"You know you should tell them, about what's going on with you. They wouldn't treat you differently or think of you as puny but brave." Crystal whispered to Casey. "I'll think about it Crystal, for now, I need something to eat and rest while you guys are at school along with Kit." Casey replied.
It was sunrise and the Super-Quirks were debriefing in their HQ in Casey's treeden after an night of superheroics only Casey had faced an new villain that was up to something involving candy bars only her beeper had protected her but would think about this along with what Crystal had making her sighing leaving as talked to her about taking deep-breaths seeing her friends and team mates leavin too.
She knew that if Kaley and Oreo found out what was going on with her, they'd understand only if her moms were being weird about this whole Diabetes thing like checking her sugars among other things which frustrated her entering her bedroom, changing into her pyjamas hugging her Build a Bear Sonic hearing her moms calling her for hreakfast flying downstairs entering the kitchen sitting down at the table.
"Hey honey, good night last night." Roxy asked her seeing her nod. "Yeah, let's just do what we normally do invokving my finger." Casey told her and Oreo making them get it checking her blood sugars seeing they were stable relieving her then havibg juice and cereal making Kit curious, about why her big sister's cereal was different from hers seeing a scowl on Casey's face at them about to explain knowing she didn't want them to tell Kit making them sigh.
"You're in denial about this you know." Roxy said to Casey.
She scowled at her moms but saw them leaving with Kit to take her to school, but sighed thinking about last night, as she was finishing eatibg and putting her dishes in the sink. "I'm not in denial whatever that means." Casey muttered going upstairs to her room to rest which her moms were used to that routine hoping Crystal, Kaley and Oreo were having a good day at school.
Meanwhile at school, Oreo noticed a lot of kids eating these candy bars their teacher had given them, noticing they were getting super-energized which was weird sensibg this was to do, with what Casey had seen last night on patrol texting her hoping she was awake so she could help figure this out, seeing that new science teacher handing boxes to teachers using her X-Ray eyes to look through the boxes seeing those candy bars frowning sensing something was wrong but could tell Casey, Crystal and Kaley later taking a deep-breath seeing kids going ape in the playvround which wasn't what normally happened at recess.
"Alright, something ain't right here, and things are going crazy." Oreo muttered in class noticing her classmates were sluggish, tired resting their heads on desks surprising their teacher, she was the only one full of energy but after school, she was telling her parents what had happened at school hoping her friends and her could figure this out hearing school was closed for a while surprising her Whatsapping Casey.
