Kara made it to the tower and saw Mon-El standing there talking with Imra far from the group it seemed they were arguing.

"Oh my..." a guy dropped his mug "It's you! It's her!" he pointed at Kara who just stood there.

Mon-El looked over Imra's shoulder while his girlfriend turned around. "You all are the new hero's?" Kara questioned surprised by her ex-boyfriend's actions.

"I told you," Mon-El said stepping away from Imra "I changed" he said smiling.

"Supergirl this is; Saturn Girl, Brainiac 5, Cosmic Boy, and Lighting Lad," he pointed at all of his team members.

"You can just call me Imra," Imra said stepping up to Kara, Supergirl had been her hero since she first started but seeing as her boyfriend is Supergirls ex and has a child with her is threatening "He's brainy, he's Rokk, and that's Garth," she introduced the men by their real names.

"Everyone this Supergirl known as Kara Danvers" Mon-El said.

"Queen," she corrected him "Kara Danvers-Queen" she had kept her human last name splitting it with Oliver's.

"Right because you got married," Mon-El murmured.

"So what does your mother want with my daughter?" Kara asked Mon-El.

They all began to catch her up and Mon-El telling her about the visit his mother gave him. The hero's began searching for the three villains, Kara and Mon-El were still trying to figure out how his mother was alive since there was only one cure to the Daxamites not dying from led and they had given it to Mon-El.

They were all taking a break because it was stressing them out and this team took too many breaks.

"Look I have to head home," Kara "Call me if you have any updates" she said.

"Kara," Mon-El stopped her "Can we talk?" he asked.

She nodded and they went off to a room that was part of the tower, "What did you want to talk about?" she asked not feeling comfortable of being in a room alone with her ex.

"I want you to know that I'm still going through the custody thing" he told her "Look Imra talked some sense into me and so I'm changing to to 50/50, I just want Astra to get to know me and have both of us in her life" he added.

Kara scoffed at his words, "She know your her father," Kara said "If you would answer you fucking phone you would get to know her and she would get to know you!" she snapped "But instead she's going to know you as the guy who abandoned her and is trying to take her away from her true father" with that Kara left the room and flew off the balcony.

"When's mama getting home?" Astra asked Oliver, he had just put Tommy down for his nap and was doing the same with Astra but she wouldn't sleep yet so the two just laid in her small bed.

"I don't know" Oliver said tiredly, he hadn't been getting enough sleep because of the nightmares and crying in the bathroom at night, his eyes were closing.

"Daddy?"

"Hmm?"

"When is mama having the baby?"

Oliver's eyes opened staring at Astra now "What do you mean?" Oliver asked.

"The baby that was inside of mama," the little girl said "I used to be able to hear the heart but it stopped, why?"

Oliver slowly sat up Astra still in his arms "Princess did you know about the baby?" Astra nodded at the question "Why didn't you say something?"

"I did," Astra said "To mama last week" she said and Oliver looked at her "She told me that to keep it a secret it was supposed to be a big surprise for you" she said then realized what she had said "Oh my..."

Oliver knew what his daughter was thinking "Your not in trouble" Oliver said to her and the two went back into silence.

After a few minutes Oliver looked over to Astra to her sleeping, he smiled to himself slowly pulling his arm from under her head making sure it gently fell onto the pink pillowcase, slowly getting out of bed he pulled the cover over the small body and kissed her head and left the room.

He walked to his bedroom and saw Kara sitting there on the bed, "Your back?" he asked shocked not hearing her come in.

Oliver's voice brought her out of her thoughts she looked up at her husband "Yeah," she nodded "I got back a few minutes ago I saw you trying to put Astra to sleep so I decided to let the both of you have your father daughter time before the trial" she told him.

"What happened?" Oliver sat next to her.

"Once I got ready to leave the tower, Mon-El pulled me aside wanting to talk," she began "He told me he was changing it so he could only have 50/50 custody of Astra so she can get to know him and have both of us in her life" she told him "Apparently his girlfriend talked some sense into him" she said.

"Okay," Oliver nodded "That could be good, my name is on the birth certificate and you and I have raised her for five years of her life so you can make it so he can see her whenever you want her to see him" he said.

"Yeah" Kara nodded.

Oliver decided to change the subject when they became quite "So Astra knew," Oliver said "About the baby," Kara looked up at him "She said that she told you last week and it was supposed to be a surprise for me."

"Yeah...some surprise..." Kara said "She told me she heard the heart beating the night before, I was planning on telling you during lunch but then..." Kara went quiet.

Oliver pulled Kara into a hug as she began to cry "We're going to get through this together" Oliver whispered to her.

"Yeah" Kara nodded "But we have to communicate with each other," Oliver pulled back looking at her "Oliver I'm not deaf I wake up to you every night crying and gasping," she said "To you have panic attacks, the first night it happened and you locked yourself in the bathroom...telling me to go back to bed or screaming at me to get away from the door..." Kara voice broke even more "It hurt me because my own husband wouldn't let me help him deal with the death of our child..." she said quietly "So I cried myself to sleep that night as I did every night you were having your own brake downs because I have those same nightmares and I wake up alone and to the sounds of my husband crying and us not being there for each other when we cry at night..." she cried "and it hurts even more when your trying to put your pain aside during the day to make sure our family is okay while we're lying to them about the baby and the miscarriage," she continued as Oliver just watched the tears escape her eyes and het let some out "Then I have to do the same because...I believe at night my husband would be there for me the way..." she wanted to continue but stop not wanting to compare Oliver to Mon-El.

She had did it every day after she arrived on his doorstep but stopped once they started dating and never compared him to her ex.

"I'm sorry," Oliver muttered knowing what she was about to say "I am so sorry that I haven't been able to help you," he pulled her into a hug "It's just I've always dealt with the pain alone and curried the guilt and it always pushed those I love away..." he paused "I never wanted to push you away or feel like I was pushing you away," he wiped her tears "The death of our child...it is one of the deaths that I thought I would never have to deal with and it hurt me...and I didn't want to burden you with my pain knowing you were going through the same pain..." he cried.

"But that didn't make it okay..." he said as Kara was still listening to him "We should have been going through this together" he said.

"We all should have been going through this together," the couple turned their eyes to see their three older children crying "Why didn't you tell us?" Evelyn voice broke as she walked further into the room.

Kara sat up removing herself from Oliver's arms as she held hers out for Evelyn who took the took this opportunity to hug Kara.

"Because," Oliver stared at his older children who still stood by the door frozen and crying "We didn't want to burden you or hurt you," he said "We were planning to tell you all once we got home from the DEO but when we arrived you all were to happy and we didn't want to ruin that..."

"Wait when you called me to get Astra and Tommy saying that you and Kara were being held up in the DEO..." William started.

"That was the day it happened" Kara said as Evelyn still held on to Kara.

"Who all knows?" Mia asked.

"About the pregnancy Astra was the first to find out, about the miscarriage Alex was the only one until today" Kara said.

"Astra knew about the pregnancy?" Evelyn spoke pulling out the hug with Kara.

"She came to me the night before I had the miscarriage telling me she could hear a heartbeat from my tummy" Kara spoke wiping the tears off of her daughter's face.

"Does she know about...?"

"No" Oliver cut Mia off "We don't want her to worry about any of that she's only five years old, and is still dealing with the Mon-El thing" he said.

"So we don't want you three telling her or anyone until we're ready okay?" Kara said.

They all nodded and left the room Kara could hear them crying in their separate rooms which made her cry even more while Oliver comforted her.

Well this was a sad chapter...next chapter will be a time skip to the custody battle.
