in the village.

"Asta. This is HELL! The lowest of the low. You can look for a bright side here all you want. You're gonna turn up disappointed." Liebe said with brutal honesty.

"What's wrong with trying to stay hopeful?"

"We have a saying down here. "Hope's for dopes"!"

A grunt of annoyance escaped Asta's mouth. "Man, stop being so negative! Don't forget that a lot of people who were sent to Hell were probably good people who just made bad choices when they were alive. People like suicide victims, thieves who only stole to feed their families. I bet that if you try, you can find a good person, even down here."

At that very moment, a rather tall, white canine girl came running down the road, screaming at the top of her lungs and smashed her foot right into an incoming baby carriage, sending it flying into the air.

(I'm sure you all know who I'm talking about.)

She then came stomping towards Asta and Liebe. "Move, assholes!" She barks as she passed by.

"You were saying?" Liebe snickered, shooting Asta a look that says; "I told you so".

"Well, maybe not her…"

Asta turned his gaze to his right across the street. He noticed a rather small, anthropological rodent creature sitting on a bench while reading a newspaper. His face lit up.

"Okay, how about him? He looks cute and friendly. I'm sure he's a regular 'cinnamon bun' too!"

That being said, Asta approached the rodent; Liebe eyeing his brother with a smug grin on his lips, as if he knew was about to happen.

"Hi there, Mister! I'm Asta! How are you doing today?" Asta greeted in a friendly manner, waving his hand.

"GO FUCK YOURSELF!"

Asta was taken back. That was not what he was expecting.

"Uh… Okay… Have a good day."

He turned around, looking into the window of a downstairs apartment.

"Oh yeah, Daddy! That feels so good! Ohh!"

"That's right, boy! Take Daddy's dick like a good slut!"

Asta got himself a full view of a muscular male hellhound having full blown anal sex with a skimpy male imp. Both of them were dressed up in leather with the imp gagged by a rubber doggie bone and the hellhound whipping the imp's back with a riding crop.

"GAAAAAAAAAAH! MY VIRGIN EYES!" Asta shrieked at the highest possible pitch that it cracked the glass.

He ran away with his eyes covered by his hands. Asta ended up tripping on something and fell over. He uncovered his eyes and saw a pile of rotting corpses, with a family of cannibals knowing away at their bones. Asta's face went blue with fear.

"HOLY SHIT! WHYYYYYY?!"

"Told ya."

Asta groaned before falling to the ground in defeat. His demonic companion was right. He had only been here five minutes and his hope for humanity was shattered like glass. This place really was Hell.

But then he could feel something light up within him. His determination. Asta snapped out of his desperation and sat back up.

"NO! I refuse to give up! That furball, Vetto would call me a hypocrite if he saw me like this!"

Asta stood back up on his feet. He took a deep breath and outstretched his arms up into the air before he screamed at the top of his lungs.

"LISTEN UP, INFERNAL DEPTHS OF THE UNDERWORLD! I, FUTURE WIZARD KING ASTA, SHALL NOT BACK DOWN! I WON'T REST UNTIL I FIND AT LEAST ONE DECENT PERSON DOWN HERE! I WILL NOT EAT! I WILL NOT SLEEP! GIVE ME ALL YOU'VE GOT, BECAUSE I'M NEVER GOING DOWN!"

"SHUT! THE! FUCK! UP!" Shouted the same hellhound girl from afar.

And in a twist of fate, Asta's prayers were answered when a department store TV turned on.

"Well hello there, you wayward Sinner! Do you like blood, violence, and depravity of a sexual nature? Of course you do! That's why you're in Hell! But what would you say if I told you there's a place to stay that had none of that?"

If that wasn't divine intervention. Asta's eyes lit up with hope while Liebe's face scrunched with annoyance.

"Oh? OHHH? You hear that, Liebe?" Asta ran up to the store window, pressing his face up against the glass, smiling away like an idiot. "Go on, magic picture box! Tell me! What is this safe haven?"

"Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, a misguided path to redemption! Founded six months ago by Lucifer's delusional daughter, Charolette Morningstar!"

Liebe suddenly felt shock overcome him upon hearing that name. His dark heart felt as though it had skipped a beat and his black eyes widened.

"Come place your fate in her inexperienced hands as she tries to work through her daddy issues by 'fixing you!

Here, we offer 'fun things'! Such as somewhat functional staff! And 24 hour pest control! Custom rooms, and just look at this tacky parlor! Enjoy riveting conversation with our singular resident. WOOOOOW! All this and more at the Hazbin Hotel! Your last desperate attempt at salvation starts here!"

'CALL NOW!!! OR DON'T! I DON'T CARE! WE STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING PHONE! HAZBIN HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTAL INJURY, DISMEMBERMENT, RAPE, FIRST DEGREE MURDER, OR SEXUALY TRANSMITED DISEASES CONTRACTED ON SITE PROPERTY! IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OCCUR, IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT!'

Asta spun right back around with a look of smug satisfaction. "Ha! I told you! There's someone down here who's willing to…"

That was when he finally noticed the look on Liebe's face. The young demon was totally overcome with shock, like he had seen a ghost. Asta's smug joy was replaced by worry.

"Liebe? Are you okay?"

The imp finally snapped out of his trance. He noticed the concerned look Asta had for him.

"Huh? O-oh. Y-yeah, I'm alright…" Liebe lied.

Asta narrowed his eyes. He could tell Liebe wasn't being honest with him.

"I know when you're lying. Was it that advertisement?"

The devil bit his lip and sighed. He knew better than to try and lie to this magicless loser.

"It… It was that girl, alright. Morningstar. I knew her… from before I met your mom." Despite the hint of hesitation in his tone, Liebe continued. "She was one of the few demons down here who were nice to me."

Asta was surprised. He had no idea Liebe had friends. After all, the young devil was outcast because he lacked the ability to use magic.

As the two continued down the road, Liebe told the story of how he had met Charlotte, or 'Charlie' as people down here called her. One day, Liebe ended up being attacked by a group of hellhounds who were about to make the boy their next meal. That was when Charlie stepped in and fought them off. Being the daughter of Lucifer, she was among the strongest beings in Hell, yet she showed a kindness most uncommon in this dark land.

He was taken in by Charlie and her girlfriend Vaggie until he was fully recovered. Liebe never forgot the compassion that those two had shown him. He carried the memory with him all the way to the living world.

"Wow. She sounds like an amazing person. Especially if she's willing to help the people down here." Asta admitted.

"Yeah. That's Charlie for you." Chuckled Liebe.

"In that case, let's head over to this Hazbin Hotel place on the double! We'll have a place to stay until our friends come for us!"

Asta's optimism was well noted, but Liebe knew that it wouldn't be that simple. The hotel was over in Pentagram City, the next circle over. It would be quite the trek to get there. Not to mention they would need to avoid all the demons who may make Asta their prey.

And even if they get past them, there are the Overlords. Those were the most powerful Sinners around. The more souls who sign themselves off to them, the stronger they become. So a powerful soul like Asta is a prized catch for them. They needed to be more careful now than ev-

*grumble*

The sudden growl of Asta's stomach made Liebe lose his train of thought. The Magic Knight clenched his gut in a dramatic fashion and fell to his knees.

"But first I think we should get some food…"

"You could go back to those cannibals and join them. I don't think they finished off that corpse yet." Liebe darkly jokes.

That earned him a glare from the human. "Very funny. You know we've had to ration food because of the blizzard…"

With that said, the two went off in search of food. After a couple of minutes searching, they stopped at a small sandwich shop. 'Devilish Deli'. The shop had a total of fifteen different sandwiches on their menu. The most popular among them was Queen Bee-lzebub's Hive Mind Honey Ham. So naturally, Asta ordered… everything.

The duo walked out the front door. Asta had what was essentially a mountain of sandwiches in his arms with one his mouth. He gilded his head back, the sandwich just sliding deeper into his mouth and down his throat with a loud gulp. Asta didn't even chew it.

"Ahh... Better." He gleefully said.

"I don't know who's worse, you or Charmy." Liebe muttered.

He was relieved to finally eat something, but then a question entered Asta's brain. How did they pay for all this?

"Hold on. Liebe, how did we afford these sandwiches? I didn't bring my wallet."

That was when the devil put on a toothy grin. He pulled out a black wallet with an insignia on it that read 'Property of Crimson' on the side.

"I swiped it off that guy over there."

Liebe pointed to a rather tall red imp with black and white horns, white hair, a suit, and a fedora hat. The imp was completely unaware that his wallet had been pinched by the black devil, who was snickering deviently.

"You stole that off someone?!" Asta exclaimed, appalled by his companion's crime.

"Saying I 'stole' this is such a harsh term. It's more like, uh… You know, there's no other way to say it. Yeah, I stole it."

Asta was livid. Growing up in a church, he was highly against crimes like theft. For both personal and moral reasons.

"Don't look at me like that, Asta. We needed to eat." Liebe said, attempting to sugarcoat the reason.

"That's no excuse, Liebe! I grew up hungry and I never stole anything in my life! Didn't my mom ever teach you about basic human ethics?!" Asta scolded.

"I'm sure Richta would understand the situation we're in. Besides, that old fart won't even realize that it's gone!"

Words that would turn around and bite Liebe in the butt. While Asta was shouting at the top of his lungs, the demon's attention was captured. That was when he noticed Liebe holding his wallet. The imp searched his person to make sure that really was his wallet, and just their luck.

"DA FUCK?! GET EM!"

Suddenly, a large group of anthropomorphic sharks appeared out of absolutely nowhere, literally armed to their teeth. The sharks took aim with their guns at Asta and Liebe. The two were instantly sweating buckets.

"I'm sorry. You were saying?" Asta said sarcastically.

The sounds of gunfire and explosions filled the air, as did the sounds of high pitched screaming. Asta and Liebe ran as fast as their legs could carry them. The shark gang, hot on their tails however. Their guns firing off round after round at lightning fast rates with the bullets just grazing poor Asta.

The duo quickly turned the corner and ducked down a dirty alley. They noticed an open dumpster and, without a shred of hesitation, they jumped right inside to use as a hiding spot. Crimson and his men passed right by, not even noticing the dumpster.

Once they were out of sight, Asta and Liebe poked their heads out. The coast was clear.

"Okay. We're good…" Asta sighed.

He and the devil leapt out from the dumpster. Asta looked down at himself. His Black Bulls uniform was completely ruined, torn up by gunfire covered in blood, gunk, and mayonnaise… or at least he hoped it was mayo…

"Aw man… This is my only uniform!" The boy cried.

"Aside from the forty three copies you have in your closet back at the hideout?" Liebe stated flatly.

"The only uniform I have on me right now!" Asta corrected. "I'm NOT walking around like this! Tell me there's a boutique around here or something!"

"Yeah, like new cloths are just gonna appear out of no-"

Right beside the dumpster… was a donation bin filled with clothes…

It took a few minutes, but Asta eventually found clothes that fit him. It was a mismatch of items, but he wasn't one to complain about style. Something however, he had never seen before. Such as a sweater hoodie and sneakers. Asta wasn't sure what they were at the beginning until Liebe explained them to him.

"There. We got you some temp clothes. Happy?" Liebe asked in irritation.

"Hmm… I'd say about 50%." Asta responded in a bit of a hostile tone.

The vein on Liebe's forehead was about to burst wide open. "Beggars can't be choosers, Asta! What more do you want?!"

"Look, I'm not complaining, but THESE are the only pants in my size?!"

Asta was referring to the hot pink sweatpants he was now wearing. The color he could put up with. The big issue was the fact that they said 'sugar' on the butt in bedazzled letters.

"I mean, they do make your eyes pop. Hahahahaha!"

The devil's laughs were loud and obnoxious. Asta would have lobbed his head off right there if he didn't love that demon like a brother.

Asta suddenly felt the urge to shift his hips a bit, in an attempt to 'readjust himself'. He kept repeating the movement as he found himself unable to stop. Something about the pants were making him uncomfortable.

"Huh? You okay there?" Liebe asked, curious as to what he was doing.

"Something caught in between my junk! Oh no. Don't be alive!" Asta begged.

The Magic Knight finally reacted down into his pants to find the score of the irritation. He finally pulled it out from inside. It was a piece of paper.

Curious, Liebe got closer to Asta so he could see as well. The paper was folded in half for some reason. Asta opened it up. There was a message written on it in rather a girlish font. It said…

"Got you. ;)"

Suddenly, the human burst into a cloud of smoke and vanished from sight entirely. Liebe fell backwards from the shock, letting out a startled yelp. His companion was gone.

"Asta?!"

All around him was darkness. Asta couldn't see anything before him aside from the black void. Though he was blind, he could feel that his limbs were restrained. Not only that, but he was also stripped of all garments. He could tell because of the breeze he was feeling.

The young knight panicked. Where was he now? Was this that demon, Andre's doing?

Normally, Asta would just use one of his swords to slash his way to freedom, but he had left his grimoire pouch in his other pants, which were with Liebe. So Asta couldn't even use Anti Magic right now.

Our hero had not felt this helpless in a long time. Not since before he received his grimoire and Yuno was attacked by a thief trying still his grimoire due to the rare four leaf clover on it. Asta lacked magic, he couldn't fight back… until Liebe came to him at that moment.

This time however, the devil would not be able to come to his rescue.

"Crap! Why can't I break these bindings?! Where even am I?!" Asta screamed in sheer anxiety.

Nothing. Just dead silence… For now at least.

Just then, the young human heard something in the dark. A voice. A laugh.

"Hmhmhmhm… Well well, what do we have here? It seems my little trap has caught something oh so interesting~"

Asta flinched at the appearance of the mysterious voice. It was male from the sound of it. Soft spoken and tender. It sent shivers up his spine.

"Huh?! Who said that?! Who's there?!" He screamed.

"Now now, please don't fret, my sweet little imp. Your time of playing hard to get is finished. I through with waiting~"

The voice sounded as though it was getting closer. They were soft, but Asta was able to make out the sounds of footsteps closing in.

"What? Ha- Hang on here, pal! I'm not a devil! I think there's a case of mistaken identity here! You got the wrong guy!" Asta screamed desperately.

"Hahahaha. Oh Blitzy, please. Your little trick won't fool me. Why even bother? Especially when you know how much your going to enjoy this~"

'Blitzy? Who's Blitzy?'

Whoever this figure in the dark was clearly mistook Asta for someone else. The Magic Knight, despite being unable to see, could clearly tell that the figure was now right in front of him. That was thanks to his ability to detect Ki. From what Asta was getting of this individual, the Ki he was sensing was laced with sexual energy. That would mean… Oh no.

"Do try to hold still, dear. Just let me do all the work this time~" The voice whispered seductively.

"What do you mean- Ah!"

Asta gasped. The feeling of hands gently gliding across his bare chest caused his whole body to shiver. The figure leaned in close. He began to run his tongue along the crevasses of Asta's pecs in an ever so gentle way. One hand carefully gliding up his chest to his left pec. He felt a sharp sensation as the figure's fingers pinched his nipples tightly.

"My my, Blitzy. Have you been working out? You're so much beefier than last we rendezvoused~"

The boy couldn't help but wince. This feeling was alien to Asta. He had spent more time fighting and training his body. He had no idea what it felt like to have someone pleasure it, let alone by another man.

Such a foreign experience, but Asta couldn't let himself get lost in this pleasure. He needed a way out. The first step was to turn the light on and get whoever this was to let him go. Fast as well. Asta was sure there was a pair of scissors enclosing around his other nipple. But then why did it also feel like something was licking it? Are there scissors with tongues in Hell?! A thought for later.

Now, how to get this guy to turn on the lights? Asta had read plenty of romance novels back at the hideout. Mostly to try and find ways to win over Sister Lily… Yes, Asta has a crush on the nun that raised him… and regularly proposes to her only to get knocked out by a giant water fist… multiple times…

Then it came to him. A key ingredient in any romantic night with someone. Intimacy.

"H-hang on! Hang on! Hang on! We're going a little fast! Don't you wanna, uh… set the mood first?"

The figure stopped his teasing. "Oh? Set the mood?" He questioned.

He stopped. It was working.

"Yeah! You know, maybe light some candles. Cuddle up in bed together. Do… that"

"I'm sorry. Do what exactly?"

Asta gulped. Trying to bargain with this person was getting more and more difficult. He just needed to get him to turn on the lights so he could untie him.

'Seriously?! Okay Asta, calm down. Just sound sexy. Sound absolutely, positively, nothing like you usually are.'

The boy coughed to clear his throat. "How about I *bleep* you in your *bleep*, and then shove my *bleep* up your *bleep* while I *bleep* all over your face. How's that sound?"

The figure let out a surprised gasp. He felt his heart skip and the blood rush to his loin.

"Ho-ly-fuck! Blitzy, that sounds wonderful! You would really do all of that for me?!"

"Y-yes! Of course I would! Just go get some candles! Start up the fireplace! Anything! Just turn on the lights!" Asta begged.

A giggle of excitement could be heard. The figure danced over to another corner of the room. Likely to turn on the light switch, singing the whole way.

"Hoohoohoo! Blitz is going to romance me! Best night of my life is hap-en-ing! I'm going to fall in love with his big, red-"

As the figure lit the tips of the nearby candles aflame, the darkness vanished and all was finally made visible. Asta and the figure could at last see each other clearly.

Asta himself was strapped to some kind of sex rack. Arms and legs spread out to leave him helpless, bound by leather straps on each end.

As for the figure, it was no imp. He was an anthropomorphic owl, tall and slender, with a white, heart-shaped facial disk and small black beak. Large red eyes accompanied by gray-blue feathers, which gradients to dark gray-blue on his head and long, plume-like tail. He also had a lighter gray-blue puff of fur on his chest. Not to mention thin black talons for feet.

And to top it all off, the owl was as naked as Asta was, only with a full erection dangling from in between his legs.

The two just stared at each other in silence, both stunned by what they saw. It wasn't until ten seconds later that the room was flooded with high pitched screams from both of them.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!"

"GYAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!"

After some time had passed, the owl had finally released Asta from the bindings that held him in place on the rack. The human was now sitting on a large bed with a blanket covering his nude form, while the owl had wrapped himself in a red silken robe.

The two were now sitting beside each other on the edge of the bed in awkward silence. Asta and the owl had their gazes locked onto the floor. They couldn't bear to look each other in the eye, especially after what had just happened.

"I'm terribly sorry for what happened back there. I was sure you were someone I knew." The owl apologized sincerely.

'I know I flunked zoology, but aren't owls supposed to see in the dark..?' Asta wondered.

"It uh… It's fine. Don't worry about it. Stuff… happens. Ahahaha…"

That was a lie. Asta was quite shaken up. If it weren't for the blanket, the owl could see him shaking as if he jumped into an ice lake. Never in his life had someone ever touched in such a way. Let alone by another man. It was… frightening.

Don't be mistaken. Asta had nothing against homosexuals, neither did Yuno. Father Osri and Sister Lily were both rather open about it, teaching them that love comes in many forms, regardless of race, status, or gender. Still, to experience it first hand, and as your first sexual experience to begin with. It would rattle even someone as tough as Yami.

"I suppose they do."

The owl stood up from the bed. Asta didn't realize how tall this creature actually was. He had to have been twice his own size. The demon walked over to the closet and opened the door.

"And now that I've gotten a better look at you, you're actually quite… human. Well, aside from that right arm of yours." The owl stated while searching through the hanging clothes.

"Yeah well, I wasn't really planning on coming down here. If I were, I would have brought my vacation gear." Asta awkwardly jokes.

The owl chuckled slightly. "Regardless, it has been quite some time since I've last seen a human, let alone one with a personality as 'explosive' as yours."

"Makes sense, seeing as I'm from the living world and you're an Ars Goetia who lives down here."

The demon owl paused for a second. His beak parting slightly as if he were about to gasp. He turned back to Asta, his eyes carrying a hint of curiosity in them.

"Oh? You know what species I am? How did you learn about that?" The owl asked.

Asta scratched his head and looked away. "It's complicated." Was his only reply.

Finally, the owl demon found what he was looking for in the closet. A black and gold trimmed suit. From how small it was, it was likely from his younger years.

"Here we are. My old prom suit from when I was a teenager. This should fit you nicely. I can't have you walking around my palace naked after all. I mean, I wouldn't complain."

Asta groaned. 'Why did he have to say that..?'

Moving on… Asta was now finally changing into some clothes. He was doing so behind something he could only assume was a folding screen. He had seen these screens from his time in Hino Country, Yami's homeland, after he was stranded there. Asta was just glad he had some privacy, though he could have gone without the silhouette of himself that was visible to the owl.

"Pardon me asking, but I don't believe I was told your name." The owl noted.

"Oh? Oh yeah, right. My bad. Hi, my name's Asta. I'm a Magic Knight from the Clover Kingdom. Black Bulls squad, to be exact."

The owl pondered in thought. "Is that so?" He said. "I… don't believe I've ever heard of any of those things before. I've never seen any "Clover Kingdom" on Earth before."

Asta stopped for a second out of surprise. Truly? This demon hasn't heard of the Clover Kingdom? Asta met quite a few in the past who did. That was bizarre.

"Regardless, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Sir Asta. My name is Stolas."

The demon owl bowed humbly to the human. For a devil, he was quite the gentleman. Asta felt a sense of familiarity in his mind for some reason. He feels like he knows this creature. Stolas… Where has he heard that name..? Then it hit him. The church.

"Wait. As in THAT Stolas? The crown prince of Hell?"

"You know who I am?" Stolas questioned.

That was when Asta explained. He learned about him from Father Osri. Stolas, prince of the Underworld and commander of 26 legions of demons. He was the demon bird who would bargain for the knowledge of the stars in exchange for souls. He was often depicted as an owl. Though, he was certainly different from his picture in the Bible… and not as horny.

"Ahh. So that is how you know of me." Stolas said. "You didn't strike me as the religious type."

Asta finished putting on his suit and walked out from behind the screen. It was a typical dress suit, consisting of a white shirt, a black blazer and pants, and dark dress shoes. It was a little on the tight side. The suit clung firmly to his body, revealing quite a bit of his muscle mass. Asta also still had his Black Bulls headband wrapped around his forehead.

"I grew up in a Christian church. Couldn't exactly avoid the masses, so I decided to study up."

Stolas' eyes darted across the boy's form. Asta's bulging muscles were a true treat for the eye. It was safe to say that Stolas chose a tighter fitting suit on purpose, unbeknownst to the Magic Knight.

"A bit tight, but it's better than the sweatpants." Asta admitted.

"Yes. Those were meant for an… acquaintance of mine. I should have known he would see right through them." Stolas replied.

"An "Acquaintance", huh? Funny thing to call your boyfriend."

Stolas' face turned as red as a tomato upon hearing the remark made by Asta. His whole posture straightened and got as stiff as wood. Asta noticed this and became curious over such a reaction.

"Hm? You okay, Mr. Stolas?"

The owl quickly snapped out of his trance. He coughed slightly before turning to the human.

"O-oh, yes. I'm fine. Hehehe…" Stolas chuckled nervously. "It's just that, um… I would exactly say that Blitz is my 'boyfriend' to be exact."

Reaching over to the side of his dresser, Stolas picked up a glass of water. He keeps one in his room for when he needs it at night. The owl took a rather big sip from the glass.

Asta was now very curious about this relationship that Stolas seemed to be so reluctant about. He wondered what was to hide. That was then he noticed a cloud floating just three feet to his right. Inside was a message in a rather girlish font that read; "Blitzy is calling!"

"Then can I ask this Blitz guy himself? Because there's a weird cloud thing right over there that says he's calling or something."

And not one second later, Stolas spit up the water he was drinking. He shrieked in pure shock before running full speed towards his phone in an extremely uncoordinated fashion. Stolas tripped, bumped into things, nearly broke his ankle, but finally made it. He picked up his phone quickly; eyes turning into hearts and his feathers ruffling up.

"Hello?! Hello Blitzy! Glad to hear from you, my teeny little imp!"

Stolas sounded like a giddy school girl when he answered.

"Hey Stolas, so your daughter came by, took your book and teleported off to WHO THE FUCK KNOWS WHERE! WE HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING EITHER OF THEM BACK! OKAY?! Okay, good talk. Byyyyyye…" *beep* *beep* *beep*

That very moment was when Stolas' excited and cheerful expression transformed into a look of total shock. His red eyes widened to their limits and the phone fell from his grip. Stolas could feel his heart racing anxiously and his breathing accelerated.

Asta looked at the Goetia in confusion. He wondered what the conversation held just now was about.

"Mr. Stolas? Is everything okay?"

Stolas turned around. His face changed again. Now he showed a look of pure, red hot, unfiltered parental rage.

"Asta. You must excuse me. I'll be back soon." He spoke as calmly as he could. "There are three imps and a hellhound that I need to kill."

With that being said, Stolas transformed. His body changed into an almost ethereal state. He was now a large mass of black and red feathers. It was similar to how Liebe used to project himself in front of Asta. To appear as this all powerful entity, seemingly omnipotent and impossible to oppose.

Stolas spread his dark wings and flew at top speed out the window. He was like a bird of prey taking off on a hunt. Asta chased after him, running out onto the balcony.

"Hey! Where are you going?! Mr. Stolas!" Asta called out. The demon was already too far away to hear. "I don't know where I am! You're just gonna leave me here?! I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M SUPPOSE TO DO!"

…And now Asta was just shouting at himself…

"Fuuuuck!"

This was not a situation he was very fond of being in right now. First, he got stranded in actual Hell, then he was separated from Liebe, then he was almost molested by an unimaginably thirsty owl, and now he was left alone in a humongous palace by himself with no one to even talk to or have any means of escape. Just his luck…

Why did he have to follow Andre into Hell? He should have listened to Yuno and gone home. Back to the Black Bulls' hideout, where he would have been with his friends and squad mates. Even with the blizzard causing problems for them all. Like Gauche complaining about not seeing his little sister. Charmy going crazy about having to eat rationed food instead of gorging herself. A DANGEROUSLY sober Vanessa because they ran out of alcohol. Even Yami and his infamy for always pooping and stinking up the whole hideout because the blizzard backed up their plumbing, essentially turning the whole building into one big fertilizer bomb that would blow at the slightest spark…

Which is why Yami locked Magna and Luck in their rooms to keep them from fighting, given that they use Flame and Lightning Magic… but that also meant Yami couldn't smoke… so that wouldn't be pleasant.

But even with all their craziness, Asta loved those sociopaths for all their flaws. The Black Bulls. The worst and most unhinged of the Magic Knight squads. An order of outcasts, freaks, criminals, and utter failures. They accepted him even though he had no magic. He was truly blessed to have them all.

But now… he was alone. Alone in Hell.

"Okay! Fine! Leave Asta in the dark, yet again!" Asta angrily said to no one. "I guess that I'll just sit here! Twiddling my own thumbs!

Asta angrily stomped back into the room, planting his butt right back onto the bed. He needed time to cool down, that way he could figure out a plan to find Liebe. Because without him and his grimoire, no Anti Magic for this little troll with bulging biceps. No way to defend himself.

So he sat there.

"Who am I kidding? I can't sit still. I'm gonna take a walk."
