Sorry for the lack of updating guys, been busy and what not.

Erin's POV

This place is more dangerous than I thought," Kaiba said as I stood up.

Currently, we were on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean.

"Noah! I know you can hear me! You won't get away with this!"

My mate then looked at me and Mokuba.

"I may not be proud of every decision I made in the past but everything I did, I did for us, so our lives moving forward would be better"

"Well said" I agreed with him. "Can we get out of here? I rather not have a repeat"

Kaiba nodded and the three of us walked away. The scenery changed from the seaside into another damn forest. I heard Mokuba's stomach growl and I tried not to laugh.

"Dang I wonder if any virtual berries have any taste, I feel like I haven't eaten in months"

"Hey look ahead" I notified the brothers nodding at the cabin ahead.

"I doubt they'll be any berries to eat in there kid" Kaiba replied to his brother and cautiously we made our way toward the cabin.

As we approached I felt uneasy. Kaiba opened the door and the scenery once again changed. My eyes went wide as I stood in a massive foyer and ahead I saw the Kaiba siblings as their past selves following an ugly-looking butler. Mokuba was gripping the back of his brother's shirt in fear while preteen Kaiba pretended to be tough.

"This was the first day in our new home" Kaiba explained to me.

The setting changed to where preteen Kaiba was doing schoolwork and he was having trouble staying awake. The butler ordered for Kaiba to stay awake. Immediately I felt my anger spike. When I heard Gozaburo wouldn't tolerate slackers that made me get even madder. The study room then changed into a dining room where that asshole Gozaburo was eating along with my preteen mate and Mokuba.

My blood boiled as Gozaburo reprimanded Kaiba for falling behind in his studies and he wouldn't have weekends off. I had no idea this man had been so cruel. No wonder my mate told me not to overdo it while studying. Seeing enough I turned away and tuned out the rest of Gozaburo's dialogue until the scene changed again.

Mokuba held a book out to the butler and the younger Kaiba sibling was smiling. Again the scene changed where preteen Kaiba was passed out on the couch, the butler handed over the book Mokuba requested be given to his older brother. Younger Kaiba took the book and tossed it aside, I then smiled when there turned out to be a hidden space in the book were his beloved's duel monsters cards were.

"Smart move Mokuba" I praised the current one. "Wait sec is that a Blue Eyes drawing?!"

I was trying not to have a fan girl moment when I saw the adorable drawing of a Blue Eyes White Dragon.

"Yep Seto needed some encouragement that day"

The younger Kaiba brother blushed.

"I still have the drawing kid" Kaiba added. "And thanks to you I was able to get three Blue Eyes of my own"

"Isn't that sweet?"

I snarled as the scenery changed and everything turned black. Noah appeared via a spotlight. Having enough I was about to storm forward to teach Noah a lesson when Kaiba and Mokuba held me back.

"You had no right making these two relive their past, Noah!" I roared in fury. My body was shaking in anger.

"Looks like your girlfriend is protective of you Seto" Noah sneered.

"Leave her out of this" Kaiba growled. "I've had enough of your games"

"Oh the games have just begun, I'm going to make you relive every painful moment of your lives"

"And what do you hope to gain in all of this?" Kaiba demanded.

"He wants Kaiba Corp" I answered.

"Over my dead body"

"Stay out of this Erin" Noah scolded me. "This doesn't involve you"

"IT INVOVLED ME THE DAMN MOMENT YOU BROUGHT ME HERE YOU LITTLE BRAT!"

"Noah I would advise you beat it before Erin really loses her temper" Mokuba warned the little shit.

"Fine but don't think things are over"

He then disappeared and the scenery again returned to the woods. The Kaiba brothers didn't let me go until I calmed down enough.

"Remind me not to tick you off Erin" Mokuba told me with a nervous chuckle.

"Sorry buddy but seeing the bullcrap he's made you guys see is just cruel"

I noticed Kaiba suddenly smirk.

"What's so funny Seto?" Mokuba inquired.

"He thinks me getting fired up is amusing" I responded to the younger Kaiba sibling as I felt my face go red.

A Bit Later.

"Okay the woods are getting old" I complained.

Kaiba was attempting to contact Kaiba Craft 3 using the radio transmitter in his jacket. But he got no reply.

"Yo," I alerted the two Kaiba siblings as another door appeared ahead.

"My bet it's another memory" Mokuba stated.

"Most likely" Kaiba agreed and the three of us reluctantly walked towards it.

"I'll open it" I volunteered.

"Be careful Erin" Kaiba advised.

I flashed my mate a grin before taking hold of the handle and opened it. The woods changed into an office setting.

"Your office?" I inquired at Kaiba.

"Yes," he confirmed as his eyes were fixed on whoever was at the desk.

The person in the chair spun around and I held back a string of profanities as Gozaburo Kaiba looked back at us. And, my mate's younger self. He wore a white suit and he looked handsome in it.

"This is my office and no one disturbs me here!" Gozaburo scolded my preteen mate.

"I have something important to say"

"This was the day I gathered up the courage to confront Gozaburo" Kaiba explained to me.

"If this is about your invention Seto it's no good"

"Is it possible that I can give this version of your stepfather a beat down?"

This made Kaiba and Mokuba chuckle. My preteen mate told Gozaburo he worked long and hard on his project and he accomplished something Gozaburo never could. Instead of using it for gaming, Gozaburo wanted to use it for war. When the asshole tossed Kaiba's papers of the project into the air and stated Kaiba Corp didn't make children's toys. Instead, the company made vehicles for war and if preteen Kaiba was one day going to take over Kaiba Corp he needed to forget about games.

I looked away as preteen Kaiba endured more cruelty. Kaiba then mentioned Gozaburo stole his invention to claim as his own. As the forest returned I made sure Kaiba and Mokuba didn't see the angry tears that threatened to fall on my face. Instead, I threw a punch into the nearest tree in my fury.

"Erin! Don't do that you'll hurt yourself!" Mokuba protested.

"I'm okay" I reassured the younger Kaiba brother.

"Come on you two let's find a way out of here" Kaiba suggested.

"Good idea because if I see Gozaburo again I'm really going to be angry"

"Temper, temper, Kitsune"

"Really Seto? You're flirting now?"

"Well it makes Erin calm down" Kaiba replied wearing that sexy smirk of his.
