Chapter 1:

Lex Luthor sits in his office, but then Mercy enters. "Lex, it's about your sister…"

"She wants nothing to do with me," says Luthor, "so it's none of my concern…"

"She's missing!"

That catches Luthor's attention.

...

Luthor didn't trust the safety of his sister with anyone, so he went in on his own. "She better appreciate this," says Luthor. He takes a look around the place known as Joyville. He enters the security office and no one was there. He then finds a newspaper article about Harrison Vanderbilt, the founder of Joyville, being arrested. Luthor then finds a camera.

"Is this thing even recording? Okay, okay, I don't know what's happening here! But something is terribly wrong! Everyone… all the children… and the other employees… they vanished! Without a trace! I'm the… I'm the only one left! And I don't understand why! I saw it! It's a creature! So horrifying, it haunts my every waking thought! Its appearance… it defies all natural laws! It had eyes… eyes in its mouth! Can you imagine? It's like a nightmare brought to life! I can't even begin to fathom its purpose or origin! That shadow… it was just here! Right outside! It's out there! Somewhere! Roaming in Joyville! Searching! What does it want? Why is this happening? I need help! I need to reach out to someone! Anyone who can explain this! If you're watching this, please send help! I'm trapped, terrified, I don't know how much longer I can…" That was when the creature attacked him, causing him to drop the camera…

"Well… that was… interesting," says Luthor. He then continues to walk. Luthor then enters another room and connects the wires. Luthor then remembers something… "That creature…" He looks at the security monitors again and this time, the big yellow thing in one of the screens has disappeared. Luthor then enters an elevator and it takes him where he needs to go…

...

Luthor sees a mural of the creature. "Wooly Bully," Luthor reads, "he makes the Joker look handsome!" Luthor then looks at a poster and sees four worms. "They think of the stupidest characters!" Luthor then finds a strange looking teddy bear and looks in the camera.

"Um… hi there. If anyone is watching this, please listen carefully. My name is Ethen Jenkins. And I work at Joyville. Something terrible has happened and I-I don't have much time to explain! But there's something important you need to know about this teddy bear. This teddy bear is no ordinary toy! It has a special chip imbedded in it. A chip that can do incredible things. It's… it's a long story. I can't risk revealing it on camera because I don't know who might find it, but I can tell you this much, it opens doors. It has a purpose beyond that, but I can't go into detail right now."

Luthor then sighs and takes the bear. "You better not be a waste of my time," says Luthor.

...

Luthor places the bear on a scanner and a door opens…

...

That was when the message stopped.

"That was interesting," says Luthor. He then takes a look around. Luthor then places the bear in the jukebox, recharging it. Luthor then tries out the Joywheel. The first time he fails, this large worm thing looks at him. The next time he fails, the worm gets more monstrous. He then starts getting better until it opens a door. Luthor then goes through that door…

...

Luthor tries to cross these wooden planks, but he ends up falling down a hole…

...

He then finds himself in this underground tunnel. Luthor then finds a flashlight and uses it. There are some giant worms stalking him. The light seems to scare them away.

...

After going through the tunnels, Luthor finds himself in an underground facility. "What is this place hiding," Luthor asks himself. He then uses the bear to open another door. Luthor enters an uses another elevator to get to the game room.

...

Luthor finds the word 'evil' written a lot. "Why do I have the feeling they're not talking about me," Luthor asks himself. Luthor then uses the bear to open another door.

...

Luthor looks around. Sees one of those slides. "When I was a child, I always thought things like this were ridiculous!" He then sees that the next door has a broken scanner. So, he figured he might as well use the slide and goes down it…

...

Luthor goes to a door, but it opens, revealing Wooly Bully! Wooly then chases after Luthor. "I knew I should've brought my power suit!" Luthor then goes back in the slide and goes deep enough that Wooly can't reach him. Wooly then leaves. "What in blazes was that?"

...

Luthor goes through the Playzone and after going through the obstacle course, he uses the bear to open a door.

...

Each door he tries gets sealed. Then he sees balls coming down the staircase he just came down. He takes a look and sees Wooly Bully again! Luthor then proceeds to run with Wooly chasing after him…

...

Luthor gets in an elevator and uses the bear to activate it. Wooly tries to force the doors open, but he couldn't and the elevator goes up. "So long, Hairball," says Luthor.

...

As the elevator rises, Luthor hears something. Then Wooly Bully lands on the top, causing it to crash…
