Bobby was looking to spend time with his older sister, like he usually did, while he played his twitch. He didn't really know why... everything just felt tingly when he was with her. Warmer... comfier... he really couldn't describe it. He knew Reina hated it when he spent time with her, and he hated to make his twin uncomfortable, but she had to see that he loved spending time with Loan as much as he did her. She was his other half, good at almost everything he wasn't, but Loan... Loan was harder to describe. She liked all the same stuff he did, and she was way better than him! All the secrets, the cheats, the little glitches, she knew everything about almost every game. When Reina was too busy on her skateboard or trying to out do their older sister, he was with Loan. Aunt Lucy told him to call her his muse one time... whatever that meant... and she practically fainted. He needed to look up what a muse was, because he wasn't sure Lupa's definition was right after he asked why she behaved like that. But a goddess? Why would Loan faint at that? She always said she was the goddess of gaming when they played. Why did him saying it effect her like that?

He heard a commotion in the living room. He saw the big screen tv, across from the downstairs couch, running Slam Brothers Turbo Brawl. He saw someone get spiked down in the pit followed by a discontent grunt. Wait, wasn't, 'Trashman Sam,' Loan's main? There was only one person who could beat his eldest sister... but dad never used the Trash King.

"Dad?" he asked as he round the couched, but was surprised at the sight he saw.

Two Loans, one far more angry than the other bespectacled one who was wearing Pajama pants and a tank top over the default skins sweater and sweatpants was smiling at the other Loan's loss, "Face it, you're not going to win."

"Bite me! How did you get this good anyway?!"

A snicker was the response, "Who do you think taught your dad how to play Slam Brothers, dork?"

"You should be out of practice, hag! You haven't played this game since before I was born!"

"Aunt Lori?!" BJ said in disbelief.

"Oh! Morning Beej," His aunt said smiling.

"I-It's afternoon..."

"BJ?! Don't look!" Loan demanded as she got juggled, hopelessly attempting to recover.

Lori grinned, "Awwe, what's wrong? Afraid your little brother's going to watch his big sister get spanked by her mother?"

She growled when the bold letters spelled out GAME as she got spiked back into the pit, "DAMMIT! Robert!" He jumped when she shouted his name and grabbed his wrist and pulled him into her lap, "I-I need your luck!"

"Right... luck," her mother rolled her eyes unamused.

"Shut up! You're just jealous dad's busy!" She growled as she pointed to where the man he expected to see beating his sister was sitting on the floor in the dark corner of the room... with his aunt Lucy in his lap.

Everyone stopped to observe the action taking place in front of them. Lincoln was holding Lucy's right hand in his left, gently filing her nails. Lucy was leaning back against her older brother, gently running her lips against his jaw line as he worked. He smiled and rolled his eyes when he pulled out the nail polish and began painting the nail he was working on.

"You know, it's hard to do this when you do that."

Lucy leaned her nose into his neck, "Oh no, you mean if you screw up we'll have to start over and stay like this? That would be horrible dearest brother..."

"Save the sarcasm for someone with inflection in their voice," he joked, "and stop trying to move your hand."

"Sigh," she replied as she smiled and stroked his face with her left hand.

BJ turned to Loan, "Am I... looking at something I shouldn't see?"

Loan didn't break her stare. She couldn't ignore the sensualness of the situation unfolding before her. She had seen small things like this before between the two. Small, every day, benign things that, were it any one else, would be perfectly innocent. Loan had learn that everyone had their... tells. When her Aunt Lynn had wanted time with her father she would aggressively try to play with him, any contact sport would do. Aunt Lana would cling to him and ask for help with things that everyone knew she wouldn't need any help with, such as fixing a pipe or working on one of their cars, getting progressively handsy. Aunt Ronnie would become more sadistically taunting, trying to goad her father into reacting. Aunt Luan became more aggressive with her pranks. Aunt Stella would pepper him with prodding innuendos during any activity. Aunt Luan and Sam would both be overt with crude gestures or facial expressions. She had even seen her Aunt Lisa's aggressive side, demanding her father's attention and throwing a tantrum to get it, much to the eldest child's surprise considering how little emotion her super genius aunt usually showed.

But Aunt Lucy was... different.

Almost everything she did with her father had an almost blatant romantic and sexual overtone to it. She seemed to ooze sensuality from every pore around her father, earning glares from almost every other occupant of the house... and right now, that included her mother. She was glaring at them both from the corner of her eyes. A strange jealousy that Loan couldn't comprehend, but at the same time she fully understood. She had asked her father about it before around her aunt Lynn.

"Isn't it an older brother's job to spoil his younger sister?" he responded, "I do the same thing with your Aunt Lola."

"Yeah, but Lola's just a brat!" her aunt interjected, "Lucy is malicious! I'm telling you, spooky has you under some sort of weird spell! It's the same as when we were in high school!"

Her father had just smiled and shrugged at this. The more she watched, the more she understood what Lynn meant. They hadn't even acknowledged the other people in the room... it was as if she was possessing him.

"I... don't know," she finally answered her younger brother's question.

"Come on..." her mother finally said, a little venom in her voice, "I need another round."

BJ looked up to her and she smiled as she gently ran her hands through his hair, "You're on!"

It was another day in the Loud House, Lucy's day. Lucy was sitting in Lincoln's lap with his head on top of hers as he painted her right hand's fingernails. Gone were the days where they would do this in her room across from each other under the light glow of a lamp. Now they were doing so in the living room on the couch. Every glance their siblings gave them was one confusion and jealousy, but the smile never left Lucy's lips as her brother attended to her. Luan had decided to sit on the floor across from them glaring. Lincoln had noticed her when she entered the room... but he had to focus. He had, after all, promised Lucy a long time ago to help her whenever she needed her nails painted. He had always found it weird when she was younger that she came to him over Leni, considering the fashionista would probably faint over the opportunity to dote on her younger sister... but now it all made sense. Any and every reason to spend time with him.

Lucy, on the other hand, never averted that Icy gaze from his face as he worked. Her eyes were furtive and full of admiration. He couldn't look her in them without a slight blush. If Lynn's love was heavy, Lucy's was insurmountable. When she was out of control, she was really out of control. The stalking incident was step one. He had visited Ronnie over the summer for a week. A week filled with sex and the usual fair of breaking rules and hanging at the local arcade for them, misery and pain for the two roommates... even though they had agreed to it before hand knowing that Lori was coming due. Daily tantrums from both her and Lynn filled his inboxes. Lynn's were easy to deal with, but hers were... wild. Thinly veiled threats and curses followed by begging and pleading to not run away and leave her alone. It had scared him... but no more than Lucy usual had. When he had returned she had clung to him for the entire day along with Lynn.

Who knew two people so opposite could be so similar?

He understood her though. Her first love may have been Edward... but he was the first tangible one... and he had accepted. But it was moments like this he was happy he had. Her gentle breathing, her calm smile, her loving gaze... it was all worth it when he had those. Luan's occasional discontentment grunts only drew his attention, she never seemed to flinch.

"It's not fair!" she groaned after he had finished her middle finger, "How come you get to yell at me when I supposedly, 'step over the line,' but you're allowed to do shit like this?!"

"Whatever do you mean, dear sister?" she asked, not breaking her gaze.

Good... at least he wasn't the only one who noticed her.

"You know exactly what I mean!" she growled, "Just look at you! There's no way this doesn't break the rules!"

"What?" she asked feigning ignorance, "Dear Lincoln is just helping me paint my nails, I've never been good at my right hand."

"Don't do that!" Luan commanded, "You know exactly what-"

"What's going on in her?!" her mother interrupted her.

"Mom?!" Luan gasped as she made a throat slashing motion at Lucy who just stared at her as Lincoln continued panting her nails.

"What are you doing?" Rita asked her as she stopped the slashing motion.

"Nothing!" Luan replied chuckling nervously.

"Oh... okay then... what were you shouting about?"

"I just got excited about... wait... do you... see what they're doing?"

Rita turned her head to Lucy and Lincoln who returned her gaze, "Awe! Good job helping Lucy do her nails, sweetheart!" she congratulated, running her hands through her son's hair.

"Little busy mom..." he calmly stated as he finished her ring finger.

"Oh! Right! Sorry!" she stated as she left the room.

Luan was flabbergasted as her jaw hung slack. She couldn't comprehend the obliviousness her mother had shown. She could only stand up and leave the room... just in time for Lincoln's cheeks to glow.

"She's... she's right you know... that was dangerous."

Lucy looked up at him and smiled, eyes scanning the area around them, "Not nearly as dangerous as this."

She quickly placed her lips on his, gently claiming them as her own. It only took a second for her to begin sucking and massaging his lower lips with her own before gently probing his mouth with her tongue. He closed his eyes as she did hers and his face became more red with each passing second. Eventually they broke from the kiss, him panting and her staring dreamily into his eyes.

"Why," he panted, "Why do you do that?"

She turned away... but he still saw the slight color at the tips of her ears, "... you were mine first," she stated possessively, "... we gave ourselves to each there."

He could have refuted her... he was, after all, an unwilling participant in their first time... but eventually he had found himself giving in to her whims like every one else had, "Yeah... we did, Luce," he gently placed his chin on her head, giving the top of her head a small kiss as he did, "I guess... as long as you don't push it to far-"

"-I'm not Luan, Lincoln... I know our limits..." she promised.

He was lost in thought as he finished her pinky. He knew she was lying. She could barely contain herself in front of Luan. He could feel her heart beating. She was definitely asserting her dominance... and he had a feeling why. He couldn't just leave his sister to suffer in silence... no matter how much she enjoyed doing so.

"Are you... jealous?" he asked as he held her fingers between his, checking his work.

She said nothing, which was all the answer he needed.

"Look... I know Lori-"

"It should have been me!" she blurted before he finished, "I wouldn't have abandoned you... wouldn't have left you without our daughter."

He snuggled into his sister's hair, "I know... but Lori... she has a chance to be happy without me... and I'm not going to stop her from doing that."

"...But... Loan is-"

"-I know... I know, Lucy... But she also has an opportunity to be... normal."

How could he not have known? The girl in his sisters arms in that photo... she was perfect. She was healthy. She was his. But Bobby? He was everything he could have hoped for in a husband for his sisters. Hell, he was almost his clone in many ways. He knew that he would raise Loan, and any other children Lori would give him, far better than a teenager like him. They would both be happier without him in the picture. Just like all of them he would sacrifice everything for his eldest sister... no matter how much he loved his daughter and wanted to be a part of her life. His somber look must have been obvious to his younger sister.

"Lincoln... you look so beautiful when you are suffering... but it always makes me want to kiss it away," the young goth lamented as he wrapped his arms around her.

He smiled at the sentiment, "Lucy... I love you... If I had to choose a sister I was closest with, it would probably be you," she smiled when he said this, a pink tint gracing her cheeks, "Hell, you're the reason I'm in this weird situation... but you're all irreplaceable to me... if your happiness requires me to step aside... I would in a heartbeat-"

"But-"

"But nothing," he placed his index finger on her mouth, "I... don't know if I'd replace all this with anything... but if your happiness requires me to step aside in 1, 10, even 20 years into the future, I wouldn't hesitate."

She hated that answer... she wanted him to fight for her. To be there only for her. To want to lay claim to her and ravage her as Lori had him... why was he so self sacrificial? Why didn't he want her like she had him?

"What about your feelings?!" she finally sneered, "Don't you want me?!"

He smiled when she said this, causing her to cool immediately, "Of course I do," he caressed her cheek, "You... you're so loving. It's overwhelming at times, but in a good way. Having some one love me the way you do... I'd be lying if I said it wasn't something that... well... every man dreamed of. But you're also... you're my little sister Luce. I only want whatever makes me happy."

She wrapped her fingers around his, "... you make me happy big brother."

"Then I'm not going anywhere," he promised as he kissed her hand.

She didn't know how to respond to him. To tell him she wasn't going... she couldn't go anywhere for the next 10... 20... 100 years. All she could do is lean back into him and stare deeply into his eyes... knowing even if their other sisters... even if their parents... even if the world abandoned him... she wouldn't.

Lori was only tied with her daughter because she couldn't help but stare at her brother and sister more as he gently pampered her. She couldn't focus as her sister lost herself in her brother's love... love that should have been hers. She was the oldest. She was the first to know Lincoln in any meaningful way. Hell, she was the one who shaped the man he was today! He should be hers first! Not Lucy's! How could he show her such favoritism?! She was the one who was visiting!

"Ha!" Loan shouted as she spiked the trash king off of the arena, "FINALLY! The queen reclaims her throne!" she gloated as she danced in victory, her younger brother smiling up at her... but soon she realized her mother wasn't paying attention to her, "Mom?"

Lori snapped to her daughter, "Huh?! Oh... good job sweet pea!" she congratulated as she stood up, causing her daughter to tilt her head, "Lincoln!"

He slowly looked up to his eldest sister, as did Lucy, "Yes, Lori?"

She was caught off guard as her brother finally acknowledged her presence, "... umm... I... Lincoln!"

He smiled warmly as she said his name again, "Yes, Lori?"

She blushed, "I... I... Um... do you want... I... I want to spend time with you!" she finally said as she stood and threw her hands down, "I... I came all this way! I want to spend time with you!"

Lucy looked up to her brother and pouted, he looked down at her and smiled, "Well... I did just finish Lucy's nails... what do you want to do?"

"I... I don't know," she admitted, "Anything?"

His smile changed when she said that... She didn't notice it of course... but Loan did. It was the first time, she had felt, her father was in complete control. Lori shuffled uncomfortably under his gaze. He gently caressed Lucy's cheek, causing her to smile. He looked back to his older sister with a far less malicious smile.

"Do you want to go shopping?" he asked as he gently pet Lucy.

"Um..." she stumbled at the sudden suggestion, "Yeah!"

She put down the controller and rushed up to her brother who had gently set Lucy in the place he was sitting as she crossed her arms, "Okay, you want Leni to-"

"No!" she quickly blurted, "No... just you and me."

He looked back at Lucy and kissed her forehead, causing her to moan in a coo, "Okay Lori, let's go!"

She smiled and bounced excitedly, "Alright Lincy! But you're buying!"

He nervously chuckled, "I... I should've expected that."

She ran upstairs, her younger brother following behind her. Loan couldn't explain it, but that smile returned. It was so... powerful. For the first time she stared at her younger brother in fear... but in a strange way hopefulness. He stared back at her and tilted his head innocently.

Is this how all Loud men were?

The night had come

Lynn had taken her turn.

Seeing her sister in the living room, she couldn't help but attack her brother that night. It had almost been a year since their strange affair had begun. Lincoln, for his part, had lied to his younger sister earlier that day. He was serious when he said he would sacrifice himself for her happiness... but he had lied when he said it wouldn't bother him. A sick part of him... was happy. After he had accepted his sister's feelings... after he had accepted the sexual part of it... he had wanted to keep his sisters pure to other men. Lynn's moans... her pleasure... he liked how it was all his. Lucy's almost more so. She was his younger sister. This was his older sister. Lori was his eldest sister. His love for them, as pure as it used to be, had developed long since into a possessiveness. He had seen how happy they were with him... and he had become greedy. He had known Bobby for most of his life. He knew he wouldn't betray his sister's trust... his daughter's trust. He would allow him... but no one else.

He knew he could bring his sisters happiness. He could tell that by his elder sister's responses to his caresses. He could tell by his younger sister's reaction to his love. It had become twisted, perverted, and wrong. But he knew that they were over all happy... even with the tantrums they threw over his relationship with Ronnie. He had promised himself after Loan's birth he wouldn't let anything happen to them... and if he had to be manipulative to insure their happiness... if he had to be the one to ensure it...

So be it.

A/N: To be fair I didn't realize this chapter would be as short as it would. Either way, I'm hoping you guys enjoyed it. Believe me, it's building up Lincoln's character for a reason. Let's just say he's tasting his first real bit of control... before he loses it. Last chapter was the second separation in parts. Time skips will become a little more frequent from here out after Stella's inevitable fall, but the next one will be when Lincoln loses control. I hope that made sense, vodka's a beast.
