Xander felt what to him felt like feathers brushing over him then he was standing in the middle of a street at night with what looked to be small monsters running around attacking normal-looking people as well as other monsters, looking himself over he found that he was wearing his chosen uniform for when on his ship as well as in meetings.

His omnitool was blinking, but he ignored it as he felt for his weapons; his daggers were in place in the middle of his back while his phaser pistol was in its holster, which neither should be there as he had left them in the captain's quarters he shared with Cordy.

"Xander!" he was pulled from his self-inspection by a ghostly image of his one-time friend Willow; she went into Willowbabble, saying something about people being turned into the costumes they wore.

"I apologize, miss, but my name is not Xander. It is Alexander," he spoke to her, giving her a confused look while examining her closely, "though I must ask if these are people changed into a costume they had dressed in what you dressed as?"

Willow covered herself as she had forgotten that under the sheet she wore as her ghost costume, she was wearing a skimpy short skirt that barely covered her womanly parts as well as a top that pushed up her breasts.

"We don't have time for that. We need to find Buffy," she said to hide her embarrassment; just as she finished speaking, a scream filled the area, "Buffy!" she yelled out before running toward the scream.

Xander sighed as Willow ran off before chasing after her, in the back of his mind memories began flooding in, and from the memories, he found that he was in his home world where Buffy had pushed him into the portal to hell that Acathla had opened then a clone of himself appeared, anger flooded him as the memories showed that Buffy and the others had interrogated him as well as cast several painful spells on him to determine if he was some kind of demon, then they tried to erase that experience from him which sort of work where the memories were hidden from his clones conscious mind but were still there.

Gritting his teeth to keep himself from lashing out at Willow, he ran after her; he would let them know his feelings about their treatment of him, and then they acted as if nothing had happened between them.

Catching up to her he found her yelling at the little monsters to leave a woman in a puffy dress that went out of style in the eighteenth century, 'Most likely dressed like this to impress Deadboy.'

The woman Buffy had become screamed as the little monsters growled and snarled at Willow as she was swinging her hands at them, trying to scare them off, only for her to pass through them.

"Shoo shoo, go away," Willow kept yelling at them, but they weren't scared, only irritated them more.

Sighing, Xander drew his phaser pistol and began shooting the ground far enough away not to hurt them but close enough to frighten them away; by then, Buffy, or who she became, fainted.

"We need to get her inside; come on, her house isn't far from here," Willow said in a panic while stupidly trying to shake Buffy's shoulder.

Sighing again, he holstered his phase pistol; he went to the two; waving Willow away, he checked her pulse, lifting her up, which turned out to be difficult with all the frills and hoops.

When he was standing again he looked at Willow to lead the way, as he followed he also finished going through the memories, After the three had attempted to erase his memories they acted as they always did but he could see times when they would try to push him away unless he was needed for whatever big bad came around, then there was the way they treated him and Cordelia when they found out they were growing close to each other so much so that they had to hide their relationship.

When they neared Buffy's house, Xander looked around for threats, not seeing anything near enough to be a danger. He shifted her in his arms so that he could open the door; entering the house, he lay her on the couch; Willow hovered over Buffy.

While she was being useless Xander went around the ground floor looking for danger, all of the rooms were safe as far as he could tell, and when he got to the kitchen he heard what sounded like the door knob rattling, easing himself to the door, he looked through the curtains, what he saw made him grin, Angel was crouched down fiddling with doorknob trying to pick it open.

Stepping back as quietly as he could he drew his pistol and aimed at the door, after a few seconds the latch finally popped and Angel eased the door open, as soon as there was enough space for him to enter Angel stepped into the kitchen just as he opened his mouth to call out for anyone in the house a bolt crimson energy burnt its way through his heart, he looked down to his chest then up to find Xander grinning at him then he fell into a pile of dust, Xander grabbed the broom beside the fridge and swept angel out of the house with enough force for the dust to be blown away in the wind.

Closing the door and relocking it he went back to the room to find Buffy awake and Willow trying to convince she was not who she thought she was while Buffy continued to panic over the scantily dressed ghost who was rambling.

"This place is secure; now, what can you tell me of our situation?"

Willow cut him an annoyed glance that he would have missed if he had not watched her closely, it quickly changed to a more neutral expression before she spoke, "Like I already told you everyone has changed into their costumes, I dressed as a ghost and Buffy here dressed as a noblewoman, we need to find out why this is happening I mean Halloween is supposed to be a quiet night for the supernatural, oh I know Gies I can go ask him," Willow exclaimed before running through a wall either not hearing the protest of the woman buffy became or just outright ignoring her.

Xander just shook his head as he watched her go, 'Stupid girl,' he thought to himself as he walked to the kitchen and picked up the phone then dialed the number for the library that was written beside the phone.

'Sunnydale High Libray, Rupert Giles speaking,' came over the phone after a few rings.

"Yes, Mister Giles I am calling to request your help in fixing some trouble this city seems to be in," Xander spoke into the phone while pushing away the noblewoman when she got too close to inspect the device.

"What sorcery is this?" the noblewoman asked in an affronted tone.

Over the phone, he could hear Giles sighing, 'Xander, isn't it too late in the evening for one of your silly jokes?'

Lowering the receiver from his mouth, he spoke, "This is a way to speak with people far away. It is not magical in nature," he said to the girl, then spoke into the phone again, "Why is everyone calling me Xander? My name is Alexander,... never mind, some ghost girl calling herself Willow said something about costumes and people becoming them, and she just ran off after saying something about Giles being able to help; I found this phone number beside the phone after she ran away."

After a few seconds, Giles sighed again, 'Verywell

do you know anything else that could help?'

"No, that girl was too focused on helping someone named Buffy who became a noblewoman who was frightened then she ran out of the house after saying you would be able to help," Xander told him growing annoyed realizing these people we not truly his friends anymore most of the time they just treated him as a brain-addled simplton.

He was about to say more when he heard someone pounding on the front door, 'What is that god-awful racket?' Giles asked over the phone apparently hearing the noise.

"Someone is at the door," Xander answered before lowering the receiver from his ear and holding it to Buffy, "Hold it to your head just as I did and speak normally," he told her as she took it.

Moving through the house, he made his way to the front door, which was rattling as whoever it was that was knocking was hitting harder, "Enough," he called out as he grabbed the handle and yanked the door open to find Cordy and another woman held up by leaning on her shoulder.

Without saying a word, he stood aside to let Cordy and the girl in; when they were past the threshold, he helped get the girl to the couch while kicking the door closed; when they lay her down, Xander found it to be Harmony Kindal dressed in a similar outfit to Cordy's commander's outfit except it had yellow coloring where his and Cordy's had red markings "What happened?" he asked while checking her for wounds.

"Don't know, I found her about a block away. Some creep with neon blonde hair leaning over her kicked his ass until he turned to dust after one kick caught him in the ribs," Cordy said while looking over her ditzy friend with some concern.

Xander finished his scans with his eyes and then used his Omnitool to scan her, "We need to be careful here we are back in our home Sunnydale, these idiots tortured the clone that replaced me and then tried to erase his memories, now they think of me as a burden even when he came up with a plan to take care of whatever big bad shows up."

"I know that doofus. I got the memories as well, but I don't care about that. We need to get back to the others and Jess," Cordy snapped, her concern over their child, overshadowing her other concerns.

"I know, but I can't open the door to our place, and any signal from my Omnitool is reflected," Xander told her as his scans finished, showing that Harmony had a fractured skull with a small skull fragment at the base of her brain just above where her spinal cord met her brain.

Cordy looked at her Omnitool and then hit a few keys, trying to hail their ship, but all she got was a scrambled repeat of her hail; then she focused on opening the door to their house, but nothing happened."What are we going to do? I am not going to give up my baby."

Xander shrugged, "I don't know, but we do need to do something fast," he said showing the scans causing Cordy to gasp.

"The spirit in this device spoke of knowing how to end this madness, the harlot ghost is to return her in moments," Noble Buffy called out from the doorway leading to the kitchen.

Cordy looked at Buffy with confusion in her eyes. She then turned to Xander, "What's up with her?"

"Don't know, don't care," Xander answered, "We need to get Harmony looked at. If this thing isn't taken care of, it could severely damage her brain."

"Giles is going to stop this," Willow called out as she came running through the front door, sliding to a halt when she saw Cordy near Xander and Harmony lying out on the couch.

Cordy turned away from her to look over Harmony, gently brushing some hair off of the girl's face, "We need to get her to medical; the primitive medical of this time will only do more damage," Cordy said while looking up to Xander.

Xander nodded, "We need to get away from whatever is blocking out communication with the ship if it is even here. Considering the level of technology I'm seeing here, we are at least two hundred years or more into the past."

"You are not in the past; you are possessing people because of a spell; Giles will be ending it soon," Willow stated while trying to hide her anger at Cordy being here; she completely ignored Harmony once she realized who it was on the couch.

Cordy looked at her and then turned to Xander, "You were always interested in these times do you think you can use the ground conveyances?"

"It shouldn't be too complicated, we will need something large enough to lay her out but also keep her steady," he said after appearing to think it over.

"No, you need to stay here everything will be over in just a little bit more time, once Giles ends the spell everything will go back to normal," Willow protested when Xander stood to leave to go find a car to get them out of town and possibly beyond whatever it was that kept them from getting to the house.

Xander glared at Willow and her callus denial of Harmony, "This woman has a fragment of bone from her skull in her brain if we do not get her some help soon she will possibly die if she doesn't die she will most likely be paralyzed from the neck down, we will take her to where she will get the care she needs no matter your assurances you can not know what will happen to her should this 'spell' end what says it will not harm her farther."

"She doesn't matter, she is nothing but a brainless slut who only gets through life on her back or knees," Willow snapped

Xander lost his temper now, "What would you know of her life Willow Rosenburg, " He stormed over to the now shocked ghost girl, reaching out with a glowing hand, " Did you not notice in all your hacking of the school computers that Harmony is above you in the AP courses," his hand grasped her by the face shocking her even more.

"No, you didn't I can see it in your eyes nothing else matters beyond your precious slayer not even your last surviving friend whom she sacrificed to save her boyfriend then you all tortured when the gods rewarded by resurrecting him as well as cleansing the taint of hell from his soul, no all that matters to you os your whore of a friend who chase after corpses over those she is charged to protect," he dropped the now sobbing girls as he did a glowing orb clung to his hand as she fell to the floor.

"There is a special place in hell for betrayers, and I pity poor Jenny who waits for Giles in Heaven knowing he may never be allowed to even see the glowing gates."

Cordy watched all of this while keeping an eye on Buffy but the girls had shrunk back when his hand began glowing, "Come on we need to get Harmony help," she told Xander after he stopped talking, "My car is a few blocks away," she told him while easing to his side, "You go get it while I watch over her."

Xander nodded while shaking his hand to get rid of the glowing orb not liking the tainted feeling it gave him, giving up on getting it off of his hand he focused on cleansing the taint that came from what he knew was caused by Willow cursing Angelous with a soul just to make Buffy happy once again after several seconds there came a dark black smoke that faded away leaving a pearly white orb clinging to his hand now.

Now the orb again tried to fuse with him but he did not want that to happen because even cleansed it came from a betrayer, he looked at Harmony for a few seconds before flinging his hand toward the girl throwing the orb at her, it flew from his hand and struck her chest over her heart where it sank into her flesh.

"I'll be right back," Xander said as he stormed out of the house nearly slamming the door as he left.

"Wha what was that?" Willow asks from where she landed on the floor barely able to sit up.

"That was Xander stripping you of the magic you've gathered over the last few years and giving it to Harmony after cleaning out all of the taints you put into it; maybe it'll help her heal, I don't know," Cordy said with a shrug as she checked on her friend.

Willow looked horrified as it had taken her a lot of work and study to gather that magic and Xander had striped it away as if his actions were nothing more than a simple act.

"Why, though, I've been his friend for years and didn't do anything to him to make him angry at me, unlike you and your groupies," Willow demanded.

Cordy sneered at Willow with enough hate that if she weren't a ghost she was sure she would have died, "You lying bitch, you've caused Xander more pain in your life than anyone except his drunkard father, from kindergarten throughout high school, every time he seemed to be making friends with someone other than you and Jesse you would pull a run around when he wasn't around to make them avoid him, then after the bleach blonde corpse fucker sacrificed him and he was sent back you and those people tortured him then erased his memories but I saw it but until tonight he wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell him about it, now I hope he will listen to me and leave this shit hole of a town while you the watcher and blondie over there can rot."

Before Willow could reply, a wave of magic swept over the house, and she faded away; hearing a groan from near the kitchen door, Cordy turned to watch Buffy picking herself up from the floor and nearly ripping the wig from her head.

"Where did Willow go?"

"Either on to wherever the dead go or back to where she became a ghost to haunt those poor people for the rest of their lives," Cordy answered blithely as she turned back to Harmony.

"What the hell do you mean by that?"

Cordy turned and looked calmly at Buffy, "I mean she may have finally gotten what she deserves for what she and you put Xander through, speaking of which."

Cordy stood and stalked to the confused slayer where she grabbed her by the throat with a glowing hand after a few seconds then pulled her hand away with a wriggling dark grey fog following her hand, "You don't deserve the title of slayer nor do you deserve the power, I'll see that the rightful slayer gets this," she told the stunned and weakened girl as she went back to Harmony.

Just as she neared the girl on the couch, she heard a car pull up to the house not far from the porch; a few seconds later, Xander came in, leaving the door open; when he saw the mass in Cordy's hand, he looked at her, confused.

"Later, we need to go; Harmony needs to be looked after," Cordy told him, gesturing to Harmony.

Nodding he gently lifted the girl from the couch, Cordy went out first to get into the car to help Cander get her friend safely settled in the back seat then took the driver's seat, "I'll drive this thing is pulling my hand out toward the edge of town, I want to get away from whatever is blocking us and my driving is better than yours," she told him pointing to the grey fog in her hand.

"Alright," Xander said, hopping into the passenger seat and sitting sideways so he could watch to ensure Harmony didn't fall and get hurt anymore.

As she drove, swerving around other cars and people who scrambled out of her path, Xander asked, "So what's that?"

"Buffy's Slayer powers, she always complains about it but also acts like it makes her the queen, so I decided to strip it from her. Who knew you could strip a Sayer of her power just like you can strip the magic? I just had to add a bit more mana to get it all out of her."

"Well she never respected the power she had nor the responsibility, I hope whoever you are being led to does a better job," he said as he gently pushed Harmony back against the back of the rear seat, he barely noticed as they passed Willow who was standing at the edge of the street trying to get them to pull over.

"Damn she got her body back," Cordy swore as she swerved to miss another group of children standing in the street.

Xander shrugged, "We can deal with it later if we come back."

"Yeah Daddy's been trying to get me to move away from here for the last year or so but I didn't want to leave you alone with those two, well the clone me didn't want to leave clone you alone with them, I guess I can tell him I'll move to Aunt Janet's."

"Yeah, wait what?"

Cordy grinned at him, "You doofus like I would let you get an imitation of me, whoever did the clone job must have known that cause they sent me with you and left the clones in our place, and I'm glad they did because if I had of found out you got a copy of me I would have hunted you down and kicked your asses."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because I knew you would have tried to keep me in the house like some kind of trophy wife while you went out on adventures," she answered as she turned the wheel directing the car into the parking lot of the Sunnydale Motolodge, both groaned at finding a large group of vampires trying to get into one of the ground level rooms.

At the back of the group stood a large horned creature with a finely dressed man, both yelling orders until the car pulled in its headlights, illuminating them all.

"I'll take this you watch over Harmony," Xander said as she opened the door pulling his daggers before she could argue with him he ran at the group, he was a blur of motion as he cut his way through the vampires who came at him from the roared orders of the large goat looking creature.

With his speed matching that of a master vampire he had a trail of dust following him as he cut his way to the goat-looking thing, with a roar it swung a cloven hand at him only for it to fly past him before it turned to dust as it hit the ground followed by the owner of said arm too fell into a pile of dust and bones, the finely dressed vampire turned to run away only to lose his head from Cordy's thrown sword that nailed another vampire to the wall next to the door of the room they had been trying to get into.

From inside the room, they could hear some scuffling and grunts until a body came flying through the window that turned to dust before it hit the ground.

Xander eased to the door, "All good in there?" he called while taking Cordy's sword in hand pulling it from the vampire, and cutting its head off.

"Fuck no, I ain't ok these fuckers just showed up, and now I gotta find us a new place to sleep," came a heavily accented voice sounding like it came from the northeast.

"Yeah, around here, you aren't going to find that easily, what with this being a vamp and demon-central," Xander answered as he looked around the door and then jerked his head back in time to avoid a broken table leg, hitting him.

"Damnit, those stodgy English pricks sent us here, and Di is hurt. Now, what the fuck are we gonna do?"

"Let me in to have a look at her," Xander answered looking around the doorframe again this time nothing came flying at his head, inside the room stood a small teen with brunette hair she looked to be a few years younger than himself, she was standing there ready to fight but he could see that she was barely standing, on one of the two beds lay an older woman she was covered in forming bruises and blood, he also noticed she only had one arm and it was strapped to her chest via a belt.

"You've been attacked before tonight," he pointed out easing his way over to look closely at the woman.

"No shit Sherlock, every time we stop to rest, these bastards attack; tonight, they came in a big group. Most of the time, I can handle one or two, but tonight was different; I got maybe ten before you showed up; Di lost her arm last week," the girl snapped back.

"Well, shit, we can't leave you two here like this," he said, then abruptly turned and left the room.

Cordy had moved the car closer to the room, "They're beat up pretty bad, think we can get them in the car?"

Cordy looked into the back seat, "Put Harmony in your lap, and yeah, there should be enough room," she told him.

Xander nodded, then, with Cordy's help, moved Harmony to the front seat. Then the two went to the room with two; as she entered the room, the grey fog lept from Cordy's hand and flew into the brunette's chest.

"What the fuck?" she exclaimed, then looked down at herself as her cuts and bruises started healing faster than they normally would, "Damn, I feel stronger."

"Stripped the power from the slayer living here, she doesn't deserve to be a slayer, between dating a vampire and torturing Xander here she also got two others we knew killed, the worst was the slayer that came after she was drowned then revived, all because she couldn't see past the pretty face of her vampire lover after he lost the soul he was cursed with," Cordy said as she helped Xander lift the woman from the bed as gently as they could.

When they left the room Xander noticed a burnt section on the door frame, "Those protection runes help any?" he asked as they eased out the door.

"Yeah Di carved them when we got here, kept them, bastards out of here for a while then big ugly showed up and punched the door open, then it was a brawl, I don't think we would have lasted much longer if you hadn't cut in," the girl said following them out after stashing what little they had.

"Dude must have been an old vamp, the last one I saw looked like a monster like a bat-faced human, think the watcher said he was a little around six hundred years old, gonna say big ugly was older," Xander told them as he and Cordy got to the car and waited for the girl to open the door.

"Don't know, don't care, he's done and dusted," she said as she opened the car door and then climbed in at Cordy's, gesturing with her head; when she was sitting, they lay the woman with her head in the girl's lap.

"Who's the sleeping girl?"

"Friend of ours, a vamp knocked her out she needs to be looked at," Cordy answered as she helped Xander get Harmony situated.

When Cordy got behind the wheel, she took off; instead of heading into the town, she drove away from the city, "Where are you heading? Shouldn't the hospital be the other way?" the girl asked as they passed the city limits sign.

Cordy was about to answer when Xander's omnitool chirped an incoming call; shuffling a bit, he accepted the call, "Xander here," he spoke into the device.

'Captain, it is good to hear you are well; we were alarmed when we lost your and the commander's signal,' the voice of their ops officer spoke.

"We are fine for the most part; please inform Alex we will rejoin them soon; we have three in need of medical attention," Xander replied just as Cordy drove the car through the door into the spaceport.

'Yes sir,... they are in the meeting with General Hammond just now I have relayed your message via text.'

"What the hell?" the girl in the back seat exclaimed.

"This is a special place we own," Cordy explained as she got out of the car, "Help me with your friend," she told her.

After awkwardly getting out of the car and then getting the woman out of the backseat she helped carry the woman with the girl's help to the door of the medical room.

"Put her on that bed, then get on one of the others," Cordy directed; when they lay the woman down, the bed activated; Cordy had to push the girl to the other bed, surprising her with strength.

When she was finally on the bed she lay where she could watch her friend until the bed forced her to sleep as it began scanning and healing her, Xander came into the room with Harmony in his arms, he took her to the third of four beds and lay her down, taking up the control pad he directed the bed to fully heal all three.

"Alright, let's go, Alex and the others are almost done talking to the General; he basically gave them that ship we were on and those enhancement suits," Xander said, coming to Cordy's side as she looked down at her sleeping friend.

"Fine," she said before taking his arm then leading him from the room and to the door in the living room and opening it to their quarters on their ship.

Back with Alex and the rest of the captains, the rest of the captains and commanders were on edge after Xander and Cordelia seemed to fade away leaving baby Jess in Hermione's arms.

They had landed them met with the escort who took them to the Cheyanne mountain complex where the SGC was based, the meeting had gone well for the most part, but the largest problem they had met with was when Rodney McKay barged into the meeting demanding to be given access to the ship so that he could take it apart, near the end of the meeting where Alex had just told the general and president who was monitoring it via a video call that they could study the ship.

"McKay who let you on this base?" demanded the General.

"It doesn't matter, I will remove the ship should this man be allowed to even touch it," Alex said while keeping an eye on Mckay.

"Major Samuels gave me access to the base. He ordered me to take that ship apart; here are the papers," Mckay said smugly, handing over several papers.

Hammond read over the papers, his eyes growing wide as he read, then turned to the president, "Sir, did you sign any orders to make Dr. Mcaky the lead scientist here on base?"

"No, I did not. Captain Samantha Carter of the SGC has held that position and will continue to hold it," the president answered frostily, "General, I am ordering you to have Major Samuels arrested for treason and falsifying presidential orders, and take Mckay into custody as well we will have an investigation into his assignment to this facility from the first time," Hayes ordered causing McKay jump as he had assumed the video call was a recording.

"You can not do this; you need me here. Only I can understand this technology; nobody else can match my genius." McKay protested as two airmen came from behind him on the president's orders and the general's signal to take the man into custody.

"No, you were brought in on recommendation to ease the burden on Captian Samantha Carter while she is on mission, from some people who are now dead so we will not be able to question them," Hammond barked out to shut the man up, while he was quiet the airmen pulled him from the room.

"How did they know about us getting the ship, hell we didn't even know about it ten minutes ago," O'Neill asked Carter but loud enough for everyone to hear.

Sam, who was listening, began tapping away on her Omnitool while Teal'c and Daniel Jackson began trying to search for anything that may be out of place when sam stood all eyes were on her as she moved to the conference call phone in the center of the table and lifted then passed it to O'Neill and Carter.

"There is a low band signal coming from this thing," Sam told them then returned to her seat between Aex and Kira.

"Son of a bitch," O'Neill said as he took the thing and left the room to have a word with security to order a sweep of the facility for anything with the signal from the bug.

"Where do these people come from? I thought we were done with them when Kensey and his friends died," Daniel asked as he took his seat again.

"The Trust, they are a group of business people who know of the Stargate Program from one source or another, some have military contracts or Kensey told them because he was a part of them before he was made a senator and learned about it," Alex told everyone all of the SGC personnel plus the president looked at him confused, sighing Alex spoke again, "How many time do I have to tell you, people, we've seen similar things like this before in other realities?"

The people of the SGC seemed to flinch back at the rebuke while the president slowly nodded, he had indeed forgotten these people could travel realities.

Sighing Alex sat back and then looked over the list of gate addresses he had been given, most of the addresses he didn't know even with the description of the people of the planet the only addresses he could identify easily were the ones for the planet where the slightly crazy robot had made copies of SG1, and the address that led to the world where people sometimes devolved to caveman appearance and mentality, the rest excluding the Nox and Chemeria, addresses meant he had no clue how the events of this reality would play out.

"You once mentioned Apophis attacking from orbit, could you tell us what you meant? He has only ever attacked us through the gate." Hammond asked.

Alex noticed that Carter seemed to stiffen at hearing this as if she didn't know about those attacks, and then her posture relaxed somewhat.

"Yeah, I'm not sure about here in this reality, but in the realities, Apophis decided that he and his son needed to attack from orbit, but I'm just not sure when or if he will do it here," Alex said, filing away Carter's reaction.

"What would you recommend we do should this happen here?" Daniel asked while making a few notes for the general to read over later.

"Study the ship and its systems; while they aren't as advanced as our ships, it should allow your RnD people to come up with better weapons. Also, you should add these people to a watch list," Sam said while sliding a color-coded list of names to Danel.

"Names in red may cause trouble for you, yellow are people who could either be helpful or enemies and the names in green are assets you will want to nurture if they are young we have listed who would make a mentor that should help them reach higher in their potential," Alex told them as he saw the list of people.

"Thank you..." General Hammond began to say something but was cut off as Alex's omnitool gave a wavering beep.

Tapping the screen to open the hail he spoke softly, " Yes?"

"Sir, Captian Harris, and Commander Chase have returned from their away mission and are awaiting new orders," the communications officer from Xanders's ship answered; the rest of the group all relaxed hearing that Xander and Cordelia were safe and sound; Hermione smiled down to the sleeping Jess in her arms.

"Please hold," Alex told the man, then looked to Hammond, "Our two final officers your teams may run into while using the Stargate system are now available. Do they have permission to transport to our location?"

One of the first things the visitors told them was that they had teleportation technology, as well as it being part of the ship they were being given; although the system they were being given could only be used for short-range transport, this was still a stepping stone for their eventual advancements.

"They may but I must insist that they do not come armed," Hammond answered after ensuring the airmen guards were ready for trouble but at rest.

"Thank you," Alex said, then spoke into his Omnitool, "When they are ready, but remind them to disarm."

"Yes sir, they have already secured their weapons," came the reply before a bright beam of light filled a corner of the room for a few seconds before it flared and then vanished, leaving Xander and Cordelia standing there.

Before Alex could greet them two voices called out, "Xander?" from O'Neill, "Cordy?" from Dr. Fraiser.
