JJ sat down at the table with Holly, Robert was still busy with the kids so he decided to have a talk with his future mother-in-law. "You doing okay?" He asked her.

Holly looked up and nodded, smiling at him. "Yes, I think your grandmother outdid herself."

"She usually does. I really appreciate you and Robert being here." JJ told Holly, he knew what it meant to Rose.

"You know if it weren't for Rose who knows if this would have happened, you might not have your future bride so we are very lucky to have your grandmother in our lives." Holly knew she would always be so grateful to Rose for the part she played in getting her and Robert together.

"She's the best, I've always known that. I'm very grateful to have you and Robert in my life. I've really enjoyed getting to know you both. Robert was actually my hero growing up. Dad would tell me stories and I just knew I wanted to be a WSB agent. I never wanted anything more until I met your daughter." JJ told Holly as he looked over at Jayne, she was decorating with Rose.

"I'm very glad that you and Jayne met, I will always be. It's rare to find the type of love you two have. I can't wait to see you two get married." Holly told JJ.

"I can't wait either." JJ smiled at his future mother-in-law. This year had been rough but also so good.

Jayne walked over to the table. "Hey, you two. We need some help with the candy canes. The littles are trying to pocket them." She laughed.

"I bet your father put them up to that." Holly laughed as she stood up. They all went over to finish decorating the tree.

"I want to thank you all so much. I've not had this much Christmas cheer in years." Rose told her group of friends.

"I think you just needed to come back home, just like I did!" Tiffany gave Rose a hug.

"I think we all did." Holly smiled as she wrapped her arm around Robert's. "Where is Jake?" Holly asked Rose just as the door opened up.

"Right here." Jakes said with an armful of gifts. "I have more in the car."

JJ went out to help get the rest as Rose handed them out. "I know it's early but we thought you all deserved a present for helping us."

"You did not have to do that at all, Rosie. It was our pleasure." Robert told Rose as he went over to help her. Holly did too.
