"Last time on Total Drama: Despair Island, the teams had to deal with a talent show…until Komaru ruined it with her suicide," Starkweather explains the recap of the episode. "Due to this, I had to kill Lazlow."
"Don't worry his fans, I had to send a letter from Fame or Shame with his head cut off thanks to Ramirez." Starkweather continued. "And the show is canceled! Hahahahahahaha!"
"Oh well, who will die tonight, find out on Total…Drama…Despair Island!"
The episode begins around nighttime, the night of Komaru's death. Dopey Doves and Running Roosters went over to the campfire and began eating their dinner that was served late by Teruteru.
"So…that happened," Cosmi said. "I didn't get a chance to show off my skills for the talent show."
"Don't worry, you'll get a chance next time," Cindy said, patting him on his head.
"Thanks." Cosmi chuckled.
Cash and Robina were sitting next to each other. The two were looking at each other while blushing.
"Well, this show is going too far!" Cash shouted. "Starkweather might do something bad for the upcoming challenge."
"Well, we can't escape or leave the island unless we win the damn show," Robina said. "So we are stuck here."
"I don't know…maybe there's a way we can mess with him?" Steve asked.
"No. He could kill us for attempted murder." Cash shook his head in disbelief. "Why did you ask?"
"Well, for the past few days, while the challenges weren't happening, I caught Starkweather spying on Candy," Steve explained. "In the shower."
"Pervert!" Cindy scuffed. "That's very wrong for you to do!"
"Yes…it's true," Candy said. "Out of all of us, he's more interested in me. I overheard him saying that I possibly have plot armor. But why? I'm dating Mercedes and I'm not interested in him!"
"That is true. I have seen you have no interest in him." Steve agreed.
"Well, the next challenge will hopefully be dangerous the way I wanted to," Dahlia said. "But in terms, we should start voting off the weak links."
"Why?" Tiff asked her.
"Because it's better that way for our teams," Dahlia replied. "Think of it, we could have voted off Cindy if it weren't for Komaru killing herself."
"...true." Cindy sighed.
"It would be a tie since Komaru also ruined Wyatt's guitar." Mint Choco Cookie explained. "And I don't know how Starkweather would handle a tie-breaker."
"We'll see soon." Nikolai laughed.

"Dahlia is such a good friend to have. Hahahaha!"
A few days passed after that, and the other contestants enjoyed the peaceful morning before breakfast was served.
Wyatt was sitting on the boys' cabin of Running Roosters, sighing. He still can't believe his guitar was destroyed.
"Man, if only I have something to play to keep myself from dying from boredom!" Wyatt complained.
"Maybe you should try to practice playing the violin." Mint Choco Cookie said.
"I don't know…is it a good musician skill?" Wyatt asked him.
"Yes," Mint Choco Cookie replied.
"Alright! What about you?" Wyatt asked him.
"I'm going for a walk in the forest with Cocoa Cookie." Mint Choco Cookie told him while giving him his violin. "Good luck."
"Alright….I will play…just for good luck…" Wyatt said to himself.
Mint Choco Cookie approached Cocoa Cookie and went into the forest together. While walking, Mint Choco Cookie tripped on a rock, causing him to fall into the cave.
"Are you okay?" Cocoa Cookie gasped.
"Yeah…I'm fine…" Mint Choco Cookie said. However, he caught his attention on something. "Hey…"
"What is it?" Cocoa Cookie asked.
"The idol!" Mint Choco Cookie exclaimed, pointing at the Life Idol. "However, it's guarded by monsters."
And he is correct. It was guarded by the bears, who were sleeping around the Life Idol in the bear's nest.
"Listen, I got an idea. I will distract the bears while you get the idol." Cocoa Cookie told him.
"And risk getting you eaten?" Mint Choco Cookie gasped in fear. "Why?"
"I need to help you anyway." Cocoa Cookie said.
Cocoa Cookie ran over to the bears, who were sound asleep. As she was still holding her cup of hot cocoa, she "accidentally" spilled it all over a bear. The bears all woke up and roared at her, causing her to scream and run away. Mint Choco Cookie managed to grab it and put it in his pocket.
"Easy." Mint Choco Cookie smiled.
"Help me!" Cocoa Cookie shouted. "I'm not food! Well, technically, I am!"
Mint Choco Cookie rushed over to the bears and managed to punch one of them in the face before grabbing her and running out of the cave.
"That was close…" Mint Choco Cookie panted heavily.
"I know! I was almost bear food for a second!" Cocoa Cookie said in shock.
"At least we made it out of there alive. And we got the idol." Mint Choco Cookie said, pulling out the idol and looking at it. "Now we just need to find the third one if possible."
"If I recall, Tuff, Candy, and Caitlin have clues to the Life Idol." Cocoa Cookie told him. "Maybe we can ask them."
Suddenly, the PA came on, revealing to be Starkweather's voice.
"Campers! Please report to the Mess Hall in five minutes to enjoy your breakfast." Starkweather said.
"Well, too late now." Mint Choco Cookie said. "We can ask them later."
Within that, the teams headed over to the Mess Hall for their daily breakfast.
"Today's breakfast is waffles and sausage," Teruteru said.
One by one, the teams managed to grab their breakfast. All except for…
"Where's Candy and Pizza Cookie?" Lucy asked the teams.
"Oh, the two are still sleeping." Roger Rabbit replied. "I guess they need a little more sleep before the next challenge."
"You two let them sleep in?!" Steve screamed.
"Oh no!" Roger Rabbit said in a panic. "OH NO!"
"We have to go get them!" Steve yelled.
"Seriously? Let them be." Nikolai laughed.
To their dismay, it wasn't her that walked inside. Instead, Starkweather entered inside, with a sleeping Candy slung over his shoulder. And at the same moment, Ramirez came in as well, holding a sleeping Pizza Cookie. Candy was in her robe while Pizza Cookie was in her pajamas. Their mouths had a strip of duct tape pasted over it and their feet were bound with rope.
"Do you mind clearing a table?" Starkweather commanded.
Ramirez settled on Dopey Doves' table and swept a hand across the tabletop. All of the team's food was all over the floor now. Once the table had been cleared, Starkweather laid Candy and Pizza Cookie on top.
"Candy and Pizza Cookie…looks like both of you didn't wake up in time," Starkweather said.
"Please don't do this!" Natalya begged. "Please don't!"
"Oh, I'm not going to kill them…" Ramirez said. "Starkweather, please continue."
"I said to everyone not to be LATE. If you can't learn to respect me and listen to me at the same time, then I have no choice but to force that respect upon you." Starkweather explained.
"Let's start with Pizza Cookie. Since you've forced my hand, it's time to lose yours." Ramirez said to her.
Ramirez was holding a hacksaw and brought it down to Pizza Cookie's arm, the teeth of the saw biting into the flesh of her wrist. Warm jam began to spew and ooze from the cut as Ramirez slid the saw back and forth, slicing through flesh and muscle. Pizza Cookie screamed in extreme pain, crying as well.
Cindy ended up throwing up, Dahlia and Nikolai smirked as they watched in amazement, Mint Choco Cookie and Cocoa Cookie cried, and even Candy was grossed out.
Ramirez sawed away at Pizza Cookie's hand, putting notable effort into carving through the bone. Pizza Cookie ended up passing out from the pain, unable to remain conscious. Eventually, after three minutes, Ramirez finally was finished. The hand hit the ground with a thud, severed from the bloody stump that was once Pizza Cookie's arm.
All of the contestants screamed and panicked except for Dahlia and Nikolai, who laughed evilly.
"Shut up!" Caitlin shouted. "Both of you!"
"As for Candy…" Starkweather said. "You will have to be naked for the entire day and challenge."
Ramirez started to untie her robe and ripped it off her body. Now Candy was naked except for her high heels.
"Just what I suspected. You, take Pizza Cookie to the medical room. And put this in a jar somewhere." Starkweather told Ramirez.
Ramirez untied the ropes to Candy's legs and freed her before grabbing Pizza Cookie and her hand before leaving.
"This means Pizza Cookie will not be joining us for today's challenge," Starkweather announced. "Which speaking of, will begin in 10 minutes. So get ready and let's go. And oh, Candy?"
"Y-yes?" Candy said in fear.
"Be late again and you will lose your arm just like Pizza Cookie did," Starkweather shouted at her. "Got it?"
"Y-yes." Candy gulped.
"Why did you do that? Now me and Tuff will be scarred for life with this!" Tiff shouted.
"Leave. NOW. Or you will also be losing your hands." Starkweather yelled angrily.
"Yes, sir!" Tuff said in fear.
With that, everyone left the Mess Hall, worried about what happened just now. Starkweather came up to the table and licked the jam off the table.
"Mmm…. tasty jam," Starkweather said before laughing.
(Confessional: Candy)
"Just great. Not only do I get to be naked and be a laughing stock, but I saw Pizza Cookie get her hand cut off!"
"What the actual fuck Starkweather?!"
(Confessional: Tiff)
"Yep. Thanks to Starkweather, my innocence is ruined for good."
(Confessional: Nikolai)
"This is why you don't get to be a pussy. Be on time."
He then laughed evilly.
"Campers, welcome to your next challenge!" Starkweather said. "Before we begin, we need one person from each team to sit out and watch while the others take on this sure-to-be deadly challenge."
"I'm sitting out of the challenge!" Candy shouted. "Don't want to be embarrassed anymore."
"As for Running Roosters…"
"I'll do it…" Wyatt said.
"Okay, let's get started," Starkweather said as he pressed a button and two large booths rose from the ground.
Candy and Wyatt entered the booths and the doors closed once they stepped in. Seven locks clicked on afterward.
"Hey! Why do we get to get locked in?" Wyatt asked him.
"For the rest of you, you need helmets," Starkweather said, throwing helmets at the teams. "Today's game is the Obstacle Course of Death. First, you will begin with a classic army-style rope wall climb, then you'll crawl under the barbed wire. After that, you'll go through a long greased platform until you reach the edge, using a rope to swing to a branch that holds your team's key code number. You must retrieve one number and you need all seven numbers to release your teammate from the booths that will begin filling with water starting right…now!"
Starkweather pressed a button and the water started to pour into the booths.
"What?!" Wyatt gasped.
"Huh? What is that? Can we drink it?" Candy questioned him.
"Oh, I wouldn't," Starkweather advised. "It's toilet water."
"What? Gross!" Wyatt gasped.
"The first team to unlock their teammate from the water tank wins," Starkweather explained. "And as always, the last-place team will eliminate someone and get them executed. Pick your order and we can begin. And Running Roosters, since there's so many of you, pick 7 people to participate in the challenge."
"Alright, I think it's fair that Cash will go first," Robina stated. "He's strong and the fastest."
"Yeah, I agree with her. Why do you think I survived all of the hell I went to?" Cash said.
"Alright. Tiff will go last since she's small and weak. Everyone else, choose randomly."
At Running Roosters' side, the team is discussing who should go first.
"So who would go first?" Tuff asked.
"I will," Natalya answered. "I'm the fastest KGB member out there."
"Perfect. Nikolai can go next." Dahlia said. "Then it would be Jude, Tuff, Lucy, Cindy, and finally, Cocoa Cookie."
"Who died and made you captain of the team?" Mint Choco Cookie asked her.
"I am. Now let's go!" Dahlia cheered. "Running Roosters, let's go!"
"Campers! You may begin…now!" Starkweather called out before blowing a horn.
Natalya and Cash went up the rope wall in a medium speed. Suddenly, a paw burst through the wall, knocking Natalya down.
"What was that?" Natalya asked.
"I forgot to mention that we placed bears on the climbing wall," Starkweather informed them.
"What?" Tiff gasped.
Cash and Natalya finished the wall. Natalya was slightly tangled in the barbed wire.
"Dammit!" Natalya groaned.
"This comes in shock, but the barbed wire is electrified." Starkweather laughed as he pressed a button and the wire zapped Natalya. Luckily, she was okay and not dead.
Natalya got up and rushed over to the greased platform where Cash is already preparing to grab the rope and swung across, grabbing a number "1" before landing perfectly on the ground. Natalya did the same and grabbed the number "7" before landing on the ground with a thud.
The two rushed over to the booths and pressed a number, unlocking the first lock.
"Keep it up, guys and girls!" Candy exclaimed. "At least the water is covering my naked body…"
Jim was up next along with Jude.
"Yo, let's do this!" Jim exclaimed.
"Good luck," Jude told him.
Jude and Jim went up the wall by grabbing the rope, to avoid the bears. Once that was finished, the two men went past the wires as well. Then, the trickiest part, the greased platform.
"Yo, is this actually grease?" Jim asked the host.
"Yep." Starkweather shrugged.
Jim ran over to the rope but ended up slipping on the platform and fell over, hitting his head in the progress and giving him a concussion.
"Looks like Jim failed. Medics, take him away." Starkweather said.
The medical tent went over to Jim and took him to the medical tent.
"This is bad…if Pizza Cookie was here, she would get us the second number already…!" Candy exclaimed.
"Don't worry, I got this," Caitlin said, running to the wall. She began climbing up the wall and managed to avoid the bears. Meanwhile, Jude managed to grab the number "3" and ran over to the booth, pressing the number. It released the second lock.
"Thank you." Wyatt thanked him.
"How are you doing there?" Jude asked him.
"Trying to stay calm…" Wyatt answered.
Caitlin easily slipped past the greased platform and swung over to grab the number "2." She then landed on the ground and went to the team's booth to press the number, unlocking the second lock.
"How are you feeling?" Caitlin asked her.
"I'm doing okay." Candy nodded.
(Confessional: Candy)
"Don't worry. I can hold my breath underwater for five minutes. So at least I should be good."
Tuff went over to the wall and began climbing up the wall, but ended up struggling because of the bears hitting him every move. Meanwhile, Caitlin tagged Steve and he began his part.
"Come on!" Tuff exclaimed.
"Sorry, pal." Steve laughed as he climbed up the wall and immediately got tangled by the wires. "Well, shit. What am I supposed to do now?"
"Untangle yourself!" Candy called out.
"Oh, right." Steve sighed as he got up and removed the wires from his body. At the same time, Tuff got through the wires due to his size. Steve got an idea and threw the wires at Tuff, temporarily stopping him. This allowed Steve to get through the grease and swing over to grab the number "9," but he hit some rocks while falling.
"Owch!" Tiff said. "Is it that bad?"
"Positive…" Roger Rabbit said.
Steve managed to run over to the booth and pressed the button, releasing the third lock.
"Looks like Dopey Doves are catching up," Starkweather said over the megaphone.
"Come on, little dude! Move!" Jude shouted towards Tuff.
Just then, Tuff untangled himself from the barbed wires and slid through the greased area before grabbing the rope. He managed to grab the number "0" and landed on the ground. At the same time, Roger Rabbit begins climbing up the wall. The bear grabbed him and threw him over to the booth.
"At least the booth is hit-proof," Starkweather said.
Roger Rabbit went up the wall again, this time grabbing the bear and going down.
"You know better than to attack me like that!" Roger Rabbit shouted.
Tuff ran over to the booth, pressing the number and releasing the third lock.
"There we go…." Tuff said to himself.
Roger Rabbit ran over to the wall and climbed all the up to the top, before going through the wires. He ends up getting shocked several times, but that doesn't daze him at all. He went over to the greased platform and easily grabbed the rope to grab "8" before landing safely.
Just then, Lucy was climbing up the walls and ended up getting tangled by the wires. She ends up getting shocked a few times, but like the others, she doesn't die from the experience of being shocked.
Roger Rabbit went over to the booth and unlocked the fourth lock. SpongeBob then went on ahead and climbed up the wall before getting through the wires despite being tangled in them. SpongeBob went over to the platform and swung over to grab "4" before landing safely.
SpongeBob went over to punch in the number as the fifth lock was released. By that time, the booths were halfway filled with water.
"Robina, you're up next!" Cash shouted.
"Got it," Robina smiled.
Robina went over to the wall, climbing it slowly and reaching at the top. At the same time, Lucy finally freed herself from the wires and easily slid through the grease. However, she failed to grab the rope.
"Oof!" Lucy cried out as she fell to the ground. "Ouch…"
"I'll take it from here," Cindy said, climbing up the wall and getting through the wires. She went over the greased floor and swung the rope, grabbing the number "6" and landing on her leg, causing her to sprain her ankle in the process. "OW! I can't move!"
"Ugh…" Dahlia growled as she walked up to Cindy and grabbed the number. Then, she went over to the booth and pressed the button, releasing the fourth lock.
Cocoa Cookie began climbing up the wall, trying to get through the dangers of the wall. Meanwhile, Robina was finished getting through the wires and slid through the grease before grabbing the rope to swing through to grab the number "4". Robina then rushed over to unlock the sixth lock.
"Look at that! Dopey Doves' is making a huge comeback," Starkweather said. "Can they win this?"
Cocoa Cookie slid through the grease and fell straight to the ground. She got up and went through the course again, this time, she was grabbed by the bears and was thrown to the ground.
Just then, Tiff gulped as she looked at the course and sighed.
"I can do this…!" Tiff exclaimed.
Tiff screamed as she climbed across the climbing wall and went through the wires without getting stuck and then went to the grease platform and swung over to the rope. However, it wasn't high enough for her to grab a number.
"Come on, Tiff!" Caitlin cheered. "Swing the rope slowly!"
Tiff listened to what she said and swung the rope slowly before she gained speed. At the same time, Cocoa Cookie managed to grab a number "3" before landing on the ground. As she was running, Tiff grabbed the last number, which was "7".
Dopey Doves cheered happily as Tiff ran over to the booth, which was almost full of water. Tiff pressed the final number, releasing the final lock and letting Candy out.
"Game over!" Starkweather exclaimed. "Dopey Doves win the challenge!"
Dopey Doves cheered happily while Running Roosters groaned in frustration.
"Your prize for today: steak and vegetables for dinner," Teruteru said.
"Running Roosters, you lost the challenge. What happened?" Starkweather asked the team.
"I don't know…" Tuff groaned.
"Well, tonight, you will eliminate someone from your team and see their death. See you tonight," Starkweather told them. "And since the challenge is over…"
Starkweather pressed the button and released Wyatt from the booth.
"Finally!" Wyatt exclaimed. "I was about to panic for a second there."
The next scene cuts to Running Roosters walking back towards camp, groaning in frustration that they have to send someone to their death.
"So…who should go?" Tuff asked the team. "We all suck…"
"Honestly, I don't know…" Natalya said. "We need to eliminate the weak link that didn't participate in many challenges."
"So it's between those who didn't participate in the challenge!" Cindy said, before groaning in pain. "I need a medic…"
Cindy left the group, going to the medical tent to get her leg checked out.
(Confessional: Dahlia)
"And here is the part where it's between me and Nikolai…"
"No…not happening. I need a distraction that will keep us safe…"
"Look at those who completed the challenge. Lucy, Cindy, and Natalya struggled throughout the challenge." Dahlia said.
"I have to agree with her. Either one of the three will be executed." Nikolai laughed.
"Yeah, she's right…" Cocoa Cookie nodded. "Let's go…"
The next scene cuts to dinnertime, where everyone is enjoying their meal, except for Pizza Cookie who is still absent after her punishment and had her food delivered to the tent.
"This meal is delicious," Jim said. "But I'm worried about the other team, yo."
"Yeah. They didn't do well at the challenge, so anyone is eligible to be executed." Candy told him.
"I'm hoping that it's not Cindy. We have known each other since the outbreak happened." Jim explained. "It would suck if she dies."
"I mean, she is the sweetest person in these contestants," Tiff said.
Just then, Starkweather's voice came into the PA.
"Running Roosters, is it time to go vote," Starkweather said. "Only one of you won't come back here alive."
(Music 1)
Running Roosters walked quietly to the elimination ceremony. They all sat down at their assigned seats along with Dopey Doves' members.
"Before I begin the elimination ceremony, Pizza Cookie is doing okay. She'll make a full recovery." Starkweather said. "Now then…"
"Natalya!" Ramirez shouted. "You were the first person that competed in the challenge and struggled."
"Cindy! You also struggled in the challenge and got your leg sprained as a result!"
"Lucy! You didn't get the number at all and also struggled!"
"And finally, Cocoa Cookie. You failed to complete the sixth part of the challenge and cost the team's win."
"It is time to vote." Starkweather said. "Now go."
(After Voting)
"Alright. I have 10 marshmallows. If you don't get one, you will die." Starkweather explained.
"First one…Dahlia."
"Nikolai…"
"Wyat…"
"Mint Choco Cookie…"
"Cosmi…"
"Tuff…"
"Jude…"
"And…Cocoa Cookie."
Soon, it was down to three people: Lucy, Natalya, and Cindy.
"The second-last marshmallow goes to…Lucy."
Lucy got up and went over to grab her marshmallow.
"Well, this is it…the final marshmallow and the chance to see another day is…"

"Cindy."
Cindy grabbed the marshmallow that she grabbed.
"You…voted for me?" Natalya gasped. "NO…!"
"Natalya, you have been eliminated and are officially done with the competition. Now it's time for your execution." Starkweather said.
"Let's get this over it…" Natalya said. "Before I go, there's something that-"
Suddenly, Ramirez grabs Natalya and takes her to a familiar prison gas chamber. He opened the chamber and placed her in it, shutting it.
After a few minutes, poison gas began filling the room. Natalya screamed in anger as she pounded the gas. It kept on flooding the chamber until she was fully engulfed in it.
She was coughing violently as the poisonous gas burned her lungs. Eventually, she coughed up blood onto the glass.
She weakly waved at the remaining survivors and tried to say something, but she was dying. Blood was dripping from her mouth and eyes, staring at everyone.
Her body slumped to the ground, scraping along the gas, leaving a smear of blood on the gas. Soon, after a few minutes, the gas finally stopped.
Her body was now lifeless.
Cindy threw up again, not caring that her life was spared.
She could have sacrificed her life for Natalya…
But no…
She has to die for some reason.
"Well, that is all for this elimination ceremony," Starkweather said. "You are all dismissed."
Starkweather and Ramirez left the ceremony smiling along the way.
Dahlia smirked in amazement.
(Confessional: Dahlia)
"Before we voted, I convinced some people to vote for Natalya. She's the strongest member and she was a threat to me. Along with that, my alliance voted for her."
As the teams headed back to their cabins, Pizza Cookie finally came. She has a thick layer of bandages spotted with jam wrapped around the stump of her arm.
"I'm finally back…So who got eliminated-?" Pizza Cookie started to ask.
Then, Pizza Cookie does a head count on whose left. That's when she noticed something.
Natalya didn't come back…
"I'm sorry for your loss…" Pizza Cookie told Running Roosters.
"It's okay…"
"Cindy is not having a good time, yo." Jim said.
Meanwhile, Candy went over to the showers and began to take a shower. Little does she know, Starkweather was watching her every move.
"And that's it for this episode! Who would get eliminated?" Starkweather asked. "Find out next time on Total…Drama…Despair Island!"
