"So, you said that you absorbed the Supreme Kais, correct? How is that possible when Buu killed all of them millennia ago?" Dabura asked me as we flew through the air, the rest of his personal guard looking just as curious as I shrugged while following after him.
"Well, you know how Buu gets stronger with every being that he eats & absorbs?"
"Yes, that is something unique that made him one of the most feared Majin in the universe." Dabura answered with a nod, which I did as well as we began flying closer to the ground.
"Well, I have the same ability as well, but mine allows me to absorb & assimilate to my core being, i.e. I absorb their memories, ki and magical powers. For Buu, that also includes every being that he absorbed and/ or devoured in his lifetime, which means..."
"That you also absorbed the Supreme Kais as well as any other deity that Buu absorbed in his rampage. Is…is that common for you Androids or something specific to you?" Dabura asked and I chuckled at the relieved sigh he let out as I smiled & shook my head.
"No, that is something unique to me. I was supposed to be the perfect Android that the human Dr. Gero made to get revenge on Goku & his friends for destroying the Red Ribbon Army, but I developed a consciousness before the programming could finish & became my own being."
"Along with being from the future. Oh, don't look so surprised. My younger sister loves messing around with the time-space continuum & I can see the same time energy surrounding you that's always around her." He spoke with an amused smirk at my surprised look, to which I let out a chuckle & nodded.
"Your sister. It's…Towa, right? Does she still have that Mira guy with her?"
"…I won't ask how you even knew about her, but that is her. However, I do not know who this Mira is that you speak of."
"Oh, in my timeline, she had made this synthetic hybrid clone…thing out of the cells of every powerful fighter in my timeline. Basically, a second me, but one that's supposed to be as strong as Majin Buu was supposed to be at the time."
'That's a lie considering I don't know how strong Mira & Towa in Xenoverse was, but Mira was killed at the start of the Buu saga mission if I remember correctly so I'd put him at that level.'
"I…see. Well, it is a different timeline and I have not seen my sister in ages so perhaps she does have one now. Speaking of which, how powerful was this Mira & the Buu of your timeline compared to you now?" He asked, a smirk appearing on his face as I simply gave him an amused look.
"I'm fairly certain everyone in my timeline could fight me at once and I would be able to kill them all with ease. Well, all except for the stronger gods but that's a given considering how long most of them have lived. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, how is it that you already have a personal guard at your command when it's barely been a few days since I killed Babidi & released you from your mind control?" I asked as I looked at Glorio & Dabura, to which the Demon King simply chuckled while Glorio frowned before answering.
"Those of us loyal to Lord Dabura have been watching him from far away and waiting for the best opportunity to take him back. However, we never got that chance since Lord Dabura would have been forced to kill us if we attacked Babidi or we would have been put under his mind control before we could do anything."
"Right, I keep forgetting how powerful Babidi actually was as a magician."
"That is why it was such a great feat for you to kill him with a simple ki blast instead of declaring yourself for all to hear like a buffoon. Efficient & effortless." Dabura spoke with a nod and I chuckled as I waved my hand dismissively.
"Oh, it was nothing. I'm usually one for a good fight, but I was in a hurry & kind of pissed-off at how hard it was to find Buu, so I decided to just get everything over & done with."
"Sometimes, anger does give one the clarity needed to finish a job without fearing the consequences." Glorio spoke up, Dabura nodding as I smirked & nodded.
"Agreed. So, we've been flying for the past few minutes & I'm fairly certain we've been flying in a circle. Why is that?"
"To make sure those from before does not follow us." Glorio answered as he pulled some kind of flip-phone from his pocket and I watched as he pressed a few buttons before raising an eyebrow as numerous small flying airships that looked like that of the Namekian spaceship appeared around us like a mirage.
"Invisibility tech?" I asked Glorio while looking at the ships and I smirked as the demon simply looked at me & nodded.
"Amongst other things. Lord Dabura, at your command." Glorio said with a bow while gesturing towards the largest ship and I had to hide my smirk as I saw the black coloring with red & gold accents, Dabura simply smirking as he nodded while turning to me.
"Shall we? I'm sure my sister is already waiting for us on the other hand."
"We shall, indeed. I'm just as curious to meet her."
"…No flirting with her or else, god ki or not, I will kill you." He spoke as we floated into the ship and I blinked as we sat down in the two passenger seats while Glorio sat down in the pilot seat.
"Sure, though I'm not sure how that was supposed to work considering I don't have any genitalia."
"Buu is a shapeshifter and you have the memories of gods that have had millions of years to perfect their magical abilities." Dabura spoke with a raised eyebrow as a dark red wormhole with a dark gold-checkered pattern appeared in front of the ship and I slowly looked down at my crotch before looking back at his exasperated expression.
"…Wait, I can do that?"
"Hah, I swear. You mortals never change."
"So, how are you guys enjoying the meal?" Em asked as he switched the ship to auto-pilot only to raise an eyebrow at the sight of Broly laying belly-up on the ship's floor, his mouth covered in food residue while stacks upon stacks of empty plates laid around him.
"Ah, it was…very nice to have a decent meal after all the grilled insect legs for the past 37 years. Thank you once again, Lord Em." Paragus spoke with a polite smile and Em simply glanced at the empty plates & bowls arranged neatly in front of the older Saiyan before chuckling as he nodded & sat down at the dining table.
"No need to be so modest, Paragus, and there's no need for the Lord part. I'm not like Frieza that needs validation to soothe my ego at every waking moment. In meetings, it's fine, but when it's just us friends hanging out, drop it." Em spoke with a smile and Paragus looked a bit hesitant before giving a slow nod.
"A-As you wish, Em."
"I'm guessing I'm a lot harder to get used to compared to King Vegeta & Frieza, aren't I?" Em asked with an amused smile, chuckling as Paragus simply gave a nervous chuckle while nodding.
"Is that perhaps a problem?"
"No, not at all. I welcome being different from those two. From what I hear & from Frieza's memories, I don't believe that I want to be the exact same as they were."
"A-Apologies, Em, but did you say from Lord Frieza's…memories?" Paragus asked with a confused look & Em blinked before realizing that he never told them about him.
"Oh, right. You guys don't know. Well, to put it simple, I am the hybrid clone of the Saiyans Goku & Vegeta, the Namekian Piccolo & the Colarctians Frieza & his father King Cold along with having all of their memories and before you get defensive, that's all there is to it. I am not any of them nor do I wish to follow their orders. I'm simply an android that defied my original orders & want to live my own life. I'm not going to be like them nor am I going to force you to join my army even if I don't want to. If you want, I can drop you off on the nearest planet with a good cultural system & let you live out your best lives there."
"…N-No. No, that is not needed, Em. Apologies for the caution, but after that Vegeta tried to kill my son, I have a bit of a…resentment towards him & any of his kin." Paragus spoke with a shake sigh & Em gave a soft smile as he nodded.
"Understandable. How about this? You two go rest in the two bedrooms while I fly us towards the main home planet & if you feel like leaving in the morning, I'll personally do as I suggested. How does that sound?" The clone asked, watching as Paragus looked at him before blinking as the man chuckled & shook his head.
"We will take the rest, but it would hurt my Saiyan pride if I abandoned the man who saved my son & I from our lowest points in life. We shall help you in…what was it you wanted to do again?" He asked with a sheepish grin and Em smirked as he shook his head.
"It's a long plan, so go get that rest and in the morning, I'll tell you the entire plan." Em spoke & Paragus gave a thankful bow as he lifted Broly over his shoulder with ease, the clone watching in amusement as the middle-aged man carried his son over to the rooms like a baby before shaking his head with a chuckle as he sat back down in the pilot's seat.
'He wasn't near dead like I thought, so perhaps the hatred he harbors for the Saiyan race is not as strong as it was in the Broly movie. Speaking of a movie, I wonder how far Meru had gotten with his si-!' Em stopped talking as he stood up from his seat & looked to his back right, cursing his fellow clone as he felt Meru's energy rising along with another monstrous ki that felt just as powerful.
'Damnit, Meru! You were supposed to just talk!' Em thought with a groan as he focused on Meru's energy, mulling his options as he felt Paragus' ki calming to show that he was asleep before sighing as he shook his head & raised two fingers to his forehead.
The next moment, he vanished.
A few minutes earlier:
"Huh, this place isn't as bad as I thought." Meru muttered with a hum as he walked out of his spaceship, looking around to see the rocky mountains surrounding his landing area as well as the numerous forest areas scattered everywhere.
Looking around, he wasn't surprised to find that most of the energy signatures on the planet was just barely weaker than that of the average human, but he was not focused on those.
No, he was focused on the two that stood out from the others.
The second strongest, while laughably weak, would have been quite powerful as he felt a bit stronger than Nappa was according to Vegeta's memories, which most likely gave him a PL of around 4k if the scouters were to be trusted.
Meru didn't trust that type of measuring, but then again, he wasn't as focused on that energy as he was on the one that stood out like a beacon in the night.
If it was Broly & he was suppressing his energy, he could see how Goku & the others struggled considering the Saiyan was nearly as strong as Vegeta & Trunks were when Prime had fought them the first time as Imperfect Cell & if they were in their normal states instead of being Super Saiyans.
'Considering how hard they trained & how much Broly has not, that is quite the genetic boost right there. Wait, when I made that wish, did it give me his mutant genes or the other Broly's mutant genes? Oh man, this just opened a can of worms.' Meru thought with a groan as he flexed his ki to half of its full power, waiting with a whistle as he felt the two strongest energies racing over to his location.
It was not long before the two landed in front of him & Meru hummed as he saw that Paragus & Broly looked the exact same that they did in the Z-movie.
'Damn, was he really that skinny?' Meru thought while scratching his head as he looked at Broly, who looked a bit confused to see him while the clone turned to see Paragus frowning at him.
"What are you doing here, Frieza Force scum?! Leave and I will consider sparing your life!" Paragus barked out & Meru blinked before remembering that this version of Paragus & Broly does not like anything to do with Frieza or the Saiyan race.
"Considering I'm not a member of the Frieza Force, now the Cooler Force if you haven't been seeing the latest news, I think I'll just stay."
"Then where did you get that ship?" Paragus asked while pointing at the ship behind him and Meru shrugged as he sat down cross-legged before answering.
"You're a smart man. How does someone not allied with an organization get one of their ships? Also, how you doing, big guy? The name's Meru." Meru introduced himself to Broly with a wave and smirked as the tall man slowly nodded.
"I am Broly. This is my father."
"Paragus, former member of the barbaric Saiyan army." Paragus spoke with a frown and Meru smiled as he nodded.
"Well met. So, you're probably wondering how I managed to find you two, don't you?"
"You intercepted our call." Paragus spoke with a wave of his hand, smirking for the first time as Meru raised an eyebrow at him.
"You're not the first to come here, but usually, it's just the Frieza Force trying to either get rid of the last Saiyans or capture us for a quick get-rich method."
"Ah, that makes a lot of sense, but you're wrong on one part."
"Which is?" Paragus asked with a raised eyebrow before his eyes widened at Meru's answer.
"Because you guys are not the last Saiyans. I know of three other Saiyans living on the planet Earth."
"…What? T-There are others?"
"Yep. There's the former prince Vegeta, the Saiyan-Human hybrid Gohan and the father of said hybrid Goku, or if you want to call him by his Saiyan name, Kakaro-!" Meru stopped talking as he heard Broly growl, Paragus freezing in his spot as the two glanced over to the tall man to see him glaring at him.
"Ah, something you wanna tell me here, Paragus?"
"Were you going to say a name that ended with a -ot?" Paragus asked as he slowly reached into his pocket, Meru frowning as he nodded before his eyes widened as he remembered the one taboo word.
"Right. I get it now. I'm guessing bad memories?"
"That would be an understatement. Broly, look at me." Paragus spoke while snapping his fingers, Broly's head snapping to glare at his father before the man slowly took deep breaths as his father glared back.
"Calm yourself. Deep breaths."
'...Wonder what would happen if I actually say it?' Meru thought with a curious frown as he looked at Broly, watching as the Saiyan's ki calmed down before smirking as he spoke up.
"Kakarot." Immediately, the Saiyan went from calm to enraged once more as he glared at Meru, who couldn't help his excited grin while Paragus looked shocked as he turned to shout at the clone.
"What the hell are you doing?!"
'Yeah, what the fuck are you doing?! Don't be fucking stupid!'
'Fuck that. You're a Saiyan, aren't you? Matter of fact, you're the perfect Saiyan made from the blood of the prince and here's a challenger for your throne. Show him who's the better Saiyan.' Meru's blood was pumping in his ears as his grin widened, watching as Broly turned towards him while his ki roared to life.
"Wait, wait! Let me calm him do-!" Without even looking, Meru lifted a finger & blasted a hole through Paragus' chest, grinning maliciously as Broly's anger disappeared & was replaced by shock & horror as he watched his father's corpse slowly fall over.
The next moment, Meru cackled as a visceral roar escaped the Saiyan's lips, unleashing a guttural screech as their energies shot through the roof & shook the entire planet.
'FUCK! Hey! You're fucking with the plan! Get a hold of yourself!'
'Fuck off! Show this fucker just what a true Saiyan can do!' Meru growled to himself as he watched Broly bulking up drastically while his ki surged even further and the clone crossed his arms in front of his face while raising his own ki even further.
"KAIO-KEN!"
A/N: And Meru fucks up as he lets loose a monster! But who was that other voice? Was it perhaps someone we knew of? Was it perhaps an evil wizard or even...a powerful demon?
Who knows? Let us find out on the next rendition of Dragon Ball: Perfection? Not For me.
