Entry Thirty-Four
February 03, 2001
This morning, I woke up with a migraine and was completely nauseous. Theo tried to have a conversation, but I just rolled over and put my head under the covers and went back to sleep. He woke me up and gave me a pepper up potion and another one for headaches, I told him I'm dealing with a migraine, he said the potions should take effect, and it did. The entire morning, I rolled around in bed dealing with a migraine, and within a few seconds, Theo made it go away.
This afternoon I got to sit in a meeting with Lucius and Lestrange brothers. Technically I wasn't apart of it, but I'll just pretend I was. The chair I sit on has a high back, so upon entering Lucius' study, you look straight ahead, there is a desk at the window that looks over the garden, the chair has a high back, and a little wide, so if someone is sitting there you wouldn't know. I sat there looking out over the garden, watching Narcissa prune her rose bushes and looking over one of the tomes Lucius gave me. That's when I heard the door open, Lucius came in and I was going to say something, but I heard the voice of the older Lestrange brother. I sat and listened to their boring conversation, until my name was brought up. My ear sure perked up, they were asking if I am still able to use my magic and if I tend to come back to go on missions. Lucius just gave generic answers, I stopped listening and went back to reading. I heard the door open and close, Lucius then said out loud, "I didn't know you tended to eavesdrop." I poked my head around the back of the chair and smiled and told him I didn't, but I also didn't want to see them as well.
Lucius asked how I was doing with my research, and I said it was fine, I'm just doing some light reading because I have a lingering migraine, and his study is the only place where I can get peace and quiet. He said he understood and left me to my reading. I had barely managed to read because I could not concentrate on anything. I left my stuff on the desk and took my notebook with me back to my room. Draco and Theo were in the room when I walked in. They were talking and when I walked in, they stopped talking and watched me. I went straight to the closet to change into leggings and jumper. I came back out they were still talking, and I walked between them and laid in bed. My head was not having it, I felt nauseous and the light triggering a migraine. Draco being the ass he is goes and says, are you pregnant. I just rolled my eyes, Theo sat on the bed, touched my head, and asked if I was okay. I told him my head is killing me and the potions I took for them are not working. After my inspection, I've been dealing with migraines and headaches. Theo told Draco he'll find him after a while, and closed the drapes, and gave me dreamless sleeping draught. I woke up not too long ago.
I am still feeling the remanence of this migraine.
