Recap

Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 19th day was reaching it end as the last set of matches were kicking off. First off was Mercury Black as he took on the hot headed duo Match and Torchman. Torchman put up a good fight but was stomp out by Mercury strength. Next up was Hiro as he and Ryudamon took on the unknow fighter Promethus who seen to have a connection to the tamers. Hiro and Ryudamon did their best but were no match for Pormethus sheer power and his crest was lost to the Hazardous one. Next was the match between Ness and Darkrai. The nightmare pokemon overwhelm the esper as he was moving on to the next match. Lastly it was the long awaited grudge match between Eizen and Zavied. Both gave it everything they got as it was quite the brawl. But in the end it was Eizen who came out on top. Now soon the 20th day will begin as the action continues.

Chapter 60

Round 1 part 58

Malak and Seraph clash

Eleanor pov: The 20th day of the smash tournament have begun as we return to the arena to get ready for today matches. Things are getting intense for us as were nearing the end of the first round. "Hard to believe that the first round is almost over." Laphicet said. "Indeed only 3 days remain before the round is over. But that doesn't mean we should let our guard down." I said. "True there are still many foes we have yet to see." Velvet said. "Like Eizen sister, hope she won't hurt Laphicet too bad." Rokurou said. "I'm sure she would be that dangerous." I said. "No Edna ruthless, she will destroy Laphicet." Eizen said bluntly. "Not helping Eizen." Laphicet said worry. "Just calling it how it is kid." Eizen said with a shrug of his shoulders. "Don't let him get to you Phi, you will be fine." Velvet said. " Just do your best out there." I said encouraging him. "Ok I will wish me luck." He said as he left to get ready. "That poor boy it was nice knowing him." Magilou said. "Farwell Laphicet I knew him well." Bienfu said waving a napkin at him. "Oh knock it off you two, your acting like he might died." I said getting annoy by their antics. "Facing my sister he might." Eizen said. I sigh as I look to velvet. "You think he will be ok you are his aunt after all." I said. Velvet scoff and wave her hand at me. "Perhaps but Laphicet is a big boy, can't hold his hand forever." She said. I guess she got a point but as his vessel it my job to look out for him. "Hey it look to be starting." Bienfu said as we turn our attention to the ring. We saw Laphicet and Edna enter the ring as they look at each other. Laphicet look worry fearing what about to happen as was I. "Alright it time for the first match of the day. It a clash of Malakhim and Seraphim as we have the malak Laphicet vs the earth Seraph Edna. Man this kid is going to get wreck." Meyer said as Laphicet face falls. Even the host are not on his side. "Nothing personal kid, just bad luck for you." Edna said as she close her parasol. Laphicet gulps as he held his ground. "I will not back down show me what you got Edna." He said. "Alright both fighters are set let set the field." Milton said as the ring started to change.

It look to be a desert like construction site. "And the stage is Mizuhagawa, ok kids play nice Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the battle soon begins.

Laphicet vs Edna

"Paper rock!" Laphicet shout as he threw his paper cards at Edna. Edna stomp her foot onto the ground as a rock wall burst up to block the paper. She soon jab it with her parasol to shatter it as the bits went at Laphicet. Laphicet forms a shield of cards to protect himself. "Man giving it to him right off the bat." Rokurou said. "Yep that Edna form you no mercy." Eizen said sounding proud. I could only roll my eyes at that. Edna charges at Laphicet to get close to him as she was stabbing at him. "Sunshine swing!" She shout as she strike him in the stomach to knock him back. Laphicet was sent into a large metal cart as one of those pokeballs things land in front of him. He took it and threw it as a large pink and black bear like creature appear out of it. "Bewear!" It shout. "Uh get her." Laphicet said as Bewear charges at Edna as it try to swing at her. "Oh get lost furball." Edna said she slam her fist into the bear face knocking it out. "Oh my she took it down with her bear hands." Magilou said with a smirk. " Eizen your sister scare me." Rokurou said worry. "You should be." Eizen said as he smirk. "Tri flare!" Laphicet shout as he send trails of fire at Edna as she look to vanish from view. "Where she go?" I ask. I got my answer as Edna rose out of the ground behind Laphicet. " Nice try but no luck Rock lance!" She shout as she hit him with a trio of rock spikes. Laphicet stumble. 'I'm not giving up Light shade!" He shout as he threw energy spheres of light and darkness that spiral toward the earth seraph. Edna open her parasol to block the arte as she smirk. "I'm getting bored now let finish this." She said as she stomp her foot.

We watch as the area around them shot up as they were on a tall rock pillar. Laphicet was left stun as Edna rushes at him and started to assaulted him with her weapon. "Bye bye Hailing downpour!" She shout as she shot a yellow energy burst as Laphicet cry out as he was sent off the pillar. He was send out of bounds as the match was over. "And that is it for the match, the winner is Edna." Meyer said. "Poor Laphicet." I said sadly. 'Told you she would win." Eizen said. " You do realize you might fight her in the future right?" Magilou said making him blink. "shit." He said realizing what going to happen. "Eleanor let go get Phi and make sure he is ok." Velvet said as the two of us got moving to collect Laphicet. I hope he ok. Sorey Pov: Edna return to the stands as she finish her match with Laphicet as she had a smirk on her face. "Well that enjoyable." She said as she took her seat. "Jeez Edna you didn't had to be so rough with the kid." Zavied said. "Someone have to pick up the slack from you." She said. " Either way another win for us." Rose said. "True, but the round is far from over. A few of us still have matches to do." Alisha said. Lailah clap her hands together. "Indeed it now my turn to complete." She said. "Zavied what can you tell us about her opponent?" I ask. " Magilou? She a tricky one, she tend to keep you on your toes." He said. " So like that bitch Symmone." Dezel said annoy. " Not quite, but still troublesome." Zavied said. " Better be careful Lailah, no telling what could happen." Mikleo said. "Don't worry I will." Lailah said as she head out for her match. "Hm what do you guys think of Velvet group?" I ask. "Well they are interesting to say the least. We got to meet Edna brother before he became a dragon and that Velvet is the first lord of Calamity." Rose said. "She nothing like Heldalf that for sure." Mikleo said. "You got that right, Velvet may be rough but she someone you can count on Sorey." Zavied said. "Head up it about to start.' Edna said as we look to the ring.

We saw Lailah and Magilou enter the ring. "Alright it time for the next match. It the fire seraph Lailah vs the wicked witch Magilou Mayvin." Milton said. "Hold up did he just say Mayvin as in old man Mayvin?" Rose ask. "Zavied did you know about this?" I ask. He grins at us. 'Sorry can't say." He said. "So you're a Mayvin." Lailah said. "That I am, my guess I am well know in your time. Let have some fun." Magilou said as she ready some cards. "Alright look like both ladies are set, let change the field." Meyer said as the ring started to change. It was a temple in the sky. "And it Palutena temple, ok let get started Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match soon begins.

Lailah vs Magilou

" Flicker flame!" Lailah shout as she made the first move as she threw a paper toward Magilou. Magilou jump back to avoid the paper as it explodes. "Oh that how you want to play huh Up the sleeve!" Magilou shout as a long card extend and slap Lailah back. "You weren;'t kidding when you said she was tricky.' Rose said. "Trust me Rose you hadn't seen anything yet." Zavied said as we focus on the match. "Your good Magilou let see how you like this Burning wings!" Lailah shout as she swung her arms to from an arc of fire as a barrage of fireballs shot out. "Blood moon!" Magilou shout as she shot a red energy ball to block a few of the fire balls as they kept coming. Magilou enlarge one of her cards and rode it to dodge the rest of the assault as thye chase her. Now that is amazing. Magilou soon turn around and charges at Lailah as she try to run the fire seraph down. But Lailah jump up and kick Magilou in the chest to knock her off the card. "Now that was rude Triple temor!" Magilou shout as 3 large card burst out of the ground and push Lailah back. "I think it time to bring the heat as the kids would say Flare vortex!" Lailah shout as she summon a large twister of flames that engulf the entire field. When it clears we saw what look like a dome of cards around Magilou as they fall to reveal she was fine. " My you almost had roasted me. But the show is over." She said as she held up a msash ball. "Uh oh." I said worry for Lailah. Magilou crushes the smash ball in her hand as the rainbow aura appear over her. "Final smash!" Magilou shout as she got on her board and shot into the air to stare down at Lailah. "Now army of immortals souls." Magilou said as she held her arm up as many Normins appear over her. "Will you stand against their assault or will you fall before them." She said as the normins dive at Lailah and explodes on her. "This is the end! The host of the 49!" Magilou shout as she threw a black normin wearing a hat as it slam into Lailah and cause a large explosion. When the smoke clears we saw Lailah laying on the ground with swirls in her eyes. "And with an explosive finish the winner is Magilou." Meyer said. We're left dumb found by the match ends. "Did, did she just threw a bunch of normins at Lailah to win?" Mikleo ask trying to finds the words. "Look like it, it mind blowing." Rose said. Zavied was laughing as he held his sides. "It was certainly interesting." Alisha said. "Yeah, sucks Lailah lost but she did her best. Now we got a major pain in the next match." Edna said. " Right Symmone. Surprise she here after our last run in." I said. "Let see how this will play out." Dezel said as we waited for the next match to start. Weiss Pov: Ok that was the strangest way to win a match ever. I mean that Magilou woman just threw a bunch of stuff animals that explodes on her opponent. Yang was laughing her head off by the match outcome. "Dude that was freaking awesome." She said as I roll my eyes at her. "I swear everyone in this place is insane." I said as I rub my temples. "You have to admit it make things fun." Ruby said with a smile. " Not my idea of fun Ruby." I said. "What is your idea of having fun, having tea parties and bossing people around." Bearmon said.

"Maybe should focus on the next match isn't Neptune up next." Blake ask. " He is, I think he up against someone call Symmone. I wonder who that is." Ruby ask. "No idea, whoever it is let see how water boy deal with it." Yang said. Hm Neptune is skill I will give him that, but he too arrogant for his own good. This isn't going to end well. "Look like it about to begin." Blackgatomon said. We look to the ring as we saw Neptune enter the ring as he wave to the crowd. His opponent was a young girl around 13 with short black hair with red eyes. Her hair was style into a pair of pigtails held by a orange flowers. She wore a purple vest that left her sides expose with black shorts. She also had on black knee high boots. In her hand was a black baton. "She a child." 2b said. 'Appear so but there something off about her." Fanbeemon said. "Alright time for next exciting match. It the Vacuo playboy Neptune vs the angel of death Symmone." Milton said. " That a dark title." Blake said. Neptune look at Symmone in concern. "You mind giving up? I won't feel right beating up a little kid." He said. Symmone smile. " Worry not it will be you who will fall into despair." She said creepy. I am not liking this kid. " Ok look like both fighters are ready to go. So let set the field." Meyer said as the ar field activate. We saw it turn into a wall village 'And it the village of St0oneberry alright let get to the action. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the battle soon begins.

Neptune vs Symmone

Symmone suddenly vanish from sight and appear right in front of Neptune to hit him with her baton. He swung his spear as he try to hit her as she vanish again. "How she doing that?" Palmon ask. " It not teleportation, wait it an illusion." Ruby said. "I see her power is like Emerald semblance. This could be trouble." I said. Neptune thrust his spear at Symmone as she side step him. "Condemning strike!" She shout as she slam her baton into his chest to make him slide back. "Is that all you have to muster human for shame." She said taunting him.

" You haven't seen anything yet." He said as he turn his weapon into a railgun and shot at her forcing her to move back. "Hell gate!" Symmone shout as sent 2 air blades at him making him run off as the blades shot past him to slice a building in half down the middle. Neptune change back to melee mode as he use his spear to pole vault toward her as he swung down at her. Symmone vansih as Neptune hit the ground. 'How about you quite hiding kid and fight." He said as he look for her. "If you insist." She said as about 6 of Symmone appears around him. How is that fair! The Symmones move in as they strike at Neptune. He was able to cut down 2 of them in front of him until one got him in the back back. Another got him in the side knocking him down. "Make it stop." Ruby said as she cover her face with her hood. Symmone clones back off of Neptune as the original got ready. " Drown in despair Transience!" She shout as she a ball of purple energy as it explodes against Neptune as he was blasted out into the ring outer wall out cold. "And that is it folks, the winner of the match is Symmone." Meyer said. "That was awful." Palmon said as she hug Ruby. " Agreed that girl is dangerous to say the least." I said. " We got to watch out for that one. Let hope the next match is much better." Blackgatomon said. Me too the people completing here are no joke.

Misuru: The 20th day day goes on as we continue to make our way through the first round and a whole bunch of trouble. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 61: Round 1 part 59: Sinner rage. This one is going to be rough for sure.
