Chapter 22 Celebration

One Week Later

Izuku and Himiko sat anxiously by the door, their eyes darting to the mailbox outside every few minutes. The anticipation in the air was thick enough to cut with a knife. Both of them fidgeted—Izuku tapping his fingers against his knee, and Himiko twirling a strand of her golden hair around her finger, her fox ears twitching in nervous excitement.

Across the room, the rest of the household went about their evening as if nothing was happening. Mei was stationed at the turntable, meticulously tinkering with some new invention, muttering science jargon to herself. Rumi lounged on the couch, munching on a plate of carrot sticks, her ears flicking occasionally as she observed the nervous duo with mild amusement. Eri, blissfully unaware of the tension, was busy poking at her rice, sculpting it into tiny, wobbly towers on her plate.

A sudden knock on the door broke the tension like a thunderclap.

Izuku shot up from his seat, his heart pounding, and rushed to open it. Standing there was his mother, Inko Midoriya, clutching a pristine white envelope with the UA emblem embossed in gold. She beamed at him, excitement practically radiating off her.

"Izuku!" she said breathlessly, holding up the envelope. "This came for you, it's from UA!"

Izuku blinked, then mentally kicked himself. I totally forgot that I left my mom's address for the mailing... gotta update that soon.

"Uh, thanks, Mom!" he stammered, scratching the back of his neck. "Sorry about the address thing... I keep meaning to change it." He stepped aside awkwardly. "Come in, we're just having dinner. Wanna join us?"

She smiled warmly. "I'd love to."

The scent of fried tempura shrimp, salmon, and rice balls filled the air as Inko stepped inside. Izuku quickly made her a plate, and as he set it down in front of her, she hesitated, looking like she had something on her mind.

"Well, I've been... calling," she started, only to stop mid-sentence, her face turning a shade of red. She cleared her throat nervously, clearly avoiding eye contact. "A-Actually, never mind. I haven't been calling anyone."

Izuku raised an eyebrow but shrugged it off, too focused on the letter to press further. He placed it on the table, and the entire room fell silent, all eyes fixed on it. Even Mei put down her tools, Rumi leaned in curiously, and Eri abandoned her rice sculptures.

Izuku took a deep breath and tore open the envelope, revealing a small disk inside. He placed it onto the table, and with a soft click, a holographic projection of All Might burst to life.

"I AM HERE!" The booming voice filled the room, making Eri jump and clap her hands in awe.

All Might's image grinned down at them. "Congratulations, young Midoriya! I am pleased to inform you that you did exceptionally well on the entrance exam!"

The projection shifted to display his score.

Villain Points: 95

Izuku's eyes widened. "Ninety-five?! Holy crap."

The projection continued. "But wait, that's not all!" All Might's grin widened as he displayed Himiko's score next.

Villain Points: 75

Himiko let out an excited squeal, tail swishing back and forth as she pumped her fists in the air. "Yes! I crushed it!"

All Might cleared his throat, taking on a more serious tone. "However, defeating villains is not the only measure of a hero's worth. You see, UA values heroism just as much as strength. That's why there was a hidden portion of the test: Rescue Points."

The group leaned in closer, holding their breath.

All Might continued. "Through your courageous and selfless actions, rescuing those in danger, aiding others even when it meant sacrificing valuable time, you, young Midoriya, earned an additional 85 Rescue Points! And you, young Himiko, earned 35 Rescue Points!"

Himiko gasped, her hands covering her mouth in disbelief. Izuku sat there stunned, his mind replaying the moments he spent carrying Uraraka to safety, ensuring she had a chance to get points, and even shielding others without concern for his own score.

All Might's voice swelled with pride. "With a combined score of *180 points, Midoriya, you have officially BROKEN the all-time UA record! Beating even my old score of 150."

The room erupted into cheers. Mei threw her arms around Izuku's neck, planting an enthusiastic kiss on his cheek. "You absolute beast!"

Rumi smirked, tossing a carrot stick at him. "Knew you had it in you, broccoli boy."

Eri jumped into his lap, hugging him tightly. "Papa's the best hero ever!"

Izuku, still processing the information, rubbed the back of his head, a proud yet shy smile tugging at his lips. "I... I guess I did pretty good, huh?"

All Might's hologram gave a thumbs-up. "We'll see you at UA soon, Midoriya! And remember... PLUS ULTRA!" The projection flickered before disappearing, leaving the room in an excited buzz.

Himiko smirked, nudging him with her elbow. "Not bad, broccoli boy. But don't get a big head, I'm still right behind you."

Izuku grinned. "Yeah, yeah. I'm just glad we both made it."

Inko, watching from the side, wiped a tear from her eye, smiling with pride. "I always knew you had it in you, Izuku."

Izuku's chest swelled with emotion, but he kept his cool. "Thanks, Mom. And thanks for bringing the letter."

Eri, still perched on Izuku's lap, was bouncing excitedly, her little hands clutching his shirt. "Papa, you're gonna be a hero for real now! That's so cool!" She looked up at him with wide, sparkling eyes, practically vibrating with happiness.

Izuku chuckled, ruffling her hair gently. "Yeah, Eri, I guess I am. It's still kinda hard to believe, though." He glanced over at Himiko, who had a triumphant smirk on her face.

"'Kinda hard to believe?'" Himiko nudged him with her elbow, her fox ears twitching with amusement. "Broccoli boy, you just shattered All Might's record! You're gonna be famous! I mean, not as famous as me, but still." She winked.

Mei, who had practically wrapped herself around Izuku's shoulders, playfully poked his cheek. "You're gonna be the talk of UA, you know that, right? I should start making merch now—'UA's record-breaking Broccoli Hero,' huh?" She giggled, already mentally designing prototypes.

Izuku groaned. "Please don't do that, Mei. I don't need a fan club."

Rumi, chewing on a carrot, leaned back against the couch with an easygoing grin. "Nah, fan clubs are great, kid. But I gotta say, I'm proud of you." She gave him a nod of approval. "You kept your cool, helped that girl, and still kicked a ton of ass. That's the real hero stuff right there."

Himiko huffed playfully. "You're proud of him? What about me?! I got in too, ya know!" She crossed her arms, puffing out her cheeks dramatically.

Rumi smirked, reaching over to ruffle Himiko's fox ears. "Yeah, yeah, you did good too, fox girl. Surprised you didn't just bite your way to the top."

"Hey!" Himiko protested, swatting at Rumi's hand. "I can be professional when I want to be!"

Inko, sitting quietly at the dining table, took it all in with a gentle smile. "I'm so proud of both of you," she said softly, her eyes glistening. "I always knew you had it in you, Izuku... and Himiko, you've been such a wonderful addition to his life." Her voice wavered just a bit. "I'm just so happy to see you both achieving your dreams."

Izuku smiled at his mother, a bit of the previous tension from their past conversations easing away. "Thanks, Mom. It means a lot." He reached over and squeezed her hand briefly before turning his attention back to the celebration.

Eri, having finished her food, looked up at Himiko. "Fox Mama, does this mean you're gonna wear a cool hero costume too?"

Himiko grinned, flashing a peace sign. "Of course, kiddo! I'll be the coolest ninja-fox hero you've ever seen!" She struck a playful pose, her tail swishing behind her.

"And I'll have all the best gadgets," Mei interjected proudly, waving a screwdriver in the air. "I'll make sure you guys have the best support gear UA's ever seen!"

Izuku shook his head, laughing. "We haven't even started school yet, Mei, slow down!"

Rumi stretched and let out a content sigh. "Well, now that we know you're both in, I say we celebrate. I mean, this is a big deal."

Mei gasped, her eyes shining. "Ooooh, celebration equals more cake, right?!"

"Definitely," Inko nodded, standing up to get another round of desserts from the kitchen. "We'll make this a night to remember."

Izuku leaned back into the couch, a small smile on his face. It felt surreal, after everything, all the training, the doubts, and the struggles, he had made it. Himiko had made it. They were finally one step closer to their dreams.

Himiko snuggled up next to him on the couch, resting her head on his shoulder. "Hey, Broccoli Boy," she whispered. "We're gonna kick so much butt at UA."

Izuku chuckled, resting his head against hers. "Yeah... yeah, we are."

Some of the girls began the bake.

Eri stood on a small step stool, her tiny hands carefully mixing the batter under the watchful eyes of Inko and Himiko. The three of them were chatting animatedly, laughter echoing through the kitchen as they debated which frosting would be the best choice.

"I think chocolate is best," Eri declared, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

Himiko grinned, giving her a playful nudge. "Yeah, but what about vanilla? It goes with everything!"

Inko chuckled, wiping some flour off Eri's nose. "Why don't we do both? A marble cake, maybe?"

Meanwhile, across the room, Mei sat at the worktable, scribbling furiously in a blueprint notebook, her eyes filled with excitement. "Hmm... okay, so for Izuku's hero costume, I need something that complements his martial arts but also boosts his mobility…" she muttered to herself, occasionally glancing over at him with a mischievous grin.

Rumi, who had been silently observing the scene with her usual cool expression, caught Izuku's eye and subtly nodded towards the door. Without a word, he followed her outside, the crisp evening air greeting them as they stepped onto the dimly lit street.

As soon as the door closed behind them, Rumi turned and kissed him on the cheek, then pressed her lips to his in a deeper, more passionate kiss. She pushed him gently against the wall, their foreheads touching as she smiled at him.

"I'm proud of you, Broccoli Boy," she whispered, her crimson eyes shining with warmth. "You broke All Might's record. That's some serious badassery." She smirked. "I mean, my wife breaking the UA record? That's freaking amazing."

Izuku groaned, shaking his head with a small grin. "Can you please stop calling me your wife?"

Rumi leaned in, her breath hot against his ear. "Of course not, Bunny Lord. Besides, you still haven't defeated me in combat, so you can't claim me as your wife just yet." She wiggled her eyebrows teasingly. "And honestly... I kinda wish you would, so I could claim you as my husband." Her face flushed slightly, a rare moment of vulnerability from the usually bold and brash bunny hero.

Izuku smirked, slipping an arm around her waist and playfully brushing his hand over the base of her tail. She gasped, her face turning an even deeper shade of red. "Oh, you're playing dirty, huh?"

He kissed her deeply, their lips molding together in a moment that sent sparks through both of them. "I don't play fair, remember?" he murmured against her lips.

Rumi grinned, stepping back with a bounce in her step. "C'mon, let's go for a walk while they finish the cake."

Izuku nodded, sliding his hands into his pockets as they strolled down the street. The city lights flickered in the distance, and the peaceful hum of the night surrounded them.

After a few moments of comfortable silence, Rumi nudged him. "You know what? We should hit up a level one dungeon. Just for fun. A little celebration."

Izuku chuckled, his eyes gleaming. "Yeah? You sure you can keep up?"

Rumi scoffed. "Please, I should be asking you that, slowpoke."

They made their way to a nearby dungeon gate, a low-level area swarming with small goblins. As soon as they stepped inside, Izuku rolled his shoulders and cracked his knuckles. "Alright, let's make this quick."

The goblins rushed at them in waves, snarling and wielding crude weapons, but they didn't stand a chance.

Rumi moved like a blur, her legs launching her into the air as she flipped over a group of goblins, landing with a powerful Bunny Kick that sent five of them flying. Izuku weaved between them effortlessly, his body flowing like water as he struck with precise punches and sweeping kicks, each movement honed from months of relentless training.

One goblin lunged at him with a rusted sword, but he sidestepped, grabbing the creature's arm and flipping it over his shoulder in one fluid motion. Without missing a beat, he activated his kinetic boots, launching himself into the air and coming down with a devastating axe kick that cracked the ground beneath them.

Rumi whistled. "Damn, Broccoli, showing off now?"

He smirked. "Gotta keep up with my wife, don't I?"

They fought through wave after wave, working in perfect sync, Rumi's devastating speed and power complementing Izuku's precise strikes and calculated movements. Each wave became easier and easier until they stood victorious, surrounded by unconscious goblins.

Breathing lightly, Rumi stretched her arms over her head. "Man, that was fun. We should do this more often."

Izuku wiped some sweat off his forehead, grinning. "Yeah. It's a good way to blow off steam."

Rumi crossed her arms and shot him a teasing smirk. "So, think you're ready to take me on for real yet?"

Izuku laughed. "One day, Rumi. One day."

She smiles, her face turning red as she gets closer to him. Quest notification: objective survive the bunny, He looks confused for a moment.

Lemon warning :

Rumi grinned wickedly as she pinned Izuku to the ground, relishing the surprised look in his eyes. With a swift motion, she yanked off his shirt, her fingers trailing along his exposed skin.

"This is your reward for getting into UA," she purred, pressing hot kisses along his shoulder blades.

Izuku gasped, his body trembling under her touch. "R-Rumi, what are you...?" he stammered, his face flushing crimson.

She silenced him with a deep, hungry kiss, her hands exploring every inch of his body. "You're mine now, hero," she whispered against his lips, her eyes dark with desire."And I intend to claim every last part of you."

Rumi's fingers danced across Izuku's chest, teasing and taunting him with each could feel the heat building between them, the tension growing with each passing moment.

"R-Rumi, please,"

Rumi's lips crashed against Izuku's once more, muffling his words as she continued to strip off her leather jacket and shirt hit the floor, revealing her toned body and ample chest. He had a perverted nosebleed from seeing her body.

She ground her hips against his, her hot breath sending shivers down his spine."Cute," she whispered, licking the trail of blood from his nose with a predatory smile."Look at you, trembling with anticipation."

With a swift motion, she yanked off his pants, exposing his throbbing wasted no time in freeing herself from her own restrictive garments, baring her most intimate parts to his wide-eyed gaze. Rumi lined herself up with his cock, the tip brushing against her slick folds."Get ready, hero," she breathed, her voice dripping with lust."I'm Going to breed you until you can't walk straight."

Rumi slammed down onto Izuku's cock with a force that drove the breath from his lungs. Her Strong grip around his shaft, combined with her relentless pace, sent him spiraling into a world of unimaginable ecstasy.

"A-Ah!" he cried out, his back arching off the ground as she rode him mercilessly. Her kisses muffled his moans, her tongue exploring every inch of his mouth as she claimed him as her own. But it wasn't enough for Rumi - she needed more.

Her teeth sank into his neck, leaving love bites across his sensitive skin as she ground her hips against his."You're mine now," she growled, her voice low and possessive."Mine to fuck, mine to breed, mine forever."With each thrust, she drew him deeper inside her, her walls tightening around him like a vice. "Be a good little wife,"she whispered, her hot breath tickling his ear.

Rumi pinned Izuku down hard, refusing to let him break free of her iron grip. His struggles were in vain as she effortlessly subdued his attempts to fight back, her strength fueled by an unquenchable desire.

She leaned in close, her lips crashing against his in a bruising kiss that stole his breath and will to resist."Awww look at this, you are still trying,"Rumi mocked as she pinned him down harder. Izuku now beneath her as she rode him with wild abandon. Her nails dug into his skin, drawing faint lines of crimson as she marked him as hers. In the Amazon position, she lifted him up, using his own strength and body against him.

"This is your new reality. You're my little fuck toy now and you will accept that."

He couldn't help but nod his head in submission, realizing that fighting this insanity was pointless.

Rumi rode Izuku with wild abandon, her body convulsing with pleasure as she reached her peak. Together, they shuddered and cried out, their climaxes washing over them in powerful waves. As the last vestiges of their orgasms subsided, Rumi collapsed onto him, her chest heaving with exertion. She glanced down, watching as his spent member twitched and dripped his release onto the cold dungeon floor.

The broccoli boy wasn't done, his hands outstretched grabbing her waist. A smile played at the corners of her mouth as she witnessed his attempted domination, his fingers gripping her hips with surprising strength. "Oh, now you want to play rough?" she taunted, her eyes glittering with mischief as he flipped her onto her back. His cock drove deep inside her, filling her once more. Rumi cried out, her sensitive walls clenching around him as he began to thrust."That's it, show me what you've got,"

Rumi's eyes sparkled with delight as Izuku unleashed his full power upon her, their bodies moving in perfect unison. His skills and strength increased with each thrust, driving him deeper and faster than ever before."Yes!"she cried out, her nails raking down his back as she urged him on."Harder, faster, deeper!"

The friction between them was exquisite, their sensitive parts screaming for relief, but neither could stop now. They lost themselves in the throes of passion, climbing higher and higher until they reached their peak together once more. They both screamed out, as the broccoli boy painted the inside of her walls, as she gripped him like a vice. Izuku collapsed atop Rumi, both of them gasping for air as they basked in the afterglow. Slowly, tenderly, their lips met in a deep, loving kiss, a stark contrast to their earlier brutality.

Rumi smiled, running her fingers through Izuku's hair as they lay entwined. "That was amazing," she whispered, nuzzling his neck.

Rumi's eyes sparkled with mischief as she reached for her jacket, retrieving an enchanted vial. She drank half of it, offering the remaining portion to Izuku. He was thirsty, so he drank it as she held it, tipping it down his throat. His body immediately responded, his member stiffening and his skin flushing with a newfound heat."Oh, we're far from done," she grinned, straddling him once more. With a wink, she activated her Bunny Dash, the skill doubling her movement speed.

For the next ten minutes, she rode Izuku with wild abandon, her hips a blur of motion. He tried to resist, to regain some semblance of control, but it was futile. Rumi was a force of nature, her strength and stamina unmatched.

Rumi's strength began to fade, her movements growing erratic as the effects of the potion fully activated. Making every sensitive touch 10 times more pleasurable.

She leaned down, her lips brushing against Izuku's ear as she whispered her dark desires."I wonder if I can make you scream like a bitch in heat?" she hissed, her voice dripping with malice. Her hips moved of their own accord, grinding against his cock with reckless abandon. Izuku could only moan incoherently, his mind lost in a haze of pleasure and pain as Rumi used him for her own gratification.

She was close, so close to her final climax, but something held her back. Witha final, desperate thrust, she buried herself deep within Izuku, her walls clenching around him as she found her release.

Rumi's exhausted body finally gave out as she slumped to the dungeon floor, her legs too weak to support her weight. But her mind, ever calculating, couldn't let go just yet. With a grunt of effort, she hoisted herself up one more time, her hips slamming against Izuku's with renewed vigor.

"One more," she panted, her eyes wild with desire."Just One more, and then we're done."They rode the waves of pleasure for what seemed like an eternity, their bodies glistening with sweat and straining against each other. But after each time they would climax, she would say one more again and again. An hour passed, and Rumi could barely keep her eyes open, her legs refusing to cooperate.

She collapsed on top of Izuku, their chests heaving as they caught their breath. Slowly, tenderly, she entwined their fingers, a sign of affection amidst the chaos. Izuku rested his head against her breasts, a contented smile on his face as his consciousness slipped away.

Lemon over:

Laying on the dungeon floor, their bodies entwined in the afterglow of their passionate moment, Rumi stirred first. She blinked the sleep from her eyes, gazing down at Izuku's unconscious form with a satisfied smirk. His chest rose and fell steadily, his face peaceful despite the exhaustion that overtook him.

With a soft chuckle, she stretched, feeling the familiar soreness of a good workout, not just from fighting goblins, but from their other activities. "Poor Broccoli Boy," she murmured, running her fingers gently through his messy green hair.

Carefully, she slipped out from under him and began dressing. With a surprising tenderness, she pulled his clothes back on as well, adjusting his jacket and strapping on his boots. Once she was satisfied, she effortlessly lifted him over her shoulder, balancing his weight with ease before leaping out of the dungeon and making her way back to the warehouse.

….

Rumi slipped out of his room, closing the door quietly behind her. As she entered the kitchen, she was greeted by the smell of frosting and cake. Eri, Himiko, and Mei had finished decorating their masterpiece, the kitchen still buzzing with laughter and chatter.

"Oh, he's tired," Rumi said nonchalantly, stretching as she leaned against the doorframe. "We were just doing some... exercise, and he kind of pulled a muscle. I figured it's best to let him rest for now."

Mei, who was always the curious one, narrowed her eyes slightly but didn't press the issue. "Exercise, huh?" she said with a knowing smirk. "Well, as long as he's okay. We can save him a slice for later."

Rumi gave a casual wave, already heading toward the table. "Yeah, he's fine. Just needs a bit of rest."

Himiko grinned, finishing up the final details on the cake's design. "He's been working himself hard lately, anyway. Let the guy sleep. More cake for us, right?"

Eri, holding a frosting spatula in one hand, beamed up at Rumi. "Is Papa okay, Bunny Mama?"

Rumi crouched down, ruffling Eri's hair. "Of course, kiddo. He just needs a little nap. He'll be back to full strength in no time."

Mei, however, wasn't so easily convinced. After the group settled at the table to enjoy the cake, she quietly excused herself and went to check on Izuku. Opening the door to his room, she took one look at the bite marks on his neck, the faint bruising, and the telltale signs of their earlier activities. Her cheeks turned red, but she chuckled softly, pulling a blanket over him.

Walking back to the group, she cleared her throat. "Yep, he's definitely wiped out. Let's let him rest, and I'll make sure he gets his slice tomorrow."

The group dug into the cake, chatting about their upcoming time at UA. Eri was bubbling with excitement, imagining all the cool things her Papa and Fox Mama would do. Himiko boasted about how she'd make everyone at UA jealous of their unstoppable team. And Mei talked enthusiastically about all the gear she was designing for them.

As the evening carried on, Rumi sat back, listening to the laughter and dreams filling the room. Her gaze drifted toward Izuku's closed door, a small smile tugging at her lips. He had no idea how much joy and stability he had brought to their little family, and she was determined to keep pushing him forward.

"UA doesn't know what's coming," Rumi murmured to herself, her grin widening. "But they're about to find out."

One hour later.

As Inko left the warehouse with a final wave and a soft smile, Izuku was still resting in his room, recovering from the earlier "exercise" session with Rumi.

Eri, meanwhile, was sitting cross-legged on the floor, fully immersed in her video game, her small hands gripping the controller with intense focus. In the kitchen, the three girls—Himiko, Rumi, and Mei—were gathered around the table, the aroma of freshly baked cake lingering in the air.

Mei sighed heavily, tapping a screwdriver against the table rhythmically before blurting out, "Am I the only one who hasn't, you know... done the deed with the broccoli boy?"

Both Himiko and Rumi exchanged glances, rubbing the backs of their heads awkwardly.

"Well... yeah," Himiko admitted with a shrug. "I mean, we saw our chance and we took it."

Rumi grinned, crossing her arms over her chest confidently. "Yeah, Pinky, what were you waiting for? You had plenty of chances—remember the island trip? Fancy hotel, candlelit dinner… you had the perfect setting."

Mei groaned dramatically, grabbing her head in frustration. "Ugh! It's so unfair! I mean, I was technically first in the relationship, right?"

Rumi chuckled, leaning against the counter. "Yeah, but relationships aren't races, Mei."

Himiko nodded in agreement. "Exactly. Why didn't you take the opportunity?"

Mei fidgeted with her hair, twirling a strand nervously. "I dunno... I guess I'm just scared."

Himiko tilted her head curiously. "Scared? Of what?"

Mei sighed, resting her chin on her hand. "What if I'm not... good at it? What if I mess things up? What if it's not exciting enough for him and he... I dunno, decides I'm not girlfriend material anymore?" She avoided their eyes, staring at a smudge on the table instead. "I mean, I'm not exactly the most emotionally expressive person. Sure, I'm supportive, and yeah, I love working with him on blueprints and gadgets, but... I'm not the super lovey-dovey type like you two."

Rumi and Himiko exchanged amused glances before bursting into laughter.

"Mei, you seriously think he'd leave you?" Rumi said between laughs, shaking her head. "Girl, he's head over heels for you!"

Himiko nodded enthusiastically. "Honestly, I'm kinda jealous sometimes. You two geek out over tech stuff, and he loves it! You don't need to worry about being 'exciting enough.' Trust me, he's crazy about you."

Mei blushed, playing with her hands. "You think so?"

"Absolutely," Rumi said with a smirk. "What about this? Once he's feeling better, why don't you plan a date with him tomorrow? Just the two of you."

Mei perked up at the idea. "A date?"

Himiko grinned mischievously. "Yeah! And hey, maybe you guys can hit a dungeon together—kinda like how Rumi and Izuku... bonded."

Rumi shrugged nonchalantly, but there was a glint of mischief in her eyes. "What? It worked for us."

Mei's eyes widened as she processed their suggestion, her mind already racing with ideas. "A dungeon date, huh? That could be... fun. We'd get to test out my new gadgets, and—" she paused, realizing what she was saying, and blushed. "I mean, uh, yeah. A date sounds nice."

Himiko leaned in, nudging her playfully. "Just relax and be yourself, Pinky. Trust me, he loves you just the way you are."

Rumi crossed her arms, smirking. "And hey, if you need any tips..."

Mei quickly waved her hands. "No! No tips needed, thank you!"

The three of them burst into laughter again, the tension finally melting away. Mei looked more confident now, a small smile forming on her face. "Okay... tomorrow, it's a date."

From the living room, Eri called out without turning her eyes from the screen, "Papa's gonna love it, Auntie Mei!"

The three girls froze, their faces turning red as they realized she had been listening the whole time.

Himiko groaned, "How much did you hear?"

Eri giggled. "Enough!"

Mei sighed, covering her face with her hands. "This family is so embarrassing."

Rumi ruffled Eri's hair playfully. "That's our little secret, squirt."

"Okay, Bunny Mama!" Eri giggled, going back to her game, leaving the three older girls to continue planning the next step in their unconventional love story.

The next morning

Izuku groaned as he slowly opened his eyes, the bright glow of his system notifications flashing before him like an alarm. His vision was greeted with a flood of messages.

His face contorted in pain as he shifted slightly in bed, feeling every ache and soreness in his bones. Damn it, Rumi... he thought with a wince, quickly activating his [Healing Magic] skill.

A cool sensation washed over his body, knitting his bones back together and easing the tension in his muscles. He sighed in relief as he sat up, rolling his shoulders and stretching his limbs cautiously. His mind drifted back to the previous night, a whirlwind of passion, physical intensity, and, ultimately, a very painful lesson about Rumi's boundless energy.

With a resigned sigh, he swung his legs over the edge of the bed and stood up, testing his balance. "Okay... back in one piece." He muttered, brushing a hand through his messy hair before heading out of his room.

As he stepped into the living room, he was met with the familiar, comforting sight of Eri, cross-legged on the floor, eyes glued to the screen as she mashed buttons furiously. Her adorable little cleric character was casting healing spells and dodging attacks in the online RPG she was playing.

Eri's ears perked up when she noticed him. "Papa!" she called excitedly, momentarily distracted from her game. "You're awake!"

Izuku gave her a tired smile, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah, kiddo... finally. What are you up to?"

Eri grinned. "Playing games with MasterHand and ShadowVoid!" she said proudly, then added with a curious tilt of her head, "Also, Bunny Mama and Fox Mama were talking about you a lot earlier. I don't know what, but it sounded important."

Izuku froze for a moment, his eyes darting toward the kitchen where he could hear the distinct voices of Mei, Himiko, and Rumi engaged in an animated discussion. He could already feel the awkward conversation looming in the near future.

"Oh... uh, what were they saying?" he asked cautiously, kneeling next to Eri and peering at her screen.

Eri shrugged, her face scrunching in thought. "I dunno! Something about dungeons, training, and Mei Auntie being nervous? It sounded interesting. I was gonna ask my friends if they know anything." She shot him an innocent smile before returning to her game.

Izuku sighed. Of course, they were talking about that...

Steeling himself, he walked toward the kitchen where the girls were deep in conversation. As soon as he entered, all eyes turned to him. Mei, who had been resting her chin in her hands, immediately perked up, blushing slightly. Himiko grinned mischievously, and Rumi—leaning casually against the counter, just smirked knowingly.

"You're finally awake, Broccoli Boy," Rumi teased, arms crossed as she eyed him up and down. "How's the, uh... pelvis?"

Izuku shot her a flat look. "Healed, thanks."

Mei coughed awkwardly into her hand, clearly still embarrassed from their earlier conversation. "Uhh... hey, Zuzu," she said, fidgeting with her goggles. "We were just... talking. About... stuff."

Izuku raised an eyebrow. "Stuff, huh?" His eyes shifted between them, finally resting on Mei. "You okay? You look like you've been thinking a lot."

Mei hesitated before sighing. "Yeah... I mean, I was just thinking, you know... about us. And how... you know... I might not be the best at... certain things..."

Izuku blinked, rubbing his temple as realization dawned on him. "Mei... you're not seriously worried about that, are you?"

Himiko laughed, nudging Mei playfully. "See? Told ya he wouldn't care. You're overthinking, Pinky."

Rumi nodded. "Yeah, we're all different, and that's why he loves us."

Izuku smiled softly, stepping closer and taking Mei's hands in his own. "Hey... I'm not with you because of anything like that. I love you for you, your crazy inventions, your genius mind, and the way you get excited about every little thing. There's no pressure, okay?"

Mei's blush deepened, and she nodded, biting her lip. "Thanks, Zuzu... I just... I want to make sure I'm enough, you know?"

He leaned down and kissed her forehead gently. "You've always been more than enough."

Rumi grinned. "Speaking of which... we were thinking, why don't you two go on a dungeon date today? Get some alone time, bash some monsters, maybe break in some of those new gadgets Mei's been working on?"

Mei's eyes lit up at the suggestion. "Oh! That actually sounds... kinda fun."

Izuku chuckled, shaking his head. "Alright, alright. Dungeon date it is."

Himiko clapped her hands together. "See? Problem solved. Now let's eat before Eri finishes the whole cake by herself."

Izuku shook his head fondly, looking around at his little makeshift family, feeling grateful for every chaotic moment they shared.

Izuku rummaged through the fridge, eyes scanning every shelf, but the last slice of cake was nowhere to be found. He groaned, shutting the fridge door with a sigh.

"Sorry, bud," Rumi said, leaning against the counter with a smirk. "It was calling my name."

Izuku rolled his eyes but chuckled. "It's fine. I'll just go buy some pastries." He stretched, deciding to make the most of his free day. "Besides, I gotta save my energy. Tomorrow's the big dungeon date."

Mei perked up at that, practically bouncing in excitement. "Yes! We're gonna test my new babies!" she said, eyes gleaming.

The date

They arrived at the dungeon, ready for a long session of goblin-smashing and tech-testing. Mei was absolutely in her element, rolling out an array of experimental gadgets—jetpacks, rocket boots, explosive ninja stars, and even a prototype energy shield.

Izuku grinned as he strapped on a jetpack. "Alright, Mei, what's the verdict?"

"Just hit the button and jump, Zuzu!" Mei shouted gleefully, eyes shining with excitement.

He activated the jetpack, launching into the air awkwardly before stabilizing and landing with a thud. "Whoa! That's... definitely better than last time." He wiped some dust off his pants and gave Mei a thumbs-up.

Meanwhile, she was running around gleefully, hurling her explosive ninja stars at goblins, giggling when they detonated with a burst of smoke and sparks. Izuku watched her fondly, amused by how animated she was, how in her element she seemed.

But as time passed, a realization struck Mei, and her excitement started to dim. She slowed down, looking at the battlefield of defeated goblins and scattered gadgets, her smile faltering.

This... this isn't a date, she thought to herself, her fingers fiddling with the edge of her utility belt. This is just what we do all the time... inventing, testing my babies.

She glanced at Izuku, who was happily testing out another gadget, his face lit up with excitement. A lump formed in her throat, and before she could stop it, tears welled up in her eyes.

Izuku turned around at the soft sniffle. "Mei?" His voice softened in concern as he quickly made his way to her. "What's wrong?"

Mei wiped her eyes furiously. "I—I'm sorry, Zuzu. I just... I feel like I messed up. This was supposed to be a date, but I made it about my gadgets again." She hiccupped, looking down at her hands. "I just wanted to do something different... to show you that I'm ready for the next step. But I don't know how to be anything other than... this."

Izuku took her by the shoulders gently, forcing her to meet his gaze. "Mei, stop that." His voice was firm but kind. "Just because this isn't a 'normal' date doesn't mean it's not a date." He smiled, tucking a loose strand of pink hair behind her ear. "Rumi loves fighting, so we do dungeon runs all the time. Himiko loves arcades and amusement parks, so that's what we do together. And you—" he tapped her nose playfully, "—you love inventing. So what? That's who you are, and I love that about you."

Mei sniffled, looking at him with watery eyes. "But... what if I can't... you know... fulfill your needs as a woman?" Her face turned pink. "I can be supportive, but... physically, I don't know if I can do that. And what if... what if I'm not enough?"

Izuku's expression softened further, and he cupped her cheek tenderly. "Mei, I love you for you. Not for what you think you should be, not for what anyone else expects—just you. And I'd never think less of you for being exactly who you are."

Mei bit her lip, her voice small. "I know... I know you love me. But it's just... it's scary."

He sat down on a rock and pulled her onto his lap, holding her close. "Hey, love isn't about rushing things. You're enough, Mei, whether you're inventing or just being your weird, adorable self." He kissed the top of her head. "And when you're ready, if you're ready, we'll figure it out together."

Mei hugged him tightly, her face buried into his chest. "You're too good to me, Zuzu..."

He laughed softly, running a hand through her hair. "Nah. You just overthink things too much."

She giggled, wiping away the last of her tears. "So... this dungeon date isn't a total disaster?"

He grinned. "Nah. Best dungeon date ever."

Mei sat up, her eyes shining with affection. "You big sap." She pressed a soft kiss to his lips. "Alright. Let's finish these goblins and get home... maybe test out a few more things."

He smirked, holding her hand as they stood up. "As long as none of those things involve breaking my pelvis again, I'm in."

Mei laughed, grabbing one of her rocket boots and tossing it at him playfully. "No promises, Zuzu!"

The two continued their dungeon run, defeating it quite easily. As they walked out they noticed the bench. And decided to rest.

As they sat on the worn bench, Mei fidgeted with the hem of her jumpsuit, her usual confident grin replaced with a furrowed brow. She glanced at Izuku, who was wiping the sweat from his brow after their relentless goblin-slaying spree.

"I know you say all that," she started, her voice quieter than usual, "but... are you sure?"

Izuku tilted his head, looking at her with a gentle smile. "Mei, I've told you the truth. We pick up some tasty food, we hit the workbench, we make amazing inventions, and then we test them out. We have fun. Why do things have to change?"

She let out a deep sigh, her golden eyes clouded with uncertainty. "I know, yeah, I know... but," she hesitated, twirling a stray strand of pink hair, "we're going to U.A. now. We're finally going to be students there, taking classes, doing all that hero stuff. It's going to take up so much of our time. What if... what if you get bored of inventing? What if you get so caught up in hero work that you don't have time for our babies anymore?"

Izuku chuckled, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Mei, calm down."

"But—"

Before she could spiral any further, he leaned in and silenced her with a soft kiss, pressing his lips gently against hers. Mei's eyes widened briefly, but she melted into the embrace, her rambling forgotten. When he pulled away, she was breathless, blinking at him in a daze.

"Calm down," he repeated with a smirk. "It's U.A., yeah, it's going to be a challenge. We'll be working hard, and maybe I won't have as much free time. But I'm going through this with you. I'm going to be in the support course too, remember? We'll still see each other every day—flirt, argue, make crazy inventions, all of it. You don't have to worry about that."

Mei bit her lip, looking down at the ground, her fingers clasping his hand tightly. "I know... I know, but what if you can't handle both? What if it's too much? What if you have to drop one of the courses?" Her voice wavered. "I want you to be a hero so badly. If it comes to that, drop the support course, okay? I'll be fine not seeing you as much if it means you can live your dream."

Izuku's grip tightened around her hand, and without hesitation, he kissed her again—deeper, his arms wrapping around her shoulders, holding her close. Mei's eyes fluttered shut, and when he pulled away, she stared at him with pink cheeks.

"Stop worrying so much," he whispered. "And I get it. But if something happens, I'm not dropping the support course."

Mei's eyes widened in surprise. "What?! No, you idiot! Why would you do that?" she protested, punching his shoulder lightly.

Izuku just smiled at her, brushing his knuckles against her cheek. "Because you're worth it."

Her heart thumped in her chest, and for a moment, she couldn't find the words to argue. "But... don't give up on your dream," she finally said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I won't," he reassured her. "But you taught me that being a hero isn't always about having a powerful quirk, knocking down buildings, or defeating villains. It's about helping people, making a difference, no matter how small. The day you saved me—when nobody else even noticed me—you were the hero. You helped me in your own way, and it made me realize that being a hero doesn't always mean fighting on the front lines. It means making sure the people you love can follow their dreams too."

Mei's eyes shimmered with unshed tears, and she threw her arms around him, burying her face into his chest. "You big sap," she mumbled, voice muffled against him. "If you say something like that again, I might actually marry you."

Izuku laughed, resting his chin on her head. "Well, let me say it one more time then."

She smacked his chest playfully but didn't pull away. "Dork."

They sat there for a while, enjoying the quiet moment amidst the chaos of their lives, the dungeon walls forgotten. After a while, Mei sniffled and leaned back, wiping her eyes.

"Alright," she said, grinning, "let's get out of here before I turn into a complete puddle."

Izuku stood up, offering his hand. "Come on. I'm buying you something sweet for being so cute."

Mei took his hand with a wide grin. "Damn right you are, Broccoli Boy."

As they made their way back to the warehouse, the comfortable quiet between Izuku and Mei spoke volumes about how far their relationship had come. Once home, Izuku went to take a shower while Mei headed to the common area to join the other girls. They were all lounging around, sipping tea and discussing the upcoming school year.

"Well?" Rumi raised an eyebrow at Mei as she plopped onto the couch.

Mei blinked at her. "Well, what?"

Rumi smirked. "You know... did you do the deed?"

Mei turned bright red, flailing her arms. "No! I didn't, okay? I don't need to. I'm happy with how things are, and I want it to happen naturally!"

Rumi and Himiko exchanged knowing looks before laughing. Mei huffed, crossing her arms.

"Hey, we're just teasing," Himiko said, nudging her. "But, on a serious note, we need to talk about Eri. With all of us going to school soon, we've got to figure out babysitting or pickup schedules for her."

"Good point," Mei said, leaning forward. "She can't just hang out here by herself all day. Who's going to pick her up or watch her if we're all in class?"

Rumi, ever the pragmatic one, chimed in. "I actually talked to Principal Nezu about this a while ago. U.A. has some kind of daycare system. It's mostly for staff kids, but they also tie it in with babysitting services for pro heroes. We could set Eri up there."

"Really?" Mei asked, her eyes wide. "That sounds perfect! Can we set it up now?"

Rumi shrugged nonchalantly. "Yeah. Let me call Nezu." She pulled out her phone, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "He still answers my calls, even though I prank-called him a few times. Not my smartest move, but hey, he respects the hustle."

The girls chuckled as Rumi dialed. After a short conversation peppered with her signature charm, everything was arranged. Eri would have access to the daycare, which would also give her a chance to play with other kids.

When Izuku emerged from his shower, drying his hair with a towel, he saw the girls chatting happily and couldn't help but feel at peace. Everything felt right in the world.

A Few Weeks Later

The morning was filled with a mix of nerves and excitement as the group stood in front of U.A. High School. The massive building loomed ahead, promising challenges and opportunities.

Rumi and Izuku were tasked with dropping off Eri at the daycare. As they approached, they found it wasn't just for students; many staff members relied on it for their children as well. Eri clung to Izuku's hand, a mixture of curiosity and hesitation on her face.

"Papa, will there be other kids like me?" she asked, looking up at him with her big, hopeful eyes.

Izuku crouched down, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "Of course there will, Eri. Just be yourself and be kind, okay? You're going to make lots of friends."

Eri nodded determinedly, and Rumi bent down to kiss her forehead. "Be nice to the other kids, okay, squirt? And don't let anyone push you around."

"I won't, Bunny Mama," Eri said, hugging her tightly.

After a few more goodbyes and a final forehead kiss from Izuku, they left her at the daycare. As they turned to go, Izuku glanced at the paper in his hand. It indicated he would be attending Class 1-A today. He frowned slightly, disappointed he wouldn't be in Class 1-B, but shrugged it off. With his dual enrollment between support and hero courses, switching between classes was to be expected.

As they walked toward the main building, Izuku kissed Rumi on the lips, eliciting a chorus of "Ewwww!" from some of the daycare kids who had watched the interaction.

Eri, hands on her hips, spun around and shouted, "Don't make my parents feel bad! You're just jealous!"

The other kids fell silent, and Rumi and Izuku couldn't help but laugh as they waved goodbye to her.

"She's going to do just fine," Rumi said, smirking as they approached the school entrance.

"Yeah," Izuku replied, feeling a swell of pride in his chest. "She's tougher than most people give her credit for."

Izuku made his way to Class 1-A, standing before the massive door. He took a deep breath, feeling the weight of his aspirations settling in his chest, then slid it open. As he stepped inside, he took in the unfamiliar faces scattered throughout the classroom. However, a few stood out, the explosive blonde, the gravity girl who had helped him avoid his fall, and the glasses-wearing boy who had tried to lecture him.

Before he could even take a seat, Ochako Uraraka rushed up to him with a bright smile, followed closely by the rigid posture of Tenya Iida.

"Midoriya!" Uraraka chirped. "Wow, I can't believe we're in the same class! You did amazing back there!"

Izuku smiled politely. "Thanks, Uraraka. You did great too."

Before she could respond, Iida stepped forward, bowing his head deeply. "Midoriya, I must apologize for my earlier behavior during the exam. I misjudged you. Your ability to deduce the importance of rescue efforts was truly admirable. Your actions proved that you understand what it means to be a true hero."

Izuku narrowed his eyes slightly, his lips twitching in irritation. "Look, Iida, I didn't figure out some secret formula, okay? I helped people because it's the right thing to do. I'm not some genius strategist trying to rack up points. I just did what a hero should do." His voice was sharper than he intended, but he didn't regret it.

Iida looked momentarily taken aback by the bluntness, his lips parting in slight surprise. He adjusted his glasses, clearly not expecting such a response. "I...see. That makes your actions even more commendable, Midoriya."

Uraraka fidgeted nervously beside them, trying to break the awkward tension. "Well, uh, at least we're all here together, right?" she said with a sheepish laugh.

Izuku shrugged. "Yeah, I guess so."

Before they could continue their conversation, a loud echo of hurried footsteps thundered down the hallway. Izuku turned to see a familiar blonde running toward the classroom with surprising speed.

"Melissa?" he blinked, his eyes widening as Melissa Shield skidded to a stop in front of him, panting slightly.

"Midoriya!" she grinned, her bright blue eyes shining with excitement. "I finally found you!"

Uraraka blinked in confusion, looking between the two of them. "Uh... who's she?"

Melissa extended a hand to her, offering a friendly smile. "Melissa Shield! Nice to meet you! I'm a friend of Midoriya's from I-Island!"

Iida stiffened at the mention of the famous scientific hub. "I-Island, you say? Fascinating. It is known as the pinnacle of hero support technology!"

Melissa laughed, rubbing the back of her head. "Yeah, it's a pretty cool place. But I'm here to see how my friend does in the hero course!" She playfully nudged Izuku.

The explosive boy, Katsuki Bakugo, who had been leaning against a desk with a scowl, suddenly let out a sharp scoff. "Tch. Looks like Deku here's got himself a whole fan club."

Izuku sighed, not wanting to deal with Bakugo's usual hostility. "Whatever you say, Kacchan."

Before Bakugo could retort, the door slid open again, revealing a tall figure clad in a familiar black capture weapon scarf. Aizawa Shota walked in with his perpetually tired expression, his eyes scanning the classroom lazily before settling on Izuku for a fraction of a second.

"Alright," Aizawa said, dragging his tired voice across the room. "Get to your seats. Orientation's over. Time to get to work."

"Whatever you say, Kacchan," Izuku repeated, his voice calm but carrying an edge that hadn't been there before.

Bakugo's crimson eyes narrowed, his palms crackling with tiny explosions. "I told you not to call me that, Deku," he snarled, stepping closer, the faint smell of burnt sweat filling the air.

Izuku didn't flinch. Instead, he tilted his head slightly, a smirk creeping across his lips. "Or what? You're gonna get your ass kicked again and left in an alleyway?"

Bakugo's eyes widened for a split second before they narrowed into sharp slits of rage. "You bastard...!" His hand twitched, an explosion brewing, but before he could move, Melissa swiftly stepped between them, her expression firm but concerned.

"Hey!" she shouted, raising her arms defensively. "Don't you dare hurt him! We're here to become heroes, not villains!" Her voice wavered only slightly, but she held her ground.

Bakugo scoffed, staring her down. "And what the hell are you gonna do about it, rich girl? Use some fancy tech to stop me?" His voice dripped with venom as he turned his attention back to Izuku, his lips curling into a sneer. "You got lucky, you damn nerd. That's the only reason you're here. Luck. Without it, you're just a worthless loser with a bunch of trash hanging off your belt."

Izuku's eyes darkened, and without even realizing it, he let his power flow.

Overwhelming Presence.

A sudden, crushing pressure filled the room. The air grew thick, heavy, like an invisible force was bearing down on everyone.

Students gasped, shifting uneasily in their seats. Uraraka clutched at her chest, feeling her heart pound wildly. Iida's jaw clenched, his hands trembling against his sides as his body instinctively tensed into a defensive stance. Even Bakugo felt it, his pupils dilating slightly as sweat trickled down his forehead.

Izuku's smile grew, his expression shadowed as he took a single step forward, his voice lower, more sinister. "You wanna fight me now, Kacchan? I'll give it to you." His emerald eyes pierced through Bakugo like daggers, and for a brief moment, the blonde hesitated.

Melissa placed a hand on Izuku's chest, snapping him out of it. "Izuku, stop," she whispered urgently, concern etched on her face.

His presence flickered and faded, the pressure lifting instantly like a heavy weight being removed from their chests. Izuku blinked, looking down at Melissa's worried eyes before sighing and rolling his shoulders. "Fine," he muttered, taking a step back. "Not worth it."

Bakugo gritted his teeth, his fists clenched tightly at his sides, clearly frustrated at being shown up, again. "Tch," he spat, "this isn't over, Deku. Not by a long shot."

Izuku didn't respond, just offering a smirk before turning away and heading to his seat.

Aizawa chose that moment to make his presence known, standing in the doorway, arms crossed with an unimpressed expression. "If you two are done measuring who's got the bigger ego, maybe we can start the lesson," he said dryly.

The class scrambled to their seats, Izuku sliding into his chair without another word.

As Aizawa began his lecture, Melissa leaned over, whispering, "That was... intense. You okay?"

Izuku shot her a lopsided smile. "Yeah. Just... old habits."

She nodded but didn't look convinced. Meanwhile, Bakugo sat at the back of the room, glaring daggers at Izuku's back, already plotting his next move.

The classroom fell into an eerie silence as Aizawa stood at the podium, his tired yet sharp eyes scanning the students before him. "I'm your homeroom teacher, Aizawa Shouta," he began in his usual monotone voice. "From now on, I'll be making sure none of you slack off or act like idiots." His gaze lingered briefly on Bakugo and Izuku, narrowing slightly. "Rivalries are fine, but full-on fights? Not tolerated. I expect discipline, not chaos. Got it?"

A few students murmured agreements, but most remained quiet under the weight of his stare.

Without further delay, Aizawa pulled out a set of UA gym uniforms and tossed them onto the podium. "Get changed and meet me on the track," he ordered. "You have ten minutes."

As they made their way to the changing rooms, murmurs of excitement and nervous energy filled the air. Once changed, they gathered on the track, the late morning sun casting long shadows over the field.

Aizawa stood in the center, holding a regulation-sized softball in one hand. He tossed it lazily to Bakugo. "Bakugo, you're up first. This time, use your quirk."

A wild grin split Bakugo's face as he took his stance. "Finally, something fun." He wound his arm back, a powerful blast of explosions propelling the ball into the sky. The class watched in awe as the ball disappeared into the distance before a device beeped in Aizawa's hand.

"705.2 meters," Aizawa announced, showing the screen to the class.

A round of impressed murmurs rippled through the group, a few jaws dropping in astonishment. "That's insane!" Kaminari blurted out. "That's way farther than anything I've ever seen!"

Izuku, standing with his arms crossed, merely yawned, unimpressed. "Huh. Not bad," he muttered under his breath.

Aizawa ignored the reactions and swept his gaze across the students. "This exercise will test how well you can control your quirks in practical scenarios. Push yourselves. I expect effort."

Some of the students grinned, thinking it would be a fun challenge. "This sounds awesome!" Kirishima cheered, pumping his fists.

"Fun?" Aizawa's tone darkened as a sinister grin stretched across his face. "You think this is fun? Fine. Let's make it interesting. The person with the lowest overall score... gets expelled."

The air grew thick with tension. Eyes widened, breaths hitched, and an uneasy silence settled over the field.

"Wh-what?" Uraraka stammered, looking around anxiously.

"Expelled?!" Kaminari's face paled. "You can't be serious, right?"

"I'm dead serious," Aizawa deadpanned, his crimson eyes glowing beneath his goggles. "Heroes don't have room for the weak or the complacent. If you're not up to par, you don't belong here."

Izuku's brows furrowed slightly, his earlier boredom fading as he clenched his fists. He glanced at Melissa, who was fidgeting with her sleeve but gave him a small smirk of reassurance.

Bakugo cracked his knuckles, a confident grin plastered on his face. "Tch, bring it on. I'll blow all of you extras away."

Todoroki remained silent, his heterochromatic eyes focused on Aizawa with a calm yet determined look.

Aizawa's expression didn't change as he prepared to move to the next test. "Enough wasting time. Let's see what you're really made of."

And with that, the next student stepped forward, their fate in the balance.
