We're gonna do a little time skip to them being back week after their honeymoon, angst will be in this...well sad angst...

~~~~~Kara woke up to kisses being placed on her neck and the smell of food "Good morning," she heard Oliver's voice once he noticed she was awake.

"Mhm, good morning," she smiled giving him a kiss "Where are the kids?" she asked before the kiss could deepened.

"I just took Astra to school and Tommy to daycare, William is out of school for today because it's senior skip day but he dropped Mia and Evelyn off at school," Oliver told "So we have to whole house to ourselves..." he began kissing her again.

"Nope," Kara said pushing him away "I have to get to work," she told him and he looked at her with a small playful pout "Sorry," she laughed taking a piece of sausage off the plate that was on her nightstand "But Snapper wants all his reporters in today for some big thing" she slid out of bed and went into the bathroom.

It had been a week since the couple returned home from their honeymoon and Astra had began asking about Mon-El again, Kara has tried to contact him but he has not answered, the only time he did answer it was Imra his girlfriend which both Alex and Oliver forgot to mention, so she hasn't been in touch with him.

"It's fine," Oliver sighed sitting up in bed "I have to go into the DEO anyways" he got out of bed as Kara came out of the dressed.

"Well I'm leaving now thank you for the breakfast," she gave Oliver a peck on the lips "Love you."

"Love you too" Oliver said and she walked out the room.

Kara had been rushed into the meeting as soon as she stepped off the elevator, then afterwards she had to write about a new team of hero's, not hearing anything about this she called Oliver and they were planning to go over it on her lunch break which was in less than five minutes.

She was getting ready to go when some guy walked up to her, he looked like a lawyer.

"Are you Kara Danvers?" he asked.

"Yes" she nodded confused.

Nia watched from her desk as the guy handed Kara a brown folder with papers in it, "You're being sued" the guy said and walked away as Kara began pulling out the papers.

The words were bold in all caps at the top of the papers, Kara rushed to the bathroom and threw up, it felt like all her guts were coming out of her, "Kara?" Nia called out walking into the women's bathroom and found Kara in the first stall on the floor and the papers next to her "What are those?" she asked.

Kara pushed the papers towards Nia who picked them up off the ground "Mon-El is suing you for custody of Astra?!" Nia exclaimed making Kara bend over the toilet again gagging as green vomit left her mouth.

"Oh Rao..." Kara groaned holding her stomach feeling nauseous.

"I'll go call Oliver" Nia was about to leave when Kara stopped her. "No need he's in the lobby looking for me bring him in here" Kara said and Nia nodded rushing out the bathroom papers still in her hands as Kara threw up again.

A few minutes later Kara heard Oliver and Nia fussing over him going in the bathroom, she was still over the toilet nothing coming out until now that's when Oliver came in to see Kara hunched over to the toilet.

"Baby?" she heard Oliver's soft voice, she dropped to the ground her back against the bathroom stall "What happened?" he asked kneeling down to his pale wife.

"Nia!" Kara called out and Nia was standing in front of the stall "Give him the papers" Nia handed Oliver the papers and both girls watched as his eyes widened as he read through the packet.

"He's suing us for custody?" Oliver asked and Kara nodded. Hey at least you didn't puke again!" Nia said looking on the bright side, both of them glared at her "I'll just go back to work" she got quite and left.

"C'mon" Oliver said lifting standing up then helped Kara up picking her up bridal style as she laid her head on his chest.

A while later Kara was in the med bay while Alex was checking her out, "So you just started throwing up?" Alex questioned, she went over all the possible things why kara was sick but there were only two options. One; she lost her powers and got sick and two; she was pregnant. It was neither because she still had her powers, well mostly it seemed her powers were fading going to her stomach but now they were coming back.

Kara nodded. "Oh dear god," Alex muttered and Oliver snapped his head from Kara who looking better "What?" Oliver stood up.

"Did you know you were pregnant?" Alex asked, Oliver and Kara looked at her then looked at each other "Kara," Alex moved away from the monitor and to her sister "You were having miscarriage," she said and Oliver collapsed back into his chair "You powers didn't go out like the last two times they were going towards your stomach to protect your baby and I guess because of the custody papers that brought up some of your stress levels and," Alex paused as her sister began to cry "and your powers not full gone or transferred to your womb sprouted back to your body which made you throw up and have a miscarriage" Alex continued.

"I...I" Kara chocked "I killed our baby?" she asked.

"No!" Alex said "It wasn't you," she told her sister "It just happened you didn't know about any of it and your stress levels have been up since Mon-El returned that papers just pushed it over the top" Alex said.

"Kara," Oliver grabbed his wife's hand "This isnotyour fault, okay?" Kara nodded.

"Can...can I go home?" Kara asked Alex. "I would like to keep you here for another few hours and make sure nothing else happens" Alex said.

"Okay," Oliver said "I'll see if William cand get Astra and Tommy from school and watch them while I stay here with Kara" he said pulling out his phone giving Kara and kiss on the forehead before leaving.

"Can you call Sam?" Kara asked Alex "We're going to need a lawyer and since he's close to being one and the only one I trust..." she trailed off.

"I'll call him" Alex nodded standing up and leaving.

Oliver soon returned back to the room to find Kara staring into space "Sweetheart," Oliver said bringing her out of her thoughts "What are you thinking about?" he asked.

Kara shook her head. "How are you doing?" she asked as Oliver sat next to her.

"Your the one who had a miscarriage," Oliver said to her. "Oliver, you are the father you need to grieve" she said.

Then Oliver just began to grab her hand and kiss it "I'm doing fine" he told her softly, Kara eyed him knowing Oliver was grieving but didn't want to upset her more so she just left it alone until he was ready to tell her.

Well that was sad...
