Author's Note: I reused a challenge from Total Drama Island (2023), but it's a team challenge instead of a merge challenge.

"Last time on Total Drama: Despair Island! The contestants had to complete two challenges: swimming to retrieve supplies and building a hot tub. During the first part of the challenge, Dahlia has got some nasty looks from her team. In the end, the Dopey Doves won both parts of the challenge with the help of teamwork.
"In the end…it was either Cosmi for not participating in the first part of the challenge due to his inability to swim or Jody for tearing up the instructions and killing any chance for them to win. In the end, Jody became the first person ever to be eliminated out of life. And it was surprisingly good to see her die.
"With only 27 contestants left, anything could happen. Find out in Total…Drama…Despair Island!" Starkweather said.
After he gave the introduction, Ramirez came up to Starkweather and began talking to him.
"Got the challenge set up?" Ramirez asked him.
"Yep. It's going to be very dangerous, but I love it." Starkweather laughed evilly.
A week has passed since Jody's death. The campers now know that this Starkweather is not joking and the show is going to get dark from there. Their nightmares are coming true.
Some contestants spent time socializing with the other characters. Others decide to search for the Life Idol. Unless they can find it, their survival rate is very low unless they win the entire hellshow.
Especially for a few of them.
It's afternoon now. At the Dopey Doves' cabin on the girls side, Candy was brushing her hair with a brush while the other girls socialized. She was nervous about this situation.
Confessional: Candy
"This show will give me nightmares if I make it out of this alive. However, it's either that, escaping without getting caught, or finding a Life Idol."
"But something tells me that I know Starkweather somewhere…"
"So there's this one guy I met." Caitlin started. "He's so cute."
"Caitlin, I know that's nice and all that, but can you talk about something else?" Catalina asked her. "Like…crimes?!"
"Nope." Caitlin replied, before continuing to discuss her former boyfriends for the thousand time.
"Ughhhh…." Catalina groaned angrily.
Confessional: Catalina
"Can she just shut the fuck up?!"
Just then, Toko woke up from her nap, getting out of her bed. She then said something.
"Hate to b-break it t-t you, b-but Catalina is r-right." Toko said. "D-discuss about s-something else."
"I'm sorry…" Caitlin said sadly, starting to cry a little.
"Now look at her! You made her cry!" Tiff yelled at the two girls. She sighed as she walked out of the cabin.
"Well, this was awkward." Candy said. "Catalina, please leave."
"Fine! I don't need your shit anyways!" Catalina screamed before walking away from the cabins.
"What is her problem?!" Pizza Cookie asked her.
"Meh. She's a criminal with a bad attitude." Candy said. "She's even worse than Diaz."
"Mph." Robina said.
At the boys' side of the Dopey Doves' cabin, the men were chilling. Roger Rabbit was making jokes, SpongeBob was playing the ukulele, Chowder was eating food, and Steve, Jim, Cash, and Tony were watching along.
"This is a small break from all of this." Jim said.
"I'm worried about the next challenge. I hope it's easy like the swimming challenge." Roger Rabbit said.
"I hope so! And we can lead our team to an easy victory!" Chowder exclaimed.
"We just have to believe!" Steve exclaimed.
"Yeah!" Jim agreed.
SpongeBob smiled as he began singing a song, which is the Campfire Song.
At the Running Rooster's cabin, at the boys' side, Cosmi got out of bed. He took a nap after breakfast, so he was refreshed. But the nightmares continue to haunt him, especially since he was close to being eliminated.
Cosmi went outside to see Jude and Tuff playing soccer. Nikolai gave his chest prize away to them so they could play.
"So what are you guys…doing?" Cosmi asked them.
"Playing soccer. Or in some countries, they call it football!" Jude replied.
"Football? I don't get it." Tuff said, scratching his head.
"May I join?" Cosmi said.
"Sure." Jude smiled, before kicking the ball towards Cosmi. He followed and soon, the three boys were enjoying soccer.
Meanwhile, back at the cabin, Nikolai was reading a book, Darwin was sleeping, and Wyatt was playing his guitar.
"Nice moves, Wyatt." Nikolai said. "How long have you been playing?"
"Since I was a kid." Wyatt smiled, continuing to play.
Confessional: Wyatt
"I'm not sure if Nikolai is good or bad. But why does he like my music?"
Lucy sits outside, feeling sad. She lost Jody, her best friend and partner. She was crying so bad that it attracted Cocoa Cookie to sit down and pat her on the head.
"There, there." Cocoa Cookie said. "It's okay to feel sad."
"It's not her fault! She didn't mean to, she thought the paper was useless!" Lucy cried.
"I believe you." Cocoa Cookie said, before giving a cup of hot chocolate to Lucy. "Here."
"Thanks." Lucy sniffled before sipping the hot chocolate. "This tastes nice."
"I know. I'm extremely good at making hot chocolate." Cocoa Cookie giggled.
Confessional:
"See? Hot chocolate makes people happy!"
Dahlia was watching the entire scene unfold. She needs to find a way to have Lucy eliminated since she is struggling some at the moment.
Soon, it was lunchtime. Both teams headed to the Mess Hall to grab something to eat. Today was chicken sandwiches and fries.
"Yummy!" Chowder exclaimed excitedly, eating the sandwich.
"Man, he can eat so well." Roger Rabbit said.
"These chicken sandwiches are crispy." Mint Choco Cookie said, pointing at his food.
"Yep! I made them extra crispy." Teruteru said, smiling wide.
"This sandwich at least beats Clunkin' Bell's chicken sandwiches." Candy giggles.
"What is Clunkin' Bell?" Pizza Cookie asked her. "Is it a fast food restaurant?"
"Oh yes." Steve replied, answering for her.
"Well, if I survive, I'm going to do research on the restaurant!" Pizza Cookie exclaimed.
"Hahahaha." Steve laughed.
Natalya was sitting next to Cindy and Komaru. She decided to talk to them.
"Listen, I want to make an alliance." Natalya said to them. "And I want my main goal to be completed: To split up Cocoa Cookie and Mint Choco Cookie by eliminating one of them."
"Isn't that a bit extreme?" Komaru asked.
"Yeah. And what about Cash and Robina?" Cindy asked as well.
"At least they are still friends." Natalya answered. "For now, I think…"
"Oh, I can help you with that." Dahlia said, coming up to them. "Would you like to join mine instead."
"Um, sure." Natalya shrugged.
"Thank you." Dahlia smiled innocently.
Confessional: Dahlia
"Little did I know, I'm not going to purposely eliminate Cocoa Cookie nor Mint Choco Cookie. They are too pure for my evil doing, so I will let them get rid of themselves."
Just then, Starkweather came into the cafeteria, looking fresh and smiling.
"Oh no…! Not him again!" Jude cried out.
"What the fuck do you want?" Tony said, asking him a question.
"Well, I'm here to announce your next challenge. Before I do, is anyone allergic to anything animal related?" Starkweather asked everyone.
A few people raised their hands, but Starkweather interrupted them before they could say it.
"I don't care. Not knowing will bring in more ratings. Finish your lunch and meet me at the cave in 8 minutes. Otherwise, Ramirez will punish you for not arriving at the challenge." Starkweather rudely said, before leaving.
"He…doesn't care?" Chowder asked nervously.
"This guy is sick to his stomach." Natalya said.
After everyone wrapped up their lunch, everyone headed over to a cave, which is big and scary.
"Welcome to your next challenge." Starkweather said. "Today, you will be participating in a deadly and dangerous scavenger hunt. I call it, "The Deadly Coins Hunt." Anyways, both teams must go to the cave to find the coins that are worth points."
"Interesting. Tell me more about them." Lucy said.
"About coins, there are four types of coins: bronze coins worth 10 points, silver worth 50 points, gold worth 100 points, and finally, the diamond coin, which is very rare, is worth 1000 points." Starkweather said.
"Diamond coins sound a bit overpowered." Candy laughed.
"Yep. The team that has the most points by sunset will win a pizza party and immunity." Starkweather said. "Last place will get nothing but a trip to the campfire ceremony where they will eliminate someone."
"Well, that sounds simple enough." Catalina said.
"And oh, remember the Life Idol clue someone got?" Starkweather said. "Yep, two of them are hidden in the cave. If you can find that idol, it's yours."
Suddenly, everyone gasped at this surprise. Everyone is determined to get the Life Idol, even if they risk their lives in the cave for it.
"Alright. I will split the teams into groups of 3, to make things easier. Since there is an uneven number, one group of Dopey Doves will have two members while the other group in Running Roosters will have four members. For Dopey Doves' team, here are your groups. Group 1 is SpongeBob, Jim, and Tony. Group 2 is Candy, Pizza Cookie, and Catalina. Group 3 is Cash, Tiff, and Steve. Group 4 is Roger Rabbit, Robina, and Chowder. And group 5 is Caitlin and Toko. For Running Roosters, group 1 is Cosmi, Lucy, and Darwin. Group 2 is Cocoa Cookie, Komaru, and Natalya. Group 3 is Dahlia, Cindy, and Tuff. And finally, group 4 is Wyatt, Mint Choco Cookie, Jude, and Nikolai." Starkweather said.
"Cool! Now I'm teaming up with Wyatt." Jude smiled.
"These groups look decent." Candy shrugged.
"There are so many coins to find in the cave. The main idea is that every coin is hidden in an extremely secure or dangerous location. One of these coins doesn't exist, but it's an immunity pass. When the pass is found, all members of the group who found it are immune next time their team loses." Starkweather explained.
Ramirez went over to the groups and gave them each a bag.
"You must all leave the cave at 7 PM sharp, which marks the end of the challenge! Failure to do so will result in punishment." Ramirez told everyone. "And trust me, you don't want to be punished."
"Are there any questions?" Starkweather asked everyone.
Darwin raised his hand.
"What kind of creatures are there?" Darwin asked back.
"Oh, any kind of monster, from bees to bears to even wolves. We also brought monsters from your worlds." Starkweather said. "So good luck there!"
"On your mark…get set….go!" Ramirez told everyone, as he fired a shot.
All nine groups dashed off into the cave and in various directions.
The first group of Dopey Doves, which consists of SpongeBob, Tony, and Jim, were at one section of the cave. They are in an area where there is a lake with a lake monster inside it.
"So do you think that the coins are in the lake or inside the monster?" SpongeBob asked the two.
"Beats me. I can probably defeat a monster, no problem." Tony smirked, as he went over to the lake.
The lake monster looks at him before roaring and Tony jumps into the monster, punching him several times. It coughs out some coins, some silver and gold coins.
"Great job, Tony!" Jim said happily, as he and SpongeBob grabbed the coins.
"Thank you so much." Tony smiled, grabbing a few coins as well.
The scene cuts to Group 2, consisting of Pizza Cookie, Candy, and Catalina. Candy and Pizza Cookie are alone together while Catalina is exploring by herself.
"I'm scared…" Pizza Cookie said.
"Don't be. It's just a cave." Candy said.
Suddenly, a huge bat appears behind them. The two screamed as they ran away from the bat. Meanwhile, Catalina was picking up a couple of bronze coins when she spotted something: a painted wooden carving of an angel with it saying, "Life Idol".
"Bingo." Catalina smirked while picking it up and putting it in her pocket.
At that moment, Pizza Cookie and Candy were running past her, screaming as Catalina was confused as hell. She noticed why in one second.
"Oh." Catalina said weakly, before trying to find her gun. But then she realized: Starkweather removed any dangerous items that could kill someone, such as knives and guns, during the first night of the game.
Catalina ran off, not knowing the Life Idol fell off from her pocket due to a hole in her pants. Dahlia took the Life Idol and smiled. She could use it on herself or one of her alliance members.
Confessional: Dahlia
"Oh, this is perfect! I was going to have my team lose on purpose and have Lucy get eliminated, but this is even better!"
Speaking of, the next scene cuts to the second group of Running Roosters. Komaru and Cocoa Cookie were picking up bronze coins while Natalya was watching, making sure no monsters were here.
"Any monsters?" Komaru asked her.
"None so far." Natalya told her, before a cute bunny appeared out of nowhere. However, it roared, scaring her. "Holy shit!"
"Come on!" Cocoa Cookie said, trying to make a run of it. The two followed her.
Meanwhile, Dahlia, Cindy, and Tuff were watching this.
"Pfft. Weak." Dahlia said, before approaching the bunny and petting it. "It's not scary."
The bunny reacted to her innocent smile and it smiled back.
"Great job!" Tuff said, clapping.
Suddenly, Cindy found the jackpot: there were 100 diamond coins across the web where the big spider is guarding.
"Look! Diamond coins!" Cindy said, pointing at the coins.
"How are we going to get it?" Dahlia asked.
"We attack the big spider! I fought a big spider in Raccoon City!" Cindy yelled.
She ran towards the big spider, but it caught her in the web, causing her to drop her bag as well. Cindy was now stuck in the web.
"Now what?" Tuff asked.
"I'm going to find the other groups of our team to help us." Dahlia said.
"I'll go too." Tuff said. "Spiders scare me."
Dahlia and Tuff ran away, leaving Cindy behind.
Meanwhile, in group three of Dopey Doves, Cash was fighting the monsters while Steve and Tiff were collecting the bronze and silver coins.
"Take that!" Cash yelled, as he punched a bat.
"Who knew that there was so much scary stuff?" Tiff said.
Suddenly, a big mutated bear appeared out of nowhere, scaring Tiff and Steve.
"Holy shit!" Steve yelled.
"I think we should run. We need to find the diamond coins." Tiff said to the group.
The three ran from the mutated bear, when Tiff ends up tipping. She dropped her bag into the water, floating into the river. Gasping, Tiff decided to go for it and jump into the water. She begins swimming to retrieve the bag.
Cash and Steve realized that the lake leads to a waterfall.
"Tiff, swim back!" Steve called out.
"Go back!" Cash said.
"What do you-" Before Tiff could finish, she reached the waterfall and began to fall.
"Now that's just great." Cash sighed. "I'm saving Tiff. You collect the coins."
"But what if you don't fail to come back?" Steve asked.
"I will come back." Cash sighed before going to the waterfall and jumping into the water.
The scene cuts to Group 5, which is Caitlin and Toko. The two refused to talk as they were searching for gold coins.
"..."
"..."
"...so do you love shopping for clothes?" Caitlin asked.
"N-not! Why w-would I go s-shopping for something I am n-not interested in? Maybe I will g-go shopping for romance novels." Toko answered.
Confessional: Caitlin
"So much for that plan."
"Romance novels? I like reading them." Caitlin said.
"I'm a writer. I w-wrote a novel." Toko told her. "Y-you should read it."
"Nice! If I make it out alive, I will check it out." Caitlin said.
Confessional: Toko
"Caitlin better be nice and calm…"
The next scene cuts to Dahlia and Tuff running towards group 1 of Running Roosters.
"We need your help!" Tuff said.
"What is it?" Cosmi asked.
"Remember the diamond coins Starkweather mentioned? We found them, but it is guarded by a spider." Dahlia said.
"That's awesome. But who would face the spider? Is it deadly?" Lucy asked.
"Starkweather never mentioned anything poisonous related. So it could be possible." Darwin replied.
"We need to proceed with caution." Tuff said. "Who knows what could happen."
"Let's go." Lucy said.
The three of them ran off to go to the spider. At the same time, Roger Rabbit overheard the talk by hidung behind the sharp edges of the wall.
"They are going to get the diamond coins." Roger Rabbit said to his group.
"We need a plan then. Because I am not good at fighting." Robina said.
"Can we just find some food? I'm hungry." Chowder said.
"I don't think food would be helpful." Roger Rabbit told Chowder. "We need to keep our winning streak up."
"Um, okay." Chowder said before running away.
"Hey! Come back!" Robina yelled.
Confessional: Chowder
"I need to find some food…fast! As long as it's good and not deadly. Because I can come up with good ideas with food."
"Forget about him for one moment." Roger Rabbit sighed. "We need to gather some of our teammates to get the coins."
"We need Cash's help." Robina said. "He can take down the big spider."
"Great idea! We need to find him though." Roger Rabbit agreed.
"That is true."
Meanwhile, Cash was swimming in a huge lake, trying to find Tiff. It appears that she landed on the ground, injuring her leg and knocking her unconscious. He realized the situation and checked her pulse.
She still has one.
"Thank goodness." Cash sighed, before spotting something over the counter. It appears to be a soda bottle right next to mutated squirrels. Knowing it could be anything, he approached the squirrels.
The mutated squirrels begin running towards him, prompting him to punch each of them. He managed to grab the soda bottle before grabbing Tiff and running away. The only problem is that he needs to find a way back up.
Confessional: Cash
"Unless I find a way to get back up, me and Tiff are definitely going to get punished."
The scene cuts to Chowder, wondering by himself. He's trying to find some food that is edible and not poisonous.
Then, the next scene shows the big spider guarding the diamond coins. Tuff, Dahlia, Lucy, and Cosmi came back to the area.
"So here's the plan. I will distract the spider so you guys can grab the coins." Tuff explained.
"Mph. It might just work." Dahlia said.
Tuff came over to the big spider and begins to talk to it while the three went behind the spider.
"Hey there! W-wanna be friends," Tuff asked the spider. "I can make homemade spiderwebs using yarn."
Cosmi managed to grab all of the diamond coins while Lucy was working on freeing Cindy.
"Got them!" Cosmi called out.
Confessional: Cosmi
"I'm being useful for once in my life towards humans!"
Suddenly, the big spider noticed something was wrong and roared, chasing Cosmi. He managed to duck and hide out so the spider could continue finding him. Meanwhile, Lucy has freed Cindy from the spiderwebs.
"Thank you." Cindy thanked her.
"No problem." Lucy smiled. "We need to reunite with Cosmi."
Lucy, Dahlia, Cindy, and Tuff ran off to go searching for him.
The scene cuts to Cash and Tiff. Cash was walking deeper into the cave, trying to find a way out. But first, he needs to figure out what this soda bottle is. Gently placing her down, Cash opens the soda bottle and discovers that it's an immunity ticket. He gasped in shock.
Confessional: Cash
"My group officially has immunity. But I need to reunite with Steve in order to make it count."
Cash was carrying Tiff when he spotted 10 diamond coins. He grabbed them and decided to find a way out of the cave so Tiff can get treated with her injury. Going deeper, he found out that there's a ride back up via a big bat.
Cash got on the bat, holding Tiff closely, and it flew up and up out of the cave. He safely landed on the ground, catching Starkweather by surprise.
"You better have a good reason why-" Starkweather starts to say, but gets interrupted.
"Can it. Tiff is injured and unconscious." Cash said, giving him the news.
"We need a medic!" Starkweather called out to his medic interns, taking Tiff away.
"Also, here." Cash continued, giving the immunity ticket to him.
"Well, well, well…looks like your group has immunity," Starkweather said. "So if your team loses, you, Tiff, and Steve have immunity."
"Geez…" Cash said quietly.
Back at the cave, Chowder was walking deeper into the cave and found something: fruits. At first, he doesn't know what fruit it is. But he decided to grab some fruit and eat it.
Little did he know, it was a poisonous Manchineel fruit. How's it there, you ask? Well, some fruits grow exclusively here.
"There! Let's go!" Chowder said, running off.
Confessional: Chowder
"I don't know why there were fruits growing there. But hey, at least I'm not hungry anymore."
Meanwhile, in group 2 of Running Roosters, Natalya was walking through the cave with Cocoa Cookie and Komaru.
"Should we go back up?" Cocoa Cookie asked. "According to my watch, it's 6:50 PM."
"Wait 10 more minutes." Komaru replied."We need to collect the last few coins."
"Alright…" Cocoa Cookie said.
Suddenly, Natalya tripped over a bag of coins, which were a mixture of silver and gold.
"Well, bingo." Natalya smiled.
"Isn't it stealing Dopey Doves' bags?" Komaru asked. "I don't know if that is against the rules?"
"Well, he never mentioned that we can't steal the other team's bags…" Natalya said, giving a point.
"Oh, beat me." Komaru said.
The scene cuts to Starkweather and Ramirez outside, with Ramirez holding a megaphone before speaking.
"Alright, guys and girls! The challenge ends in 5 minutes! I need all of you to gather your bags and find a way out. Once everyone is gathered up, we will count the coins." Ramirez told everyone.
Back in the cave, Cosmi heard the announcement and decide to get out now. So he ran, grabbing the attention of the big spider. The big spider begins chasing him, causing him to catch up between his group.
"There you are!" Tuff said. "Where-"
"No time! Run! We must leave the cave before the spider kills us!" Cosmi yelled.
Suddenly, the groups saw the spider and they all screamed before running off too.
Meanwhile, Chowder was collecting the last bit of silver coins when he started feeling something was wrong. His throat starts to swell up and he starts gasping for air. He can't breathe! He knows that he needs to leave and get medical attention as soon as possible.
So Chowder begins to slightly run at first, but the choking is too much and laid on the ground. He needs air fast. Otherwise, he will die.
The scene cuts to Pizza Cookie gathering the last bit of the coins.
"Alright. That's the last of it." Pizza Cookie said.
"Fucking good. Can we please get out of this shithole?" Catalina asked them.
"Can you please shut up?" Candy asked back, throwing the question back at her.
"Oh, that's it!" Catalina yelled, before jumping on Candy. Then, she starts beating her up.
"No, no! We can't fight now!" Pizza Cookie yelled.
Just then, Roger Rabbit and Robina came up to them, noticing the fight.
"Hey guys. Have you seen Chowder?" Robina asked.
"No we haven't." Catalina said, while giving out some punches.
"Can you stop fighting?" Roger Rabbit asked.
"Leave me alone!" Catalina yelled angrily, before she was punched back by Candy. Her face is slightly bruised up, with a black eye and bruises on her cheeks.
"Come on. Let's go…" Candy said.
Soon, one by one, everyone walked out of the cave, with bags of coins in their hands. All except for Chowder.
"Where is he?" Starkweather asked everyone.
"We don't know." Robina gulped.
"Stay here. Let me go find him." Ramirez told everyone, before going to the cave. He eventually found him a few minutes later, but he's not moving at all. "Uh oh."
The next scene cuts to the medics carrying Chowder to the medical tent while Starkweather counts the coins.
"Well, in total, Dopey Doves has collected 300 coins in total while Running Roosters collected only 250. But let's see how much points they are worth…" Starkweather explained.
Counting the coins, he spots a bag filled with diamond coins. There were 100 of them.
"And with a score of over 100,000 points, the Running Roosters win!" Starkweather exclaimed.
The Running Roosters team cheered happily. They won the challenge and the pizza party!
"Woo hoo! We won!" Cosmi said. "All thanks to me!"
"And us!" Tuff said, correcting him.
"Yeah. At least I saved the day!" Cosmi said happily.
"Dopey Doves…you lost. Meet me at the campfire ceremony tonight. One of you is going to die." Starkweather told the team. "In the meantime, we will monitor both of your teammates to see if their conditions have improved. And you guys can't vote for Caitlin, Cash, Tiff, nor Steve. They have immunity for different reasons."
Dopey Doves look at each other, unsure who to vote for. Then, Catalina spoke up.
"We lost! And we had the most coins! What the FUCK?!" Catalina screamed in anger.
"Calm down, Catalina…" Pizza Cookie said nervously. "We all-"
"Shut up, cookie slut!" Catalina yelled.
"Huh?!" Pizza Cookie said in shock. "W-what did you call me?!"
"I say we vote for her or Candy! They are sluts to me! They can't go further!" Catalina continued to yell. "I'm going for a walk!"
After she left, the team was shocked and in fear.
"I know who we're voting for!" Candy spoke up. "That bitch beat me up!"
"Don't worry. As long as she doesn't find a Life Idol, it's possible." Caitlin said. "She reminded me of Tricia!"
"Come on, let's take you to the medic tent, Candy." Steve said, grabbing Candy's hand and walking up.
Meanwhile, at the medical tent, Tiff woke up. She found out that she has a cast on her left leg.
"What happened…? Last thing I remember is falling off the waterfall…" Tiff said, groaning in pain.
"We're losing him!" A medical intern called out, trying to save Chowder. "What should we do?!"
"I don't know! What is this fruit he ate?" George Hamilton asked his team.
"Here." An intern said, giving the poisonous fruit in a bag.
"Oh no…"
Meanwhile, the Running Roosters team cheered as they ate pizza and drank their choice of drinks.
"We did it!" Wyatt exclaimed.
"Ugh, why does someone have one pizza with pineapple…" Nikolai sighed, as he picked the pineapple off his pizza.
"I don't know. But the pizza is nice to have." Mint Choco Cookie said.
"I'm worried about Tiff…" Tuff said. "I'm scared about her."
"Don't worry." Dahlia said, giving him a Life Idol. "Here. You can have it. I don't need it because it's not fun."
"Wait, you found the Life Idol?!" Wyatt gasped.
"Yeah. The second one is still in the cave." Dahlia explained. "Because I don't think that Starkweather will close the cave and relocate it."

The Dopey Doves team made their way to their first elimination ceremony, extremely scared, nervous, or anxious about their first elimination ceremony. Tiff was struggling to keep up due to the wheelchair, so Pizza Cookie pushed the wheelchair for her.
They all sat down on their stumps, while Running Roosters sat on the Peanut Gallery.

"Dopey Doves…welcome to your first elimination ceremony." Starkweather said. "Before we begin, we got bad news."
"Huh?!" Everyone said in shock.
"Chowder…didn't make it. He died from the poisonous Manchineel apple an hour ago." Ramirez told everyone. "But we must go on. We are still going to have an elimination ceremony, so I don't care if we lose two people today!"
"Agreed." Starkweather said. "It's time to vote! As a reminder, Caitlin is immune for the previous challenge while Cash, Steve, and Tiff are immune for today."
(After voting)
"I have 12 peaches. If you don't get one, you are eliminated. First one goes to…Caitlin."
"Cash…"
"Tiff…"
"Steve…"
"SpongeBob…"
"Roger Rabbit…"
"Jim…"
"Toko…"
"Robina…"
"Tony…"
"And…Pizza Cookie."
That leaves with Catalina and Candy without one. They looked at each other.
"Candy…Catalina…one of you will get the last peach. The other will face death." Starkweather said.
"The last peach goes to…

…
…Not a surprise, but it's Candy."
Candy grabs the peach and holds it.
"Fuck all of you bitches!" Catalina yelled. "I found this!"
Catalina starts to dig for her right pocket to find the Life Idol. However, it's not there.
"Huh? What?! Where's the idol?! Who stole it?!" Catalina screamed. "AHHHHHHHHHH!"
"You lost the idol?" Starkweather laughed. "That is so hilarious! Ramirez, kill her before she escapes."
Ramirez walked over with a bicycle pump holding it by the cord and strangled Catalina with the cord.
"You bitches…I hope you all die!" Catalina said, struggling to talk. Those were her final words.
Ramirez starts rapidly pumping and in a matter of seconds, Catalina's head explodes, shocking everyone. Her dead body falls to the ground after that.
"Good riddance…I hope she burns in hell." Candy said.
"I have to agree with that." Pizza Cookie said.
"You are all free to go now." Starkweather said.
Both teams left the elimination ceremony after that. Dopey Doves lost two teammates - Catalina and Chowder.
"That was an explosive end to the third episode! Who would die? Find out next time on Total…Drama…Despair Island!"
After the episode was finished recording, Starkweather approached the medical tent.
"George…you're fired." Starkweather said.
"What?! Why?" George asked him in shock.
"You failed to save one of the contestants. That's why. We will send you home, but you promise that you won't tell anyone about what happened." Starkweather said.
"Fine," George sighed. "I won't tell anyone about this."
"Good. I will knock you out and my interns will bring you back home." Starkweather said. "Farewell."
"Huh?" George started to say.
Suddenly, an intern came over to knock George out and drag him away. Smiling, Starkweather went back to his luxury trailer.
Voting Confessionals:
"So I'm going to vote for Candy!" Catalina screamed. "That slut needs to go!"
"I'm choosing Candy." Toko said. "Because I don't know if I should trust Catalina."
"I flipped a coin on whoever to trust Candy or Catalina. I chose Catalina to eliminate." Robina said.
"That bitch isn't killing my best friend! I'm voting for Catalina for revenge!" Steve said.
"If Catalina doesn't get killed, I'm killing myself." Pizza Cookie said.
"Catalina is scary…I'm going to vote for her." Tiff said.
"Bye Catalina!" Caitlin said.
"Catalina is so negative, so I'm choosing her." SpongeBob said.
"Catalina, you shouldn't be saying hurtful things. So you have to go!" Roger Rabbit said.
"Bye, Catalina." Cash said.
"I'm going with the majority and choose Catalina." Tony said. "I'm a better criminal than her! At least I respect women and men!"
"She's scary as hell. Catalina, you got to go!" Jim said.
"Please get her out of here." Candy screamed in anger. "Burn in hell, Catalina!"
Due to Chowder's death, no vote is recorded for him.

Author's Note: So, we say goodbye to both Chowder and Catalina. I don't have much plans for them in Despair Island Rewritten, so they had to go. Don't worry, Catalina has a role in the Multiverse of the Island story.
