Friends first and foremost I want to thank each and everyone of you for praying and keeping me in your prayers. They were very much needed. I will need them again Tuesday as I have more surgery.
I want to thank you all for staying with me and understanding that life is not always as we want it to be. Things happen beyond our control and we have to cope as best as we can. I am not going to abandon my stories. I love writing and letting my imagination take me where it wants to go. As y'all have seen already. My stories take on a life of their own. I love it and I am so glad that you all do too. I know there were 44 chapters in "Gone Like The Wind" . I have no idea how many more will be in this one or if I will continue with another book or end it after I finish this one. Should I continue on with this story and write more books or stop after I finish this book. I value all of your opinions. I would love to hear what you all think. I just love writing for you all and now it helps me take my mind off what is going on with my health. So please bear with me as I will not be posting anything next week. I am going to try and get a few out before Tuesday. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
Recap chapter 37
First and most important we got all the children out of the houses safely and have taken them to the hospital. They were not injured in any way. They were starved and dehydrated and they are being taken care of.
We have the childrens names and their parents' names. We have Psychiatrists coming to talk to the children and find out what all has happened to them and how they were taken. We need to know if they were just kidnapped or given away. I know I hate to say that but you never know what some parents will do for money or if they are being blackmailed.
These children have not had any ransom demands made for them to the parents and we do not know how many of the children have been reported missing. As we have just found them and are now learning their names.
We have the queen Slovenia Padres and her so-called cousin bodyguards in custody. The little birdie tried to fly away but her wings were grounded.
Nurse Margo Hudson was arrested by Agent Donovan and her team. She acted like she was innocent of any wrong found the children locked up in an upstairs room and still denied knowing anything about it. Agent Donovan jerked her out of her chair and then found a gun. She denied having. As I said, all the children in her house are safe now.
Nurse Sheila Langston now is another story. She was a bitch and wanted to argue with Captain Trevelyan. She had a gun and the Captain saw it and kicked it out of her hand before she could use it.
Nurse Langston said she was going to sue the Captain. Saying that the Captain was at fault. That story won't fly because of all the witnesses there.
The Captain wanted her taken straight to jail but the EMTs came in and checked her hand. Captain Trevelyan had two of her agents take the nurse to the hospital to have her hand x-rayed. They all knew it was broken. That was some mighty power behind that kick to break her hand.
At the hospital she was acting like a baby. Her hand was x-rayed and she had two broken bones in her hand and two broken fingers. Her hand was put in a cast and the doctor said she was able to leave. If she needed anything the infirmary at the jail would be able to help her.
When she heard that it just made her worse. The doctor just wanted her out of his hospital. She wanted drugs for pain and he had given her all he could.
Captain Trevelyan and her agents made it to the docks before the ship arrived and docked. She took charge and gave the orders on how to take the bastards down.
The undercover agent gave his code words "The stars are bright". All the agents knew who he was then. He told Agent Morris that the women and cooks were in the hold but he didn't have a key to open the trap door.
The Captain told the ship's Captain to hand over the keys. He told her he didn't listen to lowly women. He finally jerked the chain off his neck with the key on it and threw it at the Captain. She caught it and gave it to Morris.
Morris and Dennison went to the hold and got the women and cooks out. They heard a noise and looked around and found someone else. They knew who the person was…Their identity will be disclosed later.
The Captain thanked all the teams for helping them again.
She and Deputy Prince left and went to Headquarters.
Captain Trevelyan had to write some reports before she could leave for Texas as all her agents had to do.
She so badly wanted to question the queen Slovenia but by the time she was going to be done with her reports it was going to be too late.
Chapter 38 part 9 Time jump Texas Bound
"Captain Trevelyan the plane is about to land my dear you need to buckle up." Rosie told her.
"Thank you ma'am I didn't know I fell asleep again." She says kindly.
"Daddy, what are you doing here? I thought you were still in Florida." She asked him looking over at him and touching his hand.
"Well I was until I found out that you were through and was ready to leave for Texas. I take it you got your answers from the queen Padres." He said, squeezing her hand.
"Yes daddy and more. You would not believe what all she told me. Well what I got out of her when I started talking about life in prison in one of the worst prisons you could ever imagine where they hate child abusers and pedophiles. Sex trafficking and drugs. I told her I didn't care if she rotted in prison, it was where she belonged right along with her so-called scumbags that work for her." She told him yawning. "Sorry daddy." She told him.
"Hey now none of that. I know you have been working your butt off getting everything taken care of and then hopping on this plane and flying again. My sweet girl, I think it is time to take some time for yourself and regroup. You have not stopped since you left South Carolina." He told her giving her a fatherly hug and kiss on her temple.
"Yes daddy I know and I will but we have some very mean bastards to apprehend not only in Texas but Florida, New York and New Jersey and hell more places." She tells him rubbing her neck.
"Where is the list of bastards that need taking down?" He asked her.
"Right here in my briefcase." She hands it to him.
"Open it all the information is in there. I already have Barney and Welch working on Deep Sea Diving background checks on them. I am going to do some Deep Sea Diving as well." She tells him.
"Well let me know if I can help in any way? You know I will do what I can and my connections will be more than willing to offer their services." He tells her.
"Thank you and I will let you know." She tells him.
"What is this I hear about another ship?" He asked her.
"Oh that is right you haven't been briefed. I have another ship that we are using here in Texas to make the bastards think that the Tubor Carrier is coming from Florida. It will take too many days to get it here and I want this wrapped up as soon as possible. So we found another ship and we are disguising it to look like the Tubor Carrier." She tells him.
"Very good plan my dear." He tells her.
"Thank you daddy. Yes it will look just like the Tubor Carrier and anyway the idiots in Texas have never seen it before or we don't think they have. That is why we are making it look like the real one. I have agents all over that ship and on the dock in the warehouses. You name it, they are there and more are coming with us." She tells him yawning again.
"Do you have the names of authorities that will be assisting us in Texas?" He asked her.
"Yes sir and if you look at page seven you will see all the names of the FBI agents, Homeland Security, Secret Service that Uncle J sent me. I have the names of SWAT, the cooperation of The National Guard and the warden of the prison there." She tells him, pointing the names out to him.
"Do you know any of these people?" He asked her.
"Yes sir I met a few of them on some of the missions you and both Uncle J's had me help with." She tells him.
"Alright well we need to get ready to get off here. We have our rooms at the Ritz-Carlton for everyone. As a matter of fact they closed it as a thank you to us well you for using their hotel. No one is going to be there but our teams and guest teams. We have vetted the staff and everyone has checked out no red flags anywhere. Yes before you ask, Barney has taken care of it." He tells her, smiling.
"Wow well thank you very much daddy I appreciate that." She tells him hugging him.
"I need to tell the others." She tells him.
"Already taken care of while you slept Annie." He tells her as he sees the seat belt sign come on and takes them off.
"Daddy you are the best." She says kissing his cheek.
They grabbed their carry-on bags and walked to the door to leave.
She looks out and sees both Uncle J's and the Director Horatio Thompson of the FBI that she is assigned to. There are also more people standing with them that she doesn't know.
"Come along Annie I want you to meet some old friends of mine. You will remember them when I introduce them to you. It's been a long time since you have seen any of them." He tells her holding her arm and walking down the steps of the plane.
She is looking at them but still can't place them just yet. 'Good lord how long has it been since I have seen these people' she says to herself.
The lovely lady with salt and pepper hair and green eyes walks over to Ana and gives her a big hug.
"My word little one you are more beautiful than you were when you were knee high to a grasshopper little beauty." The lovely tells her looking at her.
"Oh my goodness I called Aunt Apple Betty cause you always smelled like apples everytime I would come to visit you. I am sorry Aunt Betty. I realized it was you when you said "little beauty" that's what you always called me." She says looking into her beautiful green eyes.
"Yes my beauty I did and I still do. You are gorgeous and remember I told you that you would feel out and be stunning one day? See how right I was. Curves in all the right places "little beauty." She tells her wanting Ana to twirl around so she can see all of her.
"Oh my how have you been and what are you doing here with all of them?" She asked her when she stopped twirling around.
"I live here with my husband Grant now. We moved from Georgia years ago little beauty. Work took us this way and we decided to stay." She tells her.
"Come and meet my husband again, little beauty." She tells her holding her hand and walking her over to a very distinguished looking man with more gray hair than Betty has and the bluest eyes she has ever seen in her life.
"Grant this is little beauty Annie Rose, Ray's daughter. You remember her don't you?" Oh my stars yes I do remember her she always came to the house and ate all my apple pies." He says laughing and picking her up and swinging her around. Ana had to hold on tight as she wasn't expecting that.
"Oh my I wasn't expecting that. You are stronger than I thought you were Uncle Grant. How are you doing sir?" She asked him.
"I am doing very well, Captain. How are you doing my dear?" He asked her.
"I am well sir just missing my husband but I have a job to do and finish and then take time to spend away from all the craziness in the world." She tells him.
"Ray my friend my brother how are you man? I see little beauty got her wings. I have heard wonderful things about this young lady." He tells Ray, smiling.
"Grant I am well thank you my friend. Yes my Annie spread her wings and just got bigger and better. I am sure you know what she and her husband Christian went through last year." He tells him.
"Lord yes we do and we prayed all the time for their recovery and safety. We also know what Annie is doing now. I couldn't be more proud of her if she was my own daughter. You have raised a very resilient daughter Raymond." He tells him
"Uncle Grant may I ask what you all are doing here? She looks at him curiously.
"Well little beauty we work for the big man over there. We are Secret Service for him and his people. We moved to Texas because we thought about retiring from the government then the big guy talked us into working for him. So as soon as all of this is cleared up we will be moving to the white house." He tells her.
"Oh wow that is awesome. Now what happened to the ones that were working for the big guy when I was bringing down bad people in Seattle? They were there for me and my team. Then at the hospital when the big guy came to visit Christian and I. Not to mention they were at my house before I left for this mission." She tells him.
"They are still working for the big guy. They are at your house right now helping your husband and everyone else with all the paperwork for the children you saved before you left for New York. Christian wanted more security around because they found out some of the parents were really drug dealers and a few of them gave their child away." He tells her.
"Little beauty your husband has done wonderful things for all those little children you saved. He has opened The Healing Rose two and has security, doctors, nurses, Psychiatrists and any other medical doctor that is needed for them." Aunt Betty tells her with tears in her eyes.
"Oh my goodness I knew he was planning to build more but I didn't know it was going to be another Healing Rose. That man is too much and his help for the children is amazing. I am sure he has clothed them and taken care of every need they have." She says crying and wiping her eyes.
"Yes my darling girl he and the big lug Elliot bless his heart. The big kid is what I call him. They have opened their hearts and homes to anyone that needs a place to live. You would not believe the donations that are coming in from for the buildings, clothes, food and whatever the homes need." She tells Ana.
"Oh my lord I want to go home and see him and hug the stuffing out of my sweet Boo." She is still crying.
Ray walks over to them.
"Daddy, did you know about all the wonderful things my husband and Elliot are doing? I am sure the grands are involved as well." She asked him.
"Yes Annie I knew. I know J told you he was keeping Christian busy so he would feel needed and have some kind of control." He tells her looking at her and wiping the tears from her cheeks.
"Yes Uncle J did but I didn't know he was still involved." She says.
"Well you know your husband he doesn't quit until it is complete and the way it should be." He tells her.
"Yes, yes I know him very well." She says laughing.
"Wait a minute, have you two met my husband?" She asked them.
"Yes we have honey. He knows that we know you and Ray from way back. He doesn't know where you are right now. He thinks you and Paula are working on reports at Headquarters and tidying up loose ends. He believes you are still in South Carolina." She tells Ana.
"I really hate that I can not talk to him right now. I know I could call him but he would know by the sound of my voice that I am worried and he would demand to know where I am and come see me and carry me home over his shoulder if need be. I know my Boo." She says smiling.
"Yes I don't doubt he would, that man loves you so very much. Just hearing him talk about you and what you have been through because of him and his past and what happened to you both. You have a man that worships the ground you walk on my little beauty. That kind of love is rare. Your mom and dad had that special bond and now you have it and don't you ever let it go." She tells her wiping the tear from Ana's eye.
"I won't he is my world and has been since the time I met him when we were little and when I was in high school when daddy and I moved back to Bellevue. It was tough but here we are now happy and so in love." She tells them.
"Yes I can see it in your eyes, my little beauty." She tells her.
"Now on to happier things. That granmomma of yours is something else. I remember meeting her when your mom god rest her soul was pregnant with you Annie. She was a pistol back then and my god she is worse now. She never slows down and she is always doing something or helping someone. She goes everywhere that man of yours goes." She tells her laughing.
"Yes that is granmomma for you and she loves Christian so much." She says.
"Well my dear that woman won't let any woman near him. We went out to eat and my heavens, the stupid women trying to come on to him. He just ignored them but do you think your granmomma did?" She asked her.
"I don't put anything past my granmomma. I am sure she told the women where to go." She says.
"Not only told them where they could go but got up and took two of them. You hear me two of them by their arms and literally dragged them out of the restaurant by herself. Elliot was so stunned at first he didn't believe what he was seeing. Then the goofball jumped up and helped your granmomma throw them out the front door." She told her laughing.
"Oh my goodness granmomma did that? Elliot helped her? What in the world did the people say that were in the restaurant?" She asked all these questions not believing her beloved granmomma would attempt to do that.
"Yes my little beauty she did. The patrons in the restaurant clapped and said good riddance to bad rubbish. Elliot helped her throw them out. They thought he was coming to rescue them. They were so very wrong. He looked at them with so much disgust in his eyes they jerked away from him and ran out the door." She tells her trying to stop laughing when she sees the look on Ana's face. It was a kodak moment for sure. Her mouth was opening and closing like a fish. She couldn't believe what they did.
"Well my little beauty it is all over the internet and in the terrible tabloids that people buy. You haven't seen it?" She asked her.
"No ma'am my personal phone is off so he doesn't know where I am. I have my work phone that is untraceable. We all do." She tells her.
"Would you like to see the video someone posted?" She asked her.
"Maybe later, not right now. I just want to get to my room and rest before we have to take more bastards down in a few days." She tells her.
"Very well, little beauty let us be on our way." She tells her taking her arm and walking toward the big black suv waiting for them.
"Daddy are you going to the hotel with us?" She asked him.
"Yes Annie but I am riding with the J's, Grant and the Director. We will meet you all there in the garage area. Donnie knows where to go." He tells her.
"Alright daddy see you all there soon." She tells him.
"Fitzgerald Blankenshire is the manager of the hotel and he will be waiting for us as we arrive Annie." He tells her.
"Alright, thank you." She tells him.
They arrive in the underground garage and wait on the uncles and their security to open their doors.
The doors are open and everyone gets out.
"This way Annie." Ray tells her.
She walks over to the elevators and waits to be introduced.
"Fitzgerald, this is my daughter Captain Anastasia Trevelyan and she will have the top floor of the hotel with her agents, correct?" He asked him.
"Yes sir, their rooms have already been prepared and waiting for them." He tells Ray.
"Thank you sir I appreciate the service you are giving all of us. I am sure you and your staff know that if anything gets leaked out about us being here there will be trouble like you have never seen before. You all have signed NDAs and I expect everyone to abide by them." She tells him.
"Yes ma'am we have and not one word will get out that you all are here. I and my staff have been deeply vetted and we all know what could happen if word got out. You have nothing to worry about ma'am." He tells her looking at her and everyone he can see.
"Thank you sir this has to be kept confidential. Your staff doesn't know the real story as to why we are all here do they?" She asked him
"No ma'am they believe you are all here for a conference." He tells her.
"Very good sir and please make sure it says that way. I would hate to have to put someone in jail that doesn't deserve it sir." She tells him looking him square in his eyes.
"Yes ma'am I understand and that will not happen. The staff here has been with our company for eight and ten years now and they are all loyal and trustworthy. Our Chef Pierre Slone has been with us for sixteen years and his staff followed him over here. They are all loyal and trustworthy as well and have never had any problems with any of our staff." He tells her.
"Thank you sir I appreciate that and that means we have nothing to worry about. Now I would like to go to my room please." She tells him.
"Yes ma'am, if you will follow me to the private elevator I will show you to your penthouse suite. There are four rooms on your floor for your guest that came with you. The rest of the floors are for your guests that will be joining you all soon." He tells her.
"Thank you sir." She says.
"Yes ma'am and all of your luggages has been put in your rooms. Mrs. Trevelyan there are four bedrooms in your suite. I wasn't sure if you wanted privacy for yourself or if you would be sharing with your guest." He says as he walks off the elevator.
"I will be sharing with Paula Donovan for now." She tells him.
"Yes ma'am and thank you I will have one of the bellhops bring her luggage to your suite." He says.
"Very good sir." She says to him as they stop in front of double doors.
"This is your suite ma'am." He says as he opens the door and leads them inside.
"The master bedroom is right over here to your left ma'am. The guest bedrooms are to the right each one has their own ensuite. If you need anything please call the front desk. All you have to do is press 0 and someone can help you. Is there anything else that you might need at the moment ma'am?" He asked her.
"No sir, I believe we are set for now in our rooms. My dad's request for the ballroom for our meals to be served is it ready for us?" She asked him.
"Yes ma'am whenever you would like to come down and eat. Just let us know and we will have the meals prepared for all of you. There is no set time for meals, just whenever you want to eat is fine with us. Again it is our pleasure to be of service to you all while you are staying in our establishment." He tells her.
"Thank you sir and so far the service has been excellent." She tells him.
"Thank you Mrs. Trevelyan I pride myself on giving the best service I can. I have been the manager of this hotel for twenty four years and I love meeting and helping guests. I am extremely honored to have you and your guest staying here. I pray you all take care of yourselves and bring the bad ones down." He tells her.
"That is a long time you must have started straight out of college." She says.
"Yes ma'am I did. I majored in hotel management and business and well here I am and very happy about my job. I started as a bellhop because I had no experience and the boss worked with me and taught me everything I needed to know and three years later I was made manager." He says proudly.
"Well sir you should be very proud of yourself and I can see that you are and you take your job very seriously." She tells him.
"Yes ma'am I surely do. Well I have taken up enough of your time. Please enjoy your stay and stay safe you and your guests." He says as he takes his leave.
"Annie, when are we going to eat? I am starving." Ray asked her.
"Daddy, we are waiting on some more agents to arrive. Call the Director and ask him when they will be arriving and tell him we need food." She says smiling and walking to her room.
Ray just looks at her as she walks away.
"Don't look at me daddy your daughter has spoken." Paula says as she walks to her room.
'Well I be damned, my own daughter walked away from me.' He says laughing out loud.
"Director Stowers, my daughter would like to know when the agents will be arriving. She said to inform you that we are in need of a meal." He tells him.
"Yes Ray I know and the agents are arriving by plane and should be at the hotel within the hour. I will be with them so we can brief them on what is going on. They have no clue because we just wanted them on their planes and here pronto. I and my agents know how Captain Trevelyan can be. We have heard through the grapevine so to speak. She can be as good as gold then she can be a BadAss Captain Trevelyan."He says snickering.
"So true my friend, so true. You do not want to get on her bad side ever. Just a word of warning if you are anywhere near her and someone calls her a bitch you better get out of her way." Ray tells him.
"I will keep that in mind and please tell Annie that we will see her within an hour in the ballroom for dinner and briefings." He tells Ray before he disconnects the call.
"Front desk, this is Rebecca. How may I help you?" She asked.
"Good day Rebecca we would like the ballroom prepared within an hour for our meal. You have the number of guests that will be there and whatever the chef prepares will be fine. There will be no alcohol served while we are here in the hotel." He tells her.
"Yes sir I will tell the staff and the chef to start preparing everyone's meals." She tells him.
"Thank you and please have pitchers of water and sweet tea on the tables as we will be very busy and do not want to be disturbed for any reason unless we ask for the servers ourselves." He tells her.
"Yes sir I will make sure they do not disturb any of you. Anything else sir?" She asked him.
"No Rebecca, that will be all for now. Thank you." He says and hangs up.
Ana walks out of the bedroom and sits down on the couch.
"Annie dinner is taken care of and the Director and his agents will be here within the hour. The agents are flying in from different states and have not been briefed on what is going on. I am sure they have an idea because the Director said they would be working with you. I am also sure they have been following you and know what has been happening." He tells her.
"I am sure they have. I am sure all the agents all over the country know what has been happening and probably what is going to happen here in Texas." She tells him.
"When I spoke to Rebecca, the young lady at the front desk. I told her to tell the servers that we did not want to be disturbed unless we asked for them." He tells her as he is walking over to sit with her.
"Ray, do you know what we are having for dinner?" Paula asked him.
"No ma'am but from here it smells like steak and chicken. Lucky guess or that's what I want." He tells them.
"Well whatever it is I am sure it will be good. Can you imagine feeding all of us?" She says.
"Annie I am sure he feeds a lot of people at one time. If he is as smart as I think he is, he will prepare a buffet. I know I would." Ray says, leaning his head back on the couch and closing his eyes.
"I know one thing for sure. I will be so glad when this is all over and we can go home." Paula says.
"I wish it was too Paula but it's not that simple. Even if we shut down the ones in New York, New Jersey, Florida and here in Texas. That doesn't mean that it will end. I don't think it ever will. I pray it does but there are just too many sick people in this world that get their kicks with young children. Sex wise or labor wise. Putting girls in brothels to do their bidding or beating them in sex clubs.
"Children doing hard labor in sweatshops and not being taken care of. I just want to put all these mother fuckers in a firing line and shoot every damn one of them but you know that would be to easy for them. They need to go to the worst prisons in the world and suffer day in and day out for what they have done to these children and what the sick bastards continue to do. Because we can't get to all of them. Lord knows I wish like hell we could but we can't." She tells them sitting up rubbing her eyes.
"I know Annie I know but all we can do is pray like you said. Take down the ones we can get and pray other agencies catch a lot of them." She says.
"Yes Ms. Paula you are right. Other agencies because I am retiring this time for good. I wanted to take the mission when Uncle J told me what was going on. I know in my heart that if I didn't I would live to regret it. You know after all this time I am so disgusted with the people in this world that I could put them all in one big hole and blow them to kingdom come. I know I had to come and help as much as I could but I am tired and want to go home. We haven't been gone that long but it sure as hell feels like." She tells them.
"That must be the J's." He tells them.
Ray gets up and walks to the door and looks through the peephole. He opens the door and the J's walk in with their Secret Service men and women.
"My, my, my what is that look I see on my girl?" X-President uncle J asked her.
"Nothing sir, just tired is all." She tells him.
"I know Annie Rose and hopefully this will be all over in a matter of days and then you can go home to your wonderful husband and take that vacation you want." He tells her.
"Do you think it will be over in a few days? I don't." She tells him.
"Why do you feel that way?" He asked her.
"Just a gut feeling and you know my feelings are never wrong. That is why I said that and we need to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row when we go to take them bastards down. I just feel like we are missing something very important now but can't put my finger on it." She tells them.
"Alright Annie let's think real hard about what Padres told you and what you already knew was happening down here. Remember what she said about the men down here and where they all live and hide. How many they are and what they are capable of doing and how much fire power they have. Who they have in their pockets and who they are blackmailing. Let's write this down." He tells her. "
"Call down to the front desk Paula and have them bring us some white boards please." He tells her.
"Yes sir." Paula says.
"Front desk Rebecca speaking, how may I assist you?" She asked.
"Yes Rebecca could you have someone go and get us five white boards please and bring them up to the penthouse." She tells her.
"Yes ma'am I will have someone run an errand for you. I will have them brought to your suite soon." She says.
"Thank you very much and have the guests started arriving?" She asked her.
"No ma'am not as of yet." She tells her.
"Thank you they should be here momentarily within the next twenty or so minutes. Please make sure they have their room cards and only the guests in that room have one. None of the staff are allowed to have a card to our rooms, is that understood?" She asked her.
"Yes ma'am no one but the guests will have the cards for their rooms." She tells her.
"Very well thank you." She says.
"Annie, are you thinking about what I said?" He asked her.
"Yes sir and I will put my thoughts on the board when I work them out in my head. I am not sure what I am feeling exactly but something is missing. She told me so many things bad things. How could people do that? These bastards have no conscience; they have the devil in their heads and hearts. Hell they have no heart. I will figure it out. I just need time and I know time is of the essence right now but I can't in good conscience go and take all these agents into something I am not sure of the outcome." She gets up and walks over to the windows and looks out at the ocean.
"Annie, come sit down and have a glass of tea while we wait on the boards and the agents to get here." Uncle J tells her.
"Little beauty, do you want to talk it out with me? You know we have always communicated well together. remember the times we would sit at granmomma's and figure out what that woman was planning to do?" She asked her.
Ana looked at her and smiled. "Yes ma'am I remember, come on with me to my room. Paula please come with us. Aunt Betty, would you like something to drink?" She asked her.
"A bottle of water would be nice.' She says.
"I got it covered." Paula says.
"Now little beauty what is going on in that head of yours?" She asked her.
"I am not sure. All I know is that I have this gut feeling that something is missing in this equation. This mission is worrying me and I can't put my finger on it. I do know I can't send my agents into this knowing how I feel about this mission and something could go deathly wrong and I could never forgive myself if something happened to any of them." She tells them looking at both of them.
"Annie the white boards are here and Morris and Dennison need to talk to you now." Ray tells her.
"Alright daddy we are coming." She tells him walking out of the bedroom.
"Captain, we found out who the person was hiding in the hold. You won't believe who it was and you have been looking for the bastard since you questioned Padres." He says.
"Well dammit tell us please. I am going crazy here knowing something is missing. My gut feeling is driving me crazy." She tells them.
"Captain it is none other than the Slovenia Padres half brother Chandler Jarvis. He had his hair dyed so we could not identify him right off the bat. But when they made him take a shower before they would put him in a cell because he reeked.. (The whole time he was talking the Captain was waving her hand for him to get to the point).. Anyway his hair is not red it is brown and when they took his picture again his name came up on the database. So he was not here like she said he was. He is in Florida in prison. So he is one less we have to worry about. He is one sick bastard." He tells her.
"Well I be damn that is part of my missing link. I was wondering where the brother was hiding. Now I can mark him off my list. Good work guys. How many agents are here do you know?" She asked them.
"Well we have a full house and everyone is starving." He tells her.
"Director, can you see if everyone has arrived we are ready for dinner sir." She tells him.
"Yes Captain, I will make a call excuse me for a moment." He says and walks off so he can hear better.
"Captain everyone has arrived and will meet us in the ballroom for dinner and breifing." He tells her.
"Very good sir. Shall we all adjourn to the ballroom?" She asked them.
"Let us be on our way Annie. Grant will you and Norman lead the way please. Ladies and gentlemen we will be dining buffet style this evening." The President tells them.
"How do you know that Uncle J?" She asked him.
"A little birdie told me missy now come on I am hungry too." He tells her.
