Kalicia Stark is the eldest daughter of Lord Eddard Stark and Lady Catelyn Tully. In the Riverlands, at Twins Castle, where the Starks, Boltons, Lannister and Manderleys were invited, the wedding of Edmure Tully and Roslyn Frey was arranged. All five kings felt safe because Walder Frey, who had arranged this wedding, ate at the same table with the guests, which, according to the laws of hospitality, meant that the host could not harm the guest, and the guest could not harm the host. However, Frey violated the sacred law of God. His betrayal was directed at Robb Stark, who was already the king of Winterfell, because he refused to marry one of Walder's daughters.

Kalisia took Arya out of Robb's camp when the Freys started a massacre there and ordered her to run into the depths of the forest without looking back, and she went to the castle to her family. Catelyn Stark took Joyce hostage, holding a knife to the throat of the traitor's wife and threatening to kill her if Walder did not release her son. She has long red wavy hair, slender build, excellent hearing and eyesight. She knew several languages, and she also had excellent knowledge in mathematics and chemistry. Kalisia was proficient in archery, dagger, Valyrian steel blade, melee and ranged combat, as well as excellent horseback riding.

Kalisia became vindictive, cold-blooded, and at times short-tempered, wayward, and always despised women's pursuits, preferring martial arts. The girl skillfully changed her appearance without magic, using clothes and a voice that mesmerized people. She could secretly enter the room and arrange death.

When they are unexpectedly captured by the Lannister army in King's Landing, their fate seems sealed. But it is in this chaos that Kalisia meets in captivity Jaqen H'ghar, a prisoner with a mysterious past. He asks Kalisia to get him and the others out, and in return, when they meet again, she can tell him any three names and he will kill these people for her. Jaqen tries to get to know Kalicia almost from the very walls of King's Landing, showing himself to be a polite and pleasant person.
When Amaury Lorch's squad stormed the abandoned castle where the Night Watch train stopped, the prisoners were left in shackles and almost burned alive. At the last moment, Kalisia, filled with compassion for Jaqen and the prisoners, throws an axe at the prisoners. Later, the Kolodniks joined Amaury Lorch's squad, and Arya and Kalisia went to Harrenhal, a castle in the Riverlands, the largest in all the Seven Kingdoms. It was located near Lake God's Eye, south of the Trident, east of Riverrun. After living there for some time, Kalisia meets Jaqen again, who arrived in Harrenhal as one of Lorch's soldiers. She doesn't know his name, but she knows the nickname everyone calls him—«Tickler.» The executioner who tortured the prisoners of Harrenhal. It was the first name that came to her mind at that moment.
Jaqen happily accepts this name and promises that he will kill him if the girl so desires. Kalisia did not believe in the soldier, but after a couple of days she finds out that the executioner is dead. His body was found in the square near the walls of the watchmen, and then Stark realizes that Jaqen did it. Then she gives him a second name, «Ser Amaury Lorch.» The man saw Kalisia with Tywin's stolen letter about army movements and started chasing her until he lost sight of her. When Amaury Lorch went to Lord Lannister to report the stolen letter, Kalisia gave his name to Jaqen. Jaqen H'gar happily adopted the name and killed Amaury Lorch with a poisoned dart, after which he fell dead on the threshold of Tywin Lanister's chambers with a dart in his neck.
Kalisia was finally convinced that Jaqen Hgar was not just a murderer or a soldier. He's more than that. There was something about him that attracted her. He could have escaped punishment, he could have killed a man and no one would know who it was. His abilities attracted the warrior of the North, which made her uneasy. Kalisia had arranged to meet Jaqen in the evening, but she waited for him for about an hour and finally saw the man, she got up from her chair.
