Edited: Hi, I noticed that when I uploaded the world document to the website for some reason it removed the spaces between paragraphs and I didn't realize it until after uploading it, I have already made the necessary corrections.

I apologize for the delay. This year I was trying to open my own business with a group of friends to see if we could start working on our own, but every time we presented the necessary documentation, they put more requirements on us and after this was repeated several more times several of the people, we had gathered to start the business gave up. At the same time a co-worker resigned and that overloaded the work of those of us who remained.

Chapter 8. Mother's Day and the Birth of the Red Flash.

In the forest near the Uzumaki clan residence, we can see how both Naruto and Shirou were walking along the path that leads to the center of the village.

Since Kushina was attending to some matters with Tsunade, they had taken the opportunity to step out for a moment, giving the excuse that they wanted to buy some ingredients for today's dinner.

But they actually had other plans, as Mother's Day was tomorrow, and for young Naruto, this would be the first Mother's Day he could celebrate with his mother Kushina, so the little boy wanted to do something special, which is why he asked Shirou for help.

Are you sure about this? You know I can give you the money." He said to Shirou as they continued walking.

"Yes, it's just that I want to do this by myself." That was the response of the young Naruto.

"I respect that attitude, but remember that if you ever need help, don't hesitate to let me know."

"Of course, because you are my number one older brother."

"You know I'm your only older brother, or rather, cousin".

"Cousin, brother, in the end, we are family and that's what matters," said Naruto with a big smile.

"That's true."

Soon they arrived at their destination. The Green Dragon weapon shop. It wasn't the first time Shirou had come here, as he and his grandfather Sato had been doing business with this store for years to make money and earn a living.

Sato, for his part, sold different types of seals, from explosive to storage, with the quality of his work being far superior to that of others; it was easy for him to get good prices.

Shirou, for his part, sold the weapons he made in his forge. At first, many hoped that he could sell them legendary weapons like the ones he used on the night of the great commotion when he rescued the hostages that Danzo had held.

But Shirou turned them away, saying he could only create weapons like those if he had chakra metal and chakra crystal.

Knowing that the price of those materials is so high that no single shinobi could afford them, they gave up, but soon realized that the weapons and equipment he forged with ordinary metals were of superior quality, and over time he included new weapon designs that had never been seen before.

What they didn't know was that Shirou was simply recreating weapons from his original world, from cultures different from the Japanese one on which this world seemed to be based, from medieval swords to halberds and scimitars.

Considering that Shirou's hobby, in addition to cooking, is forging, this means he has several pieces that were just taking up space, so by selling them he not only gets extra income but also creates more space to continue forging new pieces.

But today it wasn't him who came to sell his pieces, but Naruto. Like any little child who wants to spend time with an older brother they admire, Naruto asked Shirou to teach him how to forge things like he does, to which Shirou agreed, and today they come to sell their first piece.

"But it's Shirou," said a man standing at the store counter.

"Hello, Mr. Xiam, How have you been?".

"Very well, and tell me, how can I help you? Are you here to sell more weapons? ".

"Not today, I'm just here to accompany my little brother who wants to sell his first creation."

"Really?" said Xiam as he looked at the young Naruto. He, of course, knew who Naruto was and treated him with respect, not because he was the son of Kushina who would become the future Hokage, but because Minato had been a great friend of his; in fact, he was the one who helped him make his special kunais.

"Let me see what you have."

Naruto soon showed the package he was carrying and showed it to Xiam.

In the box, ten small knives could be seen, but they had a peculiar design.

"They look interesting, but what are they?"

"They're throwing daggers," replied Naruto. "Due to their weight, they don't have the same range as a normal kunai, but because of their size, you can carry several and they are very effective in enclosed spaces like rooms and hallways."

"It's a very interesting design."

"Yes, because Shirou taught me."

"I see you also have a talent for forging, very well, I think we can do business."

At that moment, a little girl with brown hair entered the store.

"Dad, I already finished cleaning the parts you told me to." "Oh, Shirou, you came today," said the little girl who approached to greet Shirou.

"Hello, TenTen, how have you been?"

"Very well, by the way, when will you make me a weapon?"

"TenTen!" his father scolded him.

"Maybe when you graduate from the academy."

"Very well, by the way, who is he?" said TenTen, pointing at Naruto.

"He is my cousin Naruto, and today he has come to sell some weapons he forged".

"Really?" said the girl as she examined the daggers.

"I like them, I see you have talent." By the way, I'm TenTen.

"Thank you very much, but the truth is that I still have a lot to learn. By the way, are you already going to the academy?"

"Yes, I'm in my first year."

"I'm going to start next year."

After talking for a couple more minutes, Naruto received the payment for his first job, not before ending up promising TenTen that they would see each other again after he promised to give them some forging lessons.

Naruto, for his part, couldn't stop looking at his frog-shaped wallet that had been a gift from his grandfather Sato.

"Very well, now that you have the money, what do you want to buy with it?"

Shirou already knew that Mother's Day was approaching and, like Naruto, he wanted to give Kushina something special for the first time, but he didn't know what.

"You'll see," said Naruto, who guided him to a street vendor. He had seen a hairpin in the shape of a golden fox.

They might wonder why they buy a brooch when they have talent in forging; the answer is simple, because that talent only works on weapons.

It was a simple brooch, with a gold plating. One could say it was cheap, but for a first-time gift made by a child, it was appropriate; besides, he knew that Kushina would treasure that brooch as if it were one of the relics of the Sage of the Six Paths.

Once the shopping was done, Naruto had a bit of money left over, so he asked what else he could buy for his mother that she would like.

Seeing the money Naruto had left, Shirou had an idea and soon took him to the Yamanaka family flower shop.

However, when they entered the store, they did not expect to find the person who was attending the counter.

"AH, Shirou," said Luvia as soon as she saw Shirou walk through the door of the place, running towards him to catch him in a hug and give him a kiss on the cheek.

Shirou, for his part, responded to the hug.

"Hi, Luvia, I didn't know you worked here."

"This is my uncles' store; I'm just helping out today while they're away and taking care of my little cousin Ino."
It was at that moment that both Shirou and Naruto saw that Luvia was not alone and that there was a little girl, the same age as Naruto, next to the counter.

"Luvia, is this the boyfriend you were telling me about?" asked a little girl.

"You are mistaken, Ino, Sheero is not my boyfriend, he is my fiancé and one day we are going to get married and have a big family."

Ino, for her part, kept looking at Shirou.

She knew who he was; after all, since he rescued those people, there was no one in the village who didn't know who he was. Even her father, who was the clan leader, had recognized his strength, but when he found out that his favorite cousin was going to marry him in the future, it was something she didn't like.

Her cousin Luvia was her ideal; she was strong, talented, and very beautiful, just like she wanted to be in the future. When she found out that she was engaged in a political marriage, she got upset with her family for allowing it and went to console Luvia, thinking she would be very sad about the news, especially because he would have more than one wife.
But when she finally found Luvia and asked her about her engagement, the reaction she received was not what she expected, as Luvia began to talk about how wonderful her fiancé was and how happy she was. Not only that, every time she returned after spending time with him and his family, she could see that she came back happier.

Finally, her curiosity got the better of her and, finally, she asked him. "Doesn't it bother you that your future husband is going to have several wives and that you will only be one among many?"

Upon hearing that question, Luvia started laughing, much to Ino's confusion.

"I'm sorry," said Luvia after laughing a little. "It's just that Hinata, Rin's younger sister, asked the same question yesterday and I think it's cute that you think the same."

"Isn't Rin Hyuga the girl you say you can't stand?"

"That's a joke, well, not entirely."

Ino didn't understand if Luvia really didn't like Rin or not.

It was then that Luvia gave her the same answer they had given little Hinata during dinner the other day.
About how she, Rin, Sakura, Illya, Saber, and Rider had made a pact and how they manipulated the village council and their clan's council to ensure that they would be Shirou's wives in the future.

Ino was surprised, as that would mean her cousin got away with it and tricked the councils into giving her what she wanted, but she still didn't understand her love for that guy.

And now the source of his doubts was here.

"By the way, what have you come to this store for?" asked Luvia. with a curious look, wondering if Shirou was going to buy flowers for someone else before her.

"In fact, the client is Naruto," said Shirou, pointing to Naruto who was behind him.

"Oh, hi, Naruto, I didn't seen you."

"Hello, older sister Luvia, I didn't want to interrupt your moment with Shirou, so I waited in silence until you finished greeting each other."

"How considerate you are and what a good little brother," said Luvia while stroking his head.

The truth is that his mother had advised him to stay quiet if he ever saw the girls approaching Shirou, that the best thing he could do was to remain silent and wait for them to notice him, and when they did, to be kind to them and give them compliments. The truth is, he didn't know why, but he decided it was better to listen to her.

"Little brother," Ino asked, now directing her eyes towards Naruto.

"When Sheero and I get married, Naruto will officially become my younger brother and I will be his older sister."

"Nothing would make me happier than having a sister as beautiful and talented as you." Said Naruto, following his mother's advice.

"That's right, you are a good boy," said Luvia, now hugging him.

However, Ino didn't like that; not only would her cousin Luvia marry that Shirou in the future, but she would also have a new brother, and if that happened, what would happen to her?

"Hello," a voice pulled her out of her thoughts.

Ino saw how the young blonde man who came with her cousin's boyfriend was standing in front of her.

"Don't be shy, Ino, and return the greeting," Luvia said to her.

"Hello".

"So you are Luvia's cousin."

"Yes, I am and someday I will be as great as she is."

"That's great, I understand you because I also want to be as strong as my cousin Shirou, so I will encourage you to achieve your dream."

Ino was surprised to hear this. She knew there was a big gap between her and Luvia, so much so that the other children in the clan mocked her when she told them her dream.

This boy was the first of his age who didn't make fun of her.

"How nice, my little Ino has already made a new friend."

"Luvia," complained Ino.

Nevertheless, Luvia continued.

"Tell me, Naruto, what would you think if the next time I go, I bring Ino with me so she can train and play with you, Hinata, and Sakura?"

"The more, the better; in fact, TenTen also wants to come practice with us."

"TenTen?" asked Luvia.

"The daughter of the owner of the weapons store where we sell our work".

"I see, Naruto is following in your footsteps," said Luvia with a playful smile.

Shirou, for his part, remained silent while blushing.

"Wait a moment, I don't need help to get strong again, I can do it by myself," said a determined Ino.

"You're mistaken." It was Luvia's direct response. Seeing Ino's astonishment at her declaration, she continued.

"It's true that you can train and get strong on your own, but eventually, you will face a wall that you won't be able to overcome by yourself. I know because it happened to me, but with the help of my friends, I was able to become stronger and help them do the same. At this moment, Naruto's mother is my sensei, and thanks to her, I was able to discover my true potential and I am getting stronger every day".

Ino was surprised, as she believed Luvia had become strong on her own.

"How about you accompany me the next time I visit Shirou, so you can meet Naruto's friends? If after that you're not convinced, then I won't insist anymore".

Ino stared at him; after a few moments, he nodded.

"Very well, and now, what can I do for you?"

"I would like to buy some flowers," said Naruto, showing the money he had.

Using a small telepathy spell, Shirou informed Luvia about all of this, to which Luvia smiled.

"Of course, and let me tell you that you arrived at the right time, as we have a special offer on these red tulips".

Ino kept looking at her cousin; those flowers were among the most expensive in her shop and the money that boy had wasn't even enough to buy a single one, but her cousin was giving him a whole bouquet.

"I also want to buy some flowers," said Shirou, taking a bouquet of roses and handing over the money for his purchase.
Ino could see that the amount he gave was much higher than the cost of the roses she had just bought; being a clever girl, she realized what had just happened, Shirou was paying for Naruto's flowers.

Once the business was done, both Shirou and Naruto said goodbye to Luvia and Ino and left.
When the door closed, Ino couldn't help but ask Luvia a question.

"That Shirou looks very normal, he doesn't seem that strong."

"Appearances can be deceiving".

"I already know that, but I don't understand what you see in him."

"It's because he is an idiot."

Ino didn't expect that answer. "But if he's an idiot, why do you like him so much?"

"Because he is the biggest idiot of all who will fight for his ideal without ever giving up and won't hesitate to help those in need, even if it means risking his life. He is such an idiot that he doesn't recognize how wonderful he is, and that's why he needs people to tell him, besides the fact that I can't stop watching him to know what he will do next".

"I don't understand," said a confused Ino.

"Don't worry, someday you'll find an idiot for yourself who will make you understand what I just told you."

Back home, Naruto hurried to hide the gifts he had just bought in his room, then acted as if nothing was happening; however, he couldn't contain the excitement he felt waiting for tomorrow.

"Happy Mother's Day." He said to her as he jumped to give Kushina a hug, who received them with a big smile.
"Thank you, my sun." Said Kushina, who received the hug with joy. Of course, she already knew what her son wanted to do, but she still looked forward to it eagerly, as part of her life's mission was to enjoy the experience of being a mother with Naruto.

That day's breakfast was special because Naruto made it thanks to Shirou's cooking lessons.

Once breakfast was over and Kushina joyfully received her gifts, the two went out to spend the day together.
Kushina offered Shirou to join them, but he declined; this was Naruto's time.

Once Naruto and Kushina left, Shirou went to his room, where he took the roses he had bought for Luvia. Leaving a three-pointed kunai on his bed, similar to those used by the Fourth Hokage, before heading out.

A few moments later, we can see him entering the Konoha cemetery. After walking for a few moments among the graves, he finally stops in front of one.

"Minami Uzumaki," read Shirou before placing the flowers on the grave.

He stood contemplating the grave for a few moments. It was ironic; by the whims of fate, he was in his second life, able to remember the past, and in both, he had been an orphan. In his life in Japan, he couldn't remember his mother before the fire. But in this one, he had some memories and photos of the woman who brought him into this world. He could feel the love she had for him.

But once again, fate took that away from him.

Remembering the vision he had when he examined Danzo's sword, the memory of how he killed his mother while she was trying to protect Kushina and baby Naruto.

And not just his mother, but all the innocents he had killed for his ambition.

He came to the decision that when he met Danzo again, he would kill him.

Not for revenge, but for justice, as well as to protect the innocents he would kill in his quest for power.
Using his magic to trace another three-pointed kunai like the one he left in his room.

"Thank you for bringing me into this world, mom; I'll bring you more flowers on your birthday." Once he said this, he dropped the kunai and, the moment it touched the ground, Shirou disappeared in a red flash.

End of chapter.

Authors notes: Because Shirou used his trace magic on Minato Kinais, that can be considered a noble phantom, he is now able to use his special technique.
