Chapter 14: Found Part 2

"Who was that?" Dean asked as he stood leaning against the kitchen doorway where Bobby stood fixing breakfast for them both.

Bobby turned around putting a hand over his heart in fright. "Geez Dean, you almost gave me a heart attack. Someone should put a bell on you," he turned back around to the stove seeing that the eggs were finished so he turned the burner off and put some on the two plates that had bacon on them already he set aside. He then decided to turn back around. "It was no one."

"Bobby who was that on the phone?" he asked again as his gaze bore into Bobby's guarded expression in scrutiny as if daring him to lie to him.

"Sam."

Something changed in Dean's eyes at the mention of his brother's name in what could have been sadness had it not been erased so quickly.

"So, you know what happened to me as to why I took him away from college and everything that happened after?"

"Not exactly. I only got the cliff note version. What happened Dean?"

Dean started from the very beginning of how he was working a voodoo case and how a fertility goddess got the drop on him. He explained the reason he took Sam away from his life at college. He explained how he was going to give Sam and Jessica the baby and why. He even explained how Sam has been treating him and how he does not think he has someone he can call brother anymore.

"...which is why I have to go before he gets here." Dean continued with tears in his eyes. "I have to leave or he's going to keep hurting me and expecting to be forgiven."

I'm going to kill him, thought Bobby to himself before he finally thought to respond, I'm really going to kill Sam.

"Well at least eat first. Food is getting cold."

Dean turns green at the mention of food but quickly regains his color. "I am really not hungry Bobby. I have to pack if I am leaving."

"Now listen here. You're going to sit down and eat before I tie you to that chair and force feed you."

"But I have to pack-"

"Sit down and eat boy! I know you have been vomiting even with the nausea medicine, but you still need the nourishment. Have you taken the prenatal vitamins along with that medication?"

Dean nods and Bobby points to the chair. "Then sit down and eat!"

Dean sits down and waits for Bobby to reheat the food in the microwave. When he sits it down in front of him Dean immediately scarfs it down like a starving person.

Dean looks up at Bobby and ask him if he wants his plate of food. He slides his untouched plate over toward Dean who scarfs it down just like his own and drinks the orange juice last.

"It's not going to stay down long but that was worth it," Dean said as he rubbed his stomach and then he let out a huge belch.

"Damn boy. Where do you put it all?"

"I'm sorry," Dean said as he began looking down at the table. He gets up and looks for the eggs and bacon not looking at Bobby once. "I will fix you more before I pack."

There was suddenly a knock at the door. Dean turned to Bobby, and they looked at each other than at the door.

"You are expecting someone?"

"It's Sam-"

Before Bobby could stop him, he opened the door to come face to face with Sam. Before Sam could get a word out, Dean punched him which landed Sam on his back. Dean did not give an inch but got on top of him and beat him mercilessly. Sam did not fight back since he knew he deserved it.
