It was a few weeks later, Casey along with Linda and Shocket's first day at their new school, makimg the anxious feelimg tighten in Casey's belly, getting up, stretching getting ready for the day, putting on her signature look taking deep breaths like Lylla had taught her, when feeling anxious about an new situation since she was still a little sleepy after coming back from patrol a little early, rubbimg her paws against each other touching her power-bands on her furry wrists feeding Rufus his breakfast, washing her paws seeing her stuffed Groot doll on her newly-made bed, knowing he had gotten her through new situations, putting him into her backpack, in case she felt scared hearing knocking on her door making her sigh.
"I'm comimg, alright, I need breakfast, even though it's a big day." she said.
She then left her room, going to the mess-hall, seeing the other kids there, around Shocket who was excited to go to a school, where she would fit-in along with Linda, makimg Rocket chuckle at his excited little troublemaker, noticing Casey sitting with Ranger to her cousin since it was her first day too, when he, Lylla, Ranger and Riley dropped them off hiding how emotional he would be. and Riley makimg him sigh guessing Casey was nervous about her first day getting an idea, to ask Shocket to look out or be nice to her cousin since Casey was feeling anxiousabout her first day, compared to his little troublemaker.
Casey's stress-eating which happens on the morning of an new situation, plus my sibs who happen to beherparents are making herfeel better about attending theelementary program, I know that Shockie is excited, even though wedon't know what her powers are yet.

Ranger assured her making Riley agree rubbing a paw through their kit's bangs, which was making Casey feel better, hearing it was time to go, as they were leaving the compLund, using thespace-stone, to get there making Shocket giggle, as they appeared outside Xavier'sSchool for Gifted Youngsters, making Linda and Shocketcurious and excited, Casey still unsure.
"Shockie, I need you to do something for me, look out for Casey, she is feeling anxious about her first day, compared to you." Rocket said, makimg Shocket understand, hugging her dad feeling he was emotional about herfirst day here, letting him relax seeing heraunt anduncle hugging Casey, hearing her giggle, before they let go, seeing her daddo thesame, telling them, they'dpick them up atthe endof the day, making Casey take a deep breath, following her cousin andLinda inside.
They then foundtheirclassroom, going inside, selecting their desks, Linda andShocket near the front, Caseyat the ack of theclass surprising theirteacher, Ms Pryde knowing the female kit wasvery powerful, introducing herself, making thestudents impressed seeing her walk throughthe classroom door, including Casey following herclassmates, despite feeling shy whilepaying attention findingher locker.
Shocket hadhers nearBilly Maximoff'slocker making her excited, since they were becoming friends, making Linda happy, noticingthatthe otherkids were aroundShocket, guessing they knew who her fatherwas, makimg Casey roll her eyes at that knowing hercousin was a tenchopath, able to buildandtalk to techno,ogy through her mind, which hadimpressedRocket, when she had made an new blaster for him.
At lunch, Casey was sitting by herself at a table in the cafetaria, makijg Linda get it, as she was sitting with Billy, Shocket and Tommy hoping she was alright knowing Rocket had asked Shocket to watxh out for Casey shakijg her furry head as she wasinher raccoon form as they'd had a power show and tell, only Casey had chosen not to show her powers.
"Is Riley okay, after this morning, after we came back?" Ranger heard Rocket ask, as it was early afternoon, and they ad been training while Riley was sleepy, because this morning had been a big deal, making Riley pretty emotional after they andLylla had returned after dropping Casey, Linda and Shocket off for their first day atan new school when she had burst into tears making RangerandRocket worried seeing their sis like this.
"She's a bit calmer now, listening to music, besides Lylla calming her down." Rocket replied, while making lunch for them along with making Nutella sandwiches for Riley, to cheer her up knowing that maybe ifCasey told her about her day whilehaving cuddle timewith her, it might makeRiley feel better, as he had been emotional only training, andsparring hadhelped.
Riley was feeling a little better, eating her separation anxiety through eating Nutella sandwiches, hoping that Casey wasalright at her new school, besides Lylla helping her feel better about her separation anxiety, seeing her wearing earbuds, listening to calming music noticing that Riley wasgetting sleepy, which would make herfeel better along with having cuddle time with Casey, after doing homework..
"We should get going, we gotta pick the kids up." Ranger said making Rocket agreeing, getting the space-stone using it to transport them to the school, appearing there, seeing Linda and Shocket happy to see them, only Casey was quiet making Ranger guess that she didn't have a good first day, seeing his and Riley's kit faking a smile, seeing Rocket use the space-stone to take them back home, appearing in the Avengers compound.
"School was awesome, our teacher let us use our powers, and I made friends!" Shocket told Rocket makimg him and Lylla chuckle while they were having an afternoon snack, seeing Casey quiet makimg Ranger and Riley exchange a look, deciding to wait until their kit did homework before talking to her, about her first day o school.
